Initially, I called a different plumbing company, who stated they would call me later in the afternoon, as they had other appointments in the area. They never called, so I contacted Olin Plumbing as a second option. Judy answered the phone and was so helpful and pleasant to speak with. She set up a consultation for the next day (Friday) and said the plumber would arrive between 9am and 1pm. I figured it would be later in the day, but Judy called around 9am (as promised) to let me know that Bob was on his way.I had a friend meet Bob at my house, as I was at work. Bob called upon arrival and I explained the issue. He called again once he had assessed the situation and let me know what was needed and the approximate cost. I had to purchase a new faucet so he told me to call and schedule another appointment once I had purchased the faucet.I called promptly on Monday morning and spoke with Judy again. I set up an appointment for 530pm on Wednesday. They were extremely accommodating, as I don't get off work until 5pm and needed time to drive home.Joe came to actually fix the faucet, as it was late in the day and he lived closer to my house than Bob. He was extremely efficient without rushing and didn't act like it was an inconvenience to be working that late. He was extremely friendly and polite as well. With 30+ years experience as a plumber, I would trust him to fix any future issues I have.I was very pleased with the overall experience with Olin Plumbing and would recommend them to anyone. I appreciated the fact that they kept in contact with me and were able to fix the problem rather quickly. Thanks Olin Plumbing!!!

For anyone who has a plumbing headache, the best.and fastest remedy is to contact Olin Plumbing. Everyone--the office staff, Ramsey, Mark, Christian, Farrow, or whoever.may have a role in solving a problem--is friendly, courteous, and highly professional. The replumbing of the tub/shower was scheduled and very reasonable price quoted the afternoon of January 2 and the job was completed the morning of January 3. If possible, I would give Olin a ten-star rating.

I called Olin Plumbing to take care of a water heater in a rental property. They were available when I needed them and the woman on the phone, (Judy?), was fantastically pleasant. I felt like they wanted my business and they sent out a great plumber, Joe, to do the work. He was professional, pleasant and did excellent work! Mark was honest with the information he gave us on our issue and did it try to persuade us to make a decision. These guys are pros. Our (new to us) house has very old cast iron sewers and stacks, and these guys have helped us clear scaling and other issues so that we can defer major expenses to replace those lines. Alex and Henry were professional and really know their stuff!

Felix came out to change the old nasty metal pipes with pvc pipes. It took him almost all day and he always had a smile to the end. He did a great job but there was still a tiny leak somewhere. He's coming back to find the problem and fix it. I must say that Olin Plumbing will be the only people I call for my plumbing needs. Felix is very sweet and worked around me and my wheelchair always with a smile. When they say they guarantee their work, they really mean it.

I need a plumbing service so I called Olin plumbing and Joe came out and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently he was very polite and very professional. We'll use this company again.

RUN AWAY!!!!!! Extremely disappointed in their service. To the point, do not trust their “guarantee”. If their work fails, as it did in our case, they will NOT honor their service guarantee unless it is Monday through Friday, 8-5. If your plumbing emergency happens when MOST plumbing emergencies happen- you know, like when you’re actually home in the morning, evening, or weekend using the plumbing- you get to pay full price for them to come fix their mistake. Not exactly helpful when water is pouring from under your toilet, destroying your hardwood and walls. Thanks for leaving us high and dry, Olin Plumbing!

The technician and phone operator at Olin were both friendly and professional, HOWEVER I am compelled to leave a negative review because I feel that I was robbed by this company. I am selling my home and upon inspection the inspector found a minor leak under my bathroom sink. I had a local handyman fix this a few days ago by taking apart the assembly and adding plumber's putty-- a cheap and easy fix. However, I then found out that the buyer wanted a written document from a licensed plumber stating that the leak was fixed. I read the positive reviews for Olin, gave them a call, and simply asked for a technician to come out here, verify there was no more leaking, and sign a document stating so. The technician came out this afternoon, looked at the sink for literally 2 minutes, & said yes, it's been fixed. I asked how much the charge would be for coming out and he told me I'm not sure, I'll have to speak to my manager, because usually we do free estimates, so maybe this counts, but let me check with him and see. Ten minutes later, he comes back inside and informs me that his manager told him to charge for an hour's worth of a labor, which is $185 ! If that's not robbery, I don't know what is! He was here for 2 minutes and did no labor other than verifying there was no water under the sink. To be charged $185 for that is simply outrageous. Needless to say, I deeply regret calling Olin Plumbing and would recommend you look elsewhere unless you are happy to pay an arm and a leg for simply basic service. You have not gained a repeat customer from me.

We had Joe with Olin Plumbing come to our house on a Sunday to fix an issue with a blocked pipe. Joe was extremely polite to my family and specifically my 22 month old who wanted to watch everything that Joe did. An explanation of the work Joe was going to perform was clearly explained to us before he began. Joe was also very efficient with his work. I'd recommend Joe and Olin Plumbing to others.

We had a gurgling in our sink on a Friday night at 7:00PM and by 8:00PM half of the house was backed up. We called Olin and their plumber, Joe, was here within 30 minutes. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable (diagnosed the problem within a few minutes), fixed the issue and had everything cleaned up and was back out the door within an hour. What impressed me was his insistence on him cleaning up after himself and the mess the backed up drains had caused even when we were trying to help him out. There were also no overtime or holiday charges even though it was a Friday night just after a holiday...We will call them if ever needed again!

Olin Plumbing is excellent. They came in to repair a shower that was leaking due to part wear and tear over the years of use. And upon Dave coming in to access the situation he noticed the shower screw handle was corroded and stripped. Before doing any work he explained that if he tried to drill it out and anything was to get damaged. We needed a plan b. To replace all of the unit and this would require a cut in dry wall. We were looking to renovate this bathroom so we did not want to have to replace any units twice. But had to stop this leak. Dave was given the go ahead to try and repair what was there. And he did an awesome job. Getting the bad screw out of the handle and replacing internals on the current setup. Saving us from having to do things twice! What a great job! This company is awesome! Joe from Olin removed our leaking hot water heater and installed a tankless water heater. He was informative, very friendly, worked quickly, was neat with his work. Most of all he was considerate to make sure we knew when he was going to turn off the water so we would not be inconvenienced. Before he left he made sure we knew how we could increase or decrease the temperature. Excellent worker.

We had a leaky toilet that became an emergency while waiting for my regular plumber get back with me. I took a leap of faith and searched the web. I saw Olin and liked what I saw and read. I called them last evening, they got back to me quickly and set up an appointment for the next day. Their plumber Bob came out an was very polite and efficient. Such a great company!! The initial call was set up with a woman (I'm so sorry, I didn't get her name) and they sent Joe out to our home to fix the laundry water valves. Very helpful and professional. My waste line was backed up which they fixed temporarily by snaking the line. They discovered I had tree roots in my waste line during the snaking process and rather than taking my money and running, they gave me a warranty on the snaking for one year and provided me a few options and quotes to consider for Replacing the waste line down the road. Would highly recommend.

This was my first experience using Olin plumbing, and it was excellent. I had an outside faucet that was leaking and needed to be fixed, and a toilet that needed to be rebuilt.Richard G did a great job explaining what needed to be done and the costs involved. He did a great job performing the work, and gave some good advice on how to keep the toilet in good condition going forward.I'll also mention that Richard wore a face covering anytime he was interacting with me and while he was in the house. That kind of consideration is appreciated.Although this was my first time using Olin, it will not be my last. And I won't hesitate to ask for Richard again.

They said they would be at my place between 12 and 4 on Friday. At about 3:30 they called and said they were 20 min out. They then called back in 20 min. saying they had to reschedule. I had to leave work on Monday and I was quoted $1300 to change 1 faucet in my master bath, change 4 start/stop valves, replace the traps under my 2 sinks. When I asked how much the faucet was they said $285 installed. I then asked if I supplied the faucet would they install it. They said yes and that whether I supplied it or they did it would cost $285. I have a quote that says they charge $185/hour. That seems a little high to me. The only positive thing I can say is that the guys that came out were very nice and professional.

Thier service was amazing! The plumbers where out within the hour as promised. They gave us 100 percent peace of mind that a problem was resolved and taken care of. A big plus is that you don't have to go through a stupid, impersonal service that just wants to send you a dispatch service. I called they answered, they came fast and fixed the problem. There is nothing else anyone could ask for! Also, Israel and the man that was with him were very kind! I am very appreciative! Thanks Olin!

Our hot water heater failed on the afternoon of July 4th. By 9:30pm that night we had a new hot water installed and operational. Joe was our plumber and he did a phenomenal job in all aspects. Last month Joe came out and replaced the guts to the Delta faucet in our bathroom. He did a great job and we no longer have a leaking faucet!

I don’t know where to begin so I’ll just start, Last night my teenage son decided to flush receipt paper down the toilet. All night my husband and I tried to unclog this toilet but with no luck, I went online and read the reviews of Olin Plumbing Inc and decided to give them a call. The receptionist was very nice and told there was someone available to come out, I set an appointment for 12 - 4. They even call you to let you know when the plumber is close by, I really appreciate when companies call to verify appointments. Ramsey came out and assessed the problem and was able to get my toilet unclogged, when I tell you that this company showed me that people still care and aren’t money hungry believe me. I had a plumbing problem on a Sunday - a sewer smell that was overwhelming. I called Olin and Derek was here in less than 3/4 of an hour. He explained to me all the possibilities of what the problem could be very clearly and then went about checking what was wrong. He found the problem in no time at all and explained to me what had happened and how to prevent it from happening again.In addition, Derek personally, was very polite, professional and very knowledgable. Being a Master Plumber was very evident.He is first on my list to call with any plumbing problem.

I was very pleased with my recent experience with Olin Plumbing. I had a clogged pipe that was causing drainage issues in my kitchen sick. Olin Plumbing came right out and cleared the clog and suggested replumbing under the kitchen sink to allow for better drainage. I went ahead with the replumbing because I felt the pricing was very fair. Unfortunately, a week later the sink was backing up again. I called Olin plumbing right away and they came out immediately to diagnose the drainage issues. This time they sent Joe and he knew exactly what to do. He went farther down the pipe and cleared a huge grease build up! He stayed and answered all my questions, suggested things to help for the future and made sure the water was moving through the pipes with no problems! I love that Olin Plumbing guarantees their work so the second time out was no cost for me!

Today Richard from Olin Plumbing came out to my home. We were having issues with the clean out overflowing and the toilet not flushing, bubbling noises, just not good,,,especially right before Christmas! Richard explained everything that he would do and what the cost would be for running a camera and a snake through the pipe. When he ran the snake he pulled out wads of old baby wipes! ** Do not flush ANY wipes down your toilet!!** The problem was solved in a timely manner and we can breathe a sigh of relief! Thank you Richard for your honesty and hard work!!

