The Drain Guy

Our shower drain clogged and my partner was calling all the plumbers in the area to try to get it fixed. The drain guy called us back and let us know that it’s probably just frozen due to the extreme cold we had. The other plumbers were pushy about scheduling and requiring payment up front but the drain guy was very kind and reassuring. He will be the first I call the next time we have a problem. I highly recommend.

Steve was very patient with our Home Warranty ppl and he got the clog out. I would definitely use this company again!

I called for a kitchen drain and while I said it wasn't an emergency Matt was able to send someone over within a short time. The technician was great and fixed the problem. The fixed rate is a big plus. I will use them again and again.

I called 4/8/2021 and got the calling service that dispatched me out to the Matt who returned my call (within an hour), and was very professional over the phone and was able to schedule me in for the next morning 4/9/2021!

Extremely satisfied with service. I called about a clogged tub drain in the afternoon and Matt was here the following morning. Friendly and professional, he first took a look at the pipes and tub trap from the basement to see if there was any visible problem. We have old pipes in our house so I appreciated him being up front that the process to clear them out may cause them to leak if they are already in rough shape (our pipes were already dripping from time to time). With that he quickly got to work and successfully cleared out the drain, and then immediately checked the basement to see if there was any leaking down there following this. There wasn’t and the tub drains like new. Very thorough, explained things clearly, I would definitely recommend. Thank you Matt!

Called for a clogged shower drain last night and they said they’d come around 9-10am first thing today. Got a knock on my door at 9am sharp and he was done by 9:15! Really nice, helpful and SUPER AFFORDABLE!

I called late on a Wednesday night after we discovered our sink drain was clogged and Pat was able to come to our house and fix it by noon on Thursday. He was friendly, efficient, and super helpful with giving us advice on how to avoid clogging the sink again (rice evades our sink trap and can accumulate, who knew). I have a sink in my basement that the washer empties into. It has gotten clogged 3 times before that I had to get it cleared. It usually cost about $500 and made a mess. The Drain Guy was in and out in minutes, cleaned up after himself, and only charged $175.00. Can't be beat.
