I needed some old flexible pipe removed from my house due to insurance requirements. I called Total Plumbing Solutions and spoke to Charlie F who asked for the details of my issue and then scheduled a visit to the property. He called me back with an estimate and the company followed up with a written one. I scheduled them after i obtained a few estimates. Their estimate was the best one. We scheduled the work out a couple of weeks which was fine with me and I feel sure he needed to schedule the personnel because it took a total of four plumbers all day. The first time I met Charlie F was the day of the work and early afternoon. He took me around the house and showed what he had done. While walking through, each plumber I met introduced themself. I was very impressed with how polite they were. As we looked at each faucet, Charlie explained what he had done and pointed out what he had installed and why. I was sooo impressed! Each time I called the office, every person was as nice as could be. I even got the owner once.. We are considering what ways we can use this company again. I fully recommend them for your plumbing needs. The company website is very informative and you will be able to see the folks who work there.
I was extremely impressed with TPS! Specifically, the exceptional customer service and quality work they provided. I came home from work after a long day to find water leaking from the pipe underneath my kitchen sink. I called TPS and the woman who answered my initial call in to schedule the appointment was outstanding. She asked me some questions about the leak and I’m sure could hear the panic in my voice as she reassured me that she would send a technician out right away. When Tommy arrived he was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He evaluated the leak and before he did anything explained what he would need to do to fix it. In addition, he provided the cost (which was extremely fair) and confirmed I was in agreement before he fixed it. He made sure everything was clean and back in order under the sink before he left my home which was greatly appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of plumbing services.

I HAVE WATER AGAIN!!! Thank you Frankie & Bo!! I needed a replacement kitchen faucet installed and the sink needed to be remounted and and water lines hooked up. Discovered that I had a leak at my water heater at 6am on Black Friday. Called around to find any plumbers that would be available or what steps I could take until someone could arrive. The technician was very professional and thorough, my bathtub has a history of clogging up. It took the technician awhile to unclog it and made double sure it was unclogged. He cleaned the area before he left. Also he quoted me a price for the job before doing the job. I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors for their plumbing needs.

I needed a spigot repaired and called a couple of companies. Recalled an old friend of mine from junior high and high school owned a plumbing company. Remembered he was a good guy and wanted to call someone I could trust. Low and behold, he sent some guys out and they arrived when they said they would and charged less than everyone else. I had them replace two more spigots. They finished faster than expected and went a couple extra steps and put all the dirt and rocks that I dug up to find the underground spigot without me asking. Called first thing in the morning because of a back up, the night before, at the washing machine, which flooded garage & backed up into kitchen sink. I was told they'd have someone out that afternoon. Got a call back a few minutes later and was told they could send someone over right away. Awesome! A leak had begun in my downstairs area, directly under my bathroom. I called my kitchen contractor and he immediately recommended Total Plumbing Solutions. I called the office ASAP and they promptly scheduled me an appointment.

Ted was relentless in figuring out our plumbing issues this week … Devin, was the same, a few months ago. Super friendly and knowledgeable, while explaining things so clearly.
Typical plumber, crack and all. Charged $169 to tell me to order parts (faucet cartridge) and told me they'd cut me a break on return visit as it would only take 2 minutes. When I called back, they wanted $169 and that was a 'break.'

It's unfortunate you have to lie to cover up a poor, well deserved review. The water softener setting was changed from 8 to 20 - a few clicks of a button. There was no water check and consequently, the salt was also incorrectly set to potassium salt. And although I did mention I bought from a friend at Winn Supply, I called Toto for part as directed by your plumber. When the part was installed, by a 'competent' plumber, he stated the part was not needed and the difficulty in moving the handle was due to calcium buildup - something that would have taken your plumber 2 minutes to identify if he actually removed the handle.
I did not dispute initial the trip charge of $169. I was told by your plumber that he would cut me a break on charges to install the cartridge as they were there for less than 15 minutes. The rest was noted in my original review.

