ACREE Plumbing Replaced a shower control valve.Tech. was competent. Work was completed satisfactorily.They were early to the appointed time. They communicated well had picture and bio of the plumber.- Can't speak to the quality of the valve.- Replaced valve no longer leaks and operates well.- We noticed a drop in shower water pressure. They returned same day to check this out and replaced valve insert. Could not tell any difference in water pressure. So, end result shower feels weaker than before to my wife and me.- Quality & Satisfaction follow up from manager took place over the phone. Very nice that he took time to follow up! Manager discovered there was a billing error. He refunded $350.00. This has never happened to me before - Excellent Customer Care after the service!

We needed a main breaker and two wires replaced in our main electrical panel, to comply with a 4 Point inspection. Donovan came out and explained everything step by step. He was so personable, it was like we were old friends. He even put two clamps on a water heater hose that was a bit long so that it was now secured to the wall. My AC stopped working (again) on 5/8/2023 called to have it checked. Was able to get tech out next afternoon, after looking at it determined it had lost all Freon had a hole in line. Well it was repaired and back up to cooling on 5/9/2023. Now on 5/10/2023 I am right back to where I have been for the past 5 years, this system still does not work correct whenever the temps are above 80. I am frustrated and done with these folks. Had several techs over the years, even spoke to a so-called supervisor, and manager NOBODY can give me an answer as to why. I spent enough money DONE!!!!!! Example: here it is now 9:50 PM I got home from work at 7 PM system was running temp set at 74 thermostat reading indoor temp 76 it is now at 74 but still has not kicked off. WHY WHY WHY. Oh thats right you don't know. Well it's time to find someone who does.

My home needed the washer hookups repaired and then the disposal was going bad. Austin came right out(called and scheduled the day before) and looked things over. repaired the leaks and explained what was going on with the disposal. He gave me a quote on everything with a couple different choices. While he was doing one repair I went and picked up a disposal. By the time I returned home he was almost done with the repair so timing worked out very nicely and he began replacing the disposal. Austin was very easy to work with and explained it all. I had another plumbing service come out before to check prices and Acree was competitive with better service. We will be using them if necessary in the future! Also provided pictures of everything.

Nicholas and Stephen did a geeat job installing our new and efficient HVAC System. Unit is quiet ad a Church mouse. The guys work together well and we had fun chatting it up with Nick doing the inside unit while Stephen did the condenser outside. Very informative and the work was quick and they left our place as clean as before they started. They wouldn't even bring their tools in until drops cloths were laid down everywhere they needed to walk or move equipment. Second experience with Acree and definitely will be calling them for any future repairs and maintenance.

Semi- emergency with same day call. Jermaine showed up and took great care of our issue. Professionally handled from the office call through job completion. Highly recommended to the point I switched from our current preventative maintenance provider to Acee!

Jose was very informative and helpful. Fixed my AC and diagnosed all the problems I might have/answered my questions. At first I felt like some AC upgrades was pricey and I'm overpaying a bit. But their manager Chris was quick and responsive to explain what's included and guaranteed with their services. Definitely keeping the subscription.

Unfortunately had my first emergency appointment canceled. And the second was delayed but that can happen in Fl. The tech was 5 start all the way though.

Acree is a SCAM! Do not use this company! Acree came to do my first tuneup on my one year old brand new HVAC system. They told me my system was brand new, and that my Freon was totally full to the brim.Approximately six weeks later I have no cold air. I call Acree they come out and tell me that my HVAC, brand new coil is leaking. They try to upsell me a brand new coil that is under warranty but the labor cost is $1200. I called another company for a second opinion and they told me I have NO LEAKS.Acree then comes back out to investigate, makes sure that I have enough Freon and then sabotages my Freon caps so that no one else can take them off.I had to have the other HVAC company come out and inspect and forcibly remove my Locking. Freon caps. While doing this, they broke two of their own tools.Acree is a SCAM. Do Not use this company!

I had an emergency on a Saturday and called more than 10 companies and the only available was Acree. So grateful for Paulin Prendi, he was able to come in even earlier and very respectful, attentive and fixed everything really quickly. Explained the problem and cost and made sure to give us alternatives for our budget. Will definitely be using Acree again.

The owner is very knowledgeable and was efficient in talking to his plumber that made a mess (a circle of pipes on the block wall in our patio area - Pic 1)We had a glitch because an ancient pvc pipe, we didn’t know was part of the faucet, was attached undergroundHe heard the water from it across at the side yard. We all agreed that old pipe was not needed & we told him, don’t include it in the new faucet & he cut it off, under the concrete patio section he had to break out to get to the pipe attached to the faucet.He listed parts for his design & left for1 hour to buy them. And they built his circle design of pipes. (We have circle of pipes & re-do job pictures, not sure they can post here)This should have been a simple outside faucet repair/replace.(Owner sent his plumber back to do a simple faucet, pic 2)Which we had discussed with the plumber, before he started the work.The plumber said no he had to do the pipes as he said, and drew it with his finger on the wall. We asked again, and explained a party table on our patio won’t hide all those pipes, he said no again. Funny thing, at the end of job, the plumber said, he could have done what we had asked. We said, well ok, so….?He waved his hand toward the faucet & said, it will be ok, a table will hide it.We had to call the owner to let him know about this & he agreed it was done wrong & was great to talk to.The plumber was not happy when he returned to redo the job, the next week,& he sent a service message at 6:30 am for arrival at 10am & was sarcastic.This faucet broke on a Friday afternoon, so we were into the emergency/weekend hours time. We had to turn off all water to the house because of the faucet.The job was priced at 4 hrs + parts (non necessary parts).Total cost $918.00Super over priced.No offer of refund of the over priced job.(See pictures below, circle & redo)Today 3 weeks later, we had a different faucet break, inside our laundry room. On a Friday afternoon again.(It’s an old house with copper pipes).We called our “usual plumber” (he was booked for three days out, when the previous faucet broke & again this time). So 3 days wait, we’ve been turning our well pump on/off & vacuuming up water.This plumber did a faucet repair & replaced some of the copper lines with CPVC & had to bust out some concrete wall to get to it. We’ve used him for years, so any plumber issue in the future… we will turn off the water to the house & wait for our “usual” plumber.He has tons of experience.This job today was, 1 1/2 hrs.The cost for this job $118.00

Numerous problems, weather delays, power outage, waiting for city utilities to turn off water meter. Technician, Daniel, was incredibly patient and courteous. Cannot thank him and this company enough. Lifesavers. Highly recommend this company.

Joe was fantastic and takes great pride in his work, and his attention to detail was spot on. Joe did awesome work and is a very honest young man.Today... he installed a water heater, garbage disposal, and kitchen sink fixture and totally satisfied with the work.All that being said, you get what you are willing to pay for and found the pricing of services to be a little high. I'm moving in from Kentucky, where the pricing is much lower. Considering said economies, it only makes sense that there are pricing differences.I'm satisfied and happy, and I will be calling on Acree Plumbing & Air, and Joe in the future.

My mistake took the power out of my newly rented out condo. I needed immediate service and Acree came through. Travis and his helper did what needed to be done to get service back up and running. Awesome communication and professionallism! More work coming their way for sure!

Very professional. We called yesterday a.m. early and a tech came out to service within a few hours. We needed a new a.c. and we got approved for in house financing that day. They next morning the installation team was at the house at 8:00 am and finished by 1 p.m. They showed us how to use the new thermostat and left all warranty paperwork with us. Very pleased!

I was told a technician would be at my house between 11-1. It’s after 4 and I’m still waiting she when i called to inquire they were so disorganized they couldn’t even tell me an ETA

Worst experience ever. I am a patient person but I have been tested beyond comprehension. Problems from unit stopping one week after install to exposed wires hanging down the side of the condo to failed inspection after failed inspection. Round and round and I can't get off this merry go round. Please run, don't walk away from this company.

Trouble shooting electrical wires and outlets that were improperly installed by another company. They fixed and replaced or repaired all the problems and cleaned up when they were done. Knowledgeable, Professional Services and on time.

Just got threatened by one of their employees driving truck 140, a black man. I called stayed on hold for about fifteen minutes. Nobody wants to do anything about it. I try talking to a manager, One was not available I was told. I would not trust these people or fake reviews. They hire very unprofessional staff.

Tyler Harlow was extremely professional and helpful. I really appreciated that he immediately put booties on when entering our home. He was able to trouble shoot the main plumbing issue with our water heater while also addressing some additional concerns. He was very knowledgeable about our unit and provided some helpful information. The issue required electrical repairs so Tyler immediately called to schedule an electrician to come out the same day. I would definitely recommend Tyler for any plumbing needs.

Austin was very knowledgeable and fixed some stuff that Ryan Air didn't even attempt. I signed up for the plan and will have Acree air come here for all of my AC work.

Our garbage disposal stopped working and we believed it to be a power issue, so we googled and found Acree. They were able to schedule someone to come out at the earliest appointment. Ben and Berry were our technicians dispatched. Both were very personable, knowledgeable and professional. They were able to quickly take a look at our breaker box and identify several items of concern and propose the necessary solutions that would not only address the issue at hand but preempt those we could expect in the long term. They were very direct and thorough in performing their diagnostics, with very little interruption to our work day; got the job done in under an hour. I would certainly recommend this company and these two professionals to friends and family in need of electrical help at a reasonable price. Jesse performed a HVAC tune up. We purchased an home where the system wasn’t properly maintained so he made recommendations on ways to further improve and maintain our system for peak performance and money saving efficiency in the long run.He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable.

Anthony was great but the Company it's self is a joke. Most of what they say is just bluh bluh bluh. Had a new unit put in on 8/12/23. The blower did not shut off all night and is still running. Wasn't even shown how to use the new thermostat. 8/14/23 I called them immediately this morning, not once but twice and once to the sales man only to be told they can't do anything until Monday 8/15/23. Acree is not paying my electric bill. I am. If I could afford to let my blower run 24/7 I would have not bought a new unit. Also the installer from yesterday forgot my surge protector and Uv light.

Acree plumbing has great customer service skills and everyone was very friendly. They were able to get a technician to our home for a leaking faucet within two hours. The team kept in contact throughout the process. The service technician was Braden and he was informative, polite and helpful and was able to diagnose, supply the needed equipment and repair the problem. I highly recommend Braden and Acree plumbing. A little pricey but worth it for the customer service and work ethics.

Needed plumber for leaking faucet. Elijah Johnson arrived and fixed it in an hour and a half. Very quick service.

We had an urgent issue with our plumbing and they were very responsive in getting someone out to help us asap. Andrew was great and very friendly and professional. He quickly assessed our plumbing issues and thoroughly explained how he was going to fix it. This was our first plumbing issue being new home owners, glad we went with Acree.

Beware! They scam old people out of thousands of dollars. There are lawsuits that have been filed against this company for this very reason! I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau

My a/c stopped working and Acree Air sent a technician on a Sunday, which I really appreciated. Jesse was wonderful. He called ahead of time, asked if he could come early (yes!) arrived when he said he would and was very professional. He explained everything and the pricing before he started. Luckily, it was an easy fix. Will definitely use them again. Kudos to Jesse!

