Called on a saturday, and tech arrived about 1:00pm. Kyle was very thorough, and professional. He knew what he was doing. AC was back cooling in 11/2 hrs. Fair price and great service

Very professional. Left my sod looking as if they had never been there.

Not a great experience. Came out for my routine maintenance that I pay for. The tech put two puncture holes in the duct that connects directly into the air handler. Left the house and came back several hours later and the thermostat read 78 and was set at 75. Called and was told there was no one available to come back out until the following morning. Up until this routine maintenance the a/c worked fine. Matter of fact it is a brand new unit less than a year old. I decided to check the holes he left and there was cold air escaping so I got some caulking and filled the holes in. A/c works fine now. The following morning around 9 am cornerstone called to confirm our appointment at which time we explained the scenario and cancelled the visit. Than at 3:20 Michelle calls to say their is a technician 20 minutes away so my wife said we cancelled. She just said ok and abruptly hung up the phone. Very rude. I had to fix my own problem that they caused and wouldn’t fix until the next day then they don’t communicate with themselves call me 4 hours late and have attitude. Not Happy!!!!

The plumbers was amazing guys. But the project manager Miguel! Horrible person for no send me the electrician, I decided who work in my house, well ! If I was the owner of this company! He get fired long time ago because the company is losing money for Miguel.

Kyle C. Was very professional and a pleasure to speak with. He was very informative and helpful. I had them out for a repair to my compressor unit and he explained everything in detail. I ended up purchasing a new system and the process was simple and no pressure or gimmicks. Should be getting the new system installed in the next couple days.I will request Kyle for any service to my HVAC and definitely recommend Cornerstone for HVAC maintenance or replacement.

their internet feedback page does not work.technician installed drain line without air trap, so for now AC unit blows humid air on my wall in the garage, i hope i get nice mold therethat is against the Building CodesManager refused to fix that hasardous issue, (also he refused to tell his name) ; told he dont need to be compliant with Building Codes, and he removes p-traps in all systems he works on.

I called at 7:30am because I had a bath faucet that was runninga lot of water that required shutting off the main water valve. They dispatched Jonathan out by 10am the same day. He was very courteous and professional. My husband thought we had to have the entire faucet replaced. But Jonathan saved me some money by replacing only what was needed. Tech diagnosed problem (plugged drain line in A/C system) and repaired (cleaned line and holding tank) in under 1/2 hr. Would have been 5 stars but for the 1&1/2 day wait. Been a customer for about 10 years and always satisfied with performance.

Saturday evening and the toilet is backing up into the tub, and no drains in the house work. Serviceman called me to let me know when he was going to be here. Cornerstone Pros had someone here in just a few hours, and not long after that had things fixed, even though he had to climb on the roof to do it. I highly recommend if you're having any HVAC concerns call make an appointment even to get a second opinion. After a high energy bill I schedule an appt with teco for an energy audit that suggested get AC units checked out; a competitor came out who glanced over the system and suggested replacing it for an exorbitant amount. I called Cornerstone for second opinion. The technician Sean showed up in a timely manner. Sean is professional and knowledgeable. He open up the system really did his due diligence had tools to get a proper diagnosis. He was able to do some maintenance and a minor part update get our unit running much more efficiently. Very happy with the experience.

Today (8/16/23) Todd inspected the plumbing including my water heater. Always professional I will receive suggestions and findings. In the 3 years I have lived here in Florida, I ha e come to rely on Cornerstone.They are always terrific. Examined AC compressor. Excellent service and follow up. Great annual plan. The 2nd time they did a thorough electrical inspection my my home, made some minor repairs and the follow up was thorough and in depth. I am so pleased to have found the Cornerstone. Mr. Nathan W. Arrived at My residence with the mentally to make things right by fixing the issue. He tried several things and corrected as much as he could. The final step he noticed that the gas smell was coming from the defaulted Valve Box. Nathan went the extra step to call the warranty number and was able to make sure we received a new Valve Box in a timely manner with no cost to the customer. Nathan was very professional and friendly. Nathan is a true representation of what Awesome Customer Service should be.

I'm always a bit skeptical when I see a company with a ton of 5 star ratings and very few lower ratings.Cornerstone Pros is a legit rockstar that kicked my skepticism's @$$. Every aspect of my experience with Cornerstone Pros was truly 5 star.I requested an estimate 3 days ago to replace a 12 y.o. central HVAC system. Within an hour, I received a phone call (after normal business hours) to schedule the estimate the next day.Michael arrived on-time, asked me a few questions and provided an estimate of 3 recommended systems in less than an hour. He explained in excellent detail each recommendation, including financing options. I let Michael know we had additional contractors scheduled for estimates and he made no attempt to pressure us into a decision.We chose Cornerstone the next day after getting all estimates based on Michael's honesty & professionalism as well as Cornerstone Pros' service reputation. Complete transparency - the option we went with was the highest cost, but we felt it was the best value (included a 12 year parts and labor warranty.) Miguel confirmed are install for the next day.T.J. & Mikael arrived on-time this morning (2 for 2!), gave me an estimate on how long the install would take and got right to work. The time estimate was dead-on and the install was immaculately done. T.J. walked us through the operation of the thermostat, provided us all relevant paperwork, made sure the work area was more clean than when they arrived and left. Technician is knowledgable and check and tested the issue in no time.Since the Blower motor is dead and under warranty, Technician offer and recommend to replace the blower motor the same day in a couple of hours. Technician also recommended Surge Protector for the AC and condenser unit, which I thought it was a good recommendation to be on the safe side in Tampa Weather and lightning state. All in all a good job done.

I had a technician come out, Johnathan C, to give me a quote on fixing a leak on my 2 drain pipe from my washing machine. Johnathan was very knowledgeable about everything that had to be done to fix the leak, from removing the concrete around the pipe to all the fittings that needed to be replaced from poor origional construction. He was very courteous and also informed me about keeping an eye out on my water heater because it was getting past its life expectancy and gave me a quote on that without me even knowing! I highly recommend this amazing company for everything they can do!

We had a pipe break in our yard and I put it off for months because we've not had a good plumber experience since we bought our house 3 years ago. So I tried Cornerstone, and WOW am I glad I did!From the very first contact (you can text them to schedule!), to the reminders, their online chat when I had a question, and then the tech Scott J, it was great. The tech was super friendly, found the issue and was able to have us all fixed up. We were worried he'd have to dig up our sidewalk (which he thought he might), but he was able to get it repaired. This was a little 1 foot space by the house, so it was not an easy to reach spot, but he was friendly and fast.We will be calling Cornerstone for all of our needs and are seriously impressed :)UPDATE: Since the original review we have used Cornerstone for installing a new water heater and repairing our mini-split AC unit and have continued to be impressed with each visit.

My AC unit kept tripping offline. Rob was very thorough in checking the system, but didn't try to upsell me anything. He took pictures of each problem and showed them to me while explaining that most of the issues weren't critical right now. His assessment matched my own, but he was able to service the unit beyond what I would have done on my own. He answered every question I had and was transparent about everything. My unit has been troublesome since we built our house 3 years ago, so I joined their maintenance club, which offered far more than other HVAC companies and at a MUCH lower price. They were the highest rated HVAC company I found on Google and I could see why. I highly recommend their services!

I contacted Cornerstone for a toilet replacement and sink replacement. From the scheduling staff through the entire process was simply amazing. Bryson came out to estimate. I was given a fair price and I gave approval to order the items I needed. After a couple of days Bryson came back to install. He was on time professional, and did an excellent job from top to bottom. This is the second time I’ve used Cornerstone Pros and they do not disappoint! They are very honest and provide really great service and communication. I have called them our for preventative maintenance on my HVAC and they have been thorough throughout the entire process.

The service tech, Jahn, was able to point out that I have a second switch in the drain line for when it clogs. Instead of just charging me, he gave me the option of flushing the drain myself, of which I was perfectly able to do and we were back up and running! Cornerstone Pros came today to check out why I smelled electrical burning when I turned on my oven. It turned out my electrical connection is working, but oven appliance was burning and could’ve caused a fire. This was our first time using Cornerstone services and we would gladly use them again. Our toilet water was backing up as well the shower and our technician Jeremiah worked tirelessly using a snake, camera, and digging out front to figure out where the source of the clog was. He cleaned everything out and did a repair in such a way that we would now have easier access to the septic. The initial appointment was immediate and the schedulers always made room for us each day we needed so that the problem could be solved as quickly as possible. We used them in the past for A/C services with no issues. We signed up for their A/C system maintenance plan several years ago for which they showed up quarterly for. Sometimes they would show sometimes they wouldn’t, the communication wasn’t the best on what they did when they did show up. We hadn’t used them for several years but on Easter weekend after coming home on Sunday our air wasn’t working called them and set up an appointment for 4 days later, seems excessive for not having any air but figured all the A/C companies are busy. The day before the appointment received no call or reminder for the appointment. So I called them and they said they did not have any record of my appointment. So I checked my cell’s phone log as I was second guessing myself did I call another company by mistake? I sure enough called them and then after a very lengthy hold was told my appointment was cancelled so then I asked when could you come out they said they cannot no longer service our address and we didn’t use their plan service and didn’t pay additional fees. He reported that they reached out to us several times as well as my wife with no response for our maintenance agreement. I asked my wife about did you ever receive any call from Cornerstone she had not either neither did I. I was shocked that they didn’t reach out about the canceled appointment. I am a business owner of over 50 employees and understand how hard it is to be a business owner so I really hate to leave poor reviews but I had to on this one. Maybe it was the many hot nights of my family complaining about how hot it was. I called another highly rated company with many good reviews the same day and they offered to come out that day! (they didn’t even know how Cornerstone treated me as I never mentioned it to them). They had it fixed in 30 minutes. It seems to me Cornerstone needs to take some of their marketing dollars and put it toward their customer service training or into their systems / processes training. My business will be going elsewhere.

