So easy to work with. I needed a rusting expansion tank and temperature gauge replaced. Received an estimate over text message based on the photos. Then Jahz came the next day and did an outstanding job and even answered my other plumbing questions. Highly recommend.

We had a pipe burst on a Saturday night ... along with many others in the Boston area. Johnson Bros. returned my call and fit us in later that same night. When they arrived, they found EXACTLY where to cut into the basement ceiling to find and cap the leaking pipe!

They made 4 visits to unclog a sink. None of their efforts worked thus prompting them to make several additional visits. After giving up on the clog, I received a $245 bill. I won't use these guys ever again. They fail in their work and always leave a big mess behind. The first other plumber I contacted came the next day, resolved the issue and left the bathroom spotless.

quick diagnosis and repair of faucet , very professional and courteous.
Highly recommend. Nate called me right back the first time I called and was good about scheduling an appointment. Most places won’t call these days. I received numerous alerts about the appointment, arrival time, and completion of work. Nate was on time, polite, friendly, patient as he explained the work, made excellent and honest recommendations. They’re definitely my go to plumbers from now on. Trust me, I called about 5 other places before I found them.

Great service! Very professional, quality work at a reasonable price.
We had a burst pipe and they found and solved the problem in like 5 minutes, even at 2 AM, and they were still friendly and professional at that terrible hour. I definitely recommend them, they're like plumbing savants.

BEWARE..I originally gave a 5 star rating & that was a big mistake..I had the guts changed in two toilets & was asked when he was leaving to give a review so I gave a 5 star not knowing both toilets were leaking. When I noticed I called & nobody answered I texted & nobody answered. I had to put a cup under each toilets shut off overnight, in the morning I called @ 8:15am he said he would be right over to tighten them before his first appt. I waited till noon and called no answer I texted he never got back to me. BEWARE
Once he took my money ($329.00)he would not respond to me. Gave a 1 star only because there isn't a zero star.
Now I have to pay another plumber to repair what he did.
I called them to unclog the tub/shower drain. Jahz was very professional and capable. He arrived on time and fixed the draining problem quickly. I would have given them a 5-star if the cost was reasonable. For a simple drain cleaning, they charged me a whopping $249 for 10 minutes work! Somewhere between $100-$150 would have been a lot more reasonable and in-line with a normal plumber changes for this job. I know I wouldn't use them next time.

I originally tried Roto Rooter to fix my bathroom sink drain clogged due to a laundry washer water back flow issue. The subcontractor team is extremely rude, unprofessional and not willing to do the work, also overpriced! Thankfully we tried Johnson Bro for the first time, they were able to fix the drain issues that Roto Rooter technician with 20 years of experiences could not fix. Thank you to owner—Nick & technician—Jahz for delivering great service and professionalism. They are patient, reliable & responsible to came back for a second follow up free of charge. ⭐️ 5 STAR for this place, I am very happy with their service & reasonable price & great team!

Jahz came back in November, 2021 and did an excellent job clearing the drain behind our washing machine. This May, we decided to use Johnson Bros. again to remove the toilet, vanity, and stove in order for flooring to be installed. Jahz came again and worked a long time to disassemble the toilet and vanity and gas stove and returned a couple of days after the two-day flooring installation to put back in the vanity and new toilet. There was some leaking that he communicated about with his boss, who came to help resolve the situation. Jahz worked efficiently until his boss said to leave and he would wrap things up. They both were very pleasant to work with and professional in their dealings with me as a customer. When our new vanity arrives, we’ll hire Johnson Bros. Plumbing again.
I reached out to Johnson Bros Plumbing after our water heater gave out on a Saturday. Nate responded quickly, provided me with accurate let me know when he would arrive, and was both prompt and very professional. I called Johnson brothers to replace my dishwasher and the instant Jaz, our plumbing technician, came he noticed our disposal was leaking evidenced by the bucket full of water that was sitting unnoticed in the back of the sink cabinet. We turned on the disposal and sink and sure enough water was very obviously dripping from the power outlet. How our house didn't burn down I don't know, but he very quickly ran out to the store and replaced our disposal on top of replacing the dishwasher in under 4 hours. The service was friendly yet not overly talkative and fast but not rushed. He showed us what all the extra included parts were for in case we ever needed them and pointed out things we should be aware of since our fridge has some dispenser issues as well that we asked him to look at. All in all if all your appliances are 20 years old, it's probably time to get them either replaced or serviced and Johnson's are the guys to do it! Thanks Jaz!
