Great workers, very pleased with the service and the work that was done. Never had to have this type of work done before, so i dont know much about the market for this kind of thing..But i have the nicest hvac system on the block now and they answered all my questions.

I rarely take the time to write reviews; however, I feel like a review is definitely warranted in this situation! We had two employees from Parker and Sons, Elton and Jeff, come to our house to investigate a smell coming from our washing machine. They identified an uncommon problem with how the plumbing had been done previously (the drain going to the sewer for the washer was too high on the wall, causing too much dirty water to be retained in the washer hose going to the sewer). Besides their competency in being able to fix the problem (we haven’t had smell issues since), there were a few things that really impressed us about them. First, they were both extremely polite (Jeff, especially would use the terms “Sir” and “Ma’am”). Second, even though their project was taking into dinner time, they willingly did an extra part (fixing drywall) that I have seen other plumbing companies not do. Third, I don’t know that they would have fixed the drywall, but the more junior of the two had mentioned that they would. At that time I don’t think he had communicated this to the more senior one, but the more senior one said, if the junior one had said that they would do it, then they would do it. They kept their word! Overall, I was very impressed with their service and how professional they were! I recommend them!

I have used Parker and sons for many years they have always been professional, clean ,polite ,understanding ,and on time. This is a very good premium shop.

Mark did fabulous job let me go to Lowes and pick up new faucets for both bathrooms. We called for one bathroom, were water caused a fountain. Now both bathrooms look so pretty thank you Mark and Parker and Sons. You saved the day

When we scheduled this Parker & Sons service visit we asked for Mikey Martinez. He is the best technician that has ever worked in our home and this is the third job he has done for us. Mikey call in advance, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and completed the repair in less than 15 minutes. W have a “tankless water heating system…. water heaters that are “Tankless” are kinda scarce in Arizona, but Christopher of Parker and Sons waded in, isolated the problem and gave me my options with price attached. We both are expecting that the original vendor (German) will honor the warranty but he provided immediate alternatives and prices.No one likes repair hassles and Christopher was prompt, clear and professional as to the ways ahead.It why we are on Parker’s monthly plan …. I called yesterday to report a leaking hot water heater. Within 24 hours I have a new unit professionally installed, a moisture remediation process started, and a claim to my insurance company opened.I chose Parker & Sons because they are very professional, courteous and competent. I have had other work done in the past (New HVAC unit installed) and based on these experiences I always call them first for any major system repair.

Had water pressure reducer installed. We had a few issues that the plumber handled very professionally. I am very pleased with the results.

Alan was here on time and did a great job. He was professional and friendly and explained everything he was doing. We are very happy with the service!

We called Parker & Sons because our upstairs unit was running all day and not running at optimum levels. Peter came out the same day and was very helpful. He assessed the system, reviewed the performance metrics of my old unit and talked to me about best options for me. We agreed on a solution and he got straight to work. He was done relatively quickly and showed me the performance metrics after. It was definitely better than before. Bottom line, this unit is over 24 years old. We're surprised it's still working and Peter got us to at least make it past this summer so we can do a replacement over the winter.Thank you Peter!

Our technician was very conscientious even to putting booties on. He answered my question and gave a lesson on how to best use the air purifier. He did not sell items but made a recommendation for a surge protector. I liked him!

Replaced my 15 yr AC unit within 3 days. Installed more efficient unit with crane / new duct work & thermostat system. Set up a finance option since AC units are not cheap.Had there instal done in one days work.Answered all questions had. Not sure if they’re cheapest prices , but they did a solid job.

So my swamp cooler died and I wasn't thinking about spending the kind of money that I did. But. I met with a guy named Dan wilkins from Parker and sons. They partner with Home depot Financing was available so I decided to take the plunge. I signed the paperwork less than 24 hours later. A whole crew showed up to my house and within one day I had a working AC unit. Installation is not yet complete but my house is cool and for the price that I am paying. The service was amazing. The unit was installed and up and running in a total of 6 to 7 hours. The only thing left is my electrical upgrade that comes with the package. As of right now I'm giving them 5 stars . The hole crew was fast and friendly . When it comes time to get service done I want these guys .thanks Quinton also Steven and Anthony the were all great guys Sorry for not mentioning by name the ones that I don't remember but I guess I had the wrong great guys I would have any of them come to Work at my house anytime. But for sure I definitely want Quinton Stephen or Anthony to be my service guys.

I only gave them four stars because I never give out five star reviews. I never give out five star reviews because nobody is perfect. However, Dave and his trainee Travis we’re great. They showed up on time, they were very professional, and very helpful. The price was a bit much, but I’m willing to pay a little bit more for good quality work. Great job guys!

Needed two light switches changed. They tech was excellent but the cost seemed very high. Job took less than 30 minutes and cost was well north of 300 dollars. IF I had been quoted a price on the phone when I made the appointment I would likely have looked elsewhere

New mini split works great however installation was disappointing. Techs were given verbal approval for a suggested install change however they did not install as explained to me - nor did they tell me when they deviated from the given explanation. This has resulted in a very unattractive outcome. Had they spoken with me I would have suggested a shift of just a few feet. They also did not inform me of the damage they did to a planter and yard decor. Pretty disappointed with lack of communication and very displeased with visual end result.

I have called out Parker and son for my AC issues and drain issues.. both times they have been extremely wonderful, professional. Highly recommend!!!!

Gabriel and Jeff arrived on time and looked at the problem. He then proceeded to give me the estimate for the work that was needed to correct the problem. Gabriel supervised Jeff during the clean-out. The problem was solved when we all walked away for about 2 minutes. When we returned to the bathroom, the problem was fixed. Gabriel double checked and triple checked the toilet and things were ok. We both agreed that the water pressure was extremely low on the toilet and a new one was recommended by both of us. It's a LOW WATER USAGE TOILET and is ALMOST WORTHLESS IN MY OPINION. GREAT JOB by Gabriel and Jeff!!

Electrical repair found the short in the line which resulted from a new cabinet installation. Very professional and clearly cared about finding the source of the problem.

Our hot water pump stopped working. We were given several options, and the response was customized specifically to what we said our needs are. They were responsive, accommodating, give us options to choose from, and let us know of additional items to look for.

I am always hesitant to call the “large guys” and I consider Parker and Sons one of the “large guys”. In this case, my main water line was clogged and we could not do dishes or laundry. I called a smaller company on a recommendation and the dispatcher told me they were booked solid, couldn’t come out until tomorrow from 5-7 after hours and it would be time and a half ($192 an hour). Called Parker and Sons and dispatcher said they could be out today, the tech would call when he was 30 minutes out, and explained all the billing. Got a call shortly after noon and Sam the tech got here within 20 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, gave me options, and then fixed the problem in a little over an hour. He tested everything twice to make sure it was working correctly. He even gave me some advice to go and get some enzymes to put in the water line. Sam was great and very polite and friendly. The price wasn’t cheap but it was about what I thought I would pay. I would use Parker and Sons again with no hesitation.

The plumber was very nice but he did not finish caulking around one of the toilets and the service was extremely expensive. Close to 2000.00 to install 1 toilet and fix another.

My AC went out and I called 2 other companies and no one could come out for at least 3 days. But Parker & Sons was able to come out the next day and service my AC unit! 😁

This company is wonderful! We needed to replace our evaporative cooling system with air conditioning. Rick and Rob were able to guide us on what system would work best for our home. They got our system ordered in a short amount of time. They kept in touch by email to make sure we were informed every step of the way. On the day of install they sent Ruben, Alan, Josue, and Jeremy. They were on time, professional, polite and performed a flawless installation. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure we understood how to use our new system. Alan even made sure when the old furnace was removed he made the area look nice and did not leave a gaping hole in my closet floor. We now have a beautiful Bosch system that runs exceptionally well. You cannot even hear when it turns off and on and when it runs is completely silent. I would definitely recommend this company for any home needs.

I called Parker And Sons yesterday. They set up an appointment for later in the week. This morning I received a call from a dispatcher that said they a that had finished early and could be at our house within the hour.. of course i said yes.. so, Mr Robert Martin showed up!I explained the situation and he went work showing me all the possibilities that could be wrong with the system.. he started the elimination until he found the problem.. it was a switch… he than spent time a Considerable time on the phone to locate the switch. There was only one switch in Arizona and he found it. He then Installed it within minutes, he took the time to inspect the whole system from the roof down! We had a hvac system installed today. Electrical work was needed as well. The lead Chase and his team of Ryan, Hiram and Christian, and electricians Alex, Aaron and Clay were the best. They were on time, professional, kind , respectful and helpful. Filling us in on what they were doing at all times. These guys never stopped working and cleaned up everything before they left. We were very impressed with all of them. We really enjoyed having them around. I would highly recommend Parker and Sons and this group of guys. And the AC is running and I am very happy!!!

I wanted to add outlets to the garage. They were able to make an appointment quickly (Called Saturday for a Monday appointment). Two electricians came out and gave me various options. It was in line with previous quotes but they were also able to do the work same day. Did a very nice job even though it took into the evening to add multiple outlets including a hookup for a future electric water heater. Nicely done and everything works without issue! Was nice to get it done so quickly and I appreciate that they gave options for attic drops vs wall cuts, etc

Although service call was fast and my A/C problem was resolved I am very disappointed with the service. First the technician arrived and since there was air flowing through the vents he was going to leave without checking anything else. When I called for the appointment I was very clear about the issue that the A/C was not cooling. The technician had to call back at the office and then proceeded to inspect the outdoor unit. Found out the fan motor wasn’t operating. I got charged $1,251 for the motor (Azure Digi-Motor 10874). I verified online and the price for that motor is $198. The technician also changed the a 40 Amp 24 V Contactor at a cost of $388. Again, checking online the cost for that type of contactor ranges between $10-$70.

Jose and the guys were great! They worked non-stop, we’re polite and kept me posted as to what was going on.