Their maintenance is fine, but steer clear of having them install an air conditioning system. We have had four different people out since they installed the system a week and a half ago. Everything seemed fine after the initial install but the house never cooled off, we called and they came out, they said the system wasn't fully charged...it was installed a day before but ok. It got fully charged, the next day the house still was not cooling off so I looked in the attic and the duct that was supplying half the house was not connected, how such a fundamental thing was messed up is beyond me. They came out and fixed this issue (three days later because they didn't have anyone trained to do that type of work when I called on Friday.) Fast forward a week, the system completely shuts off and will not turn on. We call yet again and they had someone come out that could not figure it out so we had to wait until the next day for someone to come look at it. The next day, the guy was at the house for about 10 minutes and had it working. Overall, extremely frustrated with the whole situation and would not recommend this company to anyone.EDIT: After all of these issues, the install failed the initial inspection. It wasn't anything fundamentally wrong, but it was something that I had to contact the company about. I reiterate, stay away from their installations!

Warning: Untrustworthy HVAC Company ExperienceI am deeply disappointed to share my recent experience with Cornerstone Pros. Their actions have left me feeling utterly betrayed and concerned about the ethics of their business practices.Upon their recommendation, we believed one of our air conditioner's were irreparably broken by the previous sellers we purchased our home from and needed replacement. As our unit stopped working 2 hours after we closed on our home, even though that morning for our final walk through the units were working fine. I trusted their Reps assessment and we decided to invest in a new unit, only to later discover that the original unit might not have been as damaged as they had claimed, as they fixed the new unit in the same manner as they blamed the previous owners of, as well as leaving more wires exposed that the County Inspector ended up failing them on in his recent inspection. This deceitful tactic not only resulted in unnecessary expenses but also eroded the trust I had in their expertise.Moreover, during the same visit, the Rep agreed to come back the following week (last week) and service our other unit. In doing so, he failed to properly service that unit in my home that was low on freon, which we realized this afternoon when we had another company come out to inspect that unit because it too had stopped working last night. This negligence not only compromised the performance of the unit but also put a strain on my trust in their ability to provide reliable service.The lack of integrity demonstrated by Cornerstone Pros is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their commitment to honest and transparent dealings with customers.I write this review to caution others who may consider working with this company. It's essential to thoroughly research and seek referrals before entrusting any service provider with your valuable time and resources. My hope is that this review will prevent others from falling victim to unscrupulous practices. Furthermore, I will be reporting them to the DBPR and BBB and encourage others who have fallen victim to their unacceptable practices do the same.

The labor cost was very high for just a few minutes to replace a capacitor. $148 labor. But he was very good and thorough, arrived on time. I have used cornerstone for many years now and they are reliable. But they have become expensive.

A technician came out and made some assessments but it turned out after further investigation I didn't needed. I called the manager, Kevin and he called me back and took care of everything. He really went out of his way to be certain that I was completely satisfied.

Working in the real estate business for several years now has allowed me to find some great companies on behalf of my clients. Unfortunately, Cornerstone was extremely unreliable and disappointing. Not only are their arrival windows absurdly long, they fail to arrive during said time frame. My appointment window this morning was between 8am and noon. Didn’t show until 1:20. At that point, because it’s a condominium, the concierge was on break and unable to unlock roof door for access to the condenser. As I am trying to figure a solution, it is 1:30pm. Worker was unwilling and actually requested by his superior to leave the property for the next job instead of waiting 30 minutes for access as I had waited over 5 hours. I called and spoke to whomever, who was delightful on the phone, and she said someone will be there close to 2pm. I called multiple times afterwards and no one knew a single time frame or who would be sent out so I could provide access details. 4pm rolls around & no word, email, text, phone call, nada! I called again and they magically had someone coming back out with the ETA of 4:50. Because it’s a condominium and no residential owners have their own access to the roof, the roof access will have to be closed at 5pm by the concierge. I cancelled my appointment and will never use nor recommend this company again. I find it amazing how a company is so poorly organized with their schedules and employees. What a shame.

We called because there was an loud pop and along one wall the outlets and lights quit working. Chris with Cornerstone came out and solved the problem with the breaker. He also let us know some additional wiring and breakers that needed to be updated. The quote was very reasonable and we were very happy with the advice.

Cornerstone Pros did the re-pipe for my block home (built in 1956) ... and I am very happy!They impressed me every step of the way ... starting with Scott who came out just one day after I called to request a quote, also with their excellent updates/follow-up, and especially with their hard-working plumbing team (Patrick, Robert and Eric). Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and super friendly.Other than knowing it was going to be an expensive but necessary house update, I wasn't really sure what to expect ... thinking it was probably going to be a huge mess with lots of holes in the walls. Satisfied OCD customer. I first want to say that I like to do my research before I buy anything and I mean anything. I usually will google for a while to narrow things down and then I will make my decision.I called around and got a few quotes for an A/C unit. Mine was 14 years old. I chose Cornerstone because their unit has a 12 year parts warranty and an automatic 1 year warranty on labor.Cornerstone advised I needed an air return installed in the back hallway of my house because none was installed. Mind you the house was built in 2004.The 2 guys (Daniel and Larry) came out and installed my unit. They were top notch. I am nerdy and asked tons of questions. They answered every one without hesitation. I have to admit I have installed a unit myself in the past with the help of a friend. We were not experts buy any means but the unit worked. After asking a bunch questions to these guys, I clearly didn't know enough to properly install that unit. These guys take so many steps to ensure the unit is installed and tweaked so that it runs perfectly.Cornerstone sells many brands and I chose the Daikin. It has a 12 year warranty and is a Japanese brand. Think of Honda and Toyota when you think of Daikin. I got a 16 SEER Heat Pump. a big step up from the 12 SEER that I was replacing.By the way I had them install a unit at my parents as well. They are as happy as I am.Bottom line is do your homework. Google stuff, ask questions, and be curious. Its a big investment. And give Cornerstone a try, I'm sure they will make you happy like my parents and I.

Service was excellent.Our A/C needed more than repairs. Michael did the best that could be done to keep it going until the new A/C is installed. Michael M did a great job of giving us all our options with the old and buying a new A/C. and simplified it so that we could understand all our options. Michael was very professional and courteous.

Luckily we have a family electrician so we were good but it felt none pushy so over all A+!

Mike was back the next morning.He explained to me that it would probably continue to break down, as it was an older unit. He gave me 3 different prices and options. To my amazement, he said he would go with the less expensive one as that would be fine for me. Any other company would try and sell you the more expensive one. I completely trust this company and Mike was great!

Up until today, I’ve been a member of this company for a few years. I had an AC unit installed by them, a water heater, and had multiple electrical jobs performed. I’m not sure what has happened recently, but their customer experience has gone downhill. I had an estimate (in writing) for some electrical work on Jan 18 for $743. I noticed the estimate wasn’t exactly accurate, so I got a more accurate estimate on February 5 for $614. Today, the technician showed up and basically said the quote I was given was underestimated and called the office and came back with an estimate for the same job for $2,050–more than triple for a job they inspected in person and put into writing. I believe they used to refer to this type of disingenuous practice as the ol’ “bait-and-switch.” I told the technician this is the equivalent of a customer getting a bill for work performed, then refusing to pay the agreed amount in writing. I also said I was going to call and speak with a manager to get the situation resolved, but he walked away and said “have a nice day” and left a couple minutes later before I, the customer, could get anything resolved, and without notifying me he was refusing to do the job. I won’t do business with a company that refuses to honor their quotes in writing. If it’s mistakenly underbid, they should eat the cost and be more accurate in future quotes. Beware!

I highly recommend calling Cornerstone if you find yourself with no A/C. We called them end of day yesterday when the a/c went out and had a technician out this morning to repair it. The capacitor had blown and the Technician Josh S took time to carefully show me and explain to me in terms I easily understood what the issues were and why they happened. He took his time to carefully inspect the unit in the attic and outside to determine the tiniest thing that was an issue outside and fixed it. He noted that he believed we may have a small leak in the attic system of Freon but his tool could not detect it. He refilled our Freon and advised me should we run low again to insist upon searching for a leak again with anyone we choose to inspect the issue. I believe a less reputable company would have done pricey unnecessary work but Cornerstone doesn't just run everything by you first, they take and send you pictures to back their words. There is no doubt they are an honest business. He also had some suggestions for us to keep our system running smoothly but did not push the extras. Instead he gave them in writing and reassured us that if we choose to, we can always come back and add the extras at a later date. I have the a/c turned up higher than I have in a few years because it is running so well we got a but chilly at our usual setting. That's good news for our electric bill. We have used Cornerstone for our plumbing, electrical and a/c and are happy every time with the service and price we get.Update: Josh S over a year ago now was right. Billy B from Cornerstone was sent out in an emergency no A/C issue. He was able to diagnose a leak of Freon in a coil. He went over the cost of what a new coil would be and looked up the warranty on parts from the previous owner. It had expired. My Husband was limited to speakerphone but Billy explained everything from cost to refill to cost of repair and given the quality and age of the unit he suggested rather than paying thousands to save an old low quality unit and continue to without having any warranty that we just look into a new until from them or anywhere else and do financing and save money and get upgrade to the home as well as warranties for parts and for labor. My husband called and went over all of our options and today already the AC isn't running fully again. We decided that we would stay with Cornerstone who offered the best price for far better systems and affordable monthly payments. We are including their regular service inspections to ensure our investment is safe also. Because they cannot work us in until end of week to weekend they are sending someone out tomorrow to see what can be done to ensure we do not suffer in the heat until then free of charge which I am beyond grateful for as it got up to 87 degrees before.

The process took approximately 10 minutes . The reason I have been a member with cornerstone for nearly 20 years is because they or you have been fair and professional. Maybe things have changed but this felt as a member this was extreme to pay top pay based on research for this 10 minute procedure . Although my service guy was ok he gave me the impression he was in a rush to get somewhere . This feedback is not based solely on this visits but over the last 2 years.

