Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing Tucson

Both the air conditioning and plumbing people came out for their checkup and told us our systems (A/C, water heater, soft water system) were at the end of their life and needed to be replaced (even though our hot water and softener were working perfectly fine). They used high pressure tactics to get a sales person to come out, presumably to use high pressure sales tactics to get a new system.When we contacted other companies, we found out or systems are perfectly fine and the one thing that did need to be fixed on our A/C unit was fixed at minimal cost.These guys are just trying to get you to buy a new system that costs thousands of dollars even if it isn't needed. Do not use them!!!

We just had a brand new hot water heater and water filtration system installed and are very pleased with the results. Julian, Jeff, Jorge were the techs that came on site. They were professional, courteous, and went to work straight away after explaining to us what they were going to do. The quality of work was impressive as was their explanation of what they did and how to understand and operate our new equipment. My wife and I were very impressed with how knowledgeable and friendly they were. We look forward to many years of usage for our new system and feel confident it was installed with high quality.

Not impressed, ever. Had a quote less than three months ago for a water heater and got another that went up by almost a thousand dollars. There is a lot of upselling that happens. They don't tell you how much something costs until they show up, not even an estimate. Installed a kitchen faucet for $175. What? We had already bought the faucet and I had to help! Plus, they had to realign it and when it still wasn't right, blamed the manufacturer. Turns out, had they read the directions, they would've discovered this faucet had a switch inside that can prevent excessive hot water and was affecting how the spigot operated. Also, I had a $50 coupon and they said they added it, nope only $20.Will find another plumber in future.

I had maybe 3 other AC companies come out and try and fix the problem with my AC system, nobody could figure out what was wrong and that problem eventually led to water damage in my house. when Benton came over he found out what was wrong and fixed it. He was super kind and helpful and I am extremely grateful to him for being able to solve my problems. Thanks again Ben!

Benton performed my rejuvanation maintenance on my one yr old HVAC system. He addressed my main concern of the condensing unit turning on loudly by installing a hard start kit free of charge and under warranty. Any other questions I had were answered thoroughly and professionally. Thank you Goettl and Benton.

My husband had used the website to schedule an appointment for a drain cleaning. We got a text confirmation for an appointment between 2-6 the following day. The day of the appointment no one showed up or even called to advise of a change. Once we called customer service, a representative said the appointment had been cancelled due to an unknown reason. He also said to next time call to schedule an appointment since the website is unreliable. What was also upsetting is that he didn’t seem to care about the issue. It’s unprofessional that we waited around while no one cared to notify us that our appointment had been cancelled. I’ll have to look elsewhere for a drain cleaning service.

We needed a minor repair on our water filtration system. Joe Martin, the Goettl technician, did a great job in promptly fixing the problem. Whether it's our HVAC or our plumbing, we have been well-pleased with the professional service we receive from Goettl. Thanks so much!

We are very happy with the maintenance and repair team, Jeremiah and John, and their customer service mentality. Our blower on the AC unit was acting up a few months ago under our warranty but by the time a tech got out to us it was running fine again. Well it finally died and of course after our warranty ended. Goettl replaced the part for us at no cost because of the intermittent issues we reported before and after the warranty was up. At this point they could have easily said it's not under warranty and we need to cover the cost but they did us a solid.

Such a good experience with Goettl today, my AC stopped working and I was able to online book an appointment for the next morning which I thought was super convenient. The technician (Marty) was right on time, super friendly, and so helpful. There were many issues with my unit and Marty was not deterred by any of it. He educated me on the parts he was replacing and my AC is now running perfectly. I also felt the prices were reasonable and I wasn’t pushed in any way. I can’t recommend Goettl enough and if you do book a service, request Marty.

Richard did excellent work on our EVap and told us we needed to do to maintain it. He was very helpful and professional!

We have been using Goettl AC and Plumbing for several years. We had a new AC, a water softener and a water heater installed. Additionally they have preformed our yearly maintenance checks. We have had nothing but fabulous service and great workmanship. They are always here on time and are so courteous. During the extreme heat advisory last week, Chris came out to save the day. He was polite, patient and moved quickly to get our AC up and running. We have a daughter who is considered medically fragile and he went above and beyond to make sure she was safe. He helped me deal with the Home Warranty company, which was a whole other nightmare. Thank you Chris for reminding me that great customer service still exists.

Joe and Brandon came out on a short notice and gave amazing service over Labor Day weekend. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and gave great service for a very low fee. Don't use anyone but Goettl for your AC and plumbing needs.

Hands down the BEST customer service experience I've had in years...and I genuinely mean that. We had a plumber in our house for 2 days who was unable to unclog our drain, but MARK (with Goettl) was able to unclog our drain that other plumbers were not able too. He was in and out within an hour and a half, communicated everything he was doing and made recommendations for how to avoid further clogs without trying to upsell me. When Goettl says we do it the right way, not the easy way, they mean it. I can't thank MARK enough for his phenomenal experience and service.-Dani G

I just want to give a hectic shout out to JESUS who absolutely crushed it fixing my HVAC today. Wow, what an absolutely stellar guy. Strongly recommend this gentleman receives multiple raises for his above and beyond customer service. As a company, you are lucky to have an employee like JESUS. A master diagnostic technician, he was in and out in record time. After thoroughly explaining the issue to me he took the time to answer all of my questions. Excellent service.

Technician James was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Service was timely provided even though it was a weekend . He answered our questions and provided excellent service. Eric and Tony provided needed information on potential repairs or replacements. We are still pending a final decision on what to do about our system.

Jesus was friendly and professional- and this is sometimes hard to come by in today's world, so I greatly appreciate it. He took his time to check the whole system, even though his first intuition was correct - again many would just stop there, but he wanted to ensure he checked the entire system. I'm very appreciative of all that so I signed up for the maintenance plan. Without his professionalism, I most likely would not have signed up. Thank You!

Francesco Tocci of Goettl in Tucson came by yesterday to clear a clogged drain. He was very professional, efficient, and courteous. He quickly resolved my problem. Then, he even offered to help with another plumbing fixture installation I was working on myself. He is the kind of person that makes me want to use the services of this company in the future.

Customer service and responsiveness was good. My air conditioner unit was not working properly and when I called they got a technician out out the next day. My biggest complaint is the fact that the problem that they fixed was replacing a $20 capacitor which ultimately cost $200 for the service call. I purchase their monthly subscription that it costs $15/month which covers reduced diagnostics charges and free inspections twice a year. The cost on this service charge was for labor and the reduced diagnostic charge. In total they probably spent one hour at the house replacing a $20 part to get the $200 bill.

First time using Goettl, and we had a gentleman named Sal come out. He replaced the coil to the blower motor, cleaned inside and out real good (we'd had a bad mouse infestation and everything was very dirty), and was extremely kind, helpful, and explained everything he was doing. Also let us what we should prepare for down the road as our unit and home is older. We are relieved to get help last minute, the cost was great, and we look forward to our yearly membership. Highly reccomend.

Great local owned company. Prices might be steep for some. But the increase in cost comes with assurance that Goettl has your back. We've had 4 plumbing issues in the last year and a half of varying degree and severity. We've contacted Goettl every time and they always respond in a quick and efficient fashion, getting the job done.Today on our fourth call. We talked to a gentleman in the office named Corwin who informed us of their membership program and how it would help us in our current situation. Daniel was dispatched quickly and addressed our problem efficiently. Thank you Corwin and Daniel, you guys are MVPs.

Jorge, Aaron, Hector, and Devon just finished our work. As a homeowner,I felt like this was an impossible job. However, this AMAZING team worked fast and efficient, they answered my questions, and responded to my concerns. Best of all, they found a way to save thousands of dollars in tilework. I will be using Goettl in the future.

Julian was great. I just purchased my house and had a couple plumbing issues that needed to be looked at. He took time to look at each one and explain what was needed or recommended as well as fixed a couple minor issues I didn’t even notice.

Francesco Tocci came to my home to do a plumbing check and fixed a clogged drain. He did a great job and provided excellent explanations. He was very polite and professional.

My wife and i contacted three know plumbing companies in tucson and your competitors, neither of them contacted us until Goettl did. We had a tankless water heater and water treatment system installed , and the Goettl team who did the instalation did a great job. They were focused on the work and answered all our questions throughout the instalation process. Once they completed the work they did a great job in explaining the system and the process of it. They walked us through the whole system and what we needed to do to maintain both systems. My wife and I felt very comfortable with the Goettl team and you could see the pride they take in their work. Francesco Tocci did an excellent job in explaining how both system work, this was proof through his knowledge and experience with the products and the Goettl company. He spoke very highly of the Goettl company and this was evident with the time he spent in explaining the companies position in product guarantee and quality. All Goettl team staff who were involved with our purchases from Francesco Tocci and the installation team really compliment each other and gave credence to the Goetti team of professionalism. Hector came out to take a look at a leaking faucet. He gave me a couple of options on how to fix it and gave me a reasonable quote. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I had everything I needed before he left. Thanks Hector!

Zach was great! He has been my tech for about a year I think. I needed a new system and he helped get everything set up. It was fast and easy.

Although there was an initial mixup for the afternoon service appointment, a dispatcher from Phoenix immdiately remedied the problem with an appointment the next morning. The Goettle AC technician inspected my AC and explained very politely and effeciently which parts needed to be replaced. I appreciate the thoroughness and effeciency of the service.

John came out to perform my annual plumbing inspection this morning and did a phenomenal job. He was interpersonal, professional and instructive as he walked me through his entire process. I learned a lot about the proper maintenance and care for my drains, pipes, and water heater. He also helped me carry the massive 40lb salt bags from my car to the back yard to fill up the water softener. He went above and beyond even unloading the extra salt bags from my car to the garage and tested my water to make sure the softener was working. Thanks for the amazing service, I truly enjoy being a Goettl member knowing my A/C and Plumbing are in good hands!

Albert spent two days repairing the terrible plumbing in our home. He was extremely courteous, nice, hardworking, professional, and just a wonderful person to have on the job. I wanted to commend the outstanding service from your plumbing technician, Zack Galabinski. He went above and beyond to make sure our water heater was working before he left. We currently are with Rite Way and after their technician came this afternoon and was unsuccessful in repairing it, he left the job completely destroyed, not to mention very hazardous. Zack not only fixed what they couldn’t, but did it with integrity, determination and hard work! I can’t thank him enough for not leaving my family and I without hot water over the long Memorial weekend. All Rite Way left me with were estimates of over $5k for a replacement and a completely unassembled water heater. You earned a new customer strictly because of his efforts! His solution was the same as Rite Way’s, however, their technician either wasn’t knowledgeable enough, didn’t try hard enough or simply didn’t care enough to get the job done. Zack was the opposite of all that and was determined to get the job done and a job well done he did!

We have the Sadie program with Goettl and when we had a sewer backup occur on Sunday night I knew we were going to need to use our plumbing portion of the program. Goettl responded first thing Monday morning and sent 2 extremely professional and knowledgeable individuals to our home that afternoon. Larry was amazing and Abel was very sweet. They found our issues, discussed the options and immediately went to work to help us try to schedule an appointment before our Christmas Eve party. They were able to get us an appointment the next day and made the paperwork quick and painless. They both were super nice to my family and our pets throughout the entire process! If I ever have to have Goettl come back for plumbing I want them to be the ones who show up. The next day a handful of guys including a manager came to the house and took care of the work quickly, efficiently, and with as little disruption to the day as possible. I am very grateful for the crews and the company for making what could have been a disaster before Christmas a quick fix!

24 hours with 100+ degree heat without air conditioning makes for a very miserable day. Goettl to the rescue on a Sunday! Chris was so helpful and thoroughly explained what was wrong, showing us pictures of the issues. Chris was able to get our air temporarily working and with the help of Tim, walk us through purchasing a new air conditioning system.

The technician was on time and friendly. He explained what he was going to do and provided before and after pictures of all findings and fixes. My only issue was his cleanliness, or lack there of. My system is in the attic where there is a lot of insulation. Once he finished and came out of the attic, he was covered in it. As he went in and out of the house and then into the dining room to where I was seated, bits and pieces of insulation were dropped and distributed along his path. He apologized for the mess and I stated that I understood (meaning I know how and why that happened) but I assumed he would clean up his mess once done. Seeing as how his job entailed crawling in attics, I would presume that he would come equipped with a shop vac or something to clean up after himself. He even left his old, busted glove dumped on the floor by the front door. This lack of cleanliness ruined the overall service experience. I didn’t expect him to come to my home to be a house keeper but I did expect him to leave my home in the condition and manner in which he found it.

Horrible experience I wish I never called them . Spent over 20k to fix a leak problem but still had the leak! It was a $20 fix that my contractor fixed for me a simple fix behind the shower handles was all I needed them. I paid a company to pin point the leak and confirmed it was the shower heads but goettl insisted it was my pipes . I was assured by goettl i needed my house re-piped to fix the leak. We also Had the ac unit replaced but it doesn't cool my bedroom. I was told to invest in aa mini-spli after spending another 17k Run far from this company!

Jeremy and Zach were extremely informative and professional. They were friendly and explained everything they were doing to fix our problem. It was a very pleasant experience. Also they made sure everything was put back where it belonged.

We had a chronic slow flowing flushing toilet. It would be okay and then not okay. Called Goettl services for plumbing issue. They worked us in that same day and took care of the issue. The repair man (sorry I don’t recall his name) was professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Goettl services to anyone. Thanks Goettl:)

I was able to get a same day appointment. Chris showed up on time. Was very thorough and very professional. He assessed the problem, explained the issue completely and in layman’s terms.

Braden and Billy did a fine job installing a new water heater and doing various plumbing repairs in my home today. Very competent workers, quiet and respectful during their work. cleaned up afterwards. Made sure I had all the information I needed.

Best service ever. Service tech arrived on time, very knowledgeable and pleasant. Thoroughly checked all functions of the A/C and educated me on what I can do as the home owner in keeping my A/C running it's best for years to come. I urge you all to get a second opinion. I recently had my air conditioner fixed at my house by Goettl but was made to believe my air conditioner was broken beyond repair. It was only after I mentioned that I had another company on its way did my air conditioner start working.In addition I was quoted 13k for an install, only after negotiation was I able to find the true price of 8k. All while the tech led me to believe the AC was broken beyond repair. Shameful negotiation tactic during the summer.Once Goettl left my house another company came out and examined my system. They found no major issues. My air conditioner has been running for several months now with no issues after a simple capacitor swap.Get a second opinion.

Braden completed our plumbing inspection. His assessment resulted in installing a hose bib, flushing the water heater, and adjusting the water pressure. I thought I was getting a good deal. They knocked their price down for an end of month special, and could install everything straight away. My unit would need replacing in the next 6-9 months anyway so I thought I would just do it. The install crew was excellent, they were efficient and friendly. The promises made in the deal I have still not received, nor have they returned my calls about some minor work that still needs to be completed. I'm disappointed because I chose Goettl even though they were more expensive due to their service level. I think their sales team is well versed in bait-n-switch or just inept at writing down the things they promise. One star for sales and post-sales support - complete crooks. 5 stars for all the technicians and service people I've had the chance to work with over the last 2 years prior to this. Would never recommend sales - but highly recommend service.UPDATE July 2021:After repeated leaks into the house (both the condensation pan draining down into the intake duct and leaking through the roof, and muddy monsoon rain water leaking into the attic due to badly installed unit) 5 service calls and begging the dispatcher to take me seriously, they finally sent their most experienced installer out today who told me it should never have. Been installed this way. The are ordering a crane and going to reinstall the unit. Their motto is about doing thing the right way not the easy way, I’d have to say that was not true in my experience.The service people have all been very nice and I haven’t met a rude one yet - with just one exception - but a new unit installed in October has taken repeated calls by me being active to solve it.I’m grateful for sure for the latest installer coming out and just calling it quickly that all my issues have been caused by the same initially install mistake and the bandaids since then would never have lasted. I guess I was lucky we had such an early active monsoon here in tucson.I don’t think they will fix my ceiling drywall, and I hope there is no mold. I really hope I’m an unlucky outlier here, because I could not have had a worse initially experience with buying a new system from this company.

