We had a bad water leak, blockage, and other issues and Frank from Williams came out the same day with an estimate. It was a little higher than what I had hoped but the quality and professionalism was worth the price. You get what you pay for. Thanks Williams.

When I moved to Tulsa a few years back, I used Williams since we share the last name (easy to remember!). Now, I use Williams Plumbing because of their great customer experience. They are reasonably priced, professional and every tech that has come into my home has been kind and personable.

We called Williams to give us estimate for a couple of big, upcoming jobs. Aaron showed up on time, wore a mask, was patient and knowledgeable for all of our questions. So far, we're impressed with the level of professionalism and competence shown and hope to do business with this company in the near future. Thank you!

After three failed attempts by two different plumbers to fix a relatively straightforward problem, I called Williams Plumbing. I appreciate their promptness, their up-front pricing, the guarantee of their work, and the fact that they didn’t try to sell me services I don’t need. Technician did a great job. The clog was fairly stubborn but he worked and worked until he got it cleared out and draining properly.

The guys were professional and found the leak quickly. Now we're moving on to the next step.The water heater install and water line redirect took place at the same time. The leak was found and fixed. Aaron and John methodically worked through each step completing both jobs by the end of the day. Any questions or concerns were quickly addressed and resolved. They did a great job.After the drywall repair was completed, Caleb reset the toilet. Not liking the way the wax ring seated, he pulled the toilet again and replaced that ring. This time the wax ring sealed better and he reset the toilet. His persistence in getting a proper seal is greatly appreciated.Overall, this was the biggest plumbing job we've had to deal with as homeowners. We highly recommend Williams Plumbing.

BEWARE!!! Called Williams plumbing and specifically requested leak detection services. They said they would call me the next day. They called two days later and set a vague appointment with no time frame. They told me about a $110 base fee. I agreed. Then on the day of my appointment they send a guy who looks around for five minutes and then tells me he doesn't have the equipment or expertise to perform leak detection, which is what I specifically requested. He then demands his $110 fee for coming out. He wouldn't leave without it, so I paid. I requested a refund from the company and waited days to hear back. They eventually called and said the fee was not applicable to further repairs. I contested. Days later they called again and said they would go ahead and apply it towards repairs but by that time I had already gotten a reputable company (American Leak Detection) to come out and do the job right and cheaper than Williams quoted. I again requested a refund. Williams told me they would discuss it and call me back. Never heard back from them of course. Now, they'll probably see this review and leave a response trying to justify what they did or blame me instead of taking responsibility for their mistake. Just read the other reviews and responses before you call them. I wish I had.

There are no words to express how pleased I am with the professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service that Frank, my technician, exhibited today while addressing the plumbing issues we discovered in what started out as, supposedly, a routine plumbing issue. He explained each challenge that we discovered, went over all options, and made sure I knew the approximate costs involved with each possible choice. He called in extra help when needed, performed all of the work needed and made sure that everything worked properly when finished. He was so respectful of my property, my concerns and my questions. Scheduled service for leaking toilet base and replace ice maker line connector. Technician got there and said they do not move appliances, was not told that when scheduling, I just had hand surgery so I could not move it. Toilet base leaking and tech said probably main line and need a clean out installed. Quoted high priced items that were not necessary before looking at the problem. Turns out needed a seal replaced, as I had originally asked for. I now have to pay another service charge over the ice maker. Called the office with my concerns was advised that I would have a returned call within 24 hours. No call received. I used them on another property a couple days before with a $4000 job quote that they will not be getting due to not responding. Additionally, I Referred them to a friend at the same time I made my appointment and they were not happy with the service as well.

Aaron H was an awesome tech. Instead of charging me way too much money to things outside his training he gave his opinion that I just need new appliances. He took time to help me get a game plan to go a step further. I appreciate his honesty and he even went the extra mile to help.If you can ask for a tech then I would ask for Aaron H. He is a good ambassador for the company.

Chris and his son went above and beyond to assist me. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly. Their knowledge of the city sewer city actually saved me money.

My next door neighbor of 25 years is a 45 year professional “new install only” plumber and offered to send a crew (overkill , since he works crews, not single techs) to do job but I asked instead for a referral , he recommended you guys. Frank and Williams Plumbing were wonderful. Helped with a sewer emergency and then installed and replaced two toilets for me. Was very pleased with prompt service and Frank was a great plumber and professional.

We had a clog in our upstairs bathroom sink and had 3 loose faucets that needed tightening. So we called Williams Plumbing. We were told it would be a $110 service charge to come out. When the tech arrived, he inspected the clog and the 3 loose faucets. He then told verbally told us that it would be 110 for the clog and 1/2 a service charge($55.00) to tighten the faucets. We agreed to the price and assumed it would take 1-1/2 hours. The tech finished the entire job in 15-20 minutes so we thought it would be less. We asked him about it and he explained they did not work by the hour but by the quoted job. I had agreed to the verbal quote so I paid him. It is my entire fault for assuming and not asking for clarification on how long it would take when he quoted me the $165.00. I will say the tech was proficient and fixed our clog and tightened the 3 loose faucets. Just be aware that the quoted rate for smaller jobs may be exorbitant in relation to the time it takes to fix the problem. We will be looking for a new plumber the next time.

Had to have a hot water heater replaced. Bought the heater myself, and ripped out the old one, but could not get the new one in right. They were on it, arrived in less than an hour and got it done quick and professionally. Saved me quite a bit of money as well.

I appreciated the excellent customer service from Frank. Didn’t take him long to get my hot water tank fixed.

Excellent work yet again by Williams. We had a sewer issue last winter, and then a couple problems with a toilet and shower today, and both times the technicians were phenomenal. Tye handled our sewer issue, explained all the work and options, and got us fixed up in a couple days. Today, Sylus did the same, explained what could be going on, options, and had all the work done in about an hour. Excellent company!

Chris was awesome. I was upset after discovering yet another water leak in my house. He was very considerate of that and showed up to my house in minutes. He was also very informative and detailed. We had a clogged main drain, called first company gave price of $150 would be available in 3 days!! So I called Williams and $120 and Sylus was done within an hour of my call to them. Very knowledgeable & efficient, thanks Sylus hope to NOT see you anytime soon!

Posting this review on behalf of my Aunt Barbara and the rest of my family. We had a water leak emergency in two downstairs bathrooms that was affecting nearby rooms- lots of water all over the floors/carpets/etc. Caleb came immediately for an after hours emergency call and absolutely saved us! He immediately figured out the problem and was so friendly, personable, funny, and professional! He fixed the issue and did it all with a smile and spent lots of time answering all of our questions about how to prevent this from happening again and how to better care for our pipes/house. He was a total professional and had such a pleasant demeanor and such nice manners towards my Aunt and Grandmother (lots of yes ma’am’s, etc). Caleb is a gentleman, a great service provider, and an all around friendly guy. Thanks Caleb and Williams Plumbing for the wonderful service!

Had a great experience. Our technician came out quicker than expected, solved the issue, and was really friendly and explained everything.

The stove needed to be moved so a shut off valve could be installed and the company said they don't move stoves. If we were unable to move the stove ourselves, they recommend having a friend or neighbor come by and move it. Since they couldn't give us a time frame , just said sometime tomorrow, that friend or neighbor would of had to be on call all day. Don't recommend them. Went with another company that could give us an estimated time frame within a few hours and do all of the work, including moving the stove out to access lines. I don't see how an elderly person (my relative) is supposed to move a stove, or how I can be there all day for simply pushing a stove to the side. Apparently it's a liability issue, although all the other plumbing agencies have not any problems moving a simple stove to access a panel. I guess if I needed to replace a toilet I'd have to pull it out first before they put the new one in. Will not do business with Williams Plumbing in the future. To top things off, the owner posted a comment here then removed it after he made himself look worse.**Not my trusted plumber.**👎👎

We pretty much always use Williams whenever possible and they’ve always been great. This time was no different. On time, friendly and got the work done in about 20 minutes.

They are definitely qualified and very informative but too pricey. It was 110.00 for estimate and really over priced on the service we needed. We are on a fixed income and my husband is a disabled veteran so money is a issue. We certainly can’t afford their service.

Very good service, installing a tankless water heater. Aaron went above and beyond to have everything working ok and looking nice. Cleaned the site very well, couldn't even say they were working there for 4 hours. I recommend this company.Also had them repair/clean the faucets after the snow storm. Frank did a great job and explained everything in details. I will always call Williams for all plumbing problems.

Jerod the plumber for Williams was excellent. He was very proficient, willing to attempt less expensive attempts before preforming a more costly route. He left everything cleaner and better than when he left my home. Jerod was also very timely as well. Williams Plumbing may seem pricey, but from my research, meet the national average for the job. It’s worth the price of not having to babysit other contractors that take forever and need to leave the site repeatedly. Thumbs up👍

Very professional plumber, fixed the isses competently and very reasonable price. I think we have a go to plumbing service in the future. I priced around before calling Williams and they not only beat the other prices but had great service as well. I could not be more satisfied.