I will start this review with the point that the technician Drew W was on time. They gave me a timeframe from 11am to 1pm, and he arrived at 11. From the second he arrived, all he did was complain about the condition of my air handler and that it was 13 years old and needed to be replaced. I asked him to look at the unit he said that there is a short somewhere, probably a bad motor. He then said that it was the wire to the float switch, which would cost $599.00. I asked him if that would fix the problem, and he said, I don't know, it is the process of elimination It could be the motor too. He said I need to agree to the $599 for the float switch, knowing it may not correct the problem, then go from there. I cannot and will not pay for the process of him figuring out what the problem is with an open-ended check. I told him thank you, but I will pay the $79.00 service call fee and call another company. He made the comment that my wife is not going to be happy about that, which made me angry because that is none of his concern. His job was to diagnose the problem, that is it. I paid the $79.00 charge and called another company. The second company came out, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it for $185. I would not recommend using Acree Plumbing, Air & Electric solely for the fact I felt like I was being scammed.********UPDATE 4/27/2023**********Today, I spoke with David M., Sr. Tech Manager and discussed my issues. I feel that they understood my concerns. Although I did have the issues detailed above, I would consider using them again in the future. They do seem to understand the need for customer satisfaction.

Alex and Johann were on time, they were pleasant. They replaced my outlets in an hour. It was a pleasant surprise to have the job done well the first time around.

Had them come out to fix our ac my mom was charged 1k. The ac stopped working again a week or so later. Another company came out and found broken pieces left by Acree that the tech didn't even mention were broken when he was here. This caused the ac to not work again. Left to wonder what they actually did and was it even necessary. I mean you guys should be embarrassed the part you left broke was super obvious just laying in the drain pain. The technician was purposely confusing us talking in tech jargon. Don't make the same mistake. Use midway or another company. My mom didn't read the reviews unfortunately.

Zack Butcher came to fix our thermostat and wound up finding out the property we just bought had mold growing in the A/C unit. He promptly fixed the problem and provided reliable solutions. Great service.

New unit installed this past June. The sales rep mislead me on the APR for the unit. 11% higher than he advised!!!!! I didn't know until I received an invoice thru email. Ater the 2 men completed the install they advised me they need more help to come back to assist with lifting the cement block they pulled from the ground. They also said that they will clean up all the plastic on the new unit on return in a few days. I was also advised on paper and in person the unit has to be inspected as well. My backyard is still a mess after 1 month! My unit has not been inspected either after 1 month! My HOA is not happy about it. I have called several times only to be put on hold for lengths of time without anyone picking up. I resorted to an e-mail to get everything resolved. I get a return e-mail to call and make an appointment! I call in for the 12th time in one month! I was put on hold yet again. So I responded in the e-mail that I was advised they can come clean up without an appointment with me. That was last week. The mess is still there and no response. I also have not heard from the office regarding that inspection. The last time I phoned in the receptionist advised me that there is a note on my account that the work is incomplete here. I asked what that meant and she had no clue. I would never recommend these guys. Mislead on APR, no clean-up, no communication, no inspection... so disappointed.

Got 5 quotes from various vendors for a new AC system and install, and went with Acree because the price point was competitive for the quality, they were extremely responsive and customer service orientated. But what sold me was their 5 year labor warranty vs. 1 or 2 years at most. Install wasn't quite right and they were there the next day fixing it. I called just before 6:30pm and recieved a same day appt. for 8pm. The tech.,Brannon, was early (very much appreciated). He troubleshot my a.c. , found the problem , had the replacement part in stock on his truck , and had my a.c. up and running again in no time at all. Brannon was courteous, professional, and obviously very knowledgable. I also appreciated the young lady who scheduled my appt. so I could recieve the service so quickly. I would recommend Acree, and wouldn't hesitate to call them again should I ever need their services.

Had a clogged AC drip line. I was at work and the guy quoted my wife $500. I asked her if it was to replace the whole line and she said she thought so based on the price. He actually replaced 24 inches of PVC and didn’t even insulate it because he said he was an AC guy, just a plumber. The pipe is located in an interior wall and will sweat without being insulated. He also commented to my wife that he didn’t know what PVC glue AC people use, so he didn’t know if what he had was the right stuff. I have a Ring footage showing his full visit lasted 50 minutes. $500 for 50 minutes and 24 inches of PVC pipe with a couple fittings with no insulation is highway robbery. I still need someone to install the insulation. My GC who set the appointment called to get to the bottom of the situation and they’ve failed to call him back.

Just the worst! Third time our duct work, that they install less than 3 years ago! Another night in a hot house because they can't make it out today once again. Having to fix their problems while paying for a maintenance contract. Absolutely the worst!

We had a outdoor electrical plug installed. The technicians Logan and his associate had to drill through the block wall coinciding to an inside plug. The workmanship was excellent. We found ourselves in a pickle trying to install a new kitchen faucet ourselves. We sprung a leak (on a friday afternoon no less!) In a panic we called Acree plumbing and they sent Daniel to the rescue. He did a fabulous job repairing the leak and installing our new faucet. It's nice to try do it yourself projects, but if you get in over your head Acree are the one's to call!! Thank You Daniel!! 👍👍

Beware, larger isn't better. Pick a real plumbing company, not an air conditioning company.I chose Acree because of their size and number of positive reviews. My experience was not positive. Their plumber installed the valves wrong and now it will take $2,000 plus to fix.We were updating our master bathroom shower when I needed a plumber to replace the Moen faucet cartridges. At most a $300 dollar job.Their plumber lied to me telling me he was installing $450 shower valves that were only $118 at Lowes.He took advantage of me by telling me he couldn't just change the Moen valve cartridges because they were too old. Charged me $850 per valve even though the wall was open providing him easy access.My mistake in accepting because the tile contractor couldn't go further without the valves being changed. I was upcharge by the tile contractor because the plumber installed the valves wrong and had one sticking out more than the other. The contractor had to wait a day to finish the tile work while the plumber came back to fix the valves.I remarked to the plumber that now the valves seem to be too close to the surface. He told me that the adjustment on the handle would make up for the distance.After the tile was installed note the picture on how far the handles stick out and one is slanted or not level.Acree sent out another plumber who was sympathetic but said nothing could be done short of tearing out the tiel and redoing the valves. He did act surprise when I told him how much I was charged for the two valves.He told me someone from Acree would call.Another plumber told me it should have been no more than $450 per valve including the hardware?Several weeks later no call. I called and they sent out yet another plumber. This one agreed that that it was done wrong and tried different Moen trim to see if it would look better. It looked a little better but it was the old style trim that we were trying to upgrade.He told me a supervisor would have to come out because it was above his pay grade.Supervisor comes out and agrees that it needed fixed but it would have to be approved by management. They would call me.Still no call.My estimated repairs from the tile contractor is $1,700 for tearing out the wall and redoing the tile if he could find the tile.The price is high because he could just cut out a section of the penny tile. He would have to do the whole wall all the way around the pillar!..cost of tile est. $550.Plus the cost of another plumber to reposition the valves correctly.

Even offered suggestions on prevention of future problems. Extremely rare to get good service these days. Travis is is guy I would ask for if I needed electrician again

Tech was on time. Diagnosed coil leak, repair was quoted at $3500. He strongly suggested replacing our current 12 yr old unit. Quoted 12-15k. We were able to get a higher end unit with more tons elsewhere for 9k. Also, when he left, he did not turn the AC power boxes back on. Luckily I was able to locate both of them and do so.

Their technicians are professional on time and do great work. I ended up using their finish guarantee and my access panel looks better than it did before! Chance and David were very helpful! Today Ernesto and his apprentice, Christopher, worked all day in excruciating heat to install a whole new air conditioning in my home. They were on time, courteous and professional. Ernesto explained the new system and its operation and set up remote controlling from my phone. Daniel did a great job. They arrived 2 hours later than the anticipated window we were provided. Acree is very expensive for the work performed. My initial charge was $419 to snake the kitchen drain. After snaking the line outside it was determined the roots destroyed my line and the fee was reduced to $259. I cant believe the prices now. Hopefully the repair will be not as expensive.

I appreciate a company with integrity and Acree has it. Barry the service manager personally followed up about our service when we had concerns and he did an excellent job getting it done! Definitely would use again!

Acree came in to do an inspection. My system was working before they got here. By the time that they had left, the thermostat no longer worked, nor did my air handler. The Acree tech was constantly trying to pressuring me into paying the company more and more money to the point I felt almost attacked because he kept saying he was just trying to help me. When in reality, they were just trying to get thouands of more out of me. Because I spent $4k with this company just a few months ago. I was quite upset at this time as the only thing that was accomplished was the complete destruction of what was a functional AC system so I asked them if they had looked into the history the company had on my system, and they said no. That didn't make any sense to me, that should be the first thing looked at before even looking at my system. They were not worried about the 4 thousand dollars I had already gave them four months ago and am still struggling to pay off my credit card for. I am very upset and not satisfied with the service today because, as I said, I no longer have a functional system. This company seems more like an unprofessional racket over anything else. I am very disappointed, frustrated, upset, annoyed, and done with Acree air. Every time they come in, the techs are extremely unprofessional and just attempt to scam me out of more money.

He helped us with the isolation of the pipes, changed the filters and explained how the system was working and what was wrong. We had a new air conditioner installed a few years ago and of course the warranty never covers what they find wrong with your system. Our air was working fine. We had them come out just to do the yearly inspection. Of course they found something wrong and it wasn't under warranty. A part had to be ordered and they would come back the following week. We heard nothing. I called them back and they apologized. The part was in and they would send someone out. This time the next tech said it wasn't that issue, but another one. We had put 1500.00 towards the first part and service and now it would be an additional 300 - 500. When we got the invoice the balance was now over 1100.00. I called and they said it must be a misunderstanding. Well two of us heard 300-500. We canceled the service and are awaiting a refund. Don't feel we can ever trust them again!!

I'm beyond frustrated trying to get a predictable response to my service needs from Acree.At the initial visit I dutifully paid the first half of my service estimate which was diagnostic in nature and was told that parts would be required--and they will reschedule when those parts have been obtained. There were two intervening rescheduled appointments (which didn't happen) when finally (unannounced) a different technician arrived to perform the repair and once again repeated the diagnostics (The story was that the initial technician changed roles within the company in the interim and was no longer able to perform the repair). The new tech told me he too would have to acquire parts, and we rescheduled. The most recent notification I received from Acree's dispatch was today (Monday)--45 minutes AFTER the appointed time--and was told that the technician who was scheduled (over 10 days ago) doesn't work on Mondays! I now must reschedule for what is the sixth time for the actual repair work. Although the technicians have been courteous, the customer service/dispatcher is not at all sympathetic or apologetic in her calls.This has been a mistake from the start and at this point I've lost confidence throughout the repetitive scheduling scheme, delays, and ineptitude of Acree.