When I needed my ac unit to be looked at I called Goettle and they got a technician scheduled right away (even on a Sunday)when my technician Richard came out he was so Professional and efficient, Richard made sure to keep me updated on all the work he was doing inside and outside the home, Richard got my ac up and running so fast he was really knowledgeable on what needed to be done, He also took the time to help me get app for the ac running again. I would definitely recommend Goettle to anyone and ask for Richard he's awesome!!

Brand new systems. Less than a year old stopped working. Goettl promptly addressed our issues by having a tech to our house the very next morning. Tech was able to troubleshoot and have us back up and running in little to no time. Fantastic experience.

Gabe and Nick worked on a very stubborn blockage in my kitchen sink. Nick went above and beyond and spent hours trying different approaches. Realized I would need to have drain jetted. This was on a Friday before a holiday weekend and I had company coming. Gabe arranged for Nick to come that same afternoon and he was determined to through the wall of gunk in my 50 year old townhouse drain line. Both young men were pleasant, professional and thoughtful young men.

Update: Braden was very professional and did an excellent job on our water heater maintenance. Will definitely use this company again.Shane was fast and professional and fixed some issues another company wanted 4x as much to do. They were the first too call me back and didn't act bothered or put out like some other companies did. They came out within 2 days during the busiest time of year (plus I called them on a Saturday night - came out Monday morning!) fixed everything in a couple hours and everything has been working great since (it's been a week). He also educated us and our tenant on our unit and its care without being condescending at all. Very glad the other companies never called us back so we could find Goettl. Will likely be sticking with them for all our rentals as well as our main home in the future.

I have contacted this business before regarding a split duct system, which was expensive with any company, and we recontacted them about fixing flex/hard duct work. The employees have been very understanding/accommodating, and friendly. I believe that they are working to get me the best deal possible for my ductwork situation.

Eric Morrison is awesome! He explained the issue to me so it was easy to understand, and he was very friendly and polite.

We have been a Sadie Club member with Goettl for sometime. During an inspection of our A/C system, our tech suggested we get the Aeroseal Service to seal our HVAC duct work. On 4May2023, we paid Goettl by check for the amount of $5,232 to Service both our A/C units. This service is subcontracted out to a company called Odin. After about a month of attempting to schedule the service with Odin, we decided to cancel. They were unable to give us an actual date. On 12Jun2023, we requested a refund from Goettl for the Aeroseal service. After many calls and emails, we still have not received our refund. We are continually told by Goettl that someone from the billing department will be contacting us, but we we still haven't heard anything. We have since had our plumbing inspection with Goettl and the tech was attempting to sell us a new water softener. I told him that we will not be buying anything else from Goettl until we receive our refund in the amount of $5232. This is not how a company should treat it's loyalty customers.

Benton came out after our AC kept kicking off. Explained his fix and got it taken care of in 30 minutes. Very professional technician and good timely service considering I called yesterday afternoon.

Wow , let me tell you this , if the part is like $1.00, you will change me like $5.00 for that part !!! I will not recommend you at all, I will post all social media, I tell my friends and family and the guy down the street!!!

The technician sent to my house to diagnose the issue was very nice but cannot recommend this company because of their price gouging. They charge $79 to do an estimate where most other companies will do that for free and most appalling of all, they told me that it would cost between $12 to $22,000!!!! to replace my A/C system, and then offered financing.Thankfully I decided to get other estimates and ended up paying under $6,000 for the exact same job they quoted for $12-22k.Had got one other quote for $8,000. So, I consider Goettl to be a rip off company that overcharges customers by thousands of dollars, preying on vulnerable people in AZ who cannot live in our homes without A/C. Please get several estimates before hiring this company!

I had a lot of work done all in one day. Complete HVAC install and new water heater. Luis and Adrian (HVAC installers) were professional, informative, and got everything installed, tested, and running in a timely fashion. They were also awesome to converse with while they worked. John and Adrian (Plumbing) also were in and out in no time. Had water heater drained and swapped in a couple of hours. John had a lot of knowledge and was very personable. Definitely recommend this group.

I had Benton and Richard show up from Goettl to correct an item that was a DIY homeowner induced mistake. I received a call ahead of time as to when they would arrive and they showed up exactly on time. They were everything that the Goettl organization should appreciate from their employees. These two gentlemen were courteous, efficient, professional, informative, low stress..... and even though this was my error, they did not remind me of it even once. :-) They explained what had gone wrong, why the system was failing, and what my options were to correct the error. After the options were presented, they corrected the issue within minutes. There was no upselling involved and I feel that the money spent to correct the issue was very reasonable. Sal Torres came to our home yesterday, and was very good to work with, as always. He is very clean and neat, explains what needs to be done, and still leaves our home as clean or even cleaner than when he came. Goettl has done quite a bit of work for us, including installing a new room unit, semi-annual maintenance, and fine-tuning our main system. He has been here before, and actually helped me understand this system. Sal is very careful about putting covers on his shoes, and has NEVER tracked anything in to our home. I still feel that with Goettl A/C having people like Sal I am being well taken care of. I will recommend Goetll A/C for any project you might have.

You call to make a payment and explain problem it was a Simple fix a leak in the drain line. They show up and waste 3 hours of your time by trying to sell you a new a/c unit. And then to find out they don't have the equipment With them to fix what you call for. AND CHARGE YOU 90 dollar for wanting you time would not recommend them to anyone.

Jeremy did a great job - he found the issue quickly and was able to fix it without issue. I was weary of the cost based on previous experience, but since this service call was reasonable I agreed to a follow up for some more maintenance and coil cleaning. Jeremy was nice, friendly, and trust worthy and because of people like him I’d hire this company again.

So Goettl came through for us on the 4th of July. We initially booked a tech from another company to come out to solve why our air conditioner wasn’t working. Long story short they cancelled. So we called Goettl around 12:45 and we had a tech out at like 1:30. Nathan was very helpful, professional and fixed our AC quickly. I would definitely recommend them!

I had a clogged kitchen sink. From the moment I called Goettl until I said goodbye to the technicians, Hector and Gabe, I had nothing but a very pleasant and professional experience. I had an emergency today and luckily a goettl technician was in my area and available. I’m really grateful for the quick and responsive service. The technician knew exactly what the problem was and had it corrected right away. He was professional and courteous.

*** This is to update my original post. While my first experience was not what I expected from Goettl after hearing all the commercials. My second was so much better. Once given the opportunity to do better by me they did. Bobby and his student apprentice performed the rejuuuvenation that I originally scheduled. They cleaned the coils, they performed the system checks, they communicated with me during the process and they verified my system was working as it was prior to their arrival. Thank you for performing the services that I requested.***We scheduled the rejuuuvenation we didn't get the services listed. He cleaned nothing, He lubricated nothing, the freon monitoring wasn't performed. Our system was worse after the visit than it was before we called because while the technician was there he unplugged capacitors disabling our AC. I really fell we were ripped off. The technician just presented a list of suggestions for repairs that were so expensive for what the job actually was. $833 for the fan that cost us $160 my husband bought and installed himself, listed a pole contactor 40 amp whatever that is as being bad $333, listed single run capacitor $233 which cost dollars, dual run capacitor $333 which cost dollars, suggested to clean the blower motor assembly that was just replaced last year $541, chemically clean coils $166 (which was listed as being done as part of the rejuuuvenation that wasn't), suggested heavy cleaning of the outdoor coils which makes since because I cleaned out last night a buckets worth of dirt and debris myself $667, for a whopping total of $3106.00. This sticker shock was what prompted my husband to have a salesman come out to sell us a new unit. I really feel that this was deceptive and unfortunate because we will not return to Goettl.

Tech never showed up the 1st time I tried to use goettl, however, they have been awesome the last 2 times. Called goettl around 1pm today and had a tech here by 3! Nathan just checked out an issue for me and was super professional and helpful.

First of all service was set for Sunday between 8-10 am technician never came. I called office once again was told that they would be here between 8-10 again Monday but never came! I called office once again was told they would be here around 6pm due to back log on services well tech came at 8:00 pm. Tech always gives great service we also asked if we could be given warranty papers and instructions on how to use thermostat. Benton Baxter looked up what we have under warranty he was very helpful. But we would still like to have written information on warranty.

My service tech was great! He found something that needed to be replaced, and said he would email me a price quote within 10 minutes, to do the job. That was last Thursday still haven’t heard from him. Besides the commercials love the company

Failed to show up for two scheduled appointments. Prior to that the HVAC system needed a new inducer blower for which they quoted me $929. I bought the part for $50 and installed in 10 minutes. Not even worth having them inspect your plumbing or HVAC systems as they will want to replace it all and then offer a small discount and then finance the rest. I would recommend Valentine plumbing as they cost less and are more honest.

Paid $90 for them to come out to give estimate to replace leaking shower valve. I had cut the wall open so basically just needed to replace shower valve. Told me $1800! Told forget it then got I can talk to my supervisor to see if I can come down line. Told him to forget it. Found another plubming company to replace shower valve for $800. What a rip off.

Scheduled a Fall tune up on my AC unit. My technician, Joseph Cox, was extremely helpful. Diagnosed a faulty part & replaced it under warranty. As he was finishing up, my grandsons arrived. Jesus was very professional when he finally arrived but I had been scheduled for the tech to arrive between 10am -12pm. Jesus showed up at around 3:00pm. I would have appreciated a phone call or text letting me know he was not going to meet my scheduled appointment.

Hector was amazing to work with. So pleasant, professional, kind, prompt, reliable and thorough and did things the right way. Geottls have done some things wrong while working on our house, but they were immediately corrected much better than expected. Im impressed with geottles all the way!! Great company! Bought an expensive water heater from Goettl last October and also membership to service my A/C and have plumbing inspection. Seems like they are all talk about service but then the maintenance program is not available! THREE TIMES I have made appointments for service, TWICE they were NO SHOWS and they did not even bother to call. Once they did call the day of to reschedule. I am still trying to get management to call me back. Whats the point of having a membership program? Disgusted

Our AC and Furnace were installed by Goettl. They're not even 5 years and they are constantly breaking down. They make a lot of promises in their marketing about sending someone out right away and doing things the right way, but that has been the opposite of our experience. Goettl has been extremely hard to work with. They're always much later than the window they've given us - typically 3-4 hours after they say they'll arrive. Our AC has been out for the last 24 hours and customer service keeps saying dispatch will call me. Well I have yet to hear from dispatch and my first call to customer service was yesterday afternoon. It's been over 110 the last few days in AZ and this is unacceptable and dangerous. They don't return calls, they're never on time, and they're more expensive than other companies. I'll be cancelling my Sadie's maintenance service and finding another company to service our AC, HVAC, and plumbing.

On time ON A SUNDAY (no extra charge) to do the maintenance on my air unit and plumbing.He made recommendations (which are in fact needed); HOWEVER he did not push product on me, didn’t tell me could get it done for xyz$ and I really appreciated that! If he hadn’t come on a Sunday I didn’t know what i could do.Manuel brought some accessories I needed from his shop AND DIDN’T forget them! Manuel is professional, on time and I can’t get over the fact he would help me on a Sunday ALL WITH NO additional charge!All I can say is, I’m so happy Goettl and I are partners and I hope they send Manuel anytime they need to come out here!Lastly, thank you Goettl for being my partner for my air unit and plumbing needs!

DO NOT GET THE GUARD DOG MEMBERSHIP... It is a rip off. I tried cancelling 3 months ago and they continue to charge me monthly. The membership is just a method for the company to give a sales pitch about things they want you to buy from them even though your systems may be completely fine. EVERYTHING is overpriced. You can get much better value and quality work from other companies.

The Goettl representative advised there were leaks in the coils and said we needed to purchase a new unit. When I asked how much that would cost, he said between $10,000 and $20,000. I was confused, and asked why such the range and he was quite vague and said there were different options. I let him know my bf had just replaced his unit for $4200 and he shrugged. I asked whether Goettl had their own brand of unit or why it was more than double the cost of the bf's unit -essentially, what made it better to warrant the cost. He said Goettl is a big company and that was his only justification. He told me if we ordered it that day, we could finance it for 10 years, and he could install it Monday. If we didn't order it that day, he wouldn't be able to install if Monday, but didn't say what he could do.I asked he show me the photos of what was wrong with the unit. He pointed at the photos and said there was a leak. I asked where, he wasn't able to say where and I'm not sure if he didn't know how to address my questions, was refusing to address my questions or didn't know the answers, but his response did not instill confidence. I felt he was being evasive.He charged me $79 and had me sign paperwork. When I review it, the paperwork said I had received a flashlight, which I had not. I would not recommend using this company. Their ads boast they care about people, but that was not the impression I got.

This is to Praise Hector Alvarez,We had issues with a stubborn shower drain and Hector stayed and worked on it until the line was cleared out. It was not easy but He didn't give up. He was a Professional and shared some knowledge with Us about these older Cast Iron pipes. Thank You Goettl.

Goettl is a great company. The servicemen were prompt and professional. All of the service repairs were completed quickly. Unfortunately, they buyer of my house pointed at that one of the pipe repairs made under the kitchen sink was still leaking. When I called to reschedule, Goettl could not make it out before the closing date. The buyer was very displeased and I almost lost the contract on my home because of this! Luckily they conceded, but otherwise a leaky sink could have cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Billy was very helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to find/fix our water leak. He was able repair our bathroom faucet within an hour! He answered all of our questions, incredibly polite, clean, and double checked his work before leaving! I would highly recommend him!

Canceled on me twice with no phone call day of scheduled service. Once last July and today. Only reason I knew they canceled my visit each time was because I called them. 7/23/22. 3rd no call no show. Definitely done with this company. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

The washing machine has been having problems lately. What we thought was a clog turned out to be something more. Julian was great he answered all questions and help clarify what was needed. He had other jobs to do but never rushed. He was professional and understanding.

They have 24 hour response to a LIVE PERSON. Nathan, the technician, was wonderful at explaining the issues and being able to address them at the same visit. So far this is 2 for 2 on visits and we are delighted to sign up with them.

My technician John was on time, very knowledgeable and personable. He was only out for a yearly maintenance but was able to identify a couple of small issues, get them resolved quickly and walk me through why they should be done. Even today when I needed them they just said they cant come out or cant do anything about the reschedule time after time just awe, im sorry and thats it. Nothing else. Goettl always does a good job. The is not a high pressure sales company. Just good, honest plumbers. If I had any negatives it would be price. They are on the high side but they do quality work. If they were a little cheaper I would have them do even more.

I lost 3 units with the last storm. I called many places Goettl was more than just then the price. Tim was informative and worked to get me the best price, he also worked with management to help me. JR (Jesus) helped install the units and was so kind and informative. One of the units had a manufacturing issue and they replaced the unit and identified it hassle free. They are professional kind and experts. In a world with no time I couldn’t have picked a better company.

Made an appointment for April. They canceled and rescheduled for June. Then they rescheduled for July. Then they reschedule again. But at least they said that they would make a note not to cancel again. Then they canceled again… Never again Goettl

Goettl's moto is pointless! I laugh when I even heard it.. They are expensive and don't deliver. We scheduled Goettl for seasonal service as we have two units for our house. I wanted to use another company that was cheaper my husband insisted we book Goettl. They scheduled us in 3 weeks said it was there soonest appointment. The day they were supposed to be here we receive a call that they won't be able to make it and they rescheduled on me. My husband called them back and insisted they check their schedules and fit us back in as we had already waited long enough. They show up the following day. The technician advised we should perform a leak check and charged us for this. Said he would personally come back for that appointment. Low and behold of course they didn't show up and we had already paid!!! We called and they rescheduled us for the leak check and again they don't show up to this 2nd scheduled appointment for the leak check. At this point we scheduled another company and I called Goettl to request a refund. They said I should have never prepaid but did see the transaction and said they would refund $450 for the leak check they did not finish. I did not want to prepay but the technician told me it was required and swipped my card for almost $900. Called 3-4 times to get this money back and tell me credit processing but it never does. 3 months later EXPENSIVE seasonal service. This company is bad news!!!#unreliable#lie#cheat#steal

Excellent service from Goettl.As usual they came out for my 6 month inspection and unfortunately found that my condenser was rusting out and leaking Freon and needs replacement. They said they would be contacting me to schedule a date to install the new condenser.Lucky for me, parts and labor are covered under my warranty.The service man was just wonderful and explained everything very well. I am very happy with Goettl and its service.EDIT: The condenser has now been replaced by Goettl technicians, who did a thorough and excellent job at installing the new condenser unit.They cleaned up behind themselves and did the job in a little less time then originally expected.I am very happy with the entire experience.