He took his time to explain how to work the thermostat and explained about the filter and the procedure that took place when they removed the cooler from my roof. Ruben has good enunciation, so it was a pleasure and a relief to be able to understand what he was saying when we were talking. He took his time to talk to me. A++ for Ruben and his partner.

We had them do a large electrical job . New lights , Fans wiring , through the entire house . And very happy with their professionalism . very clean work , on time . very polite . Just a good experience . I would highly recommend them . The initial review was a mistake of communication . they fully made it right gave us a discount because of it and proved themselves to be a good company . I was a contractor for 30 yrs and I hold a very high standard for contractors . I would highly recommend them . We will also sign up for their HVAC service . Checking the possibility of leaking water supply, they isolated the two meters, identified the source of irrigation vs building allowing us to monitor each in the future.

Our HVAC failed in the Arizona summer, and, with kids and pets, we needed a quick solution. We were able to make an appointment on extremely short notice, and Jonathan was extremely professional and addressed all of our issues quickly and efficiently. We had air again in no time, and would absolutely use Parker & Sons service again. 10/10 would recommend.

Had our RO filters replaced. Roy was very friendly, professional and efficient. Offered to service our water heater, but it turned out it didn’t need servicing. We’ve been customers for over 10 years and have always gotten quick efficient service.

The sales man, Stein, who came out was the third water treatment sales person I have dealt with (2 from other companies) and the first one who I actually wanted to buy from. He listened to me and helped me chose products I am happy about that are in my price range, as well as giving me some great discounts.The installation team that came out - Isaac and Ramesh- was super professional and did an amazing job dealing with the difficulties that my adobe house presented for installation. Their work was neat, efficient, and precise. I would highly recommend this company.

On a Sunday (with guest staying over) sewage backed up into our showers and bathtub. Called local plumbing company's and they were either closed or couldn’t come out for several days. Parker and Sons was so transparent about what to expect. The dispatcher let me know how long it may take to get someone out and what it would cost. Derek called me to let me know when he would be there and then again to tell me how late he would be based on the job he was currently completing. He figured the problem out quickly and the lines were cleared up fast (flap was stuck in sewer line exchange between house and street). Thank you for responding so quickly, communicating timing and getting the job done. Would highly recommend them in an emergency !!!.

We had a problem with our water softener. We called Parker scheduled an appointment and the technician was on time very professional, found the problem right away got us back up and running in no time!

4 installers showed up promptly between 7-7:30 to install new A/C and furnace. They were completely done by 2. Everything was done as promised and they cleaned up any mess they made.Gentlemen introduced themselves by name. Peter, the repairman, was the most professional and efficient repairman I have ever met. He took pictures of what was wrong and clearly explained what was not working. He fixed it quickly. I recommend this business for air conditioning repairs.

The folks at Parker and Sons did an outstanding job for me. I was looking for an electrician to install three GCFI circuit breakers at my house, and they did the work quickly efficiently and for a good price. I will definitely use Parker and Sons in the future!

I will not use this company again. I was quoted one price before they started, then they charged much more.

This was a 85 ft run for a hot tub. After spending 30 minutes with the estimator and doting all the i’s and crossing all the T’s we had a Quote for $851. We told the estimator 50amp circuit and sub panel supplied by the Spa Store was onsite and required. When the tech arrived he said this should be a $3600 job and he was unaware of a Need for a 50amp breaker and then used his own sub panel, which he later corrected. The estimator talked to the office at least 3 times and I heard him talk to office about the 80ft run,50 amp service and required sub panel. Clearly nothing was passed on to the tech. You honored the original quote which was great. The tech was great and got the job done. Your price of $3600 is a bad joke. You are more than double the next highest price. Your rate would have been over $300/hr including travel. I had a price for $950 from an A+ BBB Electrician. As good as your service is I will never ever pay your rates.

Beyond amazing!! Called that my HVAC wasn’t blowing air. Ashley got me on a standby appointment and within an hour Manuel was at my door. Very professional and efficient, got right in the attic and made a change in some motor and saved me lots of money and now we are sitting here grateful for the coolness of our home and the good business that is Parker & Sons!!!Much appreciated,Susan Diamant

The service technician Elliot came out to our house he was honest, professional, and a joy to work with. I would recommend him without reservation.

The short was I had an electric circuit in my house go out. My garage, hot water heater, rig and deep freeze are all on this circuit. The GFCI kept tripping .Parker and sons were able to get me in last minute (after hours and kept their word to charge normal being I scheduled at 230p) while I was at work. Even though it seems everything was working when Nik arrived, he was professional and still replaced the gfci s and everything. Regardless, if his presence scared it into working or what, Nik was kind and professional enough to see it through even with me and lady stressing. Thank you.

Overall Parker & sons did a good job, But the cost seemed high for what was done. There was a leak in a pipe from the main meter line to our home. I found the leak and dug a large area of the affected area. Probably a good foot deep and 3 feet long and 2 feet wide. The repair person wanted to dig a little more so he had an area to work a little easier in. After assessing the problem and giving an estimate (which I didn't have much choice of accepting since the water would keep being wasted if not fixed), the tech left for about an hour to get PVC parts (Home Depot is less than 2 miles away!) The whole repair time probably took 1/2 hour once he was back with the parts. $724.00 for this seems outrageous and I would / will not be using their services again. Right now I have another leak in the same general area, but not the repaired area, but will use someone else to repair.

So I wanted an outlet in my closet. The other side of the wall has multiple outlets and the attic is in the roof space above the closet. I was quoted 1700 dollars for a single outlet installation. I called a family member who I'd an electrician. First question he asked was, is he trying to wire the outlet from down the street?!?!?! So yeah typical electrician trying to take advantage of a single women. Told him to beat feet.

Crew was amazing! RV sewer clean out install/link in, and fresh water hose bib added. They estimated, gathered materials, and finished both jobs in just a few hours, AND detected a gas leak as well. Emergency responders from the gas company are here now.

So I respect the fact that you are expanding into southeastern Arizona and I have heard great things about the company. However, I am a little concerned about the recruiting process. There has always been a code of ethics followed among owners in this industry that strongly frowns on trying to recruit employees from other company's by directly contacting them and offering greener pastures. As we all know, good employees are hard to find and with the recent events going on in the world, retention is critical. So when a big dog company arrives and start throwing their weight around attempting to steel good people, it effects the flow of business greatly and requires you to focus your attention on individuals instead of the business itself. Sometimes even making commitments above your financial means just to keep your people happy. Its poor business practice and needs to be addressed. There are companies that have been here for 40 years or more that have keep their business at a manageable size to be able to provide great service. They are not focused on the big bucks at whatever cost. By stealing their people, they are at risk of not being able to continue. Poor first impression of the business practice and people working there. I will continue to stay focused on my employees and my customers. In the end, if I am not able to satisfy them, that's on me.Sincerely,Disappointed

I’ve used Parker before to clear a drain and it was very reasonable. Now I called them out because I was loosing water pressure due to a failing gate valve shutoff so I was in a tough spot already. The initial price was a shocker but when taking off on old fitting he created a leak to an existing fitting and charged me for that one too but gave me a “break” on pricing to fix his mistake. I work in contracting and I cover my own mistakes when possible. He says it’s a per job price but he must make a commission. Shop around folks!!!!!!!!!!

I was having wiring issues with a new Nest thermostat in a house we just purchased. I called Parker & Sons and had someone to our house within a few hours. New fuse needed up on the roof A/C unit. Andrew was prompt, friendly, and efficient. He definitely knew what he was doing. Then the same day Anthony came out to give us an estimate for an RO system install. The cost for this was too high- but for a smaller more reasonable cost, he did drill a hole in our granite so that I could more easily self-install our own system. He was also very courteous and knowledgeable. Overall, great experiences and I'm happy with the services provided.

Patrick was great. He checked our HVAC system and noted some issues. He explained the issues and took care of them quickly and efficiently. It could not have gone better. I will definitely use him again.

Estimates for things he tried to upsell were ridiculously high. He tried to tell me labor alone to replace a warrantied condensor fan motor would be $498. He also told me dirt was getting in my system likely due to filters not being replaced often enough. I change my air filters on the first of every month. When I told him that and I saw my filter and it wasn’t even dirty, he told me that the blowers are so strong that a regular air filter isn’t usually enough. He tried to upsell me an electronic air filter for $1634! A quick YouTube search explained why these are unnecessary and how since most homeowners don’t keep them clean and maintained, they become worthless. He was kind, polite and respectful and tightened something that stopped a small gas leak, but the upsell part was ridiculous. We were offered surge protection for $399. You can buy a whole house surge protector online for $60-100 and my husband can install it in less than an hour. I should have known when Home Depot gave me this great deal for a $29 system maintenance visit that it would involve a lot of attempted upsells.

I have used Parker & Sons twice for regular checks. First time I thought some of the suggested service was unreasonably priced (I do a lot of my own work, and rely on service companies to tell me what I need to do, then do the work myself). This time the technician (Drew) was very professional, gave me very good information on the health of the systems, and I had him perform a cleaning on the system as well. We discussed options for the future, and I was VERY pleased with the interaction this time.

However, on my invoice for the electrical work I noticed facts that were missing and thus required the invoice to be edited. I’ve called this business 3 times being told each time the electrician would call me and correct the invoice, and nothing has been done. Unfortunately I can’t recommend this business since as soon as they’ve completed work, and you notice problems, they don’t respond to you.

The electrician did a very good job although I do believe that hooking up both ends of three wires and installing two breakers for $540 is still robbery and there's no need in that was here for less than 30 minutes

The customer service was awful. We called on Sunday morning to get someone out. We got a call around 6pm that nobody was coming but would now come Monday morning 10-2 window. Nobody showed up until after 4pm and was told we needed a new water heater. But it was too late to do it that day so we got put on the schedule for an install Tuesday morning 8-12 window. Technician showed up at 1:15pm and then said he had to empty the tank and it would take 30-45 min. He said he was gonna leave but would be back within an hour. Well after 2 hours I had to call and the dispatch line to find out where he was. He showed up 2.5 hours later and said after getting parts he wanted to get lunch so we had to leave our door open for over 2.5 hours with our 19 month old medically complexed daughter. It’s whole process was unprofessional and I will never Be using Parker and sons ever again. I will never recommend Parker and sons to any of my friends or work colleagues. The whole experience made us feel like our situation wasn’t important or urgent.

