Had a main leak under foundation and of course on a weekend....Called Fusion Plumbing based on the excellent feedback.....Cale came out and did his magic-also called restoration company-he and the guys were fantastic!!! My go to plumbers from now on.....HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

A guy on one of this company’s trucks just flipped me off because I slowed down to turn at Oracle Rd in Oro Valley. I had to publish a review about it because he’s representing the company, which I find extremely unprofessional. I would certainly never hire their services.

I had a planned maintenance scheduled for a Friday between 12-3. The tech did not show or call, so I had to reschedule. When he came out the next week, he was only on the roof 10 minutes and said everything was okay. Customer service called the next day to see how everything went. I said good except he was only here 10 minutes. If that's how long it was supposed to take, then everything's good. To make sure he didn't miss anything and to make sure I was happy they sent out the service manager himself to service my A/C. I didn't tell them they needed to, they just did it to be sure. ID does whatever is necessary to make sure you are happy. Strongly recommended.

It is always a pleasure having Roy L. perform my AC service! I appreciate how he checks everything thoroughly and gets it done in a timely manner.

I contacted Cummings Plumbing on Monday morning regarding a major water leak that required the water to be shut off until repairs were completed. They were able to schedule a technician to come out that afternoon. The technician found the problem and was able to shut off water to the affected area while restoring water to the house until the parts required to fix the leak could be ordered and the repair completed. The technician returned the next day to finish the repair. I was so impressed with the service and professionalism of the technician that I have already referred Cummings to my coworkers. Cummings Plumbing has been added to my contact list for plumbing problems not covered by my home warranty.

We had a water softener installed. The whole process was super simple and fast. Jesse was great, explained the system and pricing. Install was flawless, Brett and his tech were outstanding. Would recommend!

Great customer service!

Good communication but due to the fact that Swanson is extremely busy and is a 2 person company his lack of availability earns him 1 star. No matter how competent a plumber he is if your Not available then what is the alternative in case of an emergency or routine repair? Wait? Or hire another skilled plumber who is available!!!

Spoke with Chris about having a Water Softener system installed & was informative on the process. I was notified day of that they were running a little, which is greatly appreciated. Joe arrived and was very professional and friendly. Explained the process and also asked if I had any special requests for where I wanted the Water Softener installed. Very clean installation and extremely pleased with the entire process. Highly recommend

Great. Chad and Adam were very personable and professional. They spent considerable time discussing the results of their tests on our furnace, and were quite honest in their recommendations. As a result of our experience, we will be using Strongbuilt in the future.

Richard Bogart was excellent! He came to assess and diagnose our A/C and duct work. He went above and beyond my expectations. He did a thorough inspection of everything. He explained his observations and made recommendations based on what he saw. He took photos and went over every detail. I am truly impressed with his professionalism. I absolutely highly recommend this gentleman.

Conrado showed up an hour after I called my home warranty. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything going on with my sewer line. Unfortunately, the home warranty didn’t cover the services needed but he was able to temporarily unclog the sewer line. I highly recommend Conrado and AirZona for their professionalism and attention to detail.

The only thing I was not happy about, I’ve never seen metal dropping and holes in the concrete from the brazing of the pipes.

Superior Plumbing did not respond with a quote to fix my plumbing issue.