UPDATE 07.20.21 - I finally rcvd a call back after submitting this review. I was able to get an onsite quote for the garage ac unit - Tim Gordon was a pleasure to have over & provide the quote as well as other advice. Re the PWR Outage: I was told that it happens from time to time and in order to prevent it we would need to install a surge protector. I was told this should have been offered from the get-go. They were able to send a technician (Dave, I believe) out to install it in the attic as well as the outside with the unit. -- this is just a couple hours in, so we shall see how it holds up.From 1 star to 3.07/12/21 - SO MANY ISSUES:We paid for a new AC unit on June 28th and it stopped working 2 weeks later after a power outage; July 9th.In between then, I had called to get a quote on installing an additional unit in our garage - only because the initial process had gone so smoothly.The customer service rep stated that in order to receive a quote I would have to schedule an Onsite Advisor to come out to our home - Which I did.On 07/09 (@ 9 am) - was the scheduled time for the advisor to come to our home AND also the day our AC unit stopped working.I first called to see where the Advisor was, as it was 11am and they had not shown up. I then find out that Goettl does NOT give onsite quotes in Tucson; that is only available in Phoenix - This mistake should not have happened, since I gave the Customer service rep my home address IN TUCSON. - The 2nd customer service rep told me they would have a project manager call me and fix the new quote issue.In between me waiting for the project managers call we figured out our new AC unit had stopped working and the house was not cooling off (it was now reading 80 degrees on our thermostat and it was only going to get hotter)I then called Goettl a 2nd time that day to request a tech to come out and fix the issue as this had just hit the 11 day mark of the new AC unit being installed. I was told that we were Next in line. A tech was completing one job and he would be right over to our home.3 hrs passed and no tech. I called again to get an estimated time and was now told that the tech was finishing up a job, there is one more job ahead of us and we would be after the completion of THAT job - COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THAN THE FIRST CALL!Then I received a call from the project manager re the requested quote - I informed him of the mistake that was made on Goettls part that it was already past 11am and we still had a no-show for both the quote on the garage unit and our newly installed AC unit. He told me he understood and would call to see what was going on and call me back. - HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK.Another couple hours passed and no tech and no calls back from Goettle.I called again and was told by a customer rep that they would send out an email to all managers informing them of our issues and they would call me back - NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACKOur tech finally showed up and fixed the issue - Transformer blew out.Here's my issue with that....The picture they took of the blown transformer that THEY installed was of a burned (quote on their invoice) MELTED (picture shows that it actually melted) transformer/wires. How in the world does that happen from a 1 time power outage? What if there was a fire that followed in the attic?In the end we are still left with questions and no answers. I would like to receive a call from a manager informing us in detail how the error happened and should we expect this issue to come up again? If so, how can we get it handled IMMEDIATELY? How does a transformer melt after a quick power outage? It's monsoon season in Tucson and power outages happen all the time. Will we have this issue every time there is a storm / power outage? - never had it before with our old AC unit. I am sitting here worried every time a storm warning goes out. Will my AC unit suddenly stop working? Will it be a headache to get a tech to fix the issue? Will there be a FIRE this time in our attic and we do not realize it until it's too late?

We will be lifetime customers of Goettl! We recently signed up for the Sadie guard dog protection plan and we had Nathan and Shane come out to do our HVAC maintenance and they were amazing! They answered every question I asked (being a new home owner there were a lot) honestly and very clearly. Both were very courteous and professional! We are VERY satisfied with the service provided! And our dog loved his Sadie dog!!!

Braden and Jaren Cameout to my house 30min after calling the company to help me with a leak in my kitchen, they got right to work and resloved the issue quickly and took the time to make sure my faucet wouldn't leak before, telling us the next available steps, they also took some time explaining their monthly service their company provides along with giving us options on faucets replacements, couldn't have asked for a better team to come out to help.

Our AC recently stopped functioning in its normal capacity. We were experiencing only one zone triggering and that one zone was not cooling the room at at all. No one could come out to help us for days. Goettl was able to come out the next day thankfully.Justin was incredibly helpful, professional, meticulous, and communicative on what he was doing, what he was thinking, and what the plan was for figuring the issue out. Within hours he had us back up and running. I would highly recommend this company and their tech simply for the patience and professionalism with which they conduct themselves.

Alberto came and did an absolutely AMAZING job. I noticed a leak coming from my water heater last night, made the appointment at 11pm. By tonight, the issue was diagnosed, and Alberto was able to replace the water heater within a couple hours. He was friendly, professional, and respectful of keeping us all safe during pandemic times!

We have used Goettl for our Plumbing and Heating/Air services ever since we bought our home in 2019 and they have always been professional and attentive. We recently had to request plumbing service due to our old 1960s pipes starting to fail. We had Francesco Tocci from Goettl come out to help. He was very friendly! He was thorough with checking our pipes, explaining the reason behind our issues, and listing our options. Nobody likes to have plumbing issues but Francesco made it a little easier.

They were timely and gave us a fair price for the work that needed to be done. I didn't feel like they were trying to oush the sale or anything. It was really nice that their call center was open 24 hours, as we discovered our AC wasn't working in the middle of the night. Felipe (our tech) was great and as a new mom home alone with a baby, I felt perfectly comfortable. The salesman Tyler was also great and very accommodating and not pushy at all! I know Goettl costs a little more, but you get what you pay for!

Fantastic experience! Billy Fernandez was thorough, knowledgable, personable, and a great credit to the Goettl Team. The installation went perfectly and the cleanup and removal of the old toilet was fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a quality company to take care of their home. A+ Job!

Great job, friendly and professional tech. We had them come out to tune up both our AC units. He recommended doing a tune up on one and diagnostic on the other. It was a good choice he actually did make my back unit run a little bit better, he reconnected some wires that were disconnected. Even though we won't be contracting them to do all the other repairs needed because my Landlord is calling on the company that installed them originally, we we're happy doing business with Goettl.

By far the worst company. They came and fixed my water heater, replaced some connections. They never applied for a permit through the city of Tucson. Gas cannot be turned in until it's inspected, and that cannot be done without a permit for the work that was already done. Been without hot water for several weeks, and no one is stepping up to assist. City of Tucson has had so many issues with this company not having the proper paperwork in order and not following protocols. I would never recommend this company, and suggest calling the city of Tucson to obtain further information and complaints on this company.

Francesco Tocci was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Even though he was unable to complete the warranty repair because of an unforeseen problem that he detected, he assured me that as soon as I receive the other part from Rheem, he would come out and complete the repair ASAP.

Called for an A/C problem and they arrived early the next morning. Joe was the tech & couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. My unit is an old one and I have plans to replace it in the next 90 days, but not now. Joe was able to figure out the problem & fixed it for a fair price. I signed up for their regular service/maintenance plan and will definitely call them when I'm ready to buy the new one. Thanks Joe & the Goettl staff. Good job.

He also was very knowledgeable on how the water softener work and helped me to understand how my investment would be beneficial. I would like everyone to know what a professional and terrific company Goettl is when it comes to standing behind its products. I purchased an HVAC from them a little less than 3 years ago and last week the outside unit broke down. I called late in the afternoon, but they were able to get me an appointment the next day. The excellent and polite servicemembers Angel Puig, JR Padille, Jesus Pacheco and Avron Santellanes all spent time at my house over a 3-day period making sure the unit worked. Despite some initial challenges, the crew stayed in good sprites and always acted Professional. Even though the unit failed after the first day, Goettl sent the team back out the next day to fix a small issue that was causing the unit to shut down. I did not receive any charges for any of the visits. It is rare when a Company will stand behind what they sell even if it is a little beyond the standard warranty time frame. I would Also like to give a big shout out to the courteous folks at the call center both in Phoenix and Tucson, they were extremely empathetic to our situation and did everything they could to reassure us that the Company would make it right. I would Highly Recommend this company to anyone.

Technical service is always outstanding. Not an issue with actual service. If something is ever wrong they will fix it. THE REAL ISSUES COME FROM INEXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SUPPORT/ THE CALL CENTER/ DISPATCH THOSE FOLKS. They do not look at a long term customers profile/ they reschedule or change appointment time (no notification to customer) plenty of apologies, great.

Their pricing model is extremely abusive, and banks on the ignorance of the customer to over-sell services.I recently arrived home to a house well over 90. I began my troubleshooting in the attic (fan had been making strange clicking noises), and sure enough the squirrel cage blower had absolutely shredded itself. I didnt have the time or energy to deal with the problem, but with such a simple fix lined out, I figured I would pay the premium to have someone fix it for me. I called goettl that evening, and they said I would have a tech at my place the next morning.The next day rolled around, and I met the tech at my house. I told him I had already found the issue, explained where everything was. He was very nice, listened to my explanation, and said he needed to verify. Not a problem, he spent 15 minutes or so in the attic, and came back to tell me that I had diagnosed things properly, and a new blower (squirrel cage) would have me up and running. He then said he would get me a quote from his truck. He came back in with a quote for a little over $2000 to 'service the furnace/fan system'. At this point I laughed and asked if he was serious. The tech apologized, and said he had no choice, that regardless of the severity of the damage or work, all services to the blower must have the exact same service fee. He recognized the ridiculous cost, but unfortunately his hands were tied. I told him thank you, and I received my free flash light.3 hours and $220 later, I had my AC fixed with a new blower cage.Their pricing model is designed to prey on the ill-informed or those unskilled enough to fix simple mechanical problems themselves. The tech knew the pricing was outrageous, but the business model does not allow them to actual serve their customers.The commercials show you a nice silvery metal flashlight that you can expect as a symbol of your strong and reliable relationship with them. The plastic kids toy that I received and threw in a drawer to forget is an appropriate symbol of the pure corporate greed that rules this company's service philosophy.

Chris p. Came down to my home within a day of calling to book a quote, was quick efficient and honest.

The technicians were thorough and did a very good job of cleaning the ducts, and they were pleasant to deal with. The one negative occurred the next morning when we woke up to a lot of noise when the furnace and fan were on. We figured out it was due to several vents being completely closed, AND they were in the 10 foot ceiling. We were about to call Goettl to come out and open the vents when we fount a long handled tool to open the vents.

A/C stopped working, so I called them out. I've been a paying subscriber to their service for almost 3 years. The tech Goettl sent came up with a list of at least 5 things wrong with the system and advised me that getting the whole system replaced was going to be necessary, because it's so old, (10 years) and things would just keep on breaking.So I sit around waiting for them to write up a quote on a new unit. The full install price they quoted me was absolutely absurd. Over 3x what Google returns for a similar 5 ton 3 zone system. Weird. Then I ask them to itemize the quote for me, and they won't. Weird again. There is no way I'm spending that much money (the cost of a brand-new car, essentially) without being able to compare prices and do some basic research.At this point, I tell them to recharge the refrigerant and get out of my house. The tech tries to hard sell me. Not having it.. I found another HVAC guy through a friend of a friend, and he's there within an hour.He inspects my system and literally nothing the Goettl tech said was broken is in fact broken. The system might have a minor leak somewhere, but it's apparently insignificant, because he can't find it. Also, he lets me know that Goettl still screwed me by charging about 3x the price per pound he usually charges for refrigerant.If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolute scumbag stuff.

I called this morning for my water heater that was not working . First off they came about an hour after we called ! Such a fast response and the young man that came out , Hector Alvarez was very knowledgeable, courteous and put us at ease from the beginning. He explained everything that he was doing and what to look for in the event that it happened again. So thankful that it was an easy fix and if you need good plumbing work done call Goettl

This is the first time I use Goettl air conditioning and plumbing, after I spoke to a representative and described the plumbing issue they took my information and gave me a time frame between 2 and 6 pm. The company is licensed and bonded, their technicians undergo a background check and drug screening and comply with the current social distancing protocols as well as face mask and shoe coverings at the time they meet you at your place. The estimate fee is waived if you decide to go ahead with the repair and they definitely come prepared for everything when it comes to parts and tools. John Franks was our plumbing technician , no only he showed up soon after the time frame started but literally went above and beyond explaining the issues sending us before and after pictures .We did not feel any type of pressure he was honest, respectful ,we had a great experience.We strongly recommend John Franks for any type of plumbing needs as well as Goettl AC and Plumbing . Our invoice was emailed right after the repair was completed. Great experience!!!!

Very happy with Goettl's services. Had a new hvac system installed and everything went perfectly. From sales to finance and install techs. David in sales was friendly and helpful. He walked me through all of our options with all the information I needed. Everyone with financing was professional and never missed a detail. Our install guys, Jorge and Gio were amazing. Our old units were removed and the new equipment installed the same day! The quality of work and commitment to excellence were obvious in every person we dealt with. David was the plumber who came out to do our plumbing maintenance and inspection and he was AWESOME! So personable and knowledgeable. No offense to anyone else who has come out, they did good jobs too, but David by far was my favorite. Asked for the clean out service and the tech Alek said no the problem is in your shower. He remove the shower drain fill the shower pan with water and said he would not be able to do any work and needed to come back with the camera and get on the roof. This was last week and so far I have not received a call back for the repair.

We had a clog in the main kitchen/bathroom line of our home that caused back up and a whole lot of stress on a Monday night (6pm). Goettl was immediately responsive and able to get a tech to our home within the hour. Julian was professional, informative, and fixed our problem within a few hours. He showed us images of the current state of our pipes, and explained to us the do’s and dont’s of living with cast iron 60 year old pipes. We were SO grateful for his fast and kind service. He educated us on water jetting and epoxy coating for future preventative maintenance, and plan to use Goettl again for this service. Thank you Julian for saving the night!

Dylan came to our home for our annual plumbing inspection. He brought several issues to our attention & ensured that we got financing to get them taken care of. Initially we were supposed to have everything done the next day, but our baby got sick. Goettl was able to reschedule us for the coming weekend & the technicians that did the work were able to finish in one day! We are very satisfied with the results and look forward to using them to maintain our plumbing/AC in the future.

The estimator Jason was very friendly and personable. He was also respectful and used footings for my house, which I really appreciated. He answered all my questions and was forthright. Good job. The installers, Patrick and Maurice worked diligently throughout the day until 7p.m. that night. They were also personable and acknowledged my children when they asked questions. They did not finish that night, but came back the next day to finish the job. They left the work area clean and without damage, which I appreciate. They also covered their shoes being mindful of using them inside. Very good work all the way around!

Technician Austin Hess came out to our home to do the plumbing evaluation. Austin was very professional and followed the social distancing rules and precautions by wearing a face mask, gloves and booties. He was super knowledgeable about everything we discussed and also made some great recommendations. He definitely represented the company in the most positive way. Before leaving he also reminded us that Goettl does things the right way, not the easy way.

The company that installed my hydronic home heating system a decade ago went out of business, leaving me out in the cold. Goettle listened to my situation and routed my request to Chris, who just happens to be an expert in hydronic systems. He took the extra time to learn about my unusual system configuration, diagnose the problem, and get the hot water and heat flowing. Marty Hendricks is amazing. He has been repairing Air Conditioners since he was 11 years old. I instantly trusted him when he walked up and introduced himself with a firm handshake. He got right to work on my 23 year old Rheem AC and diagnosed and fixed the problem. He lifted the lid on the unit and found an old disintegrated air filter on the the evaporator coils which was not supposed to be there. Three previous technicians from other companies did not even lift the lid on the unit and missed this obvious problem. My AC is working great again. I was only charged 79$.A tech from another company wanted to charge me 2000$ for a new blower and capacitor. Nick just came in did my whole home plumbing inspection and he was awesome! Professional and courteous, and he provided great info on maintaining our water heaters and lines. After a major flood last year he was able to troubleshoot our issues, and make corrections to prevent another catastrophe! I would and will recommend this service to any homeowner!

