Do not trust this company to come out and help you. We have had a drain clog since Monday. Made an appt and have been canceled and rescheduled 3 times at the last minute?? They were supposed to be here this morning (3rd reschedule) they just called to say they don't have any technicians in Tucson today. Ridiculous. Never again.

Scheduled my appointment with Elite Rooter online and immediately received a call confirming the time for the same day. Micah showed up on time and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable as he walked me through the potential problems he might encounter. The shower drain was cleared and is running better than ever. THANKS MICAH!

Called, set appointment, stated someone will be out in an hour, hour passed, called for status, said they no longer service Tucson... Why did you take my appointment? Why did you state someone will be out in an hour? Why did I have to call back? Why does your website still show service in Tucson? Why is your listing still on Google maps? 🤬

Brian “Brain” was so helpful. He was friendly, honest, and made the repair quickly. He demonstrated integrity, which was so nice to experience in contrast to so many other plumbers with an attitude to scam and overcharge the customer. We will absolutely use Elite Plumbing in the future if we can be assured to get this specific Brian back!

Brian Hall was the technician that came out to my residence. He seen the situation and very professional solve the problem. His experience and job knowledge was display in his work. He also had the best interest of the homeowner and not to make it a costly expense.

I was really in pressed how Casey came out on rainy, muddy Saturday afternoon to finish the outside pluming, He went and got the necessary parts needed to fix the outside shower he helped me move the pacers, he actually told me he would do them for me, Very polite and considerate I would highly rrecommend Casey to any of my family and friends in the future in they should need a plumer.

Elite Rooter was amazing! Casey was on the job shortly after calling. He took care of the leak next to the city valve which had been leaking .... he did it promptly and with professionalism. Communication was excellent! I was contacted before and after the repair.
I would give Elite and Casey 5 stars out of 5 and they will be the first ones I call if I have any plumbing issues in the future!

It’s days like this, where it all goes wrong.. cleaning up a vacation rental as it’s being remodeled and behold, the laundry drains the water as it back flows into all the showers, tubs and you know it under a toilet running through the house! Freaked out, I post request and 3 companies were given the area and immediate need. Only Brian responded within seconds, asked the diagnostics of the issue and was out with in a few hours. What a mess he came to, he fixed the issues, cleaned out the lines and even cleaned up the mess! People like Brian take the nightmare out of “stuff happens”! He was smart, professional, accommodating, clean, and well prepared! The bill was so reasonable I could only praise! I’ve had other plumbers try to squeeze every penny and time to create more problems, Not Brian! No games! No brainer, keeping his contact close!

Our hot water heater dumped water requiring us to get this fixed quickly, but effectively. I got estimates from multiple suppliers and chose Elite because their advice did NOT include upselling and when I asked why, I got a great answer. Earned my trust, which would have been enough to give them the job. The replacement was scheduled for the next day, and completed on time, on budget, and with grace and care. Can't speak highly enough about how well this company took care of us.

They may be great at plumbing...I honestly can't say, because in Tucson they have a major staffing issue. They canceled on me twice because their tech ran into an emergency. I was then promised a discount and that no matter what someone would take care of my leaky shower if I rescheduled. Surprise, surprise...they were a no call no show. When I called them it was the same story...an emergency had arisen that they could not circumvent. So, I called Affordable Plumbing and Angelo was awesome, but that is an entirely different review...

I had a wonderful experience with Shon. It took him less than an hour to completely change the water heater. Customer service was excellent and I would definitely recommend him to ANYONE who needs service.

Brian from Elite Rooter was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with me regarding the explanation of a camera sewer inspection . I appreciated his honesty and thoroughness and would highly recommend him!

We tried to use this company and they never arrived and did not answer us. We waited for them for 5 hours past our appointment time and still nothing had to find someone else at 6pm at night. Not happy at all!

We called this company to repair a leaking shower (caused by the cartridge). The original technician arrived promptly and gave us an estimate for the repair costs which seemed very high: $400 to repair or $1200 to replace . However we agreed to have the company do the work. They canceled the first appointment due to an employee's illness (understandable) and rescheduled for the following day. No one showed up and we had to call them twice - they did not communicate with us. The next day the same thing happened- they did not show up and did not communicate- we had to call them. On the third day, they did not come at the newly scheduled time. I phoned them and said I had to leave and cancelled the appointment. I contacted another company who came during the time window, completed the job and charged us less than $300 for the replacement.

