This has been our second time have Sam from Bee’s Plumbing help us. He and Malakai were able to come out the very next day after calling about some minor leaks we had. I appreciated getting a text beforehand informing us about our technician, including a picture, so we knew who would be showing up.After walking them around and showing them our issues, Sam was able to put together a detailed estimate right on the spot. He walked me through some potential difficulties with one of the fixes, which was much appreciated. Fortunately he was able to avoid those, which was even better!They were able to finish fairly quickly and walked me through everything they did once they were through. They honestly went above and beyond with the repairs, even going so far as adding in a preventative fix for us.Before they left, Sam took some time to educate me on the importance of proper winter pipe care, which was greatly appreciated. We haven’t been the best about it in the past but we sure will be now!We have been incredibly pleased with Bee’s Plumbing, and especially with Sam’s work. I really appreciate his honesty and thoroughness in his approach.We will definitely be using them again for any future repairs!

Great experience with this company! They were prompt and courteous, and the tech explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. They use licensed plumbers and it shows - Marcos was our plumber and he really knew what he was doing. He showed us all the parts and walked us through everything he did at the end. Our water heater stopped working on Sunday morning, December 4th. Joe, at Bee‘s Plumbing responded to my phone call immediately. He came out with a new water heater and installed it in 3 hours. Not only was it a Sunday, it was also snowing hard. The roads were frozen from the night before. I couldn’t believe that we had hot water in a matter of a few hours. What exceptional customer service! Joe was professional, capable, efficient, and had a winning personality. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing or heating needs. They have also helped us with plumbing repair.

We have had negative experiences with plumbers in the past and always start off a little cautious, but working with Joshua quickly changed our minds. He was very honest about what needed to be prioritized and what could be monitored. He and his partner worked very efficiently and completed the job well before I thought they would. The prices were very reasonable given the scope of what he needed to do for us. I will definitely be calling them again for our future plumbing needs.

Edit as of 01/23/2023:Someone from Bee's Plumbing reached out to me after this review and I have upgraded my initial review from 2 to 4 stars due to the swift and acceptable response.They listened to my complaint and offered to refund me the cost of the X-ray and the amount I paid to replace the two toilet paper holders, as this was their fault.Original Review:I do not recommend Bee's for toilet installations as the prices are quite steep and the work performed definitely does not warrant that type of pricing. The installation of the toilets themselves were fine but the work to fix damage that the technician did as part of the install was very sloppy. I was not offered any sort of remediation for the additional damage.I hired Bee's for upgrading two toilets in my condo because they had the best reviews on Google; however, my end-to-end experience with the toilet installation was definitely not worth the premium I paid by going with this company.I was quoted $6000+tax for the installation of the two toilets during the initial visit as they needed to move and replace the valve due to the uniqueness of the toilets being installed. This also required cutting large holes in the drywall behind my toilets; however, replacing that was on me and that was told to me up front. As I just wanted to get the work done, I accepted the bid even though the price was much higher than I was expecting.As the technician removed the old toilet in the first bathroom, they broke my toilet paper holder. However, they offered to re-install it if I bought a new one myself. Things happen, but this was not really the outcome I wanted as the technician broke the toilet paper holder in the first place.Around 4 hours after the project started, it was discovered that 4 1-inch holes needed to be drilled into the concrete floor per toilet for anchoring. As the technician was unsure whether this was allowed, they went down to my building manager who requested that I get my floor x-rayed (which I was then billed another ~$700 w/tax by Bee's) and also obtain additional HOA approval at the next board meeting for these holes. The positives here were that the technician was very responsive through the whole process from coordinating the x-ray appointment and communicating the issues and the office team for quickly completing the paperwork I needed for the approval. However, this all should have been done as part of the initial estimate as all the instructions were provided at quote time and would have saved me a month.After I finally obtained HOA approval, the scheduling team was able to get the technician (and an additional member) back out the next day.The installation of the first toilet (and the re-install of the toilet paper holder they broke the first time) went smoothly (see first photo).However, for the second toilet, the technician broke the toilet paper holder as well! I did suspect this a likely possibility, so I had purchased two toilet paper holders during the time between appointments. I had the technician reinstall this one as well since the first one went ok. This installation was a bit trickier than the first as there is a pocket door behind the toilet paper holder and this was communicated to the technician. The work here was very sloppy as I am now left with a large knick in my pocket door (see second photo) and drill slippage for the toilet paper holder (see third photo) that I now need to patch. There was no offer of remediation of the situation.

Sam Sr and Luke were very knowledgeable and professional. My nightmare sump pump issues were repaired without stress. They were not messy and quietly completed their work. I really appreciated the expert timely service by this company. I have used Bee's Plumbing in the past and have been very pleased with their work for other plumbing issues. My first to call plumbing service!

Showed up and assessed our issue almost immediately. Within 15min they had a quote for us. We moved forward with the service and they got to work promptly and had our issue resolved within 30min. The crew was very knowledgeable, friendly and provided great customer service.

We had a leak in the wall behind our bathtub that leaked down to the bathroom downstairs. Scheduled a service call and the communication was the best I have ever seen. Our plumber was Tate and he was excellent. Very skilled in his craft and his communication was top notch. I hope to never use a plumber again but when I do it will definitely be with Bee's and Tate!

Tate did an excellent job of dealing w/my toilet issue. I thought there might be a washcloth causing the clog (missing washcloth after friend's 4yo visited yesterday). Tate successfully retrieved the washcloth and the clog was done. I'm so happy he listened to me and the job was done quickly! I highly recommend Tate & Bee's Plumbing!

Mike Armitage was great! My old hot water tank was leaking. Mike showed up within an hour with all the equipment and supplies to finish the job. When dealing with natural gas lines having a licensed plumber is definitely reassuring. In two hours my new hot water heater was installed. Fair price and quality work.

First, they promised to come out on day we had leaking toilet only to call at end of day and say they couldn’t come. Then the next day they came. $1500 to replace a basic toilet! Crazy expensive for such a routine job. Technician was good and very nice.Follow up - Joe the manager called me and we worked through the issue and they made things right. I appreciated that follow up and thus changed my rating.

Jacob and his apprentice were on time, respectful and listened carefully to what I needed. The estimate for the work was clear and understandable. They offered options for me to consider. I had a number of items for them to complete. They were organized, worked well together and were efficient. They cleaned up completely and then had me look at all the work and explained all the details. I would use them again without reservation. And I will recommend Bees plumbing and Jacob to anyone who needs plumbing!

Great experience both times I have used Bee’s plumbing. They are super fast and have been able to get out to see us same day. They actually call when they are en route so you know when they are within 30 minutes of arrival, and they send a message with the technician’s photo and bio so you know who to expect in your home, which is awesome. We had both Marcus and John out on separate jobs and both were fantastic - knowledgeable, professional, and efficient in getting everything fixed. Great service and great people to work with!

After getting quotes from a couple local plumbing services I was nervous about moving forward with Bees seeing that it was among the more expensive options. But my tech Dmitri made the experience worth it! He was on time, very kind, took time to understand the struggles I’ve had with my shower and was able to fix the issue - which he explained was actually really simple. We're so thankful we called Bee's Plumbing to help us.Yesterday morning, we discovered some mysterious water that was coming up from our downstairs shower drain. I called Bee's immediately and they were able to fit us into their schedule. We got prompt messages to let us know when our technician would be arriving.Jacob, our technician, was super professional and communicative about what he was seeing and what our options were. Costs were very clear and up front. Jacob and his partner were able to successfully clear the clog and diagnose the cause of the issue with pictures that we could show to our builder. He also took a look at some other things like looking at our water heater and a loose faucet while he was here. The team cleaned up after themselves and left the area even clearer then it was before they arrived. Jacob also took the time to explain things to us so we understood what was going on and what options we have in the long-term.If you are looking for a reliable and professional team to solve your plumbing issues, I definitely recommend Bee's. The manager Joe called me this morning and offered a refund for the service. He was very pleasant and patient and listened to my complaint. He stated he will investigate the issue as well.Do not recommend! Had them come over for a leak they charge 99 just to come, 650 or so to detect the leak and then quoted me a price of 5000$ more( I had 2 leaks at the house). I informed them I wanted a second opinion. I brought in another very reputable plumbing company and they did the job for 1600 for both leaks!

Josh Stavely was super kind, knowledgable, and patient! We needed an evaluation on our toilet due to a mysterious leak. He made a fair estimate and resolved the issue. We will always go with Bee’s and request Josh! You can’t go wrong.

Bee’s is amazing! We had plumbing issues for over a year and Josh came out a few days after calling and fixed all of our problems in just a few hours! Only a few weeks later my parents water expansion tank was leaking while out of town. I called Josh, he gave me advice while on the phone and he came out first thing Monday to replace the expansion tank. The best company to do business with, we appreciate Bee’s! And we appreciate Josh!!

I called Bee's Plumbing and within an hour a plumber was at my door to look at a leaking drain in my kitchen, along with some other plumbing leaks in my basement. Marcus was very professional and loved interacting with my dog and cat, even offering treats (after asking me of course). After assessing the issue he presented multiple options from full drain replacement to just part replacement. The two fixes I opted for were done quickly and cleanly. I wouldn't call this service provider cheap, but their expertise and way I was treated by Marcus make me confident I'll be calling Bee's for future plumbing service!

We love Bee's Plumbing, not just for their plumbing work, but also because of their exceptional service. We had a kitchen faucet that was leaking and they we're able to send someone out the morning after I called. PJ arrived right on time, and quickly replaced it. He took the time to explain what had broken with the old faucet, too. Going above and beyond, he removed a good chunk of the interior cabinet that had been damaged from the leak, which was so kind of him! While changing out the faucet he identified some issues with our shutoff valves (the rubber o-rings were old and disintegrating) and was very honest about the cost to repair. He had to do quite a bit of extra work to remove some of the disintegrated particles so we could use the new faucet, but even with that, didn't pressure us to do the repairs right away, which I really appreciated given the cost. We also had an exterior spigot we couldn't use because the faucet that had some kind of attachment that wouldn't fit a garden hose. I asked if he could replace it. He was transparent that it would be a big job requiring cutting into the drywall, and instead identified what it was (a broken backflow preventer), removed the broken piece (which we'd tried to do ourselves unsuccessfully), showed me the replacement piece I could purchase myself, and explained how to install. Seriously, the technicians from Bee's have always gone above and beyond to make sure the job gets done and you know your options for repairs. We'll continue to use them for anything that comes up!

The team at Bee's was really great. They came out the next day and resolved my issue quickly. They did have to come back later in the day to resolve something else unforeseen, that was sort of related, but I can't hold that against him. I'll definitely use them again.

Today the City let us know we might have a leak. After investing I found the source and called for help. Great customer service off the bat. Our plumbing support was Sean and Andrew and they were amazing. Walked us through the situation and possible outcomes. They got the work done same day, probably saving us more money. I hope to not need their services again, but if we do, I'll call Bee's again. Thanks, guys!

Julio came to help disconnect and reconnect a sump pump that was in the way of a washing machine install. Everyone I talked to for scheduling was wonderful and Julio did an exceptional job. He was professional and went the extra mile by adjusting when he was doing the work at my house. He wanted to ensure my sump pump was disconnected for the shortest period of time because of unexpected rain. I will use Bee’s Plumbing for all plumbing issues going forward without question!

Purchased a fixer upper in need of some serious plumbing repair due to shoddy work by previous owners. Bee's has helped significantly twice now with separate projects and done a great, honest job at promptly troubleshooting, advising and repairing while helping to keep costs controlled as much as possible for professional plumbing work. Will use them again if needs arise.

Working with PJ at Bee's was such a breath of fresh air. As we all know, costs have skyrocketed during the pandemic. When our 12 year old water heater finally died a few days ago, we called them and Beacon for quotes.Not only was Bee's slightly cheaper, but the quality of work and communication was far superior. They explained why our current heater couldn't be repaired, priced out our options, AND explained the pros and cons between each option. Best of all, they did so in a way that didn't feel hand-wavy or predatory or any of the issues you often encounter with this type of work.During the actual replacement process, PJ and his crew member (missed his name, sorry) were polite, professional, respectful, and downright friendly. They treated our home as if they were working on their own, which is to say with the utmost care and attention to detail. Couldn't be more pleased!

If it's professionalism that you're looking for, get this...I have personally been to their headquarters in Seattle and their base of operations is pristine. I worked with Joe for a vehicle repair and these tradesman do not disappoint. They are true to their word and won't give up until the job is done.I'm very satisfied with this company.

Cameron and Winkley came have been out to our home twice. Their service is exceptional, I will definitely call Bee's Plumbing and Heating again - mainly because of their incredible professionalism.The first time they came out was to look out our water heater that we thought had stopped working. Turns out, it was working fine, and they explained to me how it was working - as well as pressure free recommendations of how we do need a new one, eventually. They never once made me feel silly that it was working fine in the first place.When we had a leak under our kitchen sink, I felt overwhelmed with finding a plumber. But then I noticed my Bee's magnet on the fridge and was thrilled to realize they do plumbing too! Called them up and Cameron and Winkley came back. Once again, superior service, and they fixed the leak immediately. Thanks guys!

