Quick to respond. Showed up and went right to work! Very professional with quality work.

I bought three toilets to replace the old ones in my home. I also supplied new wax ring seals and supply lines. Plumbing Therapist was very responsive, provided a competitive estimate for installation, and was able to schedule very quickly. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. I love my new toilets! However, during the installations, they informed me they needed to replace the flange for one of the toilets for $50. It costs $6.50 at Lowe's. I pointed this out to them, but they didn't care. I would recommend them, but only if you supply all of the parts needed for your project.

They were on time as communicated for the initial appointment and later on the work. They were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would absolutely recommend them and will use them for my AC services in the future

5 star service across the board. They were on time, professional, took care of the problem quickly, and a great value.

They were hired to complete the first rough plumbing for in addition. They arrived in 3 brand new trucks with six workers. It was difficult to communicate with them since only two could speak English. Only one of the six worked on the pipe and one handed him material. The other four did absolutely nothing during the ten hours they were there. I agree to dig the trench since they wanted to charge me almost $3000. During the installation they said the trench wasn't deep enough and ask me to dig it deeper which I did without hesitation. As I'm digging non of the four workers standing there offered to help. To me it was insulting to see four guys doing nothing while they watched me work. I pulled the owner aside and and said would you really rather pay these guys to do nothing than help me. His response was we gave you a big discount so they should have to help. meaning he took the charge off the estimate since I was doing the work. I explained how insulting it is to work while these guys were standing there and that at minimum they should sit in the truck but it went on deaf ears. During the day they tried to claim that some of the work was not in the quote whichbwas not the case and I remided them of the exact discussion as we initially walked through the job. They were argumentative throughout the work and made some false statements about code which I happened to know very well but I didn’t lead on. They completed the work and I paid them in full.

The next day the work was inspected by the city and it failed since half the piping was not vented properly. As prommised they came back and did the work. On thing I can say is that they came back as promised but again were argumentative about the what the inspector said would solve the issue.

I don't plan on using them again unless I need some handyman type of labor but I doubt that will happen since they charge like a plumber.
One other thing I learned is that they have only been in business for one year which explains some of what I experienced.

Language barrier but professional work!

I was very specific about how I needed drainage and pipes ran to another room. I was very specific as well about how I did not want to take a day off off if it would be a waste of time. they sent two very nice men but did not speak English wich was hard. after they left I was called and told they would not help that they did not know how to complete the project. very unprofessional. I thought I was contacting a real company not handymen.

Great service for a immediate need for a water heater. Was able to get it done the same day at a great price. The plumbers were very friendly and cleaned up after the job was completed. The team of three were very professional, very genuine, honest, and, I had to research how do use my spaceship like shower to ensure that they did the job correctly. I could appreciate that fully. Their pricing was much less than I expected it to be they even had to go in my crawlspace in my attic to access the back of my shower and they repaired the wall back to its existing condition which was a lot of work. Great communication, professional, pleasant to work with and amazing value compared to multiple other estimates received. Answered my questions without talking down or being annoyed. I recommend this company. I called them because I had been noticing for the last few months my water bill was larger than normal and I suspected a leakage. They came and found the leak within minutes, very efficient and nice to work with.

I am extremely happy to have found this business through Thumbtack. Family owned and operated, they were responsive to my questions and someone answered the phone with each call I made. I have well water with an extreme sulphur content that was unbearable. I had a Halo 5 whole house filtration system installed by Plumbing Therapist. The crew showed up on time, dressed in company uniforms, were courteous, professional and worked diligently to install the system. There was no joking, talking on cell phones or standing around by this crew of four young people. At the end of the work, they were respectful of the property, everything was cleaned up and put back in order. Oh, yes, and my water is like spring water and no “rotten egg” smell in my home!

These guys were amazing. Showed up exactly when they said they would. My water heater wasn’t very accessible, the guys took care of everything. I had my quote and replacement in the same day. First let’s start with I never post reviews, but I had to post one for these guys. These guys a great. Awesome job they did putting new drain lines in the foundation and rerouting/new installation of hot and cold piping as well as valves.