Update: 2023Was having some issues in my hall bathroom on a toilet they had worked on before. They have amazing customer service like i've never seen in plumbers before! And I have been through many other plumbers in tampa bay over the years! They were fast, thorough and stood behind their work!! Bob and his assistant were courteous professional and adept!!Update: 2023Fill valve on master toilet broken. Also main water valve at bottom of toilet broke. Took a few days to get here but Jose did a great job and with everything increasing in price I think it was fair.2021 Responded immediately! Respectful of wearing a mask. Explained problem with hall toilet and happy with the solution! Would recommend after 4 other plumbers in Tampa!

We had a great experience with Joe the Plumber and the team from Olin. They came the same day we called. We called because we had a smell of sewer gas in the house which was very difficult to find. They were determined to locate the cause and traced it to a broke waste pipe under the house - which only has an 18 clearance. They replaced the broken section of the pipe while working in very unpleasant conditions and never complained once. They left the house, inside and out, in the same condition they found it. Awesome results and nice team of guys.

It's been our 4th year with them, and even recommended them to our friends we are satisfied with the work they do for us. The most is very responsive and great quality of work.

Was told by repair man would not be charged 245 because they didn't work on septic tank. Service representative who I spoke with initially asked me if we were on septic tank and I advised her yes.I ended up spending $900 between two companies for a pump and install. Insane! If they had explained to me that they do not service septic tanks I would not have requested service from them. Why would you ask me if I had septic tank and I advised yes, why would you send someone out? I advised that when it rains hard we have this issue that one toilet doesn't drain.

Bob is a lifesaver! I can't say enough good things about Olin Plumbing. I had a water emergency when my bathroom vanity water line snapped. Once I shut off the water, 7 rooms of my house were impacted. I quickly searched for plumbers and was fortunate enough to find Olin Plumbing.Within 20 minutes of my 4pm call, a professional plumber was at my door with supplies, tools, and, most importantly, know-how. Bob talked to me about what happened, what may be damaged, and his approach to getting it fixed. He was cautious and careful to not damage anything we could re-use or salvage.Bob was professional, personable, and extremely helpful. His fix took into consideration my future updates to the damaged bathroom. He even gave me Water 101 education around the house so I could be better educated for the future.Bob stayed until the work was done, I understood what was done, and I was satisfied with the outcome. He cleaned up his space so I could move on to taking care of the rest of my house.Olin Plumbing really came through for me. They answered my urgent call for help late in the business day and finished well after 7pm. I'll be calling again when the need arises.

Finding a good and efficient plumber can be difficult. Joe came today in our house for a specific project. However, he was flexible enough to take additional plumbing work. Joe and his assistant were very neat, friendly and dependable. I would definitely recommend Joe to do additional jobs in my house and those needing an experienced highly competent plumber. Great job Joe, until my next household renovation project!

Alex was AWESOME. Came by my house and diagnosed the problem in no time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Olin in the future for anyone that needs an honest plumber.

The drain for my washing machine was overflowing and destroying the drywall. Olin scheduled a visit the same day and Bob arrived. The problem turned out to be an incorrect drain installation when the house was built that resulted in a plastic cap (that should have been discarded) being lodged in the pipe. Bob was courteous and I couldn't have asked for better service.

It's never a good day when your water heater starts leaking all over the garage, but thankfully Olin Plumbing came to the rescue!I called other plumbing companies in Wesley Chapel, but most had a wait of 2-3 days, which I could not deal with. My wife, who is a regular listener of the Mike Calta radio show, suggested I call Olin Plumbing. After checking their reviews and standing on both BBB and Angie's List, I called them and they were able to send someone out almost immediately. My plumber, Mike, was very professional and gave me an estimate with different options, based on the brand and capacity of the water heater. As always, you can expect that there will be mark-ups on anything you buy from the contractor, and it's up to the individual as to whether you want to pay that price or go elsewhere. Mike was pleasant and accommodating when I requested a certain brand of water heater other than the Rheem unit that they would typically install. After doing additional research, I opted to purchase a new AO Smith unit at Lowe's and used their truck ($20 for 1-1/2 hours; a great deal) to get the water heater back to the house.I called their office (Judy) and she was able to schedule the installation for the next morning. It was nice to see Mike be the plumber that pulled up, as he had already seen everything and was immediately ready to start the work. The installation process was smooth as glass (for me) and Mike was very thorough and cleaned up everything before leaving.Overall impression is that this is a first-rate company that does first-rate work! They are probably a little more expensive than other contractors, but you get what you pay for, as they send REAL plumbers. I can only speak as to Mike's work, but he is a skilled plumber, has a great demeanor and attitude, and truly cared about making this whole experience as easy as possible.Thanks, Olin Plumbing, for the great work!

I had a bad experience with another company and was yelled at and made to feel stupid and they were too busy to even give me an appointment.I search the internet for another company and found Olin Plumbing, which was very polite to me. This was late on Friday and they came out first thing on Monday morning. Bob was the person that was sent and he knew exactly what to do. There couldn't have been a nicer person than Bob.

While attempting to change up my kitchen faucet, ran into a valve that would not stop leaking. It was after hours and I needed to call a 24 hour plumber. Olin came up in Google search. I called them and they gave me a service call quote. The plumber arrived on time. Was courteous and professional. He completed the job in less than an hour. Even gave us 2 Olin Plumbing coffee mugs! I highly recommend Olin Plumbing.

Olin Plumbing is the best. Derek is the man. I discovered a leak outside coming from my water meter. Called water department they shut me off and told me it was on my side. ( Of-course on my side . ) I called 6 plumbers and all they told me tomorrow or 4 to 5 hours and that they call me back in 1 hour. Of course that didn’t happen. Feeling frustrated and about to cry I decided to Google plumbers for my area. Lone and behold there is Olin Plumbing. Read there reviews which were all 5 stars. So I said what the heck can’t get any worse then what was already. I called and a lovely young lady answered. She was very courteous, efficient and answered all my questions. Thank you very much for that. She ask me a couple of questions and asked for address and said she would send someone right out. With in the hour Derek was at my door. Derek knew exactly what was going on and I didn’t have to explain it again. There was no middle person. There was only a professional plumber. Derek went above and beyond for me. Olin Plumbing is the only plumbing company I will ever use .( Hopefully not to soon )I would recommend them to everyone I know. I would give them 10 stars if that is possible.

Maurice and John were very professional and did an excellent job with installing my new water heater. They spent time explaining new details about the new water heater and cleaned up after they were completed. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and skilled plumbing service. We called on a Sunday and they had someone there the same day but the problem seemed to have fixed itself. Their tech “John” tried to find the problem but to no avail. Come Tuesday night, it returned. Once again, they sent “John” after hours to take care of the problem and this time it was still there. Both toilets were backed up. He had to remove the toilet and snake the line. Didn’t finish till after 10:00 at night. I have to add that my mom lives alone where the job was performed and she felt very comfortable with John and his kindness. He was a very professional and even talked to his office to help offset some damage f the service charges. Would definitely recommend and will use on future needs.

We have an older home that had a wet bar in the living room. While doing some updating, we decided to remove the wet bar and wanted to cap off the pipes from the wet bar so that we could build a subfloor over top. Made an afternoon appt, but Joe from Olin was able to come out in the morning instead did an awesome job! Our house in on a well and the water shutoff valve wouldn't completely close off, but he had the knowledge and tools to work around those challenges and cap off the pipes. Would highly recommend Joe and Olin Plumbing to anyone needing reliable work at a fair price!*Updated 1/20/2022*Just had David and Anthony out today to fix 2 outside faucets and a leaky water shutoff valve. Replaced an external faucet used for gardening. Job well done by plumber (Israel) but pricey. Although I paid $380 it would have been $410 without coupon. As a retired veteran on a fixed income, this repair was costly. See picture below.

Amazing service provided by Joe who was very knowledgeable, clean, courteous, and professional! I found Olin Plumbing on Angie's List and so glad that I did! I called their office around 4 pm on Friday after finding water puddling coming from the wall on the side of my home. Judy answered the phone who was very concerned and caring and stated that she would get someone over as soon as possible. Within a half hour I received a call from Joe who was en-route and arrived very shortly thereafter. He found the problem and fixed it fairly fast. I called Olin after another local plumber was not able to solve my drain blockage problem after 2 visits and $541 in charges. Joe arrived and I told him upfront I was seeking a second opinion. Absolutely, the fastest response I ever had from any plumber. Literally, Jennifer answered the phone by the third ring at 3:30 PM on a Friday. Scott, the plumber, was out with in 30 minutes to access were the leak was located. He speculated that it was in the ground since the piping under the bathroom faucet was dry. The owner came out the next morning to confirm that we did actually have a pipe leaking in the ground/concrete (yuk). They shut off the water. Then the restoration company came out and did their mitigation work by removing the affected flooring. Scott came back on Monday morning and broke open the concrete floor, exposing the leaky copper pipe. They replaced the pipe and concrete. Excellent work. Everything was done with in 72 hours; start to finish.

Highly recommend! I was dealing with a pesky clogged kitchen-sink drain and called Olin Plumbing. They were at my house within two hours ON A SUNDAY! I specifically worked with Estevan and he had the clog fixed in less than 30 minutes. He was punctual, professional and shared lots of helpful information to hopefully avoid this issue in the future. All around great organization.

Seeing your shop's parking lot fill up with water during business hours is never an enjoyable experience and then realizing that there was a plumbing issue and a service call / repair in your immediate future was not much better. I found Olin plumbing by their google reviews and they took my phone call at 8:30 pm on a Saturday night and scheduled a time to come out and evaluate my problem for the next day. There was a technician on premise the next day by noon and we had situation under control within a couple of hours with no disruption to my business. Joe, the plumber / technician, couldn't have been nicer and more pleasant to deal with throughout the whole situation. He did everything he could to minimize the impact to my business, find me the most cost effective solution, and include me in all phases of decision making. The owner, Derek, also showed up the first day and came out the day after the job was completed to make sure all work was done to his satisfaction and to make sure I was pleased with the work and didn't have any questions or concerns. I had also gotten a second quote which they originally gave me a better price when I had my shower handle replaced. Sorry I forget the guys that came but they did a great job.This time the turn off turn on valve for the toilet was leaking. It also needed the part that brings the water into the tank. I had a water heater break in my garage and was able to get Mark from Olin Plumbing out to my house within a day to get me a quote for replacement. A good experience from start to finish. Alex helped me diagnose a hidden leak in the drain arm behind my kitchen sink that was damaging my entire wall and cabinets and then Richard and John fixed it up very professionally. They did everything to code and didn't cut corners when one of the fittings needed wasn't in stock at the local supply store.They stuck with it to find an acceptable fitting and didn't charge me for time they spent trying to track it down. Communication was clear and easy and everyone was very pleasant.

