They came out to run my 4 main line. The guy pulls a small drain snake off his truck meant to run an 1 1/2 pipe runs it ten feet down the drain pulls it back out with some tiny roots on it, and starts the hard sell on how we need to have him send a camera down our pipe and then have it jetted out at some crazy price. We paid him for pulling his equipment of the truck which was worth it to get him out of here. I called another company they came out pulled out a 3/4 snake and ran my line cleared the problem and left with $120.00 done. God help an elderly person or someone not savvy to their BS ways. BEWARE!!!

They provide quick and decent plumbing solutions. I am happy for hiring Taz Plumbing Professionals because they are trustworthy and had done what they promised before starting job. Their team is having extremely knowledgeable and answered every question that I had.

After using a different plumbing company with no success, the company I'm renting from called out TAZ plumbing and my experience was EXCELLENT. The plumber, Ben, called before arriving, was within the time estimate, professional and kind, and while the whole problem couldn't be fixed in one visit, he worked so hard and got my kitchen sink draining again for which I am so grateful! He got up on the roof multiple times to address the issue, even running a camera to better understand the problem. I had a great experience and would highly recommend TAZ plumbing.

Taz Plumbing was selected by our Home Warranty Company when we were having problems with our water heater. They were able to get us an appointment the day after we called. The plumber that came out was Ben, and we couldn't have been more happy. Our water heater needed to be replaced and he requested our company expedite reviewing the request. We ended up getting a new water heater, and paid to upgrade to a better one, which Ben came out and installed later that night. Ben was friendly, took time to explain everything, and even explained stuff to our two kids (3 and 2 years old) and let them watch the entire time. If we ever need plumbing service again, whether or not through our warranty, this will be our first stop and we will be requesting Ben.

When I had Taz plumbing come out in 2015, I was charged $750 to replace a small segment of pipe that had burst. I never had any plumbing services in this area between 2015 and today. Recently, we had a contractor come by for a different job and he noticed incidentally that a pipe in that location was still leaking and was fastened with a towel and a few pieces of string. The attached photos document this. A different local plumbing agency informed me that the resulting corrosion and water damage, shown in the attached photos, would cost $2000 - $3000 to fix.

Before I posted this review, I contacted the customer service line and received assurance that I would be called by management to attempt to resolve the issue. I received no response, and I posted the above review. Subsequently, I received a call from a manager who angrily informed me that there would be legal action upon me for my bad review. No investigation of the issue was performed whatsoever.

Called with a leak in my ceiling the lady on the Phone was awesome, Salvador came and promptly found and made the repair.

The technician that came out was very nice and respectful when he was coming in and out of my house. He took his time to explain to me in detail what needed to be done.

The plumber who attended my premises was very punctual, efficient and knowledgeable. He recognized the problem and fixed it very quickly and left the place tidy. He also provided expert advice on cost-saving options. I am very pleased with their services and results and I highly recommend Taz Plumbing Professionals.

I had to use them because of my home warranty, would not use if I didn't have to. They didn't even submit my diagnosis to the home warranty I called for three weeks and I finally gave up. The technician failed to submit the diagnosis of my water heater issue. Was given the one excuse after another. I do not recommend.

Honestly I'm very happy with the work they have done at all. My friend suggested me this company to do a damage report regarding to the flooding issue in my bedroom. After they confirmed where the problem is, they solved it very quickly. Very professional service offered by Taz Plumbing Professionals. I'm happy to give 5 stars because they have instant response to problem.

If I could give zero... I would. This company was contracted to fix a pipe leak in my laundry room. First appointment was set and the plumber no call/no showed me. I called after the scheduled time frame and was told he called out sick. (Thanks for the heads up! Let me just sit around and waste my time) We scheduled a second appointment for the following day.

The following day ROB was supposed to show up between 11-1pm, but never did. I called back to their main office and was told that, he would be paged to call me. 1:45pm ... Nothing. I call back same story and Rob finally calls me.

