December 2021 - I hit an outdoor pipe with the ladder at night causing a major leak leading to shutting off all water to the house. Plumber of Tucson arrived first thing the next morning and had the pipe fixed and water restored by 10am.

October 2022 - Leak from toilet causing water damage in the bathroom. Plumber of Tucson arrived same day to repair the leak, and returned the next morning to begin mold remediation.

February 2023 - Water heater sprung a leak and began flooding the garage. Contacted Plumber of Tucson at 2pm on a Friday, and they were out to my house by 5pm same day with a brand new water heater in hand.

After much market research, we found Plumbers of Tucson. Our hot water heater went out so we decided to switch to a tankless hot water heater. We hired Plumbers of Tucson to purchase /install a Navien tankless hot water NPE210-2 series system. They did quality work at a good price and made sure every detail was done right. Will definitely use Plumbers of Tucson for all our plumbing needs in the future.

We have a big family and after 11 years of our hot water running out in between everyone’s showers in the morning, our 50 gallon gas water heater stopped working. This is when we decided to look into tankless water heater systems. After calling around to different plumbing companies and researching so many different tankless systems and ratings out there, we finally decided that the best system was the Navien tankless water heater. The only problem was that there are only 2 different plumbing companies that are certified to install. With one being a company out of state, Plumber of Tucson is the only Navien tankless specialist in this area. This made us worry because it left us with only one plumbing company to use. When they came out to give us a free estimate for the tankless, seeing how professional and thorough they were with making sure it would fit in our existing spot, we quickly learned that Plumber of Tucson was the perfect match for this kind of job. Don from Plumber of Tucson was not only very explanatory about the tankless systems and variations of them, he also gave us multiple options on how to install the tankless with upgradable features. After speaking to a family relative who had a tankless water heater installed a few years back, we discovered that Plumber of Tucson’s price for the tankless and installation was a third of what they paid, and they have a lower rated tankless system. Once going ahead with the tankless and recirculating line installation, we can not say enough how well the job was done. Everything was clean, level, and straight. The installation looked exactly like the pictures on the Navien website. With the tankless water heater installed, along with Don fixing a few other small plumbing problems around our home, we’re glad to only use Plumber of Tucson for all of our future problems. Don, owner, have great business sense and professionalism that is hard to find these days. We had two incidents where Don had fit us into his busy schedule within a reasonable price.

Incident 1: Leak in water line from meter to home. Price quote was reasonable, straight forward with no grey area hidden fees, details of job and materials cover for the job. Time frame: Don and his team did it within a day. Site: Left the yard looking like there were no leak to start. Professionalism: Took pictures of completed work. Answered questions and concerns after completed work. Great warranty package not only parts but labor also.

Incident 2: Water Heater. Don and his team got us a new water heater in 2days time and that was due to having to order the water heater. His schedule was busy and was estimated for a week before getting it but he made it happened soon. Price: Had provided details of parts and labor. No hidden prices. Reasonable compare to other companies. Time: Installed and removal of old water heater in 1 hour time for completed job. Professionalism: took pictures. Locked up our garage because we were not home. Great warranty on labor, that is awesome.

Overall: Don provide not only great services but he make you feel good contacting him. He always return your call, within hour or the day. Follow through with all promises on verbal conversations. Punctual and efficient in time id services. Don is definitely on our called ID, and we feel confident to recommend him to our family and friends.

Panicked, I called Plumber in Tucson for leak detection service and repair and they had a plumber at my house WITHIN 30 MINUTES! The next morning, the crew showed up with smiles on their faces and tackled a very tricky project in order to resolve the problem. Jon and Scott were terrific. The staff of Plumber of Tucson is perfect blend of courteous and no nonsense hard working people. Joe, Steve, Dillon and Chris are really good guys who go out of their way to explain things and answers questions. The are so genuine in their desire to provide the highest quality of work. We live in a unique and somewhat historical southern Arizona territorial adobe block home. We have 10 inch solid block walks, 20 foot post/beam ceilings and brick floors throughout the house. No crawl spaces, no attic space and 50 plus year old cast iron pipes buried 4-5 feet below the concrete and brick floors.

We spent a year renovating the house and are now facing a choice of destroying the house to retrench the pipes or using the pipe bursting method to replace the pipes. We are just done with all the preparations prior to pipe bursting. Steve and Dillon have take extreme care not to damage a newly renovated Casita. They place cardboard on all of the floors/walls/vanities around the project. Everything is draped in thick plastic to keep the dust down to a minimum. They clean up the work site every day.