The toilet in my master bath was leaking and constantly flushing by itself. Joe quickly diagnosed the problem, which was a crack in the bowl and gave me a fair estimate to have the toilet replaced and included labor. He completed the installation in about an hour and left my home spotless. I called Olin Plumbing to help with potential backflow valve issues and John and Ramsey came out the next day and quickly assessed that there was no issue. We use Olin Plumbing annually at Valrico Animal Clinic to test our backflow device. I always get someone on the phone when I call, which is such a lovely departure from the normal phone tree. Their service is very prompt and their office team is very communicative.

Joe has done work at my house before and is truly a master at his craft. Not only does he know what he's doing, he takes the time to explain what he's doing and offers suggestions on things that could be improved. Plus, he's great to just talk to. Within two hours the water heater was replaced and working.I have come to the point that I know what I'm getting with Olin Plumbing (and Joe); quality work. The prices are what I believe to be fair (some may consider them high), but again, you get what you pay for. Plus I don't have to spend time and energy getting quotes and hoping the plumber I selected is any good. Olin Plumbing is a known quantity for me and I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs.

We recently had a new washer/dryer installed. The hot water hose that was connected to the hot water line was completely stuck on and we couldn't get it off (neither could the company that delivered the washer/dryer combo). We needed assistance with getting it switched out so we didn't damage anything.Judy was very friendly and personable on the phone and did what she could to schedule the service at a time that worked for us. She also was very on the spot with calling when Joe was on his way. Joe came out to the house and did everything he could to get the line changed out. Since the hook-up was a little old and loose, he told us that he may have to cut into the wall to change it, but would do everything he could not to. To our pleasant surprise, he was able to fix it without having to cut into the wall and everything is working great. Thanks so much for your professionalism and taking care of the customers! We definitely will recommend Olin to anyone who has a plumbing need!

They charged my 86 year-old grandmother $1,600 to replace a water heater. Olin plumbing took advantage of a senior citizen in the worst way.

Not only did he clear the drain, but he was so pleasant to talk to. He was extremely friendly and made sure to educate us on why the drain was clogged and how to prevent clogs in the future. He even double checked with us if he should come in with his tools through the front or side door because he didn't want to risk dripping anything on our carpets. I couldn't recommend him more! I didn't imagine the end of my plumbing fiasco would end with me being happy and writing a positive review! But it has indeed. Hubby tried to fix a leaking tub faucet which resulted in a cracked pipe. We shut the water main off for the night and made an appointment for 8am the next morning. Joe arrived exactly on time! He was super nice, let my dog kiss him and never made us feel stupid for making a worse mess out of our initial problem. To be fair, the pipes were super old and he said it probably would have broke on him too. But he didn't HAVE to say that, lol. The job ended up being more extensive than he first thought but he stayed as long as it took and was cheerful through the whole thing. He cleaned up after himself too.The job did end up costing a bit of $$ but it was very fair considering the amount of work he had to do and new materials. On a previous problem a plumber had quoted us an outrageous amount just to open the wall and look at the problem. Definitely happy with Joe and Olin Plumbing.

My mom has been told by another plumbing company that she needed major work done (tub removed/floor removed, etc). We called Olin Plumbing for a second opinion and Ramsey and his partner did a wonderful job. My experience with Olin Plumbing was great from beginning to end. I called on Friday evening to set a leak repair appointment. The phone representative was friendly and professional and made my appointment for Monday morning. She gave me a courtesy called to let me know my technician was on his way. My technician, Richard was not only on-time he was early. He was a friendly and genuine person. He made the repair and educated me about the pipes in my home. The pricing was fair and the completed job was done well and he left the area better than when he came. I will be happy to work with Olin Plumbing and Richard again!

This was the second time we have used Olin Plumbing, and again, they have exceeded our expectations. Our plumber, Scott, not only fixed the blockage in our pipe quickly and with no mess, but he also offered helpful advice on how to prevent it from getting blocked in the future. Plumbers are not cheap, but I found Olin's pricing to be fair. It is very difficult to find a trustworthy plumber, but I feel confident that I have finally found one in Olin.

Had a serous water leak coming from the pipes to the water heater. I was able to stop the immediate problem by cutting the water at the street valve. Called Olin, expecting that because the situation was no longer an emergency, that they would delay the service call. To my surprise they came right on over. Replaced the old leaking pipes with copper pipes and replaced the old cut-off valve and did the 2-3hr job for only $275.

From the first call there was coordination and friendliness. Joe came out and did his job in a professional and courteous manner. Thanks Olin.

I made an appointment for them to come out and fix a shower issue I had. I left work early to be able to meet them at the time they said. They call me about an hour into the time they were suppose to be at my house, but only to tell me they can’t make it. I understand things happen and sometimes you can run late, but for a company that advertises they are open 24 hours and just not show up?! I have no running water and did I mention I left work early? Then they wanted to quote me on a project that they haven’t even see yet! Everything happens for a reason and I was able to find another company to come out and help me with my issue.

Buck did a fantastic job!He arrived right on time to replace our garbage disposal. He provided an estimate of cost and how long the job would take. I called on a Tuesday night. OLD house with OLD plumbing. The entire house was backed up. Alex came out and went above and beyond, offering to do even more. The plumbing in my bathroom was In terrible condition. Pipes were leaking, tied into old cast iron, not properly secured with straps , and without proper pitch. This jerry- rig plumbing was done by other so called plumbers. Finally, I called Olin Plumbing to see if they could finally fix all of the previous mistakes made by others. I cannot recommend, too highly, this company and the plumbers that came to my house. They explained to me what was wrong, why it had to be fixed, and how they were going to fix it. It ended up that my entire bathroom needed to be re-piped. The job took all day. I am extremely happy with the work and the price. This company will have all my plumbing business in the future.

Just moved to Wesley Chapel last year and needed to find a good honest plumber. I think I found a winner in Olin Plumbing. Mike came out to repair a leak in a copper line a did a great job. Judy in the office called ahead to let us know when to expect Mike. Just great customer service.

New home repairs can be stressful (especially for first-time homeowners!), but Olin Plumbing made it easy from scheduling to service. Bob was a knowledgeable and friendly plumber who was honest about what I needed now vs. what we will need later on down the road. He explained everything thoroughly and took the time to not only provide the garbage disposal replacement that I had initially scheduled, but to also help with a problem in one of the bathrooms in our home as well. Although I hope other issues don’t pop up, I now know who to call if they do!

Our Condo Association had a pipe rust through and was discharging water. This pipe was outside fortunately but needed immediate attention. Olin sent Doug to investigate and remedy the problem. Because a gate valve was not functioning properly he couldn't simply turn the water off. So he cleverly bypassed the meter so that he could remove the bad pipe and replace with copper. I found his expertise to be exceptional and am thankful for calling Olin. The work was performed quickly, efficiently and professionally.

I called Olin early on Sunday morning with a plumbing emergency. They called me back soon after I left a message, and within a few hours Buck came out and fixed my problem for a reasonable price. I was assuming it would cost A LOT on a Sunday for an emergency, but the minimum they charge for off-hours ($205) is applied to the cost of the repair--I'd say that's very reasonable. Also, the parts they used to replace the parts that had caused my problem were way better--they obviously care about quality. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience, and I'd use them again.

I called because my garbage disposal unit wasn’t working. All it needed was a simple reset and Estevan along with Ant. Took the time to teach my nurse how to do it moving forward, as I’m a paralyzed veteran. They were here for all of 2-3 minutes and said there was no charge.I had they same issue with red cap plumbing. Unfortunately, they charged me $200 for the same issue and the 2-3 minutes they were here.Thanks to Estevan and Ant, Olin has gained a new customer moving forward!

We called Olin Plumbing on a Saturday because we had a leak in our water softener and could not figure out how to fix it ourselves. The Olin team was super responsive and Ruben was out there within the exact window they said he would be. He was very professional and talked us through how he was going to fix it. Ramsey, my service tech, was extremely professional and courteous. Overall, the service was impeccable. I had a toilet flowing water from the base and the issue was resolved in less than two hours from the initial phone call to Olin Plumbing.

I have used Olin Plumbing services in the past (2015, 2017, & 2022). Their service was and still is great. Their prices were great.Today, Israel replaced a PVC toilet flange. He did a great job, informed me of what he was doing and cleaned up after the job was completed. I give Israel 5 stars.The toilet was already pulled and I reinstalled it after Israel left. So the work was simply to cut out the cracked toilet flange and glue in a new flange. Material cost is $35, at the most, from big box stores. The job took about 30 minutes. The charge was $410. That works out to about $750 per hour! I know plumbers are expensive, but this charge is unreasonable. I trusted Olin Plumbing and did not get other bids. My mistake and one that I won't make the next time I need a plumber. I will still call Olin, but I will get other quotes before selecting a plumber.Service = 5 starsPrice = 1 starAverage = 3 stars

First, I appreciated the professional treatment I received upon calling the company. The young lady efficiently answered my questions and assured me that I would receive a call back confirming that I could receive service in just a few short hours. I did receive this call back and Mr. Olin arrived at my house at the expected time. The service was thorough (two toilets had issues) and there were no surprises when it came time to pay. He gave me a few door prizes when he completed the job-- a few mugs with the company logo. I thought that was cute. I would use them again.

My showerhead had a leak and would not turn off fully. They replaced the cartridge, o-rings and seals. They charged $522.50. They price gouge. Will not use again. Will not recommend.

He was at our house on Monday, gave us a quote and was at the house the next day at 8:00am to install our new water heater and water softener. We couldn’t be happier with his work! I called the office (this was well after hours) and Joe just happened to be down the street at another job. He came back and went above and beyond to fix the issue. Several months back I noticed a leak in the wall and was leaving town and had to turn the water off, but on my way back to town made an apt from the road. Joe came out on that Saturday and fixed it. He was excellent. I should have written a review then but today had some water backing up into the house and again called first thing in the morning, asked for Joe and again, he did an excellent job making the necessary repair. I have had a lot of bad luck over the years with different folks fixing different things and always hesitate to get things fixed because I end up with more issues. This is the first time I have written a review and I highly recommend Joe and Olin, they do an unbelievable job. They will always be my first call when I need help with any plumbing issues.

