AirZona was amazing!!! They were so professional. Albert came out and thoroughly explained the repairs to me, which was a major under taking, replacing the main sewer line from our house to the street. The crew was fantastic, keeping me updated and they put everything back exactly how it was, including the string up lights that had to be taken down to get the backhoe in. Jose went above and beyond! He came back to our house late Friday evening after the job was done, to check on a water leak for me. It was not a result of their work, but he fixed it for us anyways. I can’t recommend these guys enough!!! I hope I am over my plumbing issues but I know who I will call if new ones come up. Thanks AirZona!!!

We will highly recommend this company!! Juan, Conrado, and Jose provided us with excellent service! We had been without heating for a month and this company was one of three I called and they called back the same day! Juan came to our home as scheduled and explained everything to us and answered our questions! Conrado and Jose and other helpers put in an almost 12 hour day installing a new central heating/ac unit. Their goal was to have us in a warm house last night! I am so thankful and grateful for this business! They give 200% energy and skills to get the job done! Thank you all so much!

Pavers were being installed in my back yard. I called AirZona heating and cooling for a Ac removal, disconnect / reconnect. I was amazed on the workmanship of the technicians on how clean and very professional their work turned out. I’m still amazed as I’m writing this review. My AC was installed two years ago from a different company. I’m proud to say AirZona heating and cooling can work circles around the last AC company I hired. I highly recommend AirZona heating and cooling to the public, family and friends as I will use them from now on. Thank you AirZona heating and cooling.
Great experience working with Airzona. I’m going through Chemotherapy right now and it’s great having a company that has my back. Beautiful artwork on vehicle/equipment and Techs are on time and take the initiative to get the work done and teach the customer. Pictured everything on the roof and showed me since i couldn’t get up there right now. Kudos to Juan for being 2/2 on our services and repairs!

I've had dealt with other cooling and plumbing problems with other companies, but so far air zona has been the best crew led by Juan Garcia and his team to work on my house, the team did an awesome job by installing new ducts, a master cooler, new plumbing and a new bathroom sink, the crew were very friendly to communicate with also, I highly recommend air zona to anyone who has problems with cooling and heating problems to have Juan and his team to solve your problems, thank you Juan and crew, outstanding job !!!

Alex was wonderful! He fully explained everything he was doing so that we fully understood what was wrong and how he was fixing it. He and Juan stayed until all the work was complete. Our unit went down. I called AirZona at 10:00 they told me they could be there between 3:00 and 4:00 same day which was awesome cause every other company was a couple days out.
But they did better than that they showed up at 2:00 by 3:30 I was up and running! Dealing with Jose, Juan and the girls in the office was amazing very professional great customer service will definitely use them again and tell everyone about them.

Five stars! AirZona went above and beyond. As a mom of 2 young children and having our ac down we were in total stress. Juan the tech who assisted us today was a person who showed respect, courtesy, care and most importantly knowledge of what he was doing. Juan took his time to explain to us what was our situation and made sure we understood how our unit should be working and how it does work, he listened to what we had to say and made sense to what we were experiencing. We have had plumbing issues and these guys were fantastic to work with. Turns out we needed a sewer cleanout installed in addition to a line repair. Jose and Daniel were nothing but professional and courteous. They arrived when we were told they would and ended up having to do much more work than initially thought. They did an outstanding job of hiding the cleanout caps and even put my brick sidewalk back together in better shape than they found it. I will definitely recommend AirZona to everybody.

Had an emergency with an AC failure. Conrad showed up when he said he was, diagnosed the problem fixed it, and gave me recommendations for future. AC died on a Saturday night, was fixed on Saturday night, grateful!

All my experience was from home. First Juan was heree to look things over (broken water heater). Then he worked out an affordable deal for me.

Our city waterline broke, here in Green Valley. Airzona came from Tucson within a couple hours. Both men advised the procedures that need to be followed to repair the leak (insurance.) Both men were friendly and professional. Repair involved removing a section of pavers. When they finished, left no sign of digging up the patio area.

These guys were the only ones willing to show up when others would not. Yeah even the ones who advertise all over the radio and have huge billboards were not willing to show up until the next day. From the owner on the phone (Luis) to the tech (Juan) these guys are professional and are good people. I've already recommended them to friends and we will only use them for all our a/c and plumbing needs. Thank you guys for showing up and for making sure everything was working properly before leaving our home.

Our main water line had a leak and AriZona replaced the line, and helped fix a small bathroom issue. Very professional...excellent work. Conrad and Diego replaced the main water line and the work they did was outstanding. Roberto replaced the patio bricks after the new line was installed and wow, they look better now than prior. A very solid company....nice to see companies and employees who are happy, professional...just good people.

