I feel like it was way overpriced as I was the one who made while in the wall to see leak. It was a small valve replaced in which is inexpensive. Price was over $650 because it was a weekend etc. I feel like everything and every business has sky rocketed in prices. Nothing is affordable!

My 1st floor ceiling is leaking and I called riteway. Eric Cordova came in the same day. He is experienced to quickly make a diagnosis- it is the water pipeline broken. He suggested a compresentative plan to get my input. The next day, he came over and start to rework on the entire pipeline in the house. He is really competent rechnician, perform the high quality work, considerate thought to work on a bathroom and shower so we can use the water. He clean the working area everyday, and the next two days he and the other two technicians placed all the pipes throughout the entire house. By the 3rd day, all bath rooms and kitemchen connected with water. Riteway and Eric is so professional, competent, considerate for the customer, I would highly recommdate them for any plumbing repair.

Oscar, Antonio, Tyler and Brian were amazing! They were professional, friendly and thorough. I always dreaded repair calls with our previous AC company. These guys communicated with me and I could tell with each other. Each person that came to my house already knew what was going on I didn't have to go through everything all over again. Bob Manson Sr. was on time for the electrical upgrade portion of my new H2O Heater installation and did a very fine job adding the new breaker box required by code and needed by the H20 Tech ( Daniel Amaya) to install properly.Daniel Amaya was on time with the new heater unit and effectively removed all of the old, carefully prepped the area and new connections, then installed the new unit to code and completed service well within the time quoted. Daniel took great pains to be sure there was no air in the lines and tested carefully for flow and temps, etc.NOTE- I've done a few DIY installations of H2O heaters in my time and found these two gentlemen to have VERY high work standards on this job. I heartily recommend both Bob Manson SR & Daniel Amaya of Riteway.R.F. Brache Jr.

I would recommend this business for anyone who wants their project or repair done right the first time. It has been years since we have experienced a service that does everything correctly from the moment they book your appointment through completion. Daniel did superb job of diagnosing our water softener issue and installing new loop piping to our water softener to standard. I love the service I received. I was dealing with high heat and my ac went out. I’ve elderly parents living with me and this was a huge concern. Rite Way got me in the same day I called them. My Home warranty couldn’t get me in for a week. At 110 degrees this wasn’t an option to me anymore. The problem was fixed and was at a reasonable cost then staying in a hotel for a couple nights. They kept me informed throughout the day when the tech would arrive. Thank you for making us a priority and giving us a great experience through a rough time.

Keith Cummings stopped by today for our annual water heater flush. He was very pleasant and professional. Knowledgable on all aspects of water heater operation, he promotly assessed the equipment, installation and current state of the WH. Dispite it’s 8 year age, we were in good shape but he provided costs for several options should we decide to upgrade in the future. Luis came and inspected my hot water heater because it had gone out during the middle of the night. He showed me what had happened. He then listed in clear and easy way my options. I chose the repair option as it is pretty tight these days. Luis then let me know the part wasn’t available but he would take a look and see if could re-seat the problem part. He was awesome and was able to fix it for now. My husband and I will definitely call Rite Way again. Thank you Luis and Rite Way for being available on a quick notice and being so nice.

Mylan Johnson came last week to take care of some plumbing issues I have been having. I thought I would have to replace my garbage disposal, but Mylan was able to fix it so I would not have to pay for a new disposal. In addition, he fixed a bathroom sink that was draining slow, and a commode that was that was leaking. He was able to address all my problems quickly and efficiently. Plumbing issues: The plumbing company I have used the past few years and trusted completely merged with Rite Way so was not sure about using them, but had two leaks with little options in an emergency.The plumbers that came out took care of the problems quickly and were very personable, friendly and willing to go through what they were doing step by step. This is very important to me even though I understand it can be annoying to have someone following you around and asking questions while you are trying to work. Unfortunately this needing to know has come from previous bad and costly experiences so very necessary for me to feel comfortable working with new people.Prices were reasonable for the work done.Will continue to use this company as long as they continue sending competent professionals and charge appropriately.So far, thumbs up.

Contacted by Rite Way for servicing. Made the appointment, surprisingly they had an opening the very next day. Their technician, Jose Calderon, called me said he’d be there in 30 minutes and he was right on time. He went straight to work. After he completed his checks, he gave me a breakdown on everything (with pictures). He was prompt, professional, left everything spotless. Very pleased!

I do not usually write product or service evaluations. However, I chose to do so today because of the exemplary service I received. From my first call two days ago, Rite Way’s customer service and response time for my ductless HVAC problem was professional and timely. They were able to schedule an appointment for less than 2 days from my first call. When Jorge A. arrived, he was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took photos of the areas I was unable to see, which showed what was causing the problems we were having. Jorge A. also fully explained why we were having the problems, and what needed to happen to rectify it. Jorge A. also explained each of the the charges, and answered all of my questions. They also have a reasonably priced maintenance program that was similar to one I had while living in another state. I am so happy that I called Rite Way!

2023 - Kenneth Beam completed our bi-annual maintenance & installed a surge protector on our mini-split. He showed up on time and worked very efficiently. You could tell that quality is important to him. He is friendly & polite. Kenneth is a good ambassador for Rite-Way.We want to compliment the Rite-Way team for the VIP Maintenance checks & service they have provided us in 2022. Matthew Dean & Ronald Miles came to our home for our semi-annual service & filter replacements in January & August, respectively. They were both friendly, positive & knowledgeable. Their work pace is very efficient. They explained what they were doing as they performed each task. They took pictures for documentation. In addition to a thorough inspection, Matthew found an issue with 2 capacitors and replaced them at that appointment. During Ron's thorough evaluation, he discovered the metal shroud covering the refrigeration lines on our roof had blown off. He immediately reconnected it. He recommended two other maintenance options for us to consider. After we made our decision, Ron returned to replace a 3 pole contactor. Karin in the office should also be recognized for her patience in coordinating our appointments & answering our questions.2021 - Richard Huerta replaced our old condensate pan which was leaking & installed a new over flow safety switch. He is always very professional & efficient & considerate of our time. He protected our floor with tarps as it was raining. Richard was here earlier this year for our bi-annual service. Rite-Way's Office staff always keeps us up to date on scheduling. We have been a Rite-Way customer since 2009.

We had plumbing issues that needed immediate attention. The response was excellent from the first call to Riteways office to the finish of the project. Robert Valenzuela was our main contact. He was very efficient in communicating when him and other service people were to arrive. This project had some challenges, and Robert always accommodated with an excellent attitude. Other Riteway staff that we were impressed with includes Mylan Johnson, Carlos Smith, and I am embarrassed that I do not remember one other staff person's name who worked with Carlos, but they all were very professional and hard working. We definitely recommend Riteway to family and friends. Staff are very knowledgeable, skilled, and very professional. I give them a 5 plus, plus, plus rating.

Service tech, Mo Do did a thorough job for our bi-annual service contract as well as review the entire service process and findings with me. The only negative was that his emplyer was unable to commit to an approx am or pm appointment, prior to 8:30am, the morning of that appt day; so I had to dedicate my entire day to a 2 hr service appt.

The operators were nice, but the service was very unpleasant. I initially called to get a tune up and my outside unit cleaned. I was told they were booked and availability was 3 weeks out. Okay. 3 weeks pass. I called about two days before to verify the date and time. Was told it's still booked. The day of, I was informed they can't make the appointment because they were full. Amazing. Not sure if it was because of the time of day for the appointment, but that was not great to tell your customer. I call and the day of and inform them I waited 3 weeks and they say they will try to FIT me in. I call again after waiting during the appointment window and they say they will pass the message to the main dispatch line and TRY to get out but no gurantee because they're busy. I tell them this is riduculous because they have employees who live in my Sahuarita neighborhood. But. I waited. 2 more hours pass. I decide that I'm done waiting because I got things to do. They call right before I decide to leave my house at 6:00 in the evening and say they are wrking to get a tech out after they finish a job. I told them no thanks and that I will use someone else. Suprising because I used them the year before and had no issue with my appointment. Not using them going forwad.

I called and said the AC wasn't cooling as well as it should and tried to schedule a maintenance. The woman on line said that she could just schedule a repair for the next day rather than a maintenance that I would have to wait like a week for. She told me it would be like the same and they would maintenance it if that was a problem. The next day they come and look around and come to the conclusion that there are just minor problems and components are dirty. I am charged 89$ and he leaves. Keep in mind I was aware that the AC wasn't too bad and figured it just needed a maintenance which I tried to schedule. I was charged 89$ for a diagnosis that I needed a maintenance when I was told that's what I would be getting.

