Had a plumbing issue in my office. These were the only guys who were able to come out same day (within 2-3 hours) and resolve it. Everybody else was 3 or more days out. Mathew, the plumber, was fantastic.

They came out and gave a quote, did the job, and then proceeded to send a bill for 2.5 times the agreed amount, even though the job took less than an hour and there were no problems. I think their issues are a mix of incompetence (I heard they recently switched ownership and they admit they've had some technical problems for months, I guess) and actual dishonesty, which is the real crime, by significantly rounding up their hours, adding hidden fees, and then refusing to admit any mistakes. Not to mention, the plumber left a huge mess, and he spent at least half the job not working but complaining about how unfair his life was. They are disorganized and difficult to get on the phone or get any straight answer from. They actually forgot to show up the original day of the job, and it took me a week to get in touch with them. I obviously wish I hadn't bothered when they were just going to be so crooked. Just keep in mind, don't trust their quotes. They feel free to bill whatever they want.

Knowledgeable, key word there. I have emailed them about a problem and received an email back with an estimate and appointment. The only plumber that has done work for us is Miguel and he really is great. He is quick, organized and very knowledgeable. I've seen their truck in our neighborhood (South Himes) so I know they're not a secret,, ha, ha. It's good to have professionals you can have confidence in. Their rates are competitive and fair.

My AC stopped working. They got here within hours on the same day I called and had it fixed quickly. They introduced me to their service membership which really is a money saver. Everyone was so nice and friendly and very professional. Check them out

We have used Case Plumbing on several occasions and have always been very satisfied customers. Recently we used their services to re-plumb our home. They were wonderful to work with. Neat, clean, on time and very professional! We have been extremely happy with their services and have water pressure now that I did not even know was possible. The permitting process was easy and seamless. We would highly recommend and will definitely use them again (but don't think I will need to for a very long time.)

Great experience...great technician

We had an emergency need to have our main pipe unclogged as we had water backing up in two bathrooms. I called at 4:10pm on a Friday and Aaron from Joe Cool was there and cleared the pipe by 5:40pm. Service was prompt and professional and a lifesaver on a Friday afternoon!

Best Plumber I have ever found! I have an older home which I rent out. I have had so many plumbing issues over the years and tried many different plumbers and by far these guys are the best! And to top it all off the prices are extremely competitive! I found them on the nextdoor app and saw the good word of mouth and google reviews and they were right! I have a new plumber to service all my rentals.

A technician was sent on a urgent call and to my understanding as I was told, I would be charged $75 to send a technician to my home in order to DIAGNOSE what the problem was, then proceed with necessary repair if we agree on.
But when that technician came, he directly proceeded to run some cable line into my roof after telling me that was all that needed to be done to fix my issue for $425. After he was done running his thing, he left assuring me that it was done. He left his cable stuck on my roof and was going to come back the next day to take it out.
The next morning, the clogging issue came up again. That was not a surprise to me because he did not first diagnose the root of the clogging to propose me repair options. So, the next day, they sent a brighter technician who, after pulling the stuck cable from my roof. Went ahead and did a diagnostic and handed a crazy estimate of $3295.
I was like, why didn’t you yesterday do this estimate and let me believe that you knew what the problem was and got it fix? Was I supposed to know this company procedures on how they estimate work?
I felt mislead to spend unnecessary some of money for something that was not resolving my issue for which I called Joe Cool Home Service.
$425 spend, my clogging issue still remains. And to add insult to injury, they shamelessly handed me a new estimate of $3295. What a joke! Who does business like that?
You should reimburse my wasted money back if you really do have some business ethic left dignity in holding honor towards your clients

and knowledgeable. Nathan our tech is one of the most proficient and friendly men I ever met . This is the second time he’s been to our home . The first time was a water leak under the bathroom floor . A very hard repair to be sure , and the hot water heater installation was even harder! Had all the necessary fittings and specialty items on his truck . More businesses should be run like this . I’d give 10 stars if I could.

If you need a plumber, look no further. Case worked on our underground pipe that was struck by lightning. They came out on a Saturday and I didn't have to sell a kidney to pay them like other companies. They have done work on our rental properties for years and they are the ONLY plumber we trust. They always do an exceptional job and are what more companies should strive to be like!