These guys were great. Had a plumbing emergency on Sunday afternoon. Broke a water main pipe & had no water in my house. Called five other plumbing companies, nobody could come out. We moved into our new home in Valrico seven weeks ago. The work to be done was to replace two 28 year old faucets, change the main from pvc to copper and replace three garden hose bibs to 1/4 turn valves, all original.I called Olin, among others, when I moved in to get a prices for this work. Mark came by to price the job and left a detailed proposal at no charge. Two other plumbers wanted $79 to do a proposal.Its now seven weeks later, I called Olin to do the work. Mark showed up timely with another plumber, they completed the work in under three hours and left all work areas neat and clean and they wore booties on their shoes to protect my new laminate flooring. I feel much better knowing the old and rotting faucets are new and the bibs work effortlessly all done by knowledgeable plumbers.Thank you Olin Plumbing for handling this work professionally and yes I highly recommend them.

We had a pin hole pipe spewing out water soaking the drywall. Called Olin plumbing and Maurice was here within 2 hours. We thought the hole was down low but he was able to tell it was higher up and only made a small cut in the drywall. He instantly found it and was able to repair it quickly. I finally found an honest plumbing company I can trust for dependable quality work. It was a pleasure to work with Jose and Ezequiel. They were fixing a water leak in a pipe under the foundation in our master bath. Jose thoroughly explained each step in the process. He offered us optional ways of approaching the repair, so we were comfortable the steps he was taking. He was very skilled and knowledgeable. Jose and Ezequiel were very friendly and professional. I would definitely call Olin plumbing again and request to have Jose and Ezequiel do the work.

We have a commercial toilet that never used to have clogging issues. They came to do a repair because the toilet was leaking 2 months ago. Ever since, the toilet clogs often when it never did before. They changed part of the drain line, and now its clearly interrupted with something they did. They were nice about it, but never took responsibly about the work they did.

Dave and Anthony came out quickly (I had called last night!) and creatively got our water softener working again after a falling ladder broke off a part. We would otherwise not had had hot water as our wh warranty is only valid if the water comes from a softener. They managed to find a solution to make it work while we wait for a specialized part from the manufacturer. Very happy with their service!

It was a blessing in disguise that the plumbing service we usually use didn't respond in a timely manner during an emergency situation on a rainy holiday no less! I could tell that based on her questions, Jennifer, who took my call, had knowledge of plumbing unlike other companies that merely have reps fielding calls. Great Company! From the first phone call to the end of the service call--absolutely professional, prompt and honest. Bob arrived when promised and worked hard to fix a problem drain blockage. He was absolutely wonderful.

After many years using a different Tampa Plumbing Service I felt a change was needed due to different issues with that company. After researching on the web I decided to try OLIN Plumbing.Upon my initial call I spoke with Judy and set the appointment a few hours later I discovered a conflict with the time I had agreed upon, calling back I spoke with Becky to correct MY mistake. Becky was most accommodating and understanding she made the change straight away. Mike was sent to address my plumbing problems (which was a non-plumber attempt at plumbing - WARNING DO NOT TRY). Mike arrived on time and amazed me by his LISTENING to the issue at hand. Mike then proceeded to make his Professional Assessment after checking what I described, he then gave me the cost quote; I agreed and he went to work. I watched and we chatted while Mike worked, never did this man stop working during his time fixing my problem. Upon completion he even took the damaged/discarded materials with him even when I offered my trash can to him. I must commend this young man on his Caring, LISTENING his Skills, Professionalism and Work done. The next day I thought there was a dime size leak in the area, I called Olin's and spoke with Jennifer she wanted to set an appointment for a re-check to which I said let's wait it might be due to the water coming back on, 24 hours later that seems to be what it was as all is Excellent with Mike's work! In closing I must speak to the Professionalism and Caring that I encountered with everyone I dealt with at OLIN PLUMBING. In regard to Mike's skills, knowledge and caring are exceptional. Our experience with Olin Plumbing was without flaws, but I will name a few of the most valuable characteristics to us. Joe was very personable, knowledgeable and kind. He was right on time and eager to help. I would rate the entire experience a 10/10.

Joe was great and did excellent work. I couldn't give five stars but that's not Joe's fault. My kitchen sink came loose from under the granite counter top and pipes underneath came apart so sink could not be used. I called the following morning but was left without a sink for 8 days.

Called Olin and Doug came out and fixed my kitchen faucet that had no pressure- and he cleaned up after great service! Thanks again Doug.

I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Olin Plumbing, which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling Bob to come out and see what was going on. Bob was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. It's Easter weekend and they didn't even charge an emergency fee. I can tell you I will never use another plumber other then Olin Plumbing. And suggest them to anyone who wants an Honest, Reliable, Respectful and Reasonably priced company to deal with. I had an emergency where my bath vanity faucet was leaking and I couldn't turn off the main water meter. The water was leaking not only in the bath but was going into the hallway. After I called Olin Plumbing, Doug came out in just a few minutes. He immediately turned off the City's water meter. He then turned off/repaired the leaking vanity faucets. Olin Plumbing was a lifesaver. We unfortunately had a kitchen pipe burst late one Friday night. We had to cut the water and we had quite a bit of flooding in our kitchen and living room. On Saturday morning we started calling plumbers. To be honest Olin Plumbing was about our sixth call that morning. We figured that Saturdays must be a busy day for plumbers, so called the big national guys (i.e. Benjamin Franklin, Roto-Rooter, etc.) because we thought they would have enough man-power to service us on on such a busy day and on such short notice. Wrong. These places were telling me that the earliest they could get to our house was Monday or Tuesday. Keep in mind that it's Saturday and we have no running water- we couldn't shower, flush toilets, wash dishes, drink water from our fridge.... Nothing. I finally decided to look at local plumbers and noticed Olin Plumbers had great reviews. I called and the woman on the line was really sweet. She made me feel like she understood my situation and that this was a really stressful moment for us. I honestly thought she would tell me they weren't available until later that week just like the other guys, but to my surprise she told me they would have someone out to our house within the next hour.Sure enough Bob was at our house later that morning. He was kind, professional and did a great job. I really hope I don't have to call a plumber again any time soon, but if I do, I will be calling the folks at Olin Plumbing.

Doug of Olin Plumbing fixed a broken flange and installed a toilet for us. He is really friendly, was on time and did a great job.

I called Olin Plumbing because I needed someone to unclog my kitchen sink. I had tried doing it on my own but was unsuccessful. Funnily enough karma this company was not my 1st choice. I called another company who had really get reviews but unfortunately they were all booked up until next week. However they were nice enough to refer me to a couple of places and this was one of them. They were able to come out the same day that I called, even earlier then originally stated which was a plus 4 me. Ramsey was the plumber who showed up to my house. He was very nice, funny, respectful, quick, and most importantly he fixed my sink. I will definitely use them again in the future

Doug repaired a long time slow and frequently clogged drain for the back of the house plumbing. He was quick, clean, and thorough and did some additional small cosmetic repairs. Customer service was excellent as well. Will use Olin again.

I had a hot water heater that was leaking and called several plumbing companies to come out and give me an estimate for a new one. Joe from Olin plumbing came out and had the lowest estimate and he did not try to sell me something that I did not need for my home. Joe put in my new water heater that evening and replaced the old non-standard pipes that were on the old water heater and even put in a cut-off valve that was also missing from the old one. Joe was very friendly, polite and professional. I was able to use the online coupon and saved even more money. It was a great experience and I would recommend Olin Plumbing to everyone I know. I definitely have a new plumbing company that I will use in the future for my plumbing needs.

I used Olin to do a MAJOR repair on a commercial building. Repair took about 3-4 hours total, cost=$2400. But it had to be done and it involved tearing up a small square of concrete floor and repairing leak underneath. I had to hire a different company to replace the flooring that was removed but overall this job went smooth. Unfortunately for us we continued to have a leak at our building. Called them back and found 2 toilets running in a unit, service tech said he would take care of both. Took about 15 minutes. I did not ask for a price upfront because I assumed it wouldn't be much, small job, repeat customer, hometown business....my mistake. ALWAYS get the price first. I was billed $265 for ONE toilet fill valve replacement! I was in shock, I still am. And only one was replaced despite seeing and stating BOTH would be replaced while there. I asked for a discount, I received $30 off. I could've had my handyman do this work for $50 max with materials and I am very disappointed. So moral of this very long story is ALWAYS get your price up front and at the end go and be sure what was discussed was actually done. The service tech left when he finished without letting me know so I had no opportunity to even verify that only ONE was done.

If I could give zero score, I would. Plumber dragged out the work to make sure he used up all the originally estimated time that he said was much more than needed. Then had to call them back b/c he didn't stub out the line to the sink far enough for drywall, pretty rookie mistake. Also had a leak in one of the pipes. We had to fix it ourselves. Terrible!

We initially found Olin Plumbing by asking our electrician and after having them install a new electric water heater in place of the old propane one, we are happy to have found our plumber for life. Judy is very helpful in scheduling around our busy schedules and she is very knowledgeable about plumbing as well. We had a great first experience and now are scheduling for another plumbing issue in the old house we bought. I write this review in total disbelief, and honestly, reluctantly. I believe that people are far more motivated to write negative reviews than positive, and that bothers me. So it requires an overt act to prompt a negative review from me. I'm astonished, because of the many positive reviews of Olin. I am an Ybor resident, and I wanted to support a local business. After reading all of the positive reviews, I felt confident in choosing this contractor. I scheduled a 4 hour window (9-1) on Tuesday, 11/15, for today, Friday 11/18. I was told by Judy that I would receive a 30 minute head's up when the tech was en route. This morning at 9:50, Judy called to tell me that Mark was on the way. She called again at 10:05 and left me a message that Mark was on the way. I missed both calls, but I called her back at 10:20 (30 minutes after the first call) to confirm. She said it was too late, that her technician was at my door 45 minutes earlier and nobody answered. I told her that didn't make sense, because her last phone call was 15 minutes ago, telling me that the tech was on his way. I asked if he could just come back, since he couldn't be far, even if he was at my door 15 minutes ago (which he was not). She said no, she could reschedule me for next week. I told her that was confusing, since certainly they allotted time for my job. I had rearranged my day so that I would be available for this call. I asked her again if she could just ask the technician to return. She said no. I then asked if I could speak with the technician directly, or to the person in charge of the technicians. She said she would have the owner, Derek (sp?) call me back. I waited 45 minutes with no call, so I called the office again. Reached Sara, who said she would check to see if the message had been relayed to Derek. Sara came back to the line a few minutes later to tell me that Judy asked her to relay that she had spoken with Derek, and he said they were no longer interested in doing business with me. Wow!! I was not rude, I was not angry, I was just asking for help and clarification. An owner who is truly interested in customer satisfaction would at least return a phone call. I'm very disappointed in Olin's lack of professionalism, especially considering that their business is right around the corner from me. I am an advocate for Ybor businesses, but this one has failed. As a side note, if you read the positive reviews, most of them are specifically about a tech named Joe. My assumption is that Joe is a great plumber, but the rest of the company is not deserving. I've scheduled with The Clean Plumber (Mauricio) in Tampa for Monday, and if they come through I will be posting positive reviews and promoting their business.