I found Cornerstone on Google. I scheduled an appointment online. They were flexible with my work schedule and arrived on time. The first technician had faulty equipment, but they dispatched another tech later in the evening. He worked hard to clear my clogged drain, including removing the toilet and snaking the line. They stuck to their original quote even though the tech informed me it was supposed to be extra to pull the toilet. While it took a good bit of my day dealing with two technicians and their little issues, my clog is gone and I believe the price was fair.

Ted was excellent. Very thorough, explained our problem and options available to us. Didn’t hard sell anything and made it clear for next steps. Highly recommend.

Ronnie came out to quote us on a new unit, and I can honestly say that the professionalism he presented was amazing. He also gave us a series of different quotes for different units and did not try to impose, rather gave us a breakdown of all the units.

Sternley our AC technician was awesome, he fixed our AC even though the poor guy had to fight his way through a swarm of angry Bees (and got stung twice!). He never complained once! Great guy and great service from Cornerstone Pros.

I hired Cornerstone to repair the shut off valve to one toilet, replace an old tub/shower faucet and head, and replace the washer hot water hose.This business is BBB approved, and that’s where I found them. The technician that came today was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and gave us a quote to do the job. They did not perform any of the work today and rescheduled to complete everything in two business days, which is okay, I was just a little disappointed that he couldn’t fix at least the toilet valve today. Therefore, I cannot give a true review until they actually perform the work. I wasn’t thrilled that I had to pay for half of the total cost before having the job started. I understand down payments are typically given, but I didn’t expect to pay half upfront. I will be leaving a full review after the job is completed. Stay tuned.

Was really impressed with the courtesy and professionalism. There was a challenge in installing the unit in my older home , and another technician and quality assurance manager ultimately came out quickly following the initial install and identified a problem , and set up and detailed a resolution. They made what could have been a poor experience into a great one.

Matt Checked inside and out to see why my thermostat was registering higher on a really hot day with no rain or shade. It does make sense, with record breaking high temperatures. A home inspection identified a shower faucet diverter that was suggested to be replaced. Jonathan arrived, looked at the faucet, explained how it would need to be fixed and when he could fix it. He also talked to my Realtor and explained everything related to the faucet. Jonathan is easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company and Jonathan.

I had my AC unitworked on 2 1/2 months ago to replace the coil and the drain pan apparently was removed in order to perform that service. There was a small leak that occurred at the connection to the drain pan that I did not notice until 2 1/2 months later, as it was in an upstairs closet. I called Cornerstone when I noticed the small leak and they sent someone out immediately.The original technician who arrived was the one who replaced the coil. He couldn't figure out why it was leaking but replaced the PVC connection where it was leaking. The tech tore the insulation off where he made the repair & just laid it over the pipe when he was done. I was going to be charged a trip charge; however, I requested it be waived because there was no leak before he originally worked on the unit. it was waived with no issues.The next day I saw that it was still leaking so I called Cornerstone for a recall visit for the same problem. They sent a different technician, Sean, out to repair it. Sean was far superior to the original tech who came to my home. He determined that there was a crack at the connection where the drain pipe is screwed into the drain pan. He also determined that the repair that was done 2 days wasn't glued together, and also indicated that the insulation over the pipe should have been taped on instead of being left as it was.Sean glued the pipe and tried to repair the leak. At this point it appears to be holding.I can't say enough about the professionalism and determination that Sean used in pinpointing the leak. He is quite an asset to Cornerstone and I will request him next time I need service my home.

What was supposed to be a routine maintenance visit turned out to be a little pricier than I would have hoped. Shortly thereafter, two of my AC units stopped working. Alarmed, I called cornerstone, and they immediately sent somebody out to fix the problem, at no extra charge. I was so glad to see they stand by their work!

Great experience! Called on a Saturday afternoon because we had no water..Todd S came out the same day and was able to quickly resolve the issue (sediment in our water softener system was the issue).. The communication was great - calls, texts and emails - and I was able to take a shower that same afternoon..The cost was very reasonable as well. Would definitely recommend and use them again..

Had a leak under my sink I called a few 24hr plumbing place apparently those aren't 24 hour. Cornerstone came out within 2 hours after I called them after hours. The technician was great explained everything. He was very professional and friendly. Cornerstone will be my new plumbing company from now on

We have been very pleased with Cornerstone ever since we bought our AC unit 8 years ago. Scott K came out to service our unit today and he went way above and beyond with his expertise, care, and attention to detail. Scott was extremely helpful and patient as he carefully explained the status of our unit. He even took the time to explain it all again to my husband on the phone. Scott took pictures of his work and showed me every step that he took in maintaining our unit. He made useful recommendations to keep the unit running smoothly. We are more than pleased with having Scott K work on our unit.

Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. We spent over $8K on a new, efficient unit as well as do the only maintenance plan for $15. Cornerstone never, let me repeat NEVER sends anyone out for an emergency. I've had to have work done 3 times on my unit installed in 2017. They are as nice as can be, but nice does not keep my house cool for my young children.

From start to finish everything about this business exceeded my expectations. From the customer service reps who I was in contact with to the gentleman who came to my home for the service- Jeremiah was awesome! I had a clog in my line similar to what happened a month before during which I had another company come out on a weekday. I called that company and they were unable to come out on the weekend, so that prompted me to call Cornerstone. The previous company left an awful mess of toilet paper on my walkway and plants, and took multiple hours to complete the service. With Jeremiah, there was no mess and he had it fixed in an hour or so! He was so friendly and professional, certainly displaying that he is skilled in his trade! And for a weekend service, it cost less than the other guy! Safe to say I am impressed and extremely grateful to Jeremiah and his crew, and in the future will definitely be recommending my friends and family to Cornerstone.

I called Cornerstone because my A/C was shutting off intermittently. Ronnie found that my drain pipe which ran partially underground had been disconnected. He dug out the area, connected and sealed the pipes where they came out of the house and flushed my lines. Real solid work, way more than either of us anticipated. Proud to have Ronnie and these guys on my side. I’ve used Cornerstone in the past and I’ll certainly keep their number for the future.

UPDATE 1/26/2023: After our great experience with installation of our HVAC, we decided to get their monthly whole house maintenance plan. Don't quote me as my husband knows better, but the monthey plan includes 2 HVAC maintenance appointments per year, plus a yearly plumbing and electrical maintenance appointment and a steep discount on services/parts. We felt the included HVAC maintenance paid for the $10 a month price and we had nothing to lose. We have since had plumbing and electrical needs and every service person that comes to our house is stellar. Plus, I love receiving a text message with a picture of who my service professional is before they arrive along with a link to track how far from my house they are. Recently we had to have 9 smoke detectors replaced and I thought let me get a few quotes to make sure we were getting a good deal. Well I got those quotes and Cornerstone's quote came in HUNDREDS of dollars less. Travis was great and installed the dectors quickly and even rotated the face plate of our 240 volt for no charge when I asked him if he could do so (Cornerstone installed it originally). I can't stress enough how happy I am with our services. It also brings me great joy to know I'm supporting a local small business and not a National chain.ORIGINAL POST: Wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Sam and Blain! These guys really went above and beyond with our installation. For starters, the spaces they worked in were left cleaner than they found it. They both worked nonstop. My technician was Troy S. He arrived on time and was very professional, did a very nice job. I had some exterior pipes and a hose bib that were rusting and probably close to leaking. He replaced all the damaged piping with all new material, and was very neat and knowledgeable about the repair. Andrew was very professional and explained what the problem was with our air conditioner. He gave us some options and explained about the annual plan. He took his time reviewing everything with us and answered all our questions. So far so good. Air conditioner will be fixed tomorrow when the part comes in.

Dave and his crew did an excellent job replacing the PVC pipe system under my house which was installed improperly and continually backing up. They replaced the PVC pipes and connections, and got everything working properly. They also located the pipes underground in the backyard and installed a clean out. I would definitely use Cornerstone again.

I continue to use Cornerstone Pros for my AC and Plumbing needs. My brothers an electrician so I have to go with family for that portion. I’m in the trades and what’s most valuable to me is work knowledge, professionalism, service after the work / will the person or company be around after the work is complete. Had a water pump that supplied water to the house leak, never dealt with one before. The company is very transparent about their pricing (you may not like it, but you know what it is) The technicians are very educational in explaining what needs to be done and what to expect. My most recent experience with Troy S was consistent with my prior experiences and nothing short of what I’ve come to expect. They clearly run a tight ship and I’ll pay the little extra for that all day and pass on the unlicensed person around the corner. I sleep very well not worrying about the work that was done.

Michael was very knowledgeable and explained the entire maintenance procedure he was providing. Also explained about the UV bulb that needed to be replaced and why I needed a second one installed. He also provided an estimate for both. Very helpful.

Scheduled a tech to snake the bathtub drain line. I knew it was simple task and that there were no major plumbing issue, the tub simply drained slow and I knew it needed to be flushed of hair. The tech agreed with my assessment. It took the technician 10 minutes to snake and clear the bathtub drain. This company does not subtract the service call from the balance of work completed. I paid $411 for a 10 minute snake job. If I wasn’t closing a real estate transaction the following day and this needed to be done immediately I would have no way except at this absorbent and ridiculous cost.

The whole experience was great. Even though they had no openings they understood that my issue couldn’t wait and added me in. Matthew explained my options and was quick and efficient with the repairs. 100% will use them again.

Cornerstone is so impressive. The best customer service experience I've had with home repair/installation. I got my hot water heater installed same day. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Performed tune up on both Heat pumps. When cleaning out the condensate lines, they allowed the chemicals to drain out of the shop vac onto the grass which left a dead spot in the pic below. Wish they would have collected it and disposed of it somewhere besides the grass. Overall, they did the job as expected, and always find something to fix which of course costs more money.

My A/C quit working after hours so I started researching companies to fix the issue and came across Cornerstone. I submitted a work request through their websites chat feature (which I am always leery of) and to my surprise received a phone call first thing the next morning…7:30am. The woman I spoke with was courteous and informative and said someone would be out same day to get it fixed. The service tech was Kyle, he was on time, professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable and got cold air blowing again with no issues. Overall, I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC related work.

