Tech was very pleasant and professional - and did a great job with the install. Price seemed a little high for a simple water heater replacement, but that may just be since it's been so long since I had one replaced. Might be beneficial to get some other quotes to compares prices.

Installed a water filtration system and did a first class job. The installation was very professional and they cleaned up the work site. Plumbers were quite friendly and informative. They may not be the cheapest but worth every dollar. Strongly recommend!

I had a leak coming from my toilet. Called them and they scheduled me for an appointment that same day. The tech was there on time and actually waited a few min for me to get home. He was very helpful. He did not try to charge me for more services or exaggerate on the repairs. I will definitely use them in the future

I was informed by the water company that somewhere on my property there was a gallon a minute water leak...I started calling companies immediately just going down the list. 3 companies we called said they couldn't have anyone out to help with the situation till the following Monday this was Tuesday!..We called Choice Plumbing next, the women was very nice and said she would have someone out to my home within the hour. Our technician Joe arrived as she had stated ..He showed us how to turn the water off at the house and on the street. The leak not apparent yet ..We kept the water off as much as possible. Joe returned early the next day and found the leak.. He stayed all day and replaced a lot of pipe..He had to dig up the concrete to get to the leak which he patched beautifully...Thank you Joe and Choice Plumbing I definitely will use your company for any future plumbing needs.

We called on Friday for someone to come take a look at our toilet for home inspection purposes. They were able to get us scheduled for first thing Saturday morning and showed up promptly. I did not use them because the Plumber that showed up said his Company does not install Reverse Osmosis System. The plumber that they sent out was Professional and Polite. I was a little shocked to get a service charge of 39.00 for getting a estimate

I have been renovating my house and have tried a lot of plumbers, most of them I would never recommend. But I have used choice plumbing twice now and would feel comfortable recommending them to others.

These guys will charge you a 30 dollar fee just to come out and see what the job is. That's ok. What they don't tell you at the phone is that they charge a minimum hourly fee of 225 dollars for a very straightforward leak fix for a toilet bidet. NASTY BUSINESS, stay away. Wouldn't recommend these robbers to anyone. 0 stars if I could. I ended up not doing the job, just because I REFUSE to pay 225 dollars for the hour. Lesson learned, always ask for the hourly rate and insist on it, if they don't tell you (like they didn't here), MOVE ON to another business.

RESPONSE: the owner has the audacity to lie on the response below. 1st of all, the parts were not scattered everywhere. The bidet was installed and just leaking. I was lacking the tools to finish the job and had my back injured, that was the only reason I even called a plumber. There was a real and easy way to identify the issue. Just press the water valve so the water would come out and you would see the leak. That's it. He even felt bad for charging me the 225 and called you asking if you were still doing a discount. He said the owner said no and I just told him I wouldn't go ahead with the service. Keep on lying, but I won't let you off the hook!

Johnny was the service tech and he was knowledgeable, professional, communicative and willing to go the extra mile if need be.

Jason did a great job installing our water fountain in a new office space we opened! His service was speedy and professional. Would highly recommend using him in the future for any plumbing needs!

Joe assessed my issues promptly, and gave me a thorough and yet simple understanding of work needed to be done across 2 toilets (various repairs).

The 2 things that stood out most with Joe were making the exact repairs I needed without extra cost or services needed, and just his overall personality (treating and talking to me like a friend/neighbor).

I will look no further than Choice plumbing in the future for my needs (might look into a water softener or running a full diagnostics this year).

Water on the garage floor…not fun! Called these folks, got a wonderful person immediately, sent her a pic of the water heater and set up the visit that day…on time on target, the tech arrived and proceeded to analyze and fix. Friendly and efficient service.

I scheduled the job days prior to gutting my shower. I was prepared to pay this company whatever they were going to charge me to put my house back together. I got a text last night at 10pm informing me that the job scheduled the next morning was cancelled. Now what do I do? I have another company waiting on plumbing to put my shower back together... This is very disappointing.

After meeting with the tech, I got great advice, a fair price, and an exceptional quality of work! Also, my tech was none other than the man himself (Nick Shift). When the owner is out with his boots on the ground instead of behind a desk, that should tell you something right there!

Nick was awesome and worked with me every step of the way. He got my old toilet out while I went to get the replacement of my choice. Nick found problems with the previous install and corrected the issues without hitting me for extra incidentals.

The job was done when I needed, how I needed, and as I needed. Nick is a hands on owner and a down to earth expert who will solve your problem(s) in due time. Choice Plumbing is a company you can trust!

Easy to make appointment. Professional staff, but very expensive and I felt major upsale as repairs were expensive. I agreed to around $500 to cut the ceiling, find the issue and to reset the toilet. But then another $200 to raise the toilet 1-2 inches. That should be included in cost of toilet reset. Very expensive.

The service tech Joe was awesome and professional this company is a life saver and very affordable. I received a quote around 9 am from another company and they wanted $1600. I was able to get a same day appointment with Choice Plumbing and the install was affordable at $423. I will be a customer for life and it only took an 1.5 hours. I am very happy with install. I had a leak out by the water meter of one of my rental properties and called Choice Plumbing. Johnny arrived at the house and began working to locate the leak. He found the entire meter box had been totally overgrown by the roots of a large oak tree only 3 to 4 feet away from the box. Johnny worked until the end of the day and suggested to me he would need the help of at least one additional person and I agreed. The next day Johnny arrived with Javier to continue the work to find and repair the leak. They found the pipe totally encased in roots. After cutting and chiseling to clear the area they installed a new valve and repaired the pipes. I think they went the extra mile and worked hard to finish the job. Realistically, I expected it could take another day to repair but the two of them worked so well together they we able to accomplish the task. Once completing the effort they cleaned up the work site nicely and recovered their tools. Johnny completed the invoice and was very professional the whole time. This is my second experience with Choice Plumbing and have had a great experience both times. Both jobs were very difficult ones and I was 100% satisfied with my choice of using “Choice Plumbing, Orlando. Thanks for a great job again. Well done.

Choice plumbing saved my wallet big time! I originally thought a had a slab leak with water coming up through my floorboards in my kitchen and dining room. It was a mess. Jasmine was very responsive and helped me through every step in organizing a good time for me to meet with the technicians and setting up the financial payment plan. Brad took his time and looked at all possible causes for the leak and found that my condensate pump got my ac wasn’t working. Saved me over $1500! 10/10 would recommend!