Jose, Conrad and Daniel spent all day and into the evening removing a very old water heater from a tight space in an old house. They then installed a new tankless water heater for me, replacing corroded valves and pipes as needed, and troubleshooting a few additional issues. I couldn't be more pleased. I had a buddy of mine from Phoenix come down to put in a new AC unit but didn’t bother to show me some small items that could cause long term issue. Juan from AirZona showed me pictures of the small items that needed to be done. I appreciate Juan being upfront about the items and taking very good photos to show me the issues. The experience was wonderful. I called and they were able to get us in the same day. Our AC had stopped working and the Tucson heat is no joke. Super happy to have the vents in my house cleaned and right before I have a baby. They did a great job, and explained every step of the process. I was able to get an appointment scheduled within a week of calling. Diego and Conrado were super friendly and helpful! They even put in my new filters after cleaning the ducts and got up in my attic to sweep up there and get all the dust out that they could. I really appreciate them and this business! They also took the time to explain to me the different monthly plans they have and the systems you can add to help purify your air after they had finished the job. In addition, they answered all the questions I had about how often cleaning needs done, etc.

Airzona heating cooling answered the phone sharply at 7am and assured me they’d be at my residence within a couple hours. Juan the technician came prepared and within a short period of time he was able to determine I had a faulty thermostat. We have a dual stage heating cooling unit (upstairs downstairs) with two thermostats, Juan’s experience showed as he was able to determine the upstairs thermostat was the problem. He gave me a few options for replacement to which I took the time to wait for the original item to be ordered in and installed. The part arrived in the time he said it would and the very next day Juan arrived to install it. All is working great and we are happy campers. One thing I really appreciate is his professionalism not only in his dress attire but the appearance of their work vehicles as well. Jose and Daniel were amazing at fixing my terrible plumbing problem. Construction builders for my home poured cement down a drain, and so there was a large chunk of cement in the pipe. They did an amazing job getting it out! I highly recommend this company.

I can’t tell you how much I truly appreciate Juan who came and repaired our A/C! Our A/C had broken Saturday night and we had another company who was supposed to come out on Monday but it was 6 pm Monday and they never came! We called here and they told us they could be there at 7 pm! They showed up and quickly figured out what was wrong! They arrived at 11 am and quickly got to work fixing our A/C! We are completing a home bathroom renovation project and some work was required with the air ducts and installing a new exhaust fan. They had the knowledge and ability to approach the work with confidence. They worked with us to complete the project within the constraints of a tight construction schedule, have been extremely friendly and trustworthy, and did really high-quality work at a fair price.

HVAC Diagnostic. Juan the Service Guy was on time and very professional. He did let me know what my issue was with my system and let me know that his company would work with me on financing if I decided to get the work done. When I am ready, I will be sure to call them back to get the work done.

Conrado showed up an hour after I called my home warranty. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything going on with my sewer line. Unfortunately, the home warranty didn’t cover the services needed but he was able to temporarily unclog the sewer line. I highly recommend Conrado and AirZona for their professionalism and attention to detail.

We had an ongoing issue with a toilet backing up. Juan came the same day we called to diagnose the issue, and Conrad and Jose came the next morning and replaced the toilet, eliminating the issue. They were very professional, did quality work quickly, and the best part - they cleaned up so you couldn’t even tell they were there! Thank you guys! My son’s bathroom looks and works great now, and it was affordable so my husband’s happy too!

AirZona is awesome! I definitely recommend them! None of my toilets were working and neither was my shower/tub. I took the day off from work so I could wait for a plumber. My home warranty tried to hook me up with another company and they weren't going to come until the next day. Yikes! I insisted on a same day appointment and AirZona came to the rescue same day! Juan showed up and was very professional. Unfortunately, he was not able to completely fix the problem that day, but it was not his fault, it began hailing, so he couldn't get up on the roof safely. He promised he would come back first thing the next morning, and he kept his word. He showed up on time and immediately fixed the problem. I asked him about long term prevention and fixes, and he never tried to upsell me. Instead, he took the time to measure our pipes and told me his office would contact us with some bids. I can flush now! LOL I am so happy!

I called AirZona to come out today (Wednesday) after my AC has been out since Sunday after the storm, my father in law had called multiple people have been coming to “fix” the AC but no one was fixing it, after giving a call to AirZona they came out within 30 mins of telling them what was going on and I have AC in less than 3 hours.
