For the second time in the past 14 months Heat Relief was there with fast first class service. We called Heat Relief August 10th at about 1pm because our thermostat was cutting off. They sent a repair person that same day by 6pm. He assessed the problem and explained that our drip line which is under the slab in the garage was clogged and needed to be replaced. By 10am the next day they sent their service man, Daniel, to repair the problem and by 12:15pm the repair was complete. We can only thank Casey, Marcus, Daniel and the owner Mark for their outstanding service and fair pricing. This is the company that we will always use for any HVAC or plumbing. Well done.

Daniel and Mark were flat out awesome!! Originally assigned them by our warranty company. When the (1star) warranty company bailed these guys really came thru. It took a couple of visits, but Jim, the repair man found the tiny leak. The refrigerant had leaked out. All the labor and parts were under warranty (new unit came with a 1 year warranty). Jim was professional, worked the entire time and didn’t give up until he found the problem even when it took a couple of visits. I would absolutely recommend Jim and this company.

Unprofessional (cursing while working) and condescending. Insinuated that the reason the house I’m renting, that’s had plumbing issues from day one, was perhaps because we didn’t know how to use the drain stopper in the shower. 🤔 Didn’t acknowledge that there was a leak in the ceiling and blamed the water spot on poor workmanship from a previous leak. Then cut the area out of the ceiling. Didn’t pick up or clean up the cut drywall. Had to wait a week for visit two. This time the reason the drains were clogged was bc of flushed wipes and threatened to report us as negligent and charge an extra $300 if he has to come out again. My family doesn’t flush wipes, so there’s that. And didn’t clean up after themselves after visit two either.

Today we were in desperate need of some A/C repair as our home was not cooling for over a week. We searched online for a company with good reviews. We went with Relief Services LLC and they fixed our problem same day. For starters, they answered our phone call and scheduled a visit right away which was a relief in itself. Jim, a technician came out the same day in a just a few hours. He promptly and courteously assessed the problem within 15 minutes or so and gave us a total price. Luckily, he quickly installed a new motor assist starter for our outside unit and sure enough we had cool air coming in once again. Jim was kind, informative, and professional. We were happy to set up future electrical and plumbing work with this company through him before he left. We recommend this company for reliable service.

We had our septic backing up into our shower. We had the septic tank emptied but after running water from the house nothing was draining into the septic. My husband called Relief Services and from start to finish they were very pleasant and professional to work with. Thank you to Javier for working so hard to solve and fix the problem.

Called Heat Relief because my ac was not working. They came out right away and found a 5 cent fuse blown. Replaced fused and my unit is up and running now. They only charged me the diagnostic fee. I will use this company in the future.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and needed a plumber. They were out there the following day andbfixed my leak. They were very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. Will usebthis company again in the future.

Unsure how this company has a 4.8 star rating when there are SO MANY negative things to say about them. This company and its owners should be shut down for how they treat their customers and try to make money off of them and the warranty companies. It's been over 3 weeks and the job still isn't done because they drag their feet and want more money for parts that weren't even needed in the first place. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Spend your money somewhere else that cares about their customers and their family members in 100 degree weather.

I called Heat Relief when my hvac system went down. They were out within the house and repaired my system. Very professional technicians, diagnosed and repaired the issue within 15 minutes. I highly recommend everyone to call Heat Relief!

The two men that came to fix my garbage disposal were great. Very professional and quick. I'll definitely continue to use this company.

Where do I start? I had a leak underneath my kitchen sink. I also had to replace my laundry room faucet. They sent over plumber Joseph Bates and he completely fumbled the ball. He tried to convince me that he was 100% certain the leak was coming from 5 different places. His original estimate was $1,600 to replace the entire plumbing underneath the kitchen sink and to change the laundry room faucet. The price sounded ridiculous.

Thank God I got a second opinion from another company. It turned out the leak was only coming from the kitchen faucet, not the 5 spots Joseph swore by. So I ended up changing my kitchen faucet and laundry room faucet for $290. Far from the $1,600 price gouge from Mr. Bates.

So far it’s been 2 weeks, leak free. 🙂

Great job Joe and Duno (Cuba). I called them to quote me on a French drain service and after coming onsite they provided me with a better solution. In addition, they discovered and fixed an underground water leak I had in front of my house at a very good price. Definitely found a reputable company for my plumbing needs and they are hired to do my landscaping aerator.

This is the best ac business we’ve ever used. Had handler and ac replaced. The unit we paid for wasn’t in stock, Mark upgraded us without extra charge. Had unit delivered and placed same day. Called them on Memorial Day, crew was here the next day. Marcus came to our home , gave us a bid, ordered unit same day. Next day was installed so we didn’t have to wait with this heat. Marcus,Mark, Les, Daniel were all very polite, honest, . I just don’t have the words to describe this company, except PERFECT!!! We highly recommend!!!!

