The tech Justin was friendly and nice, he did a great job. Working with and older Mobil home he was able to make sure I could take a shower he installed it perfectly. I am so pleased with the job he did I am booking him next week to correct some bad plumbing and then remodeling my bathroom.. Their prices are reasonable for the amount of work it entails. I highly recommend them and will gladly book again because of the level of customer service and professionalism *****, update had him out to fix the rest of the plumbing turned out to be a bigger job and he did great again love the upfront pricing and the honesty of this company did a great job. I would absolutely use this company in the future!! Louis & his helper Luis were on time and professional. They were honest with their repairs and even went to Home Depot for me to get different material when I had purchased the wrong items. They cleaned up their work space perfectly and afterwards explained the repairs to me. I truly appreciate their hard work and both of my bathrooms are looking brand new! Thank you Premium Plumbing!

Repipe did an excellent job replacing the polybutylene pipes in my condo. They knew I was selling it and worked extremely hard to get the job done prior to the closing date, which they did. Not only do they replace the pipes, they also patch the drywall, so you won't have to find a separate company. The day they installed the new pipes, they did not stop until I had water connected back and working, which was well into the evening. I highly recommend.

He provided us with the information needed to replace our existing 14-year-old unit. He explained the difference in units, costs, and the end value each one brought. He was aggressive in positively obtaining our business by meeting our timeline and budget. Even though we had made our decision, he provided us with incentives for choosing Red Cap. Scheduling and paperwork were easy and quick with an appointment set for the next day.On the day of install, the positive view of Red Cap continued with their install crew. Jose and Brad arrived on time, uniformed and with booties, and installed a portable unit for my wife to use as she works from home. Once the office was set up, they went to work. Having no idea of the scope of a project like this, I was surprised to see them finishing the job as I came home in the early afternoon. The team was more than happy to explain the work they performed and answer all my questions. Jose even went as far as repairing my ladder to the attic and outside garage door. If I had to use one word to describe Red Cap, it would be professionalism! From start to finish, anyone I dealt with was a professional! Not going to lie, a new AC unit is a good chunk of money, but a needed one in the middle of a Florida heatwave! But I was more than happy the Red Cap team convinced me I had made the right choice by going with them!

So I panicked when I first saw the water on my floor, I didn’t know what to do or where it was coming from so I turn off the water going to the toilet and hoped it would stop the next morning. It was clear that it had gotten worse and the plumber was needed the first few guys that came out I kid you not we’re literally scam artists they were explaining to me all kinds of things talking about how I need to replace all the plumbing in my and it’s going to cost thousands tens of thousands because of a two-story home. Finally I decided to get a third opinion before going with one of those estimates and luckily I did you think that with a name like experts they really be, but they are!!! Trust of these guys they will not charge you. They immediately showed up and explained how the previous diagnosis was anything, but a professional they explained how with this other company they were able to use leak detection to find it. It took several days in the water was turned off the entire time, which was only a minor inconvenience but luckily it was only one line for the hot water, but once they were able to detect it, they were back the previous day and were able to repair it both going through the foundation, digging up the pinhole leak and replacing it with a new copper line, and then even re-pouring the concrete some of the people that were planning on tearing apart my bathroom where the leak wasn’t even wouldn’t even pour the concrete again I’m telling you get other opinions. There are just terrible people out there that will scam you. Luckily this company isn’t one of them if you’re looking for a plumber, you found them!

Mark and Dakota came out and installed my toilet. They were AWESOME!!!! Professional, polite, courteous and efficient. They installed my toilet quickly and even cleaned up after themselves!! I would give 10 stars if I could. :)
