Quality Plumbing

DO NOT use this company. They installed a brand new Consumer Reports top rated toilet. Three days later we reported a plug in the toilet. They came back out for $275 and said the toilet was fixed. BUT it back up immediately.

Great experience! Had a plumbing emergency when the shower wouldn't shut off, on full blast. The folks at Quality Plumbing were super responsive, communicated clearly timeframe, after-hours rates, and that a technician was on his way. Arrived under time, within the hour!

Jeff was friendly, professional, and able to assess the issue pretty quickly - had a replacement part in the van (yay!). Impressed by overall helpfulness, explaining what may have happened, what he was doing, and what to look out for moving forward. Repair was also completed, in less time than estimated (up to 2 hours). Jeff cleaned up after his repair and helped caulk the shower fixture. When I got the bill, it was under the high end of the estimate - so also very pleased at reasonable rates. I'll be calling Quality Plumbing again - ask for Jeff! Thanks so much.

Both Don and Jeff were very helpful when I had a leak that turned out to require a faucet replacement. While he was here, Jeff fixed two other things that I brought to his attention. Without my realizing it, he even fixed broken latch on the cabinet under my sink, which had been neglected(!) I will definitely use Quality Plumbing in the future, for both emergency and non-emergency needs.

Quality Plumbing has been my go-to service team for three houses over the past 10 years in Seattle. I completely gutted a house in 2020, and QP won the bid that re-plumbed the entire house - over the years, they have put in new bathtubs & toilets for me, replaced 4 water heaters (!) (including one evening emergency), and come out to do many other small repairs - some emergency, some pre-scheduled. They are a team of trustworthy, responsive, professionals. I highly recommend Quality Plumbing. From receiving the quote to getting the work done and permit completed, they were more than responsive and extremely professional. Avery & Logan worked 2 full days on our remodel; they removed old pipes, installed new pex water pipes, relocated laundry hookups and installed new lines for a shower and sink. I was extremely impressed with them and will not hesitate to use them again.

Quality Plumbing is the best in Seattle
We've used a number of different plumbing companies over the years. The only time we have not used Quality plumbing is when they're not available and we have an emergency, which has happened twice. And boy did I regret it. In both of those times I felt I got totally ripped off or the larger plumbing company was trying upsell me on something with a free assessment as if they went through 'white shoes' 1950's sales training. That has never happened with Quality. Their plumbers are experienced, totally efficient and totally fair. They're not just better. They are WAY better!

This is a Very professional company that's as honest and straightforward as the day is long. I can't imagine anyone better at what they do. Nick was totally awesome clearing a very, very (very) plugged drain line. He's been doing that work for 15 years, and his expertise and knowledge came shining through. He is professional, was described to me by another professional in the trades as 'best in Seattle', and all the while, remarkably cheerful and a joy to work with. Oh, and the bill? Let's just say that I Really got my money's worth - every single penny.

Jeff was excellent. He took his shoes off without needing to be asked, which was very respectful to our home. He repaired our garbage disposal quickly and was also able to do a minor repair on a toilet as well. He was efficient, professional, and friendly. If we can request him for all our jobs, we will!

They came out, gave us an original estimate of $600-$900. Then the price went to $3,200 do find a leak on the outside of the house. The last straw was when that said that wouldn't complete the job unless that did it all (from the meter at the street to the back of the house) and that estimate was $15,000.
They dug up trench, then quit the job. They charged us $800 for a half day, didn't back fill. We own several homes in the area, and WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

Aron of Quality Plumbing arrived as scheduled on July 29, 2016 and rapidly, personably, and courteously took care of our problems. He was knowledgeable and skillful. We will recommend Quality Plumbing to our friends, and be glad to call on them for any future problems. Julian Ansell

We had an after hour plumbing emergency. Paul was at our place within 45 minutes of calling the company and took care of the problem. Great, efficient and friendly service. Costs were explained up front, no hidden costs. We will use them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

Great plumbing service! I expected to have to wait a while to get someone out to my house, but I called on a Friday and got an appointment for Monday. I had a difficult repair on an older house, but they were able to handle it that day. Very satisfied with the communication, service, and quality of work.

Wanted to just say that this company and its owner is a real class act! One of their trucks came through our coffee stand and hit it but they were quick to fix it and they did an excellent job! This is the company to use if you need plumbing work done. They truly are the best quality plumbing company. Amazing customer service and work. I kept contacting terrible companies that came out for a fee and didnt offer any help (beacon) or never showed up (Jim dandy). Even had someone else come do work but could not fix what was a fairly simple fix (innovative plumbing solution). This company is great and my tech (Aaron) helped me so much and did an amazing job.

Great service, quick response, friendly, highly skilled staff (Mike), parts-filled truck, fair prices. Had a leaky shower faucet needing a new cartridge, fixed in less than an hour. Another time had a screaming pipe in the basement and Mike diagnosed and replaced an ancient water pressure regulator valve in under an hour. He obviously loves and takes pride in his work. We could not be happier!

Very positive experience - Jeff was the tech who came to our house and he was very friendly and professional. Did a great job of showing/communicating the issues and making sure I understood extra work he was recommending.

Run away ! I'm never ever working with them again. They'll rip you off.

A person came over, quoted me for a 2 hour job and said we need to replace the main 3/4 pipe with a 1 inch pipe to install a water leak automatic shut off valve.
When the installation day came, they found out they didn't need to replace it, turns out to be an easy 1 hour job, and then insisted that I should pay for the 2 hours and the replacement parts they didn't use because it's a contract even though it does not reflect at all the work done. They're supposed to be the experts and provide you an accurate quote, well it seems they'll rip you off.
I would never ever work with them again, greedy companies who know nothing about customer obsession are not the companies that you want to trust with you work.

These guys are incredible! They do fantastic work and a very fair price. I have used them for clogged drains, a bathroom remodel, a kitchen remodel and a new washer connection. They showed up exactly at the time they said they were going to on each job and took care of the jobs in a very timely fashion. There is no reason to look anywhere else. Thank you Quality Plumbing!

Quality plumbing needs to work on its scheduling with customers. I had a meeting with them between 12-2 PM on a specific day. QP called me at 10:40 AM and insisted that the plumber was on standby and that my appointment was for 11 AM-1 PM. I insisted that it was 12-2 PM and finally conceded that I may have been wrong. I retrieved my email indicating the original 12-2 PM. The fact is this would not have been an issue. It is an issue because not only did they insist that I got the time incorrect but were also quite rude. There are many plumbers in Seattle. Skip Quality Plumbing because you will not get very far.

Quality does wonderful work and although I should have figured out my sink drain issue myself, Nick was kind enough to teach me how to do it for the next time.

Couldn't ask for more. Fast, efficient, professional, good price for work done to install items I had already purchased. (Ask for David!!!)
