I moved into my new home with great expectations, but was quickly met with several complications, including a flooded hallway from clogged water pipes which ultimately had tree roots growing into them. Kyle provided the first diagnosis and was quick to schedule a solution. He helped to stop the flooding water line and then came back with another technician, Rey, to fix the area of pipe that had a root through it. Besides this, Kyle and Rey helped to fix a poorly installed shower gauge. They were quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely use Fusion for any further issues I encounter.

I LOVE THIS COMPANY! Angelo is the BEST and has only the best people working for him. The moment you talk to Angelo, you KNOW. My house, built in 1950's, has the plumbing IN the foundation. So when I had a leak about 3 ft. from outside my house,for the 2nd time since 5 years before, Angelo & Rick came out to assess. Angelo came up with a plan to replace water line to street, and reroute water line coming into house to my Water Softener hook-up in my laundry room. They started the next morning with Ben, 2nd day w/Ben & Marty, and 3rd day w/Ben finishing up. What a job!! What a crew!! Ben is so courteous & cleaned up EVERYTHING....couldn't even tell that he had been there except for his perfect workmanship. Ben & Marty had 2 jack hammers going the 2nd day to lay the new water line out to the street, and it was this past summer....HOT outside! I was so happy & proud of the job they had done; happy with the results and the cost & so proud to refer Affordable Plumbing to everyone I know! Thank you, Angelo, Rick, Ben, & Marty! Anthony from Knight Owl Plumbing came to our house today to fix a broken sewer vent that had been stinking up our house for the better part of a year. After having 3 different plumbers come out to try to diagnose the problem, each of them not being able to figure out exactly what was going on, one of them finally suggested we have a smoke test done to see where the smells were coming from. We had the smoke test done by American Leak Detection, also a stellar team, and once they found the issue they referred us to Knight Owl Plumbing on Wednesday. I immediately called Knight Owl and Anthony was able to come out before the weekend and took care of the problem in about 30 minutes. The smells are gone and we are extremely grateful. I will be using Knight Owl from now on if we ever have any other plumbing issues and I highly recommend them. Thank you so much!

We used this company and now we have an issue in the same vicinity and they won’t come out and give us a quote without charging us. This is after they told us they’d be there in the morning and did not show up. Every person we talked to was rude (starting w/the girl who answers the phone & others) and dismissive. We called two other plumbing companies and were treated courteously. They both came out and gave us quotes and they are not the ones who did a previous job in the same area.

Friday at noon we received a 300% increase in our water bill with no one using the home. I called, from outside the USA, two different plumbers that we had used previously over the years and was told that they could not come until the following week to even look for the leak, even being aware that I had lost more than 10,000 gallons of water with a leak in an unknown location. I called Curtis Plumbing and immediately felt relief when told that they could have someone come to our home for the emergency within the hour even though they were heavily booked. I will only use Curtis Plumbing in the future since they are not in it just for the money. They do care about the customer and offer excellent service.

Everyone at Swanson Plumbing are excellent to work with, I called Rachel and scheduled a water heater replacement due to mine was leaking and they responded the same day. She was super polite and understanding on the phone. Tim and Adrian were both very professional and knowledgeable. There was some extra work due to the leak and they took care of everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has any plumbing needs. I will certainly be calling them again when I need any plumbing work. THANKS again to the whole team.

Last Tuesday, I walked into my bedroom and SQUISH, SQUISH, SQUISH!!!!!. My entire bathroom and bedroom was completely covered in 2 inches of water. YIKES!!!! I ran and turned off the water and immediately called Affordable Plumbing. Angelo, the owner, was here within 2 hours, found the leak& fixed it! What a relief! No worrying about if and when we would have water for doing the simple thing we take for granted like showers and flushing toilets! This is the SECOND TIME we have used him and his service and his pricing are AMAZING!! We are thinking of re-plumbing our house...guess who we will be calling... :)

Called them to come out to my house and they came out for free! Some other company was going to charge me a drive fee. As they got here they were in and out in 30min. My tub was plugged up and the price was perfect.

Field manager came out 10/16 when I detected small pond of water with bubbles appearing. Determined leak in water line to house. Gave me estimate for repair. Had 2 workers come to make repair on 10/17. Took all day without water, but they installed new pex pipe service line, plus new cut off valve andmade sure I had water supply. Restored landscaping and field manager returned early 10/18 to check area and get paid. I am satisfied with relationship!!! Mr. Rooter has pictures of work forPermits!!