Wednesday update - spoke with mgnt on Monday and i became the first Wednesday appointment.On time. Job completed. Found things that may need attention but no hard sell.Saturday afternoon appointment scheduled 8 days ago gets canceled one hour before service with next available appointment 10 days from now. Don't trust acree. You will regret it as I do.

The technicians who installed the air handler and condenser did a fantastic job. They were on time and did the job in about 2 1/2 hours. The quality of the job is very good. I also received exceptional service from Marcus the field technician. Overall, great value, great service and great quality. I’m very happy with ACREE Air.

Thomas was great! He showed up before the time frame I was given. He was very polite and personable. He talked to us and answered questions. The job was done within 20-30 minutes. I will request him again if I ever need a plumber. I was unable to get quotes from other places, and Acree gave me a quote over the phone and had someone there in 3 hours. I do think the price was a little high for the job. But what can you do. I will use this place again if needed. Thomas and Marcus are great!

Johan, Luke and the Acree team were very professional and gave me repair vs replacement options for my AC unit. Both were priced fairly. I ended up replacing it as it was already 12 years old and needed repair service regularly. I like that the York unit is made in the United States. With the humidity control on my new unit, I am able to keep my house 2° warmer than my old AC unit and it feels very comfortable. In the long run, the new AC unit will be cheaper to operate than my old one. My other AC unit will undoubtedly die in the next year or two, and I won’t hesitate to call Acree for a replacement. They were honest, responsive, and super helpful. From service request to new unit completely installed was less than 24 hours. I especially love I could book my service request on their website.

They came out to my mothers business to repair a shower valve probably an $80 part was at the facility 2 hours installing the shower value left my mother with a $1500 bill and she does not have a receipt or line item explaining the costs either. I called the company and asked for the receipt on the job gave them my email address and the business address still do not have a receipt from the job. The shower still does not work properly this was done yesterday .

Plumbing; Our main water line had a pipe failure in the galvanized pipe riser coming out from below grade. The fittings were difficult to access, but Branden was able to address the issue without damage to the other 70 year old piping. I was very happy Branden was on the job.

The $4000 fix you quoted me was fixed by my now new AC company for $200. If I need a can of stop leak will be another $200 later. You just lost a long term customer due to attempted walletectomy. That’s just wrong.Said I needed a new evaporator coil, $4k or new unit $10k but could put 10lb refrigerant in until it was done. I got a 2nd opinion. Only needed 1lb of refrigerant and has worked perfect since. I’ve seen more similar reviews here, I’m switching companies now after years. Customers beware.

*UPDATE**I've been contacted by operations manager Cameron Hast. He helped me figure out my bathroom issue which is very appreciated. The techs Aaron and Archer were great as well.Mr. Hast gave me a direct line of communication to him, ensuring that HE will now be taking lead on the finishing of this project.This sounded great. But still, nothing has be done about the main problem. He called once saying the coordinator would call me with an update that evening. Big surprise - the coordinator never called.Because ACREE coordinator Rachel failed to do her job, Ive had a gaping hole in my driveway for almost 2 months and because it has not received inspection, I cannot obtain a reasonable/sensible home insurance, so now crazy EXPENSIVE home insurance has now been placed on us by mortgage company.ACREE's $16,000 failure is now costing me even more money.I was PROMISED this would be fixed. I was PROMISED this would get better. My next step is looking into a lawyer. This is going too far.

Allan and his helper arrived on time to repair a break in my sewer line, and power jet my entire house. They were very nice and professional. They took care to protect my home and took care to remove the grass so it could be replaced when they were done. They kept me informed during the process and answered all my questions and concerns. Very good technicians, but usually arrive later than expected. Expensive, but might be in line with other companies. I like that they notify you when tech will be on the way and include a photo so you know who will knock at your door.

I had this company come out to do a yearly checkup on my a/c unit and the people they sent out were geared to SELL. Quite literally they said everything was wrong, running too high or not functioning properly and quoted me over 3k to fix. Needless to say i had someone else come out for a 2nd opinion and found out everything they told me was false. Sales tactics were cheesy and unprofessional like telling me how pretty my eyes were before showing me the price tag to fix issues. We’ll be canceling our membership and going with a different company to do further business.

I called Acree in a pinch on a Friday afternoon for help with replacing a leaking valve on my refrigerator line. I had no previous experience with the company but saw good reviews and availability for same day service. They were able to send a technician (Thomas Griffin) within about an hour. Thomas provided affordable solutions to address the issue and repaired the problem same day. Thomas was very professional, did a fantastic job, cleaned up after himself, and the final result was great. All in all, they were able to get a technician out to my home and the issue resolved within about 2 hours of me placing the call. I was shocked at how quick and how quality the service was. Had a problem with air intake from outside and condensation/leak had damaged the garage ceiling drywall. Adrien and Stephen arrived on time, repaired the intake duct and re-hung it so that it was not touching attic insulation. On time and professional. Technicians were great. Price was a little steep thought at $370 for a spigot replacement that took the technicians about 45 mins to replace.

To day I had Tyler come out and take a look at some plumb problems. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Tyler ended up doing the work and it was completed the same day. Very happy and I will use again.

Original guy quoted me different became 200 dollars more expensive. I called about it and they refunded me the difference. Great customer service as far as that goes. Called to make an appointment. Had to call back two days later to try again after no call back. Technician was supposed to call me twice. Never did either time. To get my original quotes. Overall disappointed in the customer service when it came to scheduling my second appointment as well as the technician never calling me twice. Technician did a great job on the repair. Very knowledgeable and hard working. Quotes for water softener and water heater replacement were way too expensive and obviously overpriced

I used Acre for plumbing and electric repairs and they were amazing! A/C has drastically fallen short.After having an estimate performed to have my ductwork replaced I received several texts and phone calls asking me to become a monthly member and to book the job. We decided to book it. I was sent a confirmation email and text with my days and times. The night before our job we received a call around 6pm and were told the job was being cancelled with no reason given. I was told I would get a call the next morning. Around 10ish I sent a text to the tech explaining that I still had not heard anything. The manager Dave called and seemed to have no idea what had happened or what the call was about. He then told me that my job probably would get started the following Monday, probably take 3-4 days and that he’d let me know. He also said he’d listen to the call from the night before and get back to me. Thursday nothing, Friday I messaged and got no response, Saturday nothing. Late Saturday evening I got a text and email saying my job was confirmed for Monday but still hadn’t heard anything back from a human. I called Sunday and canceled the job. Monday a team showed up unexpectedly. I called and told them I canceled and again Dave called and had no idea the job had been canceled. Tuesday I received a call and again a Team was on the way😂 I once again told them I cancelled the job Sunday and Monday and Tuesday now! I’d say there is zero communication between the call center and the shop and clearly between Dave and his Team. I had an $11,000 job that was treated as if it didn’t mean anything. I hope that you can bring your A/C standards to the same level as the other 2 industries that you service.

Andrew inspected the plumbing features.The men were polite, prompt, and professional. Small concerns were addressed and fixed before becoming bigger issues.We will use Acres services again.

Huge issues with this company, specifically during the sales process and servicing. They’ll talk you into upgrades upgrades upgrades promising NO interest, which is a complete lie (check other reviews, this is consistent).Now, less than a year later, the $20K unit is DEAD and they’re saying it’s going to take weeks to fix.Unacceptable. Terrible service. Complete violation of ethics.

Originally, I left a glowing review for this company. However, after several failed instances I am motivated to update my review.A) One of the installers decided it was acceptable to get into a verbal conflict with the maintenance man on the condo property.B) They installed a new unit which kept sucking the filter into the fins. The filter became saturated and moldy.C) They sent several technicians into the home over the course of two months to attempt to resolve the issues. One tech reduced the fan speed and said that’s not working and I don't have any other fixes. Another tech visit and he turned the fan speed up and bent a copper tube in an attempt to prevent the filter from touching the fins. That did not work either.D) Then they sent another tech out who reduced the fan speed AGAIN and installed an electrostatic cage with the filter in it to prevent the filter from getting sucked into the unit.E) The reduced fan speed limits the amount of air being blown in the back rooms and now it takes twice as long to cool 1100 sq.ft.F) All of the technicians complained about ACREE and what a miserable company it is to work for.G) Missed appointments. Changed appointments. 11th hour texts and calls with messages with your appointment has been changed sorry for the inconvenience. The left hand no longer knows what the right hand is doing. We have had multiple employees come into the condominium. It is quite a mess.H) My unit was whistling when it came on. The last technician noted there were several missing screws from the original installation and had to correct that and apologized for the installer and stated. He is new and does not speak English.I) The level of harassment for reviews is another level of hell. Seriously. The techs ask for reviews. The phone people ask for reviews. They send out emails and texts asking for reviews. They review hound you until you break. Well, here is your review.J) They never cleared my drain lines. Imagine that. They blamed the condo for having backed up lines. Nope that was a lie. The bldg lines are sucked clean every month.In closing this company cannot back up there advertising. Management/ownership has blinders on and their blatant refusal to keep their word is obvious. I am not a satisfied customer, and I would advise anyone who is considering utilizing this company to shop around and check the fees are other companies. Please note these issues have been ongoing since 02/2023 - It is not as if this is a dated review.

Our service technician, Minh, was awesome and very helpful. He explained all of the work he was planning to do and kept us up to date throughout the process. We had a plumbing issue this summer, had it serviced by David, who we found out later oversold the repair! This fall we had David back who told us what needed to be done next. We found a local plumber who did the work for half and informed us, the other work was unnecessary! If a company advertises on TV, we now realize they charge much more to pay for those ads!! Also its much better to go with a local company who really knows the business. Will never use Acree again!!

I would give 10 stars if I could. Had AC problems at around 5:30pm Friday night, called around several ac repair companies. Acree sent Anthony out within an hour and a half and he was able to resolve the issue almost immediately. Super kind, explained everything, and worked fast.

Brandon and Jack both were very professional and very knowledgeable. We live in a manufactured home community. Our problem was I had turned off our main shut valve to do some minor plumbing in our home and when I had finished the valve would not turn back on ,(it was a gate valve and the gate portion of the valve had separated from the valve stem and no longer would open). Brandon came out and accessed the problem, it was after 6:00 pm on a Saturday and since we could not turn the community water supply off I had decided to hold on the repair until I could contact the park manager to see if I could get the water supply off. My request was denied by the park office. I was told the water shutoff would affect 800 homes too..Jack was the tech who came back out on Monday and had to remove the old valve and install a new one while the water was on. To say poor Jack took a bath on this job would be an understatement. He was superman holding back the geyser of water coming out while installing a new ball valve in seconds. Simply an amazing feat. I highly recommend him and his company. Thanks again Jack for a job well done!!