UPDATE: NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH MY SYSTEM HAD ANOTHER COMPANY COME AND NOTHING WAS WRONG SO THIS 1000 dollars worth of labor was not even needed! 2 tech from this company told me I needed work and over 1000 they said they even sent their “best” tech BEWARE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!First time here and was so not please at all, the tech was as much as a the word I want to use is not appropriate so we will leave it as rude as the manager was as well! My system is only 3 years old they are trying to tell me I need over 1000 dollars worth of work done to it and that is just labor the parts are under warranty! I got a second opinion on it and was downright belittle by the tech for getting a second opinion you have to understand you're telling me I need this work done on a 3 year old system! Then the tech tried to tell me and argued with me about me being the original homeowner! The attitude was not appropriate or appreciated at all! Was told not to get a second opinion that I needed to stick to one company then got yelled at cause my neighbor flushed the line for us due to having to wait for them to come out! we had to get it up and running for the time period! my first time experience was not good I don't appreciate the attitude from both the manager and the tech who came out! Empathy goes along way and this company doesn't have that! Now I'm stuck in their monthly service contract cause I thought they were a good place to do business with now I can see why they have a cheap monthly contract they want to hook people and for them to be stuck! The way I was spoken to from the manager and the tech was not right and someone shouldn't be belittled cause they get a second opinion

Travis came out to my home at the promised timeframe (not having AC 😩) in Florida during the summer is unbearable. He knew the issue right away and got our unit up and running and us cool in no time. The prices are reasonable and service is great. Cornerstone comes highly recommended by me😀

We booked an appointment for some preventative maintenance. I got a call 30 minutes before the tech Kevin arrived.A txt and email is sent out with a pic of the tech so you know who to expect.Kevin checked our handler and AC unit. He noticed the AC unit was making a whistling noise so he restarted it and checked all the levels.Kevin also recommend a surge protector for the house and AC unit. He had the one for the unit installed while he was here. We also signed up for the monthly maintenance for $10 a month.Great service and very knowledgeable!

Jahn contacted me ahead of my appointment and was able to come out hours earlier than expected. Diagnosed the air conditioning problem I had called about in a few minutes and even diagnosed an issue I had with my 2nd AC unit (heating issue) that I had forgot about since I have not had to heat the house for many months. Plan to use Cornerstone again for future repairs.

Zach was here on time and in 40 minutes figured out my problem. My previous company on 3 previous visits accounting for over 8 hours could not. Zach explained everything to me as he went along. I am thinking about pressuring Cornerstone to always send Zach to my home :-)Addendum - I was upgraded as to the ETA of the ordered part, which was received in a few days after order. I was told a simple Float Switch (a $20 part) was going to cost $250 on top of another $250 for a thermostat replacement. Red flags started going up all over the place and I said no thanks. Had them pack up their stuff and go. Bought a $25 thermostat at Home Depot to put in myself and as soon as the AC was working again I checked the float switch, it worked exactly as it was supposed to there was nothing wrong with it. I cannot stress enough how much you should avoid this company.NOTE: I have searched our company database and did not find your name in our system.They like to claim they've never heard of every person who complains. I see this reply on every post that gives them a low rating. No record of me huh? Funny, I have a receipt right here in front of me.

When your AC goes out in 100° weather, it can be a pretty scary. Cornerstone came out immediately, fixed it quickly, and treated me like a valued customer. Highly recommended.

Cornerstone did the AC, Electrical and Plumbing in my brand new house, that was a HUGE mistake! They charged me extra for outside outlets that have never worked, mixed up the hot and cold water pipes to the back half of the house. Drilled multiple holes in my garage wall to the outside, for AC drains they didn't even use. Yet, they left the holes and didn't even bother filling them. The list goes on and on. I made the final payment before I was able to move in and verify everything worked, then never heard from the people again! Awful to work with and once paid they ghosted me like a bad blind date. I would not recommend Cornerstone to anyone for any job!Update: I've made many attempts to contact Cornerstone so they could correct the problems, yet they don't fell it's their problem and even told the better business bureau that I was not a customer, until I provided the receipts for the work I paid for that was not completed.

Our still under warranty Daikon AC unit’s fan stopped working. Upon calling Cornerstone and receiving a prompt service call (they’ve always been prompt in the 15 or so years since I’ve been using them—thank you, Cornerstone!) I was told they had to order a replacement fan which may take a few days. Ugh. A week into no AC in our home, the technician arrived to replace the fan. Yay! Apparently the technician did not check out the actual thermostat and I came home to the same error message and still no working AC. While I’m grateful it’s not August and no one is suffering horribly, I sincerely hope they will make good on the matter and issue a swift return service call (I was told I had to wait another day) and consider a refund on our original payment for the initial service call. Mostly, I hope whatever happened to us doesn’t happen to others. Thank you.

Our thermostat went dark and quiet on us so we called the next morning at 8am. Cornerstone had a tech on site and explaining what the problem was to me within 3 hours. He answered all my questions, and the repair cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Overpriced for what they’re selling. Don’t buy Westinghouse reverse osmosis systems. They are monopolized by dealers and replacement products are 7-10x the cost of competitors for the same products.Ted the technician was great but unfortunately he does not control the company.

Problems continue. 15 service calls in 20 months on new units that they installed. Cornerstone advised that we are unable to use another company for service calls. If we do our warrantee would be voided. Please beware.

We had two water leaks involving the valves for each shower. Todd quickly identified the problem and installed new connectors that resolved the leaking issue. Excellent service professionally performed. Would highly recommended Cornerstone Pros and Todd

They broke a water line to our house when replacing our toilets. Then try to blame us for the pipes. They broke a water line on our 2nd floor causing water to flood into our master bedroom, master bathroom and 1st floor kitchen. Causing significant damage. When I finally got a call from the GM Miguel Silva a day later. Which a GM should have called that same day to send a team to clean up and damage control. They did none of that. Miguel offered a free years membership. Sorry that's not good enough, instead Cornerstone wanted to get paid and took no accountability. All they care about is upselling their customers and if they mess up they will blame the customer. We should not have been charged a dime until this was made right. They didn't even try. Worst experience I have ever dealt with. Now we have a crew that I had to source to make sure mold doesn't grow in our home block off parts of our home where we can't access for 5 days. Again, Cornerstone does not care. They don't care about you.

My AC went out on Sunday June 25th, I was put on an emergency list supposably since I was a member to get help ASAP. I had to now change my company since I am still sitting here on Tuesday in 98 degree weather and would not see anyone from this company until after 12pm -6pm. My calls to them pleading for help went truly unanswered, operators of course cant do anything but apologize. I will try another company and see who I can locate that actually cares for their clients health. 2 days without Air in Florida is not acceptable.

I called Cornerstone because our AC suddenly stopped working. They sent a tech out immediately. The techs name is Ronnie and he remembered us from the initial inspection of our units when we purchased the home back in November of 2021. He was very quick to diagnose the problem and gave us multiple solutions along with the pros and cons of each solution. After making our decision, Ronnie gave us instructions on what to do until our part gets installed later this week. Ronnie is a great tech who does his work with a smile and knows his stuff. When he’s in your house, you don’t feel like a stranger is in your house but rather a friend. I would highly recommend Cornerstone to anyone, they are super responsive, caring, friendly and professional. Thank you Ronnie for all your expertise and making our issue a top priority!

I called Cornerstone because my expensive kohler toilet that had never been in 15 years ever clogged and never needing more than just a plunge actually clogged. I plunged till I was blue but nothing. I had never called a plumber in my life ( I installed the toilets 15 years ago) so I assumed this was a big problem. I called Cornerstone, which advertises a 49 dollar service call in The Home Mag. before any work was performed, I was given a price of 184 dollars, for what exactly I was unsure. Naturally I assumed this was going to be a big job like removing the toilet checking vents in the roof, snake the line however, the young man went out to his truck used a plumbers auger and in 15 seconds (Maybe less) to my surprise cleared the clog. When he was done he immediately handed me a bill of 233 dollars, not only did i feel this was excessive for the repair he proceeded to tack on the 49 dollar service call for a total of 233 dollars for clearing a toilet, again for 15 seconds of work.Most anyone usually waves the service fee if you agree to the repair. Still, this was excessive. It took longer to write up the bill than the repair, which, by the way, I never received a copy of... Now I understand a company has to get paid for coming out. But it should be based on the work performed and time. $233 dollars was absurd.If he had spent a full hour, I would have had to take out a second mortgage. I called the company (Brandy) about the excessive fee, and she chose to do nothing, so I proceeded with this review of them. (She felt I was giving feedback.. LOL, no Brandy. it's a complaint. I highly do not recommend using this company. Comparatively speaking, my electrician Kennedy electric that I highly recommenced charges 90 dollars an hour. My doctor charges the insurance 215 dollars for a well visit....You're a plumber. Seriously....By the way, just a reminder, Cornerstone. Under Fla. Stat. 934.03, secretly audio recording another individual is a 3rd Degree Felony offense, punishable by up to five years in prison and a $5,000 fine. beep beep beep and not telling the other party your recording...shame shame. UPDATE;A PERSON IN A CORNERSTONE UNIFORM SHOWED UP AT MY HOME AFTER THIS REVIEW. I WAS NOT HOME. Troy responded quickly and was very knowledgeable. He was friendly and helped fix the problem without delay. He even observed another issue and asked to fix it. He performed the other service quickly as well and cleaned up after himself. He ensured all the plumbing was operating properly without leaks.

I called Cornerstone for a second opinion and I am very happy I did. After they came out to assess my situation it appeared that the company I have a PM contract with and have used in the past mis-diagnosed my problem which would have costs thousands more in unnecessary repairs / replacement of parts. I am now considering canceling my PM contract with that company and purchasing a PM contract with Cornerstone. Jason was the service tech that came to do the second option and Daniel was the tech who did the repair. I have to say, Jason's honesty and integrity is the number 1 reason why I chose to use Cornerstone to do the repair and the reason why I am leaving this review.