He did a great job of finding the problems, and installing our new faucet & garbage disposal and replacing a hose to our dish washer. We called the company on a Wednesday due to a leak in our toilet. They sent someone out first thing the next morning, Doug showed up on time and was prompt in the diagnosis. Amazing service and knew exactly what was wrong with the toilet. He was missing a part, ran to get it and was back in 30 minutes. Overall, it took only an hour and a half to fix the issue and he was so nice. We cannot thank Olin Plumbing enough for their service and we would ALWAYS call Doug moving forward because he is truly a professional and gave us one of the best home servicing experiences we've ever received. We were having problems getting hot water in our showers and sinks in the bathroom and almost no hot water in the kitchen sink for the past couple of months (when the weather started getting cold no less). My mother had seen the Olin Plumbing advertisement on a bus bench at the corner of MacDill Avenue and Euclid Avenue. We gave them a call to get a free estimate (which they give by the way) to find out what was the problem with our hot water. Joe came out promptly (no waiting around all day) and told us immediately we needed a new water heater.They came out a couple of days later providing us with a new water heater and installed the new one as well as get rid of the old one. Joe said it would take three hours. It ended up being around two and a half. Everything is working fine and we have hot water again thanks to Olin Plumbing. On their trucks they list how they send out only plumbers not service technicians, no overtime charges to customers, and many other benefits you will not see from other plumbing companies.I highly recommend Olin Plumbing for any and all your plumbing needs. They are reasonable priced and do excellent work. Their personal assistant who answers the phone will give you updates if the plumber will be late. Thank you for all you have done. I may call you to get my shower head and other fixtures in my shower/bathtub fixed soon.

We had a lot of company this past week with this being my wifes 60th birthday surprise. We invited a lot of our family to visit for this celebration.Unfortunately too many people cause a toilet program. On Sunday afternoon I called Olin plumbing who advised that Joe would be at our house in one half hour. Joe arrived in one half hour and immediately repaired our problem. **HIGHLY RECOMMEND**I just used Olin plumbing for the first time and am kicking myself for not searching harder and finding them the other times I had plumbing issues.We have had the bigger plumbing companies out for the identical plumbing issues over the last several years and got charged over & over, but the solution never lasted very long. Of course, a service technician (never a plumber) will come back out, but with additional charges and what came to be, no long term fix.I chose Olin plumbing because they sent Felix, a plumber who spent the extra minute to diagnose the source problem and gave a very fair quote. I did have a couple of other companies come out, but no plumber was sent and I did not get a firm sense of confidence like I did with Felix and the office staff, Judy & Danielle. It is really wonderful when all aspects of a project go as smoothly as it did with Olin Plumbing.

Just had Joe from Olin come out and fix an issue I had with my hot water not going to one of my showers. Fixed it in 30 minutes, Joe was very friendly, and he left my shower cleaner than when he got there. I called their HQ on a Monday afternoon, and they were able to get Joe out to me within 48 hours. Plus they are locally owned and operated.

Olin Plumbing was very responsive and sent Joe out very quickly. Unfortunately the repair for a simple leak in our tub turned out to be very expensive. I don't think Olin Plumbing was any more expensive than any other plumber would have been, but they weren't cheaper either. I do believe Joe did a good job and the problem is now fixed.

Doug did a great job replacing my 1971 bathtub shower fixtures including the valve with minimal drywall disturbance and was also fairly priced.This project required cutting and re-threading galvanized pipes in the wall which not in an average homeowners wheelhouse or at least mine.Thanks again Doug.RC

I’ve used Olin Plumbing for over 15 years, most recently today. They continue to exceed expectations. Every time I’ve used them, the office staff has been friendly and helpful and a real, licensed, experienced plumber was sent out and today was no exception. Richard and Clay responded today to repair a leaking shower faucet. The fixture was 15 years old and presented complications, but the work was completed in a very professional manner, without peripheral damage, and at the price quoted. RIchard and Clay were both Clean, friendly,, and very professional. They were also very respectful of the cleanliness of our house and floors, choosing to wear shoe covers. I will continue to use Olin and strongly recommend them. It’s good to see a great company remain great over the years.

We had leaks in the kitchen in the past, had another. We called Olin and Bob from Olin came over started to check for the leaks, digging was involved, but Bob found that the original pipes were not done very well, I saw the cement portions on the pipe connects and they were very weak and leaking. We decided to have the pipes replaced from under ground to above. Bob and Mike started the job, and they were great, friendly and experts at the profession of plumbing. They came early and right to work, short lunch and right back to work, always keeping us aware of what was being done. After the job was done they tested everything, and had made sure our plumbing was in line with latest regulations. Excellent experience. Needed a garbage disposal replaced and could of gotten an appointment same day but scheduled for next day. Was given a 4 hr window and a call 30 minutes before arrival. Anthony was very hospitable, did great work and left the house clean when he left. Would highly recommend!

We woke up today to discover water seeping onto the floor of one bathroom, and sewage backing-up into the tub and shower of two bathrooms. This was very upsetting. Richard from Olin came to locate the clog. He was very professional & reassuring. Richard quoted a reasonable price and kept us advised during the repair(s). I, a grandmother from out of town, was babysitting my grandkids for a week while their parents were on overseas trip. A water leak developed in the garage floor and I read the various reviews and called two plumbing companies. Joe from Olin's was very helpful and explained a couple options. After figuring out where the leak was, he was able to break up the cement and repair the copper pipe, in a very reasonable time without costing a small fortune. I would definitely recommend Joe.

Judy was fast in getting my on the schedule for a tub leak and Joe was wonderful to work with. Unfortunately the leak fix was only a band aid to the larger problem of old steel plumbing, but Joe took the time to walk me through all my option repairs. Richard came out and immediately found the leak and repaired the pipe. He even upgraded some of the surrounding components. Richard was very professional and quick. I am sure this could have been a costly repair if we would have used a different company! We will definitely keep using Olin Plumbing and request Richard.

You know the day isn't going to go well when you get up and discover there is no hot water. It gets even better when you go out to the garage to check the water heater and discover the floor covered in water. Obviously beyond any do-it-yourself fix, so called Olin Plumbing, who we have used before, around 9am. Bob from Olin arrived about 2 hours later and when a plumber tells you he has never seen this problem before you know the day can't get much worse. Problem was a gas water heater that rusted out around the flue and solution was a new water heater. Fortunately they had a replacement heater at the shop and someone was bringing it to Bob. New water heater installed in about an hour after arrival at our home, total time to remove old heater and install new one about 2 hours. Excellent service that we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. After today Olin Plumbing is our plumber forever now.4/3/23As I said Olin is our plumber forever. Recently remodeled our bathroom and new shower valve seemed to not be giving any cold water. Jose arrived as scheduled and In the process of checking the shower valve issue he also noticed that shower wasn't draining properly. They fixed the shower valve so that we now get hot and cold water then worked on the drain and discovered that during remodeling some cement and grout had gotten into the drain and was causing a partial blockage. Drain was cleared and we now have a properly functioning shower. Great service and cleanup when job was done.

Had a RO system we purchase installed. When it was initially installed it was very loose. I sent a video late night and received a very speedy response early the next morning. We had a very urgent issue with a gas pipe that was cut during construction. We called Olin Plumbing and they were very nice on the phone. I spoke to Judy and she took all my information and said that they could have someone come and fix it today. She was right! Within the hour we had David Cortes come and he fixed the problem right away. We were very impressed with him because he texted when he was on the way, and the text included a picture of him so we knew who was going to show up. Once he got there he evaluated the situation and sent us the Estimate along with pictures. We approved the estimate and when he was done he went over everything with the home owner to make sure they were happy. We were able to pay over the phone.We received our receipt and paid invoice with the before and after pictures-very cool! From the outset when I spoke with Judy at Olin Plumbing, she really made us feel at ease. She was courteous, friendly and listened to our needs. Because of our busy schedules, she was able to schedule a technician the next day to come and address our issue. Our technician's name was Joe. Joe was remarkably professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient throughout. On a separate occasion, we had a clog in the drain that was causing backup in the dishwasher and the sink. Joe snaked the piping up to five feet and charged us a very reasonable amount. What's more, is that Olin Plumbing guaranteed the repair up-to a year. Today Joe helped fix the leakage on our reverse osmosis water filtration system. He completed the work in record time and was able to stop the leak, all at a very affordable rate.Needless to say, we are very pleased with his work and would be glad to have him back if the need arises in the future. Should you ever run into any plumbing issues, specifically request for Joe as your technician, you will not be disappointed!

Outstanding company! Woke up to water all over the garage floor that was coming from our water heater; not a good thing. Had zero experience with plumbers in the area so Googled plumbers in Apollo Beach and selected Olin based on the number of great reviews they received. Scott arrived early afternoon, diagnosed problem, gave a reasonable estimate of cost and within a few hours we had hot water again. AND the final cost was under the original estimate, how often does that happen??? Olin has a customer for life.

Joe, from Olin Plumbing replaced one of our gas water heaters today.We have used another plumber for years, but on a Sunday I could not get them to respond to my call. My husband called Olin and Joe was here in less than an hour to stop the water streaming from my ceiling and subsequently to replace the unit. I found him to be efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and extremely courteous. Joe from Olin is my new plumber.

I called for a stopped up sink around 7pm and got a plumber at my house first thing the next morning even though it was the 4th of July! Without charging us extra, Joe came out and fixed my problems, including calling the owner in to check out an electrical problem. The owner deemed the problem more than he could handle, but he recommended an electrician right away. The owner was more than willing to take credit card payment over the phone from the home owner. They were both professional and friendly, even helping me wrangle my escaped cat. I would definitely call them again!

My issue happened on a Sunday. Olin Plumbing was the only responsive plumber. The sent John out initially and he was professional and was able to isolate the trouble. The job was a major issue and they returned to do the expansive repair. Bob and John returned to finish the repair. They fixed the issue and actually came in under the expected costs. I appreciate the professional attention we received and the fact that everyone I dealt with was pleasant and proficient in their job. Olin will be out new plumber!!!

I woke up to a broken pipe in my front garden. I called Olin Plumbing and they were out very quickly. Once there, John and Ramsey did an amazing job, were professional, very nice, and were reasonable with the price. They even took special care to make sure none of my plants were damaged. GREAT SERVICE & PEOPLE!!!My Main Sewer line was backed up and stinking up my house. We looked upplumbers and found great reviews on Olin. I called them and they were out in an hour. Scot was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what needed to be done and the cost involved. As Scott started working in began to pour rain, but it did not keep Scott from fixing my problem.Once completed he went over the bill and all was great.