Completely amazed. PJ and Team came today, Sunday, and did all their work in a timely fashion and even adjusted a loose-fitting sink plus restored our water access after replacing some needed piping.This business and Team are top notch w exceptional work.

Our outside water faucet would not turn on, so I called Bees Plumbing, Jacob arrived right on time, he was professional and courtesous. Fixed the problem and the faucet works great.He also dicovered that we had a water leak in our water meter,he suggested I call Tacoma Public Utilities, and I did. Mike from Bee's Plumbing was an absolute professional and master of his craft! He came out to replace my aging water heater because I noticed rusty water from one of my bathroom faucets. I can tell Mike is extremely proficient and knowledgeable, completed the replacement in a couple hours, and took the time to keep me informed and ensure I knew how to take care of the new water heater.A couple weeks later, there was still some rusty water and Mike discovered it was residual rust from the galvanized iron pipe that was installed. He replaced it with a copper pipe at no charge! I highly recommend Mike and Bees Plumbing for any plumbing repairs/work. Thank you Mike!

Bogie came and replaced our water heater today. He showed up on time and was professional, patient and kind. He answered all our questions and helped us redeem a $60 coupon. He even gave us advice on our garden because he has previous landscaping experience. Will definitely be using bees plumbing for our future plumbing issues!

I researched this company on-line and, based on the reviews and services offered, engaged them to disconnect and cap a gas line to a cooktop. The back office staff were extremely competent and provided multiple, timely updates up to the appointment including on the day of the appointment. They also provided a helpful 'bio' background for the technician as well as a photo (and COVID vaccination confirmation) - all very welcome. Tate, the technician/plumber, was pleasant, informative, experienced and respectful of my time and our property - they even offered to remove the old cooktop after it was disconnected. I HIGHLY recommend Bee's Plumbing and will certainly use their services again in the future.

This was the best plumbing and heating company I have ever used! Look no further for all of your plumbing/heating needs. Seriously, they were so awesome. Bogie was a joy to work with-he was kind, patient, on time, efficient and even used shoe covers and cleaned up after himself (which can be rare with repair guys). He replaced my water heater quickly and explained the steps and procedures. It felt like a very honest process and their rates are extremely reasonable. Definitely use Bees and be sure to ask for Bogie if he is available.

Highly recommend Bee's plumbing. The customer service is outstanding, from the dispatchers to the email/text confirmations and communication, and of course the plumbers. Jacob has been to our older home a few times now, with the most recent time being a multi-day project to replace all our hot/cold and waste pipes, install a new water heater, and replace our bathroom sink and toilet. I am a new homeowner and had many questions about the process, the old pipes, etc, and Jacob was always more than willing to talk through and/or explain everything he was doing and why. Mike Armitage and his apprentice, Brian, double checked what I needed done and proceeded to fix it all in a timely manor. Everyone I have spoken to at Bee's was professional, courteous, and respectful. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Yesterday the water heater on my roof started leaking. Bee's was great! A plumber was able to arrive within a few hours and I got a nice little text message with a picture of the plumber, their license plate number and a little bio. It's a nice touch that acknowledges the fact that you're about to let a stranger into your house.When my plumber (Sam jr.) arrived he was EXACTLY the type of person you'd be hoping to deal with. He was very open and honest and talked me through everything that had happened and everything he was about to do. Within a couple of hours, he had the problem fixed and was on his way.A lot of times when we need a plumber, we are in crisis mode. I can't express enough just how nice it is in those times to have someone who is skilled and professional but ALSO empathetic and caring. I will definitely be calling them back in the future for any sort of plumbing problem or plumbing maintenance item.

The Plumber's from Bee's showed up and did intial inspection and offered different courses of action. Went with camera inspection first, got to see where the problem was, roots in one area of the pipe then guys routed the area and opened up the pipe. Got to look on the camera after they finished routing the area with the roots and clog was happy to see pipe was clear. Josh discussed the problem with roots and offered other courses of action for in the future. The camera view really helps in knowing what the problem was and where in the pipe. Great job all around from the guys.

John from Bee's Plumbing was awesome. Showed up same day and was able to diagnose and fix the mystery leak in the bathroom!!! I mentioned it was nap time for my 2 kids and he was extra careful not to make too much noise. He also helped find the water shut off valve to the house for future emergencies. I would recommend calling Bees plumbing and ask for John!

We had our house replumbed by another plumber last summer. Some short cuts were made and we found our selves in the need of a plumber due to a screw hitting a pipe. Sam Jr was dispatched to us late on a Sunday evening and he fixed the pipe added the mail plates that were missing, answered our questions and tested our water pressure. He offered us a card for someone he trusted to fix water damage and told us to call if we ever have questions. He was polite, friendly, and it was a good experience after such a disappoint discovery of yet another leak. We will be recommending him to our friends.

needed a plumber to replace my leaking faucet. i have had awful experiences with plumbers in the past and wasnt looking forward to having to call one. i decided to call bees plumbing based off their reviews and im glad i did. the whole process was quick and easy! they sent Bogie out and i will be requesting him when i use tge company again

Marcus and Diego were great at communicating the repair options for a re-pipe of old T&C pipe in a tight space, including a worst case scenario which they predicted was unlikely to take place (and it didn't). They quickly and professionally completed the job, which eliminated the leak and restored our access to hot water.

Bogie replaced our downstairs faucet today. He showed up right on time and it only took him an hour. Glad I called bees, the whole process was quick and painless. Highly recommend!

When you need a plumber, you NEED a plumber. We have been in this situation a few times, with residential buildings and a commercial building. I used a different company in the past. However, I recently learned that our favorite expert changed companies. We intend to use Bee's Plumbing in the future so long as we can select Dmitri Wagoner. He is knowledgable, kind and honest. All hard qualities to find in one person. Highly recommend.

This was the second time in 2 weeks we have had to call Bee's plumbing and they were excellent both times. We had a sink clog and then needed our water heater fixed, and PJ came both times and did great work! Had a tenant call that their toilet was leaking and they got a quote to replace it. It was only a couple years old so I called Bees to take a look. I spoke with a guy named Bogie and he said it just looked like the tank was loose causing some minor dripping. Went ahead and replaced tank to gasket kit and fill valve/flapper while he was at it and we’ve had no issues since. Glad to be able to trust Bees and will be calling them for all my future jobs!

Called Bee's Plumbing after being referred to them by a neighbor. One of our drains started to backflow suddenly and ended up flooding our laundry room/basement. Bee's was able to send Josh & TD out the next day. Our house is old (1952) and we knew that a lot of work would need to be done eventually with the plumbing and piping in the home - plus the previous owner seem to have done a lot of the work himself so there were some weird things that just didn't make sense. Despite this, Josh's investigative work was truly amazing and he was able to eventually figure out the problem and clear the clog for us. Not only did he fix our sewer backflow but he also noticed a problem with our water pressure - turns out we had a 20+ water heater that needed to be replaced. He was able to replace our water heater and then also referred us to a water remediation company to take care of our flooded basement. Josh was able to clearly explain everything, gave us fair pricing, went above and beyond what we expected, and was kind/considerate with our family (we had a toddler running around and a newborn). We couldn't be happier with Josh and TD's professionalism and time. This also goes for the entire Bee's staff from the people calling to tell us the technician was on their way to the person who answered the phone when we called about the problem. We would definitely recommend Bee's and their team!

Tried to clear kitchen and laundry clogged drain but 10' long snake was too short and cleanout fitting in crawl space was so tight a leak developed before it came loose.Called Bee Plumbing because they had good reviews, They answered the phone at 5:30 pm and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Great communications letting me know when they would arrive and the truck pulled up right on time.The two plumbers were very nice, professional, and offered three options with varying costs. I had a very good feeling about the quality of work I could expect, so I chose the more expensive option to replace all the sagging drain pipes for a long term fix.I am very impressed with the quality of the work. They added proper laundry plumbing and new hoses for the washing machine, something that will no doubt save an issue in the future.I do a lot of my own work but the crawl space in this house is small and the repairs were at the far end of the access hole. I am very picky about having things done properly. The two workers were very complementary, working on more than one thing at a time. They accomplished a lot in one day, replacing and properly supporting half the drain plumbing in the house so that it can all run downhill properly. The quality of the end product exceeded what I could have done myself and was finished in a lot less time.

Overflow in basement from Septic, Marcos had to camera to find blockage. Marcos 10 star service in every category . Knowledgeable, professional, timely, polite. I would recommend Bees plumbing to all.

My hot water heater was leaking so I called Bee’s and they had great customer service all around. Marcus and his partner showed up at our house and replaced it and got it all up and running the next day. Great customer service and great quality install.

Bees did a great job with a weird request that I had. I needed to get pull string installed in a 130-ft run conduit. Unfortunately it was clogged based on my own failed attempt to suck a pull string through. They were able to not only clear the clog but also helped me get a new pull string installed. Now I’ll be able to get internet run to my ADU. Sam and his helper were amazing. Thank you Bee’s.

My sink was SOOO backed up with sludge I didn’t think it could be fixed! I contemplated getting a new sink entirely. I called bees and they were very prompt to addressing the matter. Malakai had it fixed in 20 minutes and it was finally able to drain! Will be using bees plumbing again👍🏼

Very disappointed with a consultation we had today. We had a need for three jobs. 1) Replace kitchen faucet 2) Replace toilet part 3) Replace a cracked undermount sink in a bathroom. We had already purchased both the kitchen faucet and the undermount sink both were brand new in their original boxes. The sink was a matching sink to the other one in the same bathroom. The representatives from Bee's gave us an estimate for the work but said they would not guarantee any of it because we did not purchase the parts through them. We did not move forward and so we were out the $109 consultation fee. I don't have a problem with this being the company's policy but these questions and policies could have been discussed over phone/email/text before sending people out to my home.

Garrett and Sean were in time, professional, courteous and friendly. They handled everything with care and made me feel like things were done right. Our leak is repaired in our older house. We will use you again for sure!!!

We requested a service call to look at our main water line, which had been exposed in the course of earthwork & improvement in our front yard. PJ and his apprentice concluded the main was in acceptable condition and recommended improved protection by adding sand prior to back filling. They asked if we had any other plumbing issues. I showed him a cracked tub we intend to replace and a toilet that was working poorly. PJ inspected the toilet hardware and concluded the handle was backwards and in need of repair. He then sent a link for the replacement part. PJ and his apprentice were very professional and straight-talkers. I would have them back to my home any time for any of my future plumbing needs.

Updated 2/12/23:I called Bee's again, and was lucky enough to have PJ come out for the second time. Rather than defaulting to replacing the entire portion of the drain line that was the source of the problem, he was able to diagnose the issue as just being a missing gasket, so I was only charged for the smaller scope that was really necessary.Original:Bee's Plumbing was the most responsive I found when searching for a plumber in a semi-emergency situation over a weekend. I feared I wouldn't get so lucky with the actual service and plumber, but PJ was great! He fixed all the issues thoroughly and quickly and didn't try to upsell us on a bunch of other work. I would strongly recommend Bee's, and I have pretty high standards, so I don't give out recommendations often.

Last week one of my toilets was continually running and I had to eventually turn off the water. Fortunately, Bee's was able to schedule me within a few days (note this was not a plumbing emergency). I received a confirmation email, confirmation call, as well as a call letting me know the plumber was on his way. Marcus and his apprentice arrived and worked with me to immediately discuss my concerns and determine the right action to take. He and I agreed the best method was to replace both of my toilets (the second was also having problems) with a different design (which was also less expensive). He and his apprentice immediately got to work while I was able to continue my own work in the background. They were friendly, unobtrusive, and were amazing with my cat who wandered around while they worked. I'm now the happy owner of two functional toilets and there were no debris left behind. Thank you Bee's and I will recommend you (and especially Marcus) moving forward.

I had a great experience with Sam Jr and Matt who came out to replace three toilets of mine. I already had the toilets, so they just needed to remove the existing and install the new ones. They also replaced the water valves for each toilet to keep them in good working order. While they were there, they also fixed a minor issue with my kitchen sink. The price was comparable to other quotes I received and they were very courteous and answered my questions until I fully understood what they were doing and why. It has been a couple of weeks since the install and everything is working really well. I would contact Bee's again for my future plumbing needs.

We cannot speak more highly of Jose and his extensive knowledge on hydronic heating systems. We initially found it difficult to find anyone capable of servicing such a system as there aren’t many companies who do. It is safe to say we do not have to look any further, he is our guy. Our initial appointment was for a fix on a tankless boiler installed by another company, many components weren’t supporting the system and needed to be reinstalled. He not only walked us through what should have been done but explained in a very thoughtful and concise manner, everything made complete sense to us. We were given options (minimal or fix all), we opted for the latter because we didn’t want future issues. Jose and his partner worked for 2 days straight, followed up when necessary, arrived when promised, and talked through the entire project once complete. If you have a radiant heating system in your home look no further, Jose is the expert! Thank you Jose and Bee’s Plumbing for always being extremely professional and knowledgeable!