I will update this post when the project is complete. I have worked in facilities construction and renovation for over 10 years in the medical clinic and hospital environment. Plumber of Tucson is by far the best plumbing contractor I have ever experienced.

I received a high consumption notice from Tucson Water on a Friday and I was unable to detect a leak myself. It was difficult to get a company out same day but Plumber of Tucson responded to my call quickly and came out same day! Luckily their experienced technician identified the issue and it was not a serious problem. I would recommend this company to others.

Destroyed part of my wood laminate floor instead of removing it all. Left staples in the wall where they attached the plastic. I'm very happy with the work and professionalism of Plumber of Tucson. I had ongoing clogging problems in my main line and in one of my bathrooms. Using a camera inspection, Plumber of Tucson identified that both problems were related to roots that had grown into the lines. I feared a major plumbing repair or replacement was inevitable. The video inspection I was shown looked pretty bleak but after using descaling and hydro jetting equipment, there are no more signs of roots. The plumbers showed me both before and after video footage of both areas and I was shocked at how clean they were after their work.

They were kind, knowledgeable, clean, and thorough and the price I paid for the service was thousands of dollars less than a major repair or replacement would cost. They were very positive and never tried to make the matter seem worse than it was and I was especially grateful they never tried to up-sell me anything. I'm especially grateful to John, the plumber who led the project. He was kind and professional every step of the way. After seeing the videos with the roots, I expected to be given a sales pitch on pipe re-lining but that never happened.

I highly recommend Plumber or Tucson for honest, reliable, and reasonably priced service. I needed to replace the main water line to my house about a year ago and got a few different estimates of highly rated companies. These guys were the most affordable and did an excellent job with great communication throughout the job and left the yard looking spotless after. I recently noticed a leak (appx 1 year later) above where the main line was installed. I called them and they were very prompt in coming out. It turns out that it was actually an old irrigation line that had developed a crack and not the line that they installed. Either way, they quickly fixed the problem for us for no charge. These guys are amazing! I can't promise you a free irrigation line fix, but be assured they will provide outstanding and friendly service before, during, and after the job is complete.

Referred to Plumber of Tucson by a family member in the construction trade. Joshua (Office Staff) was a pleasure to deal with and scheduled an inspection of our sewer lines for an obstruction/slow drain. John was one of the two plumbers sent and was excellent and knowledgeable. They performed a camera inspection of the pipes and were able to determine the location of the obstruction, below ground, in the front yard. We learned when the house was built in the 1970's, no sewer clean-out was installed. Received an estimate of $2,253. to install the 3 pipe clean-out, replace the old back water valve and hydrojet the main sewer line. Compared a competitor's estimate and realized this was a good price. The work took just over a day and we were completely satisfied from start to finish. After the job was complete, the plumbers provided a video copy of the second line inspection, showing all was clear. The work also came with a 50 yr. warranty. We would use and recommend these fine people for any plumbing needs, very satisfied.

My previous installation was fraught with many problems originating in the new house construction (20 years ago). Chris and Plumber of Tucson took on the job of installing a new Navien system, used for both zone heating of the house and for domestic hot water (showers, etc.). The inherent problems were overcome and the new system is working fine, with the exception of a couple of plumbing issues which are all traced to the original house construction. Chris and his team are fully engaged to fix those issues and I will have a new house and everything works! Thanks to Chris for his perserverence and technical talents. I'm confident and happy.

We had another plumber company come out to the house and were told that we need to do all sorts of repairs ranging from $5k to over $13k. Something in my gut told me to get a second opinion and so called these folks out. They were on time, courteous, and very forthcoming. Turns out, we don't really need to have anything done to the plumbing right now. Knowing that we had already been told to do a huge amount of work, it would have been easy to make something up to make a buck. Plumber of Tucson was contacted for an estimate for mold remediation. They responded quickly and professionally in providing an estimate for the work and were very flexible in scheduling so I could coordinate their work with another contractor (roofer) when delays were encountered due to rain. When the damaged roof/deck area was opened and exposed for evaluation, no mold was found and ultimately, Plumber of Tucson was not needed.

Plumbers of Tucson are fantastic. After having a slab leak, I called multiple plumbers to provide quotes. Plumbers of Tucson were the most reasonable and professional out of the bunch quoting thousands of dollars lower than the other guys. They offered to fix our slab leak by rerouting the hot and cold water lines though our attic. I was greatly impressed with how clean they left my home and the limited amount of necessary drywall removal they caused for a reroute. When things were not quite right with the rerouted pipes making noise (water hammer) they continued to come out to my house multiple times (6) until the issue was resolved for free. The noise in this case was the result of an unrelated issue with my shower and not due to their work, yet they still made sure I was happy. When they say they go above and beyond the call of duty, these guys mean it. They continued to offer great service throughout the entire experience and am happy to recommend them. I will for sure be a return customer.

