Alex was very professional and explained every step of the process so I understood exactly what was going to happen.
Anthony,Andrew, & Carlos were always on time. They were efficient and didn't waste time. After they left each day you wouldn't know that a work crew had been on the property.
After the project was completed Alex set up an appointment to go over the video of the work and make sure we were happy with everything.

Cast iron sewer line was about 50 years old, had been backing up. They came out and did a camera view, lots of rust and oddly shaped lines. They videoed before and after cleaning, and then after epoxy lining it. I am not sure I really needed the lining, definetly a cleaning, no breaks yet, but now I know for sure they are good to go. These guys came on time, never left a trace behind, even taking the tools and ladders each day. I thought they were very expensive, but a crew of 4 or 5 were out most of the day for five days. Put in a new clean out near the septic. So a lot of work done. Very professional, nice crew. Hardly were in the house at all, most work done outside.

After buying my first house I needed repair on the sewer. Nuflow didn't have to dig up my foundation and even installed cleanouts. They didn't leave a mess once they were done. This is a good option for anyone looking for sewer repair.

Brad, from NuFlow came out to search a belly in my drain pipe. He recommended a clean out which he said would bring it up to code. Perfect I said let’s do it.

Everyone was so helpful not only in explaining what would be done but in solving problems if/when they occurred. Scott and the crew he sent to my home were wonderful...arriving on time, keeping me updated during the work, cleaning up debris after the days of work..they were careful to warn me when not to use the sewer lines being worked. Competent, friendly, and professional...I can't praise them enough. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Nu Flow. I had a cracked, 95-year-old sewer pipe that needed trenchless repair. It was a tricky job as the pipe ran under our paved courtyard, a mature tree, and a stucco wall, and was close to collapsing. We had several companies out to inspect the pipe. The Nu Flow method was different to the other trenchless repair companies (most seem to use perma-liner), and much better. They didn't need to dig up anything, not even around the clean out. The crew was very professional and knowledgeable. If you need to do a trenchless repair, I recommend you give Nu Flow a call.

Opted for their pipe re-lining system as our house was built in 1972 with trouble-prone cast iron drain piping In 2inch and 3 inch diameter.
I’m glad I shopped around for quality work, NuFlo Tucson is a direct branch from Phoenix and their system originates from work done on US Navy ship piping rebuilds.
That other Local plumbing company that advertises a lot repeat a lot on tv, gave me an estimate free with promise of video proof of their pipe reline method to be sent-in email to watch but nothing ever came except for a contract to sign for $24K, no other proof to show that I needed what they sell !!
So in calling Phoenix they said we have NuFlo Tucson up and running here is the number... call made and out comes Brad who actually carries a video inspection camera and offered to take a look and record the whole system on the spot... for FREE . Proof on the spot Of how bad things looked in my opinion as these houses had been sold New with sink disposal and the sludge created eats cast iron. My suspicions were correct. That other company did a poor job to get my business so NuFlo Tucson got the job done.
I am happy that this investment of money makes a great selling point if my heirs decide to sell my house. This system is warranty 20 years.

I called in because I was concerned with the plumbing at my newly purchased home. Alex from Nuflow came out to inspect the property. I was surprised to find out that the plumbing had been renovated before I took ownership! Although, I didn’t need their services it was a pleasure working with such a honest and informative rep!

I called out NuFlow as a second opinion from another company around town. Brad showed up and inspected my pipes. After he was done, he sat down and showed me videos. He also provided me a copy of the videos, which I thought was great considering most companies change an additional fee for that. On top of all that they were able to repair my plumbing without having to trench up my home. Brad and the whole NuFlow team were great to work with. All around, great customer experience.

My sales rep Brad from the beginning of the repipe process to completion has remained available and informative. He gave me an honest price which came in less than some of the competitors I priced but delivered a superb product and the installation team also very professional from the moment they entered my house. The sleeve was installed with minimal interruption to my daily services and the turn around was only 3 days which the others wanted a 15 day window. Brad made sure I was comfortable with the process and day or night made himself available to assist me with any questions as we built to installation date and has promised beyond and since has delivered on that promise. I was worried about my plumbing and was referred to NuFlow for an inspection. Alex was very polite and helpful, explained what my issues were in a way I could understand.

Although we couldn't use their service since our problem is different then their technology could fix, Scott was incredibly informative and helpful and gave me a recommendation for someone who could potentially fix the issue. We live in a rural area as well so I was very happy with their aervice.

They relined our entire drain lines in an old house and saved us thousands for a superior product with an extensive warranty. They also responded to an emergency situation months later - that ended up having nothing to do with their product, but Alex went above and beyond to isolate the situation and connect us up to the right people to get it handled. I had a great experience with Scott Tilley from NuFlow. After calling about a leak concern with my sewer line, Scott and I set up an appointment for the next day. He arrived promptly and spent over an hour on my property with me, patiently walking me through his video examination and discussing the various implications of what he saw. He was a very friendly and knowledgeable professional.

The company was very responsive from the first phone call and came out within the week to do an inspection. I own a 100+ year old home and had old/decaying sewer line. Their technology in addressing old clay and cast iron pipes without disturbing the ground (and tenants) was just the solution I was looking for and they did a great job in scoping out the problems, and giving me a 'new' sewer system I don't have to worry about. Definitely would recommend the company. Worked with Brent and Jorge and they made the process easy.