Wasn't very happy with the way they went about getting payment to get started. Probably my fault due to my daughter having a party on the day it happened. Now $3,000.00 in debt. Felt like I was being rushed out of my home. Know better next time to have patience and go with what my homeowners insurance says. Thank you for the help for sure...

The gentleman that you sent out to do the job was magnificent! Highly professional very courteous and a pleasure to speak with. Unfortunately I do not have his name and it does not appear anywhere on the receipt that you emailed me, but just the same I wanted to say thank you to him specifically.

They quoted me one price and billed me a higher price. I contacted them twice to address this issue and they never responded. They left a mess, didn’t even hose the path clean. They left dirt covering all the pavers. They dug a trench across my backyard because the person I discussed the connections with didn’t draw where the connected were to be placed. By digging across the backyard, they damaged the sprinkler supply line.

Shon very professional helpful and knowledgeable fix my problem right away recommended him

The plumbers were excellent! The managers back at the office badgered me about paying the $15,000 bill, which was NOT late. So far, they have been unable to email an invoice to me.

Called on Tuesday made an appt. They canceled. Made appt. Wednesday they cancel. Made appt. Thursday and what do you know. They cancel. They don't want my business. Don't call if you have an emergency. They will cancel your appt.. Beware.

Technician came out and was very informative of what he thought the problem was. Once he was done he explained what was found and cleared the clog in the pipes. They are also very reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again if I have any planning issues.

Brian Hall, Division Manager, got here quickly. Spent much time attempting to snake the sewer clog. When it was clear it wasn’t working, he came back the next day with the “big guns” to clear the clog! No fees unless the solution was complete.

Bid for correcting the bigger issue was available quickly.

2 Guys came out for a free estimate for a job I needed and they were honest and up front with me on how it could be done and how it should be done, they answered all my questions and we're extremely helpful!! Never used Elite Rooter before but glad I did! Technician Brian was very polite, helpful and figured/fixed the problem quickly. Price was very fair!! Definitely use then again.

This review is overdue. I used Elite Rooter in May of this year. Both Brians arrived, and both were very friendly, but a bit confused as to what work was to be done, and how much everything would cost. At any rate, the friendlier Brian, who lives outside of Tucson and comes into town only on certain days, was the plumber who stayed to do the bulk of the work. I gave Elite one star because the plumber did not bother to reconnect the pipes when he changed the faucet. I had water immediately run on to the floor as soon as I turned on the water. With a bucket under my sink, I called Elite for the plumber to return. I was informed they did not have anyone to dispatch back out! An essential take away from this review is that Elite has horrible customer service, and is short-staffed. I consequently had a cable appointment the next day. The cable guy saw the water on my floor (the bucket overfilled), and he happily cleaned up the water and repaired the shady job on my faucets and pipes! Elite Rooter received payment without any care or concern regarding the quality of work or whether the job was even completed.

I had the pleasure of meeting Bryan from Elite rooter today. My drain was seriously clogged and Bryan knew exactly what to do. He was professional and courteous. Bryan took the time to do the job right. After he unclogged my pipe, he took a line with a camera and showed me that my pipes were clean. He did a fantastic job, and elite rooter has earned a customer for life. The price was very reasonable, however it was the customer service that really stood out. Thank you Bryan and elite rooter! You guys are my plumbers for life.

Elite rescheduled initial appt for later in the day. Their estimate came in 2k less than the first with some minor pressure tweaks. They stayed late till almost 9 pm to put new toilets in. Honest and kind and I highly recommend!!

From beginning to end working with The Elite Rooter pluming was a pleasant experience. Within 24 hours of contact an estimate was given which was very fair and work was preformed at my preference. Excellent communication, installation and clean up.

Absolutely zero customer service. Tech came out, our renovation company came out a second time today and it is still not done correctly to install tub. The man Kieth that we worked with never has returned call texts or emails. This has been an ongoing nightmare since 4-19-23. Money was paid for an incomplete job! Would never recommend this company.

Both Brians were on time and very professional. They did an excellent job. I would hire them for any future jobs.

I got three estimates. One was for $275 second was $375 and Elite quotes me $8000 to repair my septic tank. They won’t repair just replace. Elite even tried to get me to take a 28% loan out to do the job. NOPE
