I have known the folks behind Cross Creek Cooling and Plumbing since I moved here...Great people, and the services they have provided me are always stellar. Bob always tells me exactly what the problem is without any BS, and they ALWAYS give me the best quoted price of any other company. I will always use them.

Our pool heater quit working. Pinch A Penney suggested Cross Creek to look at it. Bob, w/Cross Creek came out on time. Did the diagnostic and determined it should be replaced. They gave us a quote to replace it within 1 hour.
I did call 3 other companies for a quote and Cross Creek had best price. They were very prompt with the installation and service.

Bob is the guy. Paula answers the phone. She tells me exactly if Bob can come diagnose my AC issue or not. In 30 minutes he is at my door. An hour later he tells me exactly what's wrong. Problem solved the same day! It is very rare to have someone honest, knowledgeable and responsive in this field. Bob and Paula got it all. My practice manager has him fix our office in Wesley Chapel too. She is also very impressed with the work.

Called after reading so many great reviews on Nextdoor.com. Our shower would not shut off due to a bad cartridge/valve. We were going to be gone later in the day through the next so we wanted it fixed ASAP. Called Cross Creek in the morning and was told that Bob would be out within 3-4 hours. We received a call back later and we were informed Bob was on his way, which was nice customer service. He showed up wearing a mask and kept it on the entire time even though I told him he didn't have to wear it. He quickly cut the wall out behind the shower handle and installed two shut off valves so we didn't have to keep water off to the entire house. We have since received the new parts from the manufacturer and installed the valve/cartridge ourselves. Bob also offered to install a quick access panel in the drywall but he needed to order it. In the meantime we found one on Amazon and quickly installed it. It was refreshing to get such quick service and I highly recommend Cross Creek Cooling & Plumbing.