I was initially very impressed with this company's quote and attention to my needs. I wanted my entire air duct system replaced.The initial install date was bumped up when they had an opening. They didn't have the ducts ready by the time they started however, so I only had half my system installed for a few days. When they installed the rest of the ductwork, I had one square hole in my ceiling for the next three weeks, while they figured out how to get a drywall guy down from Phoenix to Tucson. Once that was patched, I was still waiting for the registers and a special ordered air return. When the air return was finally ready the guy didn't have any registers so he left. That was three weeks ago. Now they're telling me (only because I contacted them yesterday) they won't do the registers since they aren't in the contract, and I just found out that the ducts they installed aren't a standard size so I have to order custom registers or pay (another company) to come out and redo the ducts. On top of that, the damper they installed was only half secured to the vents and is louder than a chipmunk sanctuary, and every time it rains there'll be a reflecting pool on top of the intake. I don't know how serious standing water is on sheet metal to be honest so maybe it will be fine.

Update - I have changed my rating from 5 stars to 1 star. My initial appointment was easy to get. It is nice that they have Saturday hours. However, they are expensive...$295 to hang/replace 3 lights(1.5 hr). Everyone I have spoken with agrees. The lights have not worked since they were installed. When I called for another appointment it wasn't so easy to get. I'm assuming it's because it's under warranty and they're not getting paid. I made special arrangements with work so that I could be home for the follow-up appointment. While I was waiting I received a phone call stating that they had to reschedule my appointment since the original electrician was not available. I did not want the same electrician. They did end up sending someone else. Also, I received a text message stating he was on his way. One & a half hours later he arrived. The problem was easily fixed. The original electrician left the lights in test mode. So I paid $295 for work that was inadequate. The lights stayed on for 6 days. With the cost of electricity don't you think I should get some kind of a refund?? I would recommend the second electrician. However, in good faith I cannot recommend this company.

New AC installed near end of May. Not two months later, AC is not working properly, blowing hot air in several rooms.Was able to schedule service technician to come out, however, unable to solve the issue and stated that new equipment would need to be ordered and someone would be in contact with me to set up that repair date.3 days later, no contact has been made and I had to reach out. Customer service had no idea what was going on with the status of our repair and stated they'd get back to us.For the cost of the unit, I'd expect a certain level of quality. This is not the case. It is almost as if they only care about making a sale vs retaining customers for the long term. They certainly were extremely responsive during the sales process let me tell you.Currently have not received a call back on when my further service to repair the issue will occur.Currently, would not recommend this company to anyone. Low quality equipment and poor installation when the salesperson made a high point on how those were some of the best things about Parker & Sons. Also, AC unit is leaking onto my roof, which was a problem of the previous unit as well. Laughable!!!

Great company, very professional. Dan spent an hour at the house going over our questions/concerns and the options we had including the company's promos/offers and financing options during his FREE estimate inspection. Once install started everyone was very professional, courteous and clean, once they were done it looked as though they hadn't even been there. There was a scheduling conflict/miscommunication with their electrician and even so he showed up about 430-5pm and stayed for 2 hours or so to get all of the electrical done so the install could be finished the next day. They also provided a portable ac unit for us to use that night.Very impressed, would definitely recommend and use again.

They originally said the job might be complex and it would cost around $550. But they also said it may be just a change out drain plug which takes 20 mins. I signed for the $550 thinking it was going to be that but luckily it didn’t turn out to be pipe repair or repiping it was just the drain plug took about 20 mins for him to fix. But when it came time to pay, I was still being charged the $550 all because “that’s what I signed at first so I clearly showed I could afford it and willing to pay for that”. BUT it was also mentioned it may not cost that if it was indeed the plug and if he would be in and out real quick which he was it literally took 20 mins but refused to change the cost of the service. I spoke to a manager and he listened to me explain that $550 for a 20 min repair (a simple drain plug) should not cost $550. I asked if there was a diagnostic fee and he said no, they don’t charge for that so I did not understand still why I was being charged for the original project that did not occur. He said he would speak to tech. The tech came in and said “how about $100 off”. I’m like, still $450 for a drain plug to be switched out… Long story short, I ended up still paying way too much for a 20 min job all because originally he thought it was a bigger job and I signed off on that project to be done and I would pay for it but it never happened because it ended up being a more simple fix (a $5 drain plug that took 20 mins to replace). Just not okay business practices.

Anthony came out to service our A/C units. He was polite, friendly and on time. Did a good job explaining things.

Ceiling fan would turn on and off randomly following another company doing poor electrical work and at first not realizing the company may have shorted out the fan. We initally thought there was an electrical issue(s). Ivan checked things out and concluded that my fan was just not up to par and needed to be replaced.

My technician was able to resolve my issue quickly and made recommendations for future items that may need to be repaired. My dryer was tripping my breaker. He replaced my breaker, which was needed even though that didn’t resolve the main issue. I will still need to have my dryer repaired. He was ver knowledgeable and treated me respectfully. That doesn’t always happen when dealing with repairs for me. I would recommend using them. The only thing I would recommend is if you are without power like I was, make sure the dispatcher communicates that to the tech if it’s on the weekend. That wasn’t clearly communicated and it took a little longer to get someone out here than it probably would have if the tech would have known.

I had an electrical problem and the service technician repaired it quickly. He was on time and he answered all of my questions patiently. He recommended that I replace my breaker box and wrote an estimate for the work if I decide to have it done.

Everyone from the diagnostic with Tyler and sales team with Jon to the AC repairman that installed the whole unit, they were all on time, pleasant to talk to and were knowledgeable and did their job flawlessly. The price I think was still high at $11,000+ with discounts but I am sure their quality and workmanship is worth it.

Ivan arrived on time with his apprentice ready for work. In the matter of three hour they added 3 new needed electrical circuits. I had been having a circuit breaker trip on a circuit that carried a on demand water heater, refrigerator and freezer. Poor planing by the builder. Ivan and his apprentice were very knowledgeable, professional and personable in their efforts. I plan on us Parker & Sons for all my electricall needs in the future.

Nate was kind, empathetic, and professional in delivering the hard news that was 20 year-old heater needed to be replaced. He took time to answer all my questions, make solid suggestions, and even was great with my dog.

Dave Mounts was on-time and is a very nice guy! When he arrived, I asked if he would mind waiting 15 mins to allow our son to shower before work. Not only did he say, no problem, he offered to perform a full inspection of our pipes while he waited. Ultimately, he replaced angle valves on 3 of our sinks. And, that wasn't even why we called him out. As soon as our son was finished showering, Dave got right to work on the washer valves (the reason we called him out). Dave even boxed up (very carefully) the items under our sinks. He obviously enjoys his job and P & S is very lucky to have Dave Mounts on their team!

We had a pipe burst in our master bathroom and water flooded the entire bathroom. I called Wednesday at about 1 and the woman on the phone was amazing! So friendly and helped me through everything. Challenging for me working 12h 4 days a week to have someone home for repairs. Parker & Sons were a little flexible in that regard. I first tried the big box stores HD and L, not good experience. The two gentlemen Parker & Sons sent, were very nice and professional. The service was done very well. I'd would like to use Parker & Sons for any other installations and any future repairs.

After I made a decision on the system I desired, she scheduled the install for two days later. Lead technician Hiram Mota and his assistants arrived on time. They completed the project in 5 hours and cleaned up well after the installation.Hiram reviewed use of the thermostat. I was never inconvenienced throughout the process. I am a property manager for several properties in the Tucson area. I have used Parker and Sons for various repairs over the past six months. Parker and Sons completed repairs on an AC unit at one of the properties. They charged me over $2200 to install three new parts. I have been trying to get detailed information for the invoice for the past month. In order to get reimbursed by the home warranty company for the repairs, I needed the parts and labor costs broken out and the part numbers included in the invoice. Parker and Sons refused to provide me with this information resulting in a minimal reimbursement from the warranty company. The home warranty company said they needed to know the breakdown cost for the reimbursement in order to make sure they are reimbursing for the actual part that was installed. If you are working with a home warranty company, don't use Parker and Sons!

Our service rep, Aaron, was friendly, courteous & very helpful. He fixed our thermostat and answered all my questions. Since we’re new to AZ & just bought our house less than a year ago, I had a lot of questions which he was able to answer all of them. Great guy & excellent representative for your company.

Elton came out and did a fantastic job. You cannot even tell that I had my supply line replaced. My landscaping looks just like it did before and best the part is no more leak.

The best decision I’ve made for our water softener was to call Parker and Sons. They showed me everything I needed to know and were absolutely honest. I will never deal with the company I had before this.

My unit is outside, and it had duel capacitors. Both of which were working. The tech took one capacitor out and stated that there was no reason to have 2 in the unit. Then about 10 minutes later tried selling me another capacitor for $741. The entire thing came off as shady.So now my A/C unit is worse off than it was before I had them come “inspect” it. I signed up for their “Parker and sons membership” so I only paid $12.99 for them to come break my unit. Lesson learned. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Seems to be ran by a bunch of crooks. I will be canceling my “membership” ASAP

It was such a good quote, and the technician was so informative that I decided to have him do it right then and there. He was done within an hour. Super nice professional guy. I've been a member of their maintenance planthat comes with a monthly charge for over a year. This is supposed to come with two free AC checkups a year. The first time I made an appointment, about 6 months ago, they canceled last minute on me. I had to call and set up another day later on and when the maintenance man came he said we would need to replace our not even 5 year old AC completely because it had a leak. I now had another appointment this week and it was supposed to be the morning 2 hour window 8-10. When no one showed up and we called to ask, they had moved it to 10-2 without telling us. Then around 1:30 they told us it would be more like 2:30. It is very annoying having to waste aperfectly good work day waiting 6+hrs forsomeone to come. This person made no mention of needing to replace our AC and didn't seem to see any huge issues. Worst of all, he suggested replacing a part that said would be about $300 to which we declined. He said he would write us out a quote on how much it would be if they replaced it. I receive an email with an invoice CHARGING ME $290.70 for work performed or product purchased for something that didn't even get replaced. It's been over a day now since I have heard back from them after reminding them that this service was declined and was not installedbut have not heard back yet. This subscriptionhas NOT been convenient but just a pain.