No Bueno. Called for a simple blocked drain. Tech couldn't unblock it, broke a pipe in the process, then wanted to charge us a couple thousand dollars to fix the pipe he broke and replace all the other drain plumbing. Got a second opinion. Another company unblocked the drain and replaced the broken pipe for a couple hundred bucks. Done. Goettl dropped the ball on this one. Sorry guys.

Billy from Goettl plumbing came today and serviced my Water Heater. He was very Courteous and Professional and easy to talk with. He addressed all my concerns and I was a satisfied customer. I would gladly have him work on my home again.

This summer (2022) I had my ac unit replaced, the ac worked great but when the weather started getting cold at night I switch to the heat mode. Unfortunately the heating part did not work.The technician that came to my house to fix the problem told me the system was low on refrigerant, and coils needed cleaning. He checked the thermostat that was installed with the new system and determined it was not programmed right, and consulted with another colleague via the telephone to program it right. After doing that and cleaning the coils still no heat. The technician told me that the installers would have to come back tomorrow and replenish the refrigerant since he did not have any. My question is how can a technician go to a job site without the proper materials knowing the type of job he is facing. Plus I don't understand how a new system (4 monthsold) can be low on refrigerant.

They showed up 90 min after their appointment time. They are way over priced. The maintenance man didn’t know his prices when trying to sell a membership. I was not happy with the service.

Casey came out and was very polite and very professional. I've always had great service from Goettl. I appreciate Casey's hard work it got dark out and he was up on the roof with a flashlight and handle it all with complete professionalism. Thanks Casey.

Goettl retrofitted a high mark-up Hard Start Kit into my A/C unit which could not be correctly installed, due to space, in April 2022 (See 1st photo). Goettl failed to inform us of the compromised installation. They had attempted to sell us this item since 2015. Six Weeks later the A/C unit quit working. Goettl claimed to send their best technician who got the unit running again but maintained the incorrect installation. In 2023 the A/C unit quit working after running one cycle. Goettl took a casual attitude about fixing the unit and would charge extra, even though we had been a Sadie Club member since 2015. We cancelled Sadie Club and instead got Green Valley Heating and Cooling to repair the unit. They told us the truth about what Goettl had done. The Hard Start Kit was completely burned up (see 2nd photo) and had done other damage to the A/C. The Hard Start Kit was not replaced. We have written 3 letters to Goettl, including one to the CEO Ken Goodrich, trying to get them to make this right and have been totally ignored. This was not nearly our first complaint with Goettl. Several years ago Goettl changed a capacitor under warranty and charged us $250 for an easy 10 minute installation. Last November when trying to get our furnace serviced under Sadie Club the technician arrived, said he was here to work on the A/C unit and would not service the furnace. He left having done nothing. Goettl canceled the next appointment at the last minute. Three years ago during a plumbing inspection Goettl implored us to change our hot water heater because they said the failure was imminent and gave us a quote for $2,448. It still works fine today. Goettl offered to change a shower valve for $325. We purchased the part at Home Depot for $35 and changed it ourselves after watching a YouTube video. Every time Goettl has serviced our A/C, furnace or inspected the plumbing they have tried to sell unnecessary high mark-up items. If you live in Green Valley or Sahuarita use Green Valley Heating and Cooling or Oasis. If you live in Tucson or Phoenix consider somebody else. If you chose Goettl beware.

Tech pointed out potential problems, didn't push anything. I accepted his advice. Everything went smooth.

What I'm documenting here is documented by goettl: We tried thewe do it right the first time, Sadie service, DON'T! we got charged 50.00 on top of the annual fee, anyway!Their first visit was exceptional, John was cordial, informative, fixed the plumbing issue;Their second visit from Jesus, suggested 2000.00 to replace 7 plastic valves! I asked them to replace the shower and bathroom sink valves, but thry charged me 45.00 for only tightening the set screws on the handles! Which were stripped, (I have the evidence!)The leak continued, so we had the plastic valves and leaking faucets replaced by another plumber for 265.00 including metal valves, faucet valves, and new handle kits!I let several people know how dishonest this was, tokd them to send anyone else but, nit fire Jesus, we all need an income!After some wirdy apologies for dishonest service, we gave em another chance, renewedThe third visit was again cirdial and professional, but the inspection revealed a rusting secondary pan, and a cracked primary pan, the estimate was 1000.00 and 4000.00 seperately!Goettl was scheduled to come 7/19 but called to reschedule for 7/26!At 10pm 7/25 our kitchen cieling is now damaged, there's a 4 foot hole where wet insulation and drywall fell down! We were up till midnight cleaning up!Expected apokogies, reimbursement of the sadie scam service, got nothing, so we cancelled everything!I hope you read this and save vourself thousands!

Air conditioning unit stopped working during heat wave (June 26th) in Tucson, AZ. Called Goettl for a service call. Technician arrived in a timely matter and diagnosed the problem within several minutes of arrival. We were told that we had a locked up compressor and that we needed a new AZ/Furnace system. I repeatedly asked if there was anything that could be done to get it working again - technician said NO.After a phone call with a project manager, we received quotes for different options priced between $19k-27k. After we decided we wanted to get a quote from another company, they went into high pressure sales tactics and over a 45 minute phone call, reduced the price down to $12k. We were pressured into making a decision on the spot for next-day installation in order to get the better price.In the morning, we had a repairman from another company come over before our install. Upon his arrival, he diagnosed the problem VISUALLY (I can tell you what is wrong with it without even testing anything) based on seeing a swollen (bad) capacitor. He restored the unit to working condition in less than 30 minutes at a cost of less than $200 (with a part he had in his truck). Repair man stated this was a very common issue and should have been diagnosed and fixed.I believe Goettl DID NOT TRY TO DIAGNOSE OR FIX OUR UNIT at all, and instead tried to take advantage of us during a heat wave. Their predatory, hard-sell tactics pressured us into signing a contract without an opportunity to get a second opinion. The technician did not test anything, and did not try to remedy our problem. They only wanted our money. Their prices are HIGHLY inflated, evidenced by the fact they were able to give us such a drop in price if we signed the contract on the spot.We cancelled our install without issue shortly before they were scheduled to show up. We did receive a call from the service manager with an apology. They offered us a membership to their service club as a way to say sorry (we declined).This company almost cost us an unnecessary $19,000+ replacement of a working A/C unit that needed a quick, cheap repair.

I'll start by giving them credit for getting someone out to us within 6 hours on a Sunday morning during the summer in Arizona. I'll also say that (other than the comments below), the tech was sharp and professional.After that, it was all downhill. They gouged us $600 for a capacitor I was able to find on Amazon for less than $20. Then they lied about the temperature that was coming out of the vents (I have a laser thermometer so I was able to measure it myself). They did this to convince us to pay for a leak test.I do not recommend.

Whereas he did get the air conditioning working,; we had done all the wiring, removal, the old thermostat and installation of the new one and completed wiring. We had a problem with one wire. That’s what he fixed. I think $260 for that kind of Repair is ridiculous. He basically just find the bad wire and repaired it.

I couldn't have asked for a more attentive and helpful technician than John from Goettle Air Conditioning & Plumbing who came to take a look at my water heater when I called for help. He was courteous, dedicated to his job and his craft, listened intently and actively to make sure he understood the problem, and refused to quit until a reasonable solution was found and implemented.At no time did I feel uncomfortable having him in my home, nor did I feel pushed into a sale or service that I didn't feel was for my benefit. Instead, John explained the various options to fix my water heater problem and gave an honest review of what the pros and cons of each option entailed. Even when the whole process took longer than anticipated, John followed up to make sure that I was taken care of. When another technician was needed to assist in finishing the job, David stepped in and together he and John made sure that my new water heater was installed properly - no shortcuts, no slapping it together just to get it done. Both John and David made sure that the water heater was installed absolutely correctly. All the while answering my questions so I could make sure I understood and could maintain my new appliance. I am forever grateful for both John and David - for the excellent service that they provided and for the comfort in knowing that the job was done correctly.

The technicians were very friendly during my rejuvenation. However, they left the system worse then when they found it. My expectation was that it would be running better after they left. I have two AC units and the one that cools the upstairs has been running non-stop since they left and the temperature has not dropped one degree, it's at 84. We are using fans now to blow cool air from the downstairs to the upstairs, otherwise the temperature would be rising.

Our tech Jeremy was cordial and professional for the pre-summer HVAC rejuvenation maintenance review.However, he had to be reminded to securely close the attic access point and he did not offer to put on booties before entering our house.Electronically forwarded write-up and all photos that he took of equipment in attic as well as on ground.It is a new system (one year old), so there was no service work needed.

I had a laundry/kitchen sink drain clogged up with years of grease but Julian made quick work of it and I am very pleased with results. He even raked over the the tracks he made in my rocks with his equipment. Above and beyond.

We just had our annual maintenance service completed by Benton (Ben) and Shane. Both were truly amazing and professional. They were very honest with their feedback and did not try to offer or sell us anything we did not need. I would definitely refer Goettl to anyone looking to buy new or repair their current HVAC system. Hands down the best service we have had in over 20 years of owning a home.

I had a really great experience with my technicians Braden and Devin. They were professional, on time, and completed the job perfectly. My sink drain had a deep clog and they took care of it and even cleaned the sink out. They were respectful of my property and I will use them again.

I am writing to say although my feelings remain the same. My money for part of the maintenance plan was reimbursed. I have found a reliable honest company. One that doesn’t create problems but fixes the non issue having having system. Orozco Bro’s. Contact them first. If you want honest and reliable.Thank you Goettl, for opening my eyes before I continued to pour $$$$ into your company!I signed up for the Maintenance Pkg. Every season the tech's would come and tell me that I needed to replace this or that and when I had someone come to confirm. They told me that my plumbing was fine. Then the A/C stopped working. Again the tech came over, did his assessment and my unit could not be repairable.... The tech calls the sales supervisor, he comes right over like he was at the corner. They tell me everything needs to be changed. I needed a new heater and A/C unit. Together it was 20,000.00 +/-By NO means was I prepared for this... I let weeks go by and it has been extreme heat conditions already. I called a different company for an estimate. They go up on the roof and everything was disconnected, they come inside and the boards are unplugged. They reconnect and check circuit boards, wiring etc... NOTHING FOUND OUT OF ORDER OR BLOWN!!Here I am paying every month like a fool!!! So that they can try to swindle a sale... I had hopes that they were honest, supposed to take pictures and provide customer satisfaction!! All a scam. I payed $15.00 per month for over a year and this is what I get!! I will never recommend a SOUL to your good for nothing scamming company. I can't even give you 1 star but in order to post I had to select 1 but in my heart I would never rate you company anything but -

We could not be more pleased with our experience with Goettl. Before making an appointment, I read nearly every review available on the BBB and Google sites for each of the AC companies available in my area. We first called Goettl at about 9:30pm. We needed seasonal maintenance but also, our AC was not blowing as cool as it should have. At first we were told that we are outside the service are for the Tucson office. (We live in Cochise county.) However on Friday morning, a representative called to apologize and stated that we actually are in the service area and someone could be at our home on Saturday, with no emergency or weekend upcharges! The representative explained the process clearly, gave a window of time for the service call, and told us we would receive 2 confirmation calls. She also told us that our tech would provide a written quote with 3 options.We received a call to confirm the appointment as well as a call when the technician was about an hour out from our home. Cesar arrived and was extremely professional, personable and humble. After giving us our Goettl flashlight he asked for a rundown of the problem. He was very thorough and had the problem isolated and diagnosed within minutes. He went over each of our options with us and with no pressure, allowed us as the homeowners to be empowered to choose the option that was best for us. Cesar did tell us about the monthly option to purchase the yearly service plan. We weren’t surprised because we had done our research and knew what the plan entailed. We’d also researched the plan options with other companies in our area. We did not feel pressured to purchase the plan, but did so because we need biannual maintenance on our unit anyway, and with this service call, felt that we could trust Goettl.We’ve had home warranty companies before and been renters at the mercy of the owner to send whatever repairmen they chose. We’ve never had a repair experience that was as smooth as this experience. We were completely comfortable with Cesar in our home. He could have very easily been less than upfront with us about what our repair entailed, but he was not. That’s integrity. A company that hires workers with integrity, and expects it of their employees, is rare these days. It was clear that Goettl invests in their employees, and so as customers who have a choice, we will invest in, and choose Goettl for our home.

Joseph Cox came out to look at our heater that wasn’t working right. He came out, even though it was late in the evening, and did everything he could to get it running again for us. He even took the time to look at a few other problems and set us up with some deals for upcoming appointments. He was wonderful, as is everyone we’ve worked with at Goettl.

The technician, Jesus Rodriguez, was very knowledgeable and efficient. He explained everything clearly and had data to support his conclusions about the condition of our system. He fixed our problem quickly.

I was told by the representative that my dishwasher installation was going to be $79, however when the tech was at my house he quoted approximately $350.They told me the rep I had spoken to was new, which is understandable. Plus, he was super nice and professional the entire call.The tech they sent out (Albert) was one of the coolest and nicest people! Very knowledgeable.Management even offered me a discount for the misunderstanding :)The quote I had received from both a private plumber and Lowe's was still less than what Goettl was charging ($350 is almost what I paid for the dishwasher itself!), but since the rep, and the tech (and even management) was so flexible and sincere, I ended up getting it installed with them ¯_(ツ)_/¯ haha

Our technician Francesco Tocci, was not only professional, thorough, and efficient, he was also friendly. He explained what he intended to do, completed the work quickly, and provided explanations and photographs when he finished. We are completely satisfied with our professional visit and will use Geottl again for any similar needs.

Today we got Richard and he has helped us 2 times before and has been very helpful. Today unfortunately he was not able to apply a temporary fix and our house remains in the 95 degrees with dogs and kids. Lucky we can go to family member house. Goettl was suppose to repair our issue last week but was pushed to yesterday. They came yesterday but time ran out on service hours and was pushed till Monday. I'm not sure why they schedule us last week for Saturday (yesterday) but for it only to be pushed to Monday. The house remains in the 90s. Today the temporary fix could not cool down the house. The AC unit is 2 years old and installed by them. They said Monday morning they can fix it but we shall see...

The canceled service every time . After two saturdays of wasted time waiting for service , asked for a refund for services not rendered at call center . They stated they would send an email of confirmation for refund . Never received . Never received money back on credit card for prepaid maintenance check. Will file with the better business bureau.

I called about 10 AM, Francesco Tocci arrived before 1 PM and completed the repair in about 20 minutes.

The technician was a very nice guy and went out of his way to show me everything he did regarding the service on our heat-pump unit. Unfortunately, the prognosis for our 13 year old system was borderline terminal. He did offer several options with which we could choose from, as well as contact from one of their sales specialist should we decide to buy a new unit. Because we are members he said, there would be $1000.00 off regularly retail pricing. I like this company, they seem straight up and honest.

First they stood in the bathroom for 10 minutes going I wonder what it could be then they only had a 25 foot snake and I told them 3 times on the phone it was an upstairs bathroom. After being here for over an hour my toilet is still not working and they kept saying for $500 more we can send someone out tomorrow with a camera by this time my husband and I were like here's your $170 just leave. I will never use them again and will express my concerns to anyone that says they are going to use them.

The tech was knowledgeable for over $300 I got a lot of advise. But my AC still leaks condensation and does not cool wellI don't think he felt like actually fixing it he just told me what it would take to fix the problemIt's a mini split. It needs to be popped off the wall to fix the leak in the condensation line and freon (or whatever they use now) needed to be addedThat's what I thought I was calling them to do not just tell me what I already knew.The unit has worked fine for 3 years it just needed to be serviced but actually performing the service would have been $1000 +I wish they had told me that on the phone

We were lucky to have Hector and Jeff come out and help us with a plumbing issue. Not only were they professional, but they quickly found out the problem and were able to help fix it. All around great service and great guys!