So.....I am writing this review for my brother. He had a leak on his side of the water meter and contacted Williams to have it repaired. He too looks at reviews and was pleased to see a 4.8 rating. However, that was not the experience he received. It was after hours so he knew it’d be a bit more than the regular charge. When on the phone with the representative they told him it was a $190 charge to come out. Then he was contacted by the plumber assigned to him.....his name was TYLER. After talking with him, my brother asked Tyler, if he could give a rough estimate at what he was looking at paying besides the $190 already discussed. Mind you, my brother already told them what exactly needed to be done and had the meter all cleaned out of water and the pvc pipe that needed to be repaired was easily visible and accessible. Tyler told my brother it was $190 on top of another $65 (for him to come out), and he was looking at paying roughly $700!!!! Now, this isn’t even the worst part. After cancelling the service completely he ended up fixing the leak himself. The part was less than $10. The next day my brother is at the gym talking to another Williams worker about the situation that just occurred last night, when this other worker asked my brother if the plumbers name was Tyler. My brother looked at the text message he had received from the night before and yes it was in fact Tyler. He tells my brother that Tyler had shared with him that he purposely over bid a service the night before because he was being over worked, he was tired, and just did not want to do it. He knew that if he over priced the service, it would be cancelled and he wouldn’t have to go. THIS IS COMPLETELY INSANE!!!! I am hoping this is read by the big wigs at Williams and this plumber is FIRED!!! This is completely unacceptable & unprofessional and should not be swept under the rug!! We will definitely never use their services again and will share our experience with others so they are aware of what type of people work for this company. It states 24/7, but if they are too tired and do not want to come and complete the services, they will lie to customers about what the charges are so they do not have to come out.....BEWARE!!!

James was such a nice gentleman and got here quickly. I wasn't expecting that quick of a response and appointment time. James took care of things in such good time and even cleaned up under the toilet for me since it was removed. He checked other parts of the toilet and drain to see how they were working as well. That repair would have taken my husband hours and much aggravation. Pricing was also fair, in my opinion. Thank you so much, James and Williams Plumbing.

I called and spoke with whomever answered the phone. Told them I needed to run a water line from my sink to the fridge. Even told them I had a dishwasher in between. The tech gets out here and says that the dishwasher and fridge would have to moved out of the way. Wish this would’ve been told to me while I was on the phone. Won’t call or recommend them at all.

I had a burst pipe on the night before Christmas Eve. The front office staff/answering service very friendly and courteous and although unable to send anyone out that night, they put me on their emergency repair waiting list. The following evening on Christmas Eve, James, the plumber assigned to my call, arrived after working a full day of emergency repairs. Even though he had already worked a long day, James was very courteous, considerate, and up front about costs of the service. When the leak I knew about was repaired and water turned back on, we discovered there was a second burst pipe in another area of my home. The second burst pipe was more difficult to locate, but James was very patient and willing to stay as long as it took to complete the repairs. I'm truly grateful for James and Williams Plumbing for selflessly helping others in need around the clock during the holidays.

Our water heater stopped working on Tuesday and we had hot water by Thursday. I talked to the receptionist at Williams Plumbing and she took my information over the phone and that was that. So, in maybe 20-30 minutes Williams Plumbing called me back and I talked with Aaron Dill who came to my house the following day and discussed my needs for a tankless gas water heater. After reviewing our situation and needs he determined that he could installed the tankless water heater in our home and he started immediately on Thursday and we had hot water by 5:00 pm. I would recommend Aaron Dill at Williams Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Derek was great. He walked through the project before during the quote. He not only replaced our system but improved the supply system as well. Highly recommended.

This review is quite late but wanted to tell everyone how much of a fantastic job this technician did when fixing the drain pipe to my toilet. He performed a minor miracle and I would suggest him out Williams for any of your plumbing needs. Sincerely. For the record I’ve used them for three different issues in the past year and guaranteed next time I’ll be calling them again.

Great service! I called them to find a leak at my house and my moms house. They came out the next day and both leaks were repaired the same week. My mom’s was a much bigger job than mine. They replaced the whole line from the meter to the house. We were both extremely satisfied. They kept us up to date on every step and the estimates were exact. I definitely recommend them!

I bought a house with a lot of inherited plumbing and sewage issues. Since February, I've had six different plumbers come to my house for various newly discovered issues. Williams Plumbing came the last two times, and, now I'm a customer for life.They were clean, professional, trustworthy, and did great work. They even identified some easy fixes beyond their hired duties (like sewage lines with no cap). I felt like I was in very good hands.10/10 recommend!

My service technician was Frank. I presented him with a list of concerns, he examined each one explaining as he went. Told me my cost then fixed each one. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Williams is now my plumber for all my needs. I’m a happy customer.

Bobby did great work. Very diligent. Communicated and explained well. Cleaned up nicely. Very good experience for us. Among other smaller repairs installed a whole house pressure regulator.

ONG had just tagged my water heater for a problem, and I was afraid I'd have to be without hot water for a time. Nope! In less than 10 minutes after contacting Williams Plumbing & Drain Svc, Frank called to let me know he could be here with 20 minutes. Only I missed the call! So he texted me the same information and asked for confirmation. You bet!!When he arrived, Frank listened, asked questions and then took photos to help him assess the situation. John came out because we had several slow moving drains. He was able to identify the problem and provided a good solution. He came out another day and did the repair with the help of other Williams Plumbing plumbers. (It was a big job) We will definitely use them again. John was courteous, knowledgeable and he was not afraid to get dirty.

We had an unexpected clogged drain. We called several companies, but Williams was the only one that said they could come today. Sylas had it fixed in about an hour and a half. He was professional and hard working. Very pleased. Would recommend.

Their work was left leaking and damaged but they said that they wouldn't honor the work they'd done being fixed correctly. I called whenever I noticed the repairs were still leaking and was told they couldn't help me because the purchaser of the repair had to call themselves.I had the purchaser call and they still refuse to honor their work. Now they say it's because there was a transfer of ownership but the house was already owned the same day they did the repairs and the purchaser called. They're just giving excuses to leave unfinished work.

We had a gas leak they came as soon as they opened, he had to get new pipes and rerun them to our oven. We had James he was very fast and polite!

He fixed the clog in the main drain and helped me on the phone with my warranty since I had to get authorized service out of network and they were so trying and he held it together way more than I did. He loves his job, loves his company and I will call back just because of him and will ask for him to do some maintenance and some future projects. OMG what a life saver.I had called several other companies in Tulsa that I have used before and they were 3 weeks to a month out due to the bad weather we had. I will never use this company again they have ripped me off big-time I ordered an inspection charge me $89 while this gentleman was doing the cleaning down my drain his equipment broke Then when the next guy came to ck it I was charged another 89.fee they broke it they should fix it. After 5 weeks of waitingThis is the message I received:Hi Becky. This is Sarah with Williams Plumbing. I did send you an email on 04/11/23, but I'm unsure if you received it. After speaking with the management team, this is what they determined: They have let me know that we can do the repairs, but it will be at the cost of the estimate that Bobby provided for $2860.67. We will not be fixing the venting issue free of charge.

Stephen did an excellent job taking care of a large backyard project for us. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I got an immediate response and they diagnosed my problem quickly and I will always go back to using them. My plumber, Stephen, was professional, quick, and thorough. I am very pleased with the service.

All together I met 5 different technicians all of them in their own expertise seemed very knowledgeable and all were very polite and cordial.The first was John and even though he spent a great deal of time was not able to find my sewer access. Said he was not going to charge me. { not his fault it was buried under a bush in my front yard }He explained that a 2 man team would need to come out with a camera rig to find it. I need to say as far as charges go everybody working for this company were right up front about it. Even the woman who answered the phone explained the charges.So John left after telling me he would make arrangementsI made arrangements to go the night without toilets, came in and went to bed. I also need to add Williams was not the first company I called the first told maybe they could get someone out by Wednesday, and this was Monday.Next morning I called Williams, spoke to the same nice lady and she told me that a team was already set up and she would have the head tech call me. within a short time he did and within a half hour searched around outside for the pipe saying he was trying to save me some money.Finally they had to use the camera system, within a very short time found the clean out under a rather large bush and buried about a foot under ground. The two gentlemen removed the bush and dug down to expose the cap, opened it up and showed me. I went in side to write the check and when I came out side to pay a second team had showed up with a huge snake and was already to clean out the pipe. in jig time I was in my house with all the Fawcett's and two toilets flushing to perfection.I have to add and this is nothing to do with Williams but who designs and builds a house and then not only covers the only sewer access but puts a five foot bush growing over it. This is a word to the wise if you own your home and do not where your sewer access is, maybe you should call Williams Plumbing, because having your toilets and your drain water clogged up is not good. And it will most likely happen at the worst time. I was fortunate we just a few days ago were having an artic freeze but the temperatures during this was in the fifties.This message goes out especially to senior citizens, I am 72.Williams Plumbing is a great, fair and conscientious, safe company to deal with.

I called early in the AM for same day appointment. I was told a technician would call me 20-30 minutes before arrival. I waited until 4:00 before calling just to be told the technician called me AND texted without a response so he moved on. I DID NOT, repeat—DID NOT receive any missed call, voicemail or text. Lady on phone insisted I did and said now I can wait until Monday! I’m not stupid and would not call asking about my appointment if I saw a call or text. Since I was not trustworthy In what I say I don’t think this company is either. I will not be using this company or recommend anyone to them. I shared this in my HOA to other homeowners.