Rite Way recently installed 2 new HVACs at our house. The project manager, Eric, was top notch. From the estimate, to the installation, to following up the installation with a walk through - Eric and the team at Rite Way were great. We had been using another heating and cooling company for seasonal service. They recommended system replacement instead of repair, so we shopped it around. When Eric visited our home and gave us his suggestions and estimates, it was a no brainer that we would be going with Rite Way to do the job. They replaced our water heater several years ago, our a/c unit about the same time, and helped us with 2 huge outside leaks this year. Today Luis was especially helpful since our outside water was going haywire. He was on site as soon as he could and replaced the faulty faucet with one that is much more disability friendly as well. Night and day- New A/C install great but horrible experience with Ventilation team. Furniture got damaged from their machine. I had to vacuum and clean all the dirt under each vent he left me and the vents still looked dirty and dusty inside. Called to express my dissatisfaction twice and both times was told supervisor would contact me. Yet to hear from anyone almost 2 weeks. Do not recommend this service to anyone due to poor customer service and doing a poor job.

Anthony Chapa arrived much earlier than we expected (which was fantastic), was patient while we described our problem, gave us credit for knowing what was going on in our own home, got right to work on the problem and explained what he was doing, he behaved like the professional we have come to expect from RiteWay associates and was engaging, affable and made us feel extremely happy we called RiteWay. Have had them install 2 systems at my home. We pay monthly for maintenance program. Last time they were out our main system was left unplugged during record Tucson heat. The AC ran for 7 hours straight to cool house back down. In addition the unit in our sunroom always keeps temp at 80°, where we have it set. Since the service it does NOT keep room cool anymore. I have reached out numerous times on social media and they have not responded once!! Really fed up! The customer service has really gone to hell.

Had a complete unit put in 6 yrs ago. Repurchased a maintenance contract. Michael Contreras came to my home 11/3/22. RiteWay kept in touch with me about my upcoming appointment, as did Michael-and he was early for the appointment. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable. Rite-way has been my heating and cooling provider for over 2 decades and several HVAC's. This morning, Jasmine arrived on time, was extremely friendly (as are all the techs at Rite-Way) and took care of an electrostatic filter change for the HVAC system on the roof. Took pictures of the before and after filter change and emailed them to me. Rite-way is by far the best HVAC company in Tucson! They also handle plumbing amongst other things. While it was very painful to hear I needed a new compressor on my 4 year old AC unit, Ben Bodwell, did everything he could to ease the pain of this news. Although the part was covered under warranty the labor was not, and boy was that a hit to the pockets. Ben was very kind, professional and took the time to contact a supervisor since my unit was only 4 years old. I appreciated him taking the time to go above and beyond to try ease this burden. Not only was he kind, courteous and professional but he took his time making sure he had exhausted and tested everything before just hitting me with a bill for a new compressors labor. During the install, again he was very kind and courteous, arrived on time, let me know I could leave the house and he’d call when he needed me to come back to turn the unit on. He also called and gave me updates along the way. When he was done, he also went in the attic because I have a split unit. The main unit is outside the other is in my attic. He checked the attic to make sure the condensation pan and line was not clogged as during monsoon this can be an issue. Overall I just want to thank Ben for his courtesy and professionalism during the whole process. If you get Ben as your tech, just know you are in good hands. You can tell he genuinely cares about how customers and treats them as he would want to be treated if he was in the same situation!

It was hard for me to find a local plumber who would come out to unclog a commercial toilet. I contacted Rite Way and even though they had to drive 1 1/2 hours they came right away and were less expensive as local plumbers we used in the past. The tech was professional and on time. Due to a main breaker failure on our home electrical panel, Monte Moore from Rite Way came to our home and took complete charge of the problem. Monte had TEP out to shut off power, (that in itself was an accomplishment), replaced the main breaker and had our power back on in less than an hour. He then diagnosed the problem, arranged to pick up the part and returned to install the part, and then double-checked the repair. He answered all of my questions, explained the problem/solution and checked on another service I had asked about. The business manager called a week or so later about my interest in this service. Everything was done in a competent and professional manner by everyone involved. We had a collapse of our sewer main and a back up, no fun! We contacted Rite Way to do a sewer hydro flush and they found the problem and were able to get a couple team members over right away to work on the line and repair it that very day. They scoped the line and found other problems. Our home is 80 years old so it was time to give the sewer line some much needed care. Aaron and Robert and their team of guys came up with a plan of lining the pipe into the street and doing some replacement. It was a big project, everyone who came was professional, communicated well, and knowledgeable. I appreciated that they did a quality job, promptly and also worked with me to make it as convenient as possible under the circumstances. I would highly recommend Rite Way for sewer repair and lining if you have to go through this problem.

Ben was here to do routine maintenance on our heat pumps. We were so impressed with how meticulously he performed his job, his professionalism, and the way he kept us informed about the process.Thank you, Ben!_______A+. Our home had two 18-year-old heat pumps that finally gave out during the hottest week of the year and needed to be replaced. A huge hassle and a huge expense. We hired RiteWay to install two new Trane heat pumps because we'd had good experiences in the past using them for HVAC maintenance and also for plumbing. They're truly a first-class operation. You feel like a valued customer from the moment they answer the phone. I especially appreciate that they show up exactly when they say they will. The tech who diagnosed the problems, Dave, had been here before and knew our equipment. He's top notch. I can't say enough good things about our project manager, Brandon, who carefully explained our options and the costs. There was never any hard sell, just the facts, and we really appreciated that. The installation crew showed up on time and worked their butts off. Like everyone else at RiteWay, they were courteous and professional. Unfortunately, two hours after they left, one of our newly installed heat pumps stopped working! It was late on Friday evening, but I texted Brandon. He responded immediately and within the hour RiteWay had sent technician Manny to our house to find the problem and fix it. Turned out to be a very minor thing: the 18-year-old condensation drainage pipe hadn't been completely flushed out, which had caused the system to kick off. Manny quickly diagnosed it and fixed it. Can't imagine what would have happened late on a Friday evening if we had hired some other, lesser company. We probably would have boiled to death all weekend before anyone answered the phone! But RiteWay did it the RIGHT WAY, and took care of us. Therefore, RiteWay gets our highest recommendation and we look forward to having a long, ongoing relationship with them.

David Sosa come over to perform an A/C tune up on my 17 year old Trane air-conditioning system. David found several little things that he repaired on the spot. He was very professional and answered all my questions. He went well above what I expected.During his work he found that I had a plumbing leak and showed me where it was at. He immediately got on the phone to schedule a plumber to come out and take a look at it. He helped me clean up the water and made sure that the water was shut off to our home until it could be repaired.I am so blessed that David Sosa works for Rite Way. I had the pleasure of working with Robert Valenzuela, from right way this week. I had some major plumbing issues, and he was able to coordinate all of the work efficiently through his staff members and one of the blue stake workers. The staff members were Carlos and Tacoma. Eusebio begin the initial work, and I was so impressed because he had to excavate dirt and everything was left as it was before I was so impressed with his professionalism and work. Yesterday, Robert and his team were here to complete the work. Robert, ensure that he was going to do everything possible so that I would not have to do any major repair work, and that was done. I will recommend Robert at any time because his services word, integrity and professionalism.

Moved to the area 7 years ago, purchased a new built home and decided it was time to have routine maintenance done. Having no knowledge of any of the HVAC companies, I selected Rite-Way, and boy I'm I glad I did. I had Charles M. take care of the HVAC maintenance/repair, and Marco N. complete the maintenance on the water heater. These guys are truly professional in their knowledge and have outstanding customer skills. They both explained the complete process and provided useful tips. They were personable and engaging. I felt I received a fair value from Rite-Way. Depending on my needs going forward, I will definitely request Charles and/or Marco as my technician!

Getting a new ac was an unexpected, expensive purchase, so we contacted 4 companies before making a decision. Now that we are finally done with the process and have a working system again, we can confidently give a good review of Rite Way and everyone we worked with. Geoffrey, our salesperson, was efficient and knowledgeable. He provided detailed information for multiple options, answered all our questions, and never made us feel pressured to make a purchase. Melina, Jerry and Stacy were a phenomenal installation crew. They were on time, worked diligently all day, cleaned up the mess and kept us informed throughout the process. The system itself is fantastic! Keeps us cool, is much quieter, and has some nifty smart features. Hope not to need another HVAC contractor for our home anytime soon, but if you do, give Rite Way a try!!

