Geoff, with Plumbologist, is an excellent plumber. He knows exactly what to do to repair/replace plumbing in old homes. He replaced the previous owner's piece-meal work of piping, installed a new water heater, and serviced our swamp cooler. His pricing is consistent with the value of his work. Very professional and I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs that arise.

Geoff IS the plumbologist. He gave us a quote over the phone to immediately beat the others. He came out the next day (it wasn't an emergency), he traipsed through the desert to find our water utility box, and stayed late to finish properly. He is knowledge and customer service oriented. We are all up to code now with our main and water heater.
Took a while to find someone that wasn't trying to sign us up for a recurring membership based plumbing, and we are glad we kept looking.
We hope we won't need him again, and we have him on speed dial in case we do!

I called in Friday..Geoff came out on Saturday to install . He set a time and kept to it. Very professional and courteous. Price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend him .
They did a great job. Responded right away and came out the next day to give a quote. He was able to schedule the job right away. They showed up on-time. He answered all of my questions. They moved my bathtub drain in the slab and rerouted water lines in the wall. Highly recommend!

Stood by estimates, asked before he did additional work, called before he came, showed up on time, did very high quality work, took the extra time to sort out the changing water heater code requirements - even talked to our electrician, cleaned up very well, did final touches to make the installations look nice.

Geoff is a very kind, easy to work with person and has installed and maintained my water heater for a number of years. I am extremely happy with his service.
Geoff was clear about the options and performed the work as described. He arrived within the time frame promised and did a great job. We will use him again when we install a whole-house water filtration system.
I needed to replace hot water heater Geoff came as scheduled. He told me of electrical issues that were needed to be done first and didn’t even charge me for the visit… which is unheard of. After electrical work was completed he came back at his first availability completed his work his work in a timely manner, for estimation and most importantly left things spotless! He is definitely in my contacts for any future plumbing issues and recommend that you do too!

Plumbologist plumbing did an excellent job taking care of the plumbing work we needed in a timely and efficient way. We wanted to add a new water line on the opposite side of the house and got bids from several other companies before settling on Plumbologist plumbing. The pricing was competitive, communication fast and professional, and scheduling was a breeze. Additionally, Mr. Faraci made the process very straightforward and answered every question I had. He was very thoughtful throughout the process, was considerate of social distancing, and my need to work from home while the job was completed. I highly recommend Plumbologist plumbing and look forward returning to them for any future plumbing needs

I had new kitchen countertops and bathroom vanities installed. I needed the sinks connected to the plumbing, faucets installed, and a garbage disposal installed. I knew there were issues in both bathrooms, but I wasn't sure exactly what. So I figured rather than try to do the work myself I would hire a professional. I got several quotes and I have to say Plumbologist was not the least expensive. But what set him apart from the others was the questions that he asked to help him understand the full scope of the work. He also asked to see pictures. Others were fairly quick to give me a quote sight unseen, no questions, no pictures. Geoff was very responsive, professional and friendly. He worked quickly and left the space tidy. I have peace of mind knowing that the work was done correctly. And I was able to avoid the frustration of what was probably a steep learning curve to try to complete the work myself. I highly recommend Plumbologist.
Geoff did a number of odd jobs for me including installing a RO water filter in my kitchen. He was timely, clean, thorough, and very personable. It required a bit of adjusting in terms of pressure and he came back a few days later to adjust. He gave good instructions on how to clear the filter and also checked my water heater free of charge. We absolutely love our new filter. Thanks Geoff!
Geoffery was really professional and his workmanship and attention to detail is top notch. He installed a water softener and my water main was a little more complicated than I originally thought. I am glad I had it done professionally. I am very hard yo impress but his workmanship stands out. Definitely a good plumber and a person that takes pride in his work.

They have a great team. Honestly the best customer service from a plumbing service I've experienced that's for sure!
I recently had a pipe problem - water spraying into the air from the irrigation. I tried but couldn't get it fixed. I needed help. I reached out and was amazed when the plumber I tried first responded within an hour and agreed to come out first thing in the morning. Geoff was great! He explained my missteps while he quickly and easily got the problem fixed. Within an hour the pipe problem was fixed and my trees were on the road to recovery. In future, I'll save myself the agony of defeat and just call Geoff right away. Oh, and his pricing was reasonable too!

I was very happy with Plumbologist service at my job site, they are a great plumbing company to use. I highly recommend them.
I called on Friday to explain about a leak in my house, was given a time frame of 12pm-1pm on Saturday and told to text my address to the number I called. They literally did a no call no show and ghosted me. I called several times on Saturday with no response. If I could give zero stars I would. Super unprofessional

Plumbologist replaced a Copper Sweat Connection Ice Maker Outlet Box. This is the water source that feeds a refrigerator's water dispenser and ice maker. Geoff was professional, personable, and did a great job. I have already recommended Plumbologist to a few friends.

We needed advice and someone who could install a new tankless water heater and a whole-house water treatment/filtration system. From my first contact with Plumbologists, I was impressed.
Geoff Faraci is clear, direct, professional, dependable, and knows what he's doing. We got estimates from others, but no one went into the detail that he did or explained the products as well as he. His prices were competitive and there were no bad surprises. We are super pleased with the end result.

Needing a plumber can be extremely stressful, but Geoff made the whole process a lot easier. Everything was explained very well and I felt comfortable enough to ask questions or voice any concerns that I had. I had multiple issues and they were all addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Thanks for the wspeedy ater heater installation. It was so awful when it went out.
Geoff installed a tankless water heater in a space that originally held a conventional hot water heater. It was a difficult job and he did it extremely well. He was easy, pleasant, and professional to work with.We'd give Geoff 10 stars if we could! We'd recommend him to anyone.
I called them, told them what is going on, sent them some pictures, and I was able to get an estimate over the phone. I called the competitor and told them what part I needed and they refused to give me an estimate for the parts and labor without their worker inspecting it. So I went with Plumbologist. The worker that came out did a good job, answered all of my questions, and while I hope it’s a while before have to call the plumber again, I will call them.