Good, Honest but can be be costly like any air Co in Florida. They know what their doing, very knowledgeable and the price reflects it. But I believe its worth it.Joined the savings club, so maintenance is scheduled and discounts on cost helps in emergency situations.I trust the reps they send out since Ive met them more than once, good retention at this Co is comforting. Its now a rental property so Im okay with contracting with a Co that diesnt take advantage and does a Great job handling any air issue! My tub wouldn't drain, then the toilets started backing up. I called on a Friday before lunch, and Robert from Cornerstone Pros showed up a few hours later. I had visions of having to wait until Monday for an assessment of what the problem was and how to fix it. Robert determined rather quickly that the problem was in the street and not on my property. It was soon enough for me to call the county in time to get an emergency service unit notified of the problem. While Robert wasn't able to resolve my issue, he gave me enough information to move forward to get it taken care of. Thanks so much for your quick response!

Communication from Cornerstone is top notch. From initial call to scheduling to email reminders to tech calling 30 minutes out as promised to (surprise!) text confirming the call with a photo of the tech to the tech walking in the door and insisting on putting on booties to invoicing to feedback. I was informed throughout and it never felt intrusive. End to end these folks are professional.The issue: I had a leak and knew it was the faucet but based on connections under the sink I opted to call someone. Came to find out it was a simple tightening of the fixture....but I was looking for a reason to replace the faucet anyway. Mark was kind about my oversight of the simple fix (we laughed about it) and he installed the faucet, which presented its own problem. At this point (if not well before), very glad I called and did not do this myself. New valves and changing the connections to my reverse osmosis - all because of the faucet I bought and how the home was built - cheap connections. New metal replaced the old plastic. Mark kept me informed throughout and we chatted cordially about non-plumbing topics and some company history. Everything above board and transparent.Everything works great, he suggested the warranty info that came with the faucet I bought (not through Cornerstone) and walked me through the Cornerstone annual service plan. I opted in. Not sure how you don't opt in, as it seems like a great service (across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC) at a reasonable price and my home could use the preventive maintenance oversight it will provide.Mark took all the trash - even for the stuff I bought (!) - and left thanking me for the choosing Cornerstone and welcoming me to the Cornerstone family. I'm sold, I'm in. Thank you. If you need a referral, this is it.

I used to work for this company and I left cause I wasn't happy there anymore I feel a lot of things have gone to their heads but anyway I have been gone for a while and I keep hearing things for some of the employees here and there that one of their managers keeps bringing me up and saying rotten things about me so I sent him a text yesterday and he tried to make it sound ok that he can say rotten things about me but I'm not allowed to contact anyone or they will call a lawyer on me sounds like great management and one way conversations I left there for a reason and now they are haunting meI would like to update you that this isn't the first time or the 2nd time and I would really like it to stop you asked me to stop and your manager hasn't so please talk to them and I have been gone for almost two years so I really don't care about working at cornerstone I'm very happy where I am at now again please ask your manager to stop please

I had Johnathan stop by today to quote me and a home water softener and water filtration system. He walked me thru all the option and possible issues we might come across during the installation. Provided me with in depth knowledge on what he has seen before and a competitive quote. I will be using their serviceHVAC Maintenance by Kyle:Kyle provided me with a HVAC preventative maintenance visit, i had not had my HVAC system looked at the previous year, I had not turned on my A/C or my heater in over a year and now with the temperature getting warmer it was time to turn on the system. Kyle did great and through work. He ran all the tests and reviewed the results with me from my system. I did have a capacitor that was not working properly, he provided me a set of options. He was professional and a courteous, I unfortunately had to jump on to a few business calls during his visit but he was patient with me while he was looking for either some info from me or looking to explain to me a issue or process. Finally after i was done with my calls he got me up to speed on what was going on. Once the work was complete, the system was turned on and the house cooled down in about 20 minutes. It was a pleasure to have Kyle service my system.Water softener installation:There was a couple of small issues that arose during the installation. Some from the Cornerstone and some from my side. The issue was that I wanted to use a filtration system that i had purchased, I was informed that it would work well with the water softener I purchased from Cornerstone. I had paid for the system from Cornerstone plus the installation. When the installation team arrived, they were reviewing the parts that i was providing and they informed me that this was a complete system. Filtration, water softening and UV. That’s where my error happened, I bought something and didnt inform myself properly as the home owner to fully understand what i already had. It had been purchased a few years prior and I lost track of what I originally purchased. I thought we were going to install my system plus what i purchased from Cornerstone. To the installers (Patrick) credit, he discussed with me that I indeed already had everything i needed and that the unit that i purchased from Cornerstone was not needed. His honest and professional advise helped me understand what my options were. It also came at a benefit to me as if I installed only my components, the total cost of the service would be about half of what I was going to pay. So even when the company would lose out on $$$, he was ensuring that the customer was installing what was correct. I had him install only my components and return their water softener/filtration system. As I said, it ended up being that my down payment deposit was already more then the total of the install so Cornerstone actually owed me a refund after the completion of the work. A couple of days later the refund was completed with out even a phone call from my end. Patrick tested some water pre the new water system and showed me the hardness level. He then tested the water coming out of my faucets and the levels were significantly lower. After letter the water run for a while the test were ran again and the results were even better. He told me that as the system flushed out the existing water in the lines, it will continue to get better.I was impressed with the workmanship, the professionalism and honesty of Patrick.I chalk up the mistake of the original work order to a misunderstanding and lack of knowledge from me on what i had originally purchased. At the end of the day i was complete happy with the work.As others had stated before, Cornerstone Pro is on the higher end of Cost scale as i had other quotes done. However their workmanship and professionalism is top notch. Even when mistakes happen they ensure that they are corrected.

Rip-off! Cornerstone charged me over $500 for 20 bucks in parts and 45 minutes of labor.I have a sewage smell from my toilets after putting tile floors on top of terrazzo. The City of Tampa told me that I likely needed my wax rings replaced. I called Cornerstone and they said it would be $49 to send a technician. I asked for an estimate on the phone and they said they did not have access to the pricing. The technician arrives and quotes me $675 to replace wax rings on two toilets. I knew that was really high because I had googled how much should it cost to replace a wax ring on a toilet? The internet said $75-$200 per toilet. I asked to speak to his manager, Reese. Reese waived the $49 fee and coded it differently so it came out to $510. This still seemed unreasonable but I did not know how long it would take the technician. It took the technician less than an hour to do both toilets. $500 for less than an hour??? That is insane! Cornerstone should be ashamed. I fully believe in paying people a fair wage, but that is totally unreasonable.

They came out stayed 1 1/2 hours charged $550 for outlets. $250 alone for a new box for the stove outlet and less then three months later the outlet was out again and they wanted to charge another $99 to come out and look at it.

Matthew H. is professional, courteous and highly proficient. He is exceptionally good at explaining the work that he is doing. Matthew H. explained in detail the reasoning for having a backflow preventer on my hose bib on the exterior of the house.Matthew H. did an excellent job of updating my washer valves hookup. My old washer hookup was 44 years old. I like the appearance of my new valve hookup.In addition, Matthew H. calked around one of my hose bibs to keep out unwanted pests. It looks clean and tidy in appearance.As always, I have always been impressed with the excellent job that Cornerstone technicians do and with the quality of service.

Scheduled time was between 12 - 6, was supposed to call prior to coming and didn't, just showed up. Charged me $140.40 to change out a toilet HANDLE, along with $161.98 to snake the toilet and the $49 service fee, and he wasn't even here an hour. That was a total ripoff, believe me, I will be using you tube an doing it myself!!

New HVAC, 2017. Unit maintained routinely since originally installed. Requested annual maintenance from Cornerstone Pros. Googled, average cost of HVAC annual maintenance Hillsborough County, FL which reflected a range of between $75 - $200. Maintenance done for our unit included, cleaning condensate line ($168), cleaning coil in place ($251) plus $49 Trip Fee (which should've been part of annual maintenance, not an add-on to pad bill), we were told was reduced from $69, because you signed up for membership of $9.95 per month. Total cost: $468, plus annual maintenance contract of $120 per year, totaled $588. Job Time: 2 hours. Total $588 (reflects addition of cost for one full year of annual maintenance fee we paid monthly at $9.95 per month). BUT, $468 was only good IF we agreed to annual contract. Otherwise, it would be $700 something. It's maintenance, not brain surgery. We'd expected to pay $250, maybe...$300 out the door, but, $468 plus $9.95 for monthly contract totaled $588. That's a far cry from $200 (nearly $400 more than google told us we could expect). Paying $294 per hour for annual maintenance was outrageous, but, the work had already been done, so, seeing no recourse, reluctantly, we agreed. It's a classic case of bait and switch. These HVAC repairmen are not brain surgeons. They are trained to do a job for which they should be fairly compensated, but, any reasonable person can agree $294 per hour is unjustifiable. Marginal business practices at best, highway robbery, at worst. Though I can't see how, Manager, Miguel Silva, disagrees. Though annual contract cancellations are ordinarily disallowed (else, if we did, we were told the original price without the annual maintenance contract would apply retroactively), Miguel cancelled our contract 7 months in, with no reimbursement. If, after reading this review, you still choose to employ Cornerstone Pros, watch your wallet.