My water heater failed on Wednesday evening and a Robert from Goettl showed up next morning, reviewed my issue, explained all my options to me, and I decided on a replacement unit and an agreed upon price. Robert was without a doubt the most professional and knowledgeable plumber I have ever dealt with. He explained everything he would be doing, answered all of my questions, and completed the job in about 4-5 hours. I was impressed beyond belief! He is a credit to the company he works for and a real keeper for them in my opinion. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a plumber or even an A/C Heater repair issue.

The guy didn't know what was wrong, instead of fixing the problem he tried to sell me a $20,000 new unit. After i said no thanks he said maybe a cleaning will fix it, he charged me $400 for a cleaning that i couldve done in 5 minutes and free. The problem persisted, i had to call a different company and they changed the motherboard, now my ac works.

Guys show up very fast, finding the issue in less than 5 minutes, and start the process of explaining everything, they gave me my options to fix it, or replace everything etc, not forcing me to buy anything, just giving me my options for me to decide, that was the best part, thanks.

Had an issue with our AC you guys installed in 2019 last night. James Barris and Shane came out this morning and quickly and efficiently diagnosed the issue (in this case a loose wire and a dirty coil) and fixed the issues. Braden and John came right on time, were very thorough and checked all of the plumbing in my bathrooms and kitchen. They serviced my hot water heater and found a leak in my outside pipes and fixed it on the spot. They even went to the store and got a part that was needed to fix one of my toilets. I highly recommend these two. They did a fantastic job!I had Shane B. out on 8/11/23 for my A/C yearly check. He was very experienced, thorough and informative about the A/C and other homeowner issues. I would definitely recommend him. We called Goettl to check if we had a leak in our home after receiving a letter from Tucson Water about high water usage and to check out some constant wet spots in our backyard. Goettl was very accommodating to set up and inspection within 2 days as it wasn’t an emergency and I was sure I solved the water leak myself. Our schedule window was from 10-2 and our technician didn’t show up until about 3:30pm. At 1:30 we called for any updates and were told our technician was finishing up a job and would be done and heading over within the next 30mins. 2:20ish pm we called again to be given the same answer of 30 minutes. At 2:40ish I received a text that our technician was on the way and about an hour later our technician, Zac arrived. Our inspection went well and Zac was more than happy to share some plumbing/hvac knowledge with us as first time home owners. He double checked the leak from a toilet that was alerting Tucson water that I had previously fixed, was in fact fixed. He was also more than happy to inspect any other little concerns we had and only recommended we put a water softener in our home. Any courtesy calls about our technician running outside of our appointment time would’ve been nice so I didn’t waste a whole day at home waiting. And because we didn’t anticipate making any decisions about a water softener system that day since we were expecting some possible leaks but we were feeling pressured to make a decision on a water softener system where prices were ranging anywhere from $5-8k. This was something we wanted to discuss further and not have to make a decision at that moment. We spoke with the manager over the phone who was able to give us prices and explain more of the different systems they had and offered to squeeze us in for the service the next day if we said yes. We requested an informational email with everything so my husband and I could discuss it more. It’s been 2 days since and we’ve yet to receive any email in regards to the water softener system -only phone calls. Even after signing up for their membership program.

Chris P was fantastic. Our AC stopped working and Goettl was able to get a tech out quickly before the heat became too much to handle. Chris was very thorough in detailing what he was inspecting and why and was quickly able to locate to the problem and had us repaired even faster.

Jeran Cooke came out and did our water heater and plumbing service and all I can say is the guy is awesome at what he does and 100% professional. I hear commercials on the radio all the time for Goettl, and I decided it was time to get our tub fixed and the drained cleared finally.I called and they sent someone out the very next day.Francesco Tocci was very polite and professional. we joined the Sadie program- I think it'll be a great value.Thanks again guys!

It's been ok. The people they've sent out are great. However, the new system isn't great. Which is unfortunate, because it was expensive.
Update: I have been canceled on for my paid for Sadie service 3 months in a row. My $16,000.00 ac is only 1 year old and has multiple problems. They don't care at all.

John and Francesco did the repairs on my bathtub. They were friendly and clean. They were knowledgeable and took the time to explain what the process was from start to finish. I have to admit I was skeptical at first because my original appointment did not Happen as scheduled. But that had nothing to do with John and Francesco. They redeemed my faith in the company for sure.

I called to have repairs made and Had to wait 4 days to get an appointment and they never showed. I called again and they apologized, gave me a $50 credit and scheduled another appointment for the next day. They never showed again! The third time the repair man came as scheduled, quickly figured out the problem, made repair and did a few other small things. He was great and is the only reason that I gave this company 3 stars. Had he not been as polite, responsible and done a great job I would have given this company 1 star.

Your tech was very knowledgeable and professional. He check both units and found a weak capacitor in one of the units which he took care of for us.It is a real pleasure dealing with a company with great employees and outstanding customer service. I will use Goettl for all my A/C needs in the future.

Marty was respectful, knowledgeable, patient and could answer all of our questions fully. He also made sure that we got the best deal that Goettl could offer. The installing crew was great too. Meticulous. The crane operator left some chunks of tar in our yard but that would be my only complaint. We're looking forward to twenty years of quiet even cooling!

We have been paying the monthly fee for Goettl.for years and lately it's become clear their service quality is dropping. We have had scheduled appointments never show, cancel last minute, they had us pay for the black light that's suppy to keep away mold. Only to find out that it's not working apparently? So they wanted us to pay another $400 for a cleaning. After we paid for.tjY black light and the last cleaning?! Their employee never sent us the estimates and tried to get us to hire him for his side hustle food repair because he said our roof needed work..I thought you were here to check the Air conditione/heater?? Unprofessional at its best.

Gabriel was an excellent technician. He was great at explaining the services he was performing. I felt that he listened to my concerns and came up with a great plan for future maintenance.

When my technician, John, came out a couple of weeks ago he listened to my concerns and was able to quickly identify the reason why my heat pump had been making a lot of noise since I had it installed. He also identified another problem that needed to be corrected. My unit is under warranty so all the work was scheduled without issue at no cost to me. John and Bobby returned and completed all the work required to get my unit running correctly, efficiently and quietly. They were both very professional and knowledgeable.

Richard was our technician and he was PHENOMENAL! He knew what he was doing and fixed a minor issue we had within an hour. Goettl holds true to their testament and we are so grateful we used their services

**YET ANOTHER UPDATE**Jeff Finally returned my husband's multiple calls... Sent out 2 very senior repairman who were yet again Amazing. Long story short... They didn't find an issue and said that they would refund us for a relay we had paid for and the motor that we did not need.... Its now been past 7-10 business days and we have not seen a refund nor are we getting any return calls from Jeff (Surprise Surprise). Whoever is Jeff's manager really need to have him take a course in customer service and apparently how to pick up a phone. Unfortunately for us... Since Goettl installed the unit and we paid for the yearly maintenance we will continue to use them until we move out of this house soon. But would I ever recommend Goettl to anyone... NO! However I will say... Their saving grace is their customer service reps who answer the phone and get stuck dealing with angry people that the upper management seems to upset.*UPDATE*Since this review has been written we have been waiting about 48 hours to speak to a manager. The manager Jeff in Tucson is aware that we are waiting to speak to him and he has yet to reach out. We have spoken to multiple customer service agents (including a call from corporate telling us she was escalating this situation to her manager) that have all been Amazing. Sam yesterday waited with me on the line to get me in touch with Robert since we have been told each and every time that we call that a manager will be with us within 30-45 minutes.... And each time we call back they say they are putting in another request for a manager to call is back. I find it unbelievably irritating that on the positive review that was posted before, Goettl informs us to reach out for further assistance and yet no one can call us back... The only reason there is still a 2 star review in place of 1 is because every customer service agent we have spoken with has been awesome.*ORIGINAL POST*We came home from a small mini vacation with our kids to a warm home. We had used Goettl in the past to install our new air handler and condenser unit outside. Another great experience. This past Thursday when we got home I called Goettl and they scheduled us immediately and came out Friday mid-morning. Joe C. I initially left a wonderful review but as service continues, there now have been nothing but headaches and horrible communication. I had an incident and made multiple requests for a manager to call and still have not heard from a manager. I feel like they were amazing but once they have you in a program or costly repairs, the customer service goes down the drain. The tech however has been very good and is knowledgeable.

John and Mark came to our home to do a plumbing upgrade. John was very responsive to all questions, he advised us to which water heater and filtration system was best and helped us find something within our budget. In the month of April 2022 I signed up for a $200 package that includes AC inspection startup just to make sure things stay new. They scheduled me for a month out in May 20th. When May 20th came it was peak of summer and a lot of AC we're breaking down, which I understood so they reschedule me for June 20th. They called and left a voice message which I returned call to reschedule, I told them can they promise that they won't reschedule again since I already paid for service. She said no it won't happen again. So Friday June 20th I called them to confirm and they said they tried calling to reschedule again I told them they never called and never left a voice message like the previous month. I already reschule last month. So I ask for the money back. They had offered back in April a free no cost plumbing inspection that comes with package I got. They said no extra charge so when they refunded my money all I got back was $132. I called and asked why and they said I used there service which they said was a courteous and included in the package. And all the guy did isa come and check valves, drains to see flow and test water quality which was a total of 30 min. Told me all that I might need for this brand new house 3 years old. So just be aware of there service is not always honest and word trustworthy.

Baden Franks explained to me why my current water heater needs to be replaced and showed me the calcium in the current water, explained the noise when draining indicated a lot of buildup which can cause a lot of issues. I already have Goettl for my AC replaced last year and I know Goettl is a very high quality company and very reputable. I already have a water softener. Baden tested the water and confirmed it is fine, it is soft - which was great news. He (along with other Goettl employees who I've interacted with) obviously care about taking care of the homeowners needs and doing what is best. They presented a payment option which works well for my situation too!! AND, they are already sending the team to start the installation, they had all parts and ready to start immediately!! Awesome!!To follow up, same day service!! The new tankless water heater is installed (and 8 inside water valves) and finally my house has a recirculation pump!! Adrian and Jorge were efficient, professional, courteous, and efficient. Everything looks great, all is clean. Adrian explained how the system works. Additionally, they were very respectful regarding my concern that none of my five dogs get out - greatly appreciated!! I am indeed, happy happy happy!!!

They got the clog out within 15 minutes and gave me a good lesson on what to know about my pipes and what I need to do going forward. I would just like to share my experience with Goettl from beginning to end. It was a little rocky at the start due to high demand which in Arizona is understandable due to the high heat. In the end goettl came through with honoring, its promise and services. They were able to complete the repairs to our AC unit in a timely fashion. As well as offer us a one year Sadie’s club membership. Me and my family are happy with the service provided.

Joey Martin was professional and personable. He was very respectful and honest! Unfortunately it was more expensive than I can afford at this time.

This was an annual checkup of the plumbing systems. John did a thorough job and was quick and efficient. He was not there to do any repairs but to assess any that needed doing. He did flush the water heater (quickly and efficiently). He wore a mask at all times and conducted his assessments without interrupting our activities.I did, however, have an issue with Goettl’s communication. Because everything has to go through dispatchers, I found it to be highly unsatisfactory from a customer standpoint.My appointment was the first appt window of the day. As the end of that window approach and I had not been notified that the technician was on his way, I called Goettl to find out if there was a problem. After waiting on hold and going through their phone menu, I eventually (after the appt window had expired) spoke with someone who had to talk with a dispatcher to discover that the assigned technician had called in sick (COVID). I understand that COVID is causing trouble for all businesses and I am able to work with that. It is the lack of communication that is the biggest problem. I should have been notified about the problem well before the appointment window had expired. I was told that the dispatcher was working with the customers, but - again, as someone in the first appointment window of the day, I should have been notified well before that time.I was told that a different technician would come in the afternoon. No window. Just “the afternoon”. I would be called 35-40 minutes before arrival.My day went on and I stayed near enough that I could be home within the 35-40 minutes. This didn’t end up being the problem as I was not called until 4:00 pm. At 5:15 no technician had arrived (I went outside to check) or called. So I called again. I was put on hold for a long time while the call center reached out to dispatch - and eventually was told that the technician had checked in as being at my house. This was clearly not the case. So another hold. About 5 minutes later the technician does arrive - gps sent hm to the wrong road. Once he arrived everhything went smoothly.But the point is that with everything having to go through dispatch, the communication at my end was highly unsatisfactory. It would have been easier if John had just been able to call me to tell me what happened. And I wouldn’t have had to wait for dispatch to eventually get around to letting someone else know so that I could be notified by yet another person. Really inefficient. And not useful - The wrong way and not even the easy way.

Billy Fernandez was awesome. He was friendly and professional. He inspected our home for leaks and potential issues and provided quotes to get everything corrected on the spot. No pressure sales, and he even informed me about the military discount, which he promptly applied to the work he was to do to fix the most critical issues. Great experience!

We called Goettl because we suspected a water leak due to a 300% increase in our water bill. Braden was sent out the following morning, was super thorough, very professional, and ultimately found quite quickly that our pool float valve was broken and causing the pool to auto-fill constantly. We have a membership with Goettl and are very happy with their service!

Update September 27. 2022 (we had 2 services done today).... Francesco came to do our hot water flush. He was very personable and professional. He was honest about the anode rods & we didn't need to replace them yet. He noticed the valve on the main line at the house was old, we took his advice & had it replaced. He was quick & did the job right. Thank you Francesco!! My doggies thank you too, for the Sadie dog toys! 💜Also Joe Cox came out to do the A/C service.and was fantastic! He even checked the heater portion, so when it's time to use it it'll be ready. It's our 2nd time having him do our service & it's always a positive experience. 😃Now if only the people who schedule appts were as professional as the service techs, unfortunately that hasn't occurred yet.Update April 2022..... Jesus Pacheco serviced our A/C and mentioned a surge protector for our new unit and the UV light. We decided it would be a good idea. He scheduled & came out the following weekend. Thankfully he communicated with us because the people answering the phones are quite inconsistent & unprofessional. Was hung up on twice and then the person I finally spoke to didn't even give me accurate info on my scheduled time.Update (September 2021).... recently had new hvac put in with Geottl. About 5mos later was having issues with it shutting off. 1st guy who showed up was was very knowledgeable but didn't have the right equipment to fix it & a part was ordered.On SEPTEMBER 14th I waited 2 days for someone to call to schedule repair but it shut off again and I called very upset.. They sent out a guy (it was after 7pm when I called). When Brayton (not sure if that's correct spelling) arrived it was around 7:45. He knew exactly what needed to be done and fixed it right it!! He was here until 9:30pm, but we haven't had an issue since. A big thank you to him!! He was professional, knowledgeable, and got the job done!Elias was very friendly, professional and used all covid safety protocols. He was knowledgeable without being pushy about recommendations. High recommend!

We scheduled TWICE, a month apart. They canceled the first time and then said oh the soonest we can get out now is in a month. We were charged with no one EVER showing up to our home. We received phone calls 30 minutes before scheduled appointment cancelling. When we called after the first time we were told the tech had several emergencies so no time for us. The second time, a month later, we were told there were others with no air that they had to get to. We are having issues with our air and knew we had this appointment scheduled and they blew us off… AGAIN… I called and asked for a refund, we will take our business elsewhere.

Great, professional service! They were able to fix my clogged shower drain quickly! They brought covers for my floor, to help control any possible mess. They cleaned up the shower floor when they were done. I will be using Goettl for any future plumbing needs!!

My HVAC unit was serviced by James and the plumbing was inspected by Braden and Jaren. They all did a great job and would recommend them to anyone looking for preventative maintenance or repairs. The technicians arrived within the appointment window they provided, they are honest, helpful, thorough, and and they explained everything very well. They include everything they speak with you about in their invoice details and send you the photos they took as well.The plumbing service is really comprehensive, they even conduct water testing.They don't rush through the inspections and really care about their work and customers. If you are looking for an HVAC/Plumbing service, you can't beat the value and care that Goettl offers.

