Had septic issue in October with the same recurrent issues 6 months later. They came out to service it again, couldn't find anything, but charged $400 for 30 min of work. They charge full price for rental equipment. The backing up, gurgling still continue, yet nothing is warrantied from the original work.

My original issue was related to toilet gurgling and shower backing up, still same issue. When the tech left, he said he didn't find anything wrong. I'm okay with a service fee, but not a ridiculous charge 400$ for 30 min of work. Totally unreasonable. I wasn't even heard. I asked when it occurs again, what do I do? No answer.

Foster Plumbing Company is hands down one of the best plumbing companies I have ever worked with. Recently, I had a main water line busting issue that needed to be fixed urgently. I reached out to Foster Plumbing Company, and the owner, Danny, had his employees out to my property in no time. Nick, one of Danny's employees, came up with a temporary water line solution that allowed me to have access to water while they worked on trenching and running a new main water line.

The professionalism and promptness of Danny and his team were exceptional. They were communicative throughout the entire process, providing regular updates on the progress of the job. Moreover, the quality of their work was impeccable, and they left my property cleaner than they found it.

Beside this water main issue. We have used Foster’s Plumbing before. They installed a continuous hot water system in our house as well no as a water softener outside.

We have not had any issues with any plumbing jobs they have done for us. Very very happy.

Foster Plumbing is hands down the best plumbing company I have ever used. A short month after I purchased my new home, my pipes busted. Foster plumbing came out the same morning of the call and repaired my pipes at a very fair price. I am now selling this property and something came up in the inspection report that I needed to repair. I called Foster Plumbing and they we're out the very same day, made all of the necessary repairs and again, charged a very fair price. I would highly recommend this company.

Great job in water jetting my sewer line, that at tree roots galore. The tech (plumber) was on time and did a super job.

Had a water leak at a commercial property we are remodeling and turned the water off before the plumbers got there. Once the plumber arrived he turned on the water, said there was no leak and left. Later I went down to the site and saw that he did not turn on the water, and when I did turn it on I could hear the leak standing in the parking lot so it would be hard to miss if he actually turned on the water. They did come back and fix it though, so 2 stars

Last night, we noticed water seeping up through our living room’s hardwood flooring. Soon thereafter, we located a busted outdoor hydrant that was running into our home. We called Foster plumbing for help, and first thing the very next morning, we had a crew at our home. They diagnosed and repaired the issue in no time. Had a water leak in the office due to old copper plumbing not being capped off. We called multiple companies none had availability to come out same day, most companies were booked out 2 weeks. Foster sent Nick out within 3 hours of our initial call, he was professional, knowledgeable and he even came back to drop off a blower to prevent mold. I would highly recommend this company!

When trying to replace our well filter (note to self: don’t do that at 7 pm), I broke the cap. Water spraying everywhere. We called Foster around 8 pm and they sent out an experienced and very professional tech named Nick. He was awesome. Fast and efficient and very polite. Foster Plumbing came to our house the same day we called for help. It wasn't even an emergency but the made time to consult about moving a gas line. The representative was friendly and helpful. They put together a quote quickly and efficiently. After I approved the work, they scheduled to come out and do the work in just a couple of days. There turn-around time was impressive. The office staff has been available for all my calls and questions. I had a great experience using Foster Plumbing.

I was referred to Daniel from someone because my husband and I needed a backflow installed. At first, all went well the schedule turn around time is GREAT. I will say that.
I asked the receptionist on the phone for a starting estimate and she said $99.50, which I said okay and understood that they can’t give an actual quote without seeing the job. In Marana, we have regulations to go by, and someone from the company called our Backflow Tester to go over what was needed to be done. We had ordered the part previously and had to get a permit for it, and just needed it installed. There was a faulty piece so the plumber said he would be back the next day to finish the work. My husband and I agreed.
The next day the plumber comes and finishes his work and gave my husband the bill. No mention of price before hand. Needless to say, we were shocked with the price! Luckily, my husband was able to bring it down 10%.
We looked over the invoice and saw the 15 or so minutes to fix the faulty piece was charged $99.50. If we would’ve known this we would’ve drove to the store ourselves!
A little time after the plumber left, the backflow tester arrives and the installation wasn’t done correct. Backflow tester called me and said to give the plumber who did the work his number to go over again what should’ve been done because now the part is “shoved up to the wall.” Which, yes the plumber did mention our neighborhood has a strange backflow setup. When the plumber called the backflow tester, they discussed the work, and when asked, “did you let them know that the way it was installed would be an issue with repairs?” The plumber replied, “no they didn’t ask.” Backflow tester responded, “You’re the plumber. You know this stuff. They don’t. That’s why they hired you.”

So in other words, if we ever need to repair the backflow we would have to replace the whole thing AGAIN instead of repairing just where the repair is. Which the backflow tester purposely recommended that part for.

Not to mention, there is still a drip from the pipe, and debating if we should call to have them fix it or call another company

I was very thankful for this company to be able to do the work so last minute, and the plumber was kind while doing the work. I am saddened to leave a bad review because I was so thankful for the turn around time. Unfortunately, it is true. You must look around and compare prices. I was hoping all would be good because they were highly recommended to me.
