Best Air Conditioning Installation in Tucson AZ

I am upgrading my rating to two stars to reflect their sincere effort to remedy the problem. But after three visits the leak is still not fixed. What can I say, time to move on.

I thought there was an issue with my Nest thermostat because heating kept cutting off. Nest recommended this company to come diagnose the issue and even offered to pay for the diagnostic of the thermostat.

Phenomenal company! They came the next day after I called. Joe showed up and looked over my entire heating system and quickly found the issue was actually with the furnace. He ordered needed parts through warranty, returned two days later, and fixed all issues. Its hard to find reliable and knowledgeable HVAC techs. This company has earned my business from now on. I rarely write reviews, but this company is fantastic.

We decided to go with Intelligent Design after receiving extremely helpful customer service and a very quick response time. We had discovered a leak in our shower that ultimately ended up under the slab. Intelligent Design, within days, was able to help us locate the leak and repair it, as well as upgrade the plumbing in both bathrooms and replace a water heater as well. Pricing was fair and I can't say that we encountered a single hiccup in the process. The guys were very professional, considerate, and the communication was outstanding. I would recommend them 100 times over.

Roy was superb! Professional, timely and knew exactly what needed to be done. We were in a crunch on a Sunday and he did an amazing job of getting things corrected and running quickly. Great knowledge and ethical - hard combination to come by these days - highly recommend!!

Warning!!! This company will try to rip you off. Due to sewer smell in our bathroom we contacted them. Technician showed up on time and we told them about the smell. I told him what I did so far which; 1.)I checked the vent lines on the roofs and they looks good. 2.) I replaced wax toilet ring and toilet holding water.3.) There was no back up either in shower or toilet and both water and waste drains seemed fine. He used video equipment to check our main sewer lines under the house. After inspecting all the pipes showed us piping under the toilet cracked and also drain for our laundry room doesn't look very good. He tried to convince us that we needed a new perma liner installed in all the pipes under the house. His estimate was $27.995.00. He also proudly mentioned this work comes with 50 years warranty.The funny part was after he left I sealed the bathroom fan and smell is gone. It was a dead animal in the ceiling causing the smell.

We purchased a new air conditioner from Temperature Control several years ago. Today Efrain was here to check the efficiency of our system. He was prompt, thoughtful, respectful and professional. We have been quite happy with Temp-Con and with all their technicians through the years.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and its employees. My elderly mother needed a VERY large scope of work done including clearing roots and 60 years of buildup from her sewer lines, repairing all the damage from them and old pipe corrosion and replacing a cracked sink. Needless to say, on a fixed Social Security income, this was an extremely stressful and heartbreaking situation trying to figure out how we could manage this. Julian and Aaron went out to bid the project and these two gentlemen were exceptionally amazing. They spent 4.5 hours at her home making sure they were detailed, thorough and explained the scope of work in a way, even she, could understand. If that wasn't enough they then spent over an hour going through multiple finance companies until they found one that we could finance the entire project through which was truly a holiday miracle. They even took the time to help forward me all emails i needed since she insisted she didnt have email on her phone! These gentlemen were so patient and even laughing with us and genuinely seemed to care about the client not just getting the job. Then Skyler the project manager took the time to conference call me with them and my mother to go over all information, financing, etc. (I am the financial decision maker). I would highly recommend this company and they have earned a customer for life because of their patience and care during what was easily the most stressful situation yet I have faced being across the country and trying to coordinate repairs! I would give 100 stars if I could. Thank you so much Julian, Aaron and Skyler for EVERYTHING. You gentlemen exude the meaning of professionalism and caring!!!!!

Josh was a great representative of Arico. The job turned out to be more difficult than first thought: however he completed it without any extra added expense and in a timely manner. He kept me informed the entire time and couldn't have been more courteous. I highly recommend Arico for any plumbing needs.

Strongbuilt made their technician Brendon available on Memorial Day. He responded quickly, diagnosed our issues and provided us with options. In less than 24 hours, Strongbuilt had a crew on at our place to take care of our AC needs. HVAC Installers Mike S and David M were on site by 10:00 am and worked tirelessly throughout the day completing the job of installing the new unit by 4:00. They stayed focused and provided us with cool, quiet AC before they left. They kept were personable and kept us informed throughout the day.

The employees of Rite Way are all fantastic and very professional. They explain things in such a way that even novices can understand. Their work is outstanding, and they go about their work in the “right way.”

Superior Plumbing did not respond with a quote to fix my plumbing issue.