Scott from NuFlow responded quickly to a home crisis involving our laundry line. While Scott couldn’t recommend his own company for the job, he pointed me in the right direction for an honest, affordable, quick fix from another service provider. Scott’s promptness and professionalism were amazing, but what we appreciated most was his honesty.

My home was built in 1971 and I was experiencing some foundation settlement and had concerns about leaks in my sewer. I contacted a plumbing contractor, who used a camera inserted through the sewer clean-out, to show me several breaks in my sewer line. They then conducted a static sewer test and discovered that I had several leaks in my sewer. Their method of repair was to paint the interior of the sewer pipe to stop the leaks.
When I contacted Nu-Flow for an estimate, Scott arrived and showed me the repaired pipe that he had in his vehicle. I was sold immediately on the procedure. It certainly appeared like it would plug any leaks in my sewer and was a much better process that simply painting the interior of my sewer pipe. I failed to read the contract completely and did not realize that the 20 year guarantee is only that their product will not fail. However, when I asked them to make sure that they repaired all the leaks by conducting a static sewer test, they refused saying that they never guaranteed to stop ALL the leaks. In order to accomplish that, I would need to contact a leak detection company, and pay up to $4,000 more, to determine the location of the leaks.

I assumed Nu-Flow had determined the location of the leaks before they began the repair but I was wrong. So now I have several feet of pretty blue hardened pipe in some locations of my sewer at a cost of $15,850.

If you have Nu-Flow repair your leaking sewer, be sure to read the contract. BTW, I had another static sewer test done and found my sewer to be leaking..... just not sure where its leaking from.

The team did a great job at placing a sleeve on the pipes under my foundation. Saved hundreds even thousands of dollars. I do recommend the team.

Great job. Met with Bradly and looked everything over and was advised what was needed. Also met with several other Companies and things changed. We met severaltimes and took notes. I called Nuflow to have my sewer piping inspected because of continuous drainage issues. I was having another company come and clean the line almost every year. I suspected a root had entered the line or a line break and wanted to know exactly what I was dealing with. Alex Kerr arrived on time on the scheduled day and set up an instrument that had a camera and could show real time image of the interior of the pipe. The results were that there were numerous obstructions in the line and one spot that looked like it could be a root or a break in the line. Alex suggested I contact a local plumbing company to do the cleanout and he would come back to use the camera again to see what the results of that cleaning would show. If a break or other serious issue was present we would discuss a solution including lining of the piping. After the cleaning I requested Alex to return and the camera showed that this time the cleaning had removed all the flow restrictions and the pipe was not damaged. We discussed and determined that while the earlier cleanings had failed to get all the restrictions, the new tool used by the company had done a more complete job. There was no need to line the pipe.
I give this long review because Alex did not push the idea of having to line the pipe. He clearly explained what I should do before needing a more expensive fix. I appreciate his candor and also that he offered to return and re-camera the pipe. While I did not need Nuflow to line the pipe I would recommend their company and technicians to be honest, on-time, and provide you with the best information to resolve your piping problem.

I needed video inspection of main drain line as due diligence at a mid-1970s home I am buying. Very impressed with Maria in the front office and with Scott, the account manager who did the inspection. Both were super professional, polite, and accessible - I had an appointment within 2 days, Scott actually arrived early, and calmly worked around an imperfect situation accessing the lines. He was unbelievably efficient with the inspection, and explained clearly and thoroughly all his findings.

I fortunately don’t need a repair - but if I did, I’d hire NuFlow in a heartbeat based on this experience! First-rate team.

Nu Flow was great. We are in an historic building and had major sewer issues. They lined the old pipes and made sure everything was in order. They provided before and after video of the lines so we were sure to understand what was done. They worked with us regarding schedule because the job was big enough that it would affect tenants and our restaurant business. They did a great job and we would hire them again without hesitation. Nuflow put the permaliner into our school sewer line. Explained the issues, showed us the pictured and worked with us to preform this work when children were on break. Overall a smooth experience.

Very professional and honest. If you need a fix like I did, it’s the most convenient and cost effective without tearing up the foundation in your home. The Warranty is just as good as new pipes. If you have old galvanized pipes, you need to look into this option.

We had the pipes re-lined. The crew was very helpful, courteous, clean. They worked long and hard. The salesman was also very helpful, honest, and professional. They also showed up when they said they would! All the work was performed as stated. They worked hard to solve a problem. The house needed clean-outs and we weren't able to have them installed but they were able to connect the piping with out tearing up the dining room floors. Hard-working and dedicated group of guys!

The entire team at NuFlow Tucson was highly professional, patient in addressing questions, thorough, and timely throughout a sewer pipe relining project. My only surprise (shock) was the high minimum price quoted for the relatively small size of the project -- 12-15 feet of a 2 inch kitchen sewer line. I was advised the high minimum price is required due to the amount of equipment required, irrespective of the size of the project. Otherwise, I recommend this company. Their epoxy bladder lining approach sounds superior to the alternative proffered by the competition.

Due to deterioration of cast iron pipes we hired Nu Flow to reline the pipe under the house and then under the driveway out to the street in 2 stages.
From start to finish the project took 7 weeks.
November 25 Green Valley Plumbing recommended that we call Scott from NuFlow to come do an inspection of the pipe and the project was completed on January 13 with the cement work around the new dual clean out.
The best part was the prompt completion as the work was scheduled for mid February and mid March!
We worked with Scott, 2 crews and 2 office workers. Everyone was responsive, courteous, highly competent, and meticulous.
We highly recommend this company!