I called Olin Plumbing on 07/21/13 because I did not have any hot water. Derek answered the phone and was at my house less than 45 minutes later. He replaced the water heater part and I had running hot water within 90 minutes. He was very friendly, he knew what he was doing. The response time from answering my call and arriving at my home was incredible. I would highly recommend him to all my friends. BTW did I mention this was on a Sunday with no extra charge. Vince did an amazing job taking care of the bathtub issue we called them to come out for; which was scheduled the next morning after calling. While there we asked if he could look at a couple of toilets that we were having small issues with and he fixed those as well. His work was very clean, he left no mess, and was very communicative throughout the process with options. I just purchase my 1st house 2 months ago. 2 out of 3 toilets we're not working correctly. Called on a Sunday at 6pm and they were at my door in under 24 hours. Mike was helping me, very knowledgeable and kind. I had 2 valves relplaced and it was almost $400 I thought that might have been a bit high but I get it, for that speed, convenience, knowledge, and service, you might pay a couple of bucks more but very very worth it.

David and Anthony were on-time, very courteous and highly efficient. They diagnosed the several plumbing repairs I identified and were able to repair two, and set up the third for a follow-up visit after we purchase a replacement faucet set.

Had a valve (that shouldn't have been there in the first place, thanks previous owners) go bad behind the master bathroom wall. Called Olin, and they sent out Doug. He got to the issue quick and got it handled. The cost was way better than I thought it would be for the work done. Will call them the next time we need something, for sure.

We had a water heater break on Thanksgiving Day. We called one plumber who said they would call us the morning after, once they procured the replacement heater. They didn't call. When I called them, they said it would be at least Monday before they could get to it. So, I googled and found Olin. Olin answered right away, sent someone out to find out exactly what was needed and had a new tank arrive within an hour. In the meantime, Joe came out to remove the old tank. He was very knowledgable, polite and hard working. It wasn't an easy install given the tight fit but Joe made it work. He cleaned up once done and even repainted the yellow post that by code must be in front of the heater when it's in a garage. He also fixed a shower head that was unrelated to the water heater replacement. The fast, skilled work of Joe and the responsiveness of the Olin team is why I will use them for future plumbing work.UPDATED 11/26/18:Believe it or not, our other water heater started to go on this Thanksgiving weekend. (It still worked but there was a small amount of water dripping down the outside of the heater. As mentioned above, I would use Olin for future needs so we called them. As it wasn't an emergency, we had them come out the Monday morning after Thanksgiving. Doug (new to Olin) called around 8.30 am to let us know he was on his way. He arrived shortly after 9, determined the while the heater might be able to be fixed, it was beyond warranty and towards the end of it's useful life. We decided to replace. I'm glad we did make that decision. When Doug removed the old tank, you could see there was rust on the bottom. Who knows when it would have eventually given way. We told Doug that we need to leave the house but noon so if you do the new install in under 2.5 hours, go for it. Doug worked hard and fast. It wasn't the easiest replacement as it was in a 2nd floor closet. But Doug got it done, double checked everything AND cleaned up in under 2 hours. Well done! Thanks, Doug.

Terrible experience. I was given a quote to install a whole house water filter system, water softener, and under the counter RO system. I was rescheduled for service twice. When the plumber came to my house he was disrespectful. Telling me that I brought cheap equipment and he could have got me a better deal. He was upset because he had someone else's truck. Told me that the softener tank was defective. We called the company that made it and they told him what he needed to do. Said he needed to keep checking his phone because he's planning a honeymoon. It was easy to see he didn't want to be there or do the job. After complaining about the work he had to do, he went back to his truck and gave me a revised quote that was 3 times more than the original. I politely told him to leave. I called Olin and the first thing they asked me was if I thought the revised quote was fair. Unreal.

I Had a clogged toilet that was backing up into the tub. Mark came within an hour and fixed everything. Contacted Olin Plumbing to inspect the old clay pipe in the 1930 bungalow. 5 minutes with the camera confirmed a complete blockage requiring all new pvc from the house to the street. This cost was $350 which seemed a little high given the amount of time, but whatever. Doug gave me a quote which was incredibly high but understandable given the amount of yard to be dug up for all new 4 pvc pipe. He and his partner Christian helped me out by suggesting I could save a bundle by trenching the yard myself which I did. Saved me about $3000. Upon returning, they were efficient and quick connecting me up in about 3 hours. I'll use them again if needed and recommend them to anyone needing to replace the original clay pipe.

So what a way to end my week!!! Last night before I left for work I went to take a shower and discovered I had a main line blockage. The toilets were bubbling the other tub was filling with water etc. I got home from work this morning and called Olin. The call was answered with a friendly voice and my info was taken and I was given a window as to when I could expect the expert. 9-1 was the time i was given. At 1145 I got a call letting me know it was going to be a little later. At about 130 Mike showed up. He was kind, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. When I explained what was going on he confirmed what I had already suspected. With in a few he had the drain clear and draining. He suggested the correct things needed to completely remedy my issue from coming back. The great thing was the honesty !!! He didn't try to sell me items I didn't need. I have used Joe at Olin Plumbing a few times, and I have always been impressed. He usually comes the same day I call even though it's not an emergency. The office will call when the plumber is on his way so you don't have to wait at home all day. That is the biggest display of customer appreciation to me! My first experience with Olin Plumbing was about 2 years ago when I had a problem and found them in Home Advisor. The guy who came out was quick, efficient, polite and a pleasure to talk to.Then, a month ago I needed a plumber again and called Olin again. This time another employee came out, a Kid, actually, he was prompt but not much of a people person. He quoted the cost of the work, I ok'd it, he did the work and left. After he had gone I noticed that he had spilled toilet water (he had to drain the toilet) on my carport and on my mat. I had to bleach the carport and throw away the mat. Later on I also noticed he had bumped the outside mirror of my car and caused the casing to fall off, which scratched it noticeably.I called the company to advise them of the inefficiency of the Kid who had worked on my plumbing. Judy, the office person took my information and said she'd pass it on. I told her I didn't want anything but wanted to know the owner got my message. To this day I'm waiting for someone from that company to call and acknowledge they had an unhappy customer.But wait, it gets better. Two weeks after my not-so-pleasant conversation with Judy my plumbing problem returned as though nothing had been done to address it in the first place. Olin's work is guaranteed for a year so I called and advised Judy that while I had not heard a peep from the company about my complaint, I was having to call back because the problem, for which I paid a lot of money for, was still with me.She said she would have someone come out, I told her I would not let the previous Kid in and that she ought to send someone else out.At the appointed time and date Bob showed up, he read the work order from the Kid, did more plumber stuff and fixed my problem.I give Olin 4 stars on this review only because the original guy who came out (I believe was an Olin) made such a good impression on me that two years later I still remembered him. (I was told he had retired) I've owned businesses myself and know that you can't always have A1 help. I'm sorry that the present owner/manager didn't contact me to apologize for the shoddy mess the Kid did. They kind of make it up, though, by having Judy as their front person, she's a splendid person to first greet customers.So, because of Bob, who could not have been more personable and knowledgeable; Judy, who listened to me rant about the Kid; and possibly Mr. Olin himself, I'm willing to give this company another chance to make up for sending me the Kid in the first place.

I had a leak repaired outside and the plumber was very courteous and efficient. However, at 7:45 PM that evening, Friday night of course, my water at the kitchen sink stopped flowing:( I called Olin again and tried to fix it myself from recommendations I received over the phone. We had an issue with our sink that was flooding the cabinets as well as a leaky faucet in our tub. We reached out to Olin and they were able to come within two days. We had the pleasure of working with Vince. He’s the nicest guy and truly treats his customers like family. He easily fixed our sink and although our fauscet was a tougher issue he was relentless about making sure he exhausted all options to try and fix it. Ramsey was the plumber that came out on the call. Very fast, efficient and knowledgeable. Able to clear the blockage without making more of a mess than the original problem. When finished made sure all lines were flowing properly and cleaned up area. Would highly recommend this company again.

I called Olin late Friday afternoon and they did everything to get someone out to my house that same day. The problem was a clogged toilet in my guest bathroom so not an emergency. Judy told me she could get me scheduled first thing on Monday between 8a - 9a. I got a phone call a little past 8a letting me know someone would be at my house within 20-30 minutes…. I also got a text letting me know so the communication was great and appreciated. Around 8:30a my doorbell rang and it was Richard and Anthony from Olin. I explained the situation and they went right to work. It was a difficult job but they were very persistent and fixed the problem. Both Richard and Anthony were extremely polite and professional, it was a messy job and they did a wonderful job of cleaning up afterwards. I also really appreciated them explaining everything that they were doing and why it was necessary. I would definitely recommend: and would use them again. I certainly recommend them for anyone with a plumbing need and if you’re lucky enough to get Richard and Anthony to show up you are in good hands!

I had some issues with a new older home purchase ('84 build) and had Derek come out for a walk thru. Joe came out 2 weeks later to address a couple of them. The most glaring was 95 psi pressure coming into the house. Joe installed an adjustable pressure reducing valve so we could bring it down to code. He also replace a shutoff valve. He had to dig out next to driveway to install the pressure valve. Did he put the dirt on the drive? No. Laid out a plastic drop so as not to trash up the driveway. Other than the new shiny brass pipes, you would never know there was any work done. I also needed a new washer outlet box installed which required wall cutouts to access and solder. I will need to replace the sheet rock he had to cut out myself but he made clean cuts to make my repair easy and, again, cleaned up any mess he made. Olin charges by the job, not the hour, which is my preference. Quality, not quantity. Thanks, Joe! No plumbers cracks were exposed in this message (or the job)!

Calling a plumber is never a fun experience, but Olin Plumbing made it the as easy and hassle free as possible. I had a plumbing emergency and had to call late in the day and they had the plumber, Mark, out to my house in less than 30 minutes. The price I was quoted initially was a reasonable flat fee, and that was exactly what I was charged. No after hours charge and I wasn't nickel and dime'd for anything else. Mark gave us lost of helpful info and was super friendly, I'll definitely be recommending Olin and using them for all future plumbing needs!

