Had a very bad experience with the company today, I would not recommend this company. Did not provide an accurate quote, and customer service from the office is very poor. Stated they would call me back with a resolution, never returned the call. Very Unprofessional.

Joe came out and replaced two faucet aerators that were very noisy due to being high volume aerators. Reset my garbage disposal that seemed to have clogged and explained how to do it myself. Was very informative, polite, and timely. I have used Curtis plumbing for a minimum of 15 years and have been very pleased with their service. I highly recommend them.

The plumber from Curtiss repaired a leaking outdoor pipe, a leaky shower faucet, and fixed the hot water on our kitchen sink and shower. He was very efficient, courteous, and professional. I would definitely hire Curtiss for future plumbing work.

Though they were not here at the stated time, they called me to let me know why they were late and what time they expected to arrive. They were here promptly at that time and did a wonderful job. They kept me informed about their progress and discussed any deviation in the stated plan.

I've used Curtis for years, after a very expensive poly replace with another local company left me annoyed. Curtis offered a senior discount, so I gave them a try.

Alas, beloved Billy had just retired, and they sent Braden on a Friday to fix my leaky kitchen faucet.
It turned out the ancient faucet had to be replaced, and what he had in the truck looked awful with my stainless sink. He returned Monday with a faucet; he'd actually gone shopping to find the perfect one!
He also put the two days' charges on one ticket. Was so impressed that I phoned the company to compliment him.

We have used Curtis Plumbing for 2 huge projects- re-piping our entire gas lines, and more recently re-piping our entire irrigation system. I cannot say enough good things and Ken Curtis and his crew. They are smart, hard workers, extremely high quality, trustworthy, think before they cut and this was a complicated mess they straightened out in an old house. I've also used them for smaller projects- built in washing machine install, replace cartridges in nice faucets, etc. You can't find better plumbers than these guys!

We had to use Curtis Plumbing to re-install a water heater (Ram Plumbing completely botched the job--the water heater did not pass inspection and the gas company turned off gas to the house it was so unsafe. Ram refused to fix the installation). Curtis Plumbing fixed the issue in a timely manner AND, while still expensive, they came in several hundred dollars under their original quote. They were nothing but professional.

Matt came and gave us a brand new clean out! He did the work on time and was very knowledgeable. Always professional and gets the job done, Matt is very efficient and takes the time with the costumer concerning the work he is about to perform. He definitely is an asset to this company!

4/7/2017 Back in Sept of 2002 I had Curtis Plumbing install a 50 Gal. water heater, it lasted 14 1/2 years. Today I had them out to replace the old one with a new 50 Gal. water heater. The pricing was certainly fair for the work that was done. They arrived on time, the plumber that they sent out (Braden) was very personable, knowledgeable and he completed the work in 1.5 hours!!! I would certainly recommend the company to anyone that I know, the quality of there work is top notch in my book!!!

Genuine family owned and operated Tucson business!

Friday at noon we received a 300% increase in our water bill with no one using the home. I called, from outside the USA, two different plumbers that we had used previously over the years and was told that they could not come until the following week to even look for the leak, even being aware that I had lost more than 10,000 gallons of water with a leak in an unknown location. I called Curtis Plumbing and immediately felt relief when told that they could have someone come to our home for the emergency within the hour even though they were heavily booked. I will only use Curtis Plumbing in the future since they are not in it just for the money. They do care about the customer and offer excellent service.

I was so impressed with the service representative that was here last week. He was so professional, knowledgeable and an asset to your company. If all your repair men are a nice and capable as the one that was here, you have a team to be proud of.