The managers were nice and responsive and the employees were nice, but there were several mistakes made. These people are courteous and professional, but there is a serious breakdown of communication in this company. When the manager tells a certain department to do something, that department does not get the message across to the workers. This resulted in them sending me the wrong price quote, failing to come out to do an assessment when the manager said they would (and having to reschedule because of it) , installing the wrong water heater in my condo, my tub water pressure being non-existent, tub water being cold, the worker who assessed the problem not doing the assessment properly, and then mislabeling my electric panel. Every step of the way, the manager Cody was very professional and very responsive in fixing these things, but they should not have happened in the first place. When Cody told people I needed something done, it should have been done.If you have them work for you, you need to stay on top of them like white on rice or the job isn’t going to get done well because nobody communicates internally. A lot of home service companies do a bad job and refuse to make it right. At least they make it right and do it quickly. The three stars is for their willingness to fix their own mistakes immediately. If it weren’t for that, I’d give them one star.

Minh and Johann responded to my call for the installation of an outdoor electrical outlet to run a fountain. This required time in my HOT attic, a new circuit breaker, running wires inside and then drilling through a wall and installing the outlet on the exterior wall. Both men were highly professional, explained all work to be done in advance and then reviewed everything afterwards. They took care of unloading and moving a few garage shelving unit that was fastened to the wall to gain access for drilling, and then insisted on putting everything back exactly as it was. I will definitely use Acree again, and I’ll specifically request Minh and Johann!

We needed a part replaced that was covered under warranty. Our system was working and the part had to be ordered. We were set up with an appointment when it arrived and it was installed today. We were informed when the part was ordered we would be responsible for labor and given the amount. The technician called when he was on the way which was actually earlier than scheduled which was nice. As every technician who has been to our home, he was pleasant and completed the task and told us what was done and asked if we had any questions. The reason we use Acree is they are always available and take as much time as needed to fix the problem and make sure we are satisfied.

Had a air handler fan that went bad, was quoted 3820.00 to replace a fan motor. I get that a multi speed fan is more to replace than a standard fan. When that was denied by me they offered a 1200 option . Still a insane price. Multi speed motor is 900 dollars. Single speed is 200 for good on these guys must work work off commision, watch out for zach

I paid around $8,000 for an ac unit with them and it stopped working less than 3 months later. The company said a manager would call me about the issues and no phone call. It took several attempts and staff to fix it. A year later it's not consistently working and I made an appointment and now they called to say noone is coming after an appointment time they gave me. The time they are giving me is not okay with my schedule and they just act as though it's not a big deal to cancel the appointment.

I got an AC installment roughly 2 yrs ago and since than Ive had nothing but issues, one of my most frequent issues has been that the line has been clogged up and I have had technicians come out and they unclog it and thats it. There professionalism has been the worse. I called 5/12/23 because my temp was not dropping and I was told I had to wait till Monday and there were no supervisors or Mgrs that can help me. I called again and spoke to a female rep and she was able to get me in the next day. A tech guy by the name of Jessie came and besides the twins that originally did my duct work he has to be the most knowledgeable technician in this company. I explained to him my issues and he right away knew what he needed to do. He actually had to angle my line so the water would not get clogged up. I have had this issue more than once and no one was able to see the real problem. Thank you Jessie. I am expecting a call from a Mgr , due to I have had to call multiple times through out the yr for my AC

There are not words to express how happy I am with Acree and Jeremy and Brian, both Master plumbers. Our water heater was just about to cost us a fortune on our new house. They were both very knowledgeable and had tons of experience and were also very nice to speak with. Jeremy went around and checked the entire house for anything that needed work, or was not up to code. They both explained everything in detail. It is so difficult to trust any contractors nowadays and I am so happy that we found them. I am actually looking forward to the HVAC and electrical from Acree to come in and fix the rest of our problems. All I can say is get your own inspector, do not rely on the sellers home inspector when buying a new home.

We figured a plumber would use an electric snake to unclog our drain and chose to pay a plumber because of this. When they did the snake it was with a hand snake and we could have done that ourselves. I as a woman could have done that myself and have before. The charge was $300.00 less a coupon. Also did not fix the problem.

We've been trying to get maintenance on our unit for months. We scheduled an appointment for July, they called and cancelled due to high volume. Rescheduled for today, called and cancelled again. Next appointment.... October. So glad we purchased the maintenance plan to not get anything maintained. I guess once they make the money from the new unit, you don't matter anymore. House has been over 80 all summer, thanks Acree.

I had a brand new very expensive air conditioning unit installed on March 10th 2023. Eight days later the house was warm and I found out the installer did not take the thermostat off of factory reset. On March 28th the carpet in front of the closet where the unit is was damp. Upon opening the door there was water on The floor by the unit. On March 28th I called the answering service and had an appointment for March 29th. On March 29th I was informed by the technician that the unit WAS NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY!!! He also said the drain was clogged!! He worked on the unit and claimed everything was ok. At around 9pm on March 29th the air was not working! I called the emergency number and was told no one could come out. I have an appointment for today March 30th. This is totally unacceptable for this to be happening to a BRAND NEW $13,000 unit. The installers (all four of them) were absolutely awful!!! I wish I had gotten their names. I regret tipping them!!!!!!!

Dan was absolutely fantastic..but Acree is absolutely ridiculous on their price..invoice says it was difficult to get at..hmmm i already had everything apart for them..my light was in there my wet vacuum was there..and they charged me almost 600 dollars because of it..Again Dan was great..I wouldn't buy anything from Acree unless it is absolutely necessary. My husband and I just bought a house when we noticed a pipe leaking. We are new to the area and didn’t know who to call, so I googled it and found Acree. They had availability the next day and were also able to replace our water softener. We worked with Jeremy F. as a field supervisor who came and looked at the problem first, and then Daniel A. came out to fix the problems. They were both so polite, professional, and explained everything very well. Like I said, we just bought this house and it’s our first home so we don’t know a lot about plumbing issues. Tom was here today for a toilet repair. I was notified he was on his way and he arrived within the promised timeframe. Tom explained my options and answered my questions and cleaned up when the job was completed. Satisfied with using Acree again.

The purchase of my new unit and the service after has been excellent, acree air has exceeded all my expectations. From the sales department to the maintenance department has been great. They care about the customer and that is very rare this day and time. I would highly recommend them as this has been one of the best experience’s if ever had with a company.

Con artists. 45 days later and the city is still waiting for these guys to complete the proper paperwork. Pipes are exposed, driveway is still torn up, admin staff extremely rude. Homeowner’s insurance won’t cover because these guys have not passed inspection. Complete disaster, they make lots of promises and beg you not to leave a bad review. Tens of thousands. DO NOT USE these guys. For anything.

Warning, warning warning this company is nothing but scammers that take a vantage of elderly people we called for their services for my mother-in-law, which is an elderly woman who is partially blind And very trustworthy unfortunately, this company came on out. Did no service work and still charge my mother. In law $79 just a hand or a piece of paper to tell her it’s gonna cost her an additional $600 for them to get on her roof and snake out her pipes when I called to find out why this was this way and why would they would charge her an extra $79 if they were going to do the work The very first manager was super rude talked over me and would not let me speak word or explain my situation I had to re-call again and get another manager which ended up being just as rude and refused to take over a complaint stating that his guys would not steal the real bill. Apparently they came out was only supposed to be $300. It sounds like to me that one of their service guys was trying to get additional $300 out of a poor old, elderly woman Plus an extra $79. This is ridiculous. I would not trust this company. Obviously they’re a bunch of thieves, and if their management. It’s gonna protect them instead of making sure that the community that they serve is safe I would not use them. Since they did not do any work whatsoever, none whatsoever, they should reimburse her the $79

We have had both Dylan & Zach out to do service & annual checks & will 100% be using them for ANYTHING ac concerned. Dylan spent almost 5hrs at our house trying to figure out what was wrong with our ac & why it continued to fill with water. Unfortunately it will be an expensive fix but it's not their fault. He tried EVRYTHING he could before it came to that. We just had Zach out to do the annual & he was awesome. Was very friendly & professional & didn't mind our almost 90lb labradoodle jumping on him. He found one issue & we had it fixed in now time & on his way. Honestly really good company & will definitely recommend to anyone who asks.

My water faucet broke off and I needed immediate help. Jermain was almost to the minute on time. Unfortunately the job was more difficult than expected. The ratio between his work hours and amount charged was more than fair. Jermain was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this service.

Hot water tank started leaking and they responded in an hour and me tank installed today. Called 3 other services and the earliest was Monday before they could respond. The technician did not put tape on to stop the critters from going underneath my house. He didn’t check the Freon in the system. To see if it needed more or not. $1200 for a fan motor installed is a little ridiculous.

Daniel installed a water softener and installed a thermostat and heating element on my water heater. He also replaced a faulty water shut off valve. He did an awesome job and was very knowledgeable and he was professional and polite. He also answered all the questions I had. I would definitely recommend Acree Plumbing and air if you need any plumbing or A/C needs.

Brannon was very professional and knowledgeable.He got right to work and diagnosed the problems quickly.He got the system back up and running and was informative about what had led to it shutting down.The service call fee was reasonable... I had to clean evaporator coil/drain pan etc. and replaced old wet dusty air filters/black mold covered insulation on inside of filter and coil access panels that led to system failing (that is what shorted out wires)Thought that was part of service fee, but apparently not.Be sure to double check your technicians work b4 they leave.All and all, I am satisfied with the service.

James is an awesome technician outgoing with an impeccable manner a total professional in every sense of the word! :-) He explained to me the plan they had for tuneups twice a year the gold plan and I saved some money on the part that was installed for the condenser unit that it was not functioning properly. I will be saving money so we can pay cash for a new unit next year since this one is 20 years old but it still does what is supposed to do which is keeping my house at a comfortable temperature.

I contacted this Company because my system was freezing and someone came out and advised me I needed a system which I knew, However I decided to get several other quotes so I can decide which company to hire. I paid the $79 dollars that was required for the tech to comeout and yesterday I noticed that I am been charged for something that I have no knowledge of or signed up. I contacted the company and I was told that didn't you signed up for our maintenance plan ? Really? I didn't even hired your company why would I get your maintenance plan? I was advised that they will refund the funds back to my account. I will wait patiently for the refund, however this is not good business if you're charging someone up for something that we have no knowledge of Its not professional and bad practice. Terrible experience will not do business there again.

So far so good. We called Acree out to get a second opinion on some plumbing repairs as we are in the midst of a full kitchen remodel project. Joe and Angelo came out to give us some experience and expertise in this area. A different plumbing company around the Corner left us disappointed. We scheduled to have Jeremy come out and run a camera through the line before proceeding. Glad we did. The had Allan and Angelo come out to mill and jet the line. We are close to the finish line now. Jeremy will come back and run his fancy camera again set up the repair since we found a hole in the line and then his next crew will be out tomorrow to run the new water lines. Thanks guys, great team of people and know their trade very well. Glad we called Acree.

