I purchased a Living Social deal for Intelligent Design for an A/C inspection for a house that my wife and I had just purchased. The technician arrived on time and called when he was on his way. The technician was very professional and friendly, and answered any questions that I had. I felt very comfortable using this company and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again should the need arise!

Roy was superb! Professional, timely and knew exactly what needed to be done. We were in a crunch on a Sunday and he did an amazing job of getting things corrected and running quickly. Great knowledge and ethical - hard combination to come by these days - highly recommend!!

The installation crew arrived today to install our replacement AC unit. They removed the old one, adapted the new one and installed it while the temperature was 107 degrees. The crew was knowledgeable, neat and performed their work in a very professional manner. They cleaned up when they were done and tested the unit to ensure everything operated properly. I highly recommend Cummings if you need any AC repairs.

so i called this other company monday and got an 8am appointment to fix bathroom sink clog. day of appointment no call from them . so at 10 am, past my appointment i called to see whats up. an emergancy call to place of my appointment time. told me it could be anywhere from 1 to 2 hours longs. so i called Pioneer Plumbing instead. was told i could get bumped into schedule and i could be a wait. being prepaired for this i said ok. lets see who shows up first. within 20 minutes Pioneer plumbing guys calls me and says he is on the way. 10 minutes later Arizona Professional calls me back saying plumber can be her in 45 minutes. well................ sorry to say but very greatfull, Pioneer Plumbing showed up first. thanks to shoddy customer service i say skip Arizona Professional, because there name is a lie. nothing professional about em.
so i got a team of guys to show up now, very nice fellas, very prepared and ready to go. we had tryed to fix the clog ourselves and got nowhere. they took the time to teach us about our pipe maintenance they pulled out the heavy artillery and Ka Pow . Yay they fixed it within an hour. Love this company and will no long look for others. they are my go to guys for now on.

Jesse, the plumbing technician, went out of his way to to solve the enigma of why my rental home drain lines were draining slow.
Eventually, between snaking and using an enzyme the clog cleared and my tenants were happy again.
I should also say that the Mgr provided a site map that showed where the 1955 original clean out was located - so Frontline and office worked together to solve the problem!

Sal Torres came and did a great job diagnosing the problem with the furnace. He setup an appointment with Dallas Hughes who did a great job of explaining the installation process of the new system that we decided to purchase. Franky and Karl spent the whole day installing the system, they make a good team. After a couple of days, the inside temperature didn't feel right. So they sent Jason over to evaluate what was going on. the thermostat was the culprit. We now have a system that is correctly sized for our house and blowing cold air. Great job guys and the ladies who answer the phones and get the info to the technicians.

Our AC has been out for a couple days and we couldn’t wait any longer for another company to come out, so we decided to call Rite Way. They sent out Ramon to take care of us and we couldn’t be happier! He was was friendly and knowledgeable and got our AC back up and running very quickly. We would recommend him in a heart beat.
