Yeah guy came out checked few things so under warranty coil to be replaced is 2499.00 that's under warranty ok so the part is covered correct yes the hourly labor rate would be roughly 624.69 per hour ok so do have to consider freon ok get it but still 2500.00 2 to 4 hrs labor plus said better off with new unit ok want 13.325 lol unbelievable for a carrier which got estimates for right at 7000.00 so took little freon out of my ac so just made matters worse please just stay away from these guys new ac 168.00 for 15 yrs lol is 30.400 for a 7000.00 ac unit really not only that bigger they said mean better nope wrong answer in this case bigger should get better price buy more means they got better prices no where near that had all this talk about warranties well folks you get the same warranty from anyone Carrier Trane Goodman all ac units you get warranty with plus for little extra now a little extra get labor warranty included ok don't trust them from what I seen yesterday this only my personal opinion from my experiences yesterday

This is a fraud company. We requested have AC repair service, 6 hours working time charged me 14 hours labor. What’s worse, $450 Blower motor charge me for $860.Total $2751.25 bill for one repair and AC still not working well. No one will reply your billing questions, and they send letter to landlord and county directly to rob money from me. So pay attention to this company!

Had them come out to locate a water leak. They told me it was under the foundation of the house it would costs $11,000 for them to re-pipe. I called out a second company Sleuth Inc. honest people. The leak was out front of the house I fix the leak myself for $15. Don’t trust them they scam and lie. Call Sleuth and save money