Finally a reputable company who was honest, on-time, and knowledgeable!! We were desperate for someone to come take a look at our AC that stopped working in the night. We called around to so many companies and many other businesses either didn’t answer or had no one available the same night. We couldn’t go a whole night without AC so we called Heat Relief and they sent someone out literally within the hour! Frank came out and identified the problem and got us fixed for the night, until we could get a new thermostat tomorrow. Seriously so thankful!

Also they sent out Micheal James to pump it. I would say relief services is very lucky to have Micheal James on their team. He pumped the septic and made sure the entire system was properly draining in the septic like it’s supposed to thank you Micheal!

It was Friday evening and I called to confirm my appointment for that evening. My appointment had been changed without my knowledge to the next day by the warrenty company. The heat was unbearable in my house and I had already spent one night without any AC and there were no other appointments available for that evening. The operations manager Marcus went out of his way to come to my house when he left work to look at my AC. Luckily he had the part and it was a simple fix. He didn’t have to accommodate me, especially on a Friday evening but he didn’t hesitate to help me.
I can’t say enough about his professionalism and he is a true asset to his company.

Left the break box off the wall. Not sure if it was cut there is a bat inside or not but it's laying on the ground. The main issue was solved which is nice but would've been nice to know about the breaker box.

Traveled from Tampa to brooksville for some reason and wanted $385 to fix a pipe under the mobile home. Wanted to charge a lot for going under the home and going to lowes to get the part and the shark bite tool needed apparently? It’s a few inches of pipe. Ended up calling local company and will fix it for less than pennies.

Plumbing, needed my kitchen sink replaced including plumbing pipes. So I hax already bought a sink but of course I didnt measure it. So 1hr later sink don't fit. I was going to go get another sink but they can't wait..I waited from 7-12:40 cause they where lost and late they where stifle to be here no later than 11am. And look how they just left even left thier tools. Left everything on the floor and didn't even clean up....just left a mess for $150.00 Never again!

Jimmy, you came and achieved your goal of proposing your new Home Warranty Business, and your financing business, all the while we were needing your help for our specific problem with AHS and our HVAC.
You did the minimum inspection in under 5 minutes, and I still had to call you office to get the official written proposal you were to send to AHS.
Perhaps you were following orders, perhaps this is your MO, but honestly, you shouldn't have charged for the service call. You did not connect with us as to our specific problem, nor comply with our instructions on how your proposal needed to be itemized.
I personally think you are a good guy, just not doing things exactly as you know they should be. I think there's a moral code that all good men follow, and I think for reasons only you know, you haven't been doing that at this time.
I can be wrong. Only my take.

Heat Relief is a most professional company. They were the very first to respond to an intranet Service Pro inquiry for a 5 ton, 16 seer, 2-stage AC/heat-pump unit.

I had learned that there was no inventory available for such a unit in Florida for several days or even weeks.

They called me back within the hour, stating they had located a unit and could install it the following day.

They were far more reasonable than other vendors who wanted to charge a 35% higher price.

Their tech supervisor, Marcus, came to my house examined my existing system and assured me there should be zero complications with the install the following day. He was very professional with a customer first demeanor, straight forward, answered all of my question clearly and knowledgeably.

David Silva, the installation technician presented himself bright and early the next morning, performed the install and removal very effectively.

In addition to the new A/C unit, Heat Relief installed a scrubber in the duct work and a UV lamp in the coil. They were even able to satisfy a whim I had to have a A/C duct installed in the garage. I am looking forward to puttering around in the garage now.

I highly recommend Heat Relief without equivocation for any A/C or plumbing services.

We’d like to add in addition to the great work technician Jim for a/c repair with Relief Services LLC did, that Ramon with electrical and Javier with plumbing/garbage disposal replacement did fantastic work in our home and we recommend this company for trustworthy repairs.

Marcus came to my home and fixed the problem. He also showed me how to prevent the problem in the future! He was transparent, honest and knowledgeable and did not try to make extra money from me. Also, Casey in the office was extremely helpful and made sure I received timely service.

Frank Marrisso was our AC guy, and he was extremely professional and found out the problem within 15 minutes of his arrival. Frank explained to us that the replacement of the contacts could be a temporary solution. Frank explained everything to the wife and I concerning the part he installed. Frank was definitely an honest and caring individual. We certainly appreciate Heat Relief honest and professional individuals. Very pleased.

They responded quickly when my a/c stopped working, and it was late at night, so kudos. After installing a new coil, the tech failed to clean out the drain line, and the system failed again within hours. They were very defensive, and said that happens all the time.
They came back a day later, and cleaned it out. The drain line was full of debris from the repair, and the 2nd tech acknowledged that it should've been checked after the install. Also, as an added warning, they only have a 90 day warranty on their labor. Nice people, but they don't seem to have much attention to detail.

Got them to come out and pump our septic tanks. Today another company came by to change the pump and once they opened it up, he left half the tank still full. There was a rag and pvc left at the bottom. He couldn’t pump our other tank because his truck was full. Once I called the company they told me they don’t take anything out of the tanks they didn’t put in. I’ve never had this issue with any other company we have used in the past! Your best bet is to NOT use them.

Replaced faucets in two bathrooms and lavatory supply line, and replaced kitchen faucet.