My aunt referred me to Williams Plumbing. Aaron was my technician and I'll be requesting him for future services! I'm having some unique issues with sewer smells popping up when my washing machine drains. He found that I have a unique set up where my HVAC system drains into the same pipe as my washing machine. The pipe is short and is causing negative airflow into my house when doing laundry. Today he cleaned the pipes (very much needed) to buy me some time to get the pipe extended. He also gave me a cap (free of charge) for my outdoor drain to the city line so leaves and acorns don't get into the drain. Aaron was easy to talk to and understand. He was a really cool guy and am happy to have him come back for future plumbing projects and needs!

I called Williams Plumbing and told them exactly what I needed done. They sent a technician out who proceeded to write up a quote for a couple of thousand dollars. He then sits me down and tells me that he knows someone that can do it a lot cheaper and that he would give the other liscensed plumber my number.Then he hits me with I'm sorry I still have to charge you a service call fee. In hind sight, I shouldn't have paid it. Williams plumbing knew what I needed prior to coming and could have provided a rough estimate. What did you do???? I called the company and asked for a written estimate and receipt the following day. He fudged the estimate stating that the old plumbing needed to be removed prior to installing some of the new plumbing. I never heard from his friend and that was at least 3 weeks ago. Would not call Williams Plumbing again.

they had always been excellent until THIS time had them out 2 days ago to clean the drain this morning when it backed up again was told it must be a different issue because they fixed it 2 days ago, really then why is it backing up again worse than before apparently not done right and now instead of coming to see if you did something wrong you want to charge me an after hours service call of $ 410 in addition to what I already paid! then when I called and asked to speak with a manager and was told they would call me back I NEVER received a phone call. I USED to recommend them to everyone NEVER AGAIN!!

I have used this company for many years for multiple services (listed above). They have responded in a timely fashion, been professional in all interactions, and gotten the jobs done and done correctly the first time.

Williams Plumbing and Drain was great! Brian, our service tech was courteous, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. We had an unusual set up with our kitchen sink plumbing and Brian updated/replaced everything. He thoroughly cleaned up after performing the work like he had never even been there. I will definitely use Williams Plumbing again!

We had Sylus as our tech and he did a great job describing what he was doing and what was needed. We discovered we needed repiping and would need another tech to complete the project. I'm very pleased with the service and would recommend them and use them again.

I had Williams Plumbing give me estimates on three plumbing jobs at two rental homes. On one task, an outdoor spigot that was leaking, Williams quoted me over $500 to replace the spigot. Another plumber reinstalled and tightened the valve. It was a five minute repair. Williams also quoted me over $1100 to replace a kitchen sink that was leaking to the cabinet underneath. Another plumber found that the leak was coming from the faucet and replaced the faucet for $80. On a third task, the tenant had clogged the toilet and created a leak. Williams wanted to charge me $2500 to reinstall piping under the house another plumber repaired the leak and installed a new toilet for $350. The quotes Williams provided me are unconscionable. I would never call them again and I would never recommend them to anyone else.

One of the service techs(Bobby) was trying to get my 88 year old mother to buy a new hot water heater when clearly the hot water heater was fine. Hot water was coming out of all the faucets except one. Luckily I came over to her house just in time to call him out on it. He took the money for a service call and ran out of the house as fast as he could. Williams Plumbing lost a customer today!!

The plumber/tech, Caleb, called to let us know he was on his way to our residence. After arriving, he quickly identified and repaired the leaking pipe. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly repaired the leaking pipe.

Had a tremendous hammering of pipes in the wall when using exterior faucets. He reduced the extreme high pressure on the regulator , reducing the hammering. Will eventually require replacing but for now saving us over $800.00 for a replacement regulator at this time. Very knowledgeable, honest, reliable & friendly. Will definitely use their service again.

Plumber did what he could to resolve sewer backup and fee was reasonable. Jet clean out is expensive. Looking at replacing the line.

Chris came out diagnosed problem and assured me he would be able to fix the problem. Made me feel comfortable with his knowledge and abilities.

I had a leak in my crawl space and they performed the work without any hiccups. Pricing was about 5-10% higher then the other quotes I received, but they were able to come out the day after I called. Overall the plumber did a good job fixing the leaks and was able to get it done in a timely manner. My reason for the three stars is the condition they left the crawl space in. My crawl space has recently had a vapor barrier installed (24 hours old at tithe time of the plumbing work) and the plumber ripped the vapor barrier while he was performing the work. I was not notified that the tear had happened, and stumbled upon it during review of the work. Additionally, he left dirt and debris from the repair in the crawl space. Plumbing work was good, but I wish they would have taken the extra few minutes to clean up and let me know if the ripped vapor barrier considering the price I paid for their services.

We had toilets that were running over this morning on top of many other things. When it rains it pours. We called Williams Plumbing and they were out here within 2 hours.Kyle solved our problem quickly. He was very friendly, professional and discussed the issue with me thoroughly! Turns out we have roots in our pipes from neighbors trees. He politely suggested they could put a camera down there, but it DID feel like roots to him. I appreciated that - we'd had that issue before and used Williams.My mother used Williams for many years until she passed in 2006. I saw how well they treated her and the good job they did, so I started using them. They are the only game in town, in my opinion. The next time we have plumbing issues, not only will we call Williams, we will ask for Kyle. He is a valuable asset to Williams. I highly recommend him and the company. 5 Stars All the Way!!

Williams was the second company I called, sadly not the first and found out that was a bad decision the hard way. 1st company wanted to charge $$$ to spot repair pipe under our slab. Williams came out and said that wasn’t needed. They fixed the problem with the seeer line, gave great recommendations for a long term solution and charged less than the first company. So thankful Stephen and his crew came out! I am one happy customer!

Bobby the tech was very professional and friendly and examined a number of plumbing locations within and outside my home in trying to determine the source of my leak problem. After discovering the source of the problem which was a leak under the slab, he explained that another specialist would be required to fix the slab leak. A name brand LEAK Detection company charged $275 to come out and diagnose......and a quote for an additional $1550 to fix.That quote seemed high.I contacted Williams. They came out the same day. Quoted $390 and completed work on the spot.As a bonus, Josh, who is delightful and can think on his feet said we didn't have to have a hole cut in our bedroom wall.He got under the sink in the bathroom behind the bedroom wall and accessed there. He had a clip panel that could be used to cover hole in drywall, if needed.Customer's for life! Thanks William's and Josh!

Williams came out on an emergency call and their professional plumber was amazing. Fixed our problems, saved us $$$ by making some suggestions and we couldn't be more pleased. They will be our go to PLUMBING Co when we need one.

UPDATED: Unfortunately, I have to revise my previous review. After the initial repair mentioned in my original review, the technician came back out to perform a slab leak detection test. After a couple hours of extensive testing, he assured us there was NO slab leak after all. We were thrilled and very relieved. He assured us there were no concerns with performing repairs on our damaged wood floors. We spent thousands repairing our wood floors that were damaged by the original leak under the kitchen island. After a couple weeks, we noticed the hardwood rippling once again. I called Williams Plumbing MULTIPLE times before I could finally get a service manager to the house so he could see the damage to our brand new floors and inspect our plumbing for himself. He could not detect any leaks in or around our kitchen island and suggested that possibly a WINDOW was leaking and the water was simply pooling under the flooring around our kitchen island. Finally he admitted it could be a slab leak after all and would send their BEST technician to the house to locate the leak. Several days later, I had to call the company again to find out when this specialist would be coming. The service manager called me back and said it would be 1.5 to 2 MONTHS before they could get a specialist to our house. And he told me that Williams was not responsible for the damage caused to our brand new floors because of their failing to identify the slab leak. I am absolutely disgusted by this company’s lack of accountability or customer service. Their website claims that “Since 1988, Williams Plumbing has stood for professionalism, honesty and integrity.” There is none of that here. I’ve asked several times if I could speak to the owner, Steve Williams, and/or the president, Clint Williams, but the service manager says they will not speak to me. What they’ve done to us is flat out WRONG. I just want Williams Plumbing to do the right thing. But they won’t do anything. Not even come back to locate the slab leak, let alone help us with the repairing the floors for a second time. Shame on you, Steve and Clint Williams. You should take better care of your customers.ORIGINAL:The technician was very courteous and professional. He quickly located the leak, explained the services needed and provided the cost of the repair upfront. He got the work done quickly and rechecked our water meter to ensure the problem was resolved. Unfortunately, in our case, there was more than one leak involved. He explained the issue with the remaining leak and the additional steps that would need to be taken in order to address the larger problem. Once again, he was very courteous as well as sympathetic to the fact that this larger repair would be much more costly to us. I have no doubt that the excellent service he provided today will continue in the larger repair ahead of us.

I was contacted really quickly after submitting an online form and they had a technician out the same day. The person I spoke to at the office was great and Josh the technician was awesome! Everyone was very friendly and professional, Josh even came back the next day free of charge to fix the shower water pressure after the water shut off created build up in the shower head - thank you so much!

Great customer service when I called for a plumber.The technician was a pleasant and knowledgeable young man.Very pleased.