Business advertises 24/7 service but still has not called or come back to finish the job. Supposed to order and replace parts that they previously “repaired” and it feels like they keep dodging calls and avoiding my a/c repair because it is covered in warranty and not a high paying case. And I’ve been told my technician has been moved onto other appointments… so the company is still taking care of other units but can’t update me on what’s going on. I just want my home a/c fixed from the previous repair they should’ve done correctly the first time

My wife saw a leak in our garage from our water heater and called Rite Way. Within two hours Jerald and Aaron were at our house and helped us diagnose that after 14 years our water heater was done.They gave us some quotes for tankless and tanked water heater replacements. We went with the tanked option and they were able to remove and haul away our old heater and install a new one on the spot.Jerald and Aaron were friendly, professional and very helpful. They answered all my questions and got us whatever discounts were available to us. My Tucson house had the original AC system from 1999 and while it was functional I knew it needed to be replaced BEFORE it failed. After checking a few companies I noticed how many positive reviews Rite Way had received so I gave them a call. They have the most responsive and informative approach to customer service I have ever experienced. When you make an appointment, they tell you who is going to come and when they are going to come. It was amazing to have a company arrive on time. When Michael the project manager arrived for my estimate he was polite, professional as well as knowledgeable. We discussed options, terms, and benefits in a low pressure conversation. He scheduled the install based on what was convenient for us and Rite Way took care of the rest. I received calls and texts reminding me of our appointment and again the crew arrived on time as scheduled. Every single person on the crew was genuinely friendly and polite. They sure did hustle as well. My house had two complete systems that were removed and replaced with Lennox equipment. They even replaced my Nest Thermostats with better Lennox ones that were designed for my equipment. I liked the Nest connectivity feature but they never seemed to match up with my equipment perfectly. Lorenzo the lead installer had two crews working as efficiently as possible. I couldn't believe they could get it done in less than a day but they did. Manny, Dario, Johnny, Oscar and Devin kept busy but always paused to answer a question if I had one. Mike the project manager came at the end of the install to make sure I was satisfied. That's when I found out that they took the time to correct some of the shortcuts the original installers took with the ducting. Manny described how our ducts were not as optimal as they could be so they re-routed them to improve flow and at no additional charge.I know there are several companies offering AC services. I don't see how they can compete with Rite Way's approach to customer service unless they copy it exactly. Tucson is so lucky to have Rite Way

Riteway is amazing. Along with a new HVAC and Heating system, Riteway reconstructed my entire area making it way more functional for me. I vetted three other companies, one (very well know company) even told me I should take the deal at Riteway because they were a great company and they couldn't even match it. Riteway completely reconstructed the area around my system with Hector managing the entire project, and predicted any issues that could have arisen..covering them in the quote so there were no unforeseen surprises or costs. This business has been phenomenal since our first phone call with Samantha, she answered all our questions and if she wasn’t clear of an answer, she took the time to check. Then Justin C. Came out, was personable, informative and gave us options. Ultimately we then chose your company to do a long awaited major repair on our sewer line. One the day of the scheduled repair everyone involved showed up on time and as scheduled. Shane D. and David P. worked all day in the heat, then some rain, and continued working with amazing positive attitudes, explaining every step. Professional, excellent communication, quality, and well trained are just a few of the positive adjectives I'd use to describe the team and various people I interacted with at Rite Way Heating Cooling and Plumbing. Most of us can barely remember what good service was like. This company should train other companies including some nationals on how to do it right from start to finish. I ordered a new heating and air conditioning system from an outstanding project manager late Friday afternoon. He was able to throughly explain my options and answer all questions so I could make an informed decision. Monday morning the installation team was at my house taking out the old system and putting in the new. By 5 pm they were done and there was no sign they had been there other than we had new equipment. They cleaned up to the last tiny speck on the garage floor where they unpacked the equipment. Thank you!

We had our ducts and vents cleaned by Rite Way this morning. The Service Tech was Rene Zayas-Rojo. He was on time, very friendly and courteous, and very professional. Since it was about a 3 hour job, we decided to leave to have breakfast. Rene was left alone in the house to do his work. Even getting the quote was extremely fast and transparent. Oh, and they patched the drywall! Our old electric company just left gaping holes in the walls and ceilings, so this was really nice. During a construction project at our home, our contractor moved a thermostat to make room for a barn door at our house. After moving the t-stat, however, the A/C system did not restart, so we called RiteWay to address the problem. Ramon, their technician, was here by the end of the day, worked for several hours to diagnose the problem, and solved it by replacing a blown fuse and rewiring the thermostat to replace some damaged wiring in the wall. He was courteous, considerate, patient, and thoughtful, and solved the problem, all the while encouraging us that he could do so with the least expense. Go, Ramon!

Mike Davis did a FABULOUS job when my mother's A/C went down last week; he found the problem fast, offered three options for service, got the A/C working quickly, replaced a thermostat and air filter that desperately needed replacement (though I'd missed that fact), and returned fast when a different issue arose. His work is outstanding; he's knowledgeable, efficient, transparent about the options. Once again I’m here to leave another amazing review for all the staff with Rite Way. It was amazing having to only deal with one w company for all of our house needs, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and sewer!Each individual did such an outstanding job. They kept me in the know if everything they were doing. They wer respectful of our home and what they did and how they could help. Each one communicated with us and made sure how everything works now and was explained every detail.I want to thank Noe for coming out and helping Monte with the rest of the electrical we needed done, you guys were a great team.Our plumber that helped with the water heater was Marco, he was awesome he made sure to explain everything to us and didn’t make me feel silly if I asked too many questions. Israel was another plumber who also helped with the water heater and also was very respectful and kind to us.The people who helped with the Sewer line were a little bit more shy than everyone else but were still very respectful and did communicate with us. Eric Cordova just performed a hot water tank flush and zinc rod replacement for us. Very efficient and did an exceptional job of explaining things including what types of sediment we saw flushing out. Made me glad I had Rireway install a descaling system a couple years ago. Another good experience with Riteway today.Nathan Villegas performed our semiannual HVAC service. He was efficient and extremely thorough, as well as a good communicator including pictures of all work and related gauge readings. He came out to address a concern with the air filtration system he installed in April. Found and promptly fixed a problem at no charge. Once again a very positive experience with Riteway.Previous review: I had a periodic HVAC checkup performed very expertly and efficiently by Jorge Aguayo. We had some really plumbing / water issues in our home that Rite Way addressed professionally and efficiently. Two young men reported the pipe they cleared appeared completely clear but because their camera was blurry, they would send someone out the next day to make sure things were good. These two men were polite & kept me informed as to what they were doing. Their supervisor Steve arrived the following day to make sure the work done correctly. I had some plumbing trouble which I had to have cleaned after hours as an emergency. After the unclogging of my main sewer line Ronnie Stamps came out to camera the lines to see what was happening with them. Well, I had to have the pipes cleaned out and a clean out installed. Through it all I was very pleased with the staff that worked on my home. Ronnie was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable which was very much appreciated, thank you for everything. Ronnie was there every step of the way making sure everything was handled properly. All of the technicians that I had work at my house were friendly and professional. They took care of what needed to be done quickly and efficiently. I would like to thank Shawn Folks and Nicholas Pena very much for the trenching and the clean out installation. I would also like to thank Michael Clothier and Emily Wolf very much as well, they worked very hard to clean the pipes and get everything back to working again. Aaron, Devon, Eli and one other person came to our rescue when our septic tank backed up due to being full with a crushed pipe draining it and all of the tributary pipes pipes were filled with tree roots and crud 2 weeks before Christmas. They had the high tech equipment to diagnose all of this before groundbreaking. All of the diagnoses were proven to be correct when the digging commenced. A major operation. They were polite, good-natured, easy communicators who were eager to please and fix problems. A big company with high tech equipment with small company caring. I have never had as positive an experience with a large company in Tucson since moving here in 2005.

If you’re peeking at the reviews because you’re unsure, CALL THEM!!!! We have had terrible luck with our pipes and have a break in one that is resulting in all of our drains backing up. Aaron and David actually did what two other companies were not able to do, and got the line cleared so our sinks, showers and laundry can drain and stop flooding our house. Everyone else we have called have thrown their hands up and said they can’t do it leaving us stranded. These two men worked their butts off to help my family out today. I hugged them, they are life savers. I called based on reviews, and I’m so happy I did. They have a customer for life. Aaron deserves a raise and an all expenses paid vacation.

I am a long time customer of Rite-Way Heating and Cooling but have never used their plumbing service before.I suspected a hot water leak beneath the concrete slab floor in my home. Leak was confirmed and located by leak locator company.I called Rite-Way Plumbing and a plumber was available the NEXT DAY.“Luis” dug down through tile (damaging only one square), rebar and concrete, located the leak and repaired it.The hole was then refilled with clean dirt and new concrete.Per above, only one 12”x 24” ceramic tile was destroyed in the process and can be easily replaced.Excellent precision work completed In one business day.Excellent and FAST customer service.CAN RECOMMEND RITE-WAY Plumbing Services.

When paying $79 for a maintenance/tune-up, I wasn't expecting it to simply be an opportunity for a sales pitch. That's what it felt like.The only true maintenance that was done in my eyes was spraying my hose at the external coils.With the free Freon leak included in my coupon (which I did witness a leak coming from my duct) the technicians were unable to conclude what was going on with that leak.It wasn't that the technicians were unprofessional, I just feel misled by the company. I think the service should be labeled as a diagnostic, not as maintenance/tune-up.EDIT: Rite Way made it right. They refunded my $79 and sent out a different technician who was more professional and helpful. Thank you!

