Tech was very good. He discussed with me, made adjustments and followed up with his service manager for my additional questions.

Pro-team is the Maronda Homes plumber. They did my plumbing in my home prior to me buying it. So when a pipe out by my meter started leaking I thought great, I've dealt with warranty plumbers before, here goes a high water bill until someone gets out here and gets it fixed. I gave them a call. The dispatcher was a Rockstar, very polite. She was able to get someone out the same day and allowed me to go to work with no worries. I came home and the issue was no more. I appreciate you Pro-team. Thank you.

I am more than satisfied with this company. Edward the service man arrived even a little earlier. Which I was pleased because the temperature in my house was 82 degrees. Edward was so professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me. Considering it was a Sunday night the price was extremely reasonable. They also have a air conditioner maintenance plan. It is beyond reasonable and I am calling to get it. Don't hesitate to call them. You will be very satisfied.

Let me start by saying I have not used their services so I don't know how their work is. I live on a small limerock road. My husband and I were walking our 3 yr old granddaughter out to get in our car and one of their trucks came flying down our road. We made the motion to please slow down and he sped up. I took the number and called and was met with ignorance by the woman that answered the phone. Claiming he was only going 1 mph over the speed limit. He was doing 36 coming to a stop sign? Ignoring that there was a child near the road. It's a dirt back road. Why go so fast!!
All it would've took was an acknowledgement and an apology, instead I got ignorance. I am not a perfect person and have had my share of speeding tickets, but on a back road with children around there's no reason to be speeding. And a professional company should care about the community they're working in and their image in the public eye.

We called last minute bc water was dripping from an AC vent, which was odd. Pro Team accommodated us right away. The technician was right on time, and so polite and knowledgeable. He was respectful of the home and repaired the problem. The drain that handles condensation was not draining, and we were fortunate that the vent was right there near the overflow. If Pro Team hadn't come out so promptly and located the problem, our ceiling might've been damaged. We will call on this company again. Very satisfied.

Worst company. Took 3 hrs for them to return an emergency call. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! Then blew me off. The lady that called back had no idea what she was doing and didn’t know the business AT ALL. I ended up having to call a different company.

This company charged me an outrageous amount of money for a service that did not work. They told me that replacing the board would fix my a/c unit and it wasn't that; they however, charged me $287 and still my a/c is not working. Now they are saying it's the compressor and will charge me an ADDITIONAL $500 to install it. Bad business company, they rip you off!

We stumbled upon Pro Team AC & Plumbing on the internet, for a second opinion about whether our 10+ year-old Trane unit could be repaired and cleaned or had to be replaced. Pro Team's technician, Colby, was knowledgeable, experienced, skilled, hard-working, and -- most important -- honest. We signed up for Pro Team's reasonably-priced maintenance contract. Dealing with Colby and their in-office staff has been truly a breath of fresh air, a rarity in the skilled trades. Colby cleaned our AC unit, saving us a small fortune over the cleaning price or new unit price quoted by our former AC contractor. If their plumbers are the same professional quality as our AC tech, Colby, Pro Team will have earned a happy, satisfied and permanent customer for both of those needs.

Outdoor Kitchen

ProTeam Plumbing did the entire plumbing for our new home and installed the plumbing and gas hook-up connections for our outdoor grill. So, ProTeam has insight into the plumbing infrastructure of our house. We recently received our outdoor kitchen and called ProTeam to get the gas and plumbing connected, which sounds simple enough since they installed all the plumbing. The first person they sent was on time but spent hours attempting to make the plumbing connection, which he did not complete, and did not even get to the gas connection. While it did not look overly complicated, I could not understand why the first plumber had so much difficulty. He stated that someone thinner would have to come out, that he spoke with his supervisor Mike, and that Mike would call us to reschedule. We never received a call from Mike and had to call the ProTeam office to schedule another plumbing technician to come and complete the job.

Our appointment window was a couple of days later, from 11:00 to 1:00 pm, with no technician and no call, during this time. At 3:00 pm, we called the office and informed them that no one had shown up at the designated time. The office assured us the plumber would be here but is running late. So at this point, I was going to write a negative review on the level of customer service received and the lack of informing us that the plumber was running behind.

Needless to say, my original review would not be what I am writing now. My ProTeam thoughts were completely changed when Dallas F. arrived. The young man apologized for being late and assured me he would do his best to get everything in operational order. I explained to Dallas what had happened previously, and he did a five-minute assessment of what needed to be done and begin hooking things together. This young man was very courteous and professional and completed the entire connection in about an hour. He ensured that the water was running, that there were no plumbing leaks, and that the gas burners were operational for the grill. He verified all safety aspects so we could enjoy our new outdoor kitchen and not have any concerns. I can say that because of Dallas F., my review of ProTeam went from a 1 to a 5. The professionalism demonstrated by this young man is how companies get recommendations and repeat customers. Thank you, Dallas, for your expertise in connecting our outdoor kitchen; we truly appreciate all your efforts. ProTeam is lucky to have you as a good representation for its company.

