There's no sign saying the company is in the back street. When the big sign is posted in front of others company's making you think that's the Fusion company.. there's a company even have a sign posted on there door saying this is Not Fusion.

Woke up in the morning with my house at 85° and the a.c. not working. Called around 7am and Sean came out by 9am. Got to the root of the problem quickly and efficiently. Excellent Service! I do not give 5 stars but it seems this time I must. I had an over under 3 ton unit that was fried from an lightning strike. I’m had called to get three estimates and Daniel from Fusion arrived first. Daniel had such a good demeanor was willing to answer any questions I had with great patience. I felt so good and so comfortable with Daniel and the estimate given, that I canceled the other two companies and went with Fusion. The very next day, Daniel arrived bright and early. He had orchestrated his team and a crane to remove the unit. By 3pm, I had icey cold and heat air in my home. I did find out after that Fusion had beat the other companies by $500. Winning!

Had a few issues with my water heater in our fairly newly built house. Called Fusion plumbing and was referred to Cale he came out and took a look. Hard water was more than likely the culprit and just needed to be flushed out, since we recently redid master shower we were running out of hot water, I expressed my thoughts on a tankless heater. Cale ran me through my opinions and was able to come back the next day for an install. We no longer run out of hot water and the wife is happy. Gonna schedule an appointment for a home filtration system next. I highly recommend Fusion plumbing for anything plumbing or HVAC related.

Trying to get ac unit so tried getting a quote got it but then didn’t qualify for acceptance of financing

The crew at Fusion was very professional and did a great job. I needed a full replacement of all HVAC flexible ductwork in a tiny, awkward attic crawlspace, and they managed to do it fairly quickly despite having very little room to maneuver. They had to cut one additional access point, but drywall repair was included, and you can’t tell that there was a hole there. The job wasn’t cheap, but the bid was competitive, and the warranty made me feel confident that this ductwork will last a long time. I look forward to enjoying much more efficient heating and cooling with my new ductwork.

The service from start to finish was exceptional. The receptionist was very courteous and helpful in helping me set up an appointment and was flexible in changing the appointment to better suit my schedule.
I received both a text message and a call from Kyle letting me know the approximate time they would arrive at my house. Kyle and Colt were the installers of the toilets, and both of them were friendly, courteous young men.

We've used Fusion Plumbing & Air three times. The first was to repair an interruption in the water line to our refrigerator. The second was to service our HVAC system and the third was for maintenance on our water heater. The latter two services were specifically requested after we purchased the home to assure us that there were no issues with the HVAC and water heater. In each of the three times, telephone customer service was excellent, appointments were surprisingly timely, and the service technicians all very professional. We will definitely use Fusion Plumbing & Air to maintain or repair the systems in our home.

I’ve used Fusion for plumbing and HVAC needs a couple of times now and they’ve always provided good service and been highly professional and very responsive. When I had a lingering issue with my AC the owner personally came out twice, free of charge, to make sure they did everything that needed to be done.

Sean & his team are amazing. They're on time, respectful of property & do amazing work. We've had many issues with our home from leaky pipes to leaky valves & previous work that wasn't done correctly. They've fixed it all & didn't make it seem like it was ever an annoyance which we have found with other contractors. My water heater went out sometime in the 2 weeks we were out of town. I call Sean first thing Tuesday morning and he had Kyle and his partner out to our home with a couple hours. They were honest and replaced my water heater within an hour or so. They were very professional and didn’t leave a mess at all after work was completed. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We called and got a team to give us a quote the next day for a new ac/heating system (very comparable and fair compared to other companies who quoted us) - and they were able to get us installed right on our timeframe! Daniel and Quincy were extremely professional, worked all day and even worked through several problems that we had no idea we had throughout our installation. Shiloh and his team also stopped by and were able to provide help and support throughout the day. They were very friendly and explained everything to us in a way we could understand! We had a toilet issue on Jan 1st. What started as a call of desperation turned into a wonderful experience. First, they were the only ones to answer on a holiday and were willing to come out that day. They fixed it so we could use it that day, but came back the next day to actually fix the complete problem. It took a couple days, but they were amazing. Clayton, Chris and Jose worked diligently and steadily to get the job done, letting us know what they were doing and answering my silly questions. When we weren't quite ready to install the water heater, Chris and Clayton came back a couple days later and took care of it. All the guys were very polite and very personable. Letting us know when they would be here each morning and cleaning up after themselves each time. Thank you Sean, for a job well done.