I had an HVAC system installed because I switched from a propane gas system to electric. Everything from start to finish was an easy process and the sales rep, Ladislao, was even willing to accommadate me because of my work schedule. When everything was scheduled, I had Jose, Daniel, and Jacob show up for the actual install and were all very professional and the work they did was clean. They made sure everything was cleared out and any dust or mess was vacuumed. Daniel explained the new thermostat to where it was easy to unserstand and let me know that Ladislao would be following up with me in about a week to give me an orientation about the system I chose. I received a call from Rite Way to schedule that follow up with Ladislao. I will also be having the ducts and vents cleaned out tomorrow. I am very happy I chose this company. The price range for the project was reasonable based on the current market. I would definitely reach out again if I need any more work done. Thanks Rite Way for a great experience.

I called looking for an estimate to get a piece of PVC that was lodged in our sewer line out. Another company said there was a 60% chance they may be able to fish it out and if so it would cost $400-600. I called for another quote and Ronnie and his partner came out the same day. They thought they were going to have to cut into the pipe ($$$) because the PVC was wedged in there. They kept trying until they were able to break it up and flush it out, and the charge was $107. They were so kind and personable, and empathetic about the stress of having unexpected house expenses. They seemed determined to try everything to solve our problem, and took the time to show me pictures, explain what they were trying, and keep me updated along the way. I would recommend Ronnie, he’s an honest and kind person who clearly takes pride in his work. I hadn’t considered using Rite Way for plumbing work before but am definitely a customer from now on.

I am posting this review based on not receiving a call back on the service provided most recently. Which Rite Way is pretty good at. I initially called to ask why my gas bill, since having my HVAC installed has doubled. They sent a tech out to look at it, but nothing was resolved other than he didn't have all the right parts for his tester so I don't even know if the readings were correct. What also through me off was how he had to keep looking at the data plate for the required pressure readings for this Trane System. Shouldn't he already have that info based on the install info that should be on my account with them. Also I kept asking him how my gas bill could double in the same 3 months since replacing the HVAC. He kept saying it has been cold and also said it could be a leak and I said that's better luck than winning the lottery. No way you can tell me my house suddenly develops a leak right after a new install. He tested all the fittings and even the water heater and gas register, which he continually indicated he didn't have to. We maintain our house at 68 most of the winter, with the occasional bump up to 69. I'm afraid to see what my bill would be if we ran it higher. I gave this company props for a previous plumbing job, but maybe I was to quick to praise. The individual said he was attempting to call his manage to get assistance but eventually left saying he would call me or the manager would once he heard from him to fill me in on what could be going on. Right now I'm not really saving energy when my heater runs.

This is the second time we have replaced our HVAC and HWH in the 17 years we have lived in Tucson. By comparison the Rite Way experience is far superior to any we have had before. While the Trade Home HVAC product has improved, the complete service from sales to installation and maintenance is outstanding. Easy to understand. Matched all my research. Installation was superior to any I have had or seen. Sales was a great experience. My old systems were maintained by Rite Way. We are members. Everything from the folks in the office to the folks that come to your home. Outstanding. I sent an email inquiry last Saturday. I had a new HWH and HVAC by Friday. I made an afterhours call to Rite Way Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing at midnight on Saturday 7/22/23 that my HVAC unit was not working. Trea Suffecool one of their technicians was at my residence at 11:00 a.m. Sunday morning 7/23/23. Not only did he diagnose the problem immediately he had it fixed within an hour. From the very first meeting when Ramon Salazar came for a system maintenance to then having Hector Guzman help me pick the correct unit for my house to Tyler Conley coming out to scope out the job to having Joseph, Francisco and Mekyes put the unit in my house I experienced nothing but professionalism.All of them kept me up to date on everything that was happening and just made the whole experience a great one!Everyone one of them treated me with respect. But a shout out to Mekyes, who when we went out to look at the outside unit took my arm and helped me walk over the rocks which was difficult for me with my arthritis.To then after installation to have Hector come back again to make sure everything was done correctly and to hook up my wifi and the system to my phone was just an added bonus!I would also like to mention that as a customer I really appreciated to heads up texts with the picture of the person coming to my house! Going to start off by letting everyone know DO NOT use this company. Had them come out to my business two weeks ago, they charge you $140 just to have them come out to figure out the problem. Ok I get this and I paid it. Now the plumber who came out looked at the problem and told my manger that he could fix it for almost $3,000 and that would guarantee the problem was fixed. His solution was to replace all three of my faucets and that would fix the problem. REALLY that would fix the problem, I don't need a plumber to tell me if I put brand new faucets on that would fix the problem. I had my manger ask him if we could replace the cartridges in the faucets, to which the plumber replied I guess we could do that too let me get you a price. Now his price for that was $800, now mind you I found the original parts for this faucet for $32. Even at 100% mark up that is still half the price he gave me to fix this problem. Totally con artist and trying to take advantage of a small business. I have now reached out 4 separate time to speak to a manger and low and behold no one has called me back. So again I say DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Oscar and Lorenzo were on time and very professional. They were polite when they arrived. They took there time to install a new Trane ac unit outside and heater in my garage. Oscar took his time putting the thermostat in my hall with the carbon monoxide alarm. My walls were not damaged which made me happy. When my heater was installed Lorenzo showed me what they did and how to clean the pipe with the brush they left so it doesn't get clogged. Lorenzo also showed me how to use my new thermostat as well. This is a great company with wonderful workers who are so professional with a positive attitude. We will be calling you guys up if we run into any problems from ac, heating, or plumbing. Thank you both for your hard work today and making sure you cleaned up everything when you were done. I have been with this company for a few years. This year my heating and cooling system finally gave up. I decided on the system that was best for me with the help of my technician Richard and sales tech Heath. Heath told me about my payment options at length and found what worked for me. They were I felt honest and very informative. A wonderful crew came the very next morning and removed my old unit and installed my new unit. They were also very professional and friendly. $$$$##BEWARE$$$$$$$We had our unit repaired by Riteway and it is down once again. Compressor, condenser, coils, unit has no leaks, unit is 2 years old.It had a circuit malfunction and the original tech that came out placed a jumper wire to bypass a circuit so the unit would work.History- 4 different techs have touched this unit. First 2 techs mentioned that they would jump a wire to get the unit running while part comes in.Part comes in weeks later from Phoenix which is literally 3 hours from the house. I mentioned I can pick up the part to expedite since we have a family in there. When we called to get the status of the circuit board the lady mentioned what circuit board? We have no part ordered for you sure enough what I thought happened happened. They dropped the ball and didn't order the part. The part finally arrived and Rite Way said they would replace it and was replaced.At the moment of replacing the tech said they forgot to order another part and the repair was further delayed.Unit operated and shortly stopped. Tech went out again and said It was the jumper wire they forgot to remove.Unit last worked on June 29th.7-14-23 unit is not working.Called 1800 and spoke with Stephanie.Shows no concern that we have a family with children in the house.She said she would look for an appt on Monday.Please beware of this company. They promise to bring cooling towers and say that they are the best in tucson. They have techs in rio rico that work for them in tucson.So, what they do is send these 21 year old kids that are at the end of their work shift in Tucson on their way home for the end of their day to repair the unit everytime. So, they usually show up tired, in a rush to get home and show up and say , oh we need another part. They usually show up for riteway just to say we send someone out. Please send a real technician with EXPERIENCE that is at the start of their shift and provide the service that we have paid for.

We recently had one of our AC units fail. The company that maintains the equipment came out quickly on a Sunday to identify a major/costly component failure. We made the decision it was time to upgrade the 20 year old system. We then began a frustrating process of getting a formal/detailed quote from our existing company. After multiple missed promises of them not getting back to us, and out of frustration, I contacted Rite Way . From Will, the person that handled my first call to the city inspector that did the final inspection, the entire process was great. Will arranged for Ian B. to come out quickly and explain our options. Ian was fantastic and has great customer skills. We decided to proceed. A quick install date was set and a crew headed up by lead installer Kiwi were next on the scene. As I recall, the attic was 130 degrees where they were working and I didn't hear a complaint. The day ended with great communications, everything all cleaned up and a cool home. A few days later, there was an equipment issue but with the quick help of Ian and Matt W. this was resolved and all has been working great. There were several other Rite Way employees that I met and all were very good. As a former business owner in a technology company that was service based, I am saddened by the general loss of customer service these days. I will tell you this, Rite Way hasn't lost a beat when it comes to customer service. There is obviously a culture from the top down that still focuses on their customers satisfaction. If I had it to do all over again, I would call Rite Way in a heart beat. Thanks!!!!

