We had our house in contract. The buyer hired a plumber to video the sewage pipes due to the house being built in 1962 which means it has cast iron pipes. The plumber noted there are cracks in the pipe. He wrote an estimate to the buyer for the repair close to $30,000.00. My wife and I had no idea the pipes were in this condition and were devastated by the estimate. I have been in the construction business for over 40 years. I immediately looked for a better cost-effective solution to solve the issue. After researching cast iron pipe online, I found Trench-Less pipe repair. Ralph, a representative from the company came out and in detail explained the innovative process of liner or epoxy used to reline the pipes without digging or having to break the floor. After agreeing on the contract, the work commenced as scheduled and was completed within a week. The workers were punctual, professional and courteous, and they took pride in their work. They answered all of my concerns and explained the process along the way. After the job was completed the premises was left clean. If you want something done right, go to Trenchless. Everyone is stunned to hear they need a new cast iron pipe. You immediately think, they have to dig under the house! Not true. The owner John educate calmed me down after explaining the process. The gentlemen that he sent to do the job were professional. They pulled up at the time stated and started working. Very Important to us is that workers don’t leave a mess. When they were finished with the last part, the bathroom, I heard them cleaning it. Companies just don’t do this kind of service anymore. We did run into an unforeseen issue which is normal that cost a small amount extra but compared to the scope of the work involved we were lucky there were no more unforeseen issues. John also did many extra things that he didn't charge for even though we offered to pay him for it he did not accept. He is a man of integrity and that is rare in this World, let alone this city. I had called two separate plumbers to analyze my issue. One wanting to tear my floors up to remedy the issue. The other said I would have to contact someone else because a camera was needed because he could not unclog the pipes. A friend recommended I call Trenchlesss. The guys were extremely nice, well mannered and professional. They figured out the issue. I won’t lie, it was complicated. But these guys figured out the way to fix the problem without having to tear up my floors. They took two days to completely resolve the issue, recommended and made some installations to avoid a future issue and when I braced myself for the bill I was pleasantly surprised. Long story short - I called and quickly received a call back. I explained my worries and issues with my very old pipes in the house. The owner explained very carefully what they do and how they do it. Scheduling was extremely easy. Each step of the way no matter if there was an issue or not - was explained to me. The process was fairly non invasive for me and my family as they worked on the pipes throughout the house. Well when you have to call a sewer repair company it usually isn’t a joyful call for a minor fix the toilet leak, no it’s usually a major problem. In my case it was a huge problem, I just bought a home in Gables by the Sea and the main sewer line was old cast iron which had several cracks, holes and sections which eroded away and as a result sewage was backing up in my house, not fun. John (owner) responded to my message I believe I found him on yelp on a Sunday and came out the same day to ease my concerns. He walked me through my options, he was courteous, informative and professional. He explained this was not going to be an easy job but no matter what he was going to fix it. The pipe was so deteriorated we even had to dig up some areas to take sections out which were completely eroded away. John and his team saved the day! We had contracted with another company to line our old, cast-iron pipes and were guaranteed a quick and easy job that would take two days. Two weeks later, only a third of the job had been completed, and was completed poorly at that. John's company was called in to finish the job by the company we had contracted with, since they weren't able to handle our job. I ended up just working directly with John and it was smooth sailing after that. John had to correct the work that had already been done and then finish the rest of the pipes. He was on site each day and was very easy to communicate with. Pricing was VERY fair and ended up costing less than what we were originally quoted by the other company. John and his team are a rare find in south Florida. I don't say this lightly after having dealth with many plumbing companies and plumbers over the years. John is beyond fair and reasonable. The rate he quoted me is not only better than competition, he did not charge me for extra work that was not in the original quote, he even offered me a refund of my deposit after commencing work when we discovered that the scope of work is much more than we anticipated and I had to rethink it. He is my go to guy from now on for all my plumbing needs!

Awesome service called John up to see about doing a pipe scope and possibly lining of some pipes on a property I am selling. I explained to John, that the company a potential buyer hired to inspect my plumbing claimed that there was 14 feet of cracked and collapsed cast iron pipe under my foundation, and that the buyer refused to let me see the video of this claim. John sent his guys out the following morning. Pipe scope was done by his guys and they found no evidence of any cracked or collapsed pipes and no need of pipe lining . I contacted this company for a quote. They were at my property within the hour of my request and they quickly and efficiently resolved a massive plumbing problem that every other company I called told me would require breaking the floors inside my home. The idea of doing that with 5 kids at home in the middle of a pandemic was devastating to me. They worked for days to come up with a way to fix the plumbing system without breaking ground inside my house. They installed the new pipes and with the floor they had to break outside, the did everything very neatly and left everything in order which was hard to do because it was a major job.