Our pipe burst on Christmas Eve and Josh was able to come out and save the day. He patched the burst portion of the pipe as a stop-gap so we could enjoy our Christmas and get our water back on. He recently came back and replaced the bad pipe with PEX and did an awesome job. He is extremely thorough, detailed and does a great job of explaining the options. Definitely ask for Josh, you won't regret it.

Bee's Plumbing is my go-to for anything pertaining to my home's piping system. I am a single female and I own a 1940s bungalow with dated piping. So far this year, Bee's Plumbing has replaced my main water line with no direct impact to my driveway (piping runs under it). They have serviced a secondary branch of piping off of my main sewage piping to clear out roots causing major stoppage in my kitchen sink. The technicians are all friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, respectful of my home, and educate me on the issue(s), the actions taken, and review with me any additional work as applicable. It's an investment in my home which I know will last. I appreciate their integrity, workmanship and value the services they offer.

We have used Bee's for multiple services and keep coming back. Our most recent service was from Marcus in September 2022.We called Bee's when we discovered that our toilet drain was leaking into our crawl space. They were able to send someone (Marcus) out the next day. Marcus was communicative and arrived within the arrival window quoted. He was able to promptly diagnose the issue and explain to us everything that needed to happen.While this would generally be a relatively straightforward repair, nothing is ever straightforward in our 100+ year old house; however, Marcus was able to clearly describe the potential complicating factors, provide us with multiple options and explain to us the pros and cons of each option. Once we selected which repair we wanted, he was able to schedule to return in two days to perform the repairs. He again showed up on time and fixed the repair efficiently, all while keeping us in the loop.As an added bonus, Marcus was friendly with our dog so we did not have to lock her in a room while he was here, which made life easier and less stressful for all of. My wife reported that water was coming down from ceiling to our laundry room on Friday afternoon. I went home and checked the laundry room and upstairs. Sure enough water was dripping down from the ceiling. Oddly, upstairs are all dry, and I couldn’t find the cause of water leak.So, I called Bee’s. The lady over the phone was ver kind, and listened carefully what I report. I’m a non-native English speaker. I appreciate your patience.On Saturday, Daniel and his apprentice showed up in time, and promptly started working to identify the cause of water leak. I initially thought that the leak was caused by a broken pipe or something similar. But Daniel pointed out, after examining wall etc, the water leak was caused by the old and damaged valve that is connected to refrigerator. I never thought that it would cause the water leak.Daniel started working on replacing the the damage valve that was actually a part of forceps. The old one is stuck, and took them two hours to just remove it.The result? We have a beautiful new kitchen forceps, and I now don’t have worry about water damage. The cost was quite reasonable. In fact, it was a bargain considering what they have done. Thank you Daniel!!!

I'll repair a sink faucet, but I won't take on bath faucet plumbing -- and Bee's got the job done. Marcus and his apprentice Wes were great, diagnosed a second issue I had, and repaired that as well. No plumbing job is inexpensive these days, so whatever you need done, it will cost good money. But Bee's was quick to dispatch a plumber, Marcus and Wes were on time, they had the repair fixtures they needed on the truck, and were very honest and upfront about fees. BONUS TIP -- Bee's only hires licensed plumbers, so next time you hire someone from another shop, ask to see their license. It matters when it comes to the quality of the work.

We had a water heater in a very difficult to location to access. We had 3 plumbers look at the job and gave us very high estimates of what would be required. Our plumber Jacob worked with the other contractors to get the old unit out and to install a new one that was more suited to our needs. He put in extra time to make sure the job was done right. He also put us in touch with someone to help with the clean up from the water damage. We would definitely use them again.

I called to have someone help out my elderly dad fix an issue with his water heater. Bees plumbing came through in a big way and was able to fix his issue with absolute professionalism and at a reasonable price. John was able to communicate exactly what was required to fix the issue and had all the tools and knowledge to do so. There was an opportunity where he could have just called it good and left, but he just wanted to be sure, and in doing a double check found a years long (and pretty outrageous plumbing issue that had never been identified). He fixed it in a snap and recommended a water damage service. He offered to do more than the specific reason for the service call, remained true to the estimate, and worked so well with his job partner, Diego. They were a great team. Marcus has real leadership qualities, and you would be very fortunate to have him perform service at your home. Highly highly recommended.

My experience with Bee’s plumbing was really easy and simple, starting with scheduling the appointment to completion of work. After calling, they were able to schedule a next day visit. The plumber Sam and apprentice Calista showed up early next day and quickly diagnosed the issue. The pricing was very reasonable given the work, and they were able to resolve it immediately. I also appreciated the advice given on maintenance and preventative care to avoid issues down the line. All in all a great experience and would recommend them given how well everything was executed. They took care of my toilet leak so I'm happy about that. Loved their availability (next day!), communication (from appointment setup thru repair), and their service (PJ did great). The only thing I would've liked better is some sort of an estimate on the repair while setting up the appointment so I'm not surprised by the onsite estimate.

I had originally called just for an estimate, and Julio came out a few days later. We've had a Bees Plumbing magnet on our fridge for awhile (not sure where we got it from) so when we had an issue, we called them up...and we're so glad we did! They were able to send a team over the next day. PJ and Bryan were very knowledgeable and friendly. They went straight to work and figured out what the issue was right away. They were able to fix the root of our problem so we don't keep having the same issue every couple of years. Their prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Had a small leak in a pipe in the basement ceiling. I called and was happy to have Marcus assigned to my plumbing repair. As I have posted here before, I really liked Marcus from a previous issue. Marcus and his assistant arrived, assessed the problem, gave me the estimate and the amount of time he estimated it would take to fix the leak. A pleasure to work with Marcus again. I had a leak I suspected to be coming from underneath the slab of my garage - while I wasn't looking forward to an expensive repair, it seemed pretty serious and I called Bee's to take a look. Their technician Marcus was able to pinpoint the problem within seconds of arrival - it wasn't a leak under the slab, but rather a backed-up air conditioning drain line. Bee's saved me a bunch of money not doing unnecessary repairs, and left me with something that was easy enough to address DIY. I'll definitely make use of them in the future when I've got a more significant job!

I rarely write reviews but Bees impressed from the moment I called and through the entire repair. Having a pipe burst is stressful and annoying and I had fully prepared myself to deal with the hassle of finding a plumber to come out and fix it. To my surprise all it took was a simple phone call, the appt. was scheduled promptly, a time frame was given, regular updates on arrival time were shared, the plumbers showed when they said they would, took a quick look at the situation, quoted me and fixed the issue on the spot. They were super professional and communicative. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop but it never did. It was painless and refreshingly simple.

The dispatcher was very communicative on when I could expect my service provider to come out well in advance and followed up a second time. This is the fifth plumbing outfit I have used on my house, and I think I have finally hit the jackpot. I was pretty skeptical of plumbers in general after the first four, which I would never use again. However, these people are different. From the very beginning, with my call to their office, everything went very professionally and smoothly. They were able to give me a same day or next day appointment even though I am way out on the far edge of their service territory, and they confirmed my appointment with both text and email. Ditto the day of the appointment to let me know when the technicians would be arriving. The technicians were on time and very cordial, professional and easy to communicate with - not a trace of the condescending, gotcha attitude I had gotten so used to with other plumbers. They did a super job repairing two drain pipes that were leaking in my crawl space, and the price was totally reasonable - far less than I had feared, actually. I was really impressed with how efficiently they worked and how well and professionally they communicated with each other on the job. Never have I been so confident that I got quality plumbing work at a fair price. I decided to try this company out due to their very favorable reviews, and I see why the reviews are so positive and wanted to add my voice. Why aren't there more companies like this? I was helped by plumber Cameron Durbin, with Bee's Plumbing, who solved a problem with my shower diverter valve that another plumbing company could not solve, as well as installing a water pressure reducing valve, all at a reasonable price. Cameron came up with an innovative and creative solution to the the problem by thinking outside of the box. The only problem encountered was an appointment not met (the Bee's plumber was stuck on an emergency job). I highly recommend both Cameron Durbin specifically, and Bee's Plumbing and Heating in general, for your plumbing needs.

I've been dealing with a leak from my upstairs bathroom to the ceiling above my kitchen for 2 weeks, making my tub/shower unusable during that time. After having a plumber come out to address the issue on three unsuccessful occasions, I finally called Bee's Plumbing. They came out the next day after taking my call in the evening and found and fixed the issue. They were very nice, professional, and explained the entire process to me while they were completing the job. I would recommend Bee's Plumbing to any friends or family.

Charged $2200.00 to drop in and hookup 3 sinks to existing plumbing. Worked soooo slowly and spent the last hour under the sink picking up non-existent dirt. As co-owner of the condo I was appalled by their work ethic. They sent 2 workers, one an “apprentice”, totally unnecessary. Find an experienced, honest plumber: don’t use these guys.

Bee's scheduling was well coordinated, efficient and accurate. The plumber Marcus arrived on time, was friendly, diagnosed the issue then presented multiple options to solve the issue. We discussed the options and chose the one that seemed the best value for a long lasting fix. The job was wrapped up on time and cleanly and our water system is back in full operation.

We are remodeling our basement bathroom and converting it from a half bath to a 3/4 bath. Julio and Carlos were able to cut through the concrete to create a shower drain, installed all new water connections, and installed new vents ALL in less than 2 days. They were incredibly polite, conscientious, efficient and skilled. In addition to their excellent plumbing work, they left the work area clean, wore masks and were respectful of our home. We already plan to schedule them back for trimming out the hardware once we're ready for that stage. Tate was our technician who came out to do a fix on a previous water heater install and was extremely helpful, very professional and easy to work with. He was on time, and very communicative. It was a bit of a stressful situation we had and he made everything easy which was so appreciated and communicated the work completion with photos as well (since we are out of town while the work was being done). We had a great experience and would not hesitate to recommend him and Bee’s for plumbing work.

I was very happy with the service from the plumbing team at Bee's. They arrived the same day I called, and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem with my bathroom sink quickly. I called Bees plumbing to help fix a leaky shower head because I didn't trust myself with replacing the cartridge. I appreciate the gesture and will change my review to 5 stars.Original comment: 10/9/2022The technician is obviously experienced. This review is about setting clear expectation and customer service. I took one star off for each of my complaint area.1. When appointment was made, the call center lady said $99 dispatch fee will be used towards the repair (if repairs is provided). Nope, technician said that was never a thing. Well, it is kind of a thing for many other service providers, and if your customer said so, shouldn't you honor that?2. On the day of the service, dispatch called and basically said, technician can come now (10-11am) or you will need to reschedule (my original time window is 12-4pm), because she can't hold the technician longer, they have no job in the afternoon. Well then, shouldn't you provide the 10am as an option and honor the original time if I can't? I eventually took the 10:30am because I really want the problem addressed. And the dispatch lady was appreciative.3. I do understand the technician drives around with lots of supplied and that should all be part of the cost. Isn't $750+$99 dispatch+ tax for a cartridge a bit much?I went for the repair because this is a rental property and my tenants are counting on using this shower, so I wanted it get over with. I will not call Bee's in the future given customer service and high cost.

Bees Plumbing reached out to me twice. On the second call, we made a deal for a discount off the final price in exchange for a removal of the original review or a 5-star review. I agreed and edited the review, but after thinking about it, it didn't sit well with me and I'd like to write an honest review. If Bee's is reading this, you are welcome to rescind the discount offer in exchange for a 5 star review.Here's my review: I have no problem with the work that technician Adam did. The job was well done, and he was polite and professional. It's the cost that I have a problem with. 2 hours and 20 minutes of work came out to $1680.97 ($1071.24 to replace a main water valve and about 1.5 - 2ft of PVC to metal pipe, and $450 to cut out a 1.5ft square piece of drywall). A T&M (time and material) rate is typically $200/hr. However, Bee's doesn't do T&M, they do upfront pricing which if expressed as an hourly rate, is anywhere from ~$325-$500/hr to account for the risk that a job would take longer than expected. With a T&M rate, my job would have been ~$500-$700. With Bee's, it was more than double that because not only did they charge for plumbing, but they charged an additional $450 to cut out a small piece of drywall. In my case, I think I would have gotten a better price if I went with a plumber who did time and materials, but it was my first time hiring a plumber and I wasn't aware of what rates were like, and given that there was no water coming into my home, I rushed and agreed to the job. If you're reading this and looking for a plumber, please be aware of what rates are like and shop around.

UPDATE: I want to add to my original review from a couple months ago. Wouldn’t you know it we needed to call Bee plumbing again for water main break on 8/17/22. Marcus stands out in the crowd as a hard worker and he strives to gets the job done right. So pleased he was who came again!Heres my original review.Friendly and listened to my concerns and needs. I called Bees on a Sunday and had two excellent plumbers (Marcus and Michael) at my house the next morning. They were effective, communicative, kind, and easy to interact with. They fixed all of my issues and gave great advice for follow-up. I will definitely use Bees in the future, and will hope to get Marcus in particular!