Rob says, You weren't even on my schedule; there must be a glitch in this new program we are using. Let me call you back in 20minutes to figure out what is going on. Rob never called back.

The following day I called the number on their website and they told me there was nothing they could do...but they understand my frustration.

This is free money people... Thanks for wasting 72hrs of my time.

My experience with Taz plumbing began when I called 210 just before closing hours. Taz called me the same day 210 dispatched and had Juan out to my house the very next day. Juan provided outstanding customer service and addressed all my concerns. I really appreciate how he was not suggesting additional services that I didn't need. I would highly recommend.

I used them a few times on a reference from a friend when I lived there due to a problematic place I was renting while attending school. They were very friendly and clean through out the service. Communicative and upfront when it came to the billing. Their repairs stayed in working order years afterwards, up until I finished my schooling and moved out. A recent incident made me wish these guys were out here as well.

My water heater was leaking and my home warranty (2-10) dispatched TAZ Plumbing. They came out the next day and informed 2-10 that I needed a new water heater. 2-10 undertook procuring a new unit (albeit an incompatible one). The pipes had to be rerouted and I was quoted a price for that, which 2-10 wouldn't cover. TAZ came back out to install the unit and reroute the pipes. The work that was actually performed was not what I was quoted for and I was ultimately overcharged. Once I was able to speak with someone at TAZ, they understood the situation and worked with me to correct the situation. I am happy to say that my initial negative impression of this company has changed and that I would happily do business with them again.

We did not have a great experience with Taz. It took over a week for the work to get done, meaning we had no hot water for that duration. I would leave voice messages and get no response and then get the I didn't get your message line. Overall very dissatisfied with the customer service portion.

We had our main sewer line burst under our historic, 1941 mid-town home—it was a mess, and we needed help quickly. Not only did Taz Plumbing come quickly and provide a quote within 30 minutes, but they found us a cleanup and restoration company—Bingham Restoration—who also came right out and agreed to get started the next day. Working together, this great team made us feel like we were in great and caring hands—and we were! It's very stressful to have this happen (not to mention environmentally hazardous and difficult to deal with for everyone, not the least the plumbers and restoration specialists). The Taz team knew we were having trouble with State Farm, who is refusing to cover our hotel expenses (as if we could stay in a home with no plumbing and that reeked of sewage), and Taz pulled out all the stops, having their workers come on Saturday and getting the system working by Sunday, saving us two days of hotel. I can't say enough good about both Taz Plumbing; Juan, one of the owners, personally made sure everything was going along well. All the guys were unfailingly polite, and always nattily dressed, even when working in the crawl space under our home! The only thing these guys specialize in is how to get out of doing any work. I've twice had them out to my house because they contract with 210 Home Warranty. Both times they did no work. One of the times they came out they tried to convince me my water pressure was dangerously high and for a mere $400 they could fix it. I checked with my plumber who verified my water pressure was fine. No idea how they've only received 5 stars thus far, AVOID!

Avoid at all costs. Used car salesmen of plumbing. Charged me over 4 thousand to fix a problem, didn't fix it, then when I complained they said it wasn't a plumbing issue, even though that's what they agreed to fix in the first place.

Then when I asked for an itemized bill to explain the high cost, it's been two months, they just avoid my calls and shirk all responsibility. Actual plumbers spent very little time here, but they will charge you for full plumbers rate. A very sleazy business, avoid if you don't want to get burned. Don't believe the positive reviews, these are mostly fake accounts.

Scheduled service through home warranty. Plumbing service refuses to return calls. Have called multiple times within their business hours and am directed to a dispatch who says they'll call us back. They never have after many attempts at contact. This is a joke. Waiting over 3 days now for contact.

Ramon came out to replace my water heater after my old one was on its last leg. He replaced it in no time, was very professional and explained everything to me. I had a minor issue with a toilet making gurgling noises and American Home Shield connected me with Taz Plumbing. Luis arrived within the appointment window after calling ahead to let me know he was on the way. He diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced the fill valve and flapper and was totally pleasant and professional. I will not hesitate to contact Taz for any future plumbing needs.