I just reached out to cornerstone pros because I have a minor issue with one of the HVAC units they installed. One is running perfect as it always has. The second unit has had little issues since installation. I am now just outside of the 12 month window were everything is free but I do have the no cost parts and labor factory warranty. Since my current issue has been ongoing since installation the manager decided to waive the $69 drive fee until the issue is resolved. We had a broken faucet which forced us to have our water off until fixed. After calling numerous companies towards the end of the day, Todd with Cornerstone Pros was able to come out and do a temporary fix so that we could turn our water back on before coming back and doing a permanent fix. Conerstone Pros were called for an a/c problem. Michael arrived and made his diagnosis and we agreed a new a/c was needed. Multiple choices were presented, decision was made and a contract signed. I will continue with them and reccomend them for future work.7/16/21-----ac failure, start circuit failure. Conerstone called and we were the 1st appt the very next day. Josh called to confirm the appt and arrived about 15 min later. He made necessary repairs, checked ac drain and system. Ac system back online and cooling, with a maint approach set for Nov this year. I called Cornerstone at 5:30 on a Thursday after the hurricane with a leaking water valve situation. They had a plumber out to my house in about 45 minutes. I purchased 2 units from Cornerstone Pros in December of 2020. In 25 months of having these units they have been out at least 15 times for a wide array of issues including ductwork, drains, thermostat problems etc. most recently the larger unit wouldn’t cool and Andrew M came to evaluate the problem. He said there was a leak in the coils and the part was covered under warranty but the labor to install would be $1200. I was not happy and he called his manager to see what we could do. Kevin, a manager called and said that they have gone above and beyond and I would need to pay $1200 to move forward. I asked to speak with the owner Dana Spears and he said she was aware of me and probably wouldn’t call me back. She didn’t (I have asked to speak with her at least 4x).I called another Daikin verified technician and he came this week and said the coils were fine but there was a leak in the expansion valve and the labor would be $295 (part under warranty)My husband called Cornerstone to get a list of all the service records so he could publish them and we never received. Thank goodness I found them in old emails and I printed out and compiled a spreadsheet (attached)The past 25 moths have been awful, I have had to use at least 10 pto days waiting for technicians, my daughter’s grad party, Mother’s Day, 4th of July, and we have been ruined and we have spent many uncomfortable nights in our home and we have never received an apology or recognition of what we have had to deal with, they would just consistently say they have always gone above and beyond:-(***Kudos to Richard at Customer Service Air Conditioning for saving the day.

The two technicians worked quickly and efficiently; one removed and re-installed the outside compressor unit, while the other did the same with the inside air handler unit. They arrived in mid-morning and had the job completely finished by mid-afternoon. They left the area clean and free from any packing, shipping, or installation debris. After calling multiple companies that all they did was electrical I called Cornerstone explained my issue and they put me on the books.The new tech Samuel was extremely patient knowledgeable and kind.Because my issue was more cosmetic they applied a discount code that saved me a ton of cash.Good company great responsive service and they are honest. Good people, had a new electrical panel put on, they were reasonably priced, I had 5 quotes for it. They were the most professional and almost the cheapest, but at the end of the day I thought their plan was the best. Would recommend for electrical work, and I'll think about then next time I need anything done.

Richard returned to take care of an issue related to a sink/garbage disposal installation. Initially he stated that the offset garbage disposal access was always crooked. I requested that he try to center it in the sink drain. He was able to quickly address my concern. Overall I have used this company for electrical, hot water heater installation, and water conditioning system (non-salt). All of these projects were done professionally and efficiently. Customer service is excellent and they arranged the follow up on my sink issue. They provide ongoing communication when a service provider is assigned. I would recommend this company for household needs related to electric and plumbing.

Sternley came out to do our annual HVAC service and I am so happy to have met him. He arrived on time, took care of inspecting our system to assure us we were good to go for summer, and was an overall great person to talk to. So, happily I moved into my new home. I've owned a couple of homes before this one, but this is the first that... well, let's just say it's a work in process. It's 30+ years old, but it really is beautiful, with great bones and potential!Anyway I digress, but with good reason. The house has its issues, but nothing that couldn't be addressed by me, or at a later date... until night before last, when the A/C suddenly quit working.NOOOOWell, it wasn't THAT bad. It's been chilly these few nights, so it's not like I was laying there sweating through the night. Still, I knew it needed to be addressed, and quickly.Being new to the area, I had no clue who to contact. I did a quick Google search, and found Cornerstone. Calling, I met a friendly receptionist who was able to help me schedule someone to come out, and that day! Good start!I work from home, so I was able to easily meet the technician (Michael by name). He was friendly and professional. I explained to him the issue I was seeing, and he proceeded to diagnose. Was it the capacitor? No, it was pretty new. The thermostat itself? No, that seemed to be working properly. He impressed me mightily when he was able to unwire and re-wire the thermostat while diagnosing the problem.Finally, he went to the main unit inside (the blower and whatnot). I warned him, and apologized that the unit was actually in the attic (a first for me). He laughed and said no worries, and proceeded into the attic.There, he was able to diagnose the issue, and give suggested solutions to the problem. In the meantime, he was able to get the unit back up and running until we could get the parts in and get them installed.The price - for that day, just the service call! That's for checking out three different areas of the system, getting up into an attic space, and temporarily fixing the issue.End result: a very satisfied customer, who will have no problems calling on them again when my house gives me another challenge I can't handle.If you're needing some handyman work done, and need someone professional, friendly, and trustworthy to do the dirty work, call Cornerstone!

We have one bathroom and 5 people. (Including 2 teenagers) Our toilet got backed up and wouldn’t flush. We tried unclogging it for 12 hours.(Told hubby to call sooner but HE COULD HANDLE IT) once her realized I was RIGHT, we Called Cornerstone. Found them in the Google search. They said they could be at our house at 9am. They were prompt and very professional. Robert had that special touch that my husband obviously didn’t have (I told you so babe..) I was very happy with the repair guy he was very nice and explained everything and did a great job. (Explained to both my sons) Getting someone here from my call the day before to when I was advised someone would be here is another story. Getting everything fixed and the technician being efficient when he got here out ways the time they arrived. I would definitely recommend them for air conditioning sales and service.

AC condenser stopped working and house was 90°. Called Cornerstone 1st thing in the am and Dalton came out within a few hours to diagnose and called Carrier to confirm warranty. He found out there was 2 years left and there was a reset button to avoid buying new one. Even had warranty switched from builder to me. Saved me thousands. GREAT service!

9-13-2022 Cornerstone PlumbingSo we have been undergoing a whole home renovation since January. It’s been a slog of everything in the house being replumbed. Although we didn’t start with Cornerstone on the Reno, we regret our attempts to shave a few $K to save because in the end, Cornerstone came to the rescue and did things right.I requested Patrick specifically given his last visit to our home to finish our master bath freestanding tub installation which was a nightmare of epic proportions - but the Cornerstone a so plumbing manager and Patrick finalized the install with ease, confidence and professionalism. As a result, I told the Cornerstone plumbing manager that I would only have Patrick at our home in the future. The manager was very understanding and accommodating and ensured only Patrick would be dispatched for my upcoming projects.I scheduled for Patrick to help us finalize our remaining renovation installs of some faucets and our new water filter/softener system. I’m addition, I had Patrick quote a new spigot install for our pool lanai.Patrick was on it. He was calm, efficient, thorough and professional. At a point we had to ask him to wait for our counter to be installed before the faucets and drains could be done. The counter installer was late. And, since cornerstone had to run parts to our house for the filtration install, Patrick did not want to sit idle. So, In the meantime, Patrick was eager to help us finish any other projects. So the pool spigot was not in our scheduled plan for work yesterday. But Patrick being here already was a win win for the down time and is needing this final issue resolved.Overall we have been generally happy with Cornerstone. Perhaps not as much on HVAC service. But our experience with Patrick and plumbing has us feeling more loyal to give cornerstone the opportunity because in the end, they do quality work and stand behind it. Thanks to Patrick, the plumbing team and dispatch/schedulers for staying solid on our projects.

My breaker kept tripping because there was too much load on it. Manny added more circuits and relieved the load on the existing circuit. Very friendly and professional. I'm a new homeowner and this company works on plumbing and AC as well so I will definitely call them for anything I need. I signed up for their protection plan and I feel I lucked out finding a place that is a good deal and does great work. Highly recommend.

I've been having issues with my shower leaking from the knobs and the shower head. Plus I couldn't turn the water in the shower off completely. I spoke with my spouse about it and she was like why don't we contact the company that installed our water heater. That's what I did. I contacted them made appointment for that Friday. They sent Mark S out for the service call. I explained to him what I needed. He was able to fix my toilet in my second bathroom sue to the tank never filled up correctly when another company replaces it for. Then he checked my shower explained once again what need . Provided me with the prices which were really reasonable. We set up the appointment to come back and fix my shower. Mark S. is very nice and get got the job done. The membership club includes a yearly plumbing inspection and he got right to work ensuring everything was in good working order, and repaired a pop-up on my bathroom sink. This company is one of the best I've ever dealt with.January 2023 - still one of the best, most customer-oriented companies I've worked with. Cleaned the drain in my kitchen that was stopping up. My hot water heater was not working. I called Cornerstone and was able to get a same day appointment during normal business hours. Todd S. was very knowledgeable and very thorough. Nathan was great very friendly and knowledgeable of his craft. He educated me on a few things and that was cool. This company was very professional overall and timely. They stuck to their agreed upon schedule unlike my experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing yesterday. These guys gave me about a 4 hour window and arrived in the first hour. Usually folks will get to you in the last hour leaving you hostage in your house until they arrive so you don’t forfeit services you obviously need. I highly recommend these guys.

