Jared came out because of a leak on my toilet. He noticed the toilet’s flush was weak so after He gave me my options on on the leak I ended up going with a new toilet. Did great work and very neat. I would highly recommend!!

Don't look any further use All Pro Plumbing! Rolando was here today and he is awesome. Not only was he polite, professional and knowledgeable, he shared that knowledge with me. He thoroughly explained the problem we were having and more importantly why it happens. He got right to work and told me he would teach me how to flush the hot water heater myself so I could do the maintenance annually to avoid this problem in the future! Being originally from up north where we are not required to drain our water heaters, I didn't know Florida water is different and a nasty build up happens. Rolando fixed the heater pretty fast and then walked me thru all the steps so I know know what to do. He's such an asset to your company! He was so personable and friendly I can't thank him enough for all his hard work and the education we got. Great service! I will definitely use them again and will recommend to everyone. I'm going to post this experience in our Peridia neighborhood Facebook page as well so if any neighbors are looking they know where to call. Repipe did an excellent job replacing the polybutylene pipes in my condo. They knew I was selling it and worked extremely hard to get the job done prior to the closing date, which they did. Not only do they replace the pipes, they also patch the drywall, so you won't have to find a separate company. The day they installed the new pipes, they did not stop until I had water connected back and working, which was well into the evening. I highly recommend.

James was very professional and friendly. He fixed our problem quickly and explained what he was doing.The problem I have with Red Cap is the service call I received in late May of this year.It was six months after initial installation (Dec. 2021) and was done at no cost. However, the serviceman who came said I should have a filter in the drain tray. The tray is about 15 to 20 inches long. He charged me $54.00 dollars for a filter that was 5 inches long. The filter kept the 5 inches clean but the remaining 10 to 15 inches became dirty, clogging the drain pipe, resulting in the unit shutting down. I had to ask for a service call last week, Aug 22, only two and a half months after the first service call in May. All this for unit that I paid $7,800+ for less than 9 months ago. Something doesn't seem right here. When I told James about the service call in May he seemed taken back. I asked if he had a filter that would fit the tray and he said he didn't have one with him.Therefore, I can see another service call in a few months to again unclog the drain pipe.Replacing Heat pump. David was friendly and professional. Product is being installed tomorrow. I expect it will be satisfactory. Purchased through Costco, so the benefits were excellent with the cash cards. David also threw in a UV light to sweeten the deal. Very pleased so far. Assume installation will go without a hitch.Installed 12/1 and 12/2. One drawback- they assist people who use TECO with the paperwork to get a rebate, but not from Duke Energy. That's the customer's responsibility. A little help would've been nice. Not sure I got the UV add-on. I saw or heard nothing about the device and why it was an upgrade. David valued it at $350.00.

Called yesterday for routine maintenance and had a tech out today. Carlos was professional and by far the friendliest AC person I’ve ever encountered. He completed general maintenance efficiently and quickly. He took the air handler apart to inspect and provided basic education when I asked questions. I will certainly use B&B for any future maintenance needs and won’t hesitate to use for repairs or replacement in the future if needed!