We were having problems with air flow on part of our house for the last 10 years which was causing our AC unit to need many repairs over the years. Other company’s could not tell us why. Noe from Goettl was able to come in and figure out what the problem was and clearly explain what the problem was and how to fix it. They replaced our AC unit same day and fixed the airflow problem. The whole team from sales to install were the most professional and knowledgeable technicians I’ve dealt with. I believe it was Tim and Manny the install team were very professional and did a great job. We will definitely be using Goettl for all our needs from here on out.

I have had a contract with Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing Tucson for over a year. I call them once to fix or replace a faucet in the kitchen, and they wanted $700.00 to do it. I did my nephew replaced it for $125.00 including faucet. Today I had someone come in to do an annual maintenance on my heat pump/air conditioner. The repairman asked for $79.00 for the service. I explained I had a membership with Goettl and it should be covered. He called me back and said it had been cancelled in October 2020. I asked him to have Goettl call me to straighten this out. The girl on the phone explained that they had tried to charge my card and it was denied in October and November so my contract was void. I have not changed my card and she said that she must have deleted my card information. I did not cancel my subscription/membership at any time. When I spoke with the girl at Goettl I asked if the payments I had made for a year would apply to this service, and she said no because the account was closed. I never received a call regarding the cancellation, and she said an email had been sent to me in October and I opened it. I do not remember the email, and have no record of receiving it. When I asked if the over $100.00 paid could be applied to the current bill I was told no, because I was no longer a member. Also, when I made the appointment they told me the charge, and I said it was on membership the person who called said ok. No one called me back to give me the information on the cancellation. I am reporting this to the Better Business Bureau as a con/fraud on Goettl's part.

Our air conditioner decided to go out on us a few days ago so I decided to choose goettl after constantly hearing their radio ads. They sent out Nathan who was not only on time and professional but was very down to earth and personable. He gave a stuffed animal to my autistic son after hearing our dog ruined his favorite stuffy which made his day and now it goes everywhere with him. He was at our place a little over an hour and most of that time was spent socializing and making us feel comfortable, the repair itself was a little pricy but only took him 20 minutes or so. I will continue to use goettl in the future and hope they know they have a great guy on their team, wish nathan the best

I've used them for a number of years now. They are dependable fast and courteous. I've never once had a problem with their knowledgable service techs and the phone consultants are great. Overall I would suggest them to anybody. I called Goettl to inquire about a water softener or conditioner yesterday morning. In the afternoon they were able to set me up with with an in-home technician visit the next day. The technician was at my home at the agreed time. He explained in detail that I had five options for either a water softener or a water conditioner. He also explained in detail the difference between the two and how each worked. He then made an inspection of my home to determine where to best place the components and how to install them to the home water system. He came back to me for my decision on which system would best fit my family’s need. Once that decision was made we moved on to Goettl’s pricing and payment options. Lastly the technician determined when he could get the components so we could determine an install date. The Goettl technician was very personable and professional. He explained the options available in detail and answered all my questions. It was enjoyable to do business with the Goettl folks. They were on time and positive. I look forward to a long relationship with the Goettl organization.

Apparently there is a competition going on for who gets the most reviews on google and I was asked to leave a review... here goes..Pros:James was very friendly, took the time to listen and made sure I didn't have any questions. He even complimented me on my houses decor... something every Goettl employee I've talked to in the past 5 years has done. So either my house is awesome or they're told to say that..He was quick with the maintenance and even replaced my super fancy electric air filter for free (Goettl upsold me on them last time, those things aren't cheap).Maybe he even did a good job with the maintenance, I don't know... If I knew how to do it myself I wouldn't need a service.Cons:Despite me asking, he didn't even look at the air balance in the house... this is the 2nd time I've asked Goettl to check the air balance and they've blown it off both times.He up-sold me on a Hard Start kit for my compressor. Apparently, it pulls too many amps on start. He had pictures as proof. Well the quote was for 500, but he knocked 200 off for my Sadie membership. What a deal! Turns out, those same units sell for 75 bucks off amazon, and that's on the high end, they go as low as 25. A 5 minute install apparently costs me 225 dollars in labor. How about those mark ups?Lastly, when I went outside to check the unit and found 3 dead mice hanging off the interior of the unit. Gross... and... how do you service a unit and not notice that? Also how am I gonna get them out of there?

Other than a mix up due to a newer call center agent, it was a great experience. David was awesome! Very personable and extremely knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job of educating me on my system and what was done for me. He did a thorough job and I would recommend and already have recommended to several of my friends and coworkers! After talking with Ken Goodrich I can ABSOLUTELY say he is a man of his word and has far more integrity than his commercials portray. Jeff and his crew are Brilliant, not only do they know what they are doing they make it look easy. I myself repair machinery for a living and what these guys accomplished in 6 hours would have taken me days to do. Thank you Ken Goodrich & Goettl you now have a customer for life.

Francesco Tocci was courteous, professional, and efficient. He was friendly and empathetic, truly listened and gave appropriate recommendations. Fixed my issue on the first visit, cleaned up after himself and was even kind to my dogs. Great service! Came out same day and after five pm, not the cheapest but not the most expensive, and my tech was worth every penny.

Super responsive, fixed a leak same day we noticed it. Because It required cutting into the block and some restoration was needed, gave us contact info for those additional trades. Fernando was very knowledgeable and showed us every thing he was doing. He was very thorough in his leak detection to make sure no unnecessary work or additional damage was done. Upfront about costs and I paid what I was initially quoted. Highly recommend!!

Called another company first. Last night and was told someone would call me first thing in am at 7 am. Didn't hear from them until 8:30 then was told they would call before they come and it could be as late at 12 am that night. Couldnt even give me a range (they called at 3:30 pm) I live in Arizona. It was 113 today. Called this company and they told me they could be there in 2 hours and were. Tech was amazing. I cant remember his name wish I could. He was professional, on time. Company kept their word on timing. I was completely vulnerable and they honestly could have taken advantage. Only owned this home for 1 year. They advised my parts were under warranty and only charged me for labor. Awesome. Will use them going forward based on the Tech that came out. Gonna call the company and ask the Techs name and advised he is awesome!

I have to send a big thank you to Braden and Aaron. After the first person who came out told me there was nothing he could do, these guys came out today and took a good look at everything. It took 3 hours of hard work but now the clog is gone and I am very impressed. Thank you guys for the hard work. I will definitely be calling them again when I am ready to replace the pipes.

AC stopped working. Had used them before. Was so impressed, I joined their maintenance program. Jordan took care of the issue quickly and professionally and was on his way. And the value was off the charts. I would recommend Goettl to anyone.

I was given a window of 1-4PM and the service tech didn’t show up at about 5:45PM. After showing up late, he almost couldn’t complete the job because he didn’t bring a hose and was relying on mine, which had already been packed because I’m moving. He offered to reschedule, but I didn’t feel like wasting my entire day again to wait for him, so I had to borrow a hose from my neighbor (how embarrassing). Thankfully, once he started the job, he called another tech to help finish more quickly, but overall my experience was way less of an enjoyable experience than what I had expected from Goettl.

6/27: They charged me $89 to give me a $2,300 quote for a $100 part and a 2-4hr total job.My advice is to save yourself $89 and call someone else or just do it yourself. For $2,200 of labor, at my hourly rate, as long as the 2-4 hour job takes me less than 60 hours, I’ll be coming out ahead. Got a feeling I’ll be able to figure this out in less than 60 hours.6/28 Update: Originally I rated Goettl 1 star only for “poor value” and thought the rationale cited was sound: if I make $35 an hour at my job ($70k/yr), and if the quote was for $2,200 in labor, then 2,200/35 = 62.9 hours of labor.However now I also give them 1 star for “Not Professional” given that they bothered me with a phone call to ask if there were other negative aspects of my experience… that I must have forgotten to complain about? I guess paying these people’s salaries is why Goettl has to quote you $800/hr for labor.Also, the two quotes I got this morning were for $500 and $350, and they quoted me for free (no $89 charge) off emailed images and a 5min phone call.Will follow up when the job is complete for $350 or when I’ve done it myself, and assuming the job quality is even close to acceptable, will be telling all my friends & family to avoid Goettl like the plague.7/17 update: sorry for the delay, but I was enjoying vacation and sleeping well after paying $350 on 6/29 to remove and replace the same valve Goettl quoted $2,300 for.If this saves one person from getting ripped off by Goettl, it was worth my time sharing my story.

Adam and Matthew are the BEST!! After several appraisals, we would not go with anyone else. They explained everything and provided all the potential options. They helped with financing. They are friendly and we felt immediately comfortable with them. This is my first time dealing with Goettl but it will not be my last. Thank You Adam and Matt!!!Update: Victor, Sebastian, and Moe did the re-piping work and we are EXTREMELY happy. They were friendly, profession and respected our property. They explained what they were doing at each step when asked. They allowed us to watch them work and answered all of our questions. They took extra care to make sure our animals did not get outside. We will definitely be using Goettl for any future plumbing needs.Update: I had them do a drain cleanout and it was quick. Eric was friendly and thorough.

One of my two AC units was intermittently cooling then shut down completely. I called Goettl and a tech was at my home the following day. I explained what the problem was and he replied, “probably the condenser, just hope that’s all it is.” Ten minutes later after cking the unit he said was a failed condenser and all my refrigerant was gone and there was a leak somewhere in the lines. The estimate to get it fixed was over $1,900. Since the unit was ten yrs old he suggested buying a new AC unit. I asked what the price range was and was told anywhere from $11K to $22k. He said they could finance the cost one year interest free, then called a sales person who then called me again trying to sell me a unit. I told him I’d like to get one or two more estimates before doing anything. I was again told if I agreed to purchase a unit today they could install it tomorrow. Way too aggressive for me esp when we’re taking about a major expense. The sales rep told me he’d send me pricing for various packages but I never did receive anything. Granted the unit is ten yrs old but it felt I was being pressured into purchasing a unit today even though my other unit is new, in good condition deeming my need to replace the second not an urgent matter. I received one estimate today for a 14 SEER unit for $7k. Second estimate is scheduled for Monday, then I’ll determine which company I go with but not under pressure to buy today!

I purchased a new heat pump April 14, 2021. Never heard back from the company to follow up. Never called to see how things were going. Never came out to check the unit. June 12, 2021 the unit would not run. They sent a tech out. It was overcharged during install and the system shut itself down like it was supposed to. July 9, 2021, its doing the same thing. Service call has been made. I am sure they will send someone out. But, 3 months after install this is the 2nd time this has happened.I could have saved a ton of money by band aiding my old unit. I chose to purchase a new unit so I wouldn't be inconvenienced by a unit shutting off and waiting for a tech.I feel as though they took my money and never cared enough to do a follow up and I'm beginning to wonder if the unit is faulty or they set it up to fail for the service call.Not happy with my purchase.

Goettl stands by their word to do the job the right way. They diagnosed our problem, and patiently worked with us to understand our options. Then they completed our very big job quickly.Mr. Franks was very responsive with questions and helpful in many ways. Joe and Jaren worked their tails off and were very professional and easy to talk to. The other guys that helped diagnose our issue were also good guys and knew their stuff.We would recommend Goettl to anyone who wants a company that stands by their word, and strives to do that.

Hector answered our questions. After 3 tries the shower installation is now good and the company has been quite cooperative in addressing the issues. However, please make sure that each party understands what is required. It will help eliminate stress and aggravation

Called due to a backed up drain. The first technician on site was amazing I believe his name was Zack. He was awesome the second gentleman that came out his name was Dan he came to assist Zack. After about 10 minutes Dan said lets stop its not working then pushed for a repair sale which was totaled was around $7,500. Zack wanted to try a different approach but the salesman was not for it. He told me my main line where collapsed under the concrete. So I wanted a second opinion so we called out woods plumbing and they put a camera down the lines found the plug and was able to unplug it. That cost me $180.00 and they even showed me the camera unlike goettl that wouldn't show anything. Woods plumbing saved me over 7k. I do not feel goettle was honest with us and tried to push an unnecessary sale...

Julien and Devin did amazing work. They were very professional and detailed in their work. We had to have a pipe exposed and replaced inside of adobe brick. They did top-notch work! They also fixed a washer vent tube that was clogged and preventing proper drainage from the washer. I highly recommend the company and Julien/Devin.

Nathan was outstanding with our unit and very informative.

After checking to see what the problem was. Which took about 5 minutes because we told them what the problem was. They still charged $79 . Then they needed to order the part, they said they would return Tuesday evening at 530. So I left work early to be there. They did not show, so I called the next day and complained. They apologized and rescheduled for 2 days later. I still had to call to make sure they were coming out. They said they would dispatch immediately. Then they arrived 2 hours later! Will not be recommending them to anyone. They still charged full price then tried to sell me their yearly protection plan after charging $350 for a job that took less than 30 minutes.

Shout out to Shane B with Goettl!! He diagnosed the issue within seconds after he arrived and was able to fix it. Total visit was less than an hour. His professionalism and great attitude made us feel like he had our best interest in mind. Thank you, Shane!

The $89 promotion is a scam. They did absolutely nothing. Didn't even touch my machine. Simply because I'm a woman (they thought I was uneducated).They tried to charge astronomical amount of money for barely any work. Then quoted me 20k for a system that at the most should cost 6K. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Scheduled for semi annual maintenance but ended up replacing ac unit. Work was completed next day. Workers professional, friendly, showed numerous pictures of old unit. They were very careful with my newly replaced roof. They tend to be lil more expensive but work is excellentHave used them for plumbing also.

The Plummer sent, David Mengelli, was great. He listened and understood my issue with the cold water line going into my washer. Goettl was a really cool professional AC company that came out to diagnose what was wrong with my HVAC system in a really timely manner. I ended up not going with them because my home warranty would not contract with them, however the technician Marty was super helpful and very kind. He explained the possible causes and gave me an intermittent solution while waiting for an appointment to get the system fixed. In the future if my home warranty does pick them up, or I need a quick diagnosis I’ll be sure to go with them.

Plumbing inspection, Billy Fernandez was professional and very informative. What I like is most Goettl technicians are not pushy when trying to sell or upgrade items.

Never showed up, didn't even call to say why or that they were sorry. This, after using them for 7 years prior! The plumbing service was coming to drain water heater and do what-ever else they were going to do!I called them, 5 hours had passed, I had waited the 4 hours plus 1 extra for them to contact me.......Nothing! I am pre-paid for my summer tune-up, I am requesting my money back! I'm moving on!! This has been too long for a feed-back!!

Usually they are a little more expensive but I believe they do things the right way. I have been a member of Goettl for a couple years now and in general I love their company. I had to reschedule this appointment twice, which I understand the need to put emergencies over a routine inspection. I was not upset about the reschedule but more about the time spent on my inspection and what followed. My review would be a 1 star if you didn't have a history of stellar service with me. The appointment just started out as a plumbing inspection that was simple enough and I knew would take some time. Cool the inspection finished up in about an hour and the pipes looked bad, they need to be replaced and we should consider a re-pipe (no wonder you guys have to reschedule). Ok not great news but I understand, the pipes are old and corroding. I then spend the next 2+ hours with this plumber in my house trying to sell me on the re-pipe. He says he will get the master plumber out and it should take 10-15 mins. 20 later and the master plumber cant make it out. He then begins to quote me things like 24000 for the re-pipe with a purity system and drywall work. He keeps going on and on about how he is trying to save us money and help us out. Ok i say lets talk to the money guy. The money guy then proceeds to make me feel foolish for doing a credit check when the plumber made it seem necessary to get the most accurate rate. Then they give me the real number of almost 26000 with no drywall. I say I would like to shop such a big job around and the plumber starts acting like the pipes will burst in the walls at that very moment. He then is taken aback when I don't flat out sign something immediately saying I'm ok to pay and finance all this money. Usually when I work with your company they leave me with peace of mind. This time on the other hand I felt I was being hard sold and upsold on every little thing. All that aside, don't be at my house for 3+ hours trying to hard sell me and then act like you were doing me a favor. Not to mention the quotes I have gotten since shopping around have been considerably lower, like 8-10 thousand lower. The mixture of the plumber being so pushy and you guys being honestly overpriced on this have left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Like it seemed like you guys were trying to set me up to pay way more and pressure me into buying it right then so I was locked into a 10 year financing deal. I am considering never using your services again and will most likely cancel my membership.