ABSOLUTE WORST! I reached out to schedule annual maintenance service and a sales rep convinced me that my 10 yr old A/C unit be replaced. Now that I have the new unit I realize that I did NOT need a new unit. The NEW unit has yet to cool my house down . It is always humid inside my house no matter what so it NEVER feels cool. My old unit kept my home cool and the humidity levels at 45. The new unit can't even get the levels below 69. My home NEVER feels comfortable. I HATE this new system and I paid a fortune for it. It's the ABSOLUTE WORST! The cheap service commercials are simply a ploy to get a sales man to your house to sell you what they can.Regretful and unsatisfied 100%

Brian Quiles did the annual maintenance to my ac and he was awesome. Told me everything I needed to know and gave me what was a priority and what I could get to help my system. He was very nice and didn't push me to buy anything. I highly recommend him!!

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!Only gave one star because -5 wasn't available!I called them Wednesday, 12/28 morning about a main drain back-up. They scheduled me for 3-5pm on Thursday, 12/29. I left work at 2pm to be there in time for a 3pm arrival, losing 3 hours of pay. at 5:15 I called because they had not arrived nor called to say they would be late. The representative said the tech was delayed on the previous job, but would call when in route.At 8:00 the next morning I was still waiting for that call. I called the office and was told they had re-scheduled the repair for Tuesday, 1/3 between 3 and 5. The rep put me on hold, then told me there had been an error and they would be out between 3 and 5 on Friday, I would have to lose 3 more hours of pay.This is the worst company I have ever tried to deal with.

Used for a re-pipe, they “found” a drainage issue and seemed honest. These guys are scam artists. 20k later we are in danger of losing our home because their work has not passed inspection and no homeowners insurance will cover. DO NOT USE

Don’t believe their website claims My dishwasher had to be reconnected. They said they don’t overcharge beyond estimate I signed. I asked the two who came for this one plumber job to pull out and inspect it before the estimate. They refused. Midway the trainee who did all the work announced I needed a new valve for added $60. When I refused to pay more, plumber went to Home Depot and gone for an hour to bring back an adapter. They admitted that wasn’t as secure on old machine and I could still be flooded after paying &415.A widow on a pension, I felt they violated their company policy and do not feel job was completed satisfactorily. I refused to sign that it was. Called manager who lied that the estimate stated valve not included. I’m fact lead plumber Joe would not include any details on estimate as I requested. I told them I wanted the new valve they should have figured into their estimate. Still do

Braden Ford was very efficient at replacing my outdoor spigot. He even patched the concrete around the pipe to seal up any holes. He was a pleasant young man and we will definitely be asking for him the next time we have plumbing issues.

Nicolas the electrician was very good. Kept us updated on progress and all work needed and performed. Upon completion of work done today, the area was cleaned by him. He demonstrated all areas before leaving. A new back yard light was installed and the wiring was brought up to code. The ceiling fan and wiring in the living room was also brought up to code with a new fan/light installed.

First time using Acree. We had a whole house plumping concern we needed inspected. The office agents were very friendly and helpful in dispatching a Plumber around our schedule. Acree kept us informed on when the Plumber would arrive. Cory G. arrived on time and greeted us with a smile. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. After the inspection, he communicated our options clearly. Cory worked with the office to schedule an additional home visit the following day with Ricardo. Ricardo, was equally attentive and knowledgeable in helping us understand the cause of problem and the recommend solution. They installed a new kitchen faucet and fixed my toilets! They did a very professional job and kept everything clean while they were doing it. I’m very impressed with this company.

Our outside spigot was broke at the valve, and had to turn water off at the main in order to stop. Jeremiah and his partner came in and installed new PVC and valve to ensure it would not happen again. We have had a unit installed and paying a monthly fee to have our air conditioning unit serviced once in a while. When calling today (7/31) to get our July service done, I was told there is no open appointments until November??????????? When asked to speak to a manger, was told that I have to wait for a call back because there is currently none in the building? Whoa, very dissatisfied and definitely not a happy camper.

Tom did a great job. We had a busted pipe under our sink and they were able to get Tom to our house in about 3 hours. Very knowledgeable, professional, and even went the extra step to help with a toilet issue and explain possible solutions and provide an estimate. Plumbing: Tom G was very professional and knowledgeable. He was quick to diagnose and repair my toilet, which was leaking due to an old and worn wax seal. He gave me all the possible repair and replacement options and went above and beyond to ensure everything was properly functioning, clean, and had a quality finish with new caulking, flexible line, seals, and hardware. I highly doubt I will have another issue with this toilet for a long time, but when I have another issue, I'll be calling Acree and I'll specifically ask for Tom.

Heat pump replacement unit was the reason for service.The unit was replaced as well as the thermastat inside.The wiring for the thermastat could have been a problem, but the quick thinking on this teams' part was solved without a second thought.The installation completed it's last leg of installation of the heat pump without any problem.

We used Acree Plumbing for a whole house water re-route… we’ve had 3 slab leaks in a one year period. They came out same day we called and gave us an estimate for re-plumbing, water softener ( we have very corrosive water) and a new water heater( ours was from 2009) they explained exactly what they would do and the cost. They were at our house the next morning at 7:30am… Cory and Brandon were amazing, very professional, very neat and tidy with their work. Cory and Brandon were here until after dark, arrived the following day (8:15am) and stayed all day again. There were a few things to finish up that day and said the wound stay to make sure the job was completed in the 2 day time frame we were given for all work to be completed . We had theater plans, so they came back on Monday (at our request) to complete the job. We can’t say enough about the quality of work Cory and Brandon performed!!! If you have plumbing issues call them and request Cory and Brandon… excellent work.

This morning the hot water on our kitchen sink would not turn off. I called Acree Plumbing, Air & Electric and was happily surprised that a technician would be dispatched today. The technician was Braden and I was impressed with his knowledge and his professionalism. He was thorough in his inspection of the sink area and he provided three options for the repairs. The price of the repairs was reasonable and Braden completed the repairs expeditiously. The next time I have a plumbing issue, I will definitely contact Acree. I am pleased to recommend them.

Arrived on time. Performed part replacement in a timely manner. Personable. Informed me of other plumbing and electrical services available to me of which I was not aware.

We had a plumbing emergency so I called many companies that claim they answer the phone 24/7 but after 7 tries, Acree was the only one who answered! They sent out someone first thing in the morning and he was able to fix our problem, even though a bad tropical storm was happening. The tech was very nice and made sure our problem was solved before he left. Communication was very good. Can’t thank them enough!

To summarize my first experience (Which ended up being over the course of 4 days), my initial request was for a tune up on a working unit. I was then hustled by a sales person and rushed into getting a new unit so urgently as if my A/C was broken. Two days prior I had a working unit, only to be replaced by a new one that ran for an hour before completely shutting down. This happened TWICE the day it was installed!!I now have a large debt to repay for the products, and I honestly wish there was a way to get my old unit back and start over with a different company. By this point I have lost 2 days of time I will never get back plus a whole night with no A/C -- in Florida! The second time it shut off I had to wait over 24 hours before some one could come back out, even though on other reviews Acree customer care states that for new units it should have been a priority.I was supposed to also have a UV light installed but because the wrong size unit was ordered initially they didn't have the right light to fit the second unit. I emailed the company first as a courtesy before posting this review, but 5 days later I still have not received a response. The only thing I have received since was a request from the lender for $2,000.00 for the UV light with a note saying that according to Acree the job is complete. Acree is now asking for payment for parts that have not even been installed yet!I thought this would be a reputable company since it has been around for so long, but my advice would be to do extensive research before choosing Acree. I cannot say that I would recommend them to anyone.

Electrical.Donovan did an awesome job if updating electrical with dedicated lines.also worked with our cabinet installer to add under cabinet lights. He is very knowledgeable and very professional and has a good sense of humor. We enjoyed having him do the work for us.We have used Acree now for our A/C, for plumbing, and now for Electrical.Last month we used them for a whole house upgrade on the electrical panel. Frank and his crew were awesome, as well as the team that installed our new tankless water heater. Acree is our go to for A/C ,plumbing and electrical. I had a clogged toilet. Tech was great and unclogged it in less than 10 min. I was charged $300 for this service which I thought was very overpriced. I expected $125 at most. I was also charged another $10 fuel fee. I will not use Acree again as I feel I was overcharged for this service. THE TECH HOWEVER WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND POLITE.

Used Acree for their plumbing service to repipe our whole house and sewer on December 27, 2022. The plumbers themselves were professional and got the work done, but missed informing us of a plumbing issue that was supposed to be an additional cost. No big deal, we knew the issue would be fixed. BUT the biggest issue has been getting Acree office staff to do their job correctly in a timely manner. The county said permitting and inspection can be done 7-14 days when the documents are submitted by the plumbing company. It’s now February 11, 2023 and it’s been 46 days since Acree plumbing opened our driveway up, repiped our house and the hole in the middle of my driveway is still open and exposed to weathering EVERY DAY, with rain and debris constantly getting in. I’ve been documenting daily with pictures and videos and getting a lawyer because regardless of how much we ask Acree for an update, it seems their staff only follows up IF we call and complain, other than that we just get attitude and “it’s getting done, it just takes time”. We’ve called the county permitting office ourselves and they’ve told us Acree staff have not submitted everything needed so we’re still waiting. Now we can’t get home owners insurance and we’re having issues with our mortgage company who are planning to put their own insurance on our home. This is why I’m working with a lawyer, the negligence of office staff at Acree with following up and ensuring documentation had been submitted properly and in a timely manner is costing us more than the $16K+ we paid Acree. My husband and I are so disappointed, especially cause Acree had so many “satisfaction guaranteed” promises.

Kudos to Devin and Byron on the very professional job in installing my new HVAC unit. They were on time and had me up and running in time for the hot afternoon temperatures.

Acree has by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. 9 months ago we scheduled service to be conducted (replace air ducts and blow in new insulation). The air ducts were replaced after weeks of missed appointments and misunderstandings, and the insulation still has not been replaced. Today we had another no-show with an appointment from 8-10. Customer service has been impossible to deal with. They can not provide any information and only offer to have a manager call you back, which usually takes a few days. If you value lackluster customer service and missed appointments, then Acree is for you. Otherwise……STAY AWAY!

Nick was nice and very good at explaining what my A/C was doing and needed to do.

Thomas replaced the stem in my bathroom faucet. He was very professional the work was done very quickly and efficiently and he is a very nice well-trained repairman. I hope you have many more like him in your business because he's great.

David and Ray provided excellent service! Our AC was being diagnosed within an hour of reaching out to them about our AC that had stopped working. Ray was very knowledgeable and helpful in solving our issues. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be reaching out to them with any future AC issues.

Andrew has great customer service, polite, patient, respectful. Did a clean job. Very pleased with his service.But company pricing is ridiculously high. No break down of cost of product and labor. Thought I was pleased until I realized the cost of the products after careful research. They are professional alright but can only serve the rich. Working class people who earn their dollars by the hour cannot afford their service. Another ridiculous discovery is fuel charge of almost $10.00 in addition to consultation fee if their service is not used.