He was very knowledgeable, professional, communicated well, and his quality of work was remarkable.Before Sean left my property, he informed me of a membership program through Cornerstone that would be beneficial to the people whom they serve. This membership assist in scheduling maintenance services every 6 months. He stated that someone would be reaching out to me schedule the maintenance services. I thought to myself there is no way this could possibly be true. But to my surprise, 6 months later, I received a call from Cornerstone stating it was time to schedule the maintenance for the AC unit. Remind you, I totally forgot that I needed to schedule this service. I was pleasantly impressed with the follow through. I can’t thank Sean enough for this valuable information.Moving along, my appointment was scheduled for today. The technician Mark M.was dispatched to my home. He was pleasant, very competent, professional, and communicated effectively. He immediately begin working to maintenance the system. Once he was done, he showed me the results of the maintenance and what was needed. He was able to effectively explain the problems that he saw and the solutions. I informed him that I wanted to move forward with making the necessary corrections, but next the next appointment would have to be scheduled on a Saturday due to my busy work schedule. Mark stated that he needed to reach out to someone to ensure it would be possible to schedule me on the day requested. It took him some time to get in contact with the individual because they were in a meeting. Prior to getting in contact with the individual, I informed him that I’d make it work with any date that he was able to schedule for the additional services needed. He asked me to give him a few minutes. When he returned, he had scheduled the services to be rendered on the day that I requested. It is evident that the employees of Cornerstone care about their customers and will go above and beyond to meet their reasonable needs. I would give this company a thousand stars if it was possible. Both Sean and Mark M. are equally superior technicians whom did not try to upsell or take advantage of me. They showed me the facts and I decided how I wanted to move forward. Hands down, this is the BEST company around!!

I had a new Water Softener tank installed and the entire experience from the initial quote to the actual job, went smoothly and effortlessly. I’ve used Cornerstone several times in different homes I’ve owned over the last 5 years. I’ve never had any issues with anything they’ve installed, but I did have an issue with workmanship on their tankless water heater and I’m not pleased with what I was told over the phone. I have over 17 years of experience installing equipment on people’s houses and would never do something that would pass an inspection but look like sloppy work. There is a balance between minimum code and neat work that should be maintained by any service technician in any trade. They missed it. My plumbing inspection failed because the drain pipe on the tankless heater was not strapped to the wall and was only 1/2 inch above the concrete floor of my garage. The inspector requested the pipe be at least 2 inches above the concrete and at minimum, the end of the pipe strapped to the wall. They did send a technician to fix the deficiencies, but instead of cutting out an inch from the existing pipe, he chose to completely replace the pipe and ran it down the center of a 3 foot wall in the garage. It came off the water heater at a 45 degree angle and dropped about 2 feet before it met the wall. (It was run down the corner before.) when I called to ask if it could be replaced the response I was given was “Well, it will pass inspection the way it is, but we’ll send someone to move it for you.” I have no complaints about the work done by the electricians. They showed more pride in their work than one of their plumbers. Only 4 stars for the attitude I got from their office. (I think his name was Nathan) Added a photo for reference. Blue line in the corner is the original path, red line is their “fix” for the inspection. It would fail again because the end of the pipe isn’t 2 inches above the floor, but the inspector isn’t coming back out.

AC Tech Mark M. was personable and efficient, answering any question along the way while also explaining steps taken when parts are replaced.He listened, and that's a significant part of a successful interaction.Cornerstone seems to be very customer focused and Mark M. Is an excellent example of that approach.

I needed help with installng an instant hot water unit and a leak with my R/O water filter system. Donovan figured out what I had done wrong and how to make it work correctly. We now have plenty of instant hot water and no leaks! They are probably not the least expensive company but the work was done correctly and I was offered a really great deal with their ongoing extended coverage of Air, Plumbing, and Electric for $9.99 a month. To good of a deal to pass up! Definitely recommend them and will use them again.

The outside compressor unit had a factory defect, but Gary, one their managers contacted me and made arrangements to install a new compressor within one day! I recommend Cornerstone Pro for anyone contemplating replacing a heat pump system!March 14, 2022Sean came out today to perform annual Maintenance on my one year old heat pump System. He was on time, professional, technically competent. courteous, and respectful of my home and property. He got right to work and perform necessary Maintenance on my System! He explained the Maintenance he performed and made suggestions for to protect and extend the life of the system! Cornerstone has lived up to their reputation for good customer service!My 2 year old Daikin heat pump began to freeze up and drip water through part of the duckt work. Andrew came out to do a tune up, (very nice and helpful) but he initially thought a drain was blocked. He said to call back if there was still more leaving. Called back and he checked out the system and found the coil was leaking freon and covered in ice causing the dripping. He called his office and spoke to a Manager about replacing the coil under warranty. The part was covered but the labor would be $1400. I asked if they could give me a break on that since they just installed the new system 2 years ago. He called back and they told him NO the price is $1400. I think the Manager he spoke with was named, Brian. I called a friend in the Business and he told me his company would do the repair for $850. He told be to try to work with Cornerstone and ask for a Manager named Miguel. Talked to Miguel he agreed to drop their price to $1080 and said he would see if the Daikin rep would give him another $300 since the system was so new! I was willing to let them fix it if he could get it done for $780, but I was leaving Florida and didn't hear back for several days so I had another company fix it. Miguel did call back and said the rep would do $200 not 300. Told him I was getting it done cheaper than that. I also called Daikin and they were total jerks on the phone, offered no help at all!

Their customer service is wonderful and we truly appreciated their quick response time. That being said, we got charged quite a bit for a very quick fix. We appreciated the company reaching out to us to discuss our concerns and understand their pricing model is what it is; however, they could have made a customer for life if the technician had the choice to charge based on the level of effort for the fix rather than sticking to their pricing model/script they use.

WARNING: Senior citizens, single parents, and those struggling to put food on the table. ABSOLUTELY LOOK ELSEWHERE! I had a cracked PVC coupling at the water meter. I neatly exposed and made clear the area in question, it appeared to be a simple 30-60 minute job for anyone of nominal intelligence. To spare myself the trip to Lowe’s to purchase $20 worth of parts and glue, and so I could complete another project I was busy with, I decided to shop around for a plumber, an honest “Christian” plumber at that, knowing it couldn’t possible take someone with experience more than 30 minutes to do.Being a full supporter of American free enterprise, I was prepared to pay a fair and honest rate to get the job done. Pharmacist, Nurse Practitioners, Opticians, Dietitians all have at least 8 years of complex college degrees and make $70 an hour. Family Doctors $100 per hour.Cornerstone Pro won’t give you a quote or articulate an hourly rate for,their service! Additionally, they have a $69 service fee just to come out to give you a quote. I was given a discount on the service fee of $30. The plumber was here for 15 minutes max.Cornerstone Pro quoted me $700 to unscrew a $3 coupling from a water meter and connect to an $3 elbow going to the house. I IMMEDIATELY rejected the quote, and he made $30 in 15 minutes.I took the challenge and successfully did the job myself, it took me 30 minutes and cost me $20 in material PVC glue included. The hardest part, was driving to Lowe’s in traffic. The most expensive, time consuming and frustrating part of the job was paying a man who did nothing, more than a pharmacist makes an hour, to quote me a price for a job I couldn’t afford for him to do, all because Cornerstone Pro does articulate an hourly rate. I’m not a plumber but a senior citizen and I did it in 30 minutes, meaning, Cornerstone Pro’s hourly rate was $1400 per hour!I discovered this isn’t an isolated case and plumbing companies in Florida have a licensed cartel arrangement where they get away these tactics ie a monopoly no different than OPEC.Better yet, I’ve found myself my cause, to protect senior citizens, and the poor from being exploited by “licensed” tradesmen, with a year or two trade school from denying senior citizens and the poor access to PUBLIC WATER by virtue of having a “licensed” market.Two immediate fixes, require licensed plumbers to articulate an hourly rate, if not, make it unlawful to charge a “service fee” to come out and quote an hourly rate that normal everyday taxpaying citizens just can’t afford! Contact me concerning your encounter. This just shouldn’t be legal!

I've used Cornerstone for HVAC, plumbing and electrical work for the past 5 years. Our technician Ronnie, has helped us many times. We request him although all the techs we've had from CORNERSTONE are very good. It's getting harder to get Ronnie, though - he has a fan club! Today Billie B fixed our HVAC problem, giving us detailed explanations of what was happening and what to watch for in the future. Excellent service today as always.

The Cornerstone technician, Josh, inspected a recessed ceiling light fixture that wasn't working. He found that the fixture itself was defective and would need to be replaced. He will try to find an exact replacement to match the other fixtures in that room. Josh did a great job in a thoroughly friendly and professional way and provided all the information we needed.

Vino is friendly, professional, and thoughtful. He’s young, but knows his stuff and that became apparent within the first few minutes. Couldn’t be happier with the service or pricing and I signed up for their annual service contract.

Stay away from this company for any kind of A/C repair. I called them to replace blower motor and gave me $600 quote for 1hr job. Then I called air hawk and they replaced blower motor for $250. This company doesn’t deserve even one star who try to cheat customers.

We have used Cornerstone for our AC needs for almost a decade and have always been very impressed with the quality and friendliness of their technicians. We really love their new tool that lets you see EXACTLY where the technician is on their way to you. No more waiting and wondering when they will get here.They have now added plumbing and electrical to their services so when we had 2 clogged drains they were the first one that we reached out to.Martin showed up and he was nothing short of phenomenal... so friendly and patient with all of my many questions. He gave me lots of ideas to save money on some of our other plumbing concerns such as getting back with the manufacturer to replace a failing faucet first rather than buying a new one and getting back with the contractor that installed our shower to have him make the corrections we needed under the warranty that General Contractors provide.He was very efficient and had our issues fixed quite quickly. He also shared some ways to save more through their maintenance plans. We found them to be a pretty good deal and signed up for one that includes regular inspections of our AC units, electrical and plumbing as well as discounts on trip charges and parts costs.My wife and I highly recommend Cornerstone. They have always been our go to... and they do not break the bank... or even try to.

We had been members of premium protection plan but never received services on-time. They don’t offer emergency services when either the heating and cooling systems are down, we had to wait for the technicians to show up at least one or two weeks. When we made several requests to expedite they simply say we are trying our best but never deliver the quality service.

DUDE. Cornerstone is OFF THE RAILS. I can’t even explain how impressed I am. I just inherited my grandmother’s house, which is almost 100 years old, and had no idea how long it had been since any sort of AC maintenance had been performed. So I called Cornerstone because I see their trucks everyywheeereee and I spoke with Kathleen who explained all the different services they offer and helped me pick the best one. And then she scheduled my appointment for THE NEXT DAY!!! Not like 3 weeks from now, but literally less than 24 hours. And the service was impeccable, Sean is sooooo knowledgeable and thorough and got my AC purring like a kitten!! I also signed up for the Service Club which is only like $10 per month and comes with all sorts of amazing benefits!! I’m just so excited and can’t recommend them enough!! And they also do plumbing and electrical stuff, too!!