Guys showed up early and were up front and professional. AC unit is a mix matched old mess and I figured it would need to be replaced. They ran a few tests and looked at my inside unit. They confirmed my suspicion that I needed a whole new unit and remarked that my inside unit was over 30 years old. They're gonna take this info back and Hopefully send me an estimate. Although at this time I cannot afford or do I have the time to replace this. But when the time Comes I will definitely keep them in mind. I would definitely work with these guys.

Requested my input on how the piping & tubes should be configured to be visually acceptable since the unit is exposed. Quality of the installation, exceeded my expectations. Fusion did a really excellent job on the full scope of projects we had them do. They did a water filtration system for our home, installed new faucet fixtures in multiple sinks and shower/tub, installed new toilets, and cleaned out drains. Fusion installed a new heat pump in our home. We purchased our home on February 1st, and on February 14th our R22 utilizing heat pump had a compressor failure. We weren't exactly prepared to deal with that kind of expense or breakdown, and even replacing the parts was going to be expensive because it would require a complete recharge of R22, which our home warranty company would not cover. We got Sean's info from our son and daughter-in-law. He was responsive, professional, and gave us multiple system options and multiple financing options. We made the decision to work with them, and they volunteered to work that Sunday to get our system installed as quickly as possible. Since they did such a great job with that, we asked them to install the new single tub sink and faucet in our kitchen, and they exceeded our expectations again. Our thermostat had a programming issue that did not allow us to connect via wifi (the manufacturer had programmed multiple units with the same serial number, so it would not allow us to register). They came to the house, sat on the phone to talk with customer service, ordered a replacement thermostat for us, came back to install it when it arrived, and made sure were were able to connect once it was installed. We will definitely use them again for any plumbing or heat pump issues.

Cale and his team are the best. I’ve used them twice now on two different homes on two different issues and not only were the most responsive and reliable, they were also the most truthworthy.

I moved into my new home with great expectations, but was quickly met with several complications, including a flooded hallway from clogged water pipes which ultimately had tree roots growing into them. Kyle provided the first diagnosis and was quick to schedule a solution. He helped to stop the flooding water line and then came back with another technician, Rey, to fix the area of pipe that had a root through it. Besides this, Kyle and Rey helped to fix a poorly installed shower gauge. They were quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely use Fusion for any further issues I encounter.

The 2 plumbers that came to the house worked very efficiently. I did not expect for the job to be done so quickly.... My hot water was restored within 15 minutes. They were also very nice and respectful. And they did not try to sell me anything that I did not need.

We had to replace our ranch pipe - from the main water line- as we had a leak. Kyle had a timely response, and the foresight to NOT start work at 4pm on a winter day. I bring this up because we had a couple gentleman from other companies wanting to start work at 4:30pm knowing it would not be able to be completed….. and would have created MORE OF a mess.

During our remodel, the construction team uncovered various plumbing issues that needed to be resolved quickly in order to stay on time and on budget. Cale came to the rescue each time. Kyle arrived on time and ahead of schedule and he went over the estimate to replace my sink and was very honest that my valve was leaking for the shut off, and that it needed to be repaired, before even starting the service of my bathroom sink, he estimated me the cost which was rather amazing for what you get especially for plumbing services around Christmas.

The business offers $99 a year subscription which covers 15% off services needed for your home, as well as annual check ups for water, leaking, air conditioning, heating and water heater. If you buy your own faucet, there is a discount versus them supplying a faucet for the bathroom sink just make sure you measure it ahead of time before purchasing the whole install took about two hours, but the technician wanted to make sure everything was situated correctly. I would highly recommend this business for the straightforward pricing, online account creation, and scheduling online.

I give Fusion Plumbing & Air the highest rating. We just purchased an older home with many problems. There were several initial issues with the dual system air conditioner and heater, and in the end the compressor failed. Fusion Plumbing & Air’s Daniel and Quincy were always very responsive and professional throughout the process, including rearranging their schedule for us after a recent night without heat. They always arrived on time and called to let us know they were on their way. Daniel took the time to explain the dual system and its problems, and answered our many questions throughout the process. The new air conditioning unit was installed and Daniel rewired the furnace to change from a dual system operation system to two independent systems at our request. He also inspected the furnace’s vent that was discharging into the attic to confirm the safety of this prior installation. Many thanks to these technicians for jobs well-done!