Our AC broke over the weekend while we were away. We came home to a hot house mid July. I called local AC businesses but most were not open on a Sunday. I got my service throughout builders warranty but the service I received exceeded my expectations. Only thing I would like to see better is the service waiting time could be a little shorter.

Called due to our AC unit stopped working over the weekend late afternoon on a Saturday they were here within an hour and got our AC working! They are very responsive, professional and attentive. Will definitely use them again !

I recently returned from a trip out West to find although my air conditioner was running, it wasn’t cooling the house. It was 19 degrees and snowing when I left Colorado, the house temperature was hitting 84, so I felt it right away. I’m new to Florida ..our A-C system is three years old, and I thought uh-oh--we’re in for a big repair. But when the tech, Larry Osterman, came out, he found that the problem was a relatively small part, I believe it was a capacitor. Larry got the system running pretty quickly, then he went out to get a permanent part. The part was under warranty and we only ended up paying a labor charge.
The service experience was excellent but I have to comment on some communication problems we experienced. The system was originally installed by a firm called Stay Cool, and when I called the numbers I had on file, the folks who answered the call at Pro Team gave no indication that the ownership had switched. This was worrisome because my wife was holding a “club membership” with Stay Cool, and then there’s the question of establishing the age of the system for warranty purposes. Stay Cool still has a website and all the numbers went to Pro Team Plumbing. Very concerning. Here are some suggestions: Best case scenario would be to notify all the Stay Cool customers about the change. I know that’s a tough go. How about when your operators answer the phone, you could add a phrase like this: “You’ve reached Pro Team Plumbing and HVAC. We have brought our Stay Cool customers under our company umbrella to provide better service.”

I made an appointment for a maintenance almost 3 weeks ago under the assumption that they were still STAY COOL A/C.... I got 2 phone calls today pushing the appointment back due to a class the 3rd phone call was to reschedule because a truck broke down, So they only have 4 trucks and 2 trucks are DOWN now.....Where are all the trucks STAY COOL HAD & THE EMPLOYEES 🤔WOW........ if that alone don't speak for itself. He remedied my current situation until im in a better situation to getting around to a more longer term fix. If/when i require more ac maintenance/repairs, i will definitely use them again

This was a warranty call. Everything went fine except that the tech had mud on his shoes and didn’t take them off or put on booties. When he checked out the master shower problem - requiring the shower heads be turned on- there was dirt everywhere. Training needed.

Pro-team initially installed the plumbing in my home when it was constructed. So, a year later when I purchased a water softener I called them to see if you they would hook it up for me. The staff was very professional and helpful. I felt as if I was a priority with them given the turn around time. The next day I had it installed for a very fair price. Wayne the State Manager was extremely polite and accommodating. I would give them 10 stars if I could, but instead they will have to settle for only the 5 google allows.

It was refreshing when I call someone actually answered the phone and gave me an appointment for service right away.

Wanted $400 for the free estimate wanted $1000 per duct for the $49 duct advertisement on google. Tried to rip me off. then he blamed the parent company and told me to try someone else.

Our salesman, Rich was very knowledgeable and friendly. We decided to go with The Pro Team because Rich showed up exactly when he said that he would and he answered all of our questions. The installation was 2 days after signing contract. The installers showed up at 10:30 am and did not speak any English. We were not able to communicate with them at all. The 2 men stayed until 1:45 AM (15 hours) and were not able to get the unit working. Our house was 89 degrees. Larry showed up the next afternoon and was able to get our air working within 5 minutes. He spent 2 hours making sure that everything was right and functioning properly so that it would pass inspection. The original installers had a hard time getting the handler into our attic and bent and damaged the attic door. Larry helped put it back together so that it would shut. Larry was extremely knowledgeable and provided great customer service. We were very happy with the sales side and with Larry, but not so much with the two men that originally tried to install the new unit.

David and Josh are hands down second to none. David was contacted this morning and within 15 minutes an appointment was scheduled . Josh was dispatched out and on arrival his knowledge, expertise and professionalism shows why the Pro Team will be my first and only choice when it comes to HVAC and Plumbing. These two guys Rock.

This company which was formerly stay cool air installed our newest AC unit then gave us an electronic filter for our living room. We were advised not to touch the system because of the type of filter that it is. So it is only opened and closed by the AC staff. When it is time to change the filter, one of the brackets that holds the filter unit closed broke and we were never advised of this. The last time that we had our filter changed the two technicians that came to replace the filter, brushed it off and said oh it'll be fine. Needless to say, this weekend, of course, being a holiday weekend, the other bracket could not hold the filter and snapped as well. So of course we're left to fix something that we never broke to begin with. It's just very disappointing.

