T-Flow Inc. Plumbing Repair

Call service because my basement was flooding. T-Flow said it was my water heater and I would have to call back to get an replacement. My son later came down the flooding was do to my sump-pump was broken and the water heater pilot light need to be replace. Very disappointed!!!!

Nice job with my plumbing situation yesterday. They were professional and courteous throughout. They took a thoughtful approach to diagnosing the issue and were patient answering all my questions.

We recently called T-flow as we had a burst pipe in our basement which resulted in a loss of heat and water. Matt's team arrived to our home in a reasonable amount of time and proceeded to correct our problem in record fashion. Henry and Jose were professional, efficient and thorough. we will not hesitate to utilize T-Flow in the future.

First, I called Matt to schedule an appointment that was at my convenience. He then diagnosed the problem over the phone to assure me that the fix would be straightforward and quick. Henri and Ed arrived at my condo as scheduled. Both were very polite, professional and friendly. They were very neat, including placing a large padded blanket on the floor around the work area. The fix was a challenge because it required shutting off the water to all the units in the building. Unfortunately each unit does not have a separated shutoff. They fixed the problem quickly all the while keeping me informed as to their progress. The water was back on in less than an hour. I would highly recommend T-Flow Inc. Great guys!

During the bitter cold snap over this past weekend, we realized we had no hot water and poor heat. Went down to the basement to find water all over the floor. After spending 2 hours on the phone looking for plumber, T-Flow called me back and came the next day! Henry & Jose came promptly on time & spent 6 hours, replacing the hot water heater & cleaning the furnace & replacing old parts. They were great - professional, courteous & willing to do more after clearing it with their boss, Matt. Matt was great too -- keeping in contact with my landlord to get necessary approvals for repairs. This is the 3rd time I've called TFlow & had a positive experience each time. I highly recommend them.

These guys were awesome and quick! Had a tub faucet that wouldn't shut off completely. Had to wait overnight for Roto-Rooter and they were a waste of time. Called T-Flow this morning and they were able to find the part and get some guys here to fix it an hour after I called them despite the snow today. Highly recommend.

Always there when you need them, great service and fair pricing

I was in a desperate place, the temperature had started dropping and the heating unit had failed. The tenants in the unit were not happy, and neither was I. It was Saturday afternoon, and I had called two plumbers already, and couldn't get my calls returned.

But Matt, picks up and is always there. I explained what the problem was.

Even though, it was out of his way, he said he was going to stop by and take a look. He was there with in the hour. I was completely at a loss at what to do with the heater, and some how through a combination of skill, expertise, and knowledge, it was fixed in another hour. I don't know how Matt works his magic, but it works for me when I need it.

This was my 4th time using T-Flow over the years for plumbing and heating needs. Hot water heater failed. Contacted T-Flow. They had a crew out within two hours to install a replacement. Excellent work by Henry and his helper. He kept me informed during the whole process. All done within 3 hours. Very happy with it.

The guys came out in less than 48 hours, diagnosed the problem, gave me two options on how to fix it, and stayed all day to fix my problem even though it was supposed to be a quick morning job. T-Flow Plumbing is the only plumber to call! They have saved me literally thousands $ to date. My first call to T-Flow was over a year ago at about 4:45am after I got a call from my tenant on the 3rd floor that their water heater was leaking and it was going explode. Mind you this water heater was on the 3rd floor- should it have leaked it would've done thousands of dollars of damage. I was desperate and I needed someone there fast to stop the problem before it could potentially become a major disaster. I found Matt at T-Flow on a google search- it said 24 hour emergency Boston plumber. As luck would have it he answered the phone even at that crazy hour!!! He got someone there in 30 minutes and stopped the problem before it was too late. He then permanently solved the problem by bringing the water heater to the basement level so if the water heater were to ever go in the future (as they tend to do) there would be no serious damage. I had asked another plumber to do it years before to prevent this situation but the task was so big he really didn't want to do it and just band aided the situation. Matt has a large enough crew to take on any task and got this done in just hours the very next day! I couldn't believe it! I was impressed for life!

Since then Matt and his T-Flow crew have done several projects, large and small, for me. Anything from fixing a running toilet to revamping 40-year old plumbing in our new large house that my family has just moved into.

T-Flow also offers a special annual contract where you can sign up with them to come out and check your plumbing and make sure everything is running properly (like a tune up for your house plumbing) and should you have any problems that year they come out and give you a discount on all subsequent projects. Pretty awesome. My family did it.

This company is honest, punctual, knowledgeable, reliable and swiftly responsive. I own a few properties and have dealt with tradesmen of all types over the past 10 years and these kind of guys are EXTREMELY hard to come by. Don't waste your time calling any one else. T-Flow is the only plumber I will ever call now.

I have never hired a plumber before and thanks to the wonderful referal from my neighbor, I had a great first experience with T-Flow. The guys were running a little late, but not long and they notified me beforehand and showed up not long after their call. They got right to business and fixed all three of the things I needed work on. Everything works perfectly now. I think what was most wonderful was how nice they were. The two men were polite, clean, and they educated me on everything. I was nervous about hiring a plumber because I didn't know if they would charge a lot or do an average job, or both, but a friend told me there are bad plumbers but there are also really great ones. Call these guys. Matt and his team have done several projects and repairs in my South End condo (replacing disposal and kitchen faucet, bathroom tub and sink faucets, problem toilet) over the past few years. Each repair has stayed working (unlike some places that stick on a plumbing band aid and stick you with a bill, and six months later the thing breaks again). His pricing is fair, he is reachable by phone, always calls back in a timely fashion, and calls with a heads up when he is close to arriving at your place. I have recommended him to two people who had major plumbing projects done, and they were both very happy. Really good work and good guy.