Horrible!!! The first time he comes and looks and gives the wrong diagnose, had to figure out the problem and call him back. The next time he comes with no tools and says he can't seal a bathtub. He can't seal because of liability. I have to call a contractor to do a simple seal job.

After dealing with a nightmare emergency plumbing service. Our home warranty sent over Ben from TAZ. He was extremely kind and fixed our problem (the other guy couldnt and actually made worse) in 20 mins. Ben took a few mins to educate us and in less than 5 mins even fixed an issue with our water softener that I had been fighting for months. My wife an I are so grateful to have worked with Ben from TAZ he gave us exceptional service and we will recommend and use TAZ in the future!

Salvador was the tech assigned. He was on time, professional, practiced CoVid precautions and explained what he was doing. I had been told by others my shower tile would need to be cut, and another plumber could not get the divertor out of the wall. Salvador did it, and installed another one. Grateful for his knowledge and service.

Their service was excellent, the plumber's work was very efficient and the service area was left clean. We were having an issue were our kitchen sink and our washer would back up into our hallway bathtub. All other drains (bathroom sink, shower and toilets) would drain quickly and without an issue. Ben came out and diligently worked on the issue until he was able to clear the stoppage. His dedication, friendliness, and knowledge was refreshing. He listened to our description of the issue and paid special attention to make sure the issue was resolved. Ben is an asset to TAZ plumbing and I will highly recommend this company to anyone. Had a leak in my home in my upstairs bathroom which leaked down into my downstairs bathroom. TAZ came out right away! The workers were awesome, my dogs even liked them! They walked me through everything they did and didn’t mind me asking a lot of questions!

Dealing with them was a breeze. Very clear from the get-go what I was getting and what I would be charged for. Work was done in less time than expected and within one day. They were honest and respectful.

The work was not even performed by the technician that he stated he did. He was very lazy and acted as if he didn't even want to work at all at our house!!Do not use this company !!!!!!!!!!!

I have had both good and negative experiences with Taz Plumbing. I have had them come out at the drop of a dime to fix plumbing issues, and have been super grateful. However, when our home had a pipe break under the slab, and knowing it was polybutelyn pipe ( waiting for another disaster) We chose them to re-plumb our home. Although there bid was much higher than the other company, we had had good experiences with them in the past, and figured this job would be quality like the others.
I can say this was a poor choice. The gentleman that worked on our house treated our home like garbage. They had to open the wall in the garage, and instead of consulting us, or having us move items, they literally threw every item we had into a giant heap! They did the same in the master bathroom, they needed under the sink so they threw everything in a giant pile in the shower. It looked like they used a shovel. They did not put anything back. When the job was done they left Spackle everywhere, and 2 holes in the wall, which I had to have another company repair. The did not replace the water heater like promised in the quote, and we realized this upon a home inspection after we put our home on the market. Then, when they replaced it they did not get the proper licence, and it took almost 2 months for them to get the inspector out.
If you have a small problem ( busted water heater, plugged pipe, faulty garbage disposal) I would recommend them. However, I would not agree that this company is equipped to handle a larger job such as re-plumbing a house.

The tech showed up turned the temperature dial up and told me I needed a new water heater that my warranty would not cover a replacement and proceeded to show me his notebook of new water heaters I could purchase from them. Very disappointed. They could have told me this over the phone.

If you get assigned this company through your home warranty (because let's be real, no one would chose them willingly) - request a new company.

They told me my hot water heater wouldn't be covered and that I should buy a new one from them. After.I declined, they said they would find a way to make the warranty pay for a new hot water heater.

Except now they tacked on nearly $900 in extra fees. For example, they said the flexible gas line needs replaced - even though its brand new.

Refused to go into detail about why the extra charges were needed.

Run from this company.