I had initially given this company 1 star due to being extremely late the first time and their plumber arriving in not the most professional manner. I got a call from Sabrina when they received my first review and I explained what happened. We went back and forth a little bit since she kept justifying the late arrival on an emergency with another client that morning. I told her I can understand an emergency but as a courtesy to all of their clients scheduled for that day, they should've done a better job in following up and not leaving everyone waiting an entire day. She finally acknowledged and accepted and she assured me a different plumber would come out on the rescheduled day which was this morning. So I changed my review to 4 stars now because they came through with what they said this time which was to be on time and send a more professional plumber. Still not a 5 star due to the overall experience but definitely can appreciate that merit needs to be given when people correct where they've gone wrong.

This is a very bad company I had a bad experience they didn’t finish the job the same day like the promise and I had a very hard time calling them to come back to finish and everytime they showed up they come with the wrong part and they have to coming 4 times and the sales person name Ron after you finish the paper work and try to contact him never return your calls I don’t recommend this company at all not responsible and not organized at all I know I’m going to regret it in the future if I have any problems with the AC system 😢😢

We recently had issue with low water pressure impacting all our faucets, sinks and toilets. Jim from Pro Team Plumbing came by and quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty pressure valve which he was able to remove and replace. Very happy with the experience and professionalism from this company.

The Pro Team sent a sales tech to the house and quoted us $750 for a job. The main office sent us a email with a work order approval for $750 that we signed off on and accepted. A appointment was scheduled for July5th and they didn't show. The Pro Team rescheduled for July 8th at 10:00am and did not show again without notice. I contacted the main office at 11:00am as to why they didn't show and was told they would call back (which they did not). Juan the Sales Manager called on July 8th at 2:22pm and stated he would not do the job for $750 and now wanted $2000 for the job. I informed him that we had a verbal agreement with the sales tech and a signed off emailed work order for $750 from the main office. Juan said he would not honor the agreed price of $750. This is not how a business should be run or how customers should be treated. I highly recommend to steer clear of The Pro Team.

After taking off work for our 3-5 slot, plumber didn’t show until 4:30 and told us he didn’t have time and the job was too large for today. My home inspector husband had previously let the office know what was wrong. This was a waste of our time. We now are awaiting for a phone call so this company can fix the huge mess up they did on our brand new home.

This company uses top quality systems as all the other companies, yet their pricing beats anyone. I've called so many companies for estimates and this company beats them all. I haven't hired them yet because like everything else these days I wasn't expecting how much it would cost. But they beat other well known companies by several thousand. They keep sending guys out that either don’t have the tools or don’t have any interest in fixing the problem. It’s been 5 service appointments and 15 days and the office manager tells me it’s not their problem. They came again today, but didn’t want to make the fix because “it would take at least 3-4 hours”. Embarrassing and unprofessional. This is after leaving their test ball in my cleanout and corroding my sink fixtures with acid left for over a week. Remarkably bad. Avoid at all costs.

He assessed the situation and moved the shut off valve closer so as to circumvent any water overflow. He answered all of my questions and reset the thermostat. He did an excellent job.

Jim was excellent on his expertise, diagnosed the problem/ issues and completed the work the same day. He is very professional at the same time shows compassion. This was a warranty job. The professional knew exactly what the problem was and made the repairs quickly.
I would like to add, as a professional myself, we wear boots, we use a lot of tools, we get tired just like everyone else, and we need space to work.
I chose to make an early morning appointment so that the pro didn't have time to get dirty boots, but I also waited till they were gone to mop and vacuum. And you don't need to sit on their shoulders while they work. If they can't fix it, or it's not installed/repaired correctly they will come back and fix it.
Just be nice and let them do their job.

Called them as they did plumbing on our new Maronda home. Within 3 months after warranty expiration we had leak in shower faucet. They replaced shower faucet cartridge in 15 minutes for $190. So for good for 2weeks. Time will tell how long this will last.

I called because the AC had stopped during the night. The tech was promp on the response time I was given he cleaned out all water drains and explained to me that over the years they clog up and the unit has a safety feature that turns it off when this occurs. He explained to me that the company was relatively new and currently had six AC techs. I hope the company makes it and I will use them in the future

Called pro team plumbing and told them I believe my vent pipe was plugged. Scheduled the repair for Friday. Dispatch called back and had to reverify my schedule and re take notes on the repair. I again stated what I believed to be the issue and why. Plumber called Friday morning and asked what the issue was as if no notes were taken. I stated I thought it was a plugged vent and why. Plumber stated the business would not let people on the roof and they would not be able to repair this issue. I cancelled the visit instead of having someone come out to diagnose an issue they wouldn’t repair. I understand the company doesn’t want to take that liability. But dispatch should have brought that up on Monday so I didn’t waste a week waiting on what I thought would be reliable service.