I had a backed up sink at a bad time (newborn baby of 5 days). I called Olin Plumbing (can't remember who answered but I think her name was Maureen) who went out of their way to make time for us even with a busy schedule after the holiday weekend to schedule the service. Richard at Olin Plumbing volunteered to help us after his normal shift and unclogged the sink, as well as walked us through what to do in the future. Contacted Olin Friday morning, desperate to fix the leak outside my house that was gushing like an oil well until I turned the water off at the street. I talked with Jennifer and she told me somebody would be out that day between 12 & 4. Somebody was.She also told me she'd contact me when he was 30 minutes out. She did.The repairman, Joe, arrived when Jennifer told me he would (3:30), he quickly identified what needed to be done and did it. I also knew what needed to be done and I would be able to tell if he tried to BS meThe Johnson valve is broken and needs to be re-calibrated. Then we'llneed to bore out the piston shaft on the leverage arm, and so on.He didn't try and BS me.Finally, the cost for having the work done was very, very reasonable. In closing, three things to remember about Olin plumbing:1. They do what they say they're going to do2. The plumber that came to my house, Joe, was competent, proficient and efficient.3. Won't try and sell you something you don't need and will charge a fair price for the work that needs to be done.

He repaired the broken pvc pipe, and joint, and secured the spigot with a brass plate, which will prevent recurrence of similar stress and future breakage. There was a plumber at my door in less than an hour. They were friendly, efficient, and very conscientious about keeping the house as clean as possible despite having to dig up many, many buckets of dirt. I had a main line sewer blockage and Olin plumbing was the first company to come up so after reading others reviews I decided to give them a call. My sewer line had no clean out to gain access to the line and my septic tank had never seen the light of day. Derek Olin found the line manually and cut an access point in the line and was able to clear the blockage. Not only did he not charge me for all of the exploratory work, but told me exactly how and what all I'd need to prevent this type of frustration in the event of another blockage, and all without trying to sell me on a huge expensive plumbing job. It's nice to see a company that still believes in old fashioned honesty instead of chasing after the almighty dollar. I'd definitely recommend Olin plumbing to anyone in need of a plumber.

$200 to replace a couple of washers and tighten the bolts! He was here for 38 minutes! I will not be using them again, this was highway robbery!

Plumber Bob arrived and immediately started to address the problem. He noticed that the female pvc coupling was cracked and that it needed to replaced with a copper fitting for better strength. He also mentioned if that did fix the issue that he would install a bypass pipe and valve bypassing the water softener so that I may be able to remove the unit completely to have it service and still have water to the home. Thank goodness it was only the coupling needed to be replaced. I know plumbers charge what they have to do but its costly, I did use their coupon of $30.00 from Angies list to help with the cost and yes I would use them again.

I called Olin Plumbing at 2 PM with a leak in a wall that separates the dinning room from the garage. By 4 PM Richard and Steve showed up, investigated and found the leak. Due to the location of the water heater in the garage, they had to remove a section of drywall in the dinning room. They provided the necessary floor protection and removed the drywall in a neat manner to access the copper pipe. They repaired the leak and cleaned up the area and were gone by 5:30 PM.Thank you Judy at Olin Plumbing for your quick response.

I’ve used Olin Plumbing for a couple years now on several different jobs most often with Richard and Steven. What I like about Olin Plumbing is that they are knowledgeable and understand how to do repairs correctly. They are straight forward both in how they explain and actually perform the work. Doug from Olin Plumbing came out yesterday and gave me an estimate on install of deep sink in the garage. We have PXE pipe in the house so he did not have tool needed to install, had me call to setup an install, I called after he left and they were able to schedule Doug to come back as 1st install today. The sink we purchased legs were cheap and Doug suggested we setup without the legs, this also allowed the drain to line up correctly with our roughed in plumbing that was installed in the garage without cutting the sink backing.Doug also showed me the the trim along the wall was preventing the sink to sit flush, so he offered and removed the trim to make for a nice clean install.If you are looking for a Plumber in Tampa I recommend Olin Plumbing, their pricing was less than other quotes I received in the past. And quality of work is A+!

Olin Plumbing overall has been an absolute wonderful company to work with. My house had severe water damage due to a rusted, broken stack pipe draining water into the floors. Olin Plumbing immediately sent Joe to my house to assess the situation.Joe not only did an amazing job detecting the leak and fixing the broken stack pipe in a timely manner, but actually ended up re-piping my entire home.I had two other plumbing companies come for an estimate on the re-pipe, and they both told me how wonderful of a job whomever fixed my stack pipe did (this of course was Joe).Joe has been very honest and up front with me from the beginning, something I have not experienced with plumbers in the past.Oh, and did I mention Joe helped me get the door open to my bedroom that my three naughty dogs ended up locking themselves into. We just bought a new ice machine for our studio and called Olin Pluming to install it since they had such great reviews online. Jennifer was so pleasant on the phone and was able to send over a plumber that same day. Someone showed up within the hour and was very helpful in describing what we needed and provided us with a quote. Once the quote was approved, we called Olin Plumbing right back to schedule a plumber to install it. Bob showed up the following morning and had the ice machine installed within a couple of hours. He was very professional and thorough in his work. We will definitely return to Olin Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Update: Had Olin come out a second time to fix a leak. They were able to come very quickly that morning and Joe the plumber was very professional and had us up and running in no time.Olin Plumbing was very friendly on the phone when I first called and the technician was able to fix our problem same day even going to get the specialty parts he needed so we did not have to wait another day.

Bob and Sebastian were just great. Polite, respectful, and most importantly they know their stuff!! We had a leak in the kitchen that wasn’t known until water started leaking through the vinyl floor!! They found it, they fixed it. And went to work on the other job(s) we contracted while they were here. If I ever need a plumber again, and let’s face it, I will, Olin plumbers will be my first call and Bob and Sebastian my first choice. You really will be in good hands with these guys.

100% Professional service! I was given a window from 12pm-4pm the day prior, and recieved a call from their office around 1215pm that Joe was 5-10 minutes out. Upon arrival, he explained all the best options in order to resolve the issue at hand. He was clear and fair on the price, and efficient on fixing the task. This is a genuine plumbing business!

Excellent service! We called at 8 am today with a busted hot water pipe set in concrete block. No water for the whole house until it was repaired. They rearranged their schedule to help us. We were slotted for a 12-4 visit but Doug was able to come early and arrived before noon. Doug took what we thought would be a major problem and had it fixed in no time. Efficient, professional and respectful. This will be our 4th time over the years using Olin plumbers, great job every time!

I couldn't believe that I called at 7am and got a real person, especially someone as friendly as Judy. She set up an appointment for between 12-4 the same day with Joe. Joe arrived at 2pm and in 2 1/2 hours he had my old unit out and the new unit installed! Joe was nice, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable and even took time to show me how to maintain my new water heater. He also answered all of my questions about my first gas water heater and showed me how to ignite the pilot light. I will absolutely recommend Olin to family and friends and I will not hesitate to call them should another need arise.

I had a main sewer line stoppage on a Saturday. I called Olin and they had someone there within an hour. And the work was completed in a timely manner and everything was working perfectly. My technician was absolutely awesome. Friendly and professional with a great attitude. I would definitely use these guys again.

12/07/2017 - 12/08/2017I walked into my garage to do some laundry and found water on the floor next to the washing machine I don’t know how oh my hot water heater was because I just bought the house a few months ago but I knew there was age to it. Called on Sunday morning with a bathroom plumbing issue - it is a big deal when you only have one bathroom! Tech Doug was out within the hour - prompt, courteous and fixed the problem asap! So glad I gave Olin a call - they will be the top of list to recommend to anyone with a plumbing issue.

I wanted to get an estimate for a pipe repair leak in our new townhouse and Jose came out assessed the situation and was very upfront about the corrections needed! Very professional! I’d highly recommend Olin plumbing for the bay areas plumbing needs!

Service was very unprofessional and over priced. I felt like the guy doing the work hated his job or just didn't care. I called because my main sewage drain was backing up periodically on the house built in 98. The plumber came and we inundated the system to cause the backup that was frequently plaguing us. He asked if I had a main relief valve out front. Since I'm not a plumber I said I don't know and then he informed me that in order for him to LOOK for a relief valve in my yard he would have to charge me $175. If he was unable to find one he would still charge me and then he would have to pull the toilet and go in that way AND pulling the toilet was an additional charge. After a interesting conversation I told him to go in through the toilet. I let him do his thing with the machine and he informs me that he thinks he got it. I asked if it would be visible he said no the machine didn't pull anything back so it must have been pushed through to the main sewer line in the street. All of this was done with him interacting with me by calling me bud. I have a name and if you don't know it don't make up a random nickname. Oh yeah and the invoice I received had a previous customers information on it. It comes with a 1 year warranty even if the problem comes back I'll call a different plumber. All in all it cost me $400 with. $30 coupon. Only positive thing was that the receptionist was nice and they came out within 2 hours of me calling them that's why I gave 2 stars

Had rusty hot water coming out of the water heater that used to be part of a solar hot water system. I bought a new water heater and installation thru Sears. I got the water heater but the Sears installer would not call back/could not handle the old 119 gallon tank so after many phone calls and two days, I fired them. Talked with Judy at Olin, Jake was here the next day, yes, they needed a second guy to get the old beast out. Jake was great telling me updates, price for extra help. In a few hours, we had clean hot water! They even hauled that old beast away the same day! Olin will be the only plumbers I call from now on. THANK YOU!

Noticed my toilet bubbling while taking a shower and having been thru this before at a different house, I knew I needed a plumber. I called Olin and they arranged to send someone out that afternoon. Joe arrived and very quickly assessed the problem. He called in for support and spent the better part of an hour unclogging my main drain line. Both gentleman were conscientious and polite and were very careful not to damage my floors or walls as they brought in the heavy equipment needed to fix the problem. All is working well now and if I have plumbing issues in the future, I will ask for Joe (don't know his last name--hope he is the only Joe at Olin) again.

We were very happy with the service we received. They came out the same day we needed the issue resolved. We had to turn off the water to the house. We have had and odor to the water coming from our faucets in our master bathroom and have been unable to solve the problem. We have a full house water treatment system, so have had it serviced and bleached. The odor still persists. We called Olin and John Henry came to our rescue. He was unsure as to the cause, so spent time on the phone with his boss. Long story short, they suggested bleaching the drain fixture and the overflow for a few days, to kill any bacteria that may be present. Joe provided excellent service repairing the hose bib I broke after Hurricane Irma reconnecting my hose. He arrived 30 minutes after my call to their office and was finished in less then 30 minutes at 4:55 pm. A little pricey for the emergency service but considering it was Monday after Irma passed it was acceptable.

My dog busted an exposed PVC pipe that I had no idea had active water. Riley was proud of the new backyard fountain she made on a Sunday night at 7:30, but me not so much. We had a very unexpected plumbing issue (leak in garage) and Olin Plumbing was able to come out the next day and fix our issue. I had called after hours and they could have got someone out right away but we were able to shut off the water and wait until morning. Our service guy was Bob and he was very professional and cleaned up the debris from knocking a hole in the wall. The leak was fixed in a short period of time and we have absolute confidence in Olin Plumbing's work. I will admit that Olin Plumbing offers a monthly prize drawing as an incentive for people to leave reviews and it is a genius business plan as people are motivated to leave a review. Often times people are only motivated to leave negative reviews, as a warning, so it is great to see well deserved positive reviews flourish all because of a little incentive to do so.

