I’ve had Fusion come to help with plumbing issues left by age and prior plumbers, and they’ve done such a great job across multiple visits that this is many five star reviews in one. Kyle and Cole were a tremendous help in mitigating and then fixing a leak in my wall, and Jake and Jose did a very clean job of a toilet/flange install, taking the time to fix work done improperly by a different company. Great service and great standards, and will be my go-to moving forward.

Purchased a new AC system a couple years ago from Picture Rocks unfortunately system went down other night. Called first thing in the morning came right out fixed the system all covered by warranty. Great service, and follow through. Thank You Picture Rocks Heating and Cooling. Highly recommend.

Today, Neal visited our home to introduce me to Intelligent Design. He was great, upbeat, and walked me through things he was doing. He cleaned inside the heater and tested it. He tested and cleaned the AC and filters. He did not push me to buy anything, but informed me of their plans. I chose to sign up for their one year maintenance plan.

Roy, my tech, was awesome! He was great at communicating with me. He figured out the problem and quickly fixed it. Great experience from start to finish!

Joshua was a fantastic technician! He was very professional and answered all of our questions. We needed a new gas line plumbed for our laundry room. Joshua came in and gave us an estimate and told us the work could be completed the same day. He worked quickly and and efficiently and it is as if nothing had even happened to the laundry room wall. We have nothing but great things to say about his work and kindness!

Dylan came to our home for our annual plumbing inspection. He brought several issues to our attention & ensured that we got financing to get them taken care of. Initially we were supposed to have everything done the next day, but our baby got sick. Goettl was able to reschedule us for the coming weekend & the technicians that did the work were able to finish in one day! We are very satisfied with the results and look forward to using them to maintain our plumbing/AC in the future.

Poor poor service. I would leave zero stars if I could. Made an appointment and they never showed up, so rescheduled. Received a text message from them the day before my rescheduled appointment confirming the appointment. Guess what? They never showed up again. Then they randomly showed up at my doorstep without an appointment and they did not even call ahead of time. I would not recommend them at all.

I called Plumber of Tucson because I needed to have my gas line behind stove moved and recessed in the wall because we are getting a new stove. The next day Matt game out on time gave me an estimate and got started. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and clean. A great job was done and all cleanup was done. He even offered to mop the floor under the stove before he moved it back. He laid tarps down from the front door to the stove. I have found my plumber in Tucson. Thank you for a great job!

StrongBuilt Technician Cesar Tejeda performed a routine service on my furnace today. He was very professional and knowledgeable about my system. I really like that he used the service titan to let me know exactly when he would arrive. All in all I've been very pleased that I've switched to StrongBuilt for my HVAC service.

Good, they did the AC tune up. That went well, quoted me on a new system (my request) and gave options from need to look at now to this can be held off for a while. The water heater guy made an error- so they came out the next day and corrected. Overall pleased with what the were able to do.

Superior Plumbing did not respond with a quote to fix my plumbing issue.