After trying a different company first with poor results, I called Fusion on a recommendation, and Quincy came out and did an excellent job at diagnosing issues with my heat pump system when it was having motor and airflow issues. He came back several times to make sure he could test it correctly and I think he gave me the right diagnosis accordingly. His repair work was good. I thought the charge for his work was quite reasonable. I'd use Quincy at Fusion again.

Fantastic service. I had what I thought was just a bad power plug on our water softener. Cale came out and said would get the power plug on Monday. He also picked up a control board just in case. (Very smart because both were bad). Excellent company and will definitely use them again.

I had a water filter housing inside the utility closet inside my home just blow out and start to flood the house. I was fortunate to be right there to shut off the water and then called Fusion as there was no water to my home. They arrived in less than an hour, replaced the filter housing and serviced my Renai hot water heater, since it needed to be done. Both jobs were done promptly and professionally. I have used Fusion in the past and even referred a friend who was very pleased with the service to his HVAC. I will use them for all my plumbing and HVAC needs in the future and signed up for their regular maintenance program.

Professional and very helpful! They installed a Nuvo H2O water softener system as well as extended a natural gas line for my kitchen range and backyard! When the backyard connection did not match my grill, they came back out and replaced with the proper connection. Definitely recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

I was told that they were unable to run a snake over about two feet. So the next choice was to use a water jet or air jet maybe a combination of both and the cost would be $400 and some odd dollars. If this is standard practice, some would call it Bait and Switch.

I cannot TELL you how just blown away I was with this company! My water heater had somehow started pouring water out of it one day at my home in Tucson, while I was backpacking through Europe. and luckily my neighbor noticed water coming out my 4 car garage. Long story short, Fusion replaced my water heater and had everything looking like nothing had even happened! I want to mention that this AMAZING person Shannon, who handled everything very professionally! Even in my darkest of moments in the Himalayas, she would've poured gas on it and lit a match, boy! We had new kitchen appliances delivered and the company we bought them from refused to hook up our new dishwasher and Refrigerator because of the RO system. So, we had a dishwasher sitting in our living room and a refrigerator not hooked up. I called Fusion and he stated he was in the area and would stop in. Well, in the process of hooking up our dishwasher he discovered a leak and a rusted out faucet. He ran down to the Hardware store and picked up what he need. Then he recommended that we replace the faucet. I went and bought a new one, while he worked on the dishwasher. Then he moved onto the refrigerator and noticed in order to hook it up, it also needed some parts. This “I’ll stop by” took 5 hours! He was back the next morning with the parts for the refrigerator.
He was stellar! I can’t recommend this company enough and I don’t think I will ever use another company for our plumbing.

Had a clogged drain backing up into bathtub it took the technician Chris 15 minutes to unclog was in and out in 20 minutes. Quick and professional was a very experienced young man I will use this company again in future.

I’m really shocked at how expensive the estimates came back for minor repairs. I just had some repairs done a few months ago at just a fraction of the quotes given today. Parts for the job I had bid out today were less than 2% of the total estimate.

We called this morning with a leaking shower head and kitchen sink. They are already gone (4:04pm) and the leaks are gone! Kale was awesome, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Call them, you won’t be let down.

I own ironwood apartments I worked with fusion plumbing today. Jake O'Hara and Chris came to relieve a main sewer that we had stopped up. 6+ units where stopped up. Fusion plumbing replaced 85 feet of 40 year old cast-iron sewage pipe from our building out to the City sewer in the alley. They were amazing! My upstairs bathtub leaked into my downstairs kitchen, needless to say we thought it would be a major repair. Cale came out, diagnosed the problem, tested a few different ways it could leak, had to cut a whole in my ceiling to confirm, then solved the problem. It ended up being a loose overflow drain and only required a screw driver to fix. He it down and did not charge a cent. He spent his time and expertise to fix a problem, I know it was simple but that kind of service is hard to find now. He has made a customer for life and I will be calling back for any future needs.

Not only did he fix our leak but he recommended a restoration company after hearing how my first consultation went. The company he suggested was amazing and helped me set up my insurance claim making the whole process very easy for me.

This was a very difficult manufactured home water heater installation. Kyle and Matt worked hard to find a solution to the now larger water heater. Prob the best contractor I spoke with over 6 that came out to bid. I know they’d do it right and can do a lot of things (like roofing for vents when putting in a new bathroom) and even camera scoped my vents w sonar at no cost. Unfortunately we couldn’t come to terms on the price but I would def recommend them for a pro job.