He stood above all the others that came out for estimates on a new HVAC. He didn't throw any BS around and didn't do any hard sales. (Like some other companies did, which was a total turn off.) He gave me a quote and let me know about Acree and how they stand behind their product and installations.Devin and Quay came out for the installation and they did a great job. They were professional, polite and work focused. After installation Devin went over the paperwork and how to operate the system.I feel like I'm with a company that is based on honesty and integrity. Double charged me for the duct cleaning I already paid for. They will try to get you to get a new AC system every time. It will always be their first suggestion. They also DO NOT SEND RECEIPTS for work YOU PAID FOR. Go somewhere else - they will not only charge you an arm and a leg more than anyone who is actually honest, as they claim to be.

Started out in the first 5 minutes it was going to cost 1k dollars I told him no then it became 500 dollars. He replaced a 22 dollar part in 5 minutes and was done.Price is outrageous and I felt the hard sell from beginning to end. The reason for calling them was the TV commercials, then I read the scary reviews and almost canceled. Jose told me the compressor was burnt-out kick start was no good and capacitor was bad. He changed capacitor and ac worked just fine. He tried to upsell me from minute He showed up never heard back from your company about my complaint just standard we aim to please baloney

Nick and Erick worked at our home, all yesterday. The were both very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and hard working especially in the 90 degree heat outside. I am sure being under the roof in the attic was much more than that. We so appreciated them testing and correcting the equipment leaving us with a comfortable ac temperature.We will have the new ductwork and insulation this coming week. I am very pleased with nit only your empoyees work ethis but their character also.

Joe came to repair my bathroom sink and was excellent. Finished it very efficiently, had all parts ready to go and was very honest and clear on the work being done.

Update: They refunded the service charge of $79, and did call trying to justify their pricing. Everything else about my original review stands. Felt manager was also trying to convince me about how expensive their business was to run, and that justified charging $2000+ per hour. Believe they only offered service refund in an attempt to buy a better review, which I don't do.Original review:Extremely overpriced. Came out to replace a starter capacitor, charged $580, for a $20 part and 15 minutes of time. This seems to be well above market rate, even in the summer. I'd call that price gouging.Also felt the need to do the hard sell on a $3k repair that averages $1500-1800 from other installers. When I called back with an issue, they don't bother to show up, or even return your phone call. Way too many reputable companies to be putting up with this kind of nonsense.

It was a very good job quite expensive however the hose bib that was leaking needed to be replaced, the technician that came out was very knowledgeable and professional.

Christian had to replace the flush valve on my toilet. He knew what needed to be done and he did it!Although it's a little pricey, I appreciate the good job he did. It would be helpful if customers received a receipt that stated what job was performed and how much it cost. At least a receipt with the date on it. Thanks for your consideration.

Tom Griffin unclogged my toilet’s today. He was another professional from Acree that I had the pleasure of attending my plumbing problems. Cesar Ortiz and Devin Renner were very helpful in setting up my new thermostat and connecting it to my phone. They have come to my home for other repairs and have always been very professional, and knowledgeable.

This unethical company overcharged my elderly parents (father retired colonel with recent STROKE) for a water heater ($2800), water softener ($5000!) and kitchen sink ($1300!). This is elder abuse to the highest degree. They quickly took advantage of my mother's vulnerability to line their greedy pockets. The service man said they needed the more expensive softener because they tested the water, which they DID NOT. Even the City Inspector said those prices were egregious and suggested we contact the BBB and the state licensing board. I called Acree and gave them an opportunity to make things right. They ignored us. I will be contacting the licensing board, the BBB, and the Attorney General's Office. 5-14-23

Probably one of the worst companies to work with. AVOID THE SERVICE PLANS, THEY ARE WORTHLESS JUST LIKE THIS COMPANY.They put a drain line in, and drilled a hole in our house, and it’s only ever gotten clogged reliably. It’s never drained reliably. They will not be here when you need them, so why buy a service plan? You’re just making them rich for no good reason. You lose at the end of the day, just for trusting a business to do what it advertises. Pathetic.This place truly is an example of how not to run a business. They may seem nice on the phone, but they do not get the job done when it counts. You are wasting your money spending it here. The message may be redundant at this point, but it’s only intended to ward off people from spending their hard earned money with a business that truly does not deserve it, or your trust.Update: as of 2023, these guys are still awful and deceptive. GO ELSEWHERE.

I was originally thinking about fixing this myself but last minute decided to contact Acree. Honestly can sing enough praises, called them around 10am and Jermaine was out at my house by 2 the same day! Jermaine was very professional, answered all my questions and explained everything he was doing. I tend to ask a lot of questions on things I don’t know alot about and he was very understanding explained it all. It wasn’t super cheap but to be honest I feel I received high quality of work and timing couldn’t have been better. Would definitely ask for Jermaine if I have any plumbing issues in the future. Very professional company from start to finish! When I called to request service I was greeted courteously and was scheduled for the same day. My repairman, Dylan, arrived on schedule and got right to work. He explained the repair and was so knowledgeable. I was really impressed with his friendly attitude and professionalism. We were told the costs upfront and were given options for the repair. The work was completed promptly and to our expectations. I’d definitely use this company again if needed!

The $79 special for drain clean out is a scam. It’s basically a trip charge so they can quote you on overpriced service. You pay to have the work done at inflated prices, or you loose your $79. They came out for a simple toilet clog and quoted me $270. If they had to remove the toilet for any reason it would be $750.

They installed the AC system in wrong where it failed inspection it took another 2 months to get them back put here to get the right AC unit in. There's holes all over my ceiling and wall that I was told a dry wall repairman would be out to fix it. We scheduled the appointment I took time off of work to wait for this guy only to be told that my appointment has mysteriously disappeared they have now pushed repair out another month. We won't even get started with the inspection since we can't seem to get that scheduled either. Every time we call all we get are excuses. The only good thing to say about this company is that the last workers who came to fix their mess up with the AC stayed almost 12 hrs to make sure we were satisfied however even then they didn't have the right thermostat so we had to schedule another appointment to get that set up. Unless you want excuses and nothing to get done efficiently I'd stay far away from this company.

Ernesto and the whole team did a great job with removing the old ac and installing a new one in a different side of the house. Did they come out to my house on time and professional? Yes. Did they fix my issue? Yes, they did very well fixing the issue with a well trained crew. Did they charge an exorbitant amount of money to clean out a crack where 2 pipes joined and small root that needed to be removed? Yes.The Plumber came to my house, did his diagnoses and then explained what would happen. They would come out, add in a cleanout to meet city code, remove the root with hydro-jetting, coat the inside of the pipe. Done. We were given the choice of Friday before Christmas or Monday after Christmas, obviously we chose Friday as it was before Christmas.They came out to hydro-jet and the guys thought they were performing a full house hydro-jetting. Because of the amount of money they were charging us, ($2,100 - just for the hydro-jetting alone!) we wanted to ask if we were charged for a whole house clean and then they ghosted us on return calls, both the office and the plumber that diagnosed us.When choosing to have the work done before Christmas we were told it was all to be done in 1 day, Friday. After they Hydro-jetting on Friday morning they told us that the rest team would see us in about a week to finish? I had to call the office to confirm and to also ask why, and if we could use our bathroom over the holiday. They told me the pipes needed to settle and that it had nothing to do with the emergency we overheard them talking about having at another house. If that's what happened that's fine, just let the customer know what's going on and if we can use our plumbing instead of having to call to find out.My takeaways from this company; The staff doesn't communicate well. The plumber they sent out to diagnose was well trained and explains everything, just be sure to discuss price in detail. You can't get anyone to call you back. The person in the last step of the process will take the other half of the payment and they of course can't answer any questions, a very convenient set up. They do very good work but are horribly overpriced.There are a lot of good plumbing companies out there that do good work like this one, but next time I will not pay this much, I'm sure that means that I will have to use another company. Read the Yelp reviews as well!

My kitchen faucet was leaking underneath the cabinet and you cannot do without a kitchen sink! It was very easy to set up an appointment. Brandon came the very next day. He was very professional and wore a mask when I asked him to. He put on booties which I really appreciated. I was hoping for a brand name faucet which I didn't get but the installation went perfect and the faucet works well. I guess the only thing I will say is it was very expensive. I could have saved $400 if I would have gone and bought my own faucet. But when you really need a kitchen sink and your kitchen is really torn up I chose to have it done immediately and pay for it! $827 was a lot of money to me on a fixed income. I did like the company though they were very friendly and professional.

Nick came out for a maintenance service. Was very professional and informative. Nick has been here several times and is always very polite and does a great job!

Plumbing repiping it was a two-man crew they did a great job was on time answer all questions went over and beyond definitely will refer in the future.

Avoid this company at all costs. I never leave reviews but this company is criminal. A technician came out and convinces my wife and I that our system was 20 years old, completely broken and needed $12,000+ to replace. I trusted him as this is his field but my wife wanted a second opinion. The next day a technician from a different company came out and showed us that our unit is 3 YEARS OLD and still under warranty. Yes it needs some repairs but if we had not gotten a second opinion, we would be many thousands of dollars in the hole for no reason. I am shocked that someone would be so unethical and outright evil. Find a company that actually cares and doesn’t just want to rob you.**Edit 8/17/2023: I spoke with a gentleman named Dave with the company who investigated. He insured me that the technician made an honest mistake with misjudging the systems age. While I hope this is the case and no malice was meant, a $12,000 + mistake when another companies technician told us the exact age of our unit within minutes seems suspect to me. Regardless I wanted to update this to be transparent.

Zach Butcher was a great technician who came out to service my AC unit for its 6months scheduled cleaning. He was on time, communicative, and patient with me when I asked all my questions about the repairs needed. He was respectful of my financing options decisions and did not push the whole sales tactic on me. He was able to do all of the repairs in about 30min and the cleaning took him 40min. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing AC work done, as he has the patience of a saint. Thanks again, Zach!

The receptionists are very polite & helpful, but we cancelled our service plan due to a lack of confidence in their ability to diagnose and repair basic A/C problems.ACREE is a large company who focuses on selling the customer things they don’t need.We purchased an expensive Daikin unit from a slick Acree salesman several years ago which none of the repairmen knew how to work on. (Came to find out they had purchased a bunch of these at a special price & were trying to offload them). Our unit is great, but few AC servicemen know how to work with them.Several weeks ago, our unit’s overflow pan began to leak thru the ceiling. The Acree repairman spent all of 30 sec. in the attic before he came down & proceeded to try to sell us an entire new duct system (which a previous Acree man had also tried to sell us - a common tactic) for $10,000! These guys are relentless & spouted off all the health concerns, blah, blah, blah. Had to ask him to leave.We hired another family run company to inspect our unit - come to find out, it was a simple clogged AC filter. (They are internal on the Daikin units & are supposed to be changed bi-annually on our service plan!)Our duct system is fine for now.Acree was good about cancelling our membership & agreeing to refund our $88.87 for this last service call.I would go with a local, family run business - much more accountability & continuity of service.