Use someone else. Prior to last install of a simple shower part I would have given Williams a 5 star and I did recommend them to everyone I knew from prior work they did for us years ago. With that being said, I would now give them less than a star if possible, over a simple shower part installed by Williams which has resulted in problems that did not exist before Williams touched our pipes and now they want another service call payment to look at a problem they caused. With the country coming out of a pandemic and pocketbooks tight for all one would question the ethics of double charging to fix a problem caused by the service provider, especially since one of the customers is a healthcare provider who has faced this pandemic with no fear, yet a business in the community served seeks to take advantage of individuals by double dipping. Shame on you Williams. We will take our business elsewhere and promote any company other than yours.Williams reply below is false and misleading, the part was recommended by Williams employee as cost effective, it was the part they would have used, customer purchased exact part Williams said to purchase to save cost, they will not listen about their service damaging other pipes in our home. Again, shame on you Williams plumbing. Take your business to anyone else. Williams will end up costing even more now we have to pay someone else to fix our pipes they originally repaired, at quite a price. I would say your business lacks ethics, and will make sure anyone we know does not use your company.

Williams plumbing came out and fixed a backed up toilet. He also fixed a slow flow faucet that previous plumber said he couldn’t fix. He secured a faucet in place that moved as well. Overall, I’m very pleased with this company and will use them again in the future due to their kind scheduling staff and professional and knowledgeable plumbers.

I had had a problem with my bathtub not draining very well for several weeks and after numerous attempts at fixing it myself the drain pipe began leaking badly under the house in the crawl space. I called them on Saturday morning and was able to make an appointment for that following Monday (they would have come out same day, but it was not really an emergency so I didn't want to pay the after hours up charge)They called me on Monday morning to verify the time and arrived at the time promised. Stephen and Ty examined the situation and within 30 minutes had it resolved and even took a look at a few more concerns I had.They were punctual, courteous, and seemed to really love their job.The price was very reasonable and I will definitely use them again.

I had two Williams Plumbing techs come out today, Frank came and installed a new disposal. He was prompt, courteous and professional. Aaron came out to see if I had a plumbing leak. (I didn't, thank goodness). He too was prompt, courteous and professional. He gave me great advice about my soon to die hot water heater and I know I will be calling Williams Plumbing and Aaron to fix this problem in a couple of months.

We had a leak in our side of the water meter, so our water was shut off. I'd called several places including Williams. No one could get to me before the next day. We have a 10 month old baby & no water for over 24hrs isn't a good thing. John heard our call, called me back & came out immediately! Thanks to him We had our water back on in a couple of hours. I can't say enough THANK YOU!

He came in and ran a water pressure test, because we were trying to determine if we had a leak due to a high water bill. He was patient with all my questions and based on the pressure test he determined that i did not have a water leak. I still don't have a reason for the high water bill, but he assured me I do not have an intermittent water leak. I will call him back in the future if I have any other issues.

What a wonderful plumbing technician! Troy spent time discussing potential solutions to a pressure issue with my kitchen faucet, disconnected lines to make certain there wasn’t a clog somewhere and finally diagnosed the issue being a faulty Delta aerator. Instead of Troy going around to find a replacement, he left it up to me to do so and I found the aerator at Heatwave. Troy was even so kind as to leave me with a rubberized piece of plastic to screw in the new part. So in case he would like to retrieve it, I will gladly drop it off at your office.Troy is a plumbing rock star!

Terrible service! Technician came out to fix a dripping faucet (change a washer) and gave an estimate of $430! For a quick 15-20 min job! Appalled, I obviously declined. He charged $120 for so called service call. When asked what can be done for the price of a service call, he said nothing, the service call is only to give an estimate. Husband, who is not a handy man, watched a Youtube video, bought a $14 kit at Lowe's and repaired it himself. What a bunch of charlatans! BTW, this was my mother's house; she receives $800 a month in Social Security, and was robbed of a significant portion of her meager income.

I have been without Gas for 3months! I have had 2 different plumbing companies come and tweek here and there and fix leaks but was never good enough to get my gas turned back on (They were recommended by my warranty company, go figure). I called Williams Plumbing Company, The tech they sent was named Chris, He came out once, Told me exactly what the problem was. Scheduled me for the following week and in 1 day, He fixed everything even some things he didn't have to but did just to make sure we pass inspection to get our gas on!! Such and honest and knowledgeable guy and company and I am VERY grateful!! The Price is DEFINITELY worth it! 3 months of plumbers coming in and out not being able to fix my gas problem and yet with 1 day of hiring this company we are now back to normal living!! This company was such a blessing!! I would and will recommend them to anyone!!

We had an outdoor leak that was very close to our slab. Thinking we had a slab leak, we called Williams out to do an electronic slab leak detection. After checking a few things (hot water tank, water meter, the leak itself, etc.), Williams determined it is a leak in our sprinkler system and only charged us for a service call. Someone who might not have performed the simple checks first could have missed this and we would have been out hundreds of dollars instead for slab lead detection. Kudos for Arron for working above board!

Caleb showed up on time after calling to confirm and quickly found the problem. He gave me a detailed estimate and some recommendations. After performing the work he showed me what had caused the problem to begin with and then cleaned his work area. Very personable and professional. The work was of good quality and fairly priced. A good experience!

Had a great experience. Aaron went above and beyond to come out late and make sure to get us a great quote for us to turn into our home warranty. He did not push us to get the job done right then. Once I got approval from my warranty company he had us scheduled 1st thing the next day and got our job done quickly.

We called with an issue with our hot water and we were told that a $650 repair would do the trick. After the money was paid, they learned that was not the issue and that they would send someone out to do a test on our gas line the following Tuesday (6/14/2022).They told us that ONG would require a pressure test that would be another $650. The manager told me that if we called ONG to come check on this, they would make us have this test done and made it sound like our only choice was going to be to pay the additional money if we wanted things to be fixed.Luckily, we chose to call ONG anyway and the fix was completely free and took about an hour. No pressure test required.We spent 4 days without hot water or our other gas appliances and wasted money because of the misinformation we received from Williams and certainly would not use them again.*** We did have to call them back out after ONG came and fixed our issue. Everything was working properly except for the water heater, which was the only thing Williams touched. They did send a tech out free of charge, making sure that we knew we would have to pay for whatever was done if it would up being unrelated. The tech that came out was the original tech, and the issue was with a part that he replaced. He questioned what the fix was from ONG and continued to say that doesn't make any sense. When I answered his questions.He also stated that he just turned it on when I asked what the issue was with the water heater, even though I watched him try and fail to just turn it on before I left the room.They misdiagnosed the issue, and have held by their actions with very subpar customer service from management.

I had a costly and somewhat complicated sewer repair under concrete that I needed done ASAP for a rental I own (what sewer repair isn't needed ASAP, right?!). I didn't price shop so I can't compare pricing - I felt like it was fair and not outrageous. Steven from Williams was responsive, professional, and timely. He quickly diagnosed my problem and the solution. They didn't try to sell me on anything else or upcharge me for something I didn't need. I would definitely call on them again, especially for a big job like this!

Our service person was Brian. We had our hot water tank installed. I love the way I received information that shows what technician to expect your company. Brian was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable, he left the worksite clean and was finished in a timely manner. My house has been messed up since October and I googled plumbers in Muskogee…well ya’all service Muskogee for a $100 fee, put it on your site so people don’t waste their time calling. Seeing I have been up to this for over a month I just want my house fixed but I am tired of paying for estimates then not getting scheduled when I attempt to schedule repairs (recent experience with 3 other companies, guess my attorney will be a busy man). Maybe ya’all just caught me on a bad day for the review.Update post response:All I was suggesting is that it just would have just been nice to see the fee upfront, even on the website, it’s not something that is difficult to update. My time is valuable as well and I could have saved my time and my voice. I am sure you are a wonderful company. Then again I also know how much businesses pay for those top google search spaces.

Bobby spent all day making sure the job was done right. He crawled under the house in a nasty, muddy crawl space in 20 degree weather and got our hot water back on! He ran new lines to our washing machine to make sure they’d never freeze again and took the time to carefully remove items and put them back where they came from. Williams was also ASSUREDLY cheaper than “other air and plumbing guys” by nearly $600. Thank you!

I called on Tuesday and asked for an appointment on Thursday, they accommodated with no hesitation. The safety text with the photo of the tech was a nice touch. Josh was on time, courteous and even went the extra mile to take a faucet back to Lowe’s to get the right one ( I bought the wrong one) so that he could finish the installation of my vanity.I will definitely use them again.

We found a leak in the bathroom that had leaked under the wall. The supply line to the commode was leaking at the connection to the shut-off valve. Kyle was dispatched and arrived within approximately an hour. He determined what the problem was, obtained the part and had the repair completed very quickly. At the conclusion of that work I asked him to look at another leak that was not as critical, but still quite annoying. The shower control valve was leaking at the handle. The additional work took him to the end of the workday. Since a new cartridge was necessary Kyle paused the work until the next morning. The part was obtained and installed the next morning.The work was handled professionally and quickly, and Kyle was a pleasure to work with.I have found the plumbing service provider that I will use in the future and recommend when asked.

