Water leaking from ceiling from A/C drip pan on a late Saturday afternoon. Quick response from provider and the technician Blake Vallee came out and took care of the issue that day. He was professional and explained what was going on. He fixed the issue and the A/C is running great! We will be using them to maintenance our system. The first thing I must say is what a delight it is to do business with an organization that is not only professional, but kind and understanding of the fact that when someone calls to use this type of service, they are usually in a little bit of distress, or the very least experiencing a less than ideal day. That being said, I was able to get a same-day appointment, which was important because I was off specifically for a plumbing need, and another company that I originally scheduled with decided not to honor the times set… That is another matter, which I will not detail here… Needless to say, I was in desperate need of help.Not only was the lady, I think it’s Katie, that answered the phone, very kind and helpful and patient… But the entire experience from start to finish left me without any questions, whether it was timing, an estimate, or anything else. Sylus was beyond professional, kind, and personable. He clearly knew what he was doing, and did exceptional work for me today; above and beyond! Because of these two people and the way this company does business, you will have our business permanently. The way my day started is very different from the way it ended.