My regular plumber was unable to schedule an appointment. It was to our benefit finding fusion. They notified us when they would be out and on the second visit they were running behind and even called to let us know. They're very well organized and they did an excellent job. The Roots were so bad in my drain from the trees. I will certainly be referring them to everyone. They take the time to explain everything in detail. A very pleased customer.

Sean, Corey, and Marlin did a great job on our house. They replaced all of the pipes, fixtures, and the water heater. They showed up when they said they would and were extremely professional and kind. They cleaned each day before they left, which was much appreciated. All of the drywall they cut was cut neatly and carefully to save us money on drywall repairs. Fusion changed less than other places, but completed high quality work. Fusion was great. I live in Gilbert, AZ. They were able to see me the same day I called. I didn't realize the business itself was in Tucson since the plumber mentioned he lived in Gilbert too. Took me awhile to find the business to leave a Google review. He came out when he said he would and let me know when he were on his way. We had a frozen water valve that went to our ice maker. They cut a hole in our drywall and replaced a piece of the copper pipe and valve within an hour or so. They don't do drywall repairs (at least our guy didn't), so keep that in mind when getting a quote. I would use them again.

Unbelievably quick response and Michael did a terrific job. We replaced a 100 gallon water heater with 2 Quick Recovery tankless units. This is a private golf club, so hot water is always of need.

These guys were, on time and worked diligently until to water line replacement was completed. They turned what seemed to be a daunting task into a walk in the park. Would recommend to anyone.

House water line had a copper to galvanized pipe setup which cause the copper line to degrade and leak. Called Fusion and Kyle showed up the next day. He explained what needed to be done and did an excellent job. He got about 80% thru but had to respond to an emergency call and was unable to finish it. But, Kyle handed the rest off to Adam and Chris to finish up. They did a great job too finishing the repair and wrapping the new pipe layout with insulation as well. We just purchased a new house and with it came a home warranty. The main AC System was acting funny so we called in the service on the home warranty and the company that came out could not fix it and was completely rude and unprofessional.

I took to the advise of a friend and reached out the the team at Fusion. I was contacted quickly by their scheduler and had an appointment for someone to come out that next afternoon. Fusion Plumbing provided professional service, on time assessment and quote, and timely repair/on time service repair. They were thorough in explanation of problems as well as solutions and options for services. My only complaint would be the preventative actions that could/should be taken during the repair process. Knowing theyare flushing pipes, they should have anticipated the water overflow (and did, as they asked me to watch for it) but did not take the 10-15 min to move washer out from the area, cover flooring with protective plastic, which would have prevented the black grimy water from leaking all over the floor (white grout) and to the nearby carpet.

Michael did a great job with my tankless water heater installation. Explained the costs associated beforehand and stayed within budget. Fusion was great working with my home warranty company, they correctly diagnosed the issue and worked with my warranty company to obtain approval before moving forward. I appreciate their patience during that process. I will 100% use them again.

Replaced an Effluent Pump in our Sanctuary Building at First institutional Baptist Church. We have used Fusion Plumbing with several large plumbing issues. The Effluent Pump was a three-day messy job but they were able to get us and running by the third day. Excellent work no problem with the Effluent Pump since the replacement.

While shopping for a new HVAC system we were amazed by the “WOW” factor in the customer service recently received by Fusion Plumbing and Air AZ. My water heater broke in the middle of the night, I called them first thing Monday morning. They were quick and reasonable on the price. They had the new water heater installed same day and were very respectful and professional, will definitely use them in the future.

My water heater started leaking and Cale was able to come out same day and take a look at it, walk me through what it would take to bring a new water heater up to code, and what my options were. Cale worked late to ensure I had hot water that night and was an extremely professional, friendly, and high quality plumber. The customer service was top-notch, being extremely responsive through text messages and coming to my home the same day for a free estimate. I obtained estimates from other companies (who were slower to respond), and fusion plumbing would not be beat in price or customer service.

They were more knowledgeable about tankless water heaters than the competition was. In fact, after Fusion Plumbing explained the system to me, I had to educate the other another plumbing company about the system so they would bid the job correctly. This caused me to decide to stick with Fusion Plumbing so the job would be done right. They also have placed me on their schedule to do the annual maintenance, so I don’t even have to worry about it.

Our hot water heater was knocking, which is not a good sign. These guys came out and responded within 30 minutes of my call. Cale was professional and friendly. He put our worries at ease, telling me that he would be able to fix the problem that day. I highly recommend these guys. Keep up the great work and if you're in a pinch, they'll be happy to help you out. They even worked with my Home Warranty people. I'm so happy we avoided a big problem and got our water heater fixed.