Hot water tank leak. Called in the evening for an appointment the next day. Unfortunately, they had to reschedule me for the following day due to being behind and jobs taking longer than expected.They took $25 off trip charge for the unconvinced, which was nice. They showed up first thing the following day. Josh was my tech. Seems highly knowledgeable. He was friendly and explained the situation so I could understand. The water heater needed to be replaced, which is costly to say the least. Be prepared to shell out north of $1500 for a 40gal gas tank. Josh did the job same day, which took several hours (not a small job).Job was done well and professionally. It looks great and it’s great to have the issue resolved!I would recommend Williams for your water heater issues or replacement. I hope this model lasts awhile.

This year we had to call Williams to have them replace our garbage disposal, and unclogged our kitchen drain. They did it in no time. The guys were very professional and knowledgeable. We called Williams to replace the regulator on our homes water system. My husband had already purchased the regulator, but it was not the correct thread. He was over it, so we decided to call a plumber. They gave us their upfront pricing of $900 to fix it! My husband got the correct part for $75 and replaced it that evening. Don't use Williams unless you have a lot of $$ and don't mind wasting it!!

John from Williams Plumbing came out today to see if our high water bills are being caused by a leak. Thankfully we aren't dealing with a leak, but I would feel good about having John on the job if we needed repair work done. He pays attention to detail, he's a good communicator, and he's had several years of experience focusing on leak detection and water line repair. I appreciate that he remembered my schedule details when he planned his own schedule for today, and he made sure I understood what we were looking at when we looked at the water meter and when he conducted a pressure test.

Such a great experience. Called at 10am for a slow draining shower. Office staff were very friendly and accommodating and set up an appointment for after 2:30. Unfortunately I was delayed at the Tag Agency when the technician texted me with a 10 min warning promptly at 2:20. I responded via text that I was delayed and did I need to reschedule since I was the one delayed but the company quickly replied they could wait until I was free. Great communication system via text btw! Aaron arrived promptly at the rescheduled time and quickly took care of our issue. Highly recommend and will use Williams again for any plumbing needs.

Didn't love the $100+ general fee to come out and 'see' the problem but they know their stuff and they fixed the problem - quick and professional. And a free 60 day warranty they would come back if anything else happened - but we've been great!

I've had them out for other repairs and I won't call anyone else techs are always friendly and gets job done

I set up a service call to unclog my drains and was given a rate of $110. They said they would be out the next day. Great. Later that afternoon, I’m at the doctors office with my daughter (430 pm), I get a call that they forgot to tell me about an extra $50 drive charge because I’m in claremore (where they advertised that they service). I don’t have time to call and get anyone else out there, so I tell them I’ll pay it. The tech shows up the next day (he was really nice, no complaints at all about the tech), he runs the machine and pulled some roots out. Then, here’s the kicker, he tells me that there are more roots in there but he is only allowed to do ONE pass through with his machine or else it costs more! For $170, I expected a full clean out, not to come run through the machine through the line one time! I’ve never heard of such a thing and would have never thought to ask if they were going to do the job completely or not when scheduling the service. If you use them, be sure to clarify exactly what you are getting before you have them come out.

We have an outdoor faucet that has been leaking from the handle off and on for years. I've tried several DIY fixes, but I'm no pro and decided to call the experts at Williams Plumbing. They visited us this morning and got our faucet all fixed up - no leaks! Frank called this morning and let us know he was on the way, arrived exactly when he said he would, and was super professional and kind. Frank explained what he did to fix the issue and offered suggestions for if the problem ever returns - which I suspect it won't. If you need a dependable plumber that knows their stuff, definitely choose Williams Plumbing!

They were able to come out the same day that I called, even though it wasn't an urgent issue. Trevor was my technician and he did a great job. He had to try a few different access points to unclog my sink, left everything clean and answered all of my questions. Troy and his son came to repair our water heater and they are wonderful! I had called the company I normally use, and a couple of others before I found on Google but couldn’t get in for a same day service. When I found and called Williams I immediately talked to a person who also did the scheduling, and she got me set up for an appointment immediately. They were at my home within an hour of my phone call and the repair was complete before noon. Troy went above and beyond to not startle my indoor dogs while he worked in the garage. He also took time to explain to me what was going on with the repair and what to expect over the next couple of hours as the hot water restored. We will definitely call again when needed.

I have had some great experiences with Williams plumbing. I’ve been having issues with our plumbing for awhile now. This time it backed up bad so I called again. This time I got Tye and another guy (never caught his name). These guys were awesome! Tye’s partner finally found our clean out and by using the camera found the issue and were able to make the pipe look almost as good as new. The guys were easy to talk to and said they are the A team (which they are to us!). We will definitely use Williams for our preventive maintenance. Thank you Tye and your partner as well!

I’d been dreading making an appointment because I was afraid of how costly it would be and how much time it would take, but it turned out to be a relatively painless experience.Shane came out at like 4pm on a Friday and was able to diagnose the issue, pick up the parts, and do the repair all in an hour and a half or so. And he was super friendly and professional. Obviously no one wants to have to deal with plumbing repairs, but Shane made it as painless as possible.I really appreciate the service and will use them again if I ever need another repair!

Update 10-5-22:Roughly a year after my service event, I noticed suddenly that water was leaking under my sink. At first glance, it appeared that that the adjoined pipes came loose. After consulting with a family friend who is a plumber, it was discovered that the pipes were never properly adjoined and that the proper application of O-rings at the time the sink was installed would have prevented the issue. In contacting Williams Plumbing to advise them of the problem, I was told that I would have to pay a trip charge to have the problem assessed and then I would be responsible for the cost of any repairs. After stressing to the team at Williams that this was not a problem of normal wear-and-tear, but rather a lapse in craftsmanship at the time the service was performed, Williams rejected this and refused to give my assessment of the problem any ground.In light of these circumstances, I am sincerely disappointed in Williams' handling of this problem that they caused. At every level of my attempt at resolving my complaint with them, they maintained a unilateral stance that is ultimately prejudicial to customers.In their very slogan, Williams proffers that their company is built upon trust. However, it is clear to me that while they may promise the moon, they fall short in actually delivering, as they have no desire to do the work that it actually takes to maintain your trust.I paid Williams nearly $1,500 and entrusted Williams to carry out the appropriate installations and repairs in my home in accordance with the highest standards. While I maintain that the plumber was kind, courteous, and responsive to my needs, my issues lie with Williams Plumbing and their deceptive business practices.As I consider my entire experience to date, candidly, I cannot recommend Williams Plumbing.

We had an emergency and I called that morning and they had a tech out by 9am. Troy was the best we could have asked for. He was very thorough and professional. He took his time to explain every detail. I would highly recommend. In just about 1.5 hours our plumbing whoas were resolved.

Aaron Dill came to our home and was able to find a clog that another technician along with two additional HVAC technicians missed. We were under the impression that we would have to replace our entire air conditioning unit after a week of evaluating repair options. He was diligent, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was apologetic for the other technician and was able to fix our issue quickly for a drop in the hat in comparison to what we thought we would need to spend to begin to cool again. We are grateful he was the one to come to our home and we will request him by name in the future.

When we had an outdoor faucet pipe burst on a Saturday, it flooded the bedroom and part of the living room. Troy came with a much better faucet, and completed the replacement quickly and efficiently. There was no mess at all from his service. But the water damage was ugly. He recommended 24/7 Disaster Group, who was at the house within an hour of Troy completing his work. 24/7 immediately set up what was needed to resolve the water issue. Great teamwork!!Update 6/17/2021Kyle came out this morning. His work was OUTSTANDING. Not only did he have the outside faucet with him, which he quickly replaced, he also had the parts needed to repair my Toto toilet. I was expecting those parts to need to be ordered, but he had them with hin. Amazing! It was a pleasant experience all around. Thank you for having the best plumbing service and plumbers around!

Came out same day to repair a clogged drain that was backing up the dishwasher as well. Very kind technician that explained everything he was doing and potential costs involved. Luckily it was a quick inexpensive fix.The attendant that answered the phone initially explained the service charge and the unfortunate gas charge associated with the visit. But it is understandable with fuel prices and they gave me the opportunity to pass up the service if I wasn’t ok with the charge.

We had a great experience with Williams Plumbing today. Tye came out to install a clean out valve for a recurrent issue we've been having. He diagnosed the issue and then even determined that we may already have a clean out that was being blocked by roots. What was so great about this experience is that he was direct, honest, and worked hard to resolve this issue in a cost effective manner. We are very satisfied because we have had other plumbers out to address this issue, and the same root cause was not determined or explored. We will definitely be calling Williams for our next plumbing issue.

My hot water heater needed repaired. Ross and Bobby came to assess the issue. Ross assessed the problem and gave me two options (Not just the most expensive) however, i did decide on replacing the unit instead of repairing it. They were both, the friendliest service repair personnel I've ever met. I was home by myself (which can at times be intimidating for a female) but they both made me feel that I've known them for years. Although they just left, i tried the unit and works great! They cleaned up after themselves and other than a shiny, new, working unit, you wouldn't know that have been here. (They were even friendly with Gideon, our newest furry edition to the family). . I will MOST definitely used Williams Plumbing, but mainly because of Ross and Bobby. To Management: You should recognize these for great work. It's hard to find good employees and you have 2!