It has been about six weeks since Plumbers of Tucson replaced my water heater and installed a Green Fusion water softener system, and I am very happy with the results. The RUUD heater seems to be very efficient and the Green Fusion system has made a tremendous difference in the quality of our water. After ruling out the bathtub/shower area they found it under the washer. Returned several days later and only took them about 2 1/2 hours to fix it. We had two major water line leaks in our home in less than two years with major water damage. The old water pipes installed in 2003 were the old Pex plastic that was used then. Don and his estimator, explained in detail why we were experiencing the water leaks and how they could replace all of the water lines in our house. We hired Plumber of Tucson. Don sent out two plumbers who did an awesome job, were very efficient, very thorough, explained all that they did, and cleaned up once done. We were given references to call and all we talked too highly recommended Plumber of Tucson after they had used them. We would recommend Plumber of Tucson doing this type of work.

One of the Best improvements that I purchased for my Arizona home was a Green Fusion water softener. No hard water, lime, or calcium build up in the water pipes, hot water heater, or toilets. Just soft water to wash my clothes and bring back the sparkle in the colors. And it uses 50% less water to regenerate.

I needed to have an existing water line attached to the water meter to inspect for leaks prior to completing a purchase of a parcel of land. I reached out to Plumber of Tucson for an estimate based on things I'd read about them. After an emergency leak I needed an emergency Plumber. I found Plumber of Tucson after some online research. I vetted the company and decided to go with them for the repair. They fixed my busted water line and provided some information regarding a Phyn Plus Digital Water assistant to help prevent future leaks. They provided a wonderful service. Thank you! They came to install my water softener & 5-stage RO filter system around april 2022. Quite expensive, as you expect from any plumber. Everything went fine, a small leak was reported the same day and it was fixed the next day.
A year later (now), when the time came to change the first 3 filters of the RO system, I set my self to do it, and I realized they got them in the wrong order: the filter of stage 1 (sediment filter) was swapped with filter of stage 3 (carbon filter). Nothing serious seemed to have happened and I hope won't happen because of this mistake, but only thing I can say is, be on top of your traders while working at your home, no matter how much they hate us home owners doing that. This is a very amateur mistake. The first stage of ANY-stage RO system is ALWAYS the sediment filter, and, needles to say, it was extremely clear in the installation manual.

I work in real estate and I’ve used a lot of different plumbing contractors. I called Plumber of Tucson on a word-of-mouth recommendation and they were as advertised: on time, professional, and honest. I had an issue with a sewer gas odor in a casita. The technicians investigated the venting and fixtures and determined bacteria growth was actually the culprit and not the sewer venting as I had suspected. It was an inexpensive fix for what I feared may have been a bigger problem. Kudos.

I have called them twice and both time i'v spoken with Don. On one of my calls they were busy and Don called me back with in 5 min. He answers all the questions with out trying to upsell me. or redirect me to something else. He has always been straight forward, he even walk me threw an issue I was having with my water softer. The softer was put in by a different company,and original company's was charging me $150 just to come take a look. That didn't Include the fixing it. Don walk me threw it and help me fix the issue at no charge. This is a great place to find a plumber. 👍👍👍👍👍

First off, they answered my request for an estimate immediately, and what they quoted was both totally reasonable, but also didn't change by the end of the service.

Joe, Scott, and Steve were all very well versed in the trade, answered every question I had with multiple options, estimates, reasons to do or not to do something, etc. They encountered a wealth of issues that were all problematic to replacing a water main, but handled them with the kind of expertise you know you want to see in people who are in charge of making sure your house has water, and that it is done right.

My old plumber retired, and I have been through a couple of the others looking for the right crew to trust with solid work, and not gouging you through the teeth. After this, I don't need to keep looking for the right people. I'm confident in the work, and the price was right. Hopefully I don't have to call for service like this again, but if I do at least I know I can rely on a good crew with a price tag that is not reflecting a thousand car fleet and massive overhead.

