The water pipe from the house to the street burst. The two technicians, Phil and Jeff, did a fantastic job to repair the leak. The repair was estimated to take 2 days to complete, but because of the extreme heat, the men remained on the job after hours to complete the job in one day.Once the work was completed there was not a single indication that any of the digging had occurred, The work site was left immaculate. I will certainly recommend Rams to any of my friends that have plumbing needs

Another plumber was unable to unblock my drain with a cable and said I needed to replumb the kitchen which would involve tearing up the floor slab of my house at great expense. RAM plumbing used a camera and hydrojet to clear my drain and saved me many thousands of $$$ so I am happy with their work. Recommended.

Best plumber yet! We've had a few plumbing jobs in the last 2 weeks, as well as one a few years ago - all with different plumbers. Ram Plumbing is the best of them all by far! Joseph was professional, confident in his work, efficient, and so personable and kind. He did a great job with every task, no messes or shoddy work left behind. Prices were reasonable. Joe did a great job of finding a sink drain leak in a solid block wall. The wall was filled with concrete and sand. He did this with minimal damage to the wall. Great job Joe thanks .
Within my buying process, I met Jesse who gave me an estimate and took time to explain to me what roots can do to your pipes. After a couple of months in the moving process, we realized we needed that estimate. Carolyn was able to find the estimate and set it up with ease. (This story just keeps going...)
Two weeks later, we had to call Jesse back to find that we had a huge root ball along with more roots that required a hydrojet. Jesse took care of it, ran the camera several times to ensure we had clean pipes and left a clean bathroom after the service. Hands down, I recommend Ram Plumbing - their prices are great and their customer service is even better!

Took care of an after hours weekend backflow line replacement.
I had a gas leak at my house, I called Ram Plumbing and they were quick to respond get out and make the repairs. The repair also required new permits and a county inspection, they took care of that so my gas could get turned back on which was important since I have a gas water heater and it was November and cold showers are not good for little kids. I really appreciated how fast and through the repairs were made. I would highly recommend their services.

Our appointment was for between 10:00 - 12:00... William showed up as soon as he could. Can't guarantee times in the plumbing industry. Not only did he fix our issue in a timely manner (which another company failed to do & wanted to charge us $1300 for something we didn't need), he thoroughly cleaned up after himself... Which I appreciate.
We used Ram to unclog a drain, they were out the very next day and got the issue resolved quickly and efficiently. What I really liked is that they cleaned up after themselves so well, my mother couldn't even tell they had been there. I appreciate you being local and doing a great job!

The only problem I experienced when they replaced our waterline from the rear gate 60 feet to the house, was the introduction of sand. The new line wasn't capped, during installation, and should have been to avoid this problem. The cost of the work was reduced to cover the clean out process.

Company is very proactive with service. My husband called for help at 1:00PM & someone was at our house by 2:30PM - Same Day. This is totally unheard-of and is appreciated.
Called Ram Plumbing when we were having a sewer drain issue and they were able to fit us in right before the Christmas Holiday. Their Technician, David R. was able to immediately locate the issue, which unfortunately was caused by another plumbing company from a previous repair. David gave us his recommendation on how they would need to fix issue and the estimate given was fair. David and JJ returned soon after, repaired the sewer issue, and scoped the sewer line again afterward, just to make sure there were no other issues. We appreciated David and JJ's Promptness, Honesty, Professionalism, and Attention to Detail. I had a plumbing emergency and called a few different place's but i was getting nowhere. I then called Ram Plumbing and spoke to Patrick. I explained my plumbing issues and frustrations so far and he was beyond caring. He was able to calm me down and assured me that everything was going to be okay. He got a tech right out to my house! I had an underground gas leak and Southwest Gas had to cut off all gas to my house. YIKES, try finding plumbers that replace your gas line! Ram Plumbing was incredibly great. First, unlike the other companies, they were CREATIVE and realized they did NOT have to go over the roof and drop pipes into my new roof. Instead they rerouted the pipe underground around the front part of my property/house.Very very kind to my dogs, very very kind to me. Price was surely competitive. AAA+++. I am extremely grateful.

