These guys are awesome! We had a clog in our main sewage line and Chris was able to come out here same day, give a good competitive quote, and get the problem solved. Chris the plumber showed up on time and early and listened to my issue and came up with good solution and estimate. He even found a coupon to help with the bill. The work was professional and solution permanent. Chris made sure everything in house was working and then cleaned everything up. he was very nice during process.

I called Premium Plumbing last week to request a service call to connect piping to the sink under two vanities. The staff was courteous, polite, and was able to send someone quickly without a long wait time plus quote me a fair price for the service. The technician they sent, Chris, did a superb job. He was friendly, personable and was able to complete the job satisfactorily with no leaks to contend with. I would use Premium Plumbing again if I needed a plumbing service and recommend them to my neighbors if they needed a repair..

The configuration of our kitchen sink is not ideal. The trap underneath needed to be re-piped. They gave me varying options to solve the issues and were up front about the costs. The pipes were re-worked and so far everything is leak free. The work took maybe an hour from diagnosis to repair. Thanks Corey!

This is the second time I’ve used Premium. They are now my go to plumbers.

Louis was fine and the work was completed efficiently, despite several impediments that arose due to the age of the plumbing. I got a little confused during the billing part, but after speaking with Eva on the phone, she was very helpful and adjusted my bill after I had paid. This is a rare event for me and I was pleasantly surprised at her response. I would definitely use this company again.

I am totally satisfied with Premium Plumbing. They sent a plumber to give me an estimate on the same day that I called! An estimate was uprovided before the plumber left my house. I then ordered the parts required and recommended by the plumber. After receiving everything I called to find out when a plumber could come and I was told they would send Mark ( the plumber who provided the estimate) the next day.
Mark arrived exactly on time and changed three faucets and drains as well as a kitchen garbage disposal unit.
The new fixtures look great and Mark took away all the old stuff and the boxes and rest of the trash. And he cleaned up.
The final bill was exactly the same as the quote except for a leaking part that was not foreseen.

Haven’t had the work done yet, but I wanted to leave a good review for Megan who helped me over the phone and set me up for a water heater install. She has never been to my house nor has a tech from this company. She was able to do everything I wanted and expected right over the phone. I had two other techs come out from other companies. It took them a lot longer to get over a quote for a water heater install. With Megan all I had to do was send her a few pictures and she gave me a price that was better then the other two companies. I will update this review after they do the work tomorrow. Thanks for the help today Megan.

By far the best! Great customer service, personable, polite, clean, caring, honest and most importantly COMPETENT plumbers. I've been having plumbing problems for almost a year. Several companies mis-diagnosed and their fixes lasted days or weeks. Two companies tried to upsell me into re-piping without carefully cchecking out pipes. 1 company tried to sell me camera work without any follow up to explain what they saw. 1 company did basically the right work, but did it so poorly that it didn't solve the problem. Premium did everything right. They located and diagnosed the problem methodically and quickly, explained the needed work very clearly, fixed the problem, and warrantied the work. If I'd called them in the first place, I would have saved a fortune by getting the job done right the first time! And their prices are right in line with everyone else's.

Louis came out to my job site two weeks ago to remove an ice machine and dishwasher in to break rooms so we could remove and install new flooring. Then reinstall after flooring was finished. On both occasions Louis showed up on time was clean, respectful, efficient, and very professional about his work. I was very impressed with this service technician. We need more people like Louis in the construction industry.

Corey and Noah were very quick and professional for an inspection of plumbing lines on a house being sold. They were thorough and went above and beyond what was needed.

Corey took time out of his busy schedule to assist me with my plumbing issue over the phone. With finances being tight, my best option was to find a way to clear out the whatever was causing the clog in my pipes. Corey very professionally and compassionately discussed with me the different options that I had both with the company and if I were to do it my self. I accidentally called Premium Plumbing by a googling and clicking mistake, but so glad I did instead of the name brand Roto Rooter that we usually use. Not only were they half the price for the same job, Louis was so friendly and helpful. He fixed the clogged and offered recommendations that we can do on our own to help prevent it from happening again. He didn’t try to sell me anything more than I needed. Being a stay at home mom with kids running around I do feel that I often get sold more than needed by salesman, but Louis was a professional plumber who I felt that I could trust and did not try to sell me what I didn’t need or upsell. So happy for the accidental call as the next time I need a plumber I’ll call Premium Plumbing and ask for Louis on purpose.

Both times I’ve hired Premium Plumbing I was more than satisfied. Megan is very pleasant, replies very quickly by text even on the weekend, and is quick to set up an appointment within a 2 hour window. Called for a flood in the bathroom but didn’t know where it was coming from and every step they explained what they were going to do and what they were going to look for to tell if something wasn’t right. I had a plumbing leak with my garbage disposal plumbing. I installed the garbage disposal and the washer was frail. I went to home depot to get a washer but could not find one. I was very impressed with how fast I received response to my voicemail, and in very short order, I received notification that someone was on the way (and I could track their location through a website sent to me in a text message informing me thy were on their way). They assessed the clog situation, provided me (a very reasonable quote), and did the work, all in a very timely fashion. Very professional and courteous. We just moved into our new condo to find we had a leak into the unit below. We called Premium Plumbing and they were able to get us in to replace the toilets much quicker than we expected. They were both super friendly, kind and knowledgeable. They did a great job on the toilets, but we soon realized we had another leak. They quickly found the issue, arranged with us and property management to shut down the water for 4 hours. They showed up on time and had the repair done and water back on to the building in about an hour.

Being new to the area and not knowing anyone we were sure we were going to be taken advantage of, but the experience couldn't be more opposite. We will be using them for all of our plumbing needs.

Louis and Noah were prompt, knowledgeable and professional. Louis serviced our hot water heater and advised we may get an additional couple years out of it. However if it does go out they can replace promptly. We were impressed Louis didn't try to sell us a new hot water heater on the spot but provided a well reasoned path forward.