This review is something of an oddity. I did not use Plumber of Tucson, however I still gave them a 5-Star Rating!! Reason is that I got a call from a very professinal and polite person (Chris) and we set up an appt for one of his technicians to come to my house for a next-day inspection of the job, and for a quote. My mother-in-law who is 90 years old had a slippage of her health and I had to bring her to my house, thus I had to cancel the appointment. I got a very heart-felt email from Chris (late in the evening) wishing my family the best, and asked if I needed anything from him. C'mon.... who does that? Only caring folks!! And no doubt, that is exactly how Plumber of Tucson conducts their business. Just thought y'all should know....

Don is very professional and knows what he's doing. He showed up on time and completed the job quickly. I will recommend him to friends, and would hire him again.... actually, I'm having him install a shower.

Actually, I did hire Don to take out a walk-in tub and install a shower kit and glass doors. This job I am NOT happy with. There is 1 screw holding one end shower panel in place and forced to touch the wall stud. This puts the shower out of square and voids the warranty on the shower. He refuses to extend the studs out to meet the shower wall because I hired a plumber, not a carpenter. He could have told me what the problem was, but instead he told me the walls were out of square...they are not. Be very careful if hiring this company.

I got several bids and met several plumbers for my large Plumbing job which included running some new pipes, termnating others in slab, installing a gas tankless water heater, and running a gas line to my rear yard for my BBQ. Don, the Owner is very patient and during my decision making process answered all my concerns and questions. Excellent work installing water filtration system

These guys are the best! They are quick, responsive, professional. They are very fair with their prices, and don't charge for things that don't need to be fixed! They have done good work at my house, and prices were very reasonable. Today I needed them to come replace a faulty gas valve which supplies my grill. It wasn't engaging and I thought it was broken inside. They tightened a screw, completely checked it, confirmed it was ok, and didn't charge me. They showed me how they checked it and confirmed it is fine, and did not condescend at all--he said to never mess with gas lines yourself, it was right to call. Anything I need for plumbing, I call them, and highly recommend them.

This summer, the plumbing in our 1940’s fixer upper completely disintegrated. We had multiple companies provide estimates and quotes – one company employee went as far as saying that he couldn’t believe our house passed inspection and that he had NEVER seen our issue covered by insurance (cue major meltdown). Then, Don from Plumbers of Tucson provided an estimate (talk about night and day). Don was extremely knowledgeable about our plumbing issue AND was an expert about how best to work with insurance companies. Recently, the men from Plumber of Tucson did a complete repiping of my 100+ year old adobe casita in Tubac due to a ruptured water line. The water lines were the original ones and buried under slab. I recently had Plumber of Tucson (PofT) install a saltless water conditioner. This required making a by-pass supply loop through the wall of the garage and installing 3 ball valves inside (to include or exclude the conditioner) that connected a pre-filter and the conditioner tank. Overall, I was very impressed with the professionalism exhibited during the quotation process (done over the phone and email with pictures) and with the quality and attention to detail of the work performed.

Josh promptly followed up with questions I had, including providing two different install options (hard copper supplied by PofT or using the vendor’s install kit). I am new to Tucson and had not worked with any plumber here before. I was a bit apprehensive since the job required cutting the main water supply into the house to make a by-pass loop and the two other quotes I received were for $300 more. Josh’s information was clear and concise however and the other vendors did not seem that interested in a job of this size and were more difficult to communicate with. Given the positive reviews and my gut feel for what I job of this type should cost, I went with PofT.

A two-man team came out to perform the work. They were on time and completed the work in about 3.5 hours including a trip to acquire more parts. The completed job looks very professional and it was clear that attention was paid to both form and function. The conditioner has worked perfectly with no leaks and I was given instructions on how best to relieve pressure on the system for future maintenance.

However, Josh and Jerry reconnected my original shower handle and did not charge me anything. Wow! what great service and customer service. When I need plumbing service in the future I will call Plumber of Tucson and request Josh and Jerry.

Plumber of Tucson was a nice surprise! Matt was a very nice young man. He was polite and knowledgeable and insisted on wearing booties in my house even though I told him he didn't need to! The price was quoted up front and was half of what one of the bigger companies in town had quoted. I would definitely call them again!

I love these guys! They are prompt, very professional and get the job done quickly. Matt is great and I will definitely call him the next time I have a plumbing issue.

This company is FANTASTIC!
I contacted them for gas line installation and we set up an appointment. On the day of the appointment two gentlemen arrived with their masks on due to covid. John and Joe introduced themselves and I couldn’t of asked for any two better plumbers to of been sent our way! They were knowledgeable, trustworthy and extended exemplary customer service. They really went out of their way to answer any and every question that we had and completed the job in a timely manner.
We are definitely going to keep using them in the future for other projects that we have going.