After purchasing our home we struggled with our water heater going out intermittently. Our home warranty company didn’t want to cover it initially and when they sent a contractor from another local plumbing company out they smashed the pilot light button a dozen times and then left us hanging with little communication. They got it running for about 3 months before it went out again. At that point we reached out to Curtis Plumbing to see if they could help. When Robert showed up he immediately identified the issue with some improperly placed ventilation that was allowing gusts of wind from the recent storms to blow right on the pilot light of the water heater knocking the hot water out. Robert was thorough in his explanations about how to move forward with not only resolving our issue but gave guidance on how to safely maintain it. We really appreciate all of his time and professionalism he extended to us. Compared to previous experiences with other plumbing outfits in town we felt truly taken care of and will happily call Curtis Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs. Thank you guys.

I live out of State and own a rental in Tucson. Water heater thermocouple went out today and tried to get help from Curtis Plumbing. The tech who called said he would not work on any water heater older than 5 years. Replacement for a water heater starts at $2100.00 and is even higher for a mobile home. I drove to my rental mobile home, stopped at HomeDepot for a $11.98 cent replacement thermocouple. Fixed the water heater in 20 minutes. If you need assistance in Tucson, DO NOT CALL CURTIS PLUMBING. Sad day for this company and sad commentary about the service this company offers.

We have been using Curtis Plumbing for several years with hot water heater replacement through various kitchen and plumbing issues. Joe is our main man. He is professional, respectful and exceedingly competent. Before he departs he makes sure he has covered all the bases. Plumbing is an expensive endeavor yet we have found Curtis Plumbing's hourly charges and pricing to be fair and reasonable.

Matt, the technician that came to my house was incredibly professional, friendly, and diligent about doing the work that my architect needed him to do which was to locate the crazy sewage lines In my house which is a very funky historic property. I would definitely recommend this company. I don’t have a frame of reference as far as how Economic it is to go through Curtis Plumbing but in my mind a job well done where I don’t have to worry is money well spent. Especially when it comes to infrastructure issues.

Robert showed up on time and was very professional. Made a couple of recommendations and warned of what might go wrong (he replaced a toilet that was from the original build in the house in 1973). He got to work right away and within 90 minutes or so, we had a efficient, adult size, new toilet installed in a bathroom that was not level and had it's own challenges!

Great Company! My septic spit up junk all over my bathtub because I hadn't pumped it in years. Not only did they come out on the weekend to immediately give it a short-term fix, but the office manager answered all of my septic questions. I'm a city girl, so I had no idea that you need to pump it every six years, or so. Then they came back during the week, so I wouldn't have to pay the weekend rate, with two men, to pump the whole thing out, which was filled to the top. They were very nice and professional, and knew what they were doing. They didn't waste any time getting to work in our 100 degrees plus temperatures, and they even gave us a Senior Citizen discount. I was also happy that they cleaned up all their work, and left my backyard looking just like it did before they did the dig up.

Robert showed up within a couple hours with a fully supplied truck and fixed the problem right away. You can't ask for more than that!

The Curtis technician was very efficient, completed 3 items that needed to be fixed or installed. His work was excellent quality, clearly a pro at his job. The bill was very reasonable for the work done. Highly recommend this plumbing company.

I needed to have a 5 ft re-pipe (outside of wall) and a water softener (which I furnished) installed. They up-charged the pipe and couplings 3 1/2 to 4 times what they cost at Home Depot. For example, a hose bib at Home depot costs $8.37 and they charged me $28.43 for the EXACT same one. And they charged me for 6 3/4 hours that included nearly an hour for his lunch and 1/2 hour to figure the bill. The total bill came to $1600.00. I got screwed horribly and will never, ever call Curtis Plumbing again. I will tell everyone I know.

I would have given them five stars because the service was excellent and the plumber knew what he was doing but it seemed a little more expensive than I was anticipating

This company has served me fabulously for many years. They're the only ones I call for anything plumbing related. I trust them and know I can depend on the work and information they provide. I have an older home and they keep everything performing as it should, probably even better. They're the best. You should give them a try.

