I just moved from the West Coast to Florida and was taking by surprised of the musky scent coming out of the duct vents. I called All American Home Services and they sent Connor out access the job. The reason I chose this company, is because it says Family owned. Connor was very thorough with his explanation what needs to be done. Since I am shopping around since prices matter, he said will check with his superiors to get a competitive pricing.
He even pointed out for a yearly fee of $185.00 this will cover 2 visit to check and service your unit. I think this is great so you will not fall victim of surprises.

Had some issues at 9pm with my ac acting weird and this company had someone out in less then 30 minutes and it was a simple fix ! Great company , great workers and fast service 😊

The job was done fine but it's clear they overcharge. The prices are ridiculous for the services offered. They’re on the highest end possible for all services. Additionally, the 100$ service charge whether or not services are accepted is akin to forcing customers to accept awful prices or suffer a 100$ loss. This feels especially criminal as it is not explained before the technician shows up. Even if a customer found an honest and fair company to use afterwards with the blanket 100$ charge it makes the prospect unattractive, which is I'm sure, the company's intent.

Personally, the technician diagnosed that a 12$ component had failed. And charged 400$ to replace it. Took the man all of 10 minutes. I tried to argue the ridiculous price and even referred to other companies’ prices for such services and he just kept saying, cost of doing business”

Jeremy replaced a broken air purifier with new air scrubber system in the hvac ducting. He was quick and efficient during the installation. I also purchased 2 portable systems and before leaving, he showed me how to use those. Jeremy is always a pleasure to deal with during hvac maintenance and service calls. His coworker, Brie who was riding along on the call, was also very pleasant. Thank you for the quality of your techs and other employees.

We had a blocked drain on Saturday. Our 2 go to plumbers couldn't help us till Monday. Brandon was at our house less than 2 hours after calling for help. He was very professional and we had an unblocked drain in no time. Very happy with the service.

I had a an appointment scheduled between 10-2. Nobody showed up and when I called at 2pm to get an ETA, I was told they’d be in touch very soon. However, no one ever called. Terrible service and unprofessional

I had service done by another ac tech and he charged 271 to put in a starter,the fan still wouldn't turn (due to a palm fron getting caught up in there causing a high sqeeking noise) he said it would cost 767 for a new fan motor and that my compressor was already shot and would cost 3000 to purchase a new AC for 10,000 $ really pushing to just get new AC.I called American home services and Blake came out and immediately started to maneuver the fan blade to try and get it unstuck he was successful and we are so grateful 🙏 to this wonderful tech he also explained everything we needed to do purchase a new AC and really eased our minds of cost and getting things done correctly.Hes a honest and trustworthy person,I will definitely go with this company and him for my next new AC.

They did a great job installing. BUT…. they didn’t install the correct breakers. We didn’t pass inspection. We have been fighting them for months. To fix what they did wrong from the beginning. They have no showed several times. And when ever we call we get. “Oh we didn’t have a reservation for you today. “. If I knew a lawyer I would sue them for lost wages waiting for them to show up. I don’t trust them for anything.

I called All American on Friday morning to get someone out to look at my AC unit. I was happily surprised that they would be sending someone out to look at it later that afternoon. Just before my appointment, Dalton reached out to me stating that the technician who was supposed to come, had to go home sick. Dalton said he would have someone come out at 9am on Saturday morning, and he would be waving the weekend emergency fee which I thought was absolutely amazing, and above and beyond what any company would do.

Saturday morning rolls around and I end up waiting until noon with no call from a technician. I call the dispatcher who reaches out to a technician who claims he would be at my place in 45 minutes. After waiting until 2pm, no one still came by my home. I cannot under any circumstances recommend this company to anyone.

Woke up I. The middle of the night and no AC
Called American home services, the nice woman on the phone said she had a tech on his way into work and would have him stop by here on his way. Less than 15 minutes later he showed up. We went through what was wrong and decided it was best to replace the unit. I was told someone would come by 12: 00 to do the work. Two very nice gentlemen showed up by 10 and were finished and cleaned up by 1:00. We are very happy with the work and will send any future work their way.

Jorge was our tech answering a general maintenance call. He relayed news that we needed to replace our system. He took time to go through all options and allowed us time to do our own checkups and was very accommodating to our schedules. When it came time for install, Daniel and Tony were phenomenal. They were quick, clean, and polite - taking/making time for explanations and questions. All of this made the difficulty of absorbing the cost much easier. Certainly money well spent.

I work from home and my AC went out. I called All American Home Services at 7am. I didn’t expect anyone to answer much less have a technician to my house same day. The technician showed up and was respectful of my time and worked around my needs. After he did his inspection he suggested I replace my unit. They came out the next day (today) and installed a brand new system. The team was amazing, I cannot stress the level of professionalism they had. In a time like this it was refreshing to know that there are still companies that treat you like a person. Thank you gentlemen. I’ll definitely be using All American Home Services in the future. And if you’re reading this, you should too.

Water leaking from ceiling from A/C drip pan on a late Saturday afternoon. Quick response from provider and the technician Blake Vallee came out and took care of the issue that day. He was professional and explained what was going on. He fixed the issue and the A/C is running great! We will be using them to maintenance our system.