I was anxious about calling a plumber. For about a week I had been noticing a small water leak sheet flowing across a corner of our garage floor. I tried seeing if it was something I could fix myself, but wasn't sure if the leak was in the wall where the service line came into the house, or somewhere else. I called Olin on a Monday in August at the recommendation of a co-worker who had used them in the past. Scott came out with his son Gino, and they determined that the leak was most likely either in the wall or in the garage floor. As it was late in the day by the time the problem was diagnosed, they returned at mid-day the following Tuesday and proceeded to jack-hammer the garage floor to make the necessary repairs to the water line and rebuild our connection to the supply line outside the house. Scott and Gino were very polite, they worked diligently, and were very knowledgeable regarding the repairs. The concrete garage floor was patched and the line hasn't leaked since they rebuilt our service connection. You never want to have to call a plumber, but if we need to do so again in the future, we will call on Olin again.

Olin Plumbing came out within an hour of my initial call on a Saturday when an outdoor pipe burst. Along with their timely service, the technician, Bob, was very professional and quick. He even went above and beyond. We will definitely be using their services in the future.

In the time I was waiting for them I got quote from 2 other plumbers, who would be doing more than the two jobs I asked them to do, and Olin quoted me 2x as much to do less workMoved into a new house with some minor plumbing issues. Techs came out, acted like it was an easy fix, they just needed to find apart, they would call later that day for an estimate. I ended up having to call in twice to ask THEM if they had the estimate, i was always told youll have it later today. Over a week later they called to tell me they couldn't find the part.Long story short. They wasted a week of my time in which I was without a shower. I called another plumber and they fixed everything today.Overall unimpressed and upset with the time they killed that I could have been using to get someone to actually fix the issue.

David and Jordan did an excellent job! Our hot water went out and they were able to replace the tank the next day. They were friendly and professional. Did a thorough job and explained everything, including a breakdown of the cost. They went above and beyond to position the tank so we could access it more easily. I recently (8/16/2018) received service from Olin Plumbing performed by Joe and the service was performed to the highest standards. For the back story- about six years ago, I was being fleeced by a very unscrupulous plumbing group that was trying to sell us every ridiculous services imaginable instead of just doing the job. By the grace of God, we found Mr. Olin. He came personally. He did not send some technician to sell us on services we did not need and I have never even thought of calling anyone else since that day. His prices are always fair and the work superior. Is he the cheapest ? No. Is the service worth every penny and more ? YESNow, in the past few years his business has grown. I worried that he had to hire people and they may not be up to his standards. DON'T EVEN GIVE IT A THOUGHT. The people he has hired follow the same high standards as Mr. Olin. I have met three of them and most recently Joe and all were fantastic. You can call other plumbers but have no idea why you would.

It is such a relief to have a go to plumber now!!

We called Olin plumbing to help with a slow running drain and a leak under my sink. Joe arrived on time, was very pleasant, and fixed everything very fast. We liked our service so much that we had another issue with our water line to our dish washer so we called Joe, Came out again and replaced our line pronto. I would definitely recommend them and Joe especially.

Amazing!!! Amazing!!! Amazing!!!We had a clogged sink, a broken sink, and some other minor plumbing issues that we needed addressed, so we called Olin plumbing to schedule a same day service call. We can truly say this has by far been our best experience with a plumbing company. They weren’t able to fix the broken sink because the part needed had to be ordered, but as soon as the part had arrived Joe was back at our house getting the issue resolved. He was great. Very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. Worth every penny! We can’t say enough good things about him. It is no question that we will definitely be using Olin plumbing again.To Dereck Olin:Joe is a keeper!!!

Fantastic service from Judy and the plumber, Bob. Judy is pleasant, personable, and was willing to go the extra mile to help me out. Bob was sent to the house, and did a great job diagnosing the issue and providing me with possible solutions to the problem. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Although their prices may be higher than other plumbers, I feel that the work they do is absolutely worth it. I would much rather pay to have excellent service and be comfortable knowing that the job was done correctly.

We have used Olin for both our business and our home. Quality work and service every time. After trying several plumbers in the area, we look forward to continue working with Olin.

Having just moved into my new home I wasn’t expecting my shower and toilet to back up every time the facets were being used. When I googled plumbers in Tampa each company I called took my info but never got back to me but when I came across Olin plumbers the Tampa location, I spoke to Lindsay who reassured me help was on the way. Boy was she right! Danny, Lee and Brandon went up and beyond to make sure my issues got resolved. Having a newborn and my grandmother visiting with and osteomy bag I was worried what we would do but those gentlemen made sure my family was aware they weren’t leaving until the problem was fixed. They were kind, efficient, professional and walked my family through every step along the way. I definitely recommend this company to anyone in the tampa area needing help! I can’t say enough good things about these guys but I will say I am just grateful for them! Thank You !!!

I had a couple issues and wanted a real plumber to take care of. I read many reviews on sites trying to decide which one. I chose Olin because they are family owned and had many great reviews. The appointment time was in the afternoon, but they shortly called me back and said they could be here before noon ! Doug was very friendly and knowledgeable. One of my problems was a not so normal problem. Doug was able to fix it though with no problem, in no time. I waited to write this because I wanted to see if the problems reoccurred. I'm very happy to say that it was fixed and no more leaks. Yeaaaa I will always recommend Olin Plumbing.

Would recommend to anybody in the Brandon area. I will use them again.

It was a wonderful experience. They came on time, got right to work, finished earlier than we thought, cleaned up, were so pleasant. David and Jordan were the plumbers who came and I would recommend them.

I had the opportunity to need the services of a plummer so Icalled Olin Plumbing. I had a terrific experience. They wereon time , very professional and very courteous. (Great personality)I was given a quote before they started the work. The workbecame a little more of a problem, but the stuck to the quote.I could not be more satisfied. They are my plummer for life. Theplumbers name they sent me was Doug. Doug was awesome.When I need a plummer in the future a will be asking for Doug.

Richard and Steven came out to help repair drip from water heater valve. Also helped to inspect other plumbing areas around the house. They were very efficient, professional, and fair. Would recommend using Olin plumbing.

Very Professional. The owner showed up within 30 minutes of my call. 30 minutes after that we had water again and our weekend Bar-B-Q was saved. The cost was comparable to the others that I called if it was a weekday.

Had Richard and John come out to do a free estimate on a leak. They were both professional and honest. They even went above and beyond and addressed a couple other concerns I had. Luckily nothing major. If I ever need plumbing services in the future, this company would be my go to (especially if I could request Richard and John!)

Bob did a wonderful job took his time to make sure everything was done right. When we ask to do another repair he did it asking no question s. We would recommend Olin to our friends.

TLDR: bad business practice and extremally unprofessional company, the 'plumber' didn't knew the basic of his job and we needed to talk him through it, find some other company.Explained the issue over the phone saying there is a leak. They said they charged 285$ for just coming out, they arrived same day which was great but that is where it ends.They came and said there was a leak (We know, we called you to try and fix it), and we should bring a leak detection company, and charge 285 for it within 5 minutes of arriving and wanted to leave.They didn't even try to understand the issue or try to see were the leak was coming from. (even as we showed the video of the running water and location of the leak).Only after we hand held them and walked him through it by phone to cap the water line (surprise it was the supply line to the fridge which is visible and accessible) that burst in order to get the water back on and then they wanted to charge extra even though on the phone and the plumber himself said it would be 285$ at the job site.Pretty much just bad business practice and extremally unprofessional company to say the least, you also pay them and also tell how to do the job, pretty sure if we haven't told him to check the water meter after turning on the water (to see if the solved the issue) he wont have done that.

On a Saturday July 3rd 2021, at 8:00 AM I called with an emergency job at my mom’s house while I was on business in Texas. They came recommended from another plumbing company I called first that couldn’t get there that day. They Odin were one of the most courteous, professional, responsive, companies I’ve hired since living in Florida. The job was DONE by 11:00 AM the same day. The price was extremely reasonable and I could not recommend them more! The tech, Richard G., was super nice and the workmanship was great.

New appointment on 12/1/20 and the same type of exceptional service from the initial phone call and appointment to Joe(plumber) showing up getting the job done right. I’ve used Olin Plumbing on 4 separate occasions and each time the appointment making , quality of work and plumbers are fantastic. Joe(Plumber) was extremely professional, knowledgeable and was great for giving pointers to issues to look for. He replaced the inner workings of the toilet along with an outside faucet that was leaking. Joe was extremely friendly and would recommend him and Olin Plumbing for plumbing needs.Called Olin Plumbing and was able to get squeezed into there schedule on the same day. They sent a young man named MARCUS who went above and beyond to get the job done right. Marcus was very professional and polite. This is the third time I’ve used Olin Plumbing for plumbing needs and will not be my last.

Ramsey service/quality/professionalism is A+++ I would definitely recommend. It was super last minute and was able to take care of my drain issue fast.

We had a very positive experience with Joe from Olin Plumbing this morning! He was here less than an hour after we called (on a holiday, no less!) and fixed our plumbing issues very efficiently, all the while explaining to us exactly what was going on and what he was doing so that we were informed. The price was fair as well for the amount of work he did.

Doug from Olin Plumbing came last week, looked over and found my issues and gave me an estimate. They found the parts, scheduled an install, Doug came back and got everything working.Both visits he was respectful, to the point, and in the end did great work. Not only that, but unlike some other plumbers I've had in the past, fully cleaned up after the work was completed and verified everything was perfect. Guys like this is what earns repeat business.

Jose came out to look at my garbage disposal. He was punctual and professional. He provide great explanation and prevention strategies. Great service!

I had a terrible clog in my kitchen sink. John Henry came out and got the clog removed in under an hour! He was professional, friendly and talented. Such a relief to not worry about my sink backing up! Will use Olin again for all my plumbing needs!

Just had a service call from Olin Plumbing. It was our first time using this company, but we will definitely be using them again in the future for any plumbing needs. Scheduling and office communication was fast, easy and very customer friendly. Ramsey came to our house to investigate and fix a pipe leak issue in one of our bathrooms. He was extremely knowledgable, friendly and efficient with the fix. He gave detailed explanations on what went wrong and what fix would be needed. He was also very clean with his work. He also reviewed the pipes in our other bathrooms and gave suggestions to consider so we do have another leak issue in the future. Extremely happy with the service we received from Olin Plumbing.