John did an excellent job in finding the root cause of my washer issue. He found the clog and cleared it. He was tenacious in his pursuit of solving my backup and he was kind and courteous the entire time. Excellent service from John! He was the right person for the job and I really appreciate his help!

Bee's Plumbing and Heating proved to be a reliable company. They explained the work and took care to complete the tasks very well. Everything was left clean and orderly. My water systems were left in better condition as small but important changes were added. In particular, shut off valves were put on. I had not noticed they were lacking. I recommend this company in all aspects.

Called Bee’s because the pilot light on my water heater refused to stay lit and they had good reviews online. The good reviews are merited. From the moment they picked up the phone I felt like I was in good hands. The Bee’s team was very responsive getting us onto their schedule same day and keeping us apprised of when to expect the technicians by text messages and with a phone call. When they arrived, PJ and Bryan were able to very quickly diagnose the problem and present the pros and cons of repair vs replace. We went with repair and It was PJ and Bryan with the win. Definitely the A-Team of the Bee’s team. Bottom line, wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend to others.

Wow! Marcus and Kyus from Bee’s Plumbing resolved my kitchen sink plumbing clog and pipe issue efficiently, courteously, and correctly yesterday. From calling Bee’s office/dispatch, to the project’ conclusion (only a few hours later), it was a great customer experience.Marcus assessed the problem, clearly explained to me what he expected to happen, and even identified a quick and inexpensive fix after the clog was removed to help prevent it from happening again. As a Seattle area Realtor, I am asked for contractors and vendors daily. If anyone asks for a plumber, I recommend Bee's without hesitation. last year, in the middle of the Pandemic, our hot water heater in a rental sprung a leak.  I called several places and was told 2 weeks at best. An old timer, mentioned Bee's & I gave them a call. When I explained my situation, they had someone out within the hour. Today I was getting another rental ready for market & my handyman said he could not find the proper pipe to reconnect the gas stove. I called Bee's. They answered right away. I asked if it would be cheaper to wait till Monday. They said they do not differentiate weekend/weekdays. PJ  was out there bright and early. he communicated clearly, proactively and sent photos so I did not have to go out there. He cleaned up & locked up like I asked. He could not have been more professional or proactive.

We had a 17 year old tankless water heater, not working efficiently. We contacted Bee’s who sent out Jacob to evaluate it. He evaluated the current water heater, and made recommendations. We decided to proceed with a new heater. He was very knowledgeable about the different tyoe of tankless water heaters. We also had a toilet that needed replacement and he also made suggestions about the best one for our space.He came back the next day with the heater that we selected and also the toilet and installed them with an apprentice. He was very patient answering our many questions. The work was done efficiently and they cleaned up after they finished. We definitely would recommend this company.

Bee plumber is not professional, overpriced, l paid over 2k cleaned sewer line, it’s backed up within 3 months. I tried to reach them, they never responded.

I love Bee’s Plumbing! They were so good at communicating with me and keeping me informed as who and when the plumber was coming. PJ and Bryan, the plumber and his assistant, who came to do the job were excellent! PJ knew what he was doing and was very efficient and explained everything to me so I could understand it! Blake and Darius were great and very understanding! Bee’s was good with their communication about arrival times. We rent an old house with old pipes and they both took a patient and tolerant approach to massive amounts of tree root build up in them pipes. Was so glad they were able to fix everything up and we will be working with them in the future to get the situation taken care of on a more permanent level!

Bee’s gave me a 4 hour window as opposed to some other companies that may keep you waiting all day. On the day of service, I was called an hour ahead of arrival, which was wonderful. Julio and Carlos arrived right on time. They prepared the estimate and once I agreed went straight to work. They were both very professional and friendly. I had a water heater, garbage disposal and toilet installed all within 4 hrs. They worked extremely clean and explained everything. I am am so happy that I chose Bee’s, grateful to the gentlemen and highly recommend Bee’s for your repairs or next home project!

Bee's Plumbing was sent to our house in order to diagnose and correct issue caused by a landscaping team working on our neighbors yard. I have used bee’s plumbing twice now and they have been great to work with. They were able to get someone out to me quickly. The first time they replaced the piping to the hose on the front of the house. They worked quickly and professionally and did an amazing job. The second time we had a burst pipe from freezing temps and they got out quickly to repair it. Communication was great and they stand behind their work. I’ll be calling them for any of my future plumbing needs for sure.

Before finding Bee’s Plumbing, I always dreaded getting a call from a tenant alerting me of some plumbing issue because it’s a challenge finding a good tradesperson who can come out in a timely manner. I’ve used their service several times and my experience with their service and communication from the dispatch and the plumber has been stellar. Once they diagnose the issue, the turnaround time on service and parts is very timely. Personally, I’ve worked with PJ multiple times to resolve a hot-water heater issue and a couple other fixes; each time it’s been a pleasant and informative experience. If I have to reach out to Bees again, I'm absolutely going to ask for him.

Had my gas valve replaced, new range installed, and water hose on refrigerator installed after a very poor experience with Lowe’s. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. They were so nice, gave very thorough explanations, and made sure the range and water from refrigerator were working as expected before leaving. Crew was on time and very efficient. I will definitely be using Bee’s for future services!

Positives: quick scheduling of appointment, friendly repair people, and a new faucet was installed and works. Negatives: they don't have an hourly rate, but instead quote you a price after they are onsite. For our job, their hourly rate ended up being somewhere around $375 -$400 an hour ($470 total for 1.25 hrs) which seems extremely high especially when we supplied the new faucet. Yes, of course, you could turn them down once they quote you a price, however, like many plumbing emergencies, you just want it fixed. We know prices have gone up due to the pandemic, labor costs, etc. however, this seems over the top.

Very helpful and honest. Bee's helped us in a bind when our very old sump pump finally failed during a storm, and installed a new one quickly and with quality workmanship. They were friendly and easy to work with - I'd much rather send my money to them than one of the big name companies you see driving around. We've also referred them to several clients and every one has come back happy.

My experience with Bee was excellent from my first call. I had a significant leak on a holiday weekend during a snowstorm and they made it to me the day after I called! The plumber, Julio, and his apprentice were so kind and explained everything thoroughly. The repair was done in much less time than anticipated. Not only were they skilled plumbers, but genuinely nice people. I’ll definitely call Bee again for future plumbing needs and would highly recommend them.

PJ and Bryan were great! Our shower drain was clogged and they cleared it out quickly. Super friendly and helpful. Appreciate the response time too, we called around other places first, one company said they wouldn't be able to be here for a couple of weeks and another said tomorrow morning was the earliest. Daniel was amazing. His two apprentices I believe were Jonathan and Brian. All three were considerate and kind. I felt he was upfront with me and was honesty even when he didn’t have all the answers. Not only were the plumber and his apprentice friendly, knowledgeable and professional, they helped me understand the issue I had called about, which turned out to not be an issue in the first place and what to look out for in the future, but they actually helped me address an additional concern that I thought would require significant work or replacement of my water heater, and they were able to find a solution and help me understand what the actual problem was. They were super thoughtful from the dispatchers to the actual plumber and apprentice who came to my home. Additionally they sent me a quote for the maintenance they recommended for my system and discussed potential replacements and ways to improve my system if I ever wanted to replace my current water heater. I appreciated that some of the more expensive things that I had read about as possible solutions, he was able to identify what I actually needed.

We have had good experiences with Bees until we had them come out to repair a water heater. They tested the elements and the thermostat on the unit when they arrived and they both tested as functional, but they decided to replace them anyway and charge us $700. They have since refunded us the money and we appreciate the error being acknowledged.

Edit: I was very impressed with the follow up by Bee’s on my review. The customer service representative I spoke with was kind and understanding and listened to me. I very much felt heard about my concerns. Ryan did a fantastic job on our pipes, but the icing on the cake was the follow up conversation with Matt afterwards. I will definitely work with a company that has such stellar service!The plumbers were very nice and replaced a leaking water shut off valve in under an hour. However, at $743 for the service, that seems vastly expensive for less than an hour’s work for one person (the second person was just “shadowing” and not actually there as a worker). However, since the company (and most companies) seem to around $100 for an assessment, it’s virtually impossible to get multiple quotes from plumbers, so you just have to trust that the first guy on the list is good. The work they did was fine - and I appreciate the 1-year warranty - it just seemed expensive.

I can't recommend Bee's Plumbing & Heating enough. I've worked with three other plumbing companies in the area and Bee's was the most affordable and they were the only ones to get the job done. Every interaction I had with their staff was phenomenal, and Tate, our technician, was on time, courteous, and so patient when I asked (probably too many) questions. As a new homeowner, it's so nice to know there's such a reliable and friendly company just a call away.

First off, the scheduler who fielded my call was amazingly friendly, helpful, and informative. They were able to schedule my service for Monday after I called on a Friday, and I am so grateful. Zane and his apprentice were efficient, professional, great communicators, and did a wonderful job on fixing my shower, and repairing the faucet and valve. My shower looks way better, and performs nicely, and I can't thank them enough. The pricing was fair, and I will definitely be using their services again if the need arises. I called for a water heater service call because my water heater had been starting to run out of hot water. Marcus and Jacob came out a few days later when I was available and quickly determined that my water heater was too old to get replacement parts for. Because of its age (10+ years old) it also would be risky to try much troubleshooting. I made the decision to replace it rather than continue to deal with no hot water.They worked up a quote for a new one and scheduled a follow up to install it. He showed up on time and got the new water heater installed efficiently with minimal impact to my household. I would definitely recommend both the business and the crew. I'll be asking for Marcus next time I need plumbing work done.

We had a sewer backup routinely occurring in abasement shower & knew whatever was causing it was beyond my skill level. Called Bee's and within a day Marcus & his team were out to diagnose & fix my problem which was that my main sewer line had bellied out in my yard and needed to be dug up & replaced. The repair required them to dig out a 8-10ft deep trench which was definitely not an easy thing to do by hand. Overall, they did a great job, were promptly on time and true to their estimates in both cost & timeline. They even went the extra mile in cleaning everything back up after they were done. 10/10 would recommend!

I was having a bad day, as we had our hot water heater fail and leak into our flooring and walls. After not getting a response from other companies that I called thankfully I was able to reach Bee's Plumbing. They were very responsive friendly and knowledgeable And they scheduled me and arrived very quickly.The technician inspected the situation, provided me with options and was able to replace the hot water heater the same day and at a fair price. We called Bee's because we got a water bill that was higher than expected, and asked them to come do a leak inspection for us. Marcus ran ran some diagnostics to check for the leak, ultimately finding no leak but faults in our water heater. He repaired these quickly and was super knowledgeable with possibilities of why we might being seeing our water bill too high. He was professional, fun, thorough, and fast. The folks at Bee’s Plumbing were great! They found that the toilet I was having installed was cracked, so they rounded out part of the work in a tidy way, charged me for just that portion, and came back when the new one arrived. For the second appointment, they knew I was eager to get it wrapped up, so they got me in early after a cancellation. They were communicative and professional throughout. The only downside is that they are quite pricey relative to some other quotes I’ve seen, and they wouldn’t give me even a ballpark estimate on the job until someone was onsite (which incurred a fee).Update: After seeing this review, the folks at Bee's Plumbing reached out to me and wound up refunding a portion of the cost! Their follow-up showed an excellent commitment to customer service, so I updated my review :D

This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a plumber/plumbing company. Tate was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with the process from start to finish. He did a great job overall and I could not be happier with the results. It is hard to find a plumber/plumbing company that is trustworthy, but it seems this company and their employees are just that. Bees Plumbing is my #1 go to for any plumbing needs. My house is 1928 and has very old plumbing. From day one moving into our house I had plumbing issues. The first few companies that came through did ok with fixing stuff. I had no issue with the work these other companies did. But after countless issues with my plumbing Ben with Bees come and actually started to look at more then the problem and was able to really tell me more big picture of what was happening. I really appreciate how thorough he was and walked me through what he saw. He was able to help me prioritize the actual problems. Our first experience with Bee's was great! I messaged Bee's on Monday evening for assistance with our natural gas pipe, and by Tuesday morning we had an appointment set up and were ready to go. Tate did an amazing job of helping us set up our natural gas grill. He had to remove the rusted-on cap on our natural gas pipe, and even stopped by the store to pick up the proper size part for our pipe/hose. He hooked up our grill hose and also tested for gas leaks and to make sure everything was working properly. Everything including his trip to the store was done pretty much under 1.5hrs. So efficient, and Tate was incredibly patient and respectful of our property as well. Thanks Tate and Bee's!

Bee Plumbing responded immediately to my request to fix leaking outdoor faucet.Marcus arrived on time, explained a couple options and then quickly made the repair.He was personable and professional.

We discovered that our gas fireplace key valve had a leak. We had scheduled a flooring install weeks ago that was three business days away since discovering the leak -- Bee's was able to get a technician in the same day we discovered the leak to assess the problem and issue a temporary fix for the evening. They came back the next morning to replace the valve as a permanent fix. Garrett and his apprentice Wes were friendly and easy to talk to. They were thorough in their explanations of what was going on and the recommended course of action. Our 20+ year old fireplace gas valve was replaced with a better-designed quarter-turn valve quickly and efficiently.