Showed up same day to clear a clog from kitchen line to main line. Called before they arrived just as they said they would. Everyone I interacted with was very professional.Price was a little steep but they made it really easy and there wasn't a strong upsell on other services - like scoping the main line, which is where a lot of plumbers make a lot of money; replacing or repairing main lines, sometimes unnecessarily.I'll definitely consider using them again, and recommending them to a friend, especially in a pinch.

Had such a great experience with this company. From the first phone call through the install of our new RO system. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. The tech Alex who came out to service my unit was on time and got right to work. He was professional and courteous. He used booties to cover his boots to protect my floors. He stayed until he found the problem and fixed it. This company is legit.

I have never used this company before. I had a ceiling fan installed, but it would not work. I had ordered another ceiling fan to replace it. Alex saw that the Wires were not connected properly and connected them so it would work. He took a light out and put the other ceiling fan up for me. It was great working with Alex and Rick. They did an excellent job, Even cleaned up what little mess there was! I would highly recommend them.

I had an issue with and outlet and switch that I tried to fix myself. As I got into the problem I realized I was over in over my head and the outlets/switches I was trying to fix were more than I could deal with. They showed up the next day and had it fixed in two hours. Turns out my house was wired very unsafely and they discovered the problem and fixed it.

My service guys Steven did a plumbing issue job. Checking my draining from the tub was slow. He checked my main water sources as well. He gave me pointers on what needs replacing. He was funny and fabulous. I'd electrical issues as well Clay checked my breakers and my cords and wattage. He is marvelous and knowledgeable he gave me tips on how to troubleshoot. Came home water heater was leaking. Called Parker and sons ,Chris responded within the hour telling me he was on the way . When he arrived here he gave me a list of options which helped me tremendously. He left I went and bought all the supplies needed. Called back and was able to come replace my water heater same day . Saved me money time and a headache. Will always be thankful for chris and P & S . I will use them anytime something else happens also will recommend and refer anyone to them. The two men who came were efficient and professional in every way.I was recruited inside Home Depot for atuneup but since I know little about HVAC I thought a tuneup was similar to an automobile tune up. Not so. The service should titled inspection report or something similar. The two men said they check for parts that need repair or those parts to be watched. In my case everything checked out fine .Thus 4 Stars not 5.

Barry did extensive electrical work installing new circuits panels outlet replacements and I have a mobile home from the 1970s. His work and manners are exceptional I trusted his estimate and all the work performed. I will have him back for some upgrades in the near future.

I did the review from my phone earlier, and for some reason wasn't allowed to enter any text. However, absolutely zero complaints from me, and it ended being a very positive experience. I was dreading the possibility of an $8K+ AC replacement, but Broc (who was awesome) was out here in a little over 30 mins, and pointed out a part to me that had gone out, but was actually still under warranty. He was able to get it taken care of, but one life lesson in AZ, you'd much rather have your AC go out in April than in July. Thanks again!

Your Technician arrived on time and was to restore power to our cook top.He was unable to complete the task due to an apparent defective cable leading from the breaker box to the stove.He explained everything in great detail and in the final analysis informed us that the task can only be completed by installing a new 240 Volt line using a difficult route in our home which will result in mayor opening of drywall and perhaps cutting into the floor tiles.In other words an unexpected upheaval in our daily routine.I asked your representative to provide us an estimate of the planned repair work.We would highly recommend him to prospective customers.His professionalism,friendly demeanor and willingness to explore a number of different solutions to our problem are commendable ,and we would be glad to have him advise and complete projects for us in the future.

Had 2 toilets and a faucet installed. Work was done correctly and every detail was checked. We also used Parker and Sons for our recent Air Conditioner install and they were great as well. Quality work, friendly staff, we will use them for all future services.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Called and scheduled an appointment, they told me they would be out that night, they called me an hour later and said something came out so they would be here between 8-10 the next morning, I called this morning because I hadn’t heard from anyone to say they were on the way and they told me “this was scheduled incorrectly and we can’t come until Tuesday” absolutely RIDICULOUS. We were counting on them because we have no hot water in our home at all and they completely screwed us over. Horrible service, unprofessional, and unreliable.

We called them up for a quote on a slab leak. They quoted us more than triple the price of another reputable plumbing company. The crew were nice guys, and not their fault the company gouges on price. Needless to say we used the other company and are quite happy. Please shop around if you’re getting a quote from Parker and Sons.

Kid that did the work was very sweet. He accidentally broke my bathroom counter tile and I am waiting to hear back from company to see what will be done about it. I will update once contacted.

Great customer service. The next day Cesar Lopez Perez came and I had probably the best experience with a HVAC Tech that I’ve ever had. He was efficient, he was understanding and you could tell that he knew what he was doing. He ran through all of our options without being pushy and went above and beyond to make sure that our system didn’t have any problems. It was a no-brainer for us to sign up for the Parker Family Plan on the spot. These two employees definitely deserve a raise.

This review is for a current install for HVAC & electrical upgrade.The pros: every team member from Parker & sons is courteous, and they work hard when they show up. That’s where the good stops. Nice people, bad service!First thing I couldn't understand was why this company choose to do the HVAC first before the electrical, knowing the units can't be tested nor operated before the electrical upgrade. However they did and so my first install was on the 10th of May. At the end of the day the job site was cleaned and trash removed from the premises.May 11th I received a call from the renovation finance company stating Parker and sons are requesting payment for a complete job. I told them that was a blatant lie because the job isn't complete due to parts on back order, there is holes in my wall, and the unit can't be turned on.My second unit was installed on the 17th, this time there was no site cleanup. Site supervisor Adam informs me he’s taking the swamp cooler to his home, photos of the two trash piles were sent to the trash team and they’ll pick it up tomorrow. He told me additional parts are needed to complete the install just like the first unit.I didn’t like the trash piles sitting overnight, however he stated it’s next day pick up so I agreed.On the 18th again the finance company reaches out and informs me P&S stated the job was complete. I again inform them that's inaccurate, and I escalated my case due to Parker and Sons fraudulent activities.The 18th was also supposed to be trash pickup, it was after 3pm so I reached out. I spoke to two different representatives, one was Abby (623-473-****) and they both assured me my pickup would be by 6pm in Tucson. I asked if they needed me to resend the photos of the two trash piles, they said no. No trash was retrieved and both piles remained.I reached out again a third time on the 20th to the salesman Randy McDonnell 602-501-**** instead since I was unsuccessful going through the office. The salesman stated trash should have been removed the same day by the “tin man”, is the term this representative used. He stated he’ll make a call to get it removed. I offered again to send photos, but he said no, he’ll have the trash truck drive the entire lot. This trash is attracting homeless people and people driving down the road are pulling over and entering my yard to look through the piles. I expressed my concerns over my yard appearance and issues with strangers to the representative.The next day the front pile consisting of only one wall furnace was gone but not the second pile of metal. That’s why it’s hard to say Parker & Sons picked up the front pile because of all the foot traffic I’m receiving from strangers! Why would your team only remove one pile when you have two doesn’t make sense to me!You can’t miss the trash, there’s pieces of flex, plastic, used caulking, duct sealant, etc. I don’t know the correct name for the metal but they’re the big metal pieces you see on every HVAC system on your roof. Some of the sheet metal pieces are 2ft tall and one of them is 3ft tall.The swap cooler is only several years old, so they took what was valuable and left there trash with no intentions of retrieving it. It’s May 25, 2022 and installation trash is still onsite!The install isn’t complete due to some parts being on back order but I can not recommend nor forgive the multiple request for payment on an incomplete job, I do not recommend this company.

I found Mack to be very friendly, courteous, and tidy as well as very knowledgeable in his work. He performed various preventive maintenance checks of my air conditioning systems and advised me of the results of each. This practice gives me peace of mind about my A/C units.

Poor poor service. I would leave zero stars if I could. Made an appointment and they never showed up, so rescheduled. Received a text message from them the day before my rescheduled appointment confirming the appointment. Guess what? They never showed up again. Then they randomly showed up at my doorstep without an appointment and they did not even call ahead of time. I would not recommend them at all.

Had a mini split system recently put in an RV garage that will be utilized as a home gym. Victor and Gabriel came out the next day after the quote and did an amazing job with the installation. The outdoor vents/electrical are clean and tidy. I am detail oriented and they readjusted the positioning of the unit on multiple occasions without complaint until it was cosmetically perfect. They did do minor damage on the outside wall stucco while doing the install and took full ownership and repaired it before leaving. On top of all that they were punctual, provided thorough explanations before/during/after the install, and were very professional. Would 100% recommend.

The replacement was done quickly, and once installed the technician helped me set the summertime temp for my condo. We’re now ready for summer 😎

The men who did the work were the best group of guys to deal with. On time, continually in touch, very clean and extremely quiet workers. So respectful. Our home is the coolest it's been in a long time. I could only give a 3 star rating tho because the unit is extremely loud. We were not told of this possibility from our salesperson. Very disappointed.

Arriving on time Frank quickly diagnosed the problem and prepared an estimate for repairs to an electric lighting system highlighting our outside fountain and waterfall. He recommended solutions for several problems that had existed for several years. He completed the work on time and didn’t exceed the estimate even those he encountered a few unexpected surprises as he completed the repairs. I am totally satisfied with the service I received. I highly recommend Parker & Sons.