Luis the technician was absolutely outstanding. His repair was quick and efficient, and he was extremely informative and educational. After my experience with Rite Way starting off badly (Told by dispatch scheduler day before that appointment was between 0800-1200 only to be told at 1150 that appt was never put in system), Luis' ten - star service almost made up for the initial dispatch scheduler making me unnecessarily miss an entire day's pay due to the scheduling error. Also, the subsequent representatives that I spoke to after the one who mishandled my appointment were very helpful, understanding, and pleasant.

Plumbing-Came home from work in the evening, and the main sewage line to the house was clogged. Nasty sewage water was backing up into our bathtubs. Called Riteway and they came out first thing the next morning. Anthony Chapa and his colleague were able to snake the main cleanout line and get it flowing again. Then Ronnie and Angela came out with a camera and checked the main line for breaks, for no additional charge.Line looked good. Ronnie explained what the camera was looking at and was very thorough. Everyone was so friendly and professional, and the cost was extremely reasonable. Thank you Rite Way!

Our HVAC units were serviced last week by your technician Mr. Cory Hetrick. The service was outstanding. Mr. Hetrick was on time and he extremely polite and courteous. He was very professional and addressed all my questions and concerns, and provided a detailed summary of the service. We are so happy that we contacted Rite Way for an AC repair on our new home. System was only 18 months old and we could have fought with the builder to try and get it covered under warranty but then we would have had to use the same company that did a sloppy job the first time! Our Technician David was as knowledgeable and professional as I could hope for. He took videos of the needed repair work and tolerated a lot of questions from us. They were able to schedule all the repairs for the next business day and were prompt in their arrival. Actually had 3 of them come out at one point to ensure everything was going according to plan. I called Rite Way Monday afternoon to have someone come out and give me an estimate on how much it was going to be to replace my water heater. The lady I spoke to on the phone was so nice and got me set up to have someone come out Tuesday to give me a quote.Brandy comes to my house on Tuesday five minutes early, was super helpful with what giving me my options. She was friendly and professional. Once me and her figured out what was best for my house and budget we signed the paperwork and not even two hours later Marco shows up ready to install the new water heater! He was also super great and professional! While he was working on the heater I was putting in a new toilet in my guest bathroom and he even was willing to give advice and make sure I did good job on that.My experience start to finish with Rite Way was fantastic! He took pictures to show me where the problem was so I could make a decision about replacing it. RiteWay came out to service my tankless water heater. Very glad I called them! Didn’t even realize that the plumbing for it had not been done correctly when it was originally installed by Hamstra Heating and Cooling. They corrected the issues and performed the required maintenance. They showed up when they said they would, and we’re not only professional but quite pleasant to work with from the first phone call to completion. My tech Marco worked for hours in the heat and never once complained. Even when I suggested that he come back to finish later in the day when the outdoor utility closet would be shaded from the hot sun. Will definitely be my HVAC and plumbing go-to company!

I left a positive review when RiteWay did an emergency repair over a holiday weekend last year. One of my aging Gaspaks failed in 100 degree heat. Rite Way got a tech there that day and repaired the unit. I was so happy with their service that I purchased replacements for both of my agin units and have been thrilled with both the installation and post installation services.Just had semi-annual maintenance appointment and the service was again excellent. The service technician Ramon was friendly, and helpful and did an excellent and thorough job in spite of having to spend a couple of hours on the roof in 108 degree heat.I have dealt with many (most) of the larger HVAC companies in Tucson over the years and Rite Way has, by far, been the best. I highly reccomend them.

He explained what he was seeing coming out of the drain and what that likely meant. Even received a confirmation text this morning but here we are in our home that is now 90 degrees inside and climbing no tech no phone calls from this company!We spent $14,000 on a new unit not five years ago from Rite Way … shame shame

I have had Jerald Zambrano Martinez out on two occasions for different plumbing issues, and he has been great. Quickly diagnosing problems and fixing them. Awesome guy. He was extremely knowledgeable and did a superb job of explaining the pros and cons of various options, without pressuring me in any way, and of answering all my questions (I had a lot) patiently and in detail. He and his team also worked very hard and meticulously to install my new tankless water heater, which I really love, and I so appreciate the way they worked with my schedule! Called Rite Way because our AC went out the night before and they were super responsive and were able to get us on their schedule for the next morning. They called us and confirmed everything this morning and kept in touch throughout the process. The tech who came out, Nickolas was great! Went through and did a thorough inspection to figure out what was wrong and was able to fix the problem right then and there. Stayed around for a little bit after the fix to make sure there was no other issues with the air flow. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend the company!

Safari serviced our A/D on 06/16 and the entire experience was joyful. He was profession, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will absolutely being inviting Rite Way into my home again based on my experience. If you are thinking about using them, DO! And, also, the maintenance special isn't a gimmick! Bob Manson, Sr. called first thing in the morning to provide an arrival time for the estimate on a whole home surge protection system. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Upon arrival, he proceeded to provide details related to a whole home surge protection system. During the process, he provided detailed product information and answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable regarding the topic and we made a decision to authorize Riteway and Bob Manson, Sr. to install the system. Bob indicated he could do the installation immediately. The system was installed and tested, and we are happy to have home surge protection on our electronic and electrical devices. We are very pleased with his services, expertise and promptness. I greatly appreciate Steve at Riteway! I started smelling strong odors in my new home and immediately called Riteway for a possible gas leak. Steve responded immediately to troubleshoot and repair the issue. After a gas leak was ruled out, he checked the roof and found that my vents had been nearly sealed shut by prior contractors. Steve corrected the vents, sent me pictures, and provided me with an action/communication plan to ensure the ventilation was fully corrected and safe to stay in the home. Steve has since emailed me and called me to check-in. I appreciate Steve's promptness, attention to detail, and fantastic customer service. Thank you, Steve!

Pedro showed up today after previously coming to our home to give us a quote for installing 2 new toilets. He is such a perfectionist and worked extremely hard making sure everything was cleaned up when he was done. I’m OCD and surprised he was able to get them installed with me looking over his shoulder constantly. Ha Ha, There maybe cheaper plumbing companies that would get the job done “so so” but after meeting Pedro we felt confident in him and the company. First time I used Riteway Electrical service and I was given Excellent service by Monte and Bob. Service was for my father’s home, I had gotten an email from my father’s home insurance inspection company informing me they had found some electrical issues that needed attention before they will insure the home, with my dad on a fixed income they worked with us and gave us three different financial options to choose from to get the job done.I would use Riteway again in the future, I feel they didn’t nickel and dime me for the job, and both Monte and Bob were very professional and job was done in a timely manner.

Everyone at Rite Way engages in the best customer service - from the staff who answers the phones and does scheduling - to the installers and other personnel. Our AC stopped working abruptly, and a technician was sent that day. Turns out we needed an entirely new AC system. The scope of the work was explained, and several options were provided for us to choose from. The install went well. ALL workers were on time and professional and provided high quality work. They were responsive to all our questions and concerns. They cleaned up the mess very well. And the carpenters who came after the install to repair the walls and holes were excellent too, including the painting that was needed. We have to give a shout out to ALL OF THE CREWS who worked our job: Jacob, Daniel, Joseph, Oscar, Gabriel, Francisco, Angelo, Brian, Ben and project manager Brandon. The new AC system works exactly as promised - no real noise, no hot/cold cycling, and more even cooling throughout the house. Cory just left after completing a service on our AC units. I will say this again: after several less than great experiences with other HVAC companies, I will never use anyone other than Rite-Way again. 5-Star service is their norm...and Cory was just another exceptional representative of their company. I may request him specifically for future services (although I don't know if Rite-Way allows that). I recommend Rite-Way to everyone and no one I've recommended them to has ever had a bad experience.

Always able to fit us in, even with short notice. Jacob is a great tech. He always gives courtesy calls before and after, is quick and professional. He’s worked on one of our evap coolers twice now. This is one of the rare companies in town that does evap coolers and always has someone available to send out same or next day and is still very affordable compared to other services I’ve priced. Rite Way installed my new Lennox heating and cooling unit and thermostat. I kept expecting to be disappointed in the service since it is a lot of money and when it is that much you become hard to please. I wanted to wait to write this review until I made it up to my roof after they left to look over the work. I was expecting to have to touch up my roofs white protective coating because there was such a difference in size between the unit they craned away and the new one. No touch ups needed they coated around the unit themselves. After other companies contractors left cigarette butts after working on my house I was expecting to have to clean up after them but not a speck of trash was left behind and they swept up. They were careful with my plants around the base of my house despite having to set up ladders, throw down pieces of the old unit, tools and trucks. They showed up with enough men to do the job correctly and quickly. Inside the house when installing the thermostat they brought a towel to put down over my furniture to protect it from plaster dust. They took time to walk me through the features of the thermostat and how to improve access with an app for my phone. They did of course need access to bathrooms and water but again were very quick and respectful of my things. My street is very narrow but they allowed for neighbors cars to pass and even at one point moved a truck so I could take a family member to an appointment. I have been trying to think of anything they could have done better and the only thing was to explain the financing to me in more detail ahead of time but every time I came up with a question they got back to me with an answer right away, so it quickly became a non issue. Today I had Mo Do come to service my AC and get my house cooled down. We had an AC/heat pump that had been repaired many times but it was at its end of life. Temperatures were freezing at night and not having heat was definitely worrisome. We were fortunate that the unit we needed was in stock and could be install the next day. Obviously it’s a $$$ purchase which was nerve wracking but the financing process was was simple and zero interest for a year made the decision a no brainer. Jacob, Matthew & Wayne were knowledgeable and worked nicely as a team to get our system replaced in a much better set up than it had previously been installed. Everything went smoothly and we were more than pleased with every aspect of RiteWays service.