EDIT - I see the company replied to this review. And continues to spew lies. The repair WAS covered by the warranty company. When I asked why TAZ was asking for nearly $900 in modification fees, no one could explain the costs - especially since NO modifications were needed.

Its funny that these modifications weren't mentioned until I DECLINED to buy a water heater directly from your company.

Was I frustrated? Of course I was. Especially after calling for WEEKS and never once getting a call back (I always had to call you). So maybe if your front desk people were better at their jobs, customers would be less frustrated, eh?

They got here in a hurry when I had a broken pipe and had no water in the house. Friendly service, and a solid job. I am surprised that we got such great service from a home warranty referral.

We just purchased a home in Tucson and didn't know what to do when we found a huge leak outside the house. We called our home warranty company, but they said it was outside the house and, therefore, outside our warranty. But they referred us to Taz Plumbing. Thank goodness they did!

Because it was really late on a Friday night, we called the water company to turn off the water at the curb, which they did. Taz called us at 6:30 the next morning to arrange a time to come out. They were there by 10am and quickly diagnosed the problem. They offered us two options, one which would fix the problem and another that would prevent its recurrence. We opted for the bigger fix. Five hours later (as they estimated), we were done. It was a fair price, professionally repaired, with customer service being their priority throughout.

As I said, we're new to Tucson, but we now have a plumber!

Unbelievable they’ve gotten positive reviews - our home warranty sent them out to us and they tried high pressure scare tactics to do $5K + work telling us if we didn’t get it done the next day we’d be looking at the tens of thousands in repair. I stalled them to get competitive quotes and had the work done by someone else for a few hundred. It gets worse though - turns out what they claimed was wrong wasn’t and the bulk of what they said wasn’t true. The owner even called when they suspected we were going with someone else and offered a thousand dollar discount.

Very shady business practices and will be reporting to the AZ contractor license board. Who knows who else they’ve scammed with these untrustworthy practices but beware of this company and if you have to deal with them because of a home warranty - question everything they say and get a second opinion from another company.

The estimate that TAZ gave was almost exactly twice the price of two other estimates from two different licensed companies. The products used by all companies was the same, as well as warranty offered for work done.

Taz was at my house for approximately 30 minutes to work on the hot water heater, and my bill (for labor only) was $221. They were responsive and timely to help fix our hot water heater when other companies couldn’t, but wowza that price tag hurts.

Taz plumbing was contacted by my rental company after no one could figure out why the front hose spiket was not working. I was contacted promptly on a Friday and had an appointment scheduled for that Monday. They showed up on time and even gave a call to say they would be at my home soon. As soon as he looked at the spiket he knew what the problem was. It was fixed quickly. I was very happy with how everything was handled. Thank you!

Technician lied to home warranty company after being late and missing two scheduled appointments. Would not use them very unreliable and not reputable.

I had a waterheater flood out and it took the plumber 4 days to request replacement to warranty company leaving me with no hot water for the same amount of time and it still is not resolved.

Assigned this company by my home warranty to fix leaking toilet. Tech comes out, says it's fixed, leaves. I go check it, still leaking, call him back. Comes back, says it's fixed, show him it's not, he says it's wet from previously leaking, leaves. Call the dispatcher, asked for someone else, said they'd get back to me.

Dried the area underneath the leak, put a dry paper towel, watched the toilet leak on it. Going to just call someone else tomorrow and pay out of pocket because I just want it resolved.

A technician came as a home guarantee company affiliate because I had a leaking bathtub valve. He incorrectly installed the cartridge and the hot water was coming out first instead of the cold, he installed it upside down. I went online and i found out how to install it correctly and I repaired it myself. Worthless plumbers.

Grateful that Ben with TAZ Plumbing was able to unclog our pipe that another plumber couldn't because the other plumber didn't have the right snake. Ben was very professional.