I called Parker&Sons around 3 today, Thursday, not expecting to have anyone available before the weekend. They came out, found the problem, issued two possible estimates I could choose from, and fixed the problem. It’s now 6pm. Wow. Very fast, very responsive, and the technician Adam (Jake) was knowledgeable and kind.

Marcos was my HVAC technician and was great. He was careful and did not make a mess and addressed my problems and fixed them. Marcos was great and I plan on using him again.

The receptionist who answered the phone was very courteous when I called with my plumbing issue and set up an appointment within a very reasonable time. The two plumbers who worked on my plumbing issue were very professional, knowledgeable of my plumbing issues, kind, courteous, and thoroughly explained the plumbing issue each step of the way. My water heater decided to die!! It was 12 years old so I guess it was time! My brother had used Parker and Son’s so I called and spoke with Shelby. This morning Josh was at my home to assess the situation. He gave me a price and Told me that the technician would be at my home shortly. I was contacted by Greg he came and looked at my water heater and went and got the necessary parts along with a brand new water heater. He was extremely thorough and professional and got the job done. And now I once again have hot water! I am so thankful with the speed and efficiency of this company. This was our 2nd time using Parker & Sons. Our AC unit had failed and we didn’t want to put off getting it fixed. We called one place and were told it would be over a week before anyone would be available. One call to Parker & Sons and a tech came out that evening. Leo was on time and very professional. Although he did not have the part we needed he assured us he would be back in the morning with the part. He gave a quote for the work and next morning he showed up with the part we needed and in less than an hour the AC was repaired. We were very happy with the timeliness of the service and professionalism of our tech Leo.

The tech (Alex) did an excellent job for me installing an electrical box on my garage so I could install an additional exterior light fixture. I had my HVAC replaced by Parker and Sons through their partnership with Home Depot in early September. My HVAC had stopped working during a heat wave, and they were great to work with, got me scheduled within the week, and even offered to drop off a portable AC unit to get through the heat before having the system replaced. The techs finished in half a day, and the system has been working great.My only critique pertains to miscommunications about the rebate offered through their partnership with Home Depot; just make sure all amounts are clearly listed on the copy you end up signing. When I filed a complaint about having the rebate silently dropped (though it was included in my initial proposal), Parker and Sons responded by offering a refund for the same amount. They run a good business, but the third party offers can get a little convoluted.

Elton Cross did an excellent job! Very professional, diagnosed the problem quickly, made the repairs and offered helpful suggestions about next steps. He is the best plumber that we’ve had in the house in years.

Ryan came to service my heating and cooling unit. He was very professional and courteous. He explained to me what the issues were and my options. One of the nicest people to come out and do work for me! Definitely sticking with this company!

Technician was nice and came quickly, but prices were completely detached from reality. $500 to replace a contactor, $1,100 to add 2 lbs of refrigerant and $10,000 to replace a 2.5 ton compressor. Don't even ask what they want for a new unit.

We bought a Eco Water whole home water softener and refiner system from Parker & Sons about five years ago. It has worked great but recently our water started tasting awful and really salty so we called them out. They were available to come out the next day.For the past couple year we’ve been using potassium in our unit instead of salt. Turns out we had a potassium build up and that is what was causing our water issues. Dancy, the tech quickly diagnosed the issue and removed the build up. Easy fix.However, when behind the unit the tech noticed a horrible rat nest!! The rats had only just started to nibble the wires so had not caused any issues yet but it was only a matter of time. Dancy stayed with my husband as he cleaned out the awful rat nest. They were both gagging, it smelled and was truly awful. We are so grateful to Dancy for alerting us to the situation and staying until it was resolved. He went above and beyond! Thank you!!

Ever since mrr. Parker did the initial inspection of my home when it was first built. I'm so thankful he developed his company with reliable employees, that are knowledgeable . I called to have some valve repairs done for the toilets, kitchen sink, laundry room wash machine and the front and backyard water stickers. The service included draining the water heater. They did a great job!. They were professional. They made improvements where needed like adding a catch pan to the bottom of my water heater and adding a drain pipe and securing the garage disposal. They communicated with me the entire time. The service was great!

We had a fantastic experience with Parker and sons. My AC went out on a Friday night. We were able to schedule a repair for next day. Scott, the technician, came on a Saturday. He was awesome. He was very professional and went above and beyond to help. He fixed everything in a short period of time and everything is working great! I made an appointment with them on Feb. 2, 2023 to arrive between 8-10 a.m. at 10:15 I called to find out why no one has shown up. Tech said they are running behind. And it would be a few more hrs. I rescheduled for Feb 9, between 8:00-10:00 a.m.No show!!! No call . I called to find out this g CV implant uses an answering service and they will relay a message to them as to why they have not shown up. 10:20, still waiting, no call. I used them once before……. Will not use them again

They sent two vans and two workers out to give an estimate on swapping out two faulty light switches, both light fixtures are working it's just the switches that need changed. The gave an estimate of $438 for a job that probably takes about 15min for one guy. The workers were very professional and polite but the estimate is ludicrous. Funnily enough, the operator on the phone couldn't give an estimate before the workers arrived, but the workers didn't even look at the switches, just pulled an iPad out and gave us the estimate that way. Will not be contacting this company for any future electrical work.

Our ac stopped working last night. I went to Parker & Sons website and scheduled service for Monday. They were very busy so couldn't arrive between 8-10 am, but called to let me know they would be here today. Marc and his coworker (don't remember name) arrived at 1240 pm and determined that the capacitor needed to be replaced. I signed up for their annual maintenance plan plus the repair and they gave me a discount. I am pleased with their professionalism and excellent service. Thank you! I called to have an AC condenser fan replaced I was told If I signed up for their family program It would guarantee a team member being dispatched to my home in a timely manner After not using their services I find out I am going to be charged monthly this was not explained to me nor would I have ever agreed to a monthly service please service me for someone to come to my home one time I don't doubt that they do good workBut they wanted $1200 for a $200 part that took me 5 minutes to installWhatever you do do not sign up for their program

I was told I would recieve a $1,000.00 rebate from APS approximately 8 weeks after my install. This is even in the sales agreement signed by myself and Parker and Sons. I was told they are one of the very few rhat can offer this rebate and that they would handle the paperwork. It is now 12 plus weeks and no rebate. I reviewed the APS website and they do not even list this rebate. So it seems that I paid more now than the competition's price. Might have to send APS and the AZ Attorney General the sales agreement to have then look into this for me.

Parker & Sons performed far beyond our expectations by installing electricity into our nonprofit storage shed at a discounted price! Patrick was actually early. Window given for service was between 2PM and 6PM. Patrick arrived shortly after two. Got right after it, answered all my questions, gave me options. No hard sell. Friendly, knew his stuff. Patrick was thorough, even found a problem from a prior service call. Patrick talked with his supervisor and the decision was to fix the issue, which would have cost over a couple hundred dollars, at no cost to me. I love the way Parker and Sons corrected a prior wrong and took care of me, their customer. Service was good but very pricey. I needed a breaker changed out and the price was 377.00 way pricey for a breaker that only took less then 10 minutes. I won’t be using this company again.

I called Parker and Sons because I had two bad valves under the kitchen sink, they wouldn't turn off or on so needed to be replaced. The technician, Marcos arrived on time and performed the work to my satisfaction. He also discovered that the incoming pressure regulator was set incorrectly and replaced as well!! They were able to schedule me same day. Tech was timely, professional, and quick, and cleaned up after he was done working. I'm not sure if the price is comparable, but it was worth being seen quickly and my issue resolved. Other companies couldn't come out until 4 or 5 days later, and it was an emergency repair.

My AC unit broke in the middle of summer. It was 105° outside and 95° on average inside my house. Parker and sons initially told me that they would be at my house between the hours of 8:00 and 10:00 2 days after I asked them to come out. Imagine my surprise when on that day they called me letting me know how lucky I was that they could squeeze me in. Apparently they had me on the books for the next Friday. They couldn't tell me when they would be at my house, but they eventually showed up around 2:00 messing up my whole day. When they arrived they told me that the part they needed would cost me $6,000 to repair. Thankfully I was able to get a second opinion, which was a near thing considering they tried to pressure me into an immediate decision threatening that it could take much longer if I didn't decide there and then. The new guy managed to bring the costs down to $3,000, and get the bulk of that covered by insurance. Go elsewhere! These people will take your money. Bad apples.

Do not waste your time. Overpriced, they only care about emergency repairs and will continue to reschedule you. Unprofessional. Zero communication between you and the tech. Will never use them again

They hooked up a nest to my heating and cooling unit, and the text showed me how bad the furnace needed cleaning so it will run more efficiently, he was very thorough and knowledgeable and went on above for my service call. If you want it done right call Parker and son.

Ken has been here twice and he is nice and knows his stuff. He was determined to figure out why a water hose under the sink kept popping off and spewing water (not related to the Osmosis system) and he fixed it so it won't happen again.

RIPPED! UNPROFESSIONAL! Horrible experience. Tech came out and told us we needed to replace the garbage disposal unit. They were selling it fue $550. Charged $79 for the diagnostic and left. We later found that it only needed a one button reset in order to get the unit back up running. Total SCAM!

1st time user of this company. Called them for a hot water heater issue, figured I’d have to hook a couple weeks out. Nope…. They were at my house within 2 hours. Tech was super friendly and knowledgeable, and they installed a water heater that I purchased myself. Also had some AC work done. They didn’t try to up-sell me one single bit. Provided a ton of information in a no-pressure manner. All work was completed on time.

I hired them through Home Depot to replace my swamp cooler and old furnace with a new ac and new furnace. These guys were extremely helpful and polite. Did all the work as required. Everything looks good and works perfect. Took all the old equipment away and cleaned up to make it look better than it did when they got here. 10/10 recommend

My girlfriend and I just bought an older house in December. Gabriel and Jeff came to my house today to work on a washing machine drain issue. That I had not been able to fix. In just an afternoon they went over several options. Performed the repairs and left not a sign of what all they had to do. I am so very happy not only with the quality of their work but their absolute professionalism. They are absolutely one of the teams that makes this company great!!!

