Explained everything completely and thoroughly. Presented estimate and got the ok before doing the work.

Tore out old tub unit ripped out old flooring and plumbing and replaced it all then put in new shower. He stayed until he finished the job about 10 at night. Took him all day . But he did such a beautiful job all by himself and didn,t give up. Mitch was a super nice guy and I highly recommend him for any job. He deffinently gets a five star as he is a hard worker and a delight. Thank u

Orlando was very professional and personable. He explained everything that he was doing and was very knowledgeable. He not only took out the old water heater and installed a new one, but he helped me take out an old slop sink and capped off all extra lines. He cleaned up after himself and got rid of all old material. You don't always have a kind person coming to do work, but Orlando was great with my 82 year old mother. And he enjoys his work. I will be requesting him if I ever need services in the future. Orlando went above and beyond his duties. Very satisfied. Thank you!

Shower and washing machine water was not draining out of my pipes. Technician found that the issue was not mine. It is a park issue. He discussed the problem with park maintenance and they are working with the technician on solving the problem.

Duane came to my house and was absolutely amazing, he answered all the questions I had and actually reassured me about a few other things. I’m waiting for the camera to come check out my lines but I’m ready to see how things look within my old cast iron plumbing.

Great service and friendly Professional technician.

We called All Pro because our toilet was running constantly and our shower was backed up. Todd came to the house (on time) and listened while I explained our problem. He diagnosed the issues and we discussed the costs. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. Todd was able to replace the toilet and fix the clog in the shower quickly and efficiently. We will definitely call again if needed.

Joey did a great job installing our utility sink. His carpentry skills came into play as well as his plumbing skills.

WOW This business is straight up, accurate, doesn't half step, or play around.
All I can say is WOW!
From the lady Michelle who sent someone out immediately on a Saturday, to Duran the plumber who responded to my plea for help for a sewage backup, to the supervisor Ben that came on Monday to diagnose and price out the job, all the way to Mike (and God forgive me I forgot the young gentleman's name) his apprentice who worked hard as hell to get my plumbing corrected from a really bad home flipper who had no clue what the heck they were doing.
The work they messed up wasn't even close to compliance with codes & if ALL PRO hadn't come to my rescue, my home may have been deemed uninhabitable due to raw sewage leaking under my home.
These gentlemen worked 12 hours at my home in the heat and under a mobile home no less, in dirt and did everything right; with the proper plumbing and corrected every issue I had. $5600 well spent for an entirely new & proper sewage & drain system that's up to code.
They cleaned up and put everything back like they found it.
I will never use another plumbing company for the rest of my life.
I'm a senior lady and they all truly looked out for me. God will bless all of you for being honest, fair, polite, and most of all helping an old lady out.
If I could adopt each and every one of them I would!

You guys quoted me 2500m.o.l. and the job took your guy 20 minutes?? Why was it so expensive?? The pics look like. Pvc repair and all of these parts are available at home depot for maybe $100. hell the pipe in the pic your guy sent has a homedepot or lowes barcode on it...

The tech Justin was friendly and nice, he did a great job. Working with and older Mobil home he was able to make sure I could take a shower he installed it perfectly. I am so pleased with the job he did I am booking him next week to correct some bad plumbing and then remodeling my bathroom.. Their prices are reasonable for the amount of work it entails. I highly recommend them and will gladly book again because of the level of customer service and professionalism *****, update had him out to fix the rest of the plumbing turned out to be a bigger job and he did great again love the upfront pricing and the honesty of this company did a great job. Joey did a tremendous job getting my shutoff valve replaced for my home. It was a long and tedious process, but he made sure it was done before my children arrived to stay with me for a week. Very professional!

I am sorry to do this but calling you guys was a mistake. I needed a kitchen faucet installed and the price I was quoted was outrageous, almost $700, I just called a local plumber and without mentioning any of this was quoted a price of $180. Obviously you can understand why I am a little annoyed. The tech who came (Auggie) was courteous, helpful and professional and is the only reason for my 4 stars. The practices of over pricing, double and tripling prices because of the market is not right in my opinion especially when not everyone is doing it.

Editing my review due to significant changes and response from the owner.

The good: The diagnosis was almost instant and for the first time after calling 4 different plumbing companies I felt like someone understood what was wrong, and had a plan to fix it.

The worker who came by worked for 12hrs to fix the drain problem. It involved breaking open the slab, tearing out a shower pan and rebuilding a drain that was every of wrong. The p-trap was attached to another p-trap and that was attached to a drain pipe so clogged it had to just be cut. They replaced all of that and rebuilt the drain including updating it to the correct size drain for a shower.

Initially I was disappointed. In order to gain access to the needed plumbing they had to cut out a row of tile and the initial project plan didn't include a plan to replace or patch that. That was my own fault for not being more clear. I did feel the communication wasn't adequate and I have shared that feedback.

I reached out and didn't initially get a reply but after a few days I was outreached directly by the owner. He took the time to understand and offered a remediation plan that went beyond what was initially agreed to - just to make it right.

I didn't ultimately go with that plan as this whole project revealed deeper problems that need to be addressed more thoroughly but I did value the genuine offer and that the owner and associates here care so much about the customer experience.

Ultimately: I'm impressed. A company that takes responsibility and is willing to go over the ask to accomplish what's needed is rare and something that needs to be elevated. I value the outreach and the sincere effort to help with a situation that has been a nightmare since buying this house.

Hiring again: I would hire All-Pro again and here's why - they appear to take good care of their people, and the owner is willing to stake his reputation on the work they do. It's a level of accountability that isn't easily found, and that is worth celebrating.

Santiago was prompt,professional and personable. You are lucky I’m retired or I would have tried hiring him for my company. You’re service after my call was excellent and office personnel just as polite.

Todd Bishop is an amazing guy as well as an excellent plumber! He is very bright, knowledgeable and put me at ease within 5 minutes of walking in the door. We had a toilet water tank crack which put us down a toilet while guests were in town. Mitchell came out and not only handled that toilet but also handled the other one too as it was heading in the same direction. I also had all 3 sink faucets redone. Mitchell was professional, informative and didn't try to add things I did not need. I appreciate that in a company.

I recently had this company done the repipe for my home. There were so many things were not done properly and they had to sent different technicians to correct it. The technician named Chris and Brian came and fix and clean up the messes other technicians left. They are excellent. They knew what were the issues and fixed them properly. If you are going to use this company, please ask for Chris. He is the best. Because of the good guys the company sent and willing to do the right thing. That is how the company got good rating

We called they sent Justin the next morning. We had a leaking pipe under mobile home. Justin was very friendly and professional. Finished in timely manner and cleaned up after work was done. Called other plumbers in the area left messages but they never returned my call. The call staff was very professional also and made sure we had all the information we needed.

Don't look any further use All Pro Plumbing! Rolando was here today and he is awesome. Not only was he polite, professional and knowledgeable, he shared that knowledge with me. He thoroughly explained the problem we were having and more importantly why it happens. He got right to work and told me he would teach me how to flush the hot water heater myself so I could do the maintenance annually to avoid this problem in the future! Being originally from up north where we are not required to drain our water heaters, I didn't know Florida water is different and a nasty build up happens. Rolando fixed the heater pretty fast and then walked me thru all the steps so I know know what to do. He's such an asset to your company! He was so personable and friendly I can't thank him enough for all his hard work and the education we got. Great service! I will definitely use them again and will recommend to everyone.