Sent the request through their online form. Service was sent out and shower totally fixed in less than two hours. Caleb gave excellent service. Walked me through all of my options for repair and replacement and reccomened what I needed. Answered all my questions and explained the repairs in a way I could understand. We called the number around 8 pm and one of the best answering service person took our details and said they would call us back. We thought it was a plumbing leak issue so they had a slab specialist call us back.Early in the morning , he talked us through some tell signs of pipe issues so we could check. They told us upfront the cost of bringing someone for slab work versus regular ( higher than standard service ), but when talking it through it ended up being a drain problem. So they said a drain specialist would call us back. Within minutes we got the call back. The gentleman was thorough, efficient and friendly. The cost was 1/4 than what could’ve been. A company that has this level of integrity has my business any day!

I have edited my negative review. They didn't get to an active leak fast, but they are here now, the plumber is very nice and professional and doing an excellent job so I changed my rating from 1 to 4, which I would have changed it to 5 if the service had been faster.

We use Williams Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs because the technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable. They explain what's going on and are very clear about what it will cost and fix it immediately.

When you live in a house with 100 year old pipes, there often isn't a quick fix solution, (which is my case). However, having a technician who is knowledgeable, polite and pleasant doesn't hurt a bit. Derek was super sweet, informative and thorough.

Very good customer service and communication to set up the visit and job time with phone and email/texts. Dispatch plumber Chris shown on time and did quite impressive and professional job fixing/replacing my broken outside faucet (deep winter freeze cracked the pipe). Access to piping was not easy but after work to access the piping, the repair was done very quickly. Chris also patched piping access that almost no sign of repair is visible. I am quite impress how skillful and professional Chris was to correctly identify problem and fix it! Also the price was really fair for the job done. I am not frequent reviews writer by any means, but I highly recommend Williams Plumbing and especially Chris for great job he did.

Derek and his assistant did an excellent job in locating and repairing the crack pipe issue. They were both very professional in dealing with me and the other trades involved in this project. Derek was very understanding and worked with the other trades and me on the scheduling of the diagnostics, inspections, and repair of the crack pipe. His pragmatic approach in finding and repairing the issue quickly helped me in being able to close on the property sooner. I would not hesitate in using Derek at Williams Plumbing for any future plumbing issues.

First time using a plumber. Biggest worry was the cost. Plumber was very nice & knowledgeable. He was able to identify the issue (water hammer) & knew how to fix it. While on property he discovered a leak at my meter. Initial price was as I expected (high) but I knew I needed to get repairs done. I also had him look at a wobbly toilet. The cheapest option was $400 to re set the toilet so that was a hard pass.All the repairs were done in a timely manner. Had to pay $200 for an inspection fee (not sure if that’s the city’s price or what). City came out & took all of 2 seconds to inspect work. Work passed. I paid the bill & THEN got the invoice.I understand the company & workers need to be paid but $163.12 for an access panel that I quickly found on Amazon for $35 was a little much in my opinion. I’m sure all plumbing companies are the same/similar.Pros: the specialist was very nice, knowledgeable, & was able to quickly fix the problem. He answered any questions I had & explained things well.Cons: price. I understand they need to be paid but felt like I was nickel & dimed for any & everything.

Williams Plumbing does good work but is very expensive. I was charged an enormous fee for one man working around 3 hours. The main factors in the cost of service work like plumbing, are labor and material costs, and sometimes equipment. Williams has adopted, probably as others have, a business model that maximizes profit while obscuring actual costs. If you obtain an estimate from them, be sure to understand the number of manhours and rate the estimate is based on.

Field technician Sylus arrived promptly and was very professional. He answered all my questions and worked in a timely fashion. It was was very good experience!

Stephen came out to us the same day we sent in an online request for service with a sewer backup. He came out the following day to send a camera through our system to find what was blocking it, and had the entire job completed within 4 days of the initial call. We were in a desperate situation because my husband is undergoing chemotherapy currently and needs a clean environment to avoid germs and with none of our plumbing working properly this was an emergency situation for us. Stephen empathized and was fantastic at his response and sense of urgency with our problem. I highly recommend Williams Plumbing and will be referring all my insurance clients to them in the future!

He explained what he was there to do, created an estimate prior to beginning then completed the work, keeping us updated throughout the repairs. Hired to disconnect water from old fridge and INSTRUCT on installing water to new fridge. Wanted an 84 year old woman to PULL old fridge out from wall so he could disconnect. SERIOUSLY?!? I know you don't handle appliances, but that's ridiculous. Appliance company would not disconnect old fridge because of copper and said to call plumber. No one wants to help or do what's right anymore and it's very sad, disappointing, and expensive. She had to pay $110 for your plumber to do NOTHING!

I had an initial problem with the scheduling of my appointment with the company. I still feel it’s an issue that needs addressed. With that said, Trevor arrived at my residence and was fantastic to work with. He was polite, diligent, and hard working. He got the roots out of my Cleanout and had our drains working great. As a family of 5, with 3 teenagers, we really can’t be without showers and toilets very long, and Trevor got us back in business.

We have used Williams many times and have been very happy with their service. This particular technician was curt, would not listen to me, did not want to make the repair. I think he was genuinely disappointed that the part I supplied actually fixed the problem. I would not have him back in my home.

Williams Plumbing recently repaired a major water leak in my front yard. The team that arrived was professional, extremely friendly, and happy to explain the issue to me thoroughly. I love this company! Third time out and once again, they meet and exceed expectations. Frank called ahead to let me know he was coming, arrived on time, listened to my concerns, and was responsive to them all. He looked at all the issues I had voiced concern over, and fixed one of them that could have been major, with a simple valve adjustment which I really appreciated. In another case the fix was also minor, so he made a recommendation that I could do myself, which I also really appreciated . Then he efficiently performed the water heater flush and accommodated the special request we had to flush it through a hose out through a Second Story window, which was appreciated. He left three estimates on other work that we may need to have done, he charged what we expected the charge to be for the services rendered, and advised us to call again when we were ready for those other services to be done. I thought Frank was courteous, friendly, efficient, cooperative, and reasonable in his approach and recommendations. Clearly, care for the customer and the customer needs is the priority with Williams Plumbing, which has been our experience with them in the past. Well done Williams, and thank you Frank! This company models what we all hope for when in need of a home service or repair!

Caleb was very personable and professional. He gave us estimates beforehand of the various ways we could accomplish the repair that would be within our budget. Very respectful. We have used Williams Plumbing many times, and we highly recommend them.

They replaced our water heater incorrectly so they had to come back two weeks later when it broke again and we asked to not be charged for the fix, since it was due to their install work and not our new heater, and they skirted around that and charged us anyway. Will not be using their service again. Original service was charged November 28th and I was charged $150 on Jan 2 for the fix. I requested a refund for the reason above and was never given one.

John was the best. Very professional and knew his job well. Detected my leak and replaced that portion of pipe. Also changed out my water heater shut off valve.

Plumbing company sent a remarkable young man named Judah. He was very professional , knew exactly what he was doing and was greatly appreciated. Time between my call & kitchen drain unclogged was less than 5 hours. A picture of plumber was sent prior to his arrival. Loved the extra touch of receptionist after I told her what I needed. She asked ”Is there anything else we can do for you?” Wow!

I was told the cast-iron drain has to be completely replaced. then I was told the new new toilets I bought were broken. He didn't return them. But charged me over $350 to reset the old toilet since the new ones arrived broken. the I had to call him back to correctly box up the new toilets so I could at least return them myself.

Needed same day vent replacement on water heater and pipe replacement on sink! They got a technician here within a couple hours of me calling. Jerod was thorough in going over what needed to be replaced and fixed and efficient in his work! Will use again in the future and recommend for any plumbing needs!

I walked into the garage and water was pouring from the ceiling. The first company that popped into my mind was Williams and I’m glad I made the call. The sent a technician within an hour and he was awesome! I can’t thank him enough for his professionalism and knowledge. They charged a very reasonable and fair amount. I would highly recommend them to anyone and they will be my first call if something like this were to happen again.

I was desperate when I found a wet spot on the rug of my bedroom closet. Son told me they would have to drill through the slab to get to it. At an astronomical cost. Horrors!! Two plumbers told me they could come in 3 days.Called Williams Plumbing and the receptionist was sympathetic , efficient and courteous. Two hours later the Slab Tech arrived...again professional and efficient . Told me I didn't have a leak and the cause was the overflow of the air conditioning drain in the adjacent utility room. The bill was v.nominal and the repair was done in 30 minutes. I would not use any other plumbing company.I recommend them highly.

Williams was amazing!! No plumbing situation is welcomed or wanted but when they do happen service and quality are key. I just took on a new job out of state and my wife has had to pick up the slack on the house while I’m out of state. Obviously, we had two opportunities arise in the same night. First was the hot water tank pilot not lighting and my kitchen drain and garbage disposal failed. I search for companies that could handle both jobs and there were some out there. Williams was my third call and they were so helpful and the only company that would come out same day. Frank our technician was so patient working through the challenges and the quality of his work were amazing. It took Frank a few hours to work through every thing but when it was done everything was fixed and I didn’t feel like I got hit hard in the checking account. Jan 2021 - Aaron Dill was outstanding. He came and took a look at my hot water heater and worked for hours to make sure that we go the best service. It was a 5 year old tank and expected to be under warranty. He sat on hold with the manufacturer for over an hour to confirm and get a reference number and saved us $1150. Jerod was extremely helpful identifying the leak in the front faucet and replaced the washer With no charge. I also had him look at the garbage disposal which he determined could not be repaired. He went to supply got a new one and replaced in less than 20Minutes. He also looked at the master bedroom toilet which was not flushing completely and ran a toilet auger through it and now it flushes.I have used Williams for many years and I’m always satisfied with their work and charges.Jerod is one of my favorite plumbers there and I request him whenever he is available.Thanks William’s and Jerod. We had Williams Plumbing come out for a bathtub and bathroom sink that were draining slowly. Frank was our technician and did a really great job. He was able to get the sink declogged easily but the bathtub took a little longer due to the clog being further down. He was able to get it cleared in the end though and we are very pleased with the results. Thanks, Frank!