Tucson AZ district. Was the problen fixed. Yes. Was the price at least 200% more than other Hvac companies (origially 400% but I talked them down from a 5900 dollar bill to a 2700 dollar bill). Yes. There are many other companies that will give you a fair price as well as good service. They use a flat fee cost rating similar to an auto mechanic shop and the employees earn more for fixing (selling) more service. Again the problem was fixed but the price point is out of this world. A better name would be Profit and Sons.

Used them before they were fine. They called me to schedule a check up, they called the day before to confirm. I guess they decided to reschedule without letting me know, apparently they did but it was to a “spam blocker” (my phone doesn’t have that). So took the morning off work, loss wages, wasted my time all from an appointment they called to schedule. Wish their first call would have went to the “spam blocker”.

We had quotes from 4 Phoenix HVAC companies. 3 big ones and one local. We wanted to go local but the service wasn't going to meet our needs. Whole new system, with tearout of the old, took about 12 hours. The guys that came out were polite and worked their butts off. They asked me how I wanted this or the before they would do something major, which I appreciated. Cleaned up every bit of their mess even though it was 8pm and I'm sure they couldn't wait to get home. One of the big companies that came out for a quote knocked insulation all over and tracked it through our house. I thought that was pretty unprofessional. Parker makes you feel like you are getting that small business personal touch with the amenities of the big companies.

Installed a 240 V outlet, Rivian charging box and helped pair it to the WiFi. Excellent service, cleaned up when done.

Good service and great setvice individual but absurd price just to change a faucet. The pricing needs to be reviewed by the company as some of the products g is truly puzzling. We needed thr faucet changed and agreed as to avoid further waiting. I don’t mind paying but I find the prices from this merchant truly exaggerated at times. Great company as they are responsive.

My circuit breakers were getting old and tripping. I called Parker and Sons and someone came out the next day, got financing approved and updated the entire set of circuits.

Very personable but professional gentleman. Explained what the problem was, what needed to be done to fix the problem and then fixed. A little on the expensive side but the job was done.

Well now, this is going to take longer than 30 seconds.My shower wasn't draining, so I called and got a same day appointment although I couldn't get an ETA, but that was ok as I hadn't planned in going anywhere.Ian showed up and looked at the problem. He used various machines to try and clear the blockage, but then decided that the pipe needed to have a camera to see exactly what was going on. Fair enough and in all fairness to him, he was here about four hours, but I get the feeling he really didn't want to be. I have made another appointment for the 04/13, due to leaving out of state.I know this is messy work, but he left my shower base covered in mud, whatever it is, it's unsanitary and also told me my toilet wasn't working either. Good thing I have two bathrooms.I also didn't get a receipt, so I called to ask for one I was told you don't send them as you are paperless. I asked if it could be e-mailed and she said she would contact Billing and they would send it to me another Rep said it would take a week.I actually called three times and was fobbed off with various excuses.I have used your services before and they have been excellent. Because the install is brand new, I can’t say much about the operation of product/install…that’s not a bad thing, just an honest statement. They are very confident in their knowledge, their experience, the product, and their service without being arrogant. They were all very patient with me while I processed through a very big decision, and expensive investment. There was never any pressure, yet they were always available. Once my decision was made, they were quick to get my job scheduled and completed.

Cesar was fantastic. Called in advance to firm up his arrival timeline. Was knowledgeable and quickly able to diagnose our issue. Explained the issue well as well as his recommendations for repair. He completed a thorough welfare check of the entire system. All in all a painless process that left us with cool air and confidence the system will continue to perform as it should.

I had an RO system and soft water filtration system installed into my new build. They worked very hard to get everything to work. Unfortunately the builder capped the drain so water softener was put on hold. Donte and Glen went over and above what they should had to go through.

Well I had to wait 5 days until they came to service my unit. It has been super hot all week so I assumed they were busy. They did quality work when they came and discounted my repair due to having to wait so long. So it's all good. House went from 99 degrees inside to 75 over night.😉

Parker and Sons were fantastic. They have done my HVAC and electrical last summer. I have a water softener that was having issues and the water treatment department has gotten me squared away. I will call them again if I need them.

The experience their electricians was ok as they were able to do the work that I requested. However, I am disappointed the company protocol that the estimate they gave me did not have some sort of itemized breakdown. Another large company I worked with in Tucson provided me with a breakdown of parts, cost of labor per hour, etc so there is transparency of what work is being done. Also I was told I would get an email receipt and I never got one. Meanwhile I have already received a lot of marketing material from Parker & Sons (2 pieces of snail mail, 2 emails).Also, the electricians were going to label the breaker so I know which one they worked on, and I realized after they left that they did not do so.

Me and my family went a MONTH without A/C waiting on our warranty company and we finally had enough. We called Parker & Sons and they had someone out the very next morning. Not only was he at our home early but he was very professional, gave my animals love and was friendly to them and gave us honest information about our old AC unit and recommended a new unit for the long term rather then spend a ton of money on a chance.He had a contractor out literally 2hrs later who gave us honest estimates. We had to wait a few days for the installation, but they gave us some portable AC units so we had some relief during those days of waiting.The installers were out the scheduled day early and got right to work being super friendly and professional the entire time they were here, gave us all the information we needed to have the best experience and actually completed the installation earlier then anticipated.We've had our new unit for almost a week and its been pure bliss and so much better!I can't recommend Parker & Sons more! They were a great company to work with and I would definitely have them come back out again!

Fantastic service during scheduled routine maintenance visit the technician identified areas impacting air purity after cleaning filters. He installed a UV air purifier and electrostatic aif filters-a lot of work at a discounted price. Much appreciated...can't wait for their next visit!

SCAM! Not professional. Tech came out and told us the motor was out and we needed to replace our unit, and offered their available model for $550. Charged $79 for the “diagnostic” and left. We later found out two things. The model he offered us is listed on Amazon for $100 and our unit is a newer model that only needed to be reset by literally pushing one button. Total Scam!!

I am very grateful for the service I received. I scheduled a tune up ahead of the summer heat. My unit is old - from 2002 and I know I'm on borrowed time. And like many, COVID sick leave has resulted in a lot of missed pay at work, so financially we're not in the best shape. Better than some, but not where we need to be. Anyway, the techs helped us out a lot and this exhausted mama appreciates it very much. Thank you so much today for your kindness.

So the rep that came out was quick, efficient and wonderful--Stacy. I have nothing but nice things to say about her--very professional, great communicator and knowledgeable. I guess my frustration is the generator we wanted from Generac is 6k. Adding some modules etc, I expected a 10-12k installed price and was prepared to make a decision to purchase. However, my wife and I were floored at a 24k install price after a 4k discount. I don't understand the cost/breakdown on a 6k generator that then is 24k. Is it greed? Are there other costs she wasn't aware of? The Generac site says average install is 2k. So how is a 6k generator at the Generac site suddenly 24k installed? Well it turns out--that because I have solar--you have to isolate the solar from the panel when you lose the power grid. So--it's far more involved that what it appeared to be on the surface. My apologies to the group for not understanding.

The overall experience we have had with this company has been disappointing. We had them come out for some electrical work that needed to be done and the initial electrician was knowledgeable, and was able to setup an install appointment the same week. We also needed to replace our HVAC system and he setup an appointment with that department to come out and look at what needed to be done (so far, so good). When the salesman came from the HVAC department he appeared to be genuine and honest and this is what ultimately led us to go with Parker & Sons for the install. Items we were told would be included that were supposedly built into the cost were balancing the ventilation system within 2 degrees in each room, fixing the current ducts in the house, and we would have our new unit installed before the end of the day. When the install team showed up we were told that it would take two days (if we had known this we would have better prepared ourselves since it was triple digit heat at this point), the salesman was supposed to bring at least two portable A/C units (he never showed up again and two gentleman came late in the afternoon when the house was already in the upper 80s with only one unit and said there was nothing they could do about getting additional units), two vents were measured incorrectly so new ones needed to be ordered (it has been over a month and we have yet to receive the vents or a definitive answer from that department as to when they will be coming to install them, I'm lucky if I get a response back from them when I call for an update), and this company does not have the ability to balance vents in the different rooms so the salesman just outright lied to us to get us to buy over $2000 in new vents. I spoke to management and they appeared concerned about our experience and made it sound like remedial action would take place, but so far it has been continued frustration.Back to Electrical: When the initial team came out to install and update everything they left wires on the ground of our house and in our garage. On top of this, they left our backyard fence open and our two dogs got out. We thankfully discovered this sooner rather than later and frantically ran up and down our neighborhood until we found both of them. They were covered in cacti needles so we had to take them to the emergency vet which resulted in over $1000 in vet bills. The electricians could not finish installing a smoke detector and stated they would come at a later date when they had access to that area -- when I called to schedule this I requested a different team come out because of what happened. The gentleman just arrived and had no idea what was going on or what he needed to do. He had to call his supervisor to figure out what he was doing and if I was telling the truth about already paying for the remaining work.We have a lifetime warranty with this company for our HVAC unit and we have little to no faith that if something ever happens to our unit that this company will actually do what they promise.

I had my outside Compression Valve come clean off the pipe. At home with a sick kid and called Parker & Sons. I couldn’t get a set time but was put on emergency because I had to shut off my water (it’s late April in Arizona. Water is needed) within 3 hours I had a call saying Rod was on his way, he showed up, professional and just and fixed the problem in 20 mins. Turned my water on and was so kind. Highly recommend this company.

The only thing I didn’t like was the price tag. I thought it was a bit expensive. With that being said it is better than sitting out with no water so they sort of no you have to pay.

Ivan did a fabulous job installing a fan in my bathroom. He explained everything he would do, was neat, clean and professional, and the fan works perfectly. I highly recommend him if he is available.