The service person from Pro Teams came out and spent the time needed to correct a workmanship issue created by substandard work when my house was built a year ago. The water spigot on the side wall was about to fall off and required extra effort to fix it properly, and he spent the time needed to do it, right.

Great job with figuring out what was up with central air. Labor is a little in cost.

They installed a new HVAC system. The first two gentlemen that came to my house to do the application for financing were friendly. But the second person that came was especially friendly and informative and so helpful and listened. I cried when I was approved because I’m a single woman caring for my elderly mother and was doing this alone. He was so kind and empathetic.

Called Pro Team A/C on Memorial Day weekend . My AC wasn’t cooling. Was told someone would be coming and would call before arrival. Received text message in about little over 1 hour someone should be here. Tech arrived checked everything cleaned system. ( which was installed less than 6 months ago) did not leave till it was fixed. Josh Newman was professional and courteous . Would recommend him and this company.

Water temperature was like warm on hottest temperature setting. The water heater elements were tested and replaced. The technician ensured that the temperature was hot before leaving. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

Amazing service, very profesional

Had a service call yesterday to fix the plumbing box for the washer. Showed up at 11am. Said he had to go to his shop and get a face plate and would be back at 4pm. Never returned. Called at 5pm and said he would be back at 11am today. It is not 5pm and he never showed up. After texting his boss, he showed up at 5:15pm.

Vern cleaned the mess after recaulking two toilets for me which isn't something I have experienced with other companies. I am very grateful that they were able to help me out yesterday. I want to thank the two guys that had installed the unit in the garage and outside unit. Not only did they do a great job, but also explain to me how to use my new inside thermostat. I also want to thank the “guy” who installed the air ducts all by himself. Not only did he do exactly what I requested to make my room the coldest in the house but he was also keeping me updated on when he was coming and what he was going to be doing each day. I would so recommend this company to anyone. What great customer service not only from the install crew but sales team and the customer service team who took my call.

The salesman, Tim, was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He made me an offer I could live with, the first time and still found discounts to offer me. The next day, two techs, Matt and Justin, arrived and installed my new unit. Matt let me know what they were doing and made sure I knew how to work the new thermostat. He even took the temperature of the air coming through my vents. I'm very pleased with my new unit and with this company, the pro team. Larry and Josh were awesome. First off I had a PM the day before. The next day the a/c stopped working. Of course my first thought was that they sabotaged my ac unit. Funny but not funny. Anyway I called them around 330 for a service call and they had a tech out within an hour. We have a gold membership and I want to say it definitely paid for itself. Luckily the part was still under warranty. Was told initially by Josh it had to be ordered, but he reached out to Larry and he had one on his truck. System up and running. This is the second time I've had a leak in the kitchen faucet and they took no short cuts. The first company just put a bandage on it but this company, they replaced the drain and sealed it from both the bottom and top. I believe this was definitely a permanent fix.

I purchased my AC unit from Stay Cool. The Pro Team bought Stay Cool. Back in March, a Pro Team Technician came to my home to service my AC unit which wasn't working at the time. The technician advised me, I need to re-sign my service contract with Pro Team because my Stay Cool service agreement was no longer valid since Stay Cool was bought out. At that time, with the technician in my home, I signed a new Pro Team service contract and Pro Team is deducting $9.95 from my credit card every month. This past weekend, my AC not working and I scheduled an appointment for a Pro Team technician to come to my home to fix my AC unit. I was told I didn't have any serrvice agreement with Pro Team, the technician advised he couldn't help me and I would need to contact the office on Monday to get it straightened out. I called the office Monday 8/14/23 and was told they would look into it because they don't know why $9.95 a month is being deducted from my credit card. I called the office 8/15/23 for an update. I was told there wasn't any update yet. I called the office again on 8/16/23 and was told by Natasha there is no update and I will have to wait until they have a chance to review it and get back to me. I asked for a supervisors name and phone number so I could follow up myself. Natasha declined to give me a supervisors phone# or email address so I could follow up. She advised Pro Team is not taking any money from my credit card each month and I will need to dispute it with my credit card company even though Pro Team is aware I have my monthly credit card statements to support they are deducting the money each month from my credit card. I definately don't recommend anyone using this company for any kind of services they offer. Natasha was very rude and didn't have any empathy to help figure out why Pro Team is deducting $9.95 each month from my credit card. After the horrible treatment I received from Pro Team regarding this issue, they lost me as a current customer and I will find another reputable AC company to do business with.