Thomas was on time, very friendly and professional and did an Awesome job on kitchen faucet. Price was also fair. In today’s world, it’s very refreshing to see Customer service like Mr. Griffin. James was top drawer. He knows what do do and does it efficiently and with purpose. No guessing. He is methodical and courteous. His pleasant demeanor. Combined with his expertise was comforting and reassuring. Best ac experience ever.

Very professional and very efficient. Marcus came out to give us a quote and was very honest. This company is the most professional company I’ve ever encountered starting from the first phone call. We received pictures of the employees who came out for the quote (Marcus) and the gentleman who installed it with his assistant. Jesus and his assistant came out and installed the ac unit in 6 hours or less. I would definitely recommend this company!

Joseph, I did a fine job. However, I let me warn you about their charging system. They charge per job. Joseph was here for one hour and I was charged w $460 for two repairs that were minor. I did not know, I was not familiar with this charging system and assumed that it would be $460 worth of work. $460 is agregious for one hour of work. Plumbers that charge by the job can end up pocketing a lot of money in a very short period of time . I would not use an Acree Air again of solely for this reason.

Bought a brand new AC system from them and it’s not working less than a week later. I can’t schedule an appt online or over the phone after hours because my system is less than a year old, per their policy. Which means I have to wait until office hours to contact them, even though their slogan is, “we are always open”.Overall, I am not satisfied with Acree and really wish I would have went with a different company. Now I’m stuck paying down an outrageously expensive unit for it not to even work.

I needed to replace my water heater and purchase a new water softener for my residence. Technicians Ricardo & Austin came within the same week I called in the request, professionally installed my water softener & water heater, also took care of replacing a sprinkler valve I had sitting on my kitchen counter my husband was supposed to fix for no additional cost! Highly recommend this company for superior quality customer service & products!

******* EDIT: After reading this review and filing a BBB claim I was refunded $500 and I will be using other services from now on.I called for service on July 8th and was charged $800 to “clean” out my air conditioner. Four days later I came home to no air and the same technician came out and said my system was too clogged and would be too expensive to fix and I would need a new system costing $9100. I had set up an appointment for a new install the next day and missed a second day of work due to air conditioning issues. They promised to email me pictures and never did. Thank god I cancelled the new install and got a second opinion. The first picture is how the technician from Acree left my Air system after spending $800. The people that came today were wonderful and cleaned the system so good, that is the second picture. They said by no means do I need a new system but when I do need one they will only charge me $4800. That is a huge difference and I was scammed out of $800 by Acree but thankfully they did not scan me out of $9000. They should refund that money. That is no way to treat anyone especially a first responder. Please don’t let yourself be scammed by these people.

Matt and Daniel were very professional. I like this company and how they send a pic of who is on the way so you know who to expect. They did a complete check on all the components and explained in detail what they found, what they recommend be replaced and how much it could cost. Definitely if you need a/c service use this company

Professionals Devin & Byron did a fantastic job, my property is going through major construction. They could have been sloppy not cleaned up after themselves because of what they seen and other debris on the floor.They swept and cleaned the area where they completed my AC installation inside & outside.Great great professional representation of their company Acree Air. in the 2 years we have had a completely new system installed, they have been out to make craftmanship issue repairs almost 10 times, and this last time they damaged my wood flooring so bad that I will have to spend a day pulling up a bunch of it to replace the piece. They also left the drain on my floor and didn't even replace the gasket as you can see.

i’m sorry, but i feel like this is necessary. i have had probably every service person at this company come out and work on my system, with no resolve of the issues every time.. i have a small child in the house and the fan just blows moldy , musty smelling air constantly. i am not sure if anyone knows what they’re doing here because they continue coming out and not resolving the problems!!! where are the professionals,we need our system working properly!!!? my daughter has health issues becuse of the air quality!. ready to sell the home and move out to get away from this ac system. every room smells like wet dog when the fan is not blowing , the entire unit in the garage stays soaking wet, air is leaking from the sides and the fan blows constantly with the grossest wet smelling air. if the house isn’t on 70 , it’s not tolerable inside and we all start coughing when we come inside. sad sad sad

Just had Pat F. give our condo a thorough inspection, including estimates for several jobs. He was friendly, efficient, extremely knowledgeable and overall, outstanding.***Here's an update. Pat F. returned to our home this week to replace a broken water valve. He was on time and performed the repair much faster than we and our condo neighbors had expected. We appreciate both his excellent work and his friendly attitude!

Since our duct work install our air handler has had condensation dripping all over my 2022 jeep gladiator with the glue from the air duct box dripping over my jeep tire/rim and splashing up the side. The install guy said that it wasn’t a big deal. I mean we pay $19 a month to be a customer member and my valid concerns are never treated seriously or urgently. They say how great they are in their ads but it’s not true. They always seem in a hurry to get out of here.

Acree fixed an issue with my AC blowing hot air. The technician was courteous and professional. He ran a thorough diagnostic. There were several issues with appointment scheduling that led to both my original and follow up appointments being pushed back two days. Acree waived my visit fees for the inconvenience, but it would be beneficial to their customers and their technicians if the scheduling process was more transparent and streamlined.

Nicholas Schlau is the technician that serviced my AC unit. He was on time, courteous, patient very informative, he took the time out to address all of my concerns and issues made the necessary repairs. He went above an beyond was extremely thorough. My water heater was going bad since it was about 18 years old. So I called Acree Pluming to give me a quote .The manager Marcus explained to me my options and helped me find a good fit water heater for my home. Technician came out the next day ,promptly got to work and helped me restore my home to a safe and functioning state. Ran into some issues later the next day, but I called Acree, got in contact with Marcus and they took care of my problem promptly. Found a company that actually cares.

Same day service was greatly appreciated. We had lost cold water flow to a sink faucet and to the toilet in the master bathroom. Instead of a major piping problem it turned out to be a clogged cartridge in a faucet. And a clogged flush valve in the toilet. We upgraded the faucets and got the flush valve replaced. No major work required. Braden Ford, the technician did a great job. He explained everything, worked efficiently, cleaned up as he went, and answered all the questions I had, and set us up for possible further business with the company, giving us information about bathroom remodeling. My wife and I recommend Acree highly.

Thank you Jermaine and Acree Plumbing!!! Water pipe burst in the front yard this morning and it is already repaired! Pricey but happy to have it taken care of! Nicole was kind, calm and understanding when I called in a panic! An email was sent with the name and a picture of which plumber to expect. Jermaine was very professional and explained each step of service. Kept the patch of grass that he had to remove as intake as he could for replacing! Will definitely call them again with any plumbing issues!

In about an hours time, Marcus provided me a quote for new HVAC system replacement, handled the financing and scheduled the installation for the next day. Now that’s what I call service. Our circumstances were unusual because our condenser unit was stolen 10 years ago but not replaced due to non occupancy and Marcus able to save us unnecessary expense by using the existing line set which I had already anticipated having to replace. Thanks Marcus! I can’t begin to say enough about Albert Mejia’s team. They were professional, courteous, clean and efficient working as long as necessary to complete the job by the end of day. Before leaving all old parts and waste were removed, floor swept and manuals provided as well as showing me how to use the system. Albert clearly explained a few preexisting issues that would be addressed to bring my new install up to code and I expect that work to go just as seamless. Great experience, I only wish I would have called them sooner.

Don't make an appointment doesn't help I waited all day for this appointment from 3 to 5 and around 4:11 the technician called me to say he will be here in two hours with traffic from Bradenton when I live in Wesley Chapel. The first appointment is after they charge me $3,500 for a water heater and $19.00 a month for a free service call. what a joke. Wish I hadn't used this company NOW.

Our old system has been on it's last leg for awhile. Reached out to at least 4 companies to discuss new A/C-heat pump install. Most either pressured for a 'quick decision' before the special pricing expired, or they sent someone who couldn't answer some simple but important A/C questions. Acree was different. The sales rep--Marcus--knew his stuff, quoted two options, no pressure. They were willing to negotiate a few line items at our request. They installed two days later on a Saturday. The installers were on time, polite, professional, protected our home, cleaned up everything, and made sure a couple items missed on work order got followed up on and completed within 2 days. Love our new system-- fast, efficient cooling, compact size (variable speed side discharge) and extremely quiet! We know we're ready for summer and that our new system will be well-cared for by Acree in the years to come!

We bought a new house in July this past year and had Acree come out to service our A/C units. We have two units, one for upstairs and one downstairs. They told us that both units needed to be fully replaced. Neither my wife or I know anything about A/Cs, so we trusted them. We chose to buy a new unit for downstairs and repair the upstairs one until we could invest in a new one. Four months and $17,000 later we have already had issues with the BRAND NEW system. We had another A/C company come out (Pegasus Mechanical, whom we HIGHLY recommend) and stated all of the things Acree did wrong with putting in the new system and had pictures to back it up.Apparently Acree, is known for horrible service and scams. We won't EVER be in service with them again. Horrible company with people that either don't know how to do their job, or just don't care. If you need a good A/C company, check out Pegasus Mechanical.

The AMP membership is worthless. This is the second year in a row where I got the tune up just to have my AC stop working before the end of summer. My house is currently 88 degrees, and this is the third time this week that they cancelled my repair appointment. The second time they cancelled, they promised that they would not cancel a third time. Didn’t keep that promise. Their promise that members will have priority is just a bunch of words. Awful.

Please fix the problem or ill report to BBB!A/c was installed unlevel, water poured onto my floor, got video! Contacted acree air they sent out a few people, first said jobs to big 2nd gave acree a quote 😳 they didn't like so they sent someone else mind you there were several calls made in between the visits but I guess 3rd guys was to big cause we haven't heard a word since shoot December??? I know we got mold paints peeling in the area and my floor is still messed up! The floors were just done 2 months before the air was done so brand new to destroyed! Please Acree have you forgotten us? Its been almost a year!

After inspection of the AC system it was determined that an entirely new system would need to be installed. Adrien arrived at my home 2 hours later with the new system. It was installed in about 4 hours. Aiden was very professional and personable.

Pauli called approx 45 minutes before the scheduled appointment to ask if he could arrive early which worked out perfectly for me. Pauli was extremely helpful in explaining options and possible outcomes and chose to begin my plumbing repair with a drain snake, which completely fixed my issue. If I could give him 6 stars I would! In the past I have had good luck with this company, but I won't be using them anymore. I had scheduled a routine service for my AC and I had to wait a month, which is no problem. I work 2 jobs and have to ask off and and I did that, just to have them cancel my appointment the day of. I refuse to have to take off of work again, because I lose money when I do. They would only offer me appointments from 11-2, and I am at work during that time. This service was paid for in advance by my membership with them......I will no longer be a member. I have paid for a service I will not be receiving. I will NEVER use this company again. I understand emergencies happen, but I shouldn't have to pay or lose pay due to someone else's emergency.

Marcus came to our house, and unlike a lot of other good, better, best proposals, he was very straightforward and transparent about the best possible recommendations for our house. Called them in a pinch after we were completely stood up and disrespected by another plumbing company (Largo Plumbing). They were able to come and assess that day and made sure we had our problem resolved within 24 hrs. Luis was professional and courteous and I immediately felt at ease with him. He did a great job.