I had an appointment for a water check and to get the water tank drained. Braden and Gabe were assigned to my home today. They were absolutely wonderful, thorough, and respectful. Also, my dogs loved them! They are a credit to your company.

From the moment the customer chat was enabled my questions were answered and I received a phone call from a Goettl technician within a few minutes of closing the chat. My questions were answered thoroughly and I made an appointment for the same week, as the price matched my expectation. The technician was a bit late but from the moment he came in introduced himself wearing a face cover and went to work and told me not to worry once he knew where clean outs were. He also informed me a supervisor would come by and look at the drain using a camera, that was the first time any company I used did that so that was reassuring. I had two drains that needed to be unclogged and the technician finished the work checked to make sure all was good and cleaned up; while he was doing that the supervisor came and informed me of his findings and also looked at some of my other appliances and provided information for any work if I chose to get it done. I have heard the Goettl commercials which is how I came about using Goettl and actually thought I could not afford their service but was happy with the specials they have, affordable price and options plus professional service I couldn't ask for more. Thank you Goettl!

Francesco was right on time. He was very polite and professional as he reviewed my water systems and gave me suggestions for future maintenance and repairs.

We had a new a/c unit installed by them in December 2021, have had nothing but problems. Already had to call them out 3 times now since it got hot. The house wasn't getting cool so first time they came out they told me there weren't any problems with the unit. Told us we should have the ducts aerosealed to help prevent loss of air from small holes in the ducts. $3000 for that to get done. When the guy came to do the Aeroseal, they couldn't even do it because they went under our manufactured home to block off the unit so the glue that they use didn't go into the unit and they found that the flex duct that connects to the main ducts was all ripped up and should have been replaced when the new unit was installed. Had to get Goettl out the next day to replace the flex duct. Once the duct was replaced we actually had a cool house for about a week. Finally got the Aeroseal done and a week later it's hot in my house again so now I'm waiting for them to supposedly show up today to see what the problem is. In the meantime we sit here and be hot. I wish I had never called this company. Over $15,000 and I'm sitting here hot!!!!!

We have used your service for over 6 years. All of services including plumbing have ben excellent. All the employees that have serviced our home have been professional and extremely couteous. They alwaysexplain what needs to be repaired and how they will accomplish the task.

Had a really good experience with Goettl. Nathan came out to do the Rejuvenation package on my AC. He was thorough in his work and patient and friendly with me, while answering all of my questions and explaining the details of the service he performed. He laid out the specs about the future of my unit and made suggestions, but there was no hard sell. Two thumbs up for Goettl and three thumbs up for Nathan!

Had an appointment last week and they canceled it and came back five days later. The technician was nice but took a little long to do the preventive maintenance. He he was new and didn't know their system. Oh I waited three weeks for this appointment.Well after about ten days went by and guess what my 3yr old A/C unit froze up and I called Goettl and Marty came out and informed me that the TXV valve was bad in my unit and he tried to get it to work but it still was freezing up. This was 27 August 2021. He informed me that if they did the repair it could cost around $900.00 dollars to fix. I called the company that installed the unit and found out today 30 August 2021 it was going to take 2-3 weeks for the part to come in. I called Goettl four times today trying to get some info on how much they would charge me to repair the unit myself. I spoke with someone and she informed me that someone would call me today that she put in an emergency response to call me tonight since I haven't had any A/C since Friday and as of this review at midnight still no call. I have the Sadie plan that I have purchased through this company. I am not changing my three stars due to the fact that Marty went out of his way to try and fix the issue himself. Condoles to Marty and tell him thanks.

I usually have no issues using their services and have been a member for years. But lately their customer service (not technicians) have greatly declined. Recently they called me to set to set up my plumbing maintenance appointment, but the technician arrived thinking that I'd call in for a service call. Right now, I had called them 3 days ago (Friday) because my AC had stopped working and they stated the earliest they could be here was Monday, I agreed and dealt with sweltering heat all weekend. Today (Monday) nobody showed up and I called them to check if the technician was running late. They tell me that they have no record of any appointment and can't be here util Thursday. They made no attempt to correct their mistake and now my family is suffering for 3 additional days because of this mistake.

I gave a 4 star because I scheduled 3 times and twice no call no show I wasted my day twice. Very frustrating. They did show today I am happy it's done with. Plumbing service with monthly cost is what was done today.

Id like to start of by saying I've been a Sadie club member now for almost a year. Had GOETTL out to my rental property to troubleshoot a AC unit that stopped working. After the tech did his evaluation he determined that (I'm referencing the exact invoice) I needed a new blower motor, new main control board and a capacitor replaced all for the lovely price of $3,390.00 or I could get a new unit for my house for around $14k. He also indicated to me that the main control board was on backorder and could take weeks to find (probably in an attempt to steer me to the $14k option). Needless to say I located the main control board myself online and in stock readily available but that's not the worst part. I decided to get a second technician out there the next day for a second opinion within an hour he had determined that the only issue was a low voltage short. He told me all of those components previously listed as bad by the GOETTL technician were fine and functioning. He fixed the short and my AC works fine....all for the price of $315. Now I get that some people can diagnose things differently but this is insane any professional AC technician with half a brain should be able to diagnose a low voltage short. I clearly feel like they were throwing things at me that weren't needed and were simply trying to drive the cost up. I no longer trust GOETTL and will be canceling my Sadie plan if you decide to use them Do so at your own RI$$$K and get a second opinion.

Julian is just wonderful! Explained in detail each step of the way for each repair/replacement that needed to be addressed. Since I’m a detailed oriented person, I find comfort in Julian’s attention to explaining each step , showing me what was deteriorating and what to do to solve it. The financing is convenient affordable and fair. I just love Goettl! Thank you!

Others have had the same issue I did. I called to set up an appointment and told them I have a home warranty. They said they aren't working with home warranty's at this time. Which is fine. I'm willing to pay out of pocket to get my air conditioning issue taken care since I'm going to have people in town this week. Then the rep gives me the run around where she can't set up an appointment with me because they're so far booked out even though I would pay out of pocket. Home warranty also brought up again as a reason not to help.The commercials sound good but the service is very sketchy. I wouldn't do business with them in the future just based off this experience and can't recommend them. If there are questionable business practices at this point, I can only imagine what could happen when they send someone out for service. Buyer beware.

She guaranteed we'd have a tech to our home by 12pm they were at my home by 1145am. AWESOME quick service in my home. Robert was knowledgable and polite. He quickly unclogged the toilet and even his boss Rick came by to check that everything went smoothly. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes. I purchased the Sadie Guard dog guarantee and it was worth every penny. I've spent hundreds of. dollars on plumbing services over the past 10 years of being a homeowner. I WISH I would have purchased this services years ago!

A professional operation that scheduled quickly and sent trained teams to my property.I was attracted to their full service of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services and their Maintenance subscription service since I have a number of properties that require regular servicing.But when the technicians completed their “evaluation”, I was handed an estimate for over $20k in replacements and repairs. One item was a quote to replace my sewer pump for $6k (which is very expensive), and $4k to replace all the motors on my AC units.Of course I got 2 more opinions and the pump problem was just a busted GFCI outlet ($60). And the HVAC work came out to less than $400.I wonder if the technicians work on commissions because all the estimates were inflated and very little supporting detail is provided aside from a few random pictures and a poorly written estimate/invoice.I cant speak to the quality of work but the techs seemed knowledgable and professional. But I definitely would recommend getting a 2nd quote before going with Goettl.Dropping to two stars because 6 months after cancelling service, they continued to charge me. Ive called three times to fix this - hoping this last call finally puts this behind me.

I had a good salesman that gave me a good price and decent financing on a new hvac system. I had it installed today and the installers were nice and professional. Obviously this is day one with the system but I have a good feeling it will work great for many years and will be easy to schedule repairs and maintenance if needed in the future.

The duct cleaning was amazing. We had this done 9 years ago and the walls and furniture were dinged in the process. Goettl covers the floor and all furniture near the A/C ducts. The process was so much more detailed than just sticking a vacuum cleaner hose in the ducts and hoping for the best.

Called and made an appointment a week out and the day of the appointment I took the day off from work. They called me half way through the day to let me know some more important clients needed their attention and they would have to reschedule. I guess a first timer client isn't that important to them. When you schedule an appointment you should honor it, they did not. Service manger called me up later in the day to offer me a 200 dollar yearly package for free and an appointment that would be a week and half later. I called up another AC service provider and was able to get an appointment for the very next day. It would be one thing if they said sorry for the inconvenience, we will reschedule you for tomorrow....In their ads the owner says they always do what's right but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Our hvac unit was on its last leg and we needed a new unit before summer. We had been shopping around but could not commit. After all, this is a huge investment and we wanted to make sure we got great system with a rock solid warranty along with having a HVAC provider that had great customer service. Our high expectations were met by Chris Ross and his team. Chris showed up on time to do the assessment. Provided a detailed analysis of what would a great fit for our home in terms of energy efficiency and pricing. He let us know what to expect as far as timeline and financing. By the end of the consult, we knew Goettl was the best fit. My hvac unit was installed 2 days after my initial consult. The team was extremely professional and finished the install in 1 day. Service from beginning to end 10/10 would recommend!

We had 3 different techs out today. Dylon did a great job with the inspection and consultation. He was very thorough. John and Zachary came out and installed multiple valves and replaced supply lines. The two worked extremely efficiently and were courteous and clean.

Francesco Tocci was very thorough and professional. I’ve been looking to replace my old water for the past year. Francesco was the very reason, I decided to get a new water heater from Goettl. He explained what I will be getting with the water heater and the benefits of each added accessories that was coming with the water heater.

Nate came to look at my a/c and let us know it need to be completely replaced and he was patient and helped us understand every step of the way and helped us pin point the new a/c we wanted and what was best on money and energy. He was amazing and I was recommend him to anyone!

During a routine plumbing check, Albert discovered that the water heater I'd had installed 8/19 had not been screwed in properly. (the screws were actually missing) He explained how potentially dangerous this was and fixed it. I'm very grateful for his thoroughness and professionalism in preventing a possible disaster. He should be commended and recognized for this above and beyond measure.

Goettl does a very poor job of communicating with their customers. They failed to keep appointments on two different occasions and did not call to let us know that they wouldn’t be there .The first appointment was a 12-3 PM appointment. When I called at 2:30 to see if they were coming they wanted to push it out to later that evening but we had prior commitments so had to reschedule . I scheduled the next appointment out a few days so that we could schedule early in the day, 8-11AM. When I called mid morning to see if the technician was still coming I was told we would have to push that appointment out also. The technician arrived at 4PM and was able to resolve the problem.I’ve found Goettl technicians to be friendly and competent but have been disappointed in the scheduling staff’s willingness to keep the customer informed.

My appointment was from 3-7 pm. Did not get a call until 5:45? half an hour away the dispatcher said. Jenifer called me saying he's three miles away at 7:30, Showed up at 8:30 with no apology? Did not get charged for diagnosis which he found right away. He was gone in 15 minutes. It was frustrating having to wait that long for such a quick diagnosis. I guess I was disappointed more then anything about having to wait with no good outcome on the ac, and the lack of respect for ones time. P.S. tired of your radio commercials on 1600am. I wouldn't mind if you backed it up! so far, No es bueno! Teach your guys how to defuse a waiting customer no matter how busy you guys are.

Both gentlemen were thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. In a way no one has before. I will NEVER have anyone else come into my home. Great technician John Franks with an apprentice Devin Nelson, installed, home water filter, softener, new hot water heater, RO system, and water box on a 1957 vintage home. When contacted there was immediate response and online I booked an appointment for emergency repairs. They were on site within 3 hours. Terrific communication and customer service.

The diagnostics service appointment was not at all what I was expecting

The technician showed up at the house an hour and a half after I had received a call that he was 20-30 minutes away (and almost a full hour outside the scheduled arrival window) and left before performing the scheduled service. Because I anticipated he would drain the hot water heater as part of the scheduled maintenance, I delayed a shower while awaiting his arrival. When he still hadn't arrived one hour twenty-five minutes after the call, I decided to shower as quickly as possible. The technician arrived while I was in the shower, waited approximately five minutes, and took off. I saw him drive away, so I texted the company immediately, but I didn't get a response. I'm honestly not sure the number I texted is monitored, but in the moment, I thought it might be the quickest way to contact someone so the tech could come back to perform the service. No such luck. Blerg. This is very frustrating, especially in light of the fact that I had originally scheduled the appointment for the previous day and agreed to switch the appointment day and time to accommodate the company's scheduling needs.

Could not provide receipts for charges to Credit Card. Used technology as an excuse. Not sure what amount was charged.

Hector was very thorough and polite with our plumbing inspection. My only issue is with the scheduling. They always cancel the first appt for the inspections which just wastes the customer’s time. Hector came out early the day after the initial cancellation. Would happily have him return.

I bought a new AC & Furnace last summer during the heat wave when my old AC finally died. Since then, 7 months, I have had them come out to fix errors on their part. First they didn't install a fuse that I paid for and the unit would not work. Now the furnace doesn't work.I paid $17k for this unit and I am having noting but issues with it. I will be contacting the Arizona ROC to file a complain.

I dont like the high pressure sales tactic to purchase an entire new system. An overpriced furnace gas valve job to sway the customer to purchase a new system. I wanted a maintenance job not a sales pitch. I found a business who fixed everything for third of the price.

I had a corroded water pipe that was leaking. Francisco arrived on time and quickly evaluated the situation, let me know what needed done. Hector, Joe and Chris were there within a couple of hours and completed the job that same day. They were all on professional, efficient and friendly.

They came out and the tech was nice, but prices were Way too high. Like double what others quoted.

Braden Franks came to my home to do a plumbing assessment. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He is an asset to your company.

We had 3 sewer drain lines either repaired, replaced, or relined. This was a big job over several days. Nick, Julian, and Jeff were great to work with. Knowledgeable, professional, and they did a great job of explaining everything. I have used Goettl twice before, and I highly recommend them.

I booked an appt online … because the day before my A/C wasn’t working properly and temperature just kept climbing it was a hot sticky night.Heidi called me back immediately needing more info….She Offered me an affordable service plan gave me a priority appt for signing up for the plan.Then at appt time Shane the technician showed up with more professionalism and customer service he walked me through the entire process and explained what was going on with pictures.I love that I only suffered with the heat for less than 24 Hrs !They really know what they’re doing….Prompt + Professional = Customer Satisfaction!!

Well the first tech that came to look at the system came An HR late after the 3hr window which was 4-7. He didn't show up till about 8:30pm and by the time he got there he acted like he didn't want to work. He actually asked my husband to take the pictures for him. After he told us it would cost us $3000. To fix our ac and it probably wouldn't fix it. We opted in to getting a new ac unit. Now the two techs Adrian and Louis that came to install the ac were amazing and had great customer service. And we're appalled that the first tech said it was gonna cost so much to fix.

Nick was fantastic! I had a toilet overflow at midnight and Goettl had Nick here by 10:30 am on a Sunday morning even 👌🏻I highly recommend their service. Thanks

Francisco was the absolute best! We was very polite, and even offered to wear a mask when he saw me wearing one when I opened the door! I also appreciated that when I said no to the membership, he stayed professional and still helped me to his full ability. I also appreciated being able to easily schedule online.

Jacob was awesome! Water was tested and deemed clean. He didn't try to pressure me into buying something I didn't need. He signed us up for the monthly club maintenance, which we think is great idea. Also Robert was so nice to me on the phone. Soon after the visit, Robert called to schedule us for HVAC and Plumbing maintenance. So everyone I dealt with today at Goettl were amazing!!!