The crew that showed up and did the work was awesome. They deserve 5 stars. Friendly, professional and well organized. What I was not happy about was the lack of coordination and communication by Parker and Son. When I emailed the date I wanted, no one responded confirming the date. The day prior to the install, no one contacted me to coordinate. When I called them at 5:30 pm. I was told I was on the schedule and someone would call me in the morning with a show time. The morning of my install my doorbell range at 6:45am with four men at my door ready to go to work. Was definitely surprised by there arrival. At that point they told me they were doing the install, but some components were on back order and the office will call me to set up the rest of the install once the parts arrived. Not happy about that. Should have been given the opportunity to reschedule. They also wanted there final payment even though the install is not complete. So far I am not thrilled with Parker and Son overall, but hope the system exceeds my expectations. Time will tell.

My heat pump went out and they were very prompt in getting a technician out to diagnose the problem! He was very personable and professional! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for AC service

Great guys, very knowledgeable and ready to assist. Was not able to resolve issue fully but not their fault. They discovered it was the water softener not installed/warrantied by them and it was best to contact AmeriFlow as it’s only 5 months old. They put it in bypass mode and it did stop the issue. Worth the diagnostic charge, put my mind at ease.

So... Parker and Sons has been downgraded from a five star to a one star for the following reasons;- Overpriced- Charged thousands of dollars and did not fix the issue- Poor experience with their answering service- Did not keep appointment with AC out- Every time they visit our home they are upselling expensive add ons- $9,000 water softner and filtration system installed one year ago has never worked consistently/correctly still getting scale on our fixtures- AC repair that cost $$$$ and still have the same issue- Not showing up for a scheduled repair and not even bothering to let us knowParker and Sons is expensive, but we have always paid the price because they where reliable and handled most home mechanical items. We used their annual maintenance program for 3 years and used them for a number of projects and repairs spending $20k+ over 3 years. It's unfortunate that they no longer value loyal customers or follow through on their commitments. Sorry to see it happen, but they have become an unreliable, overpriced firm.

Have to say this was a great experience. Chris came out, ON TIME, and was very professional, explaining everything clearly. I will definitely use Parker and Sons again, should the need arise.

We had a issue with our line to the septic tank. They don’t do septic pumping but they got the line going again. The amazing part is the gentleman got on the phone and found a company to pump the septic. I called 9 pumping companies and they said 2 weeks to get out. He had a company out in 2 days!!! Amazing service!!

Ryan installed a security light on the side of my 2 story house. In the past he has installed new light fixtures in my garage & house, installed an exterior electrical outlet & dug up improperly installed underground electrical wiring & reinstalled it properly around the pool area. He does excellent work.

They were exceptionally professional in all aspects. They called before the time they were scheduled to let us know that they might be late, but were on time and even early. When they were here they discovered a gas leak and contacted Southwest gas. We appreciate the quality of service and professionalism.

Parker should be very proud of this employee!!!!Follow up: Don't know what is going on but we were offered a year finance with no interest. Signed all paperwork and thought we were done. Received a phone call yesterday from them telling us we did not complete our signatures. Come to find out there was a 30 cent change and we have to resign again. We are having trouble doing that because supposedly we have the wrong browser. We were told to go and download another browser and install it so we can finish signing. Was insulted by a gentleman who told me I basically didn't know how computers work . ALL THIS OVER .30 (30 CENTS). I am very sure that it cost Parker and Sons more than 30 cents to get new contract drawn up and to have an office person call and talk with me. We were basically on the phone 30+ minutes. I asked to see Both the old and new contract to make sure nothing has changed but have not seen either. Not sure if I would recommend them now because of a fight over 30 cents. I even offered to send then a dollar in the mail but was refused.

My experience with Parker and Sons was great from start to finish. I was having an issue with my heating system and was able to quickly get an appointment after calling them. I received email and text reminders about my appointment.Eddie Sandoval was my HVAC professional, and he diagnosed the issue and then clearly explained everything required to fix my problem and outlined all the solutions and costs. He also completed a check up of my AC system in preparation for the summer. My unit was working ok, but there were some issues causing strain on the system that could lead to problems in a few years. Once again, all solutions and costs were clearly outlined with no pressure, just information and recommendations.I went forward with the repairs and recommended items for the AC unit. All the work was completed skillfully and quickly for a fair price. I’m impressed and will be using Parker and Sons for anything I may need in the future.

Where do I even start? I am so thankful for the services and technicians that helped us with our electrical panel replacement. We first called Parker & Sons on a Friday as an emergency when our power kept going out. They set us up for an appointment on Monday, but Alejandro (Alec) Gortarez was able to make it out that Friday to at least set us up with some electricity until they could work with TEP to get the panel replaced. On the day they replaced the panel Alec and Clay Wilson came out to do they job. I highly recommend Parker & Sons. Techs are friendly, answer questions. But I have issues with their maintenance plan. They come over, take measurements and pictures and let you know if there are any issues. However they claim to do preventative maintenance, they do not!!! They do not do any measure of cleaning, declining or anything other kind of maintenance to prevent future problems. They only document the condition of the system.I thought I was paying for a maintenance program. It is not!!!! Going to fi d a company that does actual preventative maintenance

Technician showed up on time , was meet and courteous. Preformed inspection of unit and found out that start up amps were higher than factory recommendations. Suggested a new start up kit should be installed.After it was installed the start up amps went down below factory recommendation and will give us a few more years on this unit.

Disappointed. Toilet clogged due to object dropped into toilet and lodged at the trap. Plumber removed toilet and attempted to clear with auger. After 15 minutes he determined that he was not able to clear. Next day I purchased my own auger and cleared the object from the toilet in a couple of minutes. Lessened learned, $40 auger and a little effort is better than a $229 bill and no results.

Replacement of old air conditioner/heating system.They were wonderful! From the time we spoke to them for the first time to the installation of the new air conditioner was only about 12 hours! They were so polite and explained every step to me. I would 100 percent recommend them!!!!! 5 Stars!!!!

Just for cleaning my pipes and camera they were $100 less than anyone else. Upon finding damaged pipes in my home they gave me multiple quotes for partical or entire repair costs.The techs were super friendly and personable. They kept me informed about what they were doing and seeing all throughout their process. I will be using them for the repairs.

Was scheduled and confirmed for a service for my AC for 8am-10am and at 10 am recieved a call rescheduling the next day for 10am-2pm. The next day no one came. I called Parker and Sons and they said that dispatch was supposed to notify me they were going to be late and dispatch said that technician was supposed to notify me. I missed 6 hrs of work as I was waiting for them. I asked to speak to supervisor and was on hold for over 10 min then was disconnected. I tried calling back but was on hold for a while and was disconnected again. Very frustrating. Very poor service. Not responsive, not on time, poor communication between their team members. They were not very respectful of my time. I saw so many good reviews online and I thought I'd give Parker and Sons a shot. I guess their quality of service has gone down. Be weary.Follow Up:After last posting, Parker and Sons reached out to me and apologized and serviced my AC. The technicians were friendly, prompt, and did a good job. I changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars due to this. Everyone makes mistakes and the most important thing is that they owned up to it. I would use this service in the future.

Parker and Sons installed a newAC/heater system and came today to do my 6-month maintenance. Everyone that has come out has been so informative so friendly and professional. I highly recommend them. They also came out to do maintenance on my water heater and check over my household plumbing, again highly professional friendly and went over so many things that I was not aware of thank you again.

The techs were phenomenal .I’m 67 and my wife passed away Oct 2021.I’m a tradesman and have installed 6 water heaters myself.Just don’t feel like doing stuff like that anymore after 45 years of diy.When you can get a water heater for $600 to $800 full blown retail and get charged $2700.00 for this job, you know your getting ripped off…My recommendation be pro active so you have time to shop around for a much better price than get stuck in a corner..The average real cost for a replacement should be about $1700 Max..Run run fast from Parker and son.That way you are not paying for all the high dollar adverts at Chase field.Never again!

I developed a rather severe leak on the outside of my house. I had had bad results twice previously with George Brazil, so I tried Parker & Sons. Customer service was friendly, helpful and informative. The technician was Ian. Ian was professional, friendly, and kept me totally informed. Fortunately it was outside so there was little mess left over. Ian returned the property to near perfection and it appears the work he did was of the highest quality. He showed me that at some time in the past (before I bought the house 12 years ago) galvanized pipes had been used underground when and where they should not have. Long story short—I am very happy with Parker and Ian.

Everyone involved were supportive and helpful. Had called a lot 😞 of places and either they did not work on the brand ofCooler we had or to costly or completely not interested in the plight of two. 80 year olds having no cooling when it was 114 degrees. I initially left this company a 5 star review after my install in September 2022. Well it's now august and my brand new system has already stopped working (compressor). Mind you it's the middle of the summer with upwards to 100+ days multiple days. My ac busted 7/17/2023. They accessed problems the next day.... It's now august 3rd. I've gotten NO ETA on the compressor.... Not call backs minus one where they informed me the part was ordered but no ETA. (Mind you this was after several calls for an ETA) and have still gotten nothing back in regards to when my ac would be fixed. Everytime I've called I've been told I will be called back that day and have yet to have this come true. No one there knows anything about what they do, and the people that do know what there doing apparently are too busy. If id known what I know now with how they take care of clients, id had chosen someone else for my ac needs a year ago. I now have a doubled electric bill trying to keep my house semi comfortable with window units and haven't had AC for going on almost 3 weeks. Im highly disappointed and frustrated this is who I have to trust my warranty through... Wouldn't recommend.

Needed assistance installing a smart thermostat as my common wire had no power. They were professional, responsive and worked to solve my problem quickly.

Mike and Tyler were outstanding. My main water cutoff was frozen. They knew exactly how to repair/replace the offending part. They were quick, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I will use them again.