Called Acree to fix my AC unit and was told that it was irreparable. The technician recommended that I buy a new unit from him for $14,500. Called a different company the next day and they fixed my unit (just needed some freon) for $150. Whether it was incompetence or greed, I would not trust Acree again.

About a month ago we had to have a whole new ac unit installed. Brannon was our Sales Tech that came out and assisted us! He was very professional and knowledgeable about what was the problem and what was the best route to take. He let us know the different options that we could choose from, we could have it repaired or get a full new insured ac unit! Our old unit was over 10yrs old and had been giving us problems every summer! Our new ac unit is amazing, it runs smooth, quieter and the hse is always at a nice cold comfortable temperature! Can’t thank Brannon enough for his help and our new system! The only complaint that I have is that they told us we would be getting a new drain line and since the ac unit has been installed we have had to go outside with a shop vac and cleaned out the drain line 4 TIMES already!! This is the only problem we have because we didn’t get a new drain line like we were told that would be installed!

They cleaned the calcified pipes under my home faster than I thought. They were very professional and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone. Great prices for running the camera through to check the pipes. A lot cheaper than their competition.

Acree service technician, Tyler Harlow, came out to my home promptly today and gave me an estimate to replacement my 14 year old electric water heater for a hybrid water heater. He worked me in his schedule today to get me up and running with hot water. The work was completely professionally and he cleaned up afterwards. The contractor that installed our insta heat units for our sinks did not do it correctly. They kept tripping and the water would not heat. The work of technician Daniel Abinader was impeccable. He arrived on time and completed his work as quickly as possible under the circumstances, to my complete satisfaction.My little grandchildren dropped a toy in the toilet bowl, the figure of a 2.5” Sonic collectible and this caused such a clog that it was necessary to remove the toilet from its place to unclog the drain line from there to the main line and only then was it possible to recover the toy at the clean out point outside the house.This has undoubtedly been the most expensive toy my grandchildren will have; after all possible discounts and the use of available coupons, the cost of the repair was $450.00 U.S. Dollars. I had the water spouts for my washing machine leaking. Called Acree and Daniel arrived about 2 hours later, about 10 minutes into the 2-hour window that they had given me. He was able to confirm the issue and offered me a.couple different options to take care of it. He got done quickly, cleaned up everything, and even helped me move my washing machine back into place and ensure everything was working before he left. Truly outstanding service!

I used the plumbing service. They showed up an hour after we called them. The plumber showed up found the reason for our 2 clogged toilets and fixed the problem. I would definitely use them again. They were super professional from my initial phone contact to the plumber they sent to get our problem fixed. I will call them again when the need arises. Highly recommend

Do not use this company, they are scammers. We had plumbing and a/c problems and decided to use this company. The plumbing team took a look at our water softener, told us it had exploded and said that we needed a new one and a whole re-piping and tried to charge us 8 thousands dollars. We had another company come for a second opinion and it turns out the problem was the water heater and the softener was completely okay. Glad we dodged a bullet on that one. The a/c team came due to our a/c not cooling, did a half baked repair that cost us 1800. The a/c stopped working again after 2 days due to their poor diagnosis and fix. They charged us 450 dollars for a piece that costs 30 dollars at home depot, charged us 900 dollars for 4.5lbs of freon when 25lbs of freon is 400 dollars and when they knew there was a leak, and 450 for a sealant that another company said that it was pretty obvious that it was not going to work. Now they will not return our money and are trying to sell us a whole new unit for 12 thousand dollars. We got another company come for a second opinion and the a/c was fixed for less than 1 thousand dollars. Do yourself a favor, avoid this company at all cost, they will most likely try to sell you a brand new equipment for thousands of dollars and not fix your real issue. If we had gone with them we would be now more than 20k in debt but instead we fixed everything for less than 5k. Thankfully they only managed to scam us out of 1800 dollars and not the full amount that they intended to.

We had our new Air Conditioner installed today. When asked where we would like the unit we found out it would not fit. Rob and Mason were our installers and they gave us lots of options including calling management to make it work. Finally realized the unit was not going to work in the space. They were so friendly and helpful. After figuring out that it was the smaller unit that needed to be installed they never complained about the extra work and promised they would do whatever it took it make it right. We ended up spending the day and into the evening with them. I’ve never had installers that stayed so professional and upbeat. If I could hire them again I would. I almost wanted to break my other unit to get them back again. Ask for Rob and Mason if you work with this company! Thanks!!!

Nice young man Nick. Seemed very thorough. But a week ago y'all had to cancel and I had to residual my own schedule a second time and Yall called to say he was running late and so he was an hour late again.He decided that we needed a replacement part on a 3 year old unit but it is at least under warrantee but then told us we needed a new Hard-Start for $500 but did give us a Break for $400 but didn't have the part on his truck. He said that the office will call to schedule. My wife and I are 70 and have many Doctor appointments and rescheduling them or you is not easy.We have used y'all for 20 plus years for a couple of units but this is likely to be the last. I pay monthly for a service/membership but I am not feeling it is worth it!

Really bad experience, instead of fixing the issue, their focus is to charge couple thousand $$ everytime they visit. Already paid around 4k in 3 separate visits for AC repair and it still doesn’t work. Paid yesterday 1200 $ and it again stopped working and now they are telling a new issue and new 1500$ for something else. So frustrating

They did not show up for their appointment until two hours after the given time window. I took off work for them to come give me a quote, which is something I was told they do on the first phone call. However, when I called about the missed appointment, they notified me that quotes are not free, they're just taken off the services fees if you book with them.Getting different info about costs from employees made me uneasy. When they finally arrived, they quoted $800 to replace a toilet flange and mentioned a lot of damage to the tile would be necessary. My uncle is a retired plumber and did not agree much damage was necessary. Sadly, he's not able-bodied enough anymore to assist with this.Naturally, I did not book services with Acree. Instead, I booked with another local company who completed the job in just over an hour with miniscule damage to my tile under the toilet. Plus, I saved $600.I worry that plumbers from this company are suggesting the most expensive solution route to customers. Just take a look at other feedback from customers paying for something that should wrap up in an hour or two, yet somehow it turns into several visits.

Acree was professional from the initial phone call to make an appointment, emails, texts and our technicians, Donovan and his other assistant. We had electrical issues with our breaker box for our washer and dryer and our garage ceiling lights. Donovan called ahead was on time, if not early. He evaluated our situation and explained thoroughly our options on what needed to be done. Work was completed and we are very pleased! We will for sure use Acree again and ask for Donovan. Tried working for these people, they give no training at all, just throw you in a truck and dont train anyone, first offense in anything and they give you the boot. Overly upcharge their repairs and part replacements, and half the time dont do the job right as I had to redo a lot of work prior techs did. Nepotism is extremely prevalent, and every week they host meetings on how to manipulate the public for better sales. Would not recommend.

Joshua Peterson was AWESOME during the install of my new A/C Unit. He was very professional, answered all my questions, and worked tirelessly to complete the installation. I would highly recommend Joshua and his assistant Luke, to do any A/C work needed!

It was Sunday, Fathers Day and the day before a holiday, when my air conditioner was running but not cooling what is now my home and office over 50 hours a week. Like many people now i have plenty of work but at much less compensation. My bills are all paid but there is not much saved and my credit is not what it was but its respectable but the utilization is high.So an unexpected expense is always a problem and a home A/C is a potentially major problem, I started to look online, fully expecting o to have wait until maybe Tuesday, and was surprised that there were actually choices to come out on a Sunday, one of which was Acree. I remembered their ads from a long time ago, and they we re still promising same cost any day of the week and knowing they have been around a long time called them. I scheduled for Brannon to arrive between 11 and 1. By 11:30 I had a message he was half hour away, had 17 years experience etc.When he arrived he was professional and knowledgeable combined with a great attitude I am going to get your a/c running. He went above and beyond identifying options and explaining the various tradeoffs. H offered two different financing options with outside companies Acree works with and spent a lot of time working to arrange financing.Bottom line less than 24 hours later my home/office is air conditioned and I will never use another company for my needs.

Called them after 2 other plumbers said they couldn't get here until next week. They were all very friendly and happy to help me on the phone. Tyler came out within a couple of hours and fixed the problem quickly. Such a nice young man.

Andrew was great! He was the first plumber to figure out our clean out issue and we have had several plumbers at this location.

Jermaine was extremely professional, timely, and a good communicator. We didn’t know the root cause of the issue but he listened to the symptoms and leveraged us experience for an initial diagnosis. When Jermaine realized the initial diagnosis may not be sufficient (due to a very uncommon plumbing setup) he effectively used his judgment to escalate it to a supervisor to get a second opinion; which occurred very timely. The pricing for the remedy was explained clearly and I felt like it was a very transparent process. The fix was implemented and the water pressure induced leak was stopped. Thanks Jermaine!

We had Acree come to our practice in Nov to help with toilets that were backed up. All though the representatives that came out were very nice they damaged our toilets and floors when trying to work on the backed up toilets.They also pulled up the wrong toilet to begin with and in that bathroom it created such a mess and over flow into our IV area where patients are getting treatments. The smell and the water was unbearable!Then they pulled up the correct lead toilet and proceeded to do the same thing with that one. This created the same problem on the other side of our clinic with overflow and smell.I am now paying to replace the two toilets, you can see from the pics that the snake scratched both toilets. I am also paying to replace the flooring the was scratched up in the one bathroom by the snake being dragged on the floor improperly.I have also paid for the carpets and floors to be cleaned and sanitized.Acree gave me a refund on the initial cost of the service and nothing else. Even though a supervisor came out and admitted they did all the damage and said he wants to make it right. This was ONLY if we let them come out and do more work they planned to give us more credit. I'm beside myself would not recommend using Acree for ANY plumbing needs. As I do not think this is their specialty.

David was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable purchasing a new air conditioner with a fix to hold us over as the installation team was coming the following day. I appreciate the fast turn around service that their company offers. I highly recommend Acree and knowing I can call them for a timely response.

Had a hot water heater installed. Dominic and Myles came out. They were very professional, on time and did a great job.

Well right from the start to the young man who showed up to diagnose the problem with the toilet not draining and when it did it backed up into the shower.He was quick to diagnos,and called a Supervisor over to give me the details of what I was looking at for a price. It was determined that I needed a complete redrain! Very expensive, but they worked with me on the price as I had just bought this place, and funds were low! Now the guys that showed up the next day to do the job( Dustin, Fidel,Raul,Bryan,and Myles) showed up on time, and did a great job! I could not say enough how Professional they were, my wife and I are indebted to those young men. The laundry room came out better then I expected. This company refused to honor their pricing point. it wasn't like the pricing point had simply ended a day or two or a week or a month ago. I was told that it was over a year old, but they've left it up which appears to be a bait-and-switch tactic.I simply clicked on the contact us link through Facebook, and was given the video with the pricing point. They should remove the pricing point and or update it to today's pricing point.I will take their suggestion and go with another company.