I've used cornerstone for my last couple houses and my mother's.. Overall we have a good experience. Today we actually had a warranty warranty AC service repair. The main thing I'd like to compliment is the technician Sean. My mother Whose house needed repair, was home at my house while her AC broke down. The parts were covered but of course the service call and labor were extra. But shut but Sean was very polite and professional.. And he had a very good demeanor with Customer which was me. Anyway I was pleased with his Service repair Of my mother's unit. My rating is specific to today's visit only but I thought he warranted A good rating

It's the same great technician, Travis B, the company sent to fix my second AC unit within three months. Apparently Travis is very experienced and quick on his job. He is also friendly to offer me several AC maintenance tips and advice. I'm happy and satisfied with his service and would like to recommend him and his company to other people.

Our AC unit stopped working and it was a Saturday Evening. We called and they sent someone out to look at the unit within a couple of hours. Garret was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He found the issue in minutes of arriving and fixed it. I was expecting a bill that was going to be hundreds of dollars given it was a Saturday Evening and was less than $100 . Called for a price to install a 60 amp circuit. Needed to wait ten days for someone to come, and the cost to provide me with a price to do the work would be $100. If they want to charge me $100 to give me a price - I can't imagine how much they would overcharge for the job. Um, no thank you.

I had a really great experience! The initial booking, appointment, and service level with the tech were all great! To be honest, I had other company come out a couple weeks prior for the same service and then heard the commercial on the Christian radio and thought why not have another annual maintenance and just see if the recommendations were different. In comparison, Mike the Cornerstone tech was so very thorough and I could tell the difference between the knowledge of the tech with Cornerstone. I was very impressed with all the details he was able to speak to and that he helped bring me up to speed with the condition of the unit and future expectations. I feel the recommendations are honest and sincere and that is huge when it comes to a big ticket item such as HVAC system. I am thankful to have done business with this company and learning that this business services and replaces multiple major home systems, I will continue to connect with this company for any service provided. Install new hybrid HWH, 3 shower valves, 5 sinks, supply lines and faucets. One day installed. Professional! Work area free of clutter.

Everything with the service call went well other than the fact that I feel like I got ripped off and scammed. I had an outdoor hose-water line break, causing a leak behind the cover. The tech charged me $761 for the repair which took the him 30 minutes to do — 15 of those minutes were standing there for glue to dry. So $761 for 15 minutes!!! I had to sign because we needed water for the night but I felt very taken advantage of. After the tech left, I called to discuss the charges and they refunded me a decent amount of money stating it was miss-quoted; however it still cost us over $400!! For 15 minutes of work!!! Really blows my mind. I have ex-plumbers that said they could have repaired this for less than $100. Just doesn’t feel right and I would not recommend this company due to their dishonesty and ridiculous pricing.

I just started the membership, hope it will be an excellent experience, the tech that did the service today on my A/C unit is Robert Mejia, very polite, explained everything, made reasonable recommendations. Was an enjoyable and professional experience.

This was our initial meeting and Matt took the time to explain the details and answer my questions where a customer could understand. I appreciated the information and the details on the pricing so that I can make a determination.

Made appt for AC tune-up - specifically told them at that time they would need ladder to access outside unit that’s on 2nd floor (condo) called them a second time to confirm my appt and again told them about the ladder. Day of appt tech #1 shows up with no ladder so he calls around for tech #2 that has a ladder. Tech #2 shows up with a ladder but said he couldn’t go on the roof to access the outside unit. Needless to say I wasted all day for 2 techs to come out here and not be able to perform service.

Great company!! Fast, Friendly and honest. Had a new unit installed 4yrs ago and serviced yearly. Tech is always very informative and professional. Will be looking into using their other services for my home.

Not going to pay $69 for a quote on a $10,000 ac install. You are literally out of your fricken minds.

Having to spend thousands of dollars to replace your HVAC system definitely doesn’t put you in the best spirits, but having an honest and experienced company doing it for you makes a world of difference. Our house was having trouble staying cool over the last year or so and on hot days would get up to 79-80° when set to 72°. The unit would be on 24/7 and we’d be lucky if it got down to 73-74° overnight. Our neighbors strongly recommended calling Cornerstone so we did and a tech named Alvino came by the next day. He shot me straight from the beginning and was extremely knowledgeable. He said the Freon was low so it was likely a leak in the coil, but could only tell by filling it. Told me price up front (Freon is expensive!) and then did the service and showed me a video of exactly where the leak was and how he could tell. He then gave me 3 options that differed vastly in cost and listed the pros and cons to each. Ultimately we didn’t feel he was pushing us at all towards a full replacement but that seems like the most appropriate option for us given a number of factors. He was able to help work to get us the lowest price and I’m very comfortable with the decision we made. They are installing the new unit within the next couple of days but I can already feel a huge difference in the house with the temporary fix of him adding the Freon. All in all, highly recommend these guys!!

Nathan came to do the removal and installation of three outdoor faucets that were 28 years old. He did a great job and even added an extension on one so I don't have to lean over or even get off the porch to turn on the hose! I'm soooo happy because I have wanted to do this for several years!

I was relieved when Troy came to our home. Immediately, Troy tackled each and every request promptly and professionally. Not only did Troy complete each request, he also spoke with me about each issue and how he resolved it. This gave me piece of mind and a better understanding on how to prevent future occurrences. Our sales tech Chris was excellent. He was professional, courteous, genuine, and respectful at all times. He provided multiple options, not just the ones that would net the most cash, and there was never any sales pressure. He was very patient as I considered my options and discussed them with my family. He was happy to show me specifically what the issues were, educate me about the solutions, provide timelines, and suggest interim comfort options. Cornerstone has always serviced our units before, and that will continue. Unfortunately, it’s time for a replacement, but I couldn’t have had a better experience than I did with Chris.

We had an inspection for a leak. Service was great. They gave me options and honest opinions and were not pushy trying to sell anything. I would give 9/10. Only reason for not giving 10/10 is that the plumber didn’t wear shoe covers so my house got a little dirty, but that’s an easy fix.

Cornerstone responded to our call very timely and showed up just like they said they would to evaluate the problem. It was in the evening time and we agreed to wait until the morning to have our new Hot Water Heater installed. Austin and a helper showed up at 9:30 am right on time to start the job. We purchased an AC unit from Cornerstone a few years ago and also have maintained their twice yearly service checks. We are very happy with the unit and the service however their new tech Albert is the reason I am writing this review. He was very knowledgeable very thorough and because of his thoroughness noticed our capacitor had low wattage and he replaced it under our free warranty thereby saving us from our AC going out in the near future! He was a pleasure to have in our house while he was here and I just wish all servicemen who came into our house were as thorough and respectful and kind as him. All great Mark listened to the issue quickly knew the problem and addressed it, had zero water in home ! water softener had broke causing sediment and all the faucet filters were blocked with orange sediment , cleaned them all up , next step to replace the water softener in the not to distant future , good experience and cornerstone always reacts the same day if possible when you have major issues , always recommend them is the second job they have done for me ! Needed the outside circulation fan’s capacitor replaced so i called up Cornerstone. A friendly person answered the phone and quickly set up an appointment, Rob showed up on time ( and waited for me as he beat me to my house!) and replaced the fan capacitor with ease. His knowledge and professionalism were top shelf.

I always appreciate that Cornerstone sends a picture and something about the technician before they come and they call 1/2 hr before they come. I trust their work and advice about repairs or work that needs to be done. They educate us about why things need to be done. Always polite and respectful.

Always a pleasant professional to deal with when contacting Cornerstone Pros about any needs for service or questions. He checked our A/C units for leaks and found and showed me where the problem was. John B. was very diligent and helpful during the process and provided good information and insight on the issues. He found that our A/C unit was no longer under warranty, and would check on a replacement coil.7/25/23John B. returned for a follow-up for a request to add Freon to the unit, and provided the estimate for replacing the coil. He again provided the same friendly professional and courteous service as in his last visit, and accomplished getting our A/C unit cooling properly once again with the addition of Freon.Thank you CornerStone Pros and John B. for your great professional and courteous service.

Cornerstone sent someone out the same day I called and it was for a follow-up from a previous job so they knew it wasn't going to be a big money-maker. In fact, the service was free because it was covered under warranty. They couldn't have been nicer about it.

Joseph R was great. I brought a new faucet for my kitchen sink. He was on time and had the new faucet in less than an hour.

Ken was very professional, he explained things as he checked over the AC then heater, replaced what I needed, and was very efficient and just a really nice outgoing man.

I cannot recommend enough how professional Ronnie and Cornerstone turned out to be. I was told by 4 other companies that I was dealing with a compressor failure. After Ronnie took the time to look into the issue himself, he noticed that I had an oversized capacitor placed on the unit. That capacitor was replaced by another service AC company that came out right before Hurricane Irma. In any case, Ronnie noticed that botched job, replaced with the correct capacitor, and cleaned out the coils. Ronnie was honest in his assessment, didn’t try to sell me on something that didn’t need to be replaced, and saved me thousands on parts and labor that was not necessary. They have earned my business as the only company I will work with going forward for my AC/electrical/plumbing needs.

Michael was awesome! Our A/C went out yesterday late afternoon. I called & scheduled a service call for tomorrow a.m. (first available opening). Got a call this afternoon saying a tech's schedule had opened up & could he come today? He was here within 20 minutes!Took a look, replaced a blown fuse & that was it. Cornerstone added a new electrical; cleaning filter to our A/C. We live in a area where they are tearing down and building new houses and filling the air with dust, dirt, etc...a few weeks later they fixed a clogged bathroom sink. They do it all.
