Best Air Conditioning in Tucson AZ

I have used Fushion Plumbing a couple times now (sewer repair, water heater, washer and dryer replacing). I am very happy with their service. They are on time, professional, and do a great job!

Picture Rocks Cooling & Heating inspected my heat pump in April 2013, 14, and 16 to ensure that it was ready to go for summer. I was very happy with the service and had a great experience. In April 2017 I had a coupon for another company and decided to use them for the inspection. The other company's technician assured me that everything looked good and the amount of refrigerant was just fine.

Well, during the June 2017 heat wave, I noticed a few things. The heat pump just wasn't cooling the house enough on Tues, Weds, and Thurs. Then on Friday morning, water began dripping from an upstairs air register, and the fan stopped blowing air through my house at 6pm that evening. I was so worried that it wouldn't be fixed until Monday at the earliest.

Ron answered my call at 6:15pm on Friday evening and assured me that he would be able to come by on Saturday. He showed up before noon, promptly diagnosed the issue (insufficient refrigerant, resulting in the evaporator coil freezing and poor airflow from the blower) and we had cold air blowing from the registers in about an hour. The price was extremely fair and reasonable.

After this recent experience, I am definitely a customer for life. Thank you Ron for giving me my weekend back!

Jake arrived with a smile as big as the sun, and in my 58 years of being alive genuinely has such a great attitude, and even after going on numerous calls, had the best attitude I haven’t seen in a long time!! You could tell he was prior military, and showed me there was know mission more important than fixing my AC unit. I only have one small complaint, and it’s the fact he doesn’t look like his picture, he looks so much more like Bradley Cooper...

Roy, my tech, was awesome! He was great at communicating with me. He figured out the problem and quickly fixed it. Great experience from start to finish!

They normally do a complete job. The technician got the account working but didn't replace the switch that had failed.Cummings responded to my concerns. I trust them so much that I hired them to repair my air conditioner. The condensate tray was not hooked up correctly but they came the same day to correct. They do correct their errors but I wish it would get done the first time.

Appt. was for HVAC and Master Cool maintenance.Technician (Jeremy Oliver) was professional, and did a great job of explaining deficiencies that were going on with my cooler and HVAC system, using pictures taken with his phone.He also discussed the options for solutions in clear, easy to understand language which I much appreciated.

Of course during a record hot day in August (in Tucson) our A/C decided to quit blowing cold air. We live in a small house and things were heating up quick. After a few calls back-and-forth, the Goettl van shows up and our new favorite technician, Jesus, saves the day. I explained what happened and he made a few measurements and a capacitor had decided to quit. He quickly replaced it with a new part and we were cooling down again in minimal time, expense and headache. He could have really up-charged us for services and parts we didn’t need, but he’s so professional, honest and thoroughly knowledgeable, I think he could sense we’re new customers for life. Since our unit is 8 years old I was expecting the worst. Goettl and Jesus are great!

We had a hvac system installed today. Electrical work was needed as well. The lead Chase and his team of Ryan, Hiram and Christian, and electricians Alex, Aaron and Clay were the best. They were on time, professional, kind , respectful and helpful. Filling us in on what they were doing at all times. These guys never stopped working and cleaned up everything before they left. We were very impressed with all of them. We really enjoyed having them around. I would highly recommend Parker and Sons and this group of guys. And the AC is running and I am very happy!!!

John and Joe did a great job for us. The were on time every day and great to work with. We had just bought our home and found additional plumbing problems while they were working. They handled all of these expeditiously and at a very fair price. The office staff was very responsive and polite. 10/10 recommended and I'll use them again.

I have used this company for years and have previously gave 4 star reviews. However, now with an emergency main water line leak, they tried to rip me off with a $10,000 repair estimate for what other plumbers charged $3500. In addition, their bid was just a number, no details, no warranty, and no explanations,. Disreputable to an old customer.

We just had HVAC system and tankless water heater installed. Everyone involved, Dallas, Mark, Jose and Charles, Jeff and his crew and countless others were wonderful to work with. Always on time. Professional, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, respectful. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with this company and it's employees. I would definitely recommend this company.

Service technician Ben Bodell did excellent work fixing our AC. He went above and beyond our expectations and was very professional and courteous.

Superior Plumbing did not respond with a quote to fix my plumbing issue.