Professional company and very clear communication give time to understand our requirements and completed the work to excellent standard very quickly. Had a water heater installed Feb2022. Now August 2022 one of the soulder joints failed causing a leak. Called them and was told it's $120 to fix their own shotty work. If this was something that happend a few years out i wouldnt say anything and pay to fix the issue but were 6 months out guys and thats absolutely unacceptable. I don't advocate for anyone to avoid them based on what i say but please understand if you use them you will be putting your homes plumbing integrity into the hands of a company that won't honor or guarantee their own work even 6 months out. To be honest I can recall the installation tech telling me they cover their work for life but I don't have anything in writing to back that up. Be mindful, do your research and if they verbally guarantee anything to you, you best have that in writing.

Taz Plumbing Professionals reacted so quickly and positively to an issue for us which they diligently resolved in a very efficient and harmonious way. All involved plumbers were pleasant and very easy to communicate with and they stayed focus until a final and enduring conclusion was achieved. The business and the personnel are a very professional unit indeed. We do not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone searching for someone to fix their plumbing problems.

Our Home warranty company 2-10 sent these guys to find the source of a leak from our upstairs master bath, into the living room on the bottom floor. They came out looked in the shower and inspected the sheet rock downstairs(Still installed). Made a GUESS that it COULD be from the shower pan, enclosure or drain line. They called a restoration company to have the sheet rock removed from the downstairs ceiling so they could further assess the leak area. I scheduled another appointment for them to come BACK three days later, instead they called the warranty company and told them they diagnosed the issue to be the shower pan and closed the work ticket. They never even bothered to look at the at area once the sheet rock was removed so they could inspect the drain line and sub flooring and because they sent in the Diagnosis I can't even open another ticket to have a contractor assess the exposed area and I'm now forced to have to pay for another contractor out of pocket to come out just to find the source of the leak. If your warranty company assigns these guys to your work orders, ask for another contractor. Horrible experience........ By the way, the water was coming through the enclosure and the shower just needed caulking. You guys are liars.

These guys were stellar! Called in emergency over Labor Day weekend. They had us up and running within a few hours. Made a plan to resolve the issue permanently and had all work completed quickly and efficiently. They were professional and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

I didn't know what they did could even be done!! Ivan was the gentleman in charge of the work that was getting done and he was phenomenal, to say the absolute least. I'm not talking about a leak or a clogged pipe here either, people! I'm talking Indiana Jones meets Mission Impossible in real-life. Ivan was impeccable. He's like the Michael Jordan of his craft. He's the Zero from Holes!!!
I had nothing but positive encounters with everyone I spoke to and met at TAZ but honestly, I didn't even have to speak with anyone else from the company because Ivan knew EXACTLY what he was doing and scheduled the the time he'd be arriving the next day directly with me the each day before leaving, so there was no need for me to speak to anyone else.
If you have a leak or a clogged pipe, ummm... I'm quite sure they (although I can personally only speak for Ivan) could do it with their eyes closed.

Do not recommend them for any service. They were used through home warranty company to replace a water softener and install a pressure regulator. Billed us 9.5 hours of labor to install the regulator and redo the 12 inches of pipe that went from the outside of the wall to the softener. Talked to several plumbers about the job after the fact and they said it should have been a couple hours max. My wife called multiple times for a break down of the bill and they wouldn’t send one and then quit returning her calls.

My wife and I are satisfied with the timely and professional manner in which Taz plumbing conducts their business. They diagnosed leaks throughout our house, and repiped our entire house-with extras along the way. Taz plumbing is fast to respond and fast to fit the customer in on their schedule. We are pleased in the entirety of our dealings with this company.

Juan is fantastic. He responded within five minutes of my after hours request for service and was at my house first thing in the morning. He is very professional and has a team that can take of you from diagnosis to repair/replacement to water damage restoration. They also assist with filing warranty and insurance claims efficiently. I highly recommend!