This company just saved me a few thousand dollars by being honest. I’ve had 2 other companies quote me 2 to 3 thousand dollars and demolition to fix a leak in my shower. These guys charged me a fraction of that and no tearing out of the wall was necessary.. I will totally recommend this company. And the guy who came out was really professional. So happy with their service!!
We attempted to hire this company to fix a shower, Ryan Holifield “director of operations” he showed up an hour late to give an estimate. Ryan was extremely rude and refused to even view the second shower. Within 5 minutes he left stating he would email me the estimate within the hour, but he never sent the estimate and I had to call their office to inquire about the estimate. The very courteous woman who answered assured me she had spoke with Ryan and he would call within the hour, needless to say he never did call so I had to hire another company; Plumb Plumbing who came out and completed the job same day for a great price. NEVER HIRE RAM PLUMBERS.

I had a root clogged Sewer line, I called David he came out right away which was impressive to me, he scoped it and found the root that had grown into the line. David, Jeff and Eric came out and dug up the line and repaired it in just 2 days, these guys are very professional, they explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it that way. We used Ram Plumbing to install a new water heater. The plumber did not install the water heater correctly (did not even hook it up to the venting). We paid Ram approximately $1500 for the water heater and the installation. Ram's installation did NOT pass inspection--the gas company actually turned off the gas to the water heater due to the deficient work. Despite numerous calls to remedy the completely faulty installation, the company has not returned a single call. We're out of town and had to pay another plumbing company $650 to re-install the water heater.
I've used Ram Plumbing several times over the past 8 years at 2 different homes and they're always amazing to work with. Clear communication, timely, respectful, always giving clear bids and fair pricing (and they've always beat competitors' bids). I will always use Ram Plumbing for anything plumbing related!
We had our house fully re-piped with Ram. David and Jeff were great. They very attentive to our concerns with our older home. Great looking installation work that came out exactly as planned. I called Ram because I had a leaky faucet that I just couldn’t fix. They came out, found my problem and gave me a fair quote. They also offered to check all of my faucets and found another one that needed work. They completed the job perfectly and gave me a guarantee for the work that was done. Wow! Was able to have the plumber come to the house within a couple of hours to repair the leak in my 🚿shower. Very respectful and knowledgeable and was finished in less than a hour. Very happy with the work but thought the cost was a little high for the part he had to replace, don't get me wrong I was very happy they were able to come out and would recommend them in a heartbeat.
Ryan, Joe, and Oscar worked as an incredible Team. These guys were as professional as it gets! Trustworthy and pleasant to be around. Ryan gave simple options to big problems. Joe and his helper Oscar Executed the job at hand with confidence and expertise. I would highly recommend Ram Plumbing.

Tyler and Joe have been nothing short of stellar when dealing with them at a very busy student property. Being an older community we experience a wide range of leaks and needed repairs and they generally show up right away and get to work fast. They’re always quick to resolve any issues and make sure that it’s done in a way so as to not exhaust our residents and budget. I appreciate their work more than they know!
Joe was prompt, on time, clear in his explanations and demonstration of our problems (two main line water leaks, and a running toilet), and the fixes he would enact. He got everything done essentially in just 2-3 hours, and we no longer have any problems. Also a nice friendly guy. I particularly appreciated Ram's ability to respond to our problem on short notice. They have fixed another issue for us in the past also and did a good job then too.

Just had Ram plumbing out for Leak detection, Ryan found the leak fast! He came out quickly, very reasonable charge. So happy I called them, I’ve found my plumber in Tucson!! Thank you Ram Pluming!!
These guys are great. They completed a really complicated job on repairing a system that had been installed in the 1930s and left the place spotless. It was something that two other plumbers had messed up and finally had the good sense to refer us to Ram Plumbing. Also, the final cost was LOWER than the original estimate that they gave us. Great work done by a great outfit.
