Worst experience with a plumbing company ever! The plumber was very nice and efficient, but he told me I need to have additional work done and I needed to contact my warranty company to have it done. The warranty company said that Prime plumbing would have to put that request in. I contacted them and Melissa answered the phone and was completely rude and unprofessional. She talked over me consistently and even when I asked for a manager she told me no she was in charge. She didn’t listen to my problem or concern and pretty much called me a liar when I told her what the plumber told me. I will never deal with this company again!!! Melissa is horrible and I will contact the better business bureau ASAP

Worst experience ever. If whatever is their credo what you can expect...Rich you are unprofessional and without ethics person. Don't you bother to come ever again...

Needed a plumber on a Sunday and received a call back very promptly. Robbie made some great suggestions for the problem I called about. He was nice, knowledgeable and courteous.

Great prices and good work. As Plumber's goes these days it is hard to find good labor that isn't doing large new builds. Rich and Rob are great at taking care of your problem for you. I've used them on rentals almost exclusively.