Encouraged my daughter to schedule with Rite Way and the person went out and gave her astronomical pricesto just get her ac going but really pushed for a new until. My AC unit finally died after breathing through the equivalent of a straw for the entirety of its 15 year life. I chose Rite Way to replace my system with a new one because of their professionalism and customer service. I want to thank everyone who was a part of the process including David Feldman, who was the first to my home and explained everything that was wrong and offered me a clear solution. David has visited my home before for a heating issue so it was nice to see a familiar face.Geoffrey Burge designed my new system, which required cutting a new return so that my new unit would get the necessary amount of air to function properly. Geoffrey, like all of your employees, was a pleasure to work with, and he explained all of my options very clearly. I ended up choosing the AC and furnace combination unit which resides entirely on the roof, freeing up some space in my laundry room. Also, thanks to Darrell Witchita for surveying and being another helpful part of the process.I was faced with potentially being in my home without AC for nearly a week, but thankfully, they were able to fit my project into one full day the day after I called for service. The installation team was fantastic. Jerry, Wayne and their apprentices were very respectful of my home and explained everything anytime I had a question.I am a happy customer, and would highly recommend Rite Way for any of your heating and cooling needs. Safari (and indeed other folks we've had from Riteway) was super courteous, friendly, and did a great job explaining what he was working on, and explaining the options we had for our system and giving us the costs to let us decide what we wanted. He even wore shoe covers to keep the inside clean! Riteway even worked with us on an earlier in the day appointment since we needed to get out and about later in the day. So far it has been a very nice company to work with! Only complaint I have is I wish we could get a window of time before the appointment day to make it easier to plan things (e.g. 8-noon, etc.).

Good, they did the AC tune up. That went well, quoted me on a new system (my request) and gave options from need to look at now to this can be held off for a while. The water heater guy made an error- so they came out the next day and corrected. Overall pleased with what the were able to do.

I wanted to find a new heating & cooling company to work with because I had a bad experience with the company who I bought my units from. I had Rite Way come out to do a fall servicing so I could see how they work. Nathan Penland came out to do the service & I was so impressed with him the minute he walked in my door. He is professional, has a delightful personality & I could tell he had strong work ethics. It was so refreshing to see a young man these days who has a strong work ethics. I was really happy to hear the company has service contracts (VIP) so I could get started with them & know I'll have my units serviced on a regular basis. It's also nice to know I can request him to come out each time as I worked really well with him. Rite Way is really blessed to have this young man as an employee.

In February 2023, I replaced my HVAC system, upon Rite Way’s recommendation. A Trane XR16 AC, S9V2 furnace and XL824 thermostat. The price tag was $17,000.00. I was assured I had the market’s best equipment and full warranty and customer support. Last week, as the weather heated up so did my house! And my system ran 16-18 hours a day. Until well after midnight I could only come within 6 degrees of my target temp of 72. I have not yet received my electric bill. I called Rite Way and they did come out the following day, identified a faulty Shrader valve that leaked the system's refrigerant. They replaced the lost refrigerant, but valve won’t be replaced until next week (more lost refrigerant). My biggest complaint: I was charged $89.00 for a service call when this was all (supposedly) under warranty! AND I am one of their monthly paid preferred customers ($19.95 a month). I feel that I should be refunded my $89.00, and that I should not be charged another $89.00 when they return to finish the job. Professional advice; a routine follow up should be scheduled to make sure these new installs are actually installed properly and functioning properly.

Here we are, hitting the 90's and unexpectedly during a power surge, my HVAC unit fried. Sunday night, who to call? A colleague of mine used Rite Way last year and was pleased with the replacement of his HVAC unit and the service. He provided me with phone number and I called right away. Not knowing Rite Way has a 24/7 phone line, you can imagine my relief! Monday morning a representative called me and Monday afternoon, Kenneth was there.Kenneth presented himself professionally in appearance with an ironed uniform and shirt tucked in. Being prior military, that was the first thing I noticed. Upon entering my house I asked if he could remove his shoes; he was prepared with booties to slip on, impressive!Kenneth was very respectful of my service dogs and careful my cat didn't slip out the door. He was beyond courteous and explained what diagnostics he was performing. Kenneth didn't mind me observing for my own knowledge and he didn't mind the dogs outside with him.As the week progressed, Rite Way was very informative of the status of my parts to be replaced and called me when Kenneth was on his way to my house. Not only that but Rite Way sends a text message with a picture of the technician and allows one to track the ETA to the house. That was beneficial for me because not only do I now know WHO will be coming to my house, but it allowed me time to estimate the time I would be away from work.Ultimately, my HVAC unit was repaired and has worked successfully since. Although I only met one of the technicians, I feel Kenneth sets the bar for professional appearances and customer service. I felt safe in my house while Kenneth was there working. He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I am very satisfied with Rite Way, from first communication to the repairing of my unit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and ask for Kenneth! RITE WAY: WE WOULD EXCEED OUR 5-STAR RATING!We first were referred to Rite Way last year, by a different tradesman we knew whose knowledge and work we also respected.Our first experience with Rite Way at that time was very positive for their response, and for the successful effort of technician Mike D., in the difficult repair of damaged thermostat wires under our house. At that time also, it had been explained to us how maintenance could help our old struggling HVAC. But age, location and additional other factors were negatively impacting the unit. So then, recommendation also was that in time, we would likely want to budget towards upgrading it.Never any pressure, but everyone we have dealt with at Rite Way has been very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. More recently, we decided to go ahead with this upgrade sooner than later. All of this process was accomplished within a period of two weeks from initial estimates (VERY thorough, thank you, technician Marcus K!! Marcus also reminded us what I had earlier forgotten: that regulations will cause prices to rise significantly by January 2023).Project Manager Bill G. followed up to confirm details, and with further explanations to help understand our investment decisions. He was especially patient and kind to us the day of that appointment, as we happened also to be going through a family health crisis at the time.We made arrangements a day or so afterward. Gabriel H-S came out to fine tune assessments and plan for the crew. Again, very helpful to explain, patient and professional. He coordinated with Bill some additional needed work he perceived; Bill agreed and kindly waived in our favor!Day of the install: The crew were STELLAR! Challenges took longer than expected; very tight/dirty spaces, unexpected obstacles and needing more materials than they knew. They worked hours longer and into the dark, still very kind and professional, accomplished their mission within the one day! Many, many thanks to them, Matt, Jacob and Ivan!!While we were anxious for such an investment at this time.. we are very happy with the results and that we were able to get this done so well, and in such a short window of time. All staff we have spoken with are very kind and responsive, all appointed representatives introduced by photo and bio text message, ahead of their estimated arrival.Rite Way is our go-to company here and we recommend them, without hesitation to anyone who needs such professional human beings they can trust!!