Had my water heater go out in the night and Bee had people at my home the next morning at 8 AM. The work was professional and PJ and Kallista went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly. He found a slow leak in an older pipe that I didn't catch, and repaired it that same day.

Garrett & Wes (apprentice) were very professional, respectful, and kind. We called Bee's for a clogged drain, and after trying to snake it out, they ended up replacing the pipe. They did not charge us for the snaking since it was unsuccessful. Throughout their time, they were very respectful of our home: moved items out of the way, disinfected afterward, and even entertained our cat while they worked! They were also very communicatove over the phone with my husband who was at work. I felt very safe and respected. Thank you!

Bee’s Plumbing and heating helped me with an emergency leak repair. After finding water pooling under my bathroom sink at 1am, I was at a loss with how to expedite a fix. While other providers quoted me 5 days for support, I was able to expedite my request on the waitlist at Bee’s first thing the next morning and get service within 3hours. PJ and John were extremely professional and talked me through the repair needs. Within 30min everything was patched and good to go. I’m so grateful and would absolutely call them again! Thank you!

The joys of a new house! We had a suddenly occurring blockage in our kitchen sink causing water to rise up within the sink and our dishwasher. I reached out to Bee’s Plumbing and was provided the earliest time slot available which happened to be the next morning.PJ arrived just after 8am and clearly explained the issue. Running the water it seemed the blockage wasn’t there, but then after maybe 30 seconds the water was indeed not draining. His experience allowed him to explain the blockage was likely about 20 feet down the line based on the time to fill rate.Our under sink system with the dishwasher was previously a do it yourself job by the looks, which he identified and had also been previously identified from a different person from an unrelated scenario. While disassembling the under sink to have a clean access point for scoping, PJ showed us aged corrosion on our garbage disposal. It was not an immediate leaking concern, but we were given the option of purchasing and installing a new disposal system which after a short couples conversation we decided to upgrade.Being in the house under a year, it brings comfort knowing that we should not have any worries for a decade to come.PJ reworked the assemblies under the sink, correcting the installation flaw from the current sink to dishwasher to drainage, future proofing us for common installation mishaps.

We hired Bee's for a tankless water heater installation. From the initial bid, explanation, scheduling and job fulfillment, including removal and disposal of the old water tank, PJ and the office were clear, concise and reasonable. When an additional gas-line relocation was required, PJ remedied the situation asap. I would recommend this company and will definitely call Bee's the next time we need plumbing work.

These guys came out to pump water out of our gas line so that our outdoor fireplace could work properly again. We saw Sam, and Darius the first day and they were excellent. Professional, and you could really tell that they knew what they were doing. We were a little concerned about something afterward so Ryan and Eric came out a few days later and again they were excellent. They spent a lot of time trying to find out if something was wrong and honestly there wasn’t. No charge for the return visit. Bees is amazing because they answer after hours if you need some thing, and their communication is amazing. They even tell you a little bit about the techs they are sending.

This is a great company. I had some initial concerns after my first visit and the owner Melissa resolved all my concerns and more. I appreciate that she took the time to call me and figure out a solution we were both happy with. She was friendly and a good listener. I could tell by my conversation with her that this business truly cares about their employees as well as their customers, which is rare. The plumber who came out to my house were also very professional and friendly.

We had filled up our tub on the second floor only to find water dripped from a light fixture directly below it on the first floor. We made a call and were easily able to set up an appointment to have folks from Bee's swing by and take a look. They detected the cause quickly (rusted overflow drain), explained what options were available to us in layman's terms, and had the parts needed to fix it right away. Definitely appreciate their support in what could have been a painful situation!

PJ and John were amazing! Before they came to our house, we were not able to turn off our main water line to install our new fridge, until they came and helped us. They found a great solution by replacing our main water valve and identified our outside water line. They installed our new refrigerator and got us all setup. I called on a Saturday and they were there the next day. They were so experienced and taught us a lot about our home and we learned so much about our water lines from them. Thank you for such a white glove experience. We would recommend them to anyone and we will definitely be using them again in the future!!

I was so pleased with this company, after having 2 different companies cancel on me with no notice, Bee's Plumbing and Heating came to the rescue. They were so friendly on the phone and tried to get me the earliest appt possible....the next day....I really was hoping for same day service. I took the appt for the next day and about 45 minutes later they called me back letting me know that they had a cancellation and could be at my place immediately if I was home! I was so impressed with the way they took care of my needs. In addition, once Adam and Marcos got to my place, they fixed everything, and ensured all of the connections were working properly! Very professional! Tate was awesome and so helpful. He was very compassionate during a difficult time to deliver news that wasn’t wanted to hear. We went from a simple repair to a total replacement of a tankless water heater. ($2300 to over $7000). It was a tough hit after many other things that have fallen on us recently. We called Bee's for a backed up drain, it ended up being a MUCH larger issue than we thought, but Zane and his team kept investigating until we got to the bottom of it. We lived in our home for 18 years. As long as we have lived here, there has been a subtle odor. The last eight months it had become quite strong, and coming from the bedroom bathroom. We have had plumbers reinstall wax rings under the toilet...we have had the vents cleaned...we have had the water District come to the house...nobody could figure out where this sewer smell was coming from. Here is where Blake from Bee's Plumbing and Heating comes in. Blake went under the house and found the first problem. A sewer pipe that needed immediate attention. He replaced the saggy pipe, however the smell was still there. We also had the help of the local water District. They performed a smoke test which helped Blake locate the leak. It had been an uncapped vent pipe behind the wall. This has been leaking sewer smell in our home for years. Blake was amazing. In his professional manner and attention to detail. PJ and Allan came out the same day we called about an unusual sound in our pipes. They were kind, courteous, on time, and thorough. I appreciate that they looked at not only the problem but checked on our other facets and toilets to make sure the issue wasn’t apparent there as well. Ben and Ian from Bee's did a great job of fixing a chronic slow drain/faulty trap issue. It wasn't the most straightforward repair, but they were efficient and they got it done with minimal interruption (I work from home). Super nice guys too, which counts! This is the second time I've hired Bee's and will continue to give them a call for any future needs.

Adam and Destiny were super helpful in getting our backed up sump pump issue fixed and up and running again. We found some moisture in our ceiling coming from the leaky pipes. Bee's plumbing sent professional plumbers: Sam Jr. and Carlos who found the source of the leak and were able to fix it. They also found the air tank next to the water heater was putting too much pressure and was improperly connected so they replaced it. We were very happy with the service and Sam answered all our questions thoroughly. Hopefully this leak is fixed for good.

Bee’s Plumbing was great! I had called a handful of other local plumbers around town, and everyone proved to be several days out due to current workload (totally understandable). The gal who I spoke to on the phone was very nice, and quick to identify the problem so the guys could come out with whatever they may need here on site. They made quick work of two known repairs, and even a broken pipe that was discovered in behind the wall that was tied to one of the known issues (no extra charge either).Highly recommended.

Bee's plumbing did a great job replacing the house cutoff and pressure regulator after our valve broke. The technicians, PJ and John were super knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The new plumbing looks great, the leak is gone, and when we use the valve to shut off the house water it actually shuts it off!

I have used Bee's Plumbing and Heating twice now to service my tankless water heater and to repair a pipe cap that had come off. I can certainly recommend Bee’s based on my experience today. I needed to rebuild my kitchen sink plumbing to accommodate a new disposal, and discovered that many of the angle stops were leaking and prone to failure.Communication was excellent and PJ and John arrived in a timely manner. Both were fully masked and prepared, covid conscious, and pleasant to meet as well. It was not cheap, but they did a lot of work in a surprisingly short amount of time and I am satisfied. In these times, these are the kind of professionals that you can afford to have in your home—especially if you are close to someone who is immunocompromised.Thanks!

Sam and an apprentice came out to fix my kitchen sink. They both were clean in appearance, friendly, kind and efficient.They both wore masks over mouth and nose and stayed physically distant from me. Sam quickly diagnosed the problem at hand. I listened-in to how Sam was teaching the apprentice, who was sent fetch from the truck the part needed for the repair. As a teacher myself, I really appreciated the teaching methods he used to help the young man learn. The apprentice was a student at my school years ago!I know nothing about plumbing and worried I could be overcharged for work but Bee's came highly recommended from neighbors who said the price of service would be completely fair. It was! I recommend this local company, I think they are good, honest people who take the time to do things right.

My tankless water heater kept having issues even after a plumbing service attempted to fix it twice (charging me for both, even though it didn't work). The manufacturer recommended Bee's Plumbing. I called them and immediately was wow'd by how quickly (a) I was able to speak with a human and (b) they booked me for a plumber next day to come out to my house. The plumber that came out was knowledgable and solved my problem with confidence. After the job was done, I had 1 slight negative piece of feedback that they immediately responded to, got on the phone to resolve, and made me confident that I will indeed plan on booking them again. Bee's is a responsive and professional company. The techs arrived on time and were courteous. I was provided with a clear description of the problem with alternatives, so I could chose to have part of the job completed now with the rest of the work completed at a future date. The work was done quickly and the techs cleaned up well afterwards. I'd hire them again. The only downside was that I had to contact the company for my receipt (which they immediately provided with an apology for the oversight).

I upgraded my kitchen countertops and decided to get a new sink at the same time but learned too late that the installers weren’t going to be able to connect the sink back up to the plumbing as I had thought…Bee’s Plumbing to the Rescue! Garrett and PJ were able to come the very next day and connect the new sink, including creating all new pipes to accommodate the new configuration. They were very professional, friendly and helpful, answering my questions and explaining what my options were so I could confidently make an informed decision. The next time I need a plumber, I know who to call!

PJ was amazing! So polite and expeditious - went above and beyond our expectations!! We bought a bathroom vanity that did not effectively line up with our plumbing, and PJ was able to assess the measurements and make the necessary adjustments without hesitation, resulting in a beautiful and successful installation. He even set up and sealed the backsplash! It’s perfect and we are so grateful for his expertise.

Blake from Bee's plumbing came down to install a new bidet toilet. It was still in the box and the previous toilet was still installed. He quickly assessed how to install the toilet, removed and took away the old one, and had the new toilet installed and ready to go in only an hour and a half. He was very courteous and worked very diligently to get the toilet installed fast.The whole experience was completely hassle free and, the installation is clean, the toilet works great, and it was done in great time.Thanks Blake and also to Bee's plumbing for being very responsive and flexible on scheduling!

Garbage disposal started leaking. Called up Bee’s Plumbing and Heating and they came out the next day, Tuesday. Needed a replacement unit so purchased and they came back out on Friday (were very accommodating on appointment timing) and resolved the issue in less than an hour. I contacted Bee's Plumbing and Heating to replace all the old galvanized pipes in my house, and the entire experience was great. The company clearly prioritizes communication at every stage of the project - scheduling was quick and easy, I got emails, phone calls, and texts to confirm my appointments, and also a heads up when the crew was on their way.Ben and Daniel did the whole repipe in a week, either arriving on-time or giving me a heads up if they were going to be late. Ben walked me through what they planned to do each morning, and then walked me through what they did at the end of the day. They cleaned up after themselves, wore masks and booties too, which is a nice touch.All in all, a great company. I can't say whether their pricing is high or low since I don't have another frame of reference, but I feel like I paid a fair price given the amount of manual labor needed to cut out my old pipes, replace them, and haul the junk away.I will definitely use Bee's again for any future plumbing needs.

A pipe burst in the wall on Thursday 12/30/2021. I called Bees Plumbing and they were going to send somebody out on 12/31/2021. Due to unforeseen circumstances they were not able to come out on Friday. They send out a plumber first thing in the morning on New Years day and replaced the pipe within an hour. Very happy with the work done. They were very knowledgeable and professional.

Bee’s plumbing was super-responsive, could fit me in quickly, and Ryan and Carlos were fast and efficient. They moved a gas line in our kitchen so we could move our range as part of a kitchen redesign. Later, when we were hesitant to disconnect the line ourselves so we could move the range out of the kitchen for the new floor install, they came by the next day—and not only disconnected and tested the line, but even moved it for us since my wife and I couldn’t since she’s recovering from surgery and can’t lift anything. SO HELPFUL!

Showed up within an hour of my phone call even though it was no emergency. Professional and courteous guys. After a consultation with them I decided to do the work myself. Zane talked me through how best to perform the work, and even offered to take any calls with questions. For that I was more than happy to pay the modest cost of a visit/quote.

My water heater, which not only provides our hot water but also heats the house, stopped heating. Most companies were scheduling several days out, but Bee's was able to send someone over the next day (and if I had called earlier, I think it would have been the same day).When the plumbers arrived, they initially had no idea what they were looking at. Apparently this kind of setup (a combined water heater/hydronic heater with a tank) isn't something they work on, and the specific part that was having an issue (the pressure sensor switch) was totally new to them. But the companies that specialize in this kind of thing couldn't send anyone until the next week, so they decided to try, and after contacting the water heater company to have someone help them through the diagnostics, they actually got it figured out and working! Very impressed by their determination and willingness to work outside their comfort zone, and super appreciative of having hot water again.