Excellent service! We had a terrible smell in one of the bathrooms, and had no idea where it was coming from or how to fix it (tried all the stuff I found on youtube with no resolution). I’m in the commercial roofing business. I asked for a professional plumber to come out and access the commercial roofing drain/pipe that was potentially clogged.
Ted came out, was very detailed in his findings and helped our client to understand that they had a stoppage in their cast iron pipe about 22’ from the drain bowl.
He ran cameras down the drain provided video and photos for the client and “we” both recommended to the client that a bigger pipe(6” diameter) should be installed to receive the large amount of water that runs to this drain.
I believe the client has asked for pricing from Ted and Total Plumbing.
Thank you for your professionalism and detailed explanation of that situation and hope I was able to get you more work.
I will definitely reach out Ted and Total Plumbing in the future for my commercial projects that require a plumber.

I had a new sink installed by the countertop personnel and needed the sink, faucet and drain installed and the pipe reconfigured a little. I went from a double bowl sink to a single one. The plumber was there one hour and the dishwasher did leak at that time, however, he said I needed a new one and that the leak would stop. After he left I noticed two leaks. One from a supple line valve and the other from the dishwasher line. When I called back I was advised that the dishwasher was my problem. The plumber did call back and said he should have replaced it (valve?) and it was on me. However, he did not come back and fix it. Thank goodness a neighbor stopped by and told me what to go buy at Lowes and turned off the main water supply for me so my wood floors were not ruined. So hopefully the nice neighbor will help me change out the valves. He also said I did not need a new dishwasher. Soooooooo One hour and $300.00 later I still do not have everything under the sink resolved. Sigh.

There are not enough words to say how much I appreciate Frank and this company. There was an initial snafu, but the company worked to get it resolved right away. Frank provided a detailed explanation as to what was required to install my faucet and dishwasher. We had already checked them out on Angie's List and they had received nothing but A's ... not one negative response out of 108 customers ... that is impressive. But, now I know why. They were able to replace our 50 gallon gas hot water heater the same day we called. Charlie, their lead plumber, and his assistant were as nice an they could be and extremely professional. About 6 months after purchasing our home in 2018 we found out the plumbing/ pipes underneath the slab were flaking and deteriorating which was causing clogs ( house was built in 1971). We had no choice but to re-plumb our home (or deal with clogs every 3 to 6 months ongoing). Total Plumbing Solutions was highly recommended and so we gave them a call. We are so glad we did because their team exceeded our expectations.
They cut into the slab running from the guest bathroom, through the kitchen, and out the back patio and installed all new plumbing. They filled the slab when finished, and all of this only took a few days. Considering the size and scope of this project, Total Plumbing made it stress-free with their professionalism, attention to detail, and responsiveness. I will only use Total Plumbing from now on, and I recommend you do the same. Great work, great people, great price.

Ted was a rockstar. He righted the wrongs of my previous plumber, plumbed in my washing machine, and more. After he clocked out, he stayed to help me hook up my washing machine. It's a good thing he did, because the machine was giving me non-stop cold water. He alerted me to the fact that my solenoid inlet valve was busted but that it would be an easy fix for me to do, and it was. If Ted had not been my plumber, I would have either paid huge dollars to get my washing machine fixed or have believed I needed to buy a whole new one. Update: I originally gave 2 stars due to a new employees lack of professionalism. Right after I posted, I was contacted by the Owner or 2. They did everything in their power to make up for the issue, and they truly did. Next day, they were at my home and temporarily fixed the issue until I go ahead and get a new hot water heater. I had another company out earlier in the day, who couldn't find a fix. One of TPS's techs found the simplest of fixes within minutes, when the other company couldn't. I was blown away. I will be replacing my water heater very soon, and my business will go to no one else that TPS. Their communication and techs knowledge are second to non. Thanks TPS....you'll be hearing from me soon for that new water heater.
Frank correctly diagnosed our clogged septic line; told us what it would take and we set our appointment for repair. He came out on time and corrected the issue ( not an easy fix), but explained the issue and solution. Price as quoted and we’re better off today than before the issue. Highly recommend these guys.

I came home to find water all over my garage floor. The water heater had died. I called and was told a plumber would call me back. Frank called me and had me text a photo of my water heater so he could see if they had it in stock. Frank was very knowledgeable and efficient. He replaced the water heater pretty fast and I was very impressed with Frank. After he finished changing it out, a snapping turtle came in my garage and he casually picked it up and took it out to the grass. I would recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!!