Once tried to charge me over $5-6k on a fix that ended up costing me about 250 with a local repairman. I was given a plethora of parts that needed replacing and how 3-5 parts caused my AC issuez turns out it was just a bad relay. What’s funnier was that wasn’t even one of the possible causes they listed. So I would’ve gotten a million parts replaced and my AC still would’ve been broken. I was even told I should just replace it since it was on the end of its life and it would fail within a couple years( I’ve so far had 0 issues) When they mentioned replacing it I told them how I’d probably get a home warranty so if something like that were to happen I’m covered, I was then given about 14 reason why I shouldn’t and having them replace it was my best bet. Big money grabbing business praying on inexperienced home owners and others who may not know who else to turn to and ask for repairs in Tucson. 0/10 wouldn’t not recommend ( although the techs were very polite professional and on time so I guess that’s cool)

Update to original review: First of all, I have to say how pleased I am that I went through Rite Way. I will not remove or retract my original review, because I believe it is important not note what happened in totality. So please read fully.Yes, there were some issues that we experienced with our installation. Rite Way is not the perfect company and on occasion mistakes happen. That being said, I am very happy to say that Rite Way is the type of company that stands by their product and their service. When they make mistakes, they own it and try to remedy the mistake as quickly as possible. Rite Way’s response to every issue we have had has been quick and done within their full capabilities to repair the issue at the time.Rite Way has not only agreed to pay for any damages cause by the leakage, but they also agree to pay my medical expenses due to the initial issue.We hope that the problem is finally solved, but I have been reassured by Rite Way, that should any issues continue to happen they will continue to support us until the system operates and performs at we expected it to. My faith in Rite Way has been restored and we are so happy that we went with them.Initial ReviewInitially, Rite Way was a great company to work with. We worked with them through the Costco deal and they provided us with exactly what we wanted. The installation process went smoothly, or so we assumed. Living in Arizona, we don’t often get rain, so it took awhile for this issue to arise, but during the first major rain of the year, the return vent, which sits right under the unit, became a waterfall. So much so that I ended up slipping and fell in a pool of water, which caused me to dislocate my shoulder. After being rushed to the emergency room (with medical bills attached and physical therapy to follow), we called to have someone come repair this issue since this was just the start to the rainy season. We were able to get someone out the same day and seal the unit to the roof, which apparently was not done as part of the initial installation. Something they assured would be done.Fast forward 2 months later, we have had a number of rain storms which caused no issues of leakage. However, yet again, the rain storm tonight causes another leak for the return vent, same exact issue as before, adding additional damage to our ceiling. We called the 24/7 number provided and were told that we would be the second call of the day with no estimated time of arrival. While I understand certain things are priority, the fact that this is the SECOND TIME this has happened, after being assured both times that it was done properly should take precedence over most issues. This has been a very frustrating experience. This company seemed like they really had their stuff together, but sadly our experience has been much less than desirable. I expected better.

Anthony did a great job trouble shooting and cleaning my ac parts to shiny new looking again. Will be more efficient without dust and cat hair on the coils and bacteria removed from blower wheel will help my copd not to be so bad. Anthony is a very nice guy and great worker. Kenneth and Matt got my AC unit on within 30 minutes of being at my house. Between the two companies American Home Shield kept sending out, the 6 paid visits I was charged for and a $1,000 quote, I had enough. I called Rite Way and my AC was back on within 30 minutes. After having AC issues for the entire year I’ve lived at my house and not having AC for 2 weeks in my upstairs unit and being 110+ degrees out…. I cannot say or thank Kenneth and Matt enough.

Our cooler went out on Saturday. And we had trouble getting somebody to come out. But when I called Rite Way Yesterday they had somebody out before noon and when we chose A plan we had a new cooler the next day at a good price. And the people that help us plan this and put everything in they were professional and courteous and we could not be happier. Really glad I went with Rite Way. I had some issues and questions on my system and had no experience with any of it. They were very friendly and helpful on the phone and offered to send someone out the next day (on a weekend). When they arrived, they put up with my dumb questions and were patient and helpful from start to finish.In the end, everything was deemed okie dokie with my system (just Tucson heat making things weird lol) but I did opt to upgrade my thermostat from the 1970s bellbottom edition to a fancy LCD modern one and installation was smooth and painless.Very much a solid experience and a company I now have bookmarked for any future issues.

Their service is great. They have a really well structured system for when someone is coming to your house. You'll also get very quick response especially if there is an emergency. We had issues with our AC about a year ago, and they were there within a few hours. I'm sure that's not always possible, but they have some of the best customer service I've experienced. Jacobo recently provided our regular maintenance and was awesome. I was surprised to hear he had only recently started working there. He was very knowledgeable and professional. My impression is that RiteWay has a really good training program and they invest in their employees. Highly recommended.

I've been dealing with AC issues as of late. My air was not cooling my home, and inside was 85-88° inside! Called Rite Way to assist me and assess my situation. Spent the day patiently waiting because I understand they have a busy schedule. The technician came and assessed my coils needed to be cleaned and that nothing was wrong with my system.Didn't make sense because underneath my manufactured home was cooler than my home. The technician went underneath and claimed nothing was wrong. I paid $100 and ended up going underneath myself and found my flex duct was completely disconnected and damaged. I'm no Technician, but you will see in the pictures of what I pulled out. The service they offered me was for over $500 to clean my coils. What would that have helped if my duct problem was damaged and disconnected?There's room for improvement, and I understand we overlook things, but this review is based on the experience I had. I waited to write this review because I was told I'd be called to have my situation taken care of. That never happened. I ended up fixing my own issue that cost me $114. My AC is now working, and my house is cooler. I wouldn't recommend using their service based on my experience. Staff and everyone seems great and professional. Wish this could've been a 5 star review. Definitely not satisfied and will never use their services.

Bradley and his workmate did a fantastic job today and saved us from the heat waves. I can't imagine how tough to work on the roof under triple-digit temperatures and they stayed up there for a whole afternoon without a break. Bradley also did his best to help us take full advantage of the warranty policy that came with our A/C unit. Earlier we thought it would cost us $$$ to get our A/C work again, but in the end all we paid is the visit fee of $89! I have tried 3-4 different companies in Tucson for A/C repairs and maintenances, but I will probably stick to Riteway from now on. Highly recommended!

George came out to confirm that the engine had seized up, great representative, gave us options and then made a call. The next guy Brian came out, helped us with unit options....took care of permits and all details. This morning a crew of three working nonstop had a new unit installed and by 4:30pm we were up and running.I don't know who the person is who hires the employees but great attitudes and awesome customer service is throughout the company. Every technician, from repair all the way, it's professional. I called Rite Way when my air conditioner didn't work. I had seen their trucks in my area and media advertising. I checked out the website and liked what I saw. Rite Way did an excellent job of keeping me informed on the details of my appointment thru email and text.Chris Munoz, the tech that came to my house, was the best! My situation was more of a challenge I believe, but Chris was very thorough in his investigation.Chris constantly explained every detail of what he was doing and what was going on.At the end of his diagnosis he reviewed the issues and offered alternatives in great detail. Chris and the Rite Way team have been the best in service from start to finish that I have ever had.I am looking forward to working with them.Also my dog liked Chris!Call Rite Way! This is hard to rate. The tech Brandon was incredible & helpful. The company and how their national pricing works is insane. The issue was tub shower the diverter was old, wasn't diverting the water to the shower head. The part is basically $50. They wanted to charge us $430 estimate. (Tech had not installed part) Tech called dispatcher reduced to $200+. We said no thank you and paid for the mandatory $99 fee for showing up. Brandon was very professional. Would I call again? I don't think so

Last August we had Rite Way install a new Lennox A/C, furnace with Reme Halo ultra-violet filter, and a new thermostat. This past week, I requested a maintenance, safety, and efficiency check on both systems. Ramon C., our technician came out, was on time, pleasant, and completed the service. He found no issues. The systems were cleaned and are running optimally. I will call Rite Way again in the future for any maintenance or repair.

My mainline pipe burst so I was without water all weekend. I had called a previous company that was going to charge $$$$ for a simple repair. I called Rite Way for 2nd opinion they were able to squeeze me on cold Monday afternoon. Marco Bareeda was awesome, very friendly. He took care of my issue in about hour or so. It only cost me a fraction what another company quoted me. My neighbors have the same issue with mainline pipes. My next-door even earned their business to fix his issue as well. High recommend !!

Marco Barreda & his assistant, Marco, really helped us out with a not-so-fun situation. Professional, extremely prompt and they did great work. I called the Rite Way office on Monday morning after my partner and I woke up to a flooded garage. I was grateful to speak to a really friendly voice on the other end (thanks whoever that was!) and within the hour Marco and Marco arrived to diagnose the problem--a water heater that had failed, no fun! These two certainly made a stressful situation a bit less painful. By lunchtime the water heater had been replaced and we were back in business. We were very impressed at how quickly it all got taken care of. They also simultaneously diagnosed & fixed a leaky and running toilet. In hindsight the price on the fill valve replacement seemed quite high (they originally quoted $700...what?! >.<) and that second repair is probably something we should've just addressed ourselves. They also fixed a leaky outdoor spigot by showing us where something just needed to be tightened, which was lovely of them. Overall, we are very grateful for the prompt, same-day, excellent service and we're glad we called Rite Way. Big thanks to Marco and Marco--those two are awesome! :)

My AC failed on the hottest day of the year. I called Riteway because I knew COSTCO uses them and also the reviews they had. Bill was the site manager and the crew for install was Jose, Emmanual and Dillon. I couldn't have hand picked a better crew. For the install they basically rebuilt the internal area that my AC is housed in. They were professional but really friendly. I can't say enough good things about them. I called on a Wednesday for a tech to look at why system failed and had a portable AC unit loaned to me on Thursday and a full system installed on Friday. Don't waste time researching a bunch of other outfits.

We love the new 2-stage Trane system that you installed. We're able to be chilly enough in the middle of the summer in our main room that we consider a blanket on the couch mid-afternoon even! Also, powering our system with a slightly over-sized solar system is the best decision we've made with the house so far other than this new heat pump. The new system (pictured) looks like it's ready for battle, almost like out of a futuristic action movie, and always silent and hyper efficient apparently, costing us less than was expected by far. All of the technicians have been extremely friendly and personable, which is notable and appreciated.