Installed new pipe for water heater. Very professional. Company did a wonderful job about reminders on my appointments and when the plumber was to arrive. I wasn’t prepared for the cost to be so high but I think everything is high now. Other than shocker that I would use the company again!! The plumbers that came were friendly and worked fast but did a great job!

Bee’s Plumbing and Heating is the place to call if you have any problems regarding plumbing. If I could I would give them more than 5 stars. They are very professional and attentive starting with the first call until they are coming to your house and service. The initial call was great, the staff was very helpful, understanding and tried to find the earliest time they could come. I got email confirmation from them, SMS updates, letting me know which technician will come and when. They even called to ask me if it is okay if they can come earlier, I was surprised. I never had this experience before. They came and looked into my issue, spend a lot of time here and concluded that the previous plumber who was here sent by the builder fixed the issue without letting me know (and of course charged me for the dispatch fee). The previous plumber said there was nothing he can do. I was not able to use my shower for months since we did not know what caused the leaking issue. Bee’s plumbing came, they checked, spent time to find the issue and let us know we were misinformed. They were super friendly, professional, took photos to show me the fixed problem area (even emailed those to me for further reference) and the biggest surprise, they did not charge me the dispatch fee. They told me that they wouldn’t feel good about it since the previous plumber solved the issue without my knowledge and they try to keep or repair the … of all plumbers. Honestly, I was extremely surprised. I know that I am and will be referring them to anyone who is looking for great service and professionalism and of course if I have any issues in the future, they are the only one I will call. If you need an honest, reliable, and trustable service, don’t look further call Bee’s Plumbing.

PJ and John were extremely knowledgeable, nice, and completed the work quickly. They gave me some tips for daily maintenance of our drain too. Overall, I would definitely call them again.

I came into the storefront to see about renting a spot to store my travel trailer. Rob gave me a full tour and particularly addressed my main concern... security for the vehicle. Rob even arranged for me to check the access to the yard by bringing the trailer in and backing it into place. When I called to say I was coming the gate was opened and someone was waiting.I didn't have plumbing done but I'm sure the customer experience transfers over to the plumbing work. These guys were easy to talk to and easy to get on the phone. If I ever freeze a pipe or need a water heater replaced I'll give them a call.

We’ve used Bee’s twice now. The crew is always professional. This most recent visit was to repair a leak in our bathroom sink. The plumber had two suggestions for a fix. He provided all the information for us to make the decision that was right for us.

We have used Bee's Plumbing twice and had great experiences both occasions. The first service call was for a slow draining toilet. Mick was the plumber that was sent to us. He was great. He made sure that our floors were protected and was very clean. I was given the option to remove and replace the toilet myself, which gave me significant savings. He was very pleasant; we had a great conversation about brewing beer and he was awesome with our puppy. The cost of each procedure was explained to me before they started any work. Overall the experience was great. We received exceptional service at a fair price.We called Bee's a second time for a low flow issue with our shower and I specifically requested Mick because I know my wife would be comfortable with him when I was not home. She had the same great experience with him. He fixed our shower issues quickly and cleanly. He listened to me as I explained what troubleshooting I had done on my own and didn't waste time redoing what I had done, he efficiently solved the issue. Any good plumber is going to be expensive, but I am confident that I received a good value.I had previously called a competing 'rooter' company to address the same issue. They tried to charge me about $200 to replace something that I'd just told them I'd replaced the week before.I'll call Bee's Plumbing anytime I need a plumber.

With what started as a broken faucet in a bath tub, Sam Jr. and Brian were able to not only repair the faucet, but able to successfully diagnose and repair the root cause. Not only were Sam Jr. and Brian punctual, they were professional and courteous throughout the duration of the job. Sam and Darius met with me today and we discussed over a dozen complicated plumbing projects that our clients want to accomplish. We were all over the house figuring out the best strategies with which to proceed. Sam was researching materials on his iPad and building budgets. I was amazed with both his knowledge and with his attention to detail. We often hire as many as 15 subcontractors for a given project and know when we are in the presence of excellence. We were today. They charged $109 for the consultation. What a bargain!

Ben and PJ were fantastic. It was Friday after thanksgiving with family in town and our water heater started leaking. I got their number through friends and and through word of mouth I heard they were great. They did not disappoint! Ben and PJ were very professional, walking me through every step bd all my options. They shared their knowledge so that I could make the best informed decision not just the most expensive one. They did great work and were great at communication throughout the entire process. We found some leaking under the kitchen sink in our rental unit. We called Bee's plumbing and scheduled the appointment. Sam arrived in time and quickly figured out the issue. The disposal and a connector need to be replaced. He carefully checked all the pipes and connectors after replacement and make sure there is no leak anymore. Sam also help us seal the sink without additional charge. We are very satisfied with the work.

On March 5, 2021, the team of Zane and Darius did an outstanding job of making a significant repair/modification to our 78 year old main sewer line. They also added provisions for future capability. They are highly skilled and knowledgeable. They were energic, polite, professional and answered our questions in the most understandable way.In September 2020, Bee's also fixed 2 leaks in our upstairs bathroom. Ben, Daniel and the entire Bee’s team have been nothing short of spectacular. Both the teams in the field and the team in the office are always so kind and patient and willing to talk you thru every possible scenario, give you their opinions and you can tell they just want to help their customers make the best decision for them their selves. Every time I’m on a call with someone from Bee’s or have Ben and Daniel on-site, at this point I just know I will be taken care of. I had a very large project for both my personal condo unit as well as our building as a whole needing to be repiped and they were with us every step of the way. I even had a tub that was delayed in arriving and I figured out it was at a warehouse in Kent - and they offered to pick it up and deliver to my house that day so we could get it installed! Seriously, I could go on and on. Amazing people and company. I without any hesitation recommend Bee’s Plumbing.

Marcus communicated well, was on time and went above and beyond for our situation. We have an electrical issue that manifested via our plumbing, and Marcus called other to get accurate information. He even said that he could spend time in the crawl space and charge us more money, but that we should have an electrician do that, so they can identify and fix the issue. From this experience, we will be using Bees (and hopefully Marcus) for a future water heater replacement.

Had a clogged shower drain that I couldn't fix. Searched for local plumbers with a mixture of results. Bee Plumbing was the only one without any negative or so-so reviews.They were available earlier than expected. Price was given up-front before the work was done. Post-clog, they discovered the pipe with the clog had a hole. Pricing was adjusted, agreed on, and they got to work on that.All in all, about 2 hours worth of work. I can't complain about the price. That's why why you hire a specialist to fix your problem. Will be using them again if an issue ever comes up.

The guys who came out were so helpful. They helped fix 2 leaks and got my dishwasher to work. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I will be using them in the future and will recommend to all my people.

I had a leaking toilet because the flange had rusted out and was unable to hold a seal. After I tried fixing it myself and realized it was improperly cemented into the foundation as well, I called Bee's to have it fixed. Garrett did a fantastic job of grinding out the old flange and replacing it. He saved me from having a major repair involving the replacement of flooring and a section of foundation. I would recommend them to everyone.

Had to make 6 plus calls to find a company that would even take a look at my Bosh dishwasher.Sam Sr & Taylor Drove out to our new home on remote Camano Island to look at a dishwasher hose. He then walked through and did a whole house inspection. I would not have thought to have them walk through our new home. Fixed the noisy toilet, improved our shower fixture/pressure and installed a new kitchen faucet he had on his truck that was a future project completed on the spot! Also quoted future work we are planning on. Will for sure have them out again for planned and emergency work!

Bee's plumbers were great! I got a fast response from dispatch. Sam and Brian were polite, explained what the problems were in detail and gave me multiple options for fixing my issues. They set expectations well and we haven't had a problem with the sink or drain since.

EDIT (July 21, 2021): A representative from Bee’s contacted me, heard my concerns about the pricing and the way the estimation process was handled, and they sounded keen to do what they could to make changes. They also refunded me the cost of the estimate. I appreciate businesses who actively seek ways to improve the experience for their customers, and as such, I’m changing the star rating. However, I still think the pricing is incredibly high. I’m unsure whether this is on par with other plumbers, but I have decided to do this work myself.———————-I had Bee’s recommended to me by a friend. I’m hoping to replace my kitchen sink and faucet (both of which I had already purchased), so I had Bee’s come out to give me a quote. I flinched a little at the $99 fee for just a quote, but I figured that if that were folded in to their rate for the work, I would be okay with that.However, the quote I was given for replacing the kitchen sink, replacing the faucet, replacing the hot and cold valves, and re-hooking up my disposal and dishwasher was $2,500–almost 5x what I had expected for this work. So I ended up paying $99 for essentially nothing, and sent them away.I will be looking elsewhere for plumbing projects in the future.

Pj was amazing. He came in, performed the fix and was there till he was sure the leak in the shower drain was fixed. The customer support team is also very polite and honest about their job. Strongly recommend this company and PJ.

Julio was very knowledgeable. I had really low water pressure with my newly installed irrigation system and I told him my issue. He knew right away what would fix it. I’ve gotten estimates from Other plumbing companies and they recommended a more expensive fix by installing a pressure pump which would have costed me thousands. Julio recommended changing the diameter of the pipe to a larger pipe and it fixed the issue right away. I would recommend this company for sure. I actually felt like I could trust them and he was honest with me about everything. They were very fast and they did a great job!

After having a different plumbing company come out 5 times to fix a kitchen sink and next they wanted to open the downstairs ceiling, I called Bee's Plumbing for a second opinion. So happy I did! Dan and Josh were able to fix the problem that same day without opening up the ceiling! I couldn't be more pleased with quality of service when my water heater had to be replaced. The Bee's employees where helpful and provided me with information on the cause of the problem with my top leaking water heater. They worked efficiently to get the new water heated installed, even tho it was 7:00 PM at the start and was 9:30PM when work completed. They left the area cleaner than they found it, and showed me what I needed to know about the new one. Would recommend Bee's Plumbing and Heating to anyone.

I came home after a two vacation to a noisy toilet and called Bee's after reading online reviews. I spoke with Derek on Friday who committed to an early Saturday appointment. PJ arrived at 8 o'clock the next morning, masked and dressed for the job. He detailed our options verbally and generated bills. We made our decision and the job was completed in short time. I needed a plumber to find a leak and replace a kitchen faucet. My technician was Nate and he was great throughout the whole process. Nate and his helper quickly found the leak and got to repairing it. They also replaced my bad kitchen faucet. I would highly recommend Bee’s plumbing and I will definitely use them for any other future plumbing needs.

Bee's Plumbing was able to get to my house within 24 hours of me calling with a clog somewhere in our pipes. Sam Jr. and apprentice Brian arrived promptly within the window of time we were given. We explained our problem, and they explained the steps they would take to not only fix the clog and get things flowing again, but to find out what the cause was. They both worked thoroughly and answered all of our questions about the process and what they were going to do. Before leaving, Sam Jr. walked us through potential options for a small root intrusion and within a few days we had estimates in hand for each of those options.Additionally, while they were here they were careful to always wear shoe covers in our house and were masked the entire time, so we felt safe having them around.They both did a great job, and while the cost was a little higher than some other quotes we received, we now know how to best prevent the clog from happening again, and we have peace of mind knowing there isn't another major issue right now because they scoped the entire system down to the main sewer.

Garrett and his team were professional and nice to help me fix the main water line leakage. They told me very clear about the options that I can have as well as the pros and cons and make sure I feel comfortable with their proposals. Marcus was great! I needed my fancy wall mount sink/faucet plumbed. My contractor wasn't able to do it, but Marcus was. Marcus also showed me some other plumbing issues I have in my house for next time.

I had leak in my upstairs bathroom that was leaking into the dining room wall below. I looked on Yelp for local plumbers with great reviews. Of all the companies that I called Bee’s Plumbing actually answered the phone. They were able to schedule my appointment within a day. One thing that I really appreciated from Bee’s was all of the appointment reminder’s that I received. For each visit, I receive an email reminder the day prior. The day of, I received an email, text, and phone call to let me know when the technician was on his way to my home. When Ben came to my home to assess the problem, he was very detailed in explaining to me what all of my options were and why each element of the job was necessary for the best result. And he was very patient with all of my questions. Each quote that we discussed was emailed to me immediately. During the assessment, Ben showed me that a portion of the bathroom sub-floor had rotted completed and needed to be replaced in order for Ben to securely attach the new toilet flange. Ben took the initiative to call a contractor that he knew and the contractor scheduled me the next day to repair the sub-floor. After the contractor removed the rotted sub-floor and installed the new one, Bee’s was able to get me on the schedule the very next day. For Ben’s next visit, I requested some additional plumbing tasks that weren’t a part of the original plan. Ben didn’t fuss. He just gave me a quote for those also and took care of everything that day. I really enjoyed my experience with Bee’s Plumbing and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Staff was very efficient and made a repair using great quality materials. Staff also showed me how to clean and maintain new equipment safely for long term investment. Staff was kind enough to check another sink that was working properly but I wanted to be sure it looked solid and was in hood repair.

