While they were very good about getting to me in the middle of a heat wave, which I greatly appreciated, there was no follow-up on the status of needed parts. I called 6x over 2-days and each time I was told the technician was contacted and I would be called shortly. No call was ever returned. I find this all extremely disappointing because I have been a loyal customer for over 7 years. I understand the heatwave and staffing shortages, but it does not excuse failing to return a call, especially when I am told someone would call me shortly. When I asked to speak someone I was told they are just answering service. Very disappointing experience and I hope this is not a sign of Fox going forward.Follow-up: Fox did come through. Unfortunately it took the negative post. Nevertheless, the service I received was what I had learned to expect as a customer for 7 years. Fast and efficient service. It could have been the heat wave it could have been the pandemic or both. I will continue to use Fox, unless this happens again.

Armin arrived today right on time to locate and repair a leak from our upstairs bathroom. He quickly found the problem and then efficiently and professionally repaired it, keeping us informed along the way. He was courteous and the price was fair. We will call Armin again.

Although the 2 service call men who came over to check the pressure and a leaky shower were knowledgeable and respectful, what they were quoting me was way overpriced .... although I ended up paying the $85 service call, I found another plumber who was way more reasonable who had a different opinion that saved me WAY more money.

Also if you're knowledgeable about what parts you need you can go to a Pacific plumbing on Midvale St., or Ferguson because that's where plumbers go to get their parts and you will find that the parts are fraction of what the plumber will charge you for the same part.

I think plumbers in Seattle need a memo that we are not a blank check Amazon or the government ...we are homeowners just getting by ..... You all might be sizing up the value of our homes but that does not mean that we're raking in billions a year...... so stop quoting us what you would corporations!!!!!! ... SHOP AROUND.

We were looking to have a garbage disposal added to our kitchen. Rick and Will came out to asses the job. It turned out our sink pluming would need some updating to fit a disposal as well as to get up to code. They explained everything that needed to happen very clearly. Will came back the very next morning and started the install. It was a nice clean install. I will definitely call Puget Sound Plumbing the next time I'm in need of a plumber.

My company contracted Green Planet Plumbing to do the work for a new construction project. we accepted the estimate they provided. That's when the problems started, they were hard to get a hold of, didn't return calls and didn't respond to emails. I finally got Tyler Brown (the companies owner) nailed down for a meeting onsite and he told my project manager he would be able to start the following week, last week. We haven't heard from him. The whole project is now held up, and with everybody so busy it will be a miracle if we can recover without losing this project and a wonderful client as well.

We used Sewer Friendly to conduct a sewer scope while purchasing a property. Rick was incredibly friendly, helpful, and put in the effort to get our inspection done well and efficiently. This couldn’t have had a better outcome for me. Everything was professionally done & beautifully coordinated between Alie and Drew, and the work itself was difficult & awkward but stunning nonetheless. I am in awe of the tenacity it took to get my bathtub into this tiny little space. I am absolutely thrilled with the work. My remodel was on hold for almost a year because of my tub not coming in and every time I thought it might come in Alie was right there scheduling me into spots in the calendar. it was spectacular!!! Plumbing….., who knew it could be such an exciting experience

Both Don and Jeff were very helpful when I had a leak that turned out to require a faucet replacement. While he was here, Jeff fixed two other things that I brought to his attention. Without my realizing it, he even fixed broken latch on the cabinet under my sink, which had been neglected(!) I will definitely use Quality Plumbing in the future, for both emergency and non-emergency needs.

Not only were the plumber and his apprentice friendly, knowledgeable and professional, they helped me understand the issue I had called about, which turned out to not be an issue in the first place and what to look out for in the future, but they actually helped me address an additional concern that I thought would require significant work or replacement of my water heater, and they were able to find a solution and help me understand what the actual problem was. They were super thoughtful from the dispatchers to the actual plumber and apprentice who came to my home. Additionally they sent me a quote for the maintenance they recommended for my system and discussed potential replacements and ways to improve my system if I ever wanted to replace my current water heater. I appreciated that some of the more expensive things that I had read about as possible solutions, he was able to identify what I actually needed.
