I have used The carlson Company for years. They are wonderful. They treat their clients very well and always clean up. I would give them a perfect 10 every time. I love these guys and gals. Thank you to all of them for every you have done for me.

We thought our water heater was going out, but Mike came out and looked at it and found lint had built up around the unit causing it to not work properly. He cleaned it thoroughly and made sure it heated up. He saved us money by not just saying we needed a new one. We really appreciated that Mike checked it out and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely use The Carlson Company again!

We called the Carlson Company to our house many times to help us with repairs with A/C and plumbing. They always come the day that we call them. They've replaced a water heater, helped with a few plumbing leaks and even cleaned out our sewer line. They are very professional and reliable. We will continue to use their services.

Our A/C was limping along in the heat of summer and Mike and his team were very responsive to our needs! They were prompt, courteous, neat and tidy, and offered a great price. We liked them so much we asked them to change out or water heater too! Would definitely recommend these guys!!

I originally had a problem with my heating and cooling system. After several attempts to get it going it was later found to be a short in the mother board. The Carlson Company is part of my Home Team. They are the only company I call for heating, cooling, and plumbing. After a recent kitchen remodel, Ed and Nick came out to reinstall the plumbing under the kitchen sink. In addition, they reinstalled our dishwasher, and made sure everything was functioning. This wasn't the first time Ed and Nick provided service for us, it's always a pleasure having them come out to deal with any service issues we may have.

We were in need of some repairs and The Carlson Company came out quickly. They listened to our concerns, explained how they were going to fix them and then did exactly what they said. They were friendly and professional. We were very pleased with the service we received.

Very rude they're lack of knowledge for aspc or upc plumbing & gas code and the treatment of Knowledge able employees due to egotistical ownership with the mentality of a high school bully causes progression to be slow if any. Don't outshine the master or you shall falter. The last words of a true leader on his way to search for another opportunity with love of growth instead of hate of heroism. 1/2 of the company is great HVAC but if you're looking for plumbing I'd be weary!

I have been with The Carlson Companies for over 35 years now. They installed the HVAC system in our house during construction and they have been servicing the units ever since. We also have a small office building and Carlson keeps us running there too.
Over the years, we've done renovations and additions to our house. Carlson was right there with us for both the HVAC and the Plumbing.

At the outset, I worked with Dave (the dad) and then with Mike and David, his sons. They were also willing and able to jump on any project or maintenance issue. There was no project too big or small. Their goal is always to do good quality work and keep everything working. And they do this pretty much any time of the day and on short notice. This work mindset and work ethic has extended to any staff they send our way as well.

I can't say enough good things about this company and its employees, including the office staff. They are our go to company for all of our HVAC and Plumbing work. I would highly recommend them to take care of your HVAC and plumbing needs.

My heat went out. It's New Year's Eve. It's the holiday weekend. Late afternoon. Torrential Downpour. Ongoing pandemic. These people are literally heroes. I would not call another company for HVAC needs. They show up when you need them most and they do things right.

My Ac went out during the hottest time of the year, and Carlsons Heating & Air Conditioning was there to save the day! The entire family has been with them for very long time. I won't go with anyone else.

Had a couple of minor plumbing projects and one rather major one. Bryan was assigned the job and he was terrific. He's a delightful, professional and skilled technician. Couldn't ask for more.

Installed a new HVAC system on two units for half the quoted price of a competitor. Cools fantastically during the heatwaves and keeps the house nice and dry inside during the humid season. Also always been great for maintain of both the AC and water heater. A top choice always.

Carlson also installed a water softener for us. They couldn't be nicer to work with. They always call to let us know that they are on the way, all the service people are neat and friendly (not to mention knowledgeable). We have had two previous service companies work for us (we've been in our house for 30 years). One of which we asked to install our water softener--we asked for three years and never even got a price from them. All they told us was which type they would recommend. They rerouted our ductwork when we remodeled our master bath and closet. It was a very challenging reroute, but they took it on, and it works so much better than it ever had. We will continue their services as long as we are in this house--and they are in business. Could not recommend them more highly!

We had Avery good experience with Carlson. They were very professional from their bid through the entire job.the workmen were prompt to start on schedule and completed on schedule.the owner checked up on the job everyday,sometimes more than once.

Had three air conditioners installed. Service and install was outstanding. Joe Grotto, the Service Manager who coordinated quotes and the install, was extremely receptive to our needs and coordinated an excellent install. The installers were very neat and clean during the entire install. Would definitely use them again for all our plumbing and a/c needs.

I have used The Carlson Company for several years now for all types of A/C and Heating needs. Repairs, installations, modifications and routine servicing were done for me both at work and my home. When my Sister in Law moved into town just recently and bought a Townhouse my wife and I suggested using Carlson to do the replacement or her HVAC system. Mike the owner came by to look at a gas issue I had questions about. I recently bought this house a few months ago and had a few questions. Pricing/cost has been competitive

I spoke with a few other companies around town regarding replacing an old unit that had gone out. I was quoted anywhere from 4-6 weeks due to back order of units. When I spoke with Dave, he ensured me that he would find something that would work and be sure to beat the time frame I was given. Dave went above and beyond to find a solution and made sure to keep me informed through the process. And the price was very fair and there were no hidden fees or surprises after the install. I would recommend them to anyone in need of AC or plumbing.

Gerard was very professional and courteous. They came to repair the heater and checked the whole system and found a bad ac part also. Our unit was old and theyfound all the parts, ordered them and installed them as promised. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

We have a home that is 110 years old and needs tender loving care. We have used Carlson for just about every issue you can imagine over the last 20 years and simply cannot say enough about what a terrific job they do. They have responded to emergencies immediately, scheduled non-emergency installations and repairs in a timely manner and are always there for us. All of their employees either know immediately what to do or will research and find a solution for us every time. They discuss costs and options with us and are unfailingly honest and above board about everything, many times saving us money in the process. I have and will to continue to recommend them to everyone, everywhere, all the time.

A lot of work was accomplished (replacement of two residential HVAC units) within the estimated time-frame, notwithstanding the need for unexpected trouble-shooting & repair of one brand new piece of factory-delivered equipment. Two tech's showed up every day on-time, worked hard, were technically very proficient, and completed the job to a high standard of quality. On top of it all, they patiently answered the myriad of technical questions that I'm always compelled to ask! I've been using Carlson for several years for annual inspections & repairs, and this job was completed in exactly the fashion I had expected. I will continue to be their client as long as I have need of these services in the Tucson area!

If the driver is a representation of the company I would never hire them. Your driver on Kolb heading towards Rita Ranch is an extremely rude driver. On purpose got into the left lane and didn't let anyone pass in a company truck is an idiot.