Installed Green Fusion water softener.

They installed a Phyn and a water softener system at my house. Getting a quote and scheduling and install was pretty easy and fast. Although they didn't make the appointment window because of an emergency, they did come later and stayed late to finish the job which I appreciated. They did a great job. The water in the house is noticeably softer.

We had a new Pelican water treatment installed and work completed on our water heater. Don was extremely helpful suggesting the work that needed to be done and gave us a very competitive quote. John, our plumber, was right on time, completed the work, and did a great job on the installation. There was no sales pressure, no inflated quotes, just quality work for a very fair price. I will definitely use Plumber of Tucson for all my plumbing needs.

I had these guys install a Halo full home water filtration system a while back, and WOW what a great product! They had recommended it to replace my very frustrating soft water system. The halo uses no salt and maintains itself. ZERO issues so far, and I’ve got Dasani coming out of every faucet in my home!

I highly recommend Plumber of Tucson! We called Plumber Of Tucson after our bathtub quit draining one day. Our situation went from bad to worse once we learned that we would need to break through the concrete in the closet behind the bathtub in order to fix the broken pipe. I couldn't ask for better service to handle an expensive, long, and complicated procedure like this. I was impressed with the quality of their plumbing work throughout the entire process. Moreover, I was impressed with the professionalism of Don and his crew. I felt that they respected and took care of our house, worked hard to find the most cost-effective solution, were easy to communicate with, and respected their scheduling commitments. Plumber of Tucson has been great to work with. Very responsive and came out to our house very quickly when we realized we had a water leak in our wall. Josh was able to get it fixed fast and removed all the wet dry wall. I highly recommend Plumber of Tucson. They are good, honest plumbers!

Plumber of Tucson recently helped me troubleshoot a slab leak. After walking through all the options, we decided a whole house re-pipe would be the most economical thing to do to ensure no future problems for my 60 year old house.

Every person we worked with along the way was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They did everything they could to minimize the damage to the house and cleaned up the site every day.

Whole process took under a week and we couldn't be happier. They recommended several sheet rock contractors to help with the small holes that they were required to make along the way.

When I was looking for a plumber to fix a broken pipe underneath my kitchen floor Don responded quickly and came the next day to give me an estimate. Not only was he affordable but walked us through all the steps and was available when we needed him. They did a great job and cleaned up nicely. I decided to buy a water softener and wanted it installed. I checked with several other plumbers and none would install it without purchasing a unit from them. I came across Plumber of Tucson, called them and Don immediately called me back and quoted me a very fair price for just installation. Don suggested I look at a locally made unit before buying one. I decided to go with the one I had picked out. We scheduled an installation appointment for the next few days. The night before the appointment Don called and said his installer was in the area and could come over then, which he did. The installation was done that night. I noticed a little condensation on the pipes the next morning and Don immediately sent his tech back out and it was fixed.
Very happy with the price, service and peace of mind knowing Don will take care of any installation issues. Highly recommend

This company installed my new under-sink filter 7 months ago and I have been very pleased with it. I recently called them as I needed help with finding and replacing the 2 filters. They not only came out, but installed 2 new filters and left me with 2 additional. I have dealt with Don and John and a newer lovely young man whose name I forget, and they have been super friendly. helpful and I won't hesitate to recommend them and use them for all future plumbing needs

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give this business 10 stars, I would! SW Gas turned off our gas due to a leak. The first company I reached out to recommended I go ahead and replace ALL the piping (foregoing the location test) because “putting a bandaid on the leak wasn’t advisable.” They quoted me $10,000 for full repair. OUCH!
Josh and Scott, from Plumber of Tucson, arrived to provide a detection test. They were very kind and professional and took the time to show/explain to me how they were running their tests. They too found a leak, in an area that allowed for gas to be turned back on in the house and remain off to the backyard. Josh even called and spoke to SW gas for me explaining everything and facilitating a tech come to the house to get things turned back on, without delay. Without a doubt, this team went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Their knowledge and assistance has resulted in the gas to my house being turned on tonight instead of 8-10 days later. We purchased a home that needed all the water lines replaced. Don came over and explained everything he would have to do and how long it would take. His bid was the lowest and most inclusive. He was the only one that included new shower and tub valves. This made a lot of sense replacing them while the walls were open. He did an excellent job and cleaned up well when he was done Finished the job in the time frame he quotef.. We had the hot water heater replaced and a few other upgrades all at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Plumber of Tucson fo any plumbing needs.