I am so glad I called William's Plumbing! I have been out of my home for months and the water has been turned off due to a broken bath faucet , and a host of other problems. The plumber was Troy Rogers, and he couldn't have done a finer job. He and his helper were real pros. Everything was fixed perfectly, I have new shut offs in my bathroom and kitchen, and I feel like I'm in a new home! They worked all day, and the price seems very fair. I can tell that they used quality products and did quality work, and I will recommend William's and Troy to anyone I know that needs a plumber, and I'll know who to call from now on. Unethical and fraudulent company. We were charged $1200 for one hour of work and a small $2 piece of PVC pipe to fix irrigation system. Here’s the back story. We had a leak in our front yard so I expected the worst. Called Williams and they said the plumber would come and give estimate. Since there was no way to tell how bad it was till they started digging he said the estimate could come up to $1200. I was prepared to pay that assuming the job was going to be much bigger. I selected Williams due to the reviews on here and how reasonably priced they supposedly were. I assumed the estimate was just that, not an agreement to pay that amount no matter what. The leak turned out to be from our sprinkler system about a foot below the surface. I assumed when they were done, they would just charge me for their time and parts like every other plumber I have ever used. When he said $1200 I was shocked. I paid the bill assuming I would take it up with the office. The next day I called the office and they sent me back to the plumber, only for him to explain that when I signed the estimate, that was the price I had to pay. I protested and he said he would have his supervisor call and see if they could do anything. A week has gone by and nobody has yet to contact me. $1200 for an hours work is terribly unethical (should be illegal) and I will be contacting the appropriate organizations to file complaints. DO NOT USE!!

We had a major plumbing leak from a frozen pipe. The service man, Frank arrived first thing in the morning on a holiday and had our water pipes repaired in short order. He was easy to work with and did a professional job.

Williams is GREAT! They responded to my backed up drain in less than two hours, called first and were courteous! Definitely my go-to plumber now!

I am more than pleased with the service I received from Williams Plumbing. We just bought a house and moved in during a weekend which by Monday we had back-up issues. I had city come check and found no problem. Leaving me with an unknown issue within our home. I have called and checked out many places and Williams Plumbing offered the best pricing by far and was able to make it out within an hour, which was absolutely wonderful! Bobby showed up and was very friendly, professional, and got right to work. He started with the easiest solution and worked his way up to try and save us money. He had to use the auger and get on the roof in the end. The issue being we have roots growing into the pipes. He gave me some tips to help with it and even stayed long enough to give the pipes plenty of time to back up again, which they didn't! I want to say he was here maybe an hour or longer. I really appreciated the service provided today, Thank you so much!

We have used Williams many times over the years (once every 4-5 years) as we have an older home and a spot in the drain that traps debris. They are always professional, courteous, responsive, and answer all my questions without making me feel ridiculous. While they are probably not the cheapest plumber you could call (and I mean honestly do you want the cheapest version of anything). You get what you pay for and I have never had anything but quality from anyone at Williams plumbing. They always go above and beyond any expectation!

We had a personal issue happen that required us to get our upstairs toilet looked at to make sure it wasnt leaking into the floor.They were able to get somebody out within the week. Frank was very professional and knowledgeable. Within a couple hours he had our toilet fixed with the peace of mind that it wasnt leaking into the floor. We had a plumbing emergency where ONG was about to turn our gas off to the house. I called Williams and they sent Josh out within the hour. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem so we could keep our gas on (and house heated for our 4 month old)!!

Troy and his son were great, they installed a new faucet and line very quickly and this is just one of several times Troy did a fantastic job for us. Wow... they don't move fast or deliver great quoting to actual service. Started the process on the 13th and I am still sitting waiting on someone to answer questions from Home Warranty service so I can get someone out to do the work. This is of course AFTER they took my $120 to come look at it. Quick way to get money and never do work. VERY disappoint in this company and will never call them to do work again!!!In regards to owners response. I have now waited 3 days for “management” to respond I’m not sure how this is helping me out. Our Ins pays you directly for service at completion over the phone. They just wanted simple questions answers before they approve. Why are these questions so hard to respond too?1. What is wrong with the plumbing system? What parts are broken?2. Where exactly is the failed component located?3. In your experience, what caused these part(s) to fail?4. What needs to be done to get things back up and running?5. Do you need to create access through walls/floors/ceiling/etc to complete the diagnosis or repair?6. If access needs to be created, is the access point wet or dry?

Joshua was the technician who installed my new gas water heater. He reviewed the current installation and asked if I had any specific requirements for the new tank. He was able to give me a firm price and described the new installation in detail. I accepted the price and he advised me he could do the work today. Josh worked quickly and professionally and answered any questions I asked during the process. He kept the area clean and promptly removed the tank and all other pieces that were replaced. Overall I am completely satisfied with his work.

We got our outdoor facet changed out and a gas ball valve for a new gas range. Josh was great! Told us up front what everything was going to cost. He was courteous and professional. Everything was done pretty quickly.

They performed the repair in a professional manner, but it was not worth the price they charged. I was initially told on the phone around 7pm that it would be a $250 minimum. The plumber called and said the rate was double due to it being after hours. I assumed this meant the service rate doubled, but when he arrived and gave me the quote the minimum charge had doubled. They charged me $500 to replace a $40 faucet cartridge that took 30 minutes. I should have waited until normal business hours or used a more reasonably priced service.UPDATE: Someone from the company read this review and called me to get more information. They asked me several questions and I got the impression that their company policies were supposed to prevent this from happening, but the rules had been violated. Specifically they were supposed to have me sign the work order before they started working on it and they were supposed to offer me an alternative solution when I objected to the price. They suggested that I might be able to get a partial refund if I removed my review, but said it required approval and never called me back.

I have used Williams twice now. Once was a weekend callout ($370-not a holiday, out the door minimum charge) to check out a sink overflow. The plumber reassured me my plumbing was ok and was on his way. The second time was a weekday call out ($120) for a slow filling toilet and inoperable sink. The plumber was unable to unclog my sink as he didn’t have the exact tool needed to remove the clogged aerator. In an effort to utilize my callout, he turned to the toilet. I got a toilet rebuilt and a new freshwater valve for about $300. He was professional and courteous but it all seemed a little expensive for the work performed. As for the sink, I’m surprised the plumbers don’t have an assortment of aerator removal tools on their trucks. I ended up calling Delta and getting one shipped to my house and the problem was resolved in 5 minutes after replacing the aerator and debris. I was quoted for a new faucet for another $300, yet the faucet appears to have many more years left in it. Also, Delta recommended soaking the faucet head in half white vinegar and half water. This helped remove some hard-water deposits and free up the faucet. Feeling frustrated I’ve paid so much for such a basic job. The weekend callout rate is 3 times that of a weekday callout. This is not a fair practice, and I can’t think of many other industries where the weekend rate is so much higher. I am going to explore DIY options before I reach for my phone from now on (especially on a weekend). —- Gabriel Strom

When I read all of the 5-star reviews for Williams my first thought was that they had to be fake - nobody is rated so highly on a consistent basis. Well, that was before Bobby came out and cleared our drains. He did a great job and was a genuinely friendly guy - I'd recommend him to anybody. Now I know that the reviews aren't fake - there is a reason for all of the good feedback!

This was a swap out of a cracked toilet bowl for a new one. Caleb did a great job, and since he had to swap the tank over he needed to go get a new gasket for this model. No problem, he quickly too care of it and then hauled out the old unit. I have used Williams Plumbing several times, after some others, and they are my go-to plumbers.

Troy was on time, respectful of our house and is a very personable guy. He replaced 2 outside water spigots with 1/4 turn valves that are much better than the original & cleaned up good when he finished. ONG gas company doing work caused water issues. Gas company says not their fault. Water company service came out and confirmed the water meter and water was good on their side. Gas company had me call plumber. Based off Google reviews, I chose Williams at 8 am and provided same day service. Troy was amazing. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and clean (wore shoe booties on his boots indoors). Troy confirmed sand in the lines keeping water from entering. My experience with Troy was positive. I gave him a high five on his way out. Thanks Troy and Williams Service team for getting my water functioning properly within 4 hours of my original call. Excellent work team!

The man who came out to my house checked my water pressure I and said that was probably why my shower was dripping. He then went to his truck and did an estimate of what needed to be fixed. He came back in with a $3800+ price to fix my problem. I called another plumber who is a friend of mine and he fixed my dripping shower in about 15 minutes.The cost was $60. The Williams plumber charged me an $89 service charge. I was told I wouldn’t have to pay the service charge because they did not show up on the day that was scheduled.