We have used Total plumbing the last 3 years now. Frank, the owner, is the sole reason I’ll never use them again as he called me “full of shit” when I had him come over to check out a water system that was installed by an employee that’s no longer with them.. this employee did a hack job of a setup, and after a 3-4 months of it being installed I wake up one morning and the freezer lines bursted, flooding our whole condo.. Frank assured me this is not possible for this line to be disconnected w/out someone tinkering with it, called me “full of shit” on my claim & became extremely defensive for no apparent reason. Unprofessional beyond belief from an owner & you should be ashamed

Total Plumbing was GREAT!! I am in construction and a highly competent DIY'er and I know quality work and fair pricing when I see it. Rob showed up on time, SOLVED my problem with a practical recommendation and allowed us to get on with our project. Two other companies quoted us literally outrageous prices for what was a relatively minor fix that I did not have time to do. In a world of overpriced, often shoddy work it's great to know there are companies still around who believe in quality work and fair prices. I would recommend them for any plumbing repair or project. No need to call anyone else!
Also, I read through the very few negative reviews on here and I believe that these are simply unreasonable, difficult homeowners who haven't the first clue about what quality plumbing repairs cost so do yourself a favor and just ignore them!

A paver company accidentally ripped out the sewer pipe going from our house to the street. Total Plumbing had Devin and a couple other guys (didn't get their names) out here at 8AM the next day. About 9 feet of pipe was replaced and tested in a little over 4 hours. Devin & crew were outstanding.

I was very pleased with the services received by Total Plumbing Solutions. I was greeted by Promise over the phone, she was very prompt and professional. She was able to schedule a technician to come out to my property within hours. When the technician, Tommy, arrived at my house he was also very professional. I have used Total Plumbing several times before and have had great experiences. When I first called this time they said they were booked out over a week. We received a phone call later that day stating they could be out the next day between 10am-12pm. Ted punctually showed up shortly after 10am as promised. He was very friendly and professional. He fixed our clogged pipe from the roof. It took him a few tries up and down the ladder, but he got it done on the first trip out. Thoroughly running the water and flushing the toilet afterwards to make sure the issue was truly fixed. Great company, great service, excellent employee. Highly recommend!

We have a 50's home with cast iron drain lines. We were having constant issues with our shower draining very slowly. I was worried about having our pipes hydrojetted due to the age and them being cast iron. Tommy and Charlie ensured me that they could jet the lines without damaging anything. They did their thing and we have not had any issues with slow drainage since then. Everyone was great to work with and I would not hesitate to use them again.
Needed my water heater changed after it started leaking all over my garage. Tommy came out and explained everything to me and cometed his work very quickly and professionally. Great company.

I requested a quote as I'm performing a project to upgrade a toilet. I brought in 4 different companies, and just by looking and making assumptions, I received quotes from 3 different companies. With Total Plumbing, vice-president came in, asked me where my sewage line was as I need to add a toilet, I said I honestly do not know, he was not comfortable on giving me an estimate until he found the line. He gave me an affordable price to find it, I accepted, they came in and gave me a most to close accurate quotes for different options and let me know exactly where my line is. I was very happy with the service they have provided so far.

Reached out to Total Plumbing at 11am on a Friday assuming we’d likely get an appointment the following week, but was pleasantly surprised to have someone over to look at our shower faucet in less than an hour. Tommy and his assistant were extremely nice and knowledgeable. They explained everything in easy to understand language and got my faucet fixed in a timely manner. Even more amazing was the price being cheaper than what they had originally quoted me, which is usually the opposite when we have used other plumbing companies in the past. We will definitely being using Total Plumbing in the future!
We are teachers with really limited time to fix problems so when our sewer backed up into our bathtubs, we knew it was going to be a bad day. Charlie ended up helping us out and was so kind and understanding about how hard it was to get home at a weird time with school kids in our classrooms. He fixed the problem super quick was limited mess and the price was really reasonable (we had a whole house stoppage so that can get expensive and this was manageable). The other thing I appreciated was that we have septic and they called before coming out and asked if we’d had that pumped recently because they did not want to have us pay them just to tell us to clean out our tank. That was so thoughtful. They’re about way more than the bottom line and I’d recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much Charlie!
