Needed a plumber quickly to resolve an issue that required me to turn my main water off. My Plumber responded within 90 minutes of my initial contact. Randy came out and was very knowledgeable and experienced. He explained everything to me in detail, and showed me up close what the problem was. He also identified several other problems that need to be addressed in the near future. I will definitely be calling My Plumber back for assistance. I'm not sure how My Plumber is in terms of value because it's not a service I use often. I know any type of emergency service call will be costly, but I'm more concerned for expediency and honesty, and I believe My Plumber met both of my criteria.

I had a water leak somewhere and needed help fast. Even though they found the cause of the leak immediately, they still checked the rest of my house to make sure there were no other issues and to give me peace of mind.

We unfortunately had to call a plumber for a major issue in our home recently. After searching around we heard of My Plumber that was close by. We called and booked an emergency appointment for that same day. Trevor came right on time (which is awesome). He diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to solve the leak the same trip. Trevor went above and beyond for us and did a whole house inspection of our plumbing. He actually found a old toilet of our constantly running, we had him replace it!

During our installation, the owner cut himself and had to be rushed to urgent care for stitches. He sent his team back to complete the job so we'd have no further delay in getting our hot water going again. Now, that is service! They also had the best price for a gas tankless water heater.

Trevor and his team have been incredibly professional, answered all of our questions, stayed in constant communication during the project, were fair and transparent about pricing, and make suggestions we agreed would increased the value of our home. Highly recommend for important projects you want done the right way the first time!

Just crazy good with the attention to detail. Master Bath is easily the focal point of the entire house. Guests that visit marvel. Of all the trades who assisted in the remodel, My Plumber was by far the most professional and punctual. Results speak for themselves as you see in our pictures. Good stuff!

Will and Trevor from My Plumber were terrific. They communicated with me immediately, even when I had a lot of questions! They came out right away to give an estimate and arranged a time to do the work around my Airbnb guest schedule. They came exactly when they said they would and did an amazing job in a short amount of time. Everything was cleaned up and left as though they were never there. Can't recommend them highly enough!

They arrived on time and repaired and replaced my 40 year old outdoor spigot. They were done quick and clean, so I had them also replace my Moen sensor kitchen faucet with an upgraded model that Moen had sent to me. Fair price and very professional. I would reccomend them for your plumbing projects.

I’ve officially used this company three times now. Each time they have never disappointed. They have solved two water weeks at my place and have made it on time or made a way to come early, for two of the times were emergencies with the property flooding. Very personable with great prices. I am beyond happy with my experience with My Plumber in Tampa. I had water dripping from the ceiling ain the kitchen every time someone took a shower upstairs. Randy was very responsive, communicated the good news with the bad news regarding the pipe that needed to be fixed, and quickly repaired the pipe. My Plumber is officially stored in my cell phone and I will recommend them to all my friends who need their services!

I called My Plumber based upon their website and reviews. I'm really glad I did. I was shopping for a water softening system to replace my 2 year old system that had failed. The system was installed by Trevor, the owner, of My Plumber. He did fantastic work. He was on time and exceeded my expectations. The estimate was accurate to the penny, no bad surprises at all. The company is community-oriented and a business you can feel good about supporting. I have no doubt that if I had gone with My Plumber the first time, there wouldn't have been a need to have a new system installed. I will call on them any time I need plumbing service. Excellent company and excellent service. 5 stars all the way.

I needed a water heater and hose bib replaced to pass a home inspection and My Plumber was there before I knew it! They provided a great product and even better service, they never disappoint. Do yourself a favor and hire them, you will not regret it

“My Plummer” was AWESOME! They came out immediately, and evaluated the situation, fixed any immediate emergencies, then scheduled me for the rest of the work, which was extensive, and needed to be coordinated IE: shutting the water main off to the building etc.... so Timely! So Professional! So Honest! Extremely Knowledgeable, and a Great Value, sums it up. I will be using them in the future, and I highly recommend them.

The plumber was knowledgeable and very quick and efficient. His worst case scenario was two hours with possible issues after taking the old toilet out, but within no complications, he took one hour total. I am very pleased with the work that was done. I am very happy I have a new toilet in place and working and not a brand new toilet in the box waiting to be installed. This customer whole heartedly recommends My Plumber to anyone needing a new toilet installed.

Randy contacted me immediately and scheduled a next-day appointment. However, he ended up coming over the same day because he found some free time.

They were the first of 3 estimates. Even though their scope of work was greater than the other estimates, they were much more reasonable.

Throughout the entire scheduling process, they were pleasantly responsive and have a good grasp on customer engagement tools for scheduling, tracking, and communicating.

When I was running behind and neglected to pick up the customer supplied parts, Randy offered to pick them up for me.

They arrived promptly with a full crew, demolished our rotten wall, sanitized the area, installed the new diverter and gave me clear instructions on what I would need to do to complete the installation.

They even replaced a pool chemical feeder, a task that no other company would accept. And they did THAT in the RAIN.

Good company, good leadership, good workmanship. I will use them again.