The Bee's team did a great job of taking care of replacing our plumbing fixtures. They were all business, but also very cordial and respectful. In this time of COVID, they honored our requirements for face coverings and distancing. YES, I would definitely use them again.

I called Bee's Plumbing this morning because of a slow/clogged drain in my tenant's kitchen sink. I am so impressed with the response and professionalism I received. Matt and Caleb arrived within 30 minutes of my phone call and determined that the clog was in the drainpipe under the concrete slab of my basement. They bid the job and told me exactly what they were planning to do. They were able to insert their heavy duty 40 foot electric snake into the clean-out pipe to reach and remove a root ball that had formed in the pipe which leads into my septic tank. The price quoted was very reasonable and much less than I would have paid someone who did not have the knowledge to immediately determine the problem and had the necessary equipment on their truck ready to take care of it. They set aside two hours for the job and finished within that time. At my request, Matt also looked at my water heater and leaky faucet and gave me written bids for both items, when i am ready to have the work done. I highly recommend Bee's Plumbing. They were recommended to me by another highly rated plumbing company that I called who wasn't available today to help me.

Sam Jr. and Ian replaced our failed water heater, working late one evening to get us much needed hot water. Dealing with leaking heater over Memorial Day weekend was stressful, but Sam Jr. and Ian were quick, professional and friendly!

Delightful workers who gave us about 4 options on how to tackle our issue based on our budget. One of the plumbers even drove from Burien to North Seattle to find a specific toilet we had hoped for. Will certainly hire them again!

We had a wonderful experience with Bee’s Plumbing! I received a 5k water bill from Seattle late Friday afternoon. I immediately called Bee’s. They were very friendly and quick to respond. They sent someone out to investigate the problem, as there was no apparent leak in my house. While I was on the phone with them they walked me through the steps to shut off the water to my house so I wouldn’t keep wasting water. Turns out we needed a new mainline to the street. Their crew removed and installed a new main line and the project was completed Saturday by noon. A plus, they were very sweet and patient with my littles that were very curious about the project!

My contractor hired this company since the work was beyond his abilities and we had a time constraint. Bee's came out the next day and did a great job for a fair price. I was sick that day and the.guy who came out was understanding and just did what he needed to do. He was nice, professional and did a great job with little notice. It did allow us to move forward with finishing the shower. I would recommend this company for all your plumbing needs, even complicated issues.

Sam Schwab and his partner did a great job. Really listened to my ideas and did the best they could with what was in front of them, which was challenging. They are very knowledgeable and skilled. They took their time but worked hard until it was done well. They never offered to do something they couldn’t and were clear about what they could get done. They communicated often and kept me informed. They also gave ideas about how to move forward with other things in the future. They kept the work neat and cleaned up afterwards. We always wish it was more affordable but we understand these things take money, they have to be paid a fair wage and the company has to make money. All in all it was great service at a market price. Everyone that I dealt with at Bee's was super professional and incredibly responsive. They made an appointment quickly, and followed up with a text. The technicians were incredible professional and approachable. They are definitely family oriented and I never for a second thought I was being sold a service. When I did commit to more work, they were at my house the next day. Super friendly and respectful of my space. I highly recommend them. I would call them again in a second. I don't think any situation works phase them. They are very down to earth.

When I called Bee's Plumbing it was for a second opinion. I had just paid $400 to another plumber who was unable to fix a drain problem. They had sent me a quote to get it fixed that involved extensive work on my property and involved a carpenter and permits from the city of Seattle. If I had followed through with the first plumber's recommended course of action, I would easily have spent upwards of $10,000. Sam with Bee's plumbing was straight-forward with me. He told me that he could attempt a different solution that he couldn't guarantee would work, but if it did, would save me a lot of money. I agreed and Sam's suggestion paid off. For a few hundred dollars more, Bee's Plumbing was able to fix my problem. I am super grateful and would highly recommend Sam and Bee's Plumbing for your future plumbing needs.

Sam Jr and Brian were amazing! They came out in no time when we called about the leak in our son’s bathroom. The tub was leaking every time water was ran making it impossible to use. They were out within 2 hours of being called and were so polite and professional. They walked us through the whole process before they began work which was nice.

We have been very satisfied with the work Bee's team has made for us. They were very friendly and told all about what they were doing and how much it would cost. The water heater we got in, did not heat the water at first, but they came right back and fixed it again without problems, so we can highly recommend them !

Offered me a large refund (not all of it, but such that it is now within what I totally consider fair for work done) and asked if they could have another chance in the future; that they’d really like to have me for a future customer..... alright. (It really was as simple and unscrewing something, new gasket, putting it back on.)When I called the guy out, his response was “you’re not paying for parts, you’re paying for my expertise. We hired Bee’s to do a repipe of our entire home because their bid was the best out of three that we obtained. They did a quality job and finished on time. They also worked hard to address any issues and ensure we were happy customers.

She treated me extremely well and did everything in her power to make things right. Her dedication to her customers is exceptional and admirable.Updated Review: I called Bee's plumbing to discuss my bill with them because of high costs for what was under $100 in parts and about 2 hours of labor. My bill total for replacing the toilet wax seal, float ball, and figuring out what was wrong was originally $917. Pulling and resetting the toilet alone was $468. Float ball was $125. Inspection to figure out what's wrong cost $225. Dispatch fee was $99.Sam discounted the bill by $275, bringing the total to $708. The dispatch fee was discounted by Sam only after I left a five star review for them, when I was told it would be applied towards my bill originally (the company confirmed this shouldn't have happened and apologized).They also apologized for the tackiness of their plumber Sam Sr asking for a five star review in order to knock off the $100 dispatch fee. They discounted my total bill to about $500, which I do appreciate greatly. They did good work and completely fixed the problem, but this high cost encourages me to try another plumbing service.Original review: Sr. did an excellent job and kept me informed of everything that was going on all along the way. Needing a sewer line repair is not a good experience, but Julio made the process as positive as possible. He explained each step and when the time came for the work to be performed his crew was on time, friendly, and worked hard. The access holes were dug perfectly the first time, minimizing the damage to lawn and landscaping. Overall very pleased with their work.

Garrett and Wes were on-time, friendly, and professional. They were able to diagnose the problem with my Rinnai Tankless Water Heater and performed maintenance quickly and effectively in a small crawl space so that my house could finally have hot water again. Appreciated their help greatly.

We had Bee's come out to our newly purchased home to address some issues identified in the inspection report. They were able to fix a majority of the inspection issues and some other issues they identified the same day and provided timely quotes for the rest. Mick and Taylor were friendly and knowledgeable and were able to answer all our questions and address our concerns.

I called Bee Plumbing emergently because I had a ruptured pipe. I called them that evening and they came early next morning. They quoted an honest and fair price after careful inspection. They worked nonstop until job was done and finished earlier than thought. They did quality work and am happy with their work. I would definitely use them again. They worked above and beyond.

Sink backed up after Thanksgiving weekend. Called around and found all local plumbers were two weeks out. Bee's could come the next day. Daniel showed up on time. Was professional, courteous and got right to work. Cleared the clog ( 20 feet out ), cleaned up and was finished in about 30 minutes. Bees is my new plumber.

Mick and Garrett did a fantastic job installing both a new furnace and a new water heater. I came home after Christmas to no heat in the house and my water heater about to rust through. Bee's was extremely responsive and scheduled Mick and Garrett to meet with me the next morning. They took out the old, failed equipment, miraculously fit the new water heater and furnace into my cramped little space, all the while answering my many questions. Update to the post:Owner called me to seek feedback. She is extremely polite and understanding. She sent her husband who is a sewer specialist to come investigate the problem. We got a better and more specific quote on all the work that needs to be done. A lot more clarity on the problem and respective solution. Appreciate the effort so increasing to 3 star. I reserve my opinion that the pricing of service is questionable. But Seattle's hot real estate market could also attribute to that.I don't know about fair pricing... We had a plumber come out to get some pipe work done. He recommended that we low pressure hydro-jet our sewer line based on the camera image he had from the inspection. Rookie as I was as a new home owner, I bought the sales pitch hoping for a clean sewer system. Two months after the hydro-jet, the pipes are backed up unexpectedly. And Bee's rejected our request to warranty this work. 🤷🏻‍♀️~$1200 in the water.

I called Bee's Plumbing after getting an $800 water bill suddenly on a Friday evening after work. They had a plumber out the following Monday who was very knowledgeable, personable, and skilled at his trade. He resolved my problem with no fuss where 3 other plumbing companies tried to strong-arm me into thousands of dollars in renovations / rebuilds in the past; in fact, I talked HIM into a more expensive solution because I was picky.I will be returning to Bee's Plumbing/Heating for my plumbing needs going forward. The guys at Bee’s Plumbing reinstalled a toilet that had been removed so flooring could be installed. They also trimmed out/installed bathtub and shower hardware. Fast workers, super nice and personable, and good work for the price. 10/10, would use again!

I have had Blake at Bee’s out to my house on several occasions to make miscellaneous plumbing repairs. Each time I have been blown away! He is always very attentive to my questions and concerns, and goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. Blake also pays close attention to detail, and always leaves the area where work was performed cleaner than he found it. My basement toilet had to be replaced due to flooring changes, and thanks to the plumbers at Bee's, this was handled the very next day. Very professional plumbers and service. Its so expensive, I paid money, bcoz plumbing guys to come place without doing nothing. $1900 to connect fridge with water line 🤔. I don't know why they said that. I paid some else $150 everything together he connected for me. But still I have to pay for them for estimate. I wasted money. Without service.

PJ and John were fantastic!! They were fast and professional. They gave me two quotes, and then were able to perform the work in under an hour. They even made friends with my dog, and brought him some treats.

We had water leaks out of multiple faucets and had a few quotes from other plumbing companies which came out and gave us estimates for repairing the leaky faucets. Sam Jr and Darius from Bee's Plumbing were the first to diagnose the actual problem, our pressure regulator was shot. They answered all our questions in detail, replaced the regulator and the fixed the antiquated Main Water shutoff same day. Very knowledgeable!

Zane and Carlos came and gave me a quote for moving a drainpipe, hot and cold water pipes a foot or so over to a new location with new fittings so that I could install my new vanity. They also did all the heavy lifting to help me see where the vanity would fit best, and gave me plenty of great advice when I considered taking on the project by myself before I found out they were available to get started immediately, this was a day after I called for the quote. Bee’s is the best! From our first plumbing needs years ago, having a gas line plumbed into our home, we had quotes done/ the whole nine. The feel from the people at bee’s was so genuine and honest with the most straight forward approach, we trusted them from day one. It was a fresh difference from many other companies we had talked to. We have been fortunate to work with Julio every time we have needed work done. We just had a brand new full sewer line installed and Julio explains the process and treats us as family, making sure we are in control of our own process, and getting the best long term value. I will use Bee’s for all plumbing needs going forward and recommend them to anyone I know.

I can't say enough positive things about Bee's and Julio, who was a huge help to me in my master bathroom reno. This was my first time renovating a bathroom, and I didn't know what I didn't know, so I really needed someone to give me guidance and address things I hadn't thought of. Julio felt like a partner in the project, not just a skilled tradesman there to do the work. He did all of the rough-in and finish work impeccably, and gave me a wealth of advice along the way.I big factor in picking Julio's quote(I had a few by that point) was that he personally would be back to do the work. I can't stress how uncommon that is. Having the same person quote and do the work means fewer opportunities for miscommunications, as well as a complete and accurate estimate. Bee's estimate wasn't the lowest I received, but I would choose it again in a heartbeat!

Bee’s did a great job fixing my kitchen drains. They were able to get to me quickly and ended up replacing a bunch of old pipes under the sinks. It’s a bit pricey but worth it for the professional service.

Sam was great! We thought we had a clogged pipe but it turns out there was just a soft clog and no sewer scope needed at this time. Completely honest it you are searching for a plumber call them! They did not charge us for anything since there was nothing wrong or to be done.

I hired Bee's Plumbing to provide a quote to repair a leaking 2nd floor toilet and replace a damaged hose bibb. Julio was assigned to the job and arrived at the scheduled time. He provided a flat rate quote for both jobs, and did not pressure us to decide on the spot. The quote for the toilet repair was a bit higher than we expected, and we went with another well reviewed company that offered a lower quote based on time and materials. However, the job ended up being more complicated than expected, and the final cost came in slightly higher than the original quote Julio had provided, even after a reasonable discount.Having learned our lesson on the toilet repair, we contacted Bee's again to schedule the hose bibb repair. They were able to get us in the same day, and Julio showed up on time once again and handled the job efficiently. He did a great job and was very professional, and we will definitely contact Bee's in the future!

Called in for a sewer leak and they fixed. While at it, they recognized my water heater was old and likely to go bad soon and they had all the items to make the replacement on the call.