Nickolas Blain did a really efficient and thorough job of servicing my 21 year old 5 ton Rheem AC. But what really stands out is the fact that he didn't try to push anything at me. We knew my unit is an old unit. It's not now the most efficient, but it's working. I could replace it, but why? If it had shown tendencies towards failing, that would be a different matter. Until then, maintaining it annually makes more sense, at least until 2025 when the rules change again that will impact unit cost. It was late in the 97 degree day when he got here, and he stayed until almost dusk. He checked everything, took it apart, put it back together, and made sure everything was operational. If and when this needs repair or replacement I will call Rite Way and ask that Blain come out again. Finding an honest, efficient repairman these days isn't always what it used to be. Not here. It was a pleasure having him here.

I had a clogged toilet. Tried everything from plunging to the hot water trick. Didn't work. So I went to True Value and bought a toilet auger. Silly, flimsy thing was not worth the $25. Needless to say, Anthony and his associate came out and fixed the clog!They saved the day!! I can't get the links for each from the texts to load.First, I can say with all confidence that without Jacob's thorough inspection and explanation for what was going on with my AC system, nothing else would've happened, so credit him for getting this going. The project manager (Bill) who came to provide the estimate was equally as diligent in mapping out what I needed and providing me with multiple options. I really can't say enough about his professionalism, his ability to relate, and his very apparent knowledge of these systems. And finally - - Nicholas (and crew). WOW - - these guys were incredibly professional, clean and knew exactly what they needed to do from start to finish. They were extremely efficient and worked amazingly well together! All the guys mentioned here were also extremely friendly and easy to talk to . The new system is quiet and easy to operate. Great warranty as well. I bought a whole new toilet and had Riteway install it. Brandon was clean, professional and quick. My only complaint is the cost. One hour to remove old toilet and install new was over $500.00. Way too much! Plus pay for fuel to get here which I don't have a problem with. But no one charges that much for 1hr of work. Next time, I will get a price before you drive to my home.

On 1/3/20 we had Rite Way out to give us an estimate on installing a dedicated plug for our new treadmill.They were able to come the next day to do the job. They installed a 20A dedicated single plex receptacle. They also replaced a 100A sub panel that is in one of our closets with a new one. When they were finished with the work, their clean up was top notch! Derek & Julio were the guys that came & we loved them. They were so friendly. After 3 estimates from 3 highly rated HVAC companies in Tucson I chose Rite Way. This was only my 2nd system. My 1st worked well for 15 years but summer of 2022 took its toll. I expected it. I was not just looking for a system but a company I could trust. I called Rite Way, (3rd out of 3), & was so impressed from the start. They sent Project Manager Raul out same day. He didn’t begin with the typical “hard sell”, but asked me if I wanted them to check out my old system first. (Wow!) I already knew my old hardy Trane unit was close to done. Raul did a thorough survey of my home,(little home), & explained what he was seeing every step of the way. When working up the estimates for 3 system options he also explained the new required 2023 criteria for HVAC systems. ( Of courses me being me, I did look it up after he left), I then realized that the other 2 companies were try to sell me AC units that were 14 seer & they wouldn’t be able to install those in the Southwest region in 2023. Requirements 2023 will be 15 seer or higher. Seems the other 2 companies were selling me on units that may be useless inventory for them in a few months. Ironically all 3 estimates were very close! Rite Way also included extra’s in their estimate. They also enlarged my air intake registers to help with performance. No one else had even suggested this,( also included in estimate). My current unit was intermittently freezing up, & after chose my system Raul made sure furnace would fit my small area, made sure they had what I needed in stock & they were able to come do install in 2 days.Manny,Jose & Haris were at my house on time, ready to work. They laid floor drop material on my tile, they prepped quickly & went to work. They kept my doors closed as much as possible, ( I loved that), & except for the noise the necessary tools made were amazingly quiet. This was greatly appreciated as I’m working from home & had my animals in my office with me. They cleaned & vacuumed & all was better than it began. It took all day as they told me it would. When done Manny made sure I understood all the changes I would see & hear with the new system. He also tested & made sure the furnace was good to go for Winter. They weren’t leaving until everything was right!I’m 5 days in with my new system & haven’t slept this good for probably 5 summers. It’s a quieter, it has sooo much more airflow. I can even tell the air purifier,( included in estimate ), is giving me cleaner, better smelling air.I’m typically an un-trusting soul & typically if not for bad luck, have no luck at all,(Lol), but after 5 days was comfortable posting this review!If you’re getting multiple estimates folks…. I get it… I always do too, BUT make sure you call Rite Way for one of those estimates or you’ll be missing out on a great company & staff!!

Rite way replaced one of our AC/heater unit. Eric did a great job looking at our oils setup that was failing and seeing exactly what we needed. Dario and his assistant David did a superb job taking the old system out and installing a new one. We can already tell that the new unit is working much better than the older one, should be much more efficient, and is much quieter. We are very happy with it.

Ben checked A/C because it is leaking refrigerant. Will come back to check in 2 weeks to see where it's leaking. He made sure it was cooling before he left. He explained everything he was doing. He's a very friendly respectable young man.

Our AC stopped working and Charles came out and found what the problem was and fixed it. Charles also took the time and explained how everything works and why our AC stopped working. Charles was very respectful and very polite.

Rite Way replaced our HVAC system AND water heater due to age. The sales rep was thorough in explaining the options and worked to provide what we wanted/needed for a fair price. We received a second quote that was comparable.We chose Rite Way due to their willingness to do what we wanted done while ensuring we received a fair price. Both their HVAC team and their tankless hot water team were professional, courteous, on time and thorough. I definitely recommend this company.

Ramon Lopez service our HVAC system as party of annual maintenance. He was very professional and thorough. He explained what he was doing and what he found.n He worked like he really liked what he was doing and left a very good impression. He was very much five star.We appreciated that we were able together this work done on short notice and Ramon obviously put in a long work day but still maintained a very pleasant attitude. 3/30/2023-Hello, this is a continuation of my hvac maintenance. This was the vent and duct cleaning. Omar Rivera was a continuation of why I use Riteway. Professional, friendly, etc. He was on time, minimal disruption and finished when he said. He provided his recommendations to keep my system in top shape and the why it was needed. It was very understandable and will be done. Thank you Omar.Current update, 3/27/2023. I called this morning about a backed up sink in master bathroom. I was scheduled within an hour. Angela Paquette came to have a look. She was able to clear the clog. Angela was friendly, professional, nice, listen to the issue.She was great. Thank you Angela. Yes, I recommend Riteway.Current update for 3/16/2023.I had a call from Riteway on 3/15 that was time for maintenance check. It was scheduled for the next day. Ramon came out and gave a thorough inspection on the heating/cooling system. He gave me all the information to keep my system running top notch. He was courteous, friendly, professional and personable. Ive used Riteway for plumbing issues too. I wouldn’t choose no one else. Thank you.New update 12/20/2022: We discovered water leaking from the register. The weather was freezing temperature and froze water on the duct work. I called and Riteway was able to send someone the same day. Ramon Salazar was great. Friendly and professional. He found the issue and was able to fix it right way. He gave a reminder that my roof needed white coat. I appreciated that reminder. Thank you Ramon.New update: It was time for HVAC system maintenance on 8/22/2022. Giovanni Carrera was our technician. He was friendly, professional, gave recommendations on how to keep the unit in top shape. Thank you for a great job, giovanni.Update, we had to call in Riteway for a plumbing issue; backed up kitchen and bathroom sinks. Brandon worked hard to clear the sinks but it became a major issue. Brandon was great. Teo and Enriquez came in to do replacement pipe. Everyone was great was and professional. Jeremy came in to look at another issue we have. He was great too. Explained what had to be done and gave estimate. Thank you jeremy. I will be calling again for the next project. Thank you everyone. Updated on 7/20/22.My husband and I were very impressed by the professionalism. Frank was great he assessed the situation and we got started the process. They were fast in getting out to us to get our cooling. Great recommendation for electrical service, Robles Electric Solutions. I appreciated Ben Bodell's job performance during the maintenance visit. Although I don't know about the system in a technical manner and the lasting results of the job could be seen afterwards, he explained to detail and demonstrated with the physical parts at the end of the summary.Mr. Bodell did a great job, was efficient, showed up in a time manner as expected, contrasted the information provided to the company and made sure I would understand everything he did plus the billing payment made in front of my eyes.He was professional and kind.Thanks Rite Way, every visit of your technicians are at customers satisfaction.

Our duct and vents were cleaned by Rene Zayas. He was friendly, professional, kind and attentive to our needs. He explained in detail the work he was going to perform.