I asked for a free estimate on a plumbing job...the service engineer gave me the usual talk about the quality of products used etc... I asked the most important question - “How much”, he said around $4500-$8500... the supervisor “victor” would phone me - he did within minutes and quoted $6900...I said I was going to get three quotes from different companies and decide from there, at this point he got aggressive and pushy... his firm was the best and he wanted a yes to start the job. I said no. I told his service engineer to leave, sat in my drive until I guess his boss phoned him...I wasn’t giving him a yes, I wanted more estimates - within 10minutes “victor” phone me again - “we can do the job for $5000 but wanted an immediate answer” - he received one NO.I wasn’t being pressured and told him so.At this point, I decided I wouldn’t hire them to check my bathroom soap dispenser - turned off to their greedy pressure selling approach and tactics.Got my estimates and what ya know, I got the job done by a certified company for less than half Goettl’s original quote...

Had an inspection done on my home today. Alek with Goettl is thorough and professional. He Made recommendations and clearly explained to me and my wife solutions to our plumbing issues.

The plumbers and dry wall guys did an excellent job.
There were some issues with the after job clean up. The Supervisor, James, immediately and graciously took action to remedy the issues. He made sure that the clean up issues were handled quickly by expert experienced cleaners.

I had my HVAC installed on July 1st, and now it won't turn on. I called to get someone out to my house, and they said it would take 5 days to get someone out. Mind you, it is in the aamiddle of excessive heat warnings in Arizona. Not only that, the plumbing was also done by them, and now I have plumbing issues that I didn't have before. My water pressure is non-existent. The water in my shower won't stay hot unless I have the hot water running in my bathroom sink. I have 3 showers and 4 kids and 4 adults in my house that can't take hot showers at the same time or wash clothes and shower because only one area gets the hot water. I HATE this company!!!! They are con artists. They sell you trash!!! They give you trash service!!! They should be in the landfill business instead!!

CONFIDENCE in GOETTL. We just relocated to Oro Valley AZ from Pennsylvania. I believe it’s important to take good care of a home’s infrastructure, including having a PM Agreement for HVAC and Plumbing. The previous owner had Goettl install new HVAC, Water Heater, and Water Softener and had them maintain them, so I thought I’d do the same. The first week we were here, I shut shut off the water supply valve to a toilet which caused a leak where there hadn’t been one. I couldn’t get it to stop, so I called Goettl. They came the next day and replaced the valve and connectors and did so in a very professional manor and I am pleased with their work.Everything wasn’t perfect. They goofed up the appointment date/time and didn’t show up until I called to inquire. True to form, they recommended that I replace every water supply valve in the house -- all 20 of them at a cost of over $3000! Acknowledging that they were all probably original equipment and 20 years old, we went ahead and had them do it. Expensive but worth the peace of mind this time.

We got the rejuvenation package for both our A/C units. Tech arrived slightly after the estimated timeframe but really did a good job explaining what he planned to do and got to it. He took lots of pictures and wrote up good notes on the status of my units. Overall I was satisfied with the service.

The plumbing side of the business has been the highlight. The Goettl plumbers have been on time, honest brokers, and no up selling or up sell pressure.On the HVAC side it’s been the opposite experience. I’ve had a contract for annual “rejuvenation” for a few years. Last year I canceled the service based on my interaction with the HVAC rep. Bottom line, my HVAC has been working well, within specification and reliable. The maintenance has been paying off. Yes, components wear and I elect to replace before failure and it’s been paying off. However, the HVAC rep insisted on pushing the sale of a new HVAC system because my current system is old. When I asked if it was irreparable broken, the Goettl Rep said no. When I asked if my system was going to have a failure due to obsolete parts. The Goettl Rep said no. When I asked if the Goettl preventative maintenance I’ve been electing to purchase has been paying off the Goettl Rep said yes. Then why are you aggressively pushing a new system on me? I canceled the service when it was time to renew the contract. A Goettl manager called me to earn my business back, we discussed the interaction and I was assured my next experience would be different. After all, Ken Goodrich in the advertising effort stresses how they do things the “right way, not the easy way”. Fast forward to this week. I had a scheduled appointment for my “rejuvenation”, when the HVAC rep called to tell me they were 30 minutes out, I informed them I was at work, however, folks were home to let them in. The Goettl HVAC Rep said they prefer for me to be home, for the “rejuvenation”. I asked why? The Goettl HVAC Rep said my presence was required incase any issue was identified. I said to just call me, the Rep said they’d prefer to show me, if it was acceptable, the Goettl HVAC Rep said any time was good to reschedule. I asked if I could reschedule with them, I was told yes. So I did. To the next time I was physically available, the following Sunday. Well, that day arrived, the Plumber showed up on time and ready to go, the HVAC side did not. I called the Goettl office and asked what the estimated time of arrival is, I was told no one was going to arrive. I discussed the situation with the dispatch folks, as no supervisor or manager is actually available.Bottom line: they don’t need me as a customer, and that’s fine. I wish them and more importantly their employees well. I’m moving on to a local company who’s actually hungry for the business, versus a compelling commercial and catch phrase conveyed by the owner.

Jeran came to our rental to replace a broken shower head. He was cheerful and took the time to make sure everything worked great. He was considerate enough to wear shoe coverings in my house to keep the floors clean. Very good service!

Service was not bad but the tech tried to sell me an over priced duct cleaning. Goettl is way over priced. I totally regret buying AC units from them. One hand doesn't talk to the other. When they called to set up the service appointment the agent started asking me how old my units were ect. They installed them last year.. I told the agent that she shouldn't need to ask these questions because the information should be in my file. I blame myself for using this over priced company and I'm giving only one star because I'm bitter about my decision to buy from them. Do your research and choose a different company.

I called this company because my AC was broken and I needed someone to come out and fix it. Not only was I on hold for 20 minutes before anyone answered, but when they did the lady (who was very nice btw) took down my information to have someone call me and get sent out. This was DAYS ago and till this day no one has ever called me to come out to my home. I even was put down as emergency services to have someone out ASAP but here we are… ended up going with another company because apparently this one didn’t want my business. Very disappointing considering all of the ads for this company preach that they do things “the right way not the easy way” yet they can’t even bother to call me back to come out to my home and do a simple repair.

Stay away from this company !They tried to scam us into paying for repairs they caused.When I reached the company, Michael told me a manager would reach out to us. They did not. I canceled our service agreement because of their dishonest tech and they want to charge me for canceling. Very dishonest companyWe had our air-conditioning go out on 8/31 and contacted our Home Insurance. They assigned a company to come out, but that company could not come out for a couple days.I set up a service agreement with Goettl in the meantime for 9/7.The Home Insurance company was able to get out to our house earlier and inspected the air conditioner on 9/2. They ordered the parts and fixed the issue on9/5. The air conditioner was performing well. Goettl came out on 9/7 to do the service. He told us we needed to do approximately $900.00 worth of work on the air conditioner. Immediately after he left the air conditioner was no longer working correctly.We called out the Home Insurance company that did the work. They came the next day. Upon his inspection he noticed our dampeners to the master bedroom had been closed. He also noticed a cut in our duct near the dampener. The Home insurance repair man opened the dampener and immediately the air conditioner was working correctly again (he also fixed the cut in the duct but it will need to be replaced at sometime).Your service guy sent us an estimate we shared with the repair man. He explained to me that the dampener was closed by a tech and done on purpose. Most likely for us to think the repairs your tech suggested needed to be performed.

Julian was great - very professional and thorough. Answered all questions about the work to be performed and completed maintenance and repairs efficiently.

My experience with Goettl has been great! My air conditioner stopped working last night and within less than 24 hours James came to the house and fixed everything. He was on time, fast, professional, and friendly. I’m very happy and my house is much cooler now!

We purchased a whole new AC last May from Goettl, they were quick to take our 19,000.00+ in cash!! promised us great service and filters, etc... we never heard from them afterwards about the filters, they couldn't seem to find anything written about providing them to us.. we let that slide, then when we had to contact them about regular maintenance services this May a year later and told the soonest would be July 27th.. so we book it.. only to be called 1 day before, today and told they can't make it for another month due to technicians being short staffed.. what happens when our AC goes out?? Bad customer service on their end.. I could see them say we can't make tomorrow but can come on Monday or Tuesday.. but 5 weeks later??

We have been Sadie Members for a few years but recently moved. Transferring our membership to our new place was hassle free and easy. We had a tech come out to check out not just one but two units before summer really hits and make sure we are good to go. Richard arrived on time, even early, was very friendly and professional. We’ll definitely be requesting him as our tech in the future! He was able to replace some parts for us right there on the spot and was great at answering all of my questions.

We have been a customer with Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing in Tucson since January 2010. Just recently we had a Novo Water Softener installed and a Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water System installed. I am taking this time to thank John, Francesco, Mark, Hector and Jeff for the clear explanations on each system and how it works. They are top of the line installers and Goettl should be very proud of each of them as their employees. I would highly recommend them. I would definitely give them a 5 star rating. Thank you.

Of course during a record hot day in August (in Tucson) our A/C decided to quit blowing cold air. We live in a small house and things were heating up quick. After a few calls back-and-forth, the Goettl van shows up and our new favorite technician, Jesus, saves the day. I explained what happened and he made a few measurements and a capacitor had decided to quit. He quickly replaced it with a new part and we were cooling down again in minimal time, expense and headache. He could have really up-charged us for services and parts we didn’t need, but he’s so professional, honest and thoroughly knowledgeable, I think he could sense we’re new customers for life. Since our unit is 8 years old I was expecting the worst. Goettl and Jesus are great!

Terrible service! Never show up on time, called several times to postpone appointment. Thing that really bothers me is they give you a price for something, and EVERYTIME, once they get there, they try to add more cost. Ex. Oh this part is covered by warrantee, but I have to charge you $100 to install it. Keep looking, there are better A/C and Plumming Companies in Tucson.

I wish to express my personal appreciation to Braden and Devin for a plumbing job well done. Their technical knowledge and plumbing experience were instrumental in repairing my defective sewer line and septic tank and restoring them both to perform correctly. I was particularly impressed with their personal commitment to excellence. they were not satisfied with their work unless it was done right. this included even the smallest of details. Goettl advertises this type of result in their marketing program. It must be true because I was able to observe it first hand. Also this is part of the reason why I selected Goettl Plumbing to perform this job.

Rob came out today to do maintenance. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. When these techs come out they work hard to make sure everything is working great. I can't say enough good things about this company. Worth the money!

Wonderful service from Robert, Jose, and Johnny. They responded within 24 hours and had the entire Ac System fully installed within 48 hrs. This means a lot especially when you have a house of 5 children and an at risk baby. They got us a loaner Ac immediately and this helped us survive the night and relieved so much stress. These hardworking men went above and beyond to help my family and made us feel like a number one priority. If it wasn't for them and Goettl I honestly don't know what I would have done. If I ever have an Ac problem I will definitely be calling Goettl! The entire Goettl team is so amazing and are absolute lifesavers. I would highly recommend this company again!

I had high hopes for Goettl; however, I was extremely disappointed with how things were left. Jason came out to look at our swamp cooler and also check on our duct work and see why the air was not blowing properly. Jason came out on Saturday 3/06 and was very professional and informative and when he left he let me know that Jeff his manager would be calling me Monday 3/08 to give me a quote on how much it would cost to redo the duct work and also for AC. I did not hear back from anyone until I called Tuesday 3/09 The guy on the phone informed that the manager was driving home and would call me on Wednesday 3/10. I still had not heard back and waited. I called again on Friday 3/12 around 1:30pm the woman I spoke with explained that Stan another manager had my quote and would call me in 20 mins to talk to me. I still had not heard back. I called again at 3:11pm and was told the manager was on the phone and would call me back in an hour. 4:11pm no one called. I called again at 5:00pm and explained that I was waiting for Stan to call me and the man on the phone was very confused and said that Darrel (or a name that started with a D) was the manager that would have my quote. I asked him to transfer me to a manager so I could talk to someone and he explained that he could no transfer me and instead someone would call me. It is 3/13 and still no one has called me to give me a quote and this is what we paid $80 for. I am disappointed that this is how things were left. Unfortunately at this point I do not even want a call as I will just work with another company. I hope they do not do this to other clients.

Had goettl com we out to do a yearly inspection of our plumbing. The guys were very curious and knowledgeable.

We got our ducts cleaned out and today had jeran Cooke check our plumbing was great best experience so far. Very happy with our service. Need more people like him lol.

Bobby Smith is great at explaining the options I have with my AC and Heater. He also let me know about the maintenance plan which is going to be great for me so I can always keep up to date with the AC and the heater. Also I didn't know that you did plumbing and he said I could get plumbing work done too so I am going to do that right away. I liked the photos that were taken to explain the situation on where I am at with the unit. All in all it was the best technician experience I have had since becoming a home owner in 2010. I would highly recommend Geottl and Bobby to anyone because of getting things right the first time, going out of his way to help, following up and keeping promises, and great product and technical knowledge. I'm not super informed on my home machines so it is comforting to be in good hands.

This is the first time I have contacted this company. Within a few hours of my calling them, Marty H. arrived to repair my broken HVAC system. I appreciated the promptness because it was over 100 degrees outside. Marty H. did a great job repairing my HVAC system and answering all of my questions.

We had a gas leak that we noticed around 3 PM and they were at the house by 5 PM and had the issue fixed. Price was very reasonable. The technician was very friendly, courteous, Upfront and honest. He even brought Sadie guard dog toys for our dogs. Very pleased with the service.

Francesco Tocci was the technician today. He inspected my entire plumbing system, and tested my water. He was very professional, explained everything where I understood the condition of my plumbing. I would highly recommend this Company and Technician.

I, again, am so unhappy with Goettl. Eric, Goettl technician, just left after cleaning our motor blades on our air conditioner. My wife and I noticed an awful stain on our tile by where Eric was working. I caught Eric before he left. He came in and took a picture of the awful stain that WAS not there before. The stained tile is right on the entry way to our kitchen and entertainment area. It is awful. We got a deal, a $50 coupon on a $320 blade cleaning that took 1/2 hour to complete. So $270 times two is $540 per hour. Plus, the ugly, can't miss it stain. I feel like crying. I am sad. I am angry. What is Goettl going to do in regard to this matter?Please contact us right away.

We needed after hours assistance and John Franks came at 9pm. He was able to assess the situation, find the solution and have our water turned back on in an hour. We were so grateful that he was so professional, friendly and efficient. We will definitely use Goettl in the future!

Our two technicians (Matt and I apologize for not remembering the other gentleman’s name beginning with a “I”) were very professional and courteous. They listened to our information about the problem and offered their recommendations. We agreed and they performed the repairs quickly and thoroughly. I am very pleased with the service of the technicians and with the way the support staff handled our initial contract.

Today has been a good Goethe day . Firstly AC maintenance.Installed surge protector and hard starter after though explanation by technician and partner.Then came Braden from the plumbing department. Very pleasant, polite, gave very clear explanations of all the checks he made around the house. Especially when he tested the water and gave me the bad news of 19 grains calcium, HARD water destroying the whole system! After he arranged financial support and approval from Sunlight and talking with Mark and verified by Amy, John and Julian arrived with a new water tank, ( correct size because Braden’s measurements) . Through a pending rain storm and 100. ‘ weather, these Goettl guys and gal have done me proud. I am now cool , with beautiful hot water. I shall need a new water softener in the near future because it’s the cause of the awful crud in the old water tank, but I shall be pleased to call back John and Julian ( the JJ boys) to bring back the bubbles to my bath!Thank you all , apologies to the AC team for not including your names ( poor memory moment) Braden, John and Julian , you are all professional employees and worked efficiently. He arrived on time, explained what he would be doing, did the work and even cleaned up afterwards! He explained costs and services well and gave us a thorough explanation of the problems with our plumbing. We highly recommend him.

I waited all day for emergency pipe repair after fully explaining the situation over the phone. Tech arrived, said he didn’t think they work on those pipes, called in, was told no they don’t and left. Didn’t even help turn off the water at well. Now it’s the end of the day and my well is still being drained. Why say you work on it when you don’t? Awful experience. Total waste of customer time.

From the 1st customer service rep I spoke with to the sweet KNOWLEDGEABLE young man Tyler who came to our home 2.5 hours later, the level of professional service, was 5 star.Though a very costly visit from Tyler, he never tried to sell us something above what we needed. He was personable, honest and, he really tried to find a team, for new installation today.