Perfect fit!!! Caleb came out and immediately saw that the plumbers we had used twice previously to repair the problem had used cheap materials that failed rapidly and also told me the handles were loose because they don't make the old parts anymore so they substituted them. Caleb fixed it solidly with genuine parts that sealed perfectly. He was the best, above the four who had worked on it previously, and only one who knew what would fix it. He fixed it promptly with very efficient and knowledgeable work. Loved the result and know my family will also for a long time. My Best Choice Award goes to Williams Plumbing as far as I'm concerned.

While the quality of the work seems fine there is a real disconnect with the customer. We have used Williams Plumbing previously so I thought it would be an easy go to get small kitchen sink repair of a new strainer installed and shut-off valved to the dishwasher.The work was being done at my house where my elderly mother and father live. The tech did not review the amount with my father prior to completing the work and did cursory description of what he was going to do.Work was completed in under 1.5 hours, including a run to the part store. Bill was $437.45!!! Tech as leaving said the amount seems high.... that is what the system says.Immediately Phoned Williams to discuss the bill. The service assistant said all she could do was push it up the chain to management to review. They would phone me Tuesday. Have not heard from them yet.The amount is double what I would expect. Was not informed of the amount prior to completing the work, and they don't seem interested in correcting it.Very Frustrated!UPDATE:Discussion with a account service did not correct to my satisfaction. They would only remove the initial service charge of $110.DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THIS COMPANY!

He was helpful, thoughtful, courteous and kind, as well as all the good qualities listed above. I find that he is a very good plumber. He was very conscientious and meticulous about his work and he left my yard, which was the work area, in beautiful shape. I also found him to be a very sweet man. He cares about what he does and he cares about people. I will recommend Williams Plumbing to others because of my experience with James.

Your technician, Syrus was very informative on the installation of new. Garbage disposer and kept me informed on the repair and guarantee.

My main water line busted right at the meter so had to shut the water off. I found Williams Plumbing on google with the best reviews. I called and scheduled service. James contacted me a couple of hours ahead of schedule to ask if he could come early since they had a cancellation. I said of course, being our water was off and we desperately wanted our water service restored ASAP.James and Triston showed up and immediately began troubleshooting and found the leak spot quickly. They wrote up the estimate and got my permission to proceed. They quickly dug down to the main water line at the meter and exposed the failed pipe/connection. Then they quickly made repairs and allowed the cement to cure. Once done they pressure tested the line confirming a successful repair. They left for the day as the Tulsa inspector couldn’t come until the following morning. After passing inspection James came back out and finished the job by filling in the hole.All in all, James & Triston did a fantastic job and were professional and efficient. They really are experts in their field. Williams Plumbing will be my go to plumber (James specifically) from now on. I will be referring Williams plumbing to my friends and neighbors. Thank you!

Both Zach and Frank were great. Zach got our shower drain working as it should and Frank switched out the fill valves and flappers on 2 toilets efficiently. It's been almost a week and everything is still working as they should. 🙌🙂

Leak was quickly detected and the problem identified and repaired. We appreciate the company’s quick response and the professionalism of the service technician, who was very friendly and did not try to “up sell” or unnecessarily increase our bill, as has happened to us with other plumbing companies in the past.

Caleb was our tech today and he was thorough in his evaluation of our concerns, clear in the delivery of issues and options, and professional in the actual work. He was on time, worked quickly, and was enjoyable to converse with during the process. He helped me and my husband understand our issues, and we feel great about the work he did. We would highly recommend him.

The plumber was not able to get the main drain unclooged with the equipment he had but he definitely gave it his best but despite that I still had to pay an extra $750 for a jetter to try to unclog it on top of the $170 I already paid. Not a big deal, really sucks to shell out that much cash but that's part of the game when you have multiple rental properties. Overall williams plumbing did a decent job. Could of adviced me in such a way to save money but they didn't. It's not their fault. I take full responsibility for the lack of due diligence on my part, because maybe that's just thier culture.

Very professional. Arrived on time. Gave a clear and concise estimate. Came prepared, worked fast and thoroughly and did a great job. Would highly recommend 100% of the time for a slab leak repair such as ours.

Their communication is stellar. They are timely and made great efforts meet schedule they promised. All of this was overshadowed by charging a fee for the service and product that is almost twice as much as other companies. I told them I would go through with the install since they committed to us in their schedule, I would commit to their service even though the price was so out of bounds. I tried to get a break down from the installer based on the product and install fee, but the breakdown was never made clear to me, which was frustrating. It was only reiterated that even though I thought it was expensive, this is their up front pricing policy and it should basically be sufficient enough to either accept or decline. I felt the right thing to do was to go ahead and do it. I would just caution you, if you assume the pricing is going to be on par with other companies like theirs, don’t. The installer was very fast, and very polite and professional. Nothing about our conversations were contentious at all, but I was certainly taken aback and very frustrated. The technician, John, handled my frustrations very well. The reason for my rating is quite simple. I’m never one to go for the cheapest bid. But I think there is a time when service and cost don’t equate to value, and a 60-70% increase is certainly outside that window. EDIT: Based on the review response, I felt I needed to be specific on the value despite the fact it was never broken down for me when requested. Their technician was there under an hour. Less the cost of the product they installed, their labor fee was the equivalent to $300/hour. Williams also said that included a 90-day warranty. I've reached out to others who have stated that their fee would have included protecting their work within 90 days without hesitation. Others also would not have charged more than an hourly rate if they were not there so long.

I was so impressed with the quick response to our needs. Kyle showed up when he said he would and asked about all our needs. After that, he went to work immediately. Since it was late in the evening, he finished up one area and then showed up the first thing the next morning. I would highly recommend Williams to anyone who has plumbing needs.

First, I got an operator after selecting my required request. Minimal mechanical intervention. Second the technician called & gave me an eta. He finished his other appointment & I okayed a earlier time. He came, listened to my concern. Then went about his inspection. He then showed & explained the results. Very professional. I will be using Williams Plumbing if needed, in the future.

James was the Williams Plumber that took the call. Water was shut off to the house. He showed up promptly in the morning got to the issue and repaired quickly to get the water back running to the house. Came back the next day to finalize and clean up once city inspection took place. It was appreciated for his work.

I had a long list of things to be fixed and figured out, and they scheduled me the day I called, were early in the window in which I expected them, and James was quiet, careful, neat, thorough, explained everything clearly and gave me good options. I would be happy to have him work on my home again, and to use Williams again, who have done many big and small jobs for me over the many years since I made a lucky phone book pick for an emergency Sunday call.

I originally called Williams Plumbing because I believed I had a leak in a water pipe. But Aaron tested for water pressure and checked to see if the water meter was running. Since those looked normal, he checked the faucet kitchen sink. Turns out my low pressure was only due to the dirt, rust and other stuff had clogged up the aerator. Instead of paying a thousand dollars to fix the problem I only had to pay the service fee of $89.00. Aaron was great, he arrived when he said he would and he helped me understand how the water works and also helped me learn about reading my water bill. I believe he should get a raise. I have nothing but high praise for him. He was great.

Trevor did great job locating and fixing our clogged pipe. It wasn't a simple fix it took snaking several locations but he wouldn't give up until he found the problem and corrected it. Very great full.

We had a pool contractor cut a gas line late on a Friday afternoon. We called Williams and James came over within an hour and made the necessary repairs. We always trust Williams to explain the options and do excellent work. Highly recommend.

I have to say how wonderful Caleb was when he works on our plumbing. Our old house has had him out on more than one occasion. He is thorough and explains everything. Super smart and very friendly. Williams is our go to!

Two new water heaters installed, three new toilets installed and new water filter system installed. Also, they noticed a loose faucet & repaired. One of the most thorough & professional companies we have hired, from the initial phone call, to the appt., to the 1st visit to give us an estimate, to the completion of the project. Two days from start to finish. Products came from local, reputable source that I have used myself before. They worked so fast and so hard. Only took lunch break. Very impressed and would highly recommend this business. Highly praise Troy and Isaac for professional work and instruction of process and use. Very considerate and polite too!

Frank, a Williams Plumbing technician came out and cleaned out the sewer drain on Monday. On the following Saturday the sewer backed up again and Frank came back out and redid the clean out and didn’t charge for the service. He even offered to clean up the basement floor where it had backed up. We still may have a problem with roots in the line but I feel like he definitely provided good customer service.

Sylus was extremely professional, courteous, and explained what he was doing during the process of fixing the issue. Definitely provides five star service!

Great service ! Isaac was wonderful. Very knowledgeable. He made sure I had the correct shower head and he even did more work than I had originally thought I needed. He is the best!!!!!

Frank did a great job, quick and efficient. The work looks good and more importantly, everything is operating perfectly. Again, we cannot recommend them enough. Not only do they send a notice saying that they will be there in 10 minutes, but they post a picture of their technician so you know you can open your door safely. Chris arrived just before lunch and had the job completed pretty quickly. His repair was an improvement over the previous installation and should solve the problem of winter freezing due to water backup in the old pipe.

Joshua did an excellent job fixing my shower! I was having issues with the handles, faucet, and shower head and he took care of all of my problems quickly! He also took the time to explain options to me, benefits of each, and his best recommendation.
