I am a pretty handy person and do most of the basic work myself like changing fixtures etc. I exclusively use Red Cap for the more troublesome jobs such as a pinhole leak in a copper pipe in the concrete inside the sleeve and water comes up in the middle of the master bedroom 4 ft from the nearest pipe...That was exactly my problem on a Friday night when I called Red Cap at 5:00 pm. As usual I expected very good service like I always get. (I have used them 3 times before). This time my experience went beyond excellent so I decided to share it with everyone.Bill M. was at my rental house by 6:00 (read fast service). He is amazing at what he does. He very quickly wrapped his mind around the problem we were dealing with. He did no more than necessary damage to walls/tile in locating the problem (and let me tell you that the way he found that leak was almost like he put the leak there himself!!). He took the time to explain to me what my options were carefully and honestly with no intent of up selling other services. After the repairs were done, he took the time to ensure that there were no other pinhole leaks which is likely in my situation. I definitely do not want another plumbing problem but if I do I will ask for him by name.There is no doubt he is an excellent plumber. He also is one of the nicest and most honest persons I have come across in a very long time. I do hope to run into him at a restaurant so I can have a drink with him. We call Bill and other members of the red cap team to our homes during some of the most stressful situations. Working with someone who is pleasant makes a big difference in the entire experience.

They went above and beyond to complete the job despite running into some complications. The pipes have been a problem for a while and they were determined to fix the issue and succeeded. Be careful with this guy he is a crook his name is Tony Castro dark skin Spanish and English this guy does a lot of cocaine and has a gun in the under his seat of the truck of the van report this been very violent