Started as a home warranty call on a line I've been fighting off and on every few years. They were happy to show me the underlying issues and only a low-pressure sales pitch on the recommended fix. They got us working so we could consider our options whether permanent or with an interim fix. One of the owners (Juan) came and talked to us to be sure we were happy with the work and options for a fix. A few weeks later, after consulting with other companies, we called them back for their price (not the best - but not bad for what was involved), warranty (which includes inspections in subsequent years to confirm line is still good), and based largely on the responsiveness and professionalism of Benjamin who responded to our first call. Roman and Luis did great work over the days they were onsite - friendly, professional, answered questions, and never condescending or upset when I went and peaked at their work in progress. The office staff was friendly and professional when we would call them, too. Swap over to the new line was painless and we have been happy to have a permanent fix of high quality installed that we have confidence will last for many years. Final price was at the estimate - something I always appreciate. Highly recommended if you want it done right and permanently.

I had an issue after the replacement of my faucet had to call them back I was pleasantly surprised that they fixed there mistake without a hassle or back & forth I would have written this review if this would have remained an issue so I’m obligated to say when they stood by there morals and did the right thing, thank you TAZ I appreciate you making it right. After their estimate, they sent falsified documents to my home warranty company stating that the crack in my sewer line was outside the foundation. I have their video footage from the sewer scope they did which clearly shows that is NOT true. After multiple calls, and requests that they send the correct information, they keep making promises that they will look into it, and get back to me. They never have. It's been months since their estimate. They collect home warranty estimate fees, and provide false documents so the warranty company can dismiss the claim. Based on multiple other complaints on here, they do this a LOT.

I can hardly put into words just how amazing this company is, but I'll try!!! We moved out of one house with broken pipes into ANOTHER house with broken pipes, and let me tell you, these guys have been the most pleasant plumbing company I've dealt with in two years (which says a LOT)!! The owner, Juan, personally came out to my house to do the estimate, he informed me exactly what was wrong and what needed to be fixed and how they were planning on doing it & they started working the next business day after getting the green-light from my landlord. They made sure to communicate what they were needing to do at different steps in the repairs so we were never in the dark about what was happening, and also were very conscious of trying to keep the noise to a minimum while working on my master bath as I work from home. When they would leave for the day, they made sure to let us know & also communicated with us what time they were expecting to be back in the morning. When the weekend rolled around & they weren't done (which was expected), not one, but TWO of the workers made sure to communicate before they left that there would still be an open trench in our backyard to ensure we were aware of it & didn't accidentally injure ourselves. It's taken about a week to complete the job of replacing our ENTIRE piping, which is so much quicker than I thought it would be, and we weren't displaced during any of it. Overall a very pleasant company to work with, very kind and respectful workers (which is important in a house of all girls). I absolutely CANNOT recommend this company enough!! Backyard faucet sprung a leak. Called my home warranty who sent over Taz Plumbing. Ben was so professional and pleasant. He quickly fixed my issue and is making an additional appointment to check the wall for any further damage. I was so pleased and thankful for the service late on Tuesday evening.

Had most of our sewer line plumbing replaced by them after we had water damage from a plugged main drainage pipe. We have since had 2 leaks from our kitchen sink. The first one resulted from an improperly tightened fitting below the kitchen sink. The second, most recent, we found was a result of a PVC pipe in the wall that had come completely off of its coupling where it had been glued, since it was only inserted barely 1/4 inch into the coupling, despite the connection allowing it to enter 3/4 inches, seen in the pictures below. We had to completely tear our the drywall which had become soaked with sewer water as a result. Most of the 2x4 plate below it has also become soaked and rotten. Would Not Do business with again.

Our water pipe had burst underground a day before we were supposed to host our New Years dinner, so I called Taz Plumbing and was very kindly greeted in my moment of panic. We had the plumber out to our house within 2 hours. Our plumber, Sal, was very kind and it was clear he knew how to handle our awful rusted pipes. He was able to cap off the leak and was done in no time! Taz Plumbers has truly put our worries to rest and we will be sure to call them again!