Our home's septic tank decided to backup while my Mother In Law was alone with our kids and my wife and I were both out of town. Roger and Braden were both so amazing. From the first moment they showed up they worked on keeping everything running until they could fix, what turned out to be a major pipe issue. Both Braden and Roger were amazing in showing up when they said they would, fixing everything and even offering their help in fixing a few other plumbing items we had. From the moment we called to them offering the invoice, we couldn't have been more satisfied with the service Curtis gave us through Roger and Braden. I will definitely suggest them to everyone I meet and use only Curtis from here on out!

Had water leak in ABS piping connection in bathroom. Fixed it very nicely. I was a somewhat upset that their quote over phone was round $400 but final charge was $816.08; I had emailed them extensive description and multiple photos so they could provide more accurate estimate since they do not do free estimates though I realize they found some other issues they had to fix that were not apparent in my description and photos. I was also upset that the impression they gave me was only one plumber would do the job but he showed up with a trainee and charged me for trainee time also. I will use them again only for involved or complex jobs. They are too expensive for simple plumbing jobs such as toilet install or faucet install.

Our plumber, Scott, was knowledgeable and accommodating. When the sink and faucet didn’t fit perfectly, he made it so by problem-solving a solution. I especially appreciated him identifying issues and offering solutions without “selling” me something I didn’t need. I would call Curtis again without hesitation.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Curtis Plumbing not only were they extremely responsive but the gentleman that did the service call was extremely polite and professional, communication was excellent through the whole process. I’ve been an electrical contractor for 20 years, so my expectation is high and they didn’t let me down.

My experience with this company was eye opening as far as needing to get several estimates. Curtis gave me an estimate of $3200 to get permits and replace gas pipe from the meter to the furnace. I thought it was a lot more than it should be. I got 3 more estimates for the same thing. They were 1800,1600, and $885 .Curtis charged me $150 for the estimate. There was no charge for the others. I just had the job completed,in less than 2 hours by Gas Installations for $885. They were courteous ,prompt and a pleasure to work with. I question why the estimate from Curtis took an hour,costing $150, and the others were no charge, taking 20 to 30 minutes.

The 2 plumbers were professional, respectful, friendly, thorough, methodical and explained everything that they did. They also gave me a list of things to do to prevent future problems.

This is the only plumbing company I use. They are reliable, responsive, and the price seems appropriate for what they do. I highly recommend them to everyone who asks.

Joe did a great job today fixing some plumbing problems at our home. Curtis Plumbing is the company we always use.

Disappointed!! Took a licensed plumber 3 hours to install a simple Delta kitchen faucet. Why? Additionally, why did the plumber have to turn on the water in my bathtub to install the kitchen faucet. The cost of the labor to do a simple kitchen faucet install was $550. The receipt states every thing is working properly at this time. T he dishwasher would not work as it was not receiving water. So no everything was not working propertly. Goggle says and Delta says it should take a plumber 30 minutes to 1 hour to install the faucet.

Our plumber showed up promptly when we asked, which was helpful for accommodating our work-from-home meetings. He looked at the two projects we had, a loose faucet and a leaky toilet. He explained what he would do, and made recommendations to accommodate an old toilet part that was no longer a standard size. He was friendly and professional, even making sure the back gate was closed because he knew we have dogs. Everything was fixed within 90 minutes and we had a great experience. Thanks!

Had a toilet water break late afternoon on Thursday, called early Friday morning to Curtis Plumbing and got the voice mail. Half hour later they called and we set up an appointment between 12-3pm. He arrived at 2:45 assessed the situation and it was fixed 40 minutes later. Would highly recommend Curtis Plumbing for all your plumbing needs and repairs.

Called Curtis Plumbing to schedule an appointment to have them come out and check a small slow water leak under the kitchen sink. They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Technician ( Robert ) showed up on time, and was very professional and polite.
He discovered the leak in minutes and was able to fix the problem within 30-40 minutes. He had to replace a shut off water valve under the sink, in a tight place. He also double checked the other valve and fittings.
I have used Curtis Plumbing in the past, and they are always professional and reliable. Will use them again next time I have plumbing issues.