We needed a new hvac system Pronto as air froze and weather was 90s. Same day Elliott was at our place and delivered the bad news about the old system. They set the new one up in hours before more hot days and Ivan taught us how to use the new smart thermostat. Old one was recycled and debris hauled away.

The technician was both friendly and professional. He explained the issue with the A/C unit, and was able to replace the defective part quickly. He answered all of my questions more than just satisfactorily. All in all, it was a very good experience.

Chris and his assistant did a great job on a tough upstairs soak tub faucet replacement. The builders did not provide any access to my leaking faucet from below or above. Only option to save the tub was to cut through a small panel that joins the shower and tub. They replaced my leaking braided hose type failed faucet with a great Roman tub faucet and valve using expert sweat skills. We could not be more happier with the service, speed, professionalism and skill level. Thank you Parker & Sons!

Dan was our technician and he did a great job at quickly finding and diagnosing the problem, as well as arranging for repair. He also took care of a few other small issues while he was out.

Tyler notified me if his anticipated arrival time. He was on time. Diagnosed the electrical issue. Gave me 2 options which included a simple fix with a return visit if more extensive work was necessary. We opted to replace a GFI to see if that solved the problem. If it doesn’t a more extensive (& expensive) solution will be needed.

My AC stopped working yesterday, at 4 pm on Friday with 109’ outside. Can it be any worse than that?! I called two companies who didn’t have appointments until Monday afternoon. Fortunately, Parker & Sons were able to send out technician on Saturday. Peter was very professional, friendly, and competent. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Excellent electric service. My husband is 84 and can no longer fix issues. The neutral wire needed repair and the job was done perfectly. James arrived in time called 30 mins before appointment time, explained everything andeft everything immaculate.

I needed a new circuit for an electric range, Alec was great to work with! He even reset the clocks on the appliances after turning the power off! He also arranged for one of their plumbers to come out same day to remove an elbow section of the gas pipe so the new range would fit more flush against the back wall. Steve the plumber was also very nice. Highly recommend!

We heard about Parker and Sons (P&S) on our local radio station with John Jay and Rich, so when we needed a plumber - we called them. We were without our kitchen sink and dishwasher for two days (Saturday and Sunday). When we used the garbage disposal the sink filled up with smelly water. We called P&S Saturday night and they tried to get us on the on-call list for Sunday morning but no luck. Gabriel Delgado arrived on time Monday morning - he explained everything to us, quoted a price and went to work. He was polite and friendly and had a trainee with him and his demeanor with the trainee was positive and patient - explaining what he was doing and why. Gabriel used those same traits when talking with me. The nice thing I liked about Gabriel was he didn’t dumb down explaining issues he was running into with me or ask to speak to my husband before explaining everything and moving forward. When the repair was done they cleaned everything up and explained what next steps should be taken. We need a little more work done to get everything 100% and Gabriel walked me through the details of the 2 quotes, but in the end we decided on the less evasive quote and that is what we are currently waiting for. I hope Gabriel is assigned to our next job. Thank you.

We belong to their member program which provides a “free” annual inspection of the AC. The unit is older and often needs a new “this or that” but they do a great job assessing, making recommendations, and help weigh the pro’s and con’s of replacing a component vs waiting. I never feel pressured and the membership saves me about 10% when I do have something replaced.In Arizona I’d rather maintain the unit proactively rather than wait for it to fail on a 115-degree day - they help me do that!

I was charged over $400 to replace a $20 capacitor. This did not fix the problem, even though I specifically informed the technician that this unit has a history of being low on refrigerant he refused to even check it. This caused the compressor to go out a week later, costing me $1k's more. The technician also tried to upsell me on replacing the working capacitor on another unit for another ~$475, (a $20 part that is still working fine).

Parker & Sons has been the best home maintenance service experience I've ever had. I was having some issues with my A/C, and Parker & Sons was able to come out immediately , conduct a survey, find out what was wrong, and fixed my A/C the very next Day. Nate was polite, caring, and very professional. I highly recommend this company for any home maintenance needs.

They detected a leaking in the compressor line and said it’s $1950 to weld…I’m impressed with the cost of welding, then he said well you lucky because If the leak was in the coil you looking at $5000. How much a new unit cost? Ridiculous

I had a water leak in my bathroom that required digging into concrete. Tyler at Parker and Sons was quick to response. Sunce he didnt nowhere the actual leak was he recommended American Leak Detection who came out the same day. They found the leak and the plumbers came back the same day and fixed the leak which required a lot of work and time. So gratefully for the quick service. I highly recommend Parker and Sons for quick and professional service!!

Tech seemed like he just wanted to get a commission off of selling me a new A/C system instead of addressing the actual problem. Literally was trying to get me to fill out a credit app before looking at my system! Sorry, just lost a new customer. Try doing what you are being paid for and not be a Salesman!!!

The main water valve in my house stopped functioning while the water was turned off. I called P&S and I didn’t have to wait long. They sent Ruben who quickly diagnosed the problem and offered a solution. His work was quick and tidy and my water was working again. He answered all of my questions and explained everything well. I purchased a AC and heating unit. Very happy with Ted the consultant that came out to meet with me. He was very patient explained everything to me. I never felt pressured to purchase anything I didn't want. The install went pretty quickly and the guys were very professional. They took the time to show me how to work the new thermostat and add the app to my cell phone. I'm very happy with Parker and son's service and I do recommend you try Parker and Sons first.

They were professional and just overall good people.It was an abnormal shaped lighting fixture that they don’t see every day, but they were still able to make it work flawlessly. I have used Parker & Sons for over 15 years and believe them to be trustworthy. The technicians that have serviced my ac unit have been knowledgeable and efficient. Garrett did the maintenance work today and he was excellent. Unfortunately the charges are getting higher and for that reason I may switch to a small business owner. My suggestion to Mr Parker is to pay their employees more, get rid of the ridiculous television ads and try to keep costs down for long time customers.Sylvia Hantla

The installers were professional and polite. They answered all my questions and left a number to contact them if I had more questions. They worked constantly and did not even break for lunch and wouldn't even let me buy a pizza! They cleaned up during and after the work was done. I have no complaints and would recommend Parker and Sons for the quality work they did.

First tech took out our old thermostat - installed another. I did look up other thermostats by Honeywell. (Ours was not listed Cost:$397.80) I feel it was overpriced. It did not work right. Called Parker and they sent out another tech (Jonathon Crockatt) and he fixed the problem. He was friendly and a good employee of yours.

Installation of new ac/heating unitThey were on time, very polite and explained everything they were doing and why. They were very clean, vacumning up inside as they went or picking up outside. So very nice and friendly. So far am very happy with them from the gentleman that came to our home to show us what we could do to the techs that installed the product, to the people in the office, that were friendly and helped us. After they left you would never know they were here other than we had a new ac/heating unit, which so far we love.Would highly recommend this company for your plumbing and heating.

Responsiveness was good, service and technicians good. Price is clearly inflated and margins while I cannot say with any level of confidence are likely high. The water tank I received plus new lines and hardware would equal to substantially less than what I paid. However, businesses are typically for profit and employees will usually better represent the brand when paid well which does require margins to support a sustainable business. I am confident however that pricing could be more competitive.

Everyone I dealt with was very nice and helpful. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and the charge for the service was very reasonable. The office staff was also very helpful. Would definitely use them again.

Called early morning and got service same day. I was told upfront possible causes and associated costs to fix. Problem was fixed at lower price point. Guys were respectful of my home, wiping feet off before walking in.

Been using Parker last couple of years for servicing. I have always found them to be highly professional. I just had my whole system upgraded. I was totally impressed by the thorough job they did. I wish I had done it sooner.

Parker and Sons sent their A/C technician out to do an annual maintenance inspection and it was determined that my copper cooling coil thingie had a small leak which was a big deal! Johnny, the technician shared pictures and even a video of the problem since the unit is on the roof. What to do? A very expensive repair indeed especially for a 13 year old unit. The cost to replace it wasn’t going to work for our budget. Johnny was very patient with me and my questions and in the end we went with repairing the unit. The job was done the next business day because they fortunately had the needed parts. The job was completed in the first week of May so we didn’t really need the a/c because we also have an evaporative cooling system as well. Suddenly it got hot this year!! The work performed by P&S’s technician (Johnny) has made our A/C perform fabulously to date. That expensive repair has been worth every dollar. I don’t think this repair was going to be done cheaper or more expertly by another company. The front office communicated timely and having Johnny do the repairs and effectively communicating the issues and possible solutions was fabulous. Called and was quoted a $80 diagnostic fee which is fine. Had Joseph come out to my home and was charged $400 dollars for diagnosing, my lights are not fixed, and was told they don’t fix my kind of led lights? When I questioned the price Joseph was super hostile and said that we can call and dispute it . It makes me think that this company likes to overcharges often and gets a way with it by telling their customers they can dispute it. STAY AWAY! I made the mistake of using this company and I’m regretting it so much! Horrible service If you make an appointment and see Joseph’s as your tech I would advise to cancel asap

Thought I was smelling burning wires and they came out within 40 minutes on a Sunday. Turned out, everything was okay and it was only me smelling it as a result of new medication but they still inspected everything to put me at ease!

Marco excellent, but the expected timeframe for arrival was off by many hours. Not Marcos fault. I was also told I would get a call from someone regarding the repair of our leaking water softener (source of the leak) as well as a review of our reverse osmosis system.

Parker & Sons installed a new A/C unit for us. It was painless and the process was smooth. The unit was delivered when they stated and the installers were on time. The whole process runs like a well-oiled machine (drop off, teardown, disposal of old parts). We were/are impressed.. The unit works great so far.

Mike did a great job. He was friendly and factual. He said how much it would cost, did a quick stop and said he'd be back Monday. I wanted to give them 3 stars because of how much it costs to repair a pipe. But not their fault I guess on the going rates. For the most part the things I needed to get done were done, and he didt leave a mess behind.

A dead wiring line was removed. The terminal end of the wire was enclosed in a box.
