These guys are the best! We've had them fix our AC when it went down and fix a plumbing clog. It's nice that they can cover both areas of cooling/heating AND plumbing! They have always been efficient and knowledgeable. A true pleasure to do business with.

Roy, my tech, was awesome! He was great at communicating with me. He figured out the problem and quickly fixed it. Great experience from start to finish!

My husband put in a request online to get an estimate. We were called and an appt. was setup that day. Albert came and gave us an estimate for a new A/C Unit. He was great. We were very impressed with him. He was very personable and we had an instant connection to him. We were very happy with the estimate because we had gotten another estimate and he price matched. We feel we got a better deal. We signed and will be getting our new A/C this week.

Service was not bad but the tech tried to sell me an over priced duct cleaning. Goettl is way over priced. I totally regret buying AC units from them. One hand doesn't talk to the other. When they called to set up the service appointment the agent started asking me how old my units were ect. They installed them last year.. I told the agent that she shouldn't need to ask these questions because the information should be in my file. I blame myself for using this over priced company and I'm giving only one star because I'm bitter about my decision to buy from them. Do your research and choose a different company.

Had polybutylene pipes in the home we bought in Green Valley, he disconnected them and installed pex piping. He was the lowest bid and also the most detailed bid. They were fast and efficient, and did a great job.

Technician, Brandon Hicks was very helpful and clear in his assistance to us. They responded quickly and took care of us that day. We are well satisfied.

Kenneth was awesome! He showed me what was wrong with our a/c unit; it turns out frozen coils will stop a Trane! He explained the work to be done and even changed out our air filter.He was friendly and personable and professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to call Rite Way again.

They were the only company that would show up today to get me a capacitor. Didn't know they would call it a voltage enhancement device and charge Me $490 for a $25 capacitor. Don't get me wrong, I believe professionals should get paid. But they are taking their motto to the extreme.

Was not happy with the service he provided and wanted us to do more things than needed to be done. Never again will use this business
