Seeing your shop's parking lot fill up with water during business hours is never an enjoyable experience and then realizing that there was a plumbing issue and a service call / repair in your immediate future was not much better. I found Olin plumbing by their google reviews and they took my phone call at 8:30 pm on a Saturday night and scheduled a time to come out and evaluate my problem for the next day. There was a technician on premise the next day by noon and we had situation under control within a couple of hours with no disruption to my business. Joe, the plumber / technician, couldn't have been nicer and more pleasant to deal with throughout the whole situation. He did everything he could to minimize the impact to my business, find me the most cost effective solution, and include me in all phases of decision making. The owner, Derek, also showed up the first day and came out the day after the job was completed to make sure all work was done to his satisfaction and to make sure I was pleased with the work and didn't have any questions or concerns. Great Job by a Great Staff and Company!!! I found my plumber for any future problems or repairs.

Joey was amazing! I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. We called because our shower would not turn on in the house we bought. Joey quickly located the problem and fixed it. He stayed for a little while longer to ensure there were no issues with the running water. Joey located three leaks we were unaware of and got them repaired. I called All American on Friday morning to get someone out to look at my AC unit. I was happily surprised that they would be sending someone out to look at it later that afternoon. Just before my appointment, Dalton reached out to me stating that the technician who was supposed to come, had to go home sick. Dalton said he would have someone come out at 9am on Saturday morning, and he would be waving the weekend emergency fee which I thought was absolutely amazing, and above and beyond what any company would do.

Saturday morning rolls around and I end up waiting until noon with no call from a technician. I call the dispatcher who reaches out to a technician who claims he would be at my place in 45 minutes. After waiting until 2pm, no one still came by my home. I cannot under any circumstances recommend this company to anyone.

They made a quick appointment due to our water running, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Would recommend to a friend.

Return visit from preventative maintenance on Friday as thermostat not reading, correct temperature. Corner stone technician diagnosed the issue quickly and repaired at no additional cost due to having a contract with them. Very satisfied with the corner stone team and thanks for the prompt service!😊👍