T-Flow really helped me out when I was in a pinch. My water heater broke and was leaking water everywhere - Matt's team was at my place within 2 hours of me calling them. I am in a small condo that has 3 flights of stairs and they managed to switch out the water heaters, install the new one and deal with getting them up and down the stairs. I will definitely be calling them for any plumbing needs in the future.

Matt, who took my calls, was prompt in returning my calls and scheduling an appointment, and he was clear and responsive in his communications.

Henry and Keith were the technicians that came to my house, and they were friendly, down to earth, and professional. They were obviously good at their jobs and knew what they were doing, and they helpfully walked me through their steps so I understood what they were doing and why. They replaced a damaged shut-off valve under our kitchen faucet, and removed the piece of rubber gasket that had broken off and traveled up into my Grohe faucet, blocking the flow of my hot water. These guys are faucet whisperers. As a bonus, they were also clean and orderly in their work and didn't make a mess.

TFlow is highly dependable and the work is of the highest quality. I contacted them on Wednesday late afternoon about a non functional hot water heater and the plumber was here Thursday morning and found the non functional part, replaced it and the water heater was working again. These guys are great. All 3 units in my aging Cambridge building installed boilers courtesy of TFlow a few years ago. This morning I went into the basement and found water leaking... called TFlow and found Jonathan & Henry there in a flash. They tried hard to avoid replacing many parts and also gave me tips on dealing with ancient radiators. In the end, they did need to do some more serious work, but they did it quickly and efficiently and I was very pleased the cost and most of all, the excellent service. They did a fine job. They replaced the things that needed replacing, and tried to explain to me what they were. I would use them again if I needed help.

Very punctual - got to my place within the time window provided. Took only a few mins to fix the clogged sink/disposal. Not only did they fix the issue but they also explained to me how they did it, what tools they used and where I can find the tool.

Professional and honest! We contacted them because our sink disposal was not working. He could have easily charged us and sent someone over, but walked us through a common troubleshooting process that we were able to do ourselves. We will use definitely be using this company again. T-Flow did great work replacing our hot water tank. The install involved retro fitting the near-by boiler to allow the space for the new tank. Matt's team did a superb job on a not-so-straight-forward removal and installation.

The T Flow team did an excellent job fixing all the plumbing issues in my kitchen and bathroom. Henri and Ed were very knowledgeable and educational. They had a great a system and worked efficiently throughout the day. I highly recommend them. Matt and the team were quick to respond and reasonably priced.

It took me a while to find a plumber that was even willing to talk to me about installing a European style radiator in place of an old cast iron. From the start of the project, Matt was really responsive. He was even texting back and forth with me at 8 in the evening to flush out some details prior to ordering the radiator.

On the day of the install, Matt's crew (Henry and Marco) came and did the install. It wasn't without its obstacles (old 100 year old house with very old hydronic system). But at every step of the way, Henry and Marco worked through the issues and got the thing installed. The result is awesome, the radiator now blends into the wall and we've reclaimed about a foot 1/2 of wasted space. We are considering doing a few more throughout the house.

The quality of the work is excellent and the price quoted for the radiator and install was bang on. I can't say enough about this crew, will be using them again for future projects.

Matt is like super man in the plumbing world. He is able to diagnose and figure out problems like no other. I have been utilizing Matt's service for over 8 years and both the work he has done andfiguring out issues is the best. Even servicesthey do not offer such as sewer main cleaning however he took the time to hear the issue, diagnose and recommend a good company for that particular service which ended up with the problem solved. It's hard to find honest and trustworthy work in this business. I called a number of competitors in the area and it was the same song and dance: flat trip fee + plus diagnostic. The competitors wouldn't even provide a quote estimate even though that's what their website promised. When I called T-Flow, the person (I forget the name) who picked up the phone seemed to actually care. He asked a number of questions to drill into the problem and provided a clear cost/benefit analysis. No upselling, no misleading information, and provided some DIY tips to save money! T-Flow plumbing has done a fantastic job of fixing multiple plumbing problems with a new property. From helping rebuild a shower pan to recaulking a tub to replacing a length of blocked sewer line under a concrete basement floor, T-Flow's team has been timely, efficient, effective, and unfailingly nice people to have working on the problems.

I called Matt at T-Flow for my parents who live in Back Bay. They were not getting any water in their kitchen faucet. While this is not really an emergency, it's a huge inconvenience and they have guests quite often so they needed it fixed pretty quickly. I went to Yelp and called 4 plumbers based on the good reviews. I really just went down the list by order of how the businesses appeared on Yelp and location and feedback. Matt was the only one who answered his phone and after explaining the problem he asked for a photo of the faucet, and told me that if he had time to go today, he would. His crew picked up a faucet at Home Depot and came same day to fix the faucet. This was really beyond my expectation and my parents were very pleased!