We were remodeling our daylight basement and were very pleased with work done by the crew of Bee’s Plumbing and Heating. They removed an old toilet in a half bath. They installed a shower, a new vanity with sink, and a new toilet. They had to reconfigure some of the plumbing to accommodate the new fixtures. They also upgraded the plumbing and the drain for the washer in the utility area. When the faucet for the sink in the vanity was broken from the store (where I bought it), they very willingly came back within a couple of days to install the faucet after I exchanged it at the store, even though it was during the Christmas holidays. They also installed a new larger water heater in the basement. Upstairs, they installed a garbage disposal where there wasn’t one, as well as an ice maker in the refrigerator, which required running a water line under the kitchen floor/above the basement ceiling. They picked up after themselves and left the area very clean every time they were there. We would definitely use Bee’s Plumbing and Heating again.

I have selected Bee's for two different plumbing repairs in the past year and have had great experiences. My first repair was a no hot water in my master shower. Ben and apprentice Garrett came out. They quickly diagnosed a cartridge issue and sourced the part. After replacing it, he checked the overall health of my tankless water heater to make sure no broken cartridge parts would be causing further issues.My second repair was a replacement of a sump pump. Julio and Garrett came for this and got it done quite efficiently. Julio gave me a few options for replacement to repair, replace or upgrade and no pressure to upsell- just information to help me make my choice.I like how they work in Licensed Plumber and Apprentice pairs when possible. It is important to be able to pass hands on knowledge from one person to the next. Books and you-tube videos just aren't the best substitute teachers for experience.

So happy this company was referred by my local Moms group! This morning I woke up to a leak in my ceiling and panicked since it was Thanksgiving tomorrow.I didn’t think I would find anyone to help. This is absolutely unbeatable service.When the plumber arrived to my West Seattle home, he crawled around to figure out where it was coming from and deterred the scope of the repair. I don't write reviews to often, but I felt I needed to after receiving the service from Bee's plumbing and Heating. I found this company from a referral on the West Seattle Mom's Facebook Page. One of the owners is another local mom. Melissa saw my post that I needed help with a backed up toilet in my basement, and she immediately explained how her and her husband run their own plumbing company and were local right here in West Seattle.I took her up on her offer, and had Ben come by the next day. He was quickly able to asses my issue. He found the outside cleanout and put his scope down. He showed me where all of the issues were that were causing the back up. He cleaned out the line for me. Eventually I will need to replace it and Ill be sure to call Bees Plumbing back when it comes time. He didn't make me feel pressured into buying the big project either. I know that can be a scary thing when we are paying for a service we don't understand.Overall, it was a great, no pressure experience.

From start to finish, this was the best home repair experience I have ever had. Melissa was amazing on the phone, kind, responsive and totally on it. They came out the next day and I was blown away by their professionalism. Very very fair, found a different issue than they came out for, and didn't charge us for original problem. We spent Wednesday calling different companies and a friend suggested we contact Ben and Melissa. Most companies said they could not start until Friday or the week after and it would take at least a couple days to get it done. With a four year old and days away of having another baby we could not be without water for that long. Bee's Plumbing gave us a fair price and promised that the job would be done by Thursday night. They started working at 7:30 am Thursday morning and before 6 pm water was restored. Both Melissa (on the phone) and Ben (doing the work) were incredibly nice and helpful.We are very happy we used Bee's services and we will definitely be using them in the future.

Our hydronic tankless system started dropping in temperature during the christmas holiday snowstorm of 2021. We were out of town. We scheduled with with another local plumbing and heating company and I flew home 5 hrs to meet them. They cancelled on me at 2pm for two days in a row. I called Bee's and they sent someone out the following morning with no delay. They fixed the issue. I was very impressed with the immediate response.

Schedule an appointment and it was incorrectly subcontracted out by roto rooter. Bees plumbing and heating said they do not work with Roto-Rooter as a subcontractor. The manager is actively helping trying to resolve the issue. If you book an appointment with Roto-Rooter don't rely on it, but book directly with bees plumbing and heating.

I called Bees out to repair a hole in my waste line. The galvanized pipe finally failed and needed to be replaced. The PJ did a great job and was professional. I would hire them again.

We’ve always gotten in quickly (even with a water emergency!), and I’m impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the staff.It does seem a bit expensive, but my assumption is it’s sort of a “you get what you pay for,” and with Bee’s, you get excellent service!

We just bought a house and ended up needing a handful of things fixed. Julio was awesome- showed up on time, was super professional, I walked him though all of our issues and he walked me through what the actual problem was and how they were going to fix it. Bees plumbing is one of the premier plumbing institute in Seattle/Redmond area. Their plumbers are licensed, bonded and insured. Their diagnosis is accurate and their work carries a 1 year warranty. If the same problem reappears after their work within 1 year, they will do it for free. They charge 110 USD fees to come over and diagnose the problem. But later after that the total quote was 500 USD in my case after necessary adjustments. I ended up getting my work done with another plumbing service. Later Bee's called me whether I would like to proceed with their service. I stated that 500 USD was too high for me and that they need to be competitive and that I got it done by another service. They realized that and refunded my money. I really liked their honesty and follow ups with customers and making sure they treated well

PJ and apprentice arrived on time and inspected my side sewer and unclogged a sink drain. Both were very knowledgeable and honest. Ill have them return in a heart beat when needed! Thank you Bees's!

I have used a few different plumbing companies since we purchased our home. I have to say this company was by far the easiest one to work with. When i originally called to see if they had anyone available same day to come take a look at my tub that was leaking into my downstairs light Melissa reassured me that a plumber would be out shortly. Within about an hour or so Ben showed up. He was honest and made me feel comfortable that the job was being done right and for the right price. I am happy that i finally found a company that does great work and takes care of their customers. Will definitely be calling them if i ever have any other plumbing needs.

Melissa and Jillian are always responsive, helpful, and informative. They keep you posted if the plumber's going to be late because of another job, and they always show up. Ben is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible. We put in a basement bathroom and I'm pretty handy, so we were able to work it out so he'd help me with things I needed pro for, and he gave me tips on the things I did myself. When we had an unexpected leak in a drain pipe (unrelated to the bathroom), he was out within hours and fixed it immediately. Highly recommend Bee's Plumbing!!

I had just purchased my house and showered for a week before the tub started not draining. AHH! Last thing we needed. I called Bee's Plumbing and Heating and they sent out Colton on the same day!After a but of assessing and a trip into the crawl space it was found that not only was the drain clogged but it was also leaking. I was presented with an upfront quote to complete the repair needed, and he had all of the equipment on his truck to proceed right away. He was able to replace the tub drain in a matter of hours and explained what he was doing every step of the way! Superb service! I would recommend Bee's to any one who needs plumbing or heating service!

Sam was friendly and professional, he took care in making sure I understood what he needed to do to fix the issues we were facing. I had alarming brown stuff come up out of the shower drain. It smelled astoundingly bad so I called Bee's and Sam came out the next morning. Sam had come out some months ago to fix my kitchen faucet which has been working great ever since. This time, we couldn't recreate the occurrence (all brown stuff and smell was gone) so Sam didn't do anything and he didn't charge me. They fix stuff when it's needed and they don't fix stuff when it's not needed. In addition, this shower leaks into the garage and I had been avoiding getting anything done because it's expensive and I didn't have someone in mind. Sam gave me a referral so now I'll try moving forward on that project.

We had planned to have guests here for three nights and various things were not working in our bathroom. The sink would drain very very slowly & the drain mechanism would not work. The toilet handle needed to be held down to the count of four seconds to get a full & complete flush. Bee's was here the next day with two guys. They were willing to come on short notice good but then quoted me almost $1300 to install a kitchen faucet. Um no.Later, after the owner had reached out and explained their quoting system, I understood there might have been a mistake made as their guy was new to their company. And admittedly the plumber himself was polite and professional. Also, they seem to take customer feedback seriously.

So happy I called Bee’s Plumbing and Heating! I had a malfunctioning pressure regulator valve that was causing all the plumbing fixtures in my house to leak.They were able to get Ben over the very next day. He fixed the leaks and replaced the pressure regulator the same day.While he was on site, I noticed the truck said heating so he was able to service my furnace as well during the same trip and saved me money to not have to pay for a second visit!An added bonus is that they are 100% paperless. I got a nice little bio about Ben when he was on the way and he emailed me a copy of the invoice upon completion.I will be sure to refer Bee’s Plumbing and Heating to all my friends and family from now on!

From customer service at request, to on-site professionalism and time to repair, Bees was great and I would definitely recommend. PJ and John couldn’t have been more easy going and relatable.

This past July we moved into a new home and have had issues with what were told was a two-zone, heat pump system: turns out one floor worked, but the other did not. I have had FOUR other heating & plumbing companies out to troubleshoot before Bee's, and each suggested we get brand new heating systems, to the tune of $13K-$35K (our existing furnace was installed in just 2106), not to mention needing to install mini-split boxes all over the walls of our home. Bee's was the first to actually do a deep dive on our existing infrastructure and figure out ways to fix and upgrade our current system. I cannot say enough about our technician Mick--he was efficient, persistent, professional and knowlegeable. They stayed super late to get things working on their first visit, and when a fuse blew the night after their visit, came right back the next day to get it sorted. I am so happy (and warm) right now--so grateful. Thank you Mick, and thank you Bee's! xo

Had to call Bees plumbing to help with what I thought was a typical clogged tub backing up. Garrett came out and after doing some inspection had a suspicion that my sewer was the culprit. Garrett was super clean and careful while using his machine to clean the pipes. Afterwards he used a camera to inspect the inside of the sewer ultimately finding out my lovely rhododendron had grown its roots through the sewer.. Garrett had all the parts on his truck to dig up the damaged pipe and repair it with a new clean out access. I'm so grateful that Bees has such knowledgeable plumbers to think outside the box and not just snake the drain and drive off only to leave the problem unresolved. I'm not the type to write reviews for every little thing but this experience left such a great impression!

I needed to get a house filtration unit plumbed into my main water line between the house shutoff and the hot/cold split. The two technicians did a good job. It was more expensive than I originally thought it should cost by about 100%. I guessed it was going to be about a $800-$1000 job. It was closer to $1800, but I understand that's just the cost of living in an expensive area.

I felt the fee structure needed work. They bid over $500 to unclog the drain for my bathroom tub. I asked my Dad for help and he did it in less than 20 minutes with a plunger. Nevertheless, they were willing to come out and give me this bid free of charge. They were on time and professional. When I asked to cancel the job they were respectful of this. I understand that running a business is expensive but I just can not come to terms with this type of pricing.

They're a joke. Plumber came, worked 30 min to unclog the sewer line from the septic to the house, and complained for 20 of those minutes. Charged me nearly $500, tried to upsell me on additional services and the service he tried to sell me, the camera service, wasn't even on his van. He couldn't open the access valve from inside the house, refused to even attempt a different pipe from the basement unless I paid an additional $125 or something like that. I tried asking if he would replace a leaking faucet and he said he doesn't do that, then I asked if he knew anything about the septic tank, ANYTHING, and he said he doesn't work with that either.What a joke.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue quickly. Saved us a lot of money by only charging the service fee, which they didn't have to do. Will definitely recommend and use again!

You're going to find that is the case with all of the local *licensed, bonded and insured* Seattle HVAC and plumbing contractors . . . if you're getting a toilet installed for the national average ($376 according to Home Advisor in November 2017) you're probably not dealing with a licensed contractor, you're dealing with an apprentice, or you're going to wait days or weeks to get someone in. Ben extended me $400/toilet & gave me $100/toilet discount for hauling the toilets away myself. So he was less than the national average & FAR less than the average in Seattle . . . I had him do 3 toilets, 2 faucet installs and a furnace repair . . . so if you have a bunch of work, he'll work with you. If you're looking for a single toilet install . . . you should expect a little more: like probably $450 or so. He offers a deal on Yelp too, which I didn't see until after he was here, but he built in the discount for me anyway.Bee's is an owner operated husband and wife team whose service goes above & beyond . . . and really, that is just awesome to find now days. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Overall good experience. This tall guy came out early in the morning and did good quality work. Most importantly I got the work done the way I wanted it done and at a fair price. My wife is happy with the Delta hardware we went with.***Update***Well the cool weather showed up and the furnace gave up the ghost. Since Halloween is around the corner I'll throw a sheet over the old one till I can take it to the scrap yard for some beer money. I'm happy with American Standard furnace I got that is essentially a Trane furnace

We had a leak in an upper floor bathroom and I was expecting the worst. There was a home in the ceiling under the bathroom and a previous plumber from a larger plumbing company was talking about ripping out the bathroom and apocalyptic scenarios ($$$$$$$$). I called Bee's because enough was enough: I needed to get the leak fixed and assess the damage.The guys were on time (early actually, they called and asked if I wanted an earlier time slot). Super nice guys, had booties in the house, straightforward too. They came in, looked at the problem, and fixed it in less than 20 minutes. The price was very reasonable for the quick fix. I will have to patch the ceiling since they needed to cut a slightly larger hole to get access to the problem, but that's a non-issue compared to a leak and all the potential problems that can cause.I'd definitely give them a call the next time I have a plumbing need.