Inspected ductwork after purchasing our new home. He was very professional and gave us several options for repair/replacement of components.

AC unit continually leaks from condensation. Ceiling unit. Created a problem for the sheet rock.

Aaron B. proposed a solution to our problem. He completed the work efficiently at a reasonable price. I would definitely use Joe Cool Home Services again if the need arises.

Tonight was my 2nd attempt at using Joe Cool. The first time I wasn't able to use the service because of a lack of communication with the customer service and distribution. Unfortunately this again happened for the 2nd time even after being promised by the customer service rep he would personally make sure it wouldn't. However (happy ending) Jake in dispatch was super helpful when I called back (much after the estimated arrival time much less call back time). If it wasn't for the experience we had with the tech, David, I wouldn't consider using the service.

Technician fixed problem with AC system. Also did a very thorough inspection of our AC system. Service was great. Price seemed too high though.

I had a minor emergency on Wednesday. Case was able to fit me in Friday. Miguel came out. He has done several jobs for me before. His workmanship was excellent. Nice guy. He fixed all my problems and plumbed things properly that were done wrong before I bought the house. The price was absolutley fair. I have used Case for over 10 years and plan to continue to do so.

I have been a landlord for 35 years and usually do most of my own plumbing. Autin came out and between the two of us,( no not the two of us Just Austin), identified the leak which turned out to be bad worn-out grout. Well worth the money. Great Value.

Jacob came out the morning we called because our heat pump had iced up. Since it was the coldest morning of the year so far we were very happy he arrived so quickly. He was very professional and personable and diagnosed our problem right away. He gave us a thorough explanation, in simple terms, of the issue, and several options for how it could be handled. He was knowledgeable and courteous, and gave us some tips on keeping our unit running more smoothly which we really appreciated. The next time the unit needs serving we will definitely ask for Jacob. He has a great attitude, and we appreciated his candor.

Based of this experience, I contacted them for plumbing issues in my recently purchased home in Sunset Park. And to my good fortune, 2 of the plumbers have been servicing my new home for the previous 15+ years! Fast response time and reasonable labor charges

Dennis quickly diagnosed our issue (pool heater did not heat and multiple possible points of failure) and gave me options to move forward.

Had a plumber come out for an issue. He said the office would call with an estimate, but we were never contacted. We even called the office, but never received a call.

This was a difficult job. Garret
stayed with it until it was done. Almost two days. He explained everything clearly.

Ed came to do a preliminary inspection of job (replace existing toilet and install a new wc). As luck would have it on his truck he had the very toilet I had hoped to buy but had been out of stock in every big box store in town. Not only very well equipped, he was knowledgeable about the particular issues concerning water in town and what to expect down the road with my water heater. His work was efficient and well paced and he left the area where he had been working spotless. This was the second service call this week from Joe Kool. I’m so glad I opted for the service package because it’s already paying for itself. Well done guys!

They have done an excellent job on our air conditioning system - keeping it running in top shape and responding if there is a problem.

We have a Duke Energy agreement when led us to Joe Cool services. Gloria was very prompt in her assistance to confirm our Duke status. She then had Chanell call us to schedule an appointment with Nathan. He arrived within an hour and assessed the need to replace our 30 year old hot water heater. Nathan was very professional and personable, discussing a couple of options for us. He seemed very knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend using this company based on today's service.

Service was good, but prices were outrageous. I was charged $390 for replacing a 1 foot piece of rubber hose for my toilet.

Chad was insanely helpful and incredibly polite. He really saved my business today, Saturday, when it’s busiest and our toilet broke. Would call them again.

Case Plumbing is now charging unreasonably high prices after an ownership change. Case was our go-to plumber for over a decade, but this is not the same company anymore. We were quoted $400 by Case and quickly called a competitor who quoted $150. And then Case charged us $75 just to show-up - they literally provided nothing in exchange for the $75. We were loyal to Case for years and referred our friends because we trusted Case to not rip us off. We will be finding a new plumbing service. I would also point your attention to the review of a former employee below who quit because he did not want to swindle his clients.

Kenny K. was very professional and took his time explaining all options to repair my plumbing problem. I had lots of questions and he answered them all. He is a very nice person. I will call this company and Kenny again.
